Nice staff, clean tables, very accommodating as the drink we wanted was no longer available, an alternative was offered.

We were here with children while passing through. It was terrible, this McDonald’s employs people who, as if for the first time, literally don’t know what to do. Mega great service. 4 months ago a 20g nugget was forgotten to put in the bag. We called them and reported this. Since we were on the highway we couldn't drive back and pick it up straight away. We actually got the replacement today after another drive through. Since there was actually a note about it!!!! Thank you for the great service

Dingy, staff overwhelmed and the shop is unheated, it's around 0 degrees outside. Then you'd better go over to KFC...

It's a disaster to use McDrive at this branch. Special requests such as drinks without ice are never taken into account, whether or not they are shown at the front of the display. Staff is generally unfriendly at Dirve in. When you receive your order, you should check it thoroughly, not only should the entire order be checked, but you also have to check whether you are getting the RIGHT burgers. The food was almost cold when it was served, then the order was wrong, and the second order took a long time. When we asked, our order slip was put aside and other orders were given priority again. It was very cold in the restaurant. There was a draft in every corner, and many had to get their jackets out of their cars. The tables were dirty and the tray return was full everywhere, the staff are completely overwhelmed with everything and can't keep up with cleaning anything or putting everything away.

The heating is broken, ok… the boss can do that. Service is not for. But if it's 0°C outside and 5-10°C inside, you might be able to offer guests a coffee or another warm drink. In addition, the display for pickups does not work or the pickup number is not entered.

One frites was missing from order, employee said would tske 2 mins. Whne going tonthe counter after 10 mins, they were to busy and ignored me. Finally when I told them I was waiting 10 min, they said again it would 2 mins. When frites came they were curly frites imstead of normal.

I can only advise everyone who uses the McDrive to check your order! I visit here about once a week and the level of competence has drastically decreased over the last few months. There is something wrong with almost every order now. Sometimes it's the missing cheese on a cheeseburger, the missing beef patty on a Big Rösti or the McCrispy that you got instead of 9 nuggets. It's no longer enough to just look in the bag and check that your order is complete, it's best to open every package and look at the product. I'm now starting to enter every incorrect order here. 12/27/24 2:56 p.m.: Received McPlant with the patty of a McCrispy.

Food lukewarm, but the local food is really cold

Unfortunately, they don't manage to pack everything completely with one order, which is really bad. Please take the time to look through everything before you leave McDrive.

Well, yes, I think the Big-Mäc is really great, but unfortunately McD is completely off the charts in terms of price. The price-performance ratio is no longer suitable and then McD has degenerated into a chicken shack - I don't eat that kind of food, that's actually the "Home of KFC"! Therefore unfortunately only 0 stars (but you have to give at least 1 star, otherwise you can't post). Things used to be different when it was almost exclusively a “beef shop” (apart from McFish and McRib), when I was still a real fan of McD. The management continues to have fun “running down” this chain, which was so great at the time! It's a real shame - I only come here in absolute "starvation emergencies" when everything else is closed.

Hunger drives it in even though the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Uncleared tray trolleys, dirty tables and floors everywhere. Staff who don't know the sign of the day but are otherwise great (the children think)

Basically normal McDonald’s with a basic ambience. Unfortunately the heating seems to be broken. It feels like 12° in McDonald’s.

Ordered a burger with an extra patty, unfortunately didn't get it, what are we doing, dear McDonald's? Unfortunately, the burger was only lukewarm, despite waiting for 20 minutes. The wait was okay because it was busy. We ordered to take away, so unfortunately we only noticed it on the train.

Everything was fine except for the heating, which had apparently failed. It was cold. The table had smudges from wiping. Nevertheless, I think it's good that Mäkkes is present at almost every truck stop and is announced from a distance by his tower.

Order placed. Only got half of it and then half of it was wrong. You should think about hiring employees who understand customer service and are sufficiently fluent in German to be able to take orders and pass them on.

Hands off ! From this McDonalds. We were there two days in a row. A catastrophe. Day 1: My colleague's food was incorrect. For me it took around 20 minutes until I could pick up the food at the counter. There are two urinals in the men's toilet , but not usable, one overflowed, hm delicious urine, the other was covered with a foil. Soap was out, the dispenser was wobbly. Ouch. Day 2: The entire staff seemed totally overwhelmed, even though the store was hardly full, something was beeping everywhere all the time. My order (at the table) took over 30 minutes. No apology, nothing. One of the two urinals was usable, the other was still broken. I've been to McDonald's locations from New York to Italy. This was the worst so far.

There is garbage on the tables everywhere...no one clears it or the cart is empty with leftovers. Men's toilet broken and piss floating in the pool

There were two urinals in the men's toilet but they could not be used because they were broken and covered. The wooden bench in the café area at the back has the seat ripped out of its anchorage and is in danger of collapsing. The food tastes as usual.

Coffee stop at McDonald's? Gladly again, but definitely not here! This is probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever visited, even in the early hours of the morning... Toilets stink and are dirty, food leftovers (surely from the day before?) are everywhere on tables, benches, chairs and of course on the floor. If you want to take a relaxing break, then you'd better drive on to the nearest McDonald's... I ordered coffee with brown sugar, but apparently they don't have brown sugar here either. Then I drank without sugar and was happy to be outside again...

