McDonald's Restaurant in Geseke

If you like it, it's not for me. The hamburger was lukewarm. I like my food hot. But the staff was very friendly and it was clean.

I'd rather go to Burger King🤮! The tables were super greasy and disgusting and I didn't see a single person clean them in an hour. Ordering at the ordering station was the worst, the toilets stink like hell and when you ordered at the station the disgusting toilet stench came in our direction the whole time. The station didn't react very well either, it felt like you had to drill through it so I could finally choose the fries. My milkshake tasted like coffee and the regular nuggets tasted like the plant-based version. After this visit I could go on sick leave, it was that disgusting 🤮!!!

This restaurant urgently needs renovation and, above all, more cleanliness. ŴC, tables and trolleys dirty and overcrowded.

Typical poppy, but I did not like the fact that it was crowded at the tables and in the toilet, in my opinion, it is not cleaned very well, as there is a smell. But, as I see it, there is generally such a problem here.

A whole hour wait yesterday at 11:00 am. The food was completely cold because the burgers from the kitchen were already ready but had been sitting there for an hour. No system regarding the order processing order. People who came 20 minutes after you got there before you.

I completely understand stressful situations and Sunday lunchtime is peak time, the rush to the small branch with relatively few parking spaces is really enormous. But if everything is wrong with an order of three standard parts (2 cheeseburgers and a strawberry milkshake), then you should urgently work on your way of working. Because two cheeseburgers without cheese and vanilla instead of strawberry is tough. I noticed it too late and went back to the packed store, no thanks. I accepted it and will definitely avoid the store during peak hours. You learn from your mistakes :) and maybe your situation will change in the future. It would be desirable.

Shop is dirty, toilets even dirtier. You wait 40-45 minutes for your food and then it arrives ice cold...

Waited around one and a half hour for a single order of fries and a cheeseburger.

Small branch and it was very busy. Had to wait longer than usual. Food was lukewarm. Toilets smell very bad, comparable to the old highway toilets.

Slower than slow. Absolutely useless stuff. I don't recommend it to anyone. At 0842 till 09.00 I was waiting to get my order. USELESS!!!

Obviously when you get take away they miraculously forget something from your order. Which was Nuggets, all the sauces for it where there, which I don't need without it. The same story everytime.

Wanted to eat there on my lunch break. Waited 20 minutes until I had to go to the checkout and ask for my money back. But people who ordered after me and much more received everything straight away. Never this place again

Not clean. A disgusting smell in the entrance. The cucumbers in the salad were cut huge. Tomatoes were also thick slices instead of fine ones like I'm used to in other branches

The store is far too small for the typical rush of people at lunchtime and the staffing is too thin, i.e. the waiting times are actually quite long. We've stopped there many times and it's a running joke, even with our kids, that no order is ever put together correctly.

Worst McDonald's ever! Had an easy order, waited over 40 minutes. People who ordered after us got their food before us. When asked repeatedly, there was either no answer or a “it’s almost ready”. When nothing happened after an hour, we canceled our order! Staff very unfriendly and annoyed, the restaurant is small and nice, but no emphasis is placed on cleanliness. If drinks are knocked over, a “danger of slipping” sign is simply put up. Full tablet shelves are only replaced when the tablets have to be placed on top.

45 minutes of waiting time, the burgers and side dishes were cold and the remaining customers' burgers were in a pile. We were again missing 3 burgers that were not delivered. On top of that, there was unparalleled impudence and a stomach ache. 50€ for inedible food.

After a whopping 45 minutes. We received our order after repeated inquiries and received rude answers. Half of them were not included in the order or were issued incorrectly. The worst McDonald's I've experienced.

Very impatient staff. Instead of asking, what else do you want? The question is, what else?! I would keep driving and hit the nearest McDonald’s. The food also came late.

I can only advise everyone who uses the McDrive to check your order! I'm a guest here about once a week and the competence has drastically decreased in the last few months. There is something wrong with almost every order now. Sometimes it's the missing cheese on a cheeseburger, the missing beef patty on a Big Rösti or the McCrispy that you got instead of 9 nuggets. It's no longer enough to just look in the bag and check that your order is complete, it's best to open every packaging and look at the product.

Not the best mc D I've ever been to...

There was no way that I could go there and have at least 1 order issued to me, as people always leave something out, confused. This is most likely due to the many customers. It is best not to go in the afternoon and in the evening, because it is a complete madhouse, the queue for orders reaches the door and continues outside. In addition to the working cash register, there are also 4 vending machines for orders, but they are not enough for so many customers in this place.

We ate here earlier, and the food was a disaster. The fries were cold, the burgers were incorrectly personalized, and the staff were completely unfriendly and tried to deny it.

We were here with children while passing through. It was terrible, this McDonald’s employs people who, as if for the first time, literally don’t know what to do. Mega great service. 4 months ago a 20g nugget was forgotten to put in the bag. We called them and reported this. Since we were on the highway we couldn't drive back and pick it up straight away. We actually got the replacement today after another drive through. Since there was actually a note about it!!!! Thank you for the great service

It's a disaster to use McDrive at this branch. Special requests such as drinks without ice are never taken into account, whether or not they are shown at the front of the display. The food was almost cold when it was served, then the order was wrong, and the second order took a long time. When we asked, our order slip was put aside and other orders were given priority again. It was very cold in the restaurant. There was a draft in every corner, and many had to get their jackets out of their cars. The tables were dirty and the tray return was full everywhere, the staff are completely overwhelmed with everything and can't keep up with cleaning anything or putting everything away.

The heating is broken, ok… the boss can do that. Service is not for. But if it's 0°C outside and 5-10°C inside, you might be able to offer guests a coffee or another warm drink. In addition, the display for pickups does not work or the pickup number is not entered.

One frites was missing from order, employee said would tske 2 mins. Whne going tonthe counter after 10 mins, they were to busy and ignored me. Finally when I told them I was waiting 10 min, they said again it would 2 mins. When frites came they were curly frites imstead of normal.

Well, yes, I think the Big-Mäc is really great, but unfortunately McD is completely off the charts in terms of price. The price-performance ratio is no longer suitable and then McD has degenerated into a chicken shack - I don't eat that kind of food, that's actually the "Home of KFC"! Therefore unfortunately only 0 stars (but you have to give at least 1 star, otherwise you can't post). Things used to be different when it was almost exclusively a “beef shop” (apart from McFish and McRib), when I was still a real fan of McD. The management continues to have fun “running down” this chain, which was so great at the time! It's a real shame - I only come here in absolute "starvation emergencies" when everything else is closed.

Basically normal McDonald’s with a basic ambience. Unfortunately the heating seems to be broken. It feels like 12° in McDonald’s.

Everything was fine except for the heating, which had apparently failed. It was cold. The table had smudges from wiping. Nevertheless, I think it's good that Mäkkes is present at almost every truck stop and is announced from a distance by his tower.

Hands off ! From this McDonalds. We were there two days in a row. A catastrophe. Day 1: My colleague's food was incorrect. For me it took around 20 minutes until I could pick up the food at the counter. There are two urinals in the men's toilet , but not usable, one overflowed, hm delicious urine, the other was covered with a foil. Soap was out, the dispenser was wobbly. Ouch. Day 2: The entire staff seemed totally overwhelmed, even though the store was hardly full, something was beeping everywhere all the time. My order (at the table) took over 30 minutes. No apology, nothing. One of the two urinals was usable, the other was still broken. I've been to McDonald's locations from New York to Italy. This was the worst so far.

There is garbage on the tables everywhere...no one clears it or the cart is empty with leftovers. Men's toilet broken and piss floating in the pool

There were two urinals in the men's toilet but they could not be used because they were broken and covered. The wooden bench in the café area at the back has the seat ripped out of its anchorage and is in danger of collapsing. The food tastes as usual.

Coffee stop at McDonald's? Gladly again, but definitely not here! This is probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever visited, even in the early hours of the morning... Toilets stink and are dirty, food leftovers (surely from the day before?) are everywhere on tables, benches, chairs and of course on the floor. If you want to take a relaxing break, then you'd better drive on to the nearest McDonald's... I ordered coffee with brown sugar, but apparently they don't have brown sugar here either. Then I drank without sugar and was happy to be outside again...

The food was like everywhere else. The opportunity to eat indoors was terrible. Tables and seats were very dirty and even defective. The toilets were even worse. Luckily I didn't get any illnesses.

Fries were unsalted. We were spoken to in Italian by the staff so German was not available. Waiting time was probably half an hour with open fries and twenties. Chicken nuggets is a disgrace, that's a disgrace and I wish they would check this place because it's disastrous

Nobody needs the service and its employees who shout and insult each other in the restaurant

A lot of effort is put into this. The cake looked like it had already been thawed. Cake and coffee were OK. The women's toilet was clean, the men's toilet was not.

So far I've mostly had long waiting times in store. Often stressed and restless employees. In some cases the food was incorrectly prepared/handed out. Unclean behind the counter, cups that had fallen down were simply reused.

It wasn't that crowded today. The staff was friendly, nice and the order was ready quickly. The children had a lot of fun and they also enjoyed the food. Ideal to round off a child's birthday party. There was also a play area. Everything worked out great. Today on October 19th, 2024 we were there again to eat (to take away) when we got home, 2 portions of French fries and 1 bottle of mineral water were missing from the 4 MC Smart Menus. You can't justify this with a high number of customers because there wasn't much going on. Sad. Where can we control this if the staff can't count to 10😠

The staff is very friendly and attentive. You could tell that the boys enjoyed their job.

A terribly hectic manager is constantly shouting, even though business is normal. M