Extremely slow staff who can't read the cash register/order receipt! And burgers are only half full

.. fries without salt and cold, burger patty was probably at your drive window.. ice cold,. Actually, it's always completely overloaded... that's what it looks like there. Parking space is disproportionate to customer frequency.

The food was like everywhere else. The opportunity to eat indoors was terrible. Tables and seats were very dirty and even defective. The toilets were even worse. Luckily I didn't get any illnesses.

Fries were unsalted. We were spoken to in Italian by the staff so German was not available. Waiting time was probably half an hour with open fries and twenties. Chicken nuggets is a disgrace, that's a disgrace and I wish they would check this place because it's disastrous

A lot of effort is put into this. The cake looked like it had already been thawed. Cake and coffee were OK. The women's toilet was clean, the men's toilet was not.

So far I've mostly had long waiting times in store. Often stressed and restless employees. In some cases the food was incorrectly prepared/handed out. Unclean behind the counter, cups that had fallen down were simply reused.

It wasn't that crowded today. The staff was friendly, nice and the order was ready quickly. The children had a lot of fun and they also enjoyed the food. Ideal to round off a child's birthday party. There was also a play area. Everything worked out great. Today on October 19th, 2024 we were there again to eat (to take away) when we got home, 2 portions of French fries and 1 bottle of mineral water were missing from the 4 MC Smart Menus. You can't justify this with a high number of customers because there wasn't much going on. Sad. Where can we control this if the staff can't count to 10😠

The staff is very friendly and attentive. You could tell that the boys enjoyed their job.

A terribly hectic manager is constantly shouting, even though business is normal. M Burger swims in fat; Cheese half cold. Toilets unkempt: smell, urinal broken. Worst Mac I've ever visited.

I would recommend McMuffin Bacon and Egg. Coffee is really good.

4 terminals to order, endless queues and hardly any human service. Constant, persistent beeping noises from the kitchen. Tables and chairs were unclean. The few employees hardly understand any German. Burgers just slapped together. The toilets in the house were disgusting. Never again!

Unfortunately it gets worse with every visit. Toilets dirty and no way to dry your hands, even small orders take quite a long time. Otherwise it's just a McDonald's like any other.

Food is as you would expect at McDonald's. Sometimes something was forgotten when I ordered, but when it was noticed early enough, the staff kindly corrected the error. The McDonald's isn't very nicely decorated but at least it's kept clean.

McDonald's offers solid fast food that's served quickly, but there are often fluctuations in quality. Sometimes the food is fresh and hot, other days it is lukewarm and less appetizing. The service is friendly, but at peak times it often takes longer to receive your food. Cleanliness could be improved in some branches, especially in the seating area. Overall, okay for a quick bite but not an exceptional experience.

The worst McDonald's experience ever . Fries are bad cooked, happy meals without ordered book for the kids.. Big tasty bacon without back, M plant completely destroy in the box... Staff seems really not happy to work there. I'll never come back here again, you should do the same... 🤮

Typical system restaurant near the motorway. McDonald's is probably familiar to everyone. What was positive about our visit was the friendly and attentive staff. Keep it up. The two defective urinals weren't that great. But hopefully this is just a snapshot.

Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes for our food in this "fast food" restaurant. We also got the wrong food. This would be reported immediately. The wrong food was put back in the warming device. Not very hygienic for the customers who have to eat this food now. The real food was almost cold, the fries weren't salted and there was more ice in the cup than a drink. Unfortunately we weren't the only ones. We were kind enough to get some ice cream for free.

We were locked here! Even all escape routes were closed! I admit that we were on the way back and were there at night outside of official opening hours. Nevertheless, there were still about 20 people in the store. Given this, the fact that emergency exits are locked in such a way that not even experienced professional firefighters are able to open them from the inside should deter any sensible person from taking a break here. Continue to Diemelstadt, or stop at BK first, anything else could be fatal...

Under no circumstances should you stop here. I've never seen such a really dirty McDonald's. I'm really pain-free, but I also have my limits. The portafilter machine in the Mc Cafè is dirty, as is the floor. The toilets are apparently only cleaned once a week and the staff is completely overwhelmed

Every time something is missing from the order, today again, no sauces. Last time the cheeseburger was missing, then the burger was put together incorrectly. So without having fun, I don't understand why so many people still go out to eat. This service sucks. It can't be that hard to go through the order, put things in the bag one by one and chop them off.

Ordered 3 burgers without tomatoes, but 2 of them were topped with tomato blocks (see photos)... After we pointed this out to the employee, he just said "I'm sorry" but there was no complaint! The fries were cold and the place wasn't exactly clean even though there was almost nothing going on. No recommendation!!!!

We waited at least 40 minutes for our order, had to point out several times that we were still missing parts of the order and were not the only ones who had to wait forever. The manager remained calm despite her employees being completely overwhelmed and took care of everything, which I give her great credit for, but only a sensible and competent employee at peak times is absolutely irresponsible.

July 21, 2024 Waited for about an hour to get breakfast. Men's toilet totally slippery like on the ice rink 😂Toilet lid totally loose so you can do your business next to it 😂😂 If the team at another branch is understaffed, things run better and much faster
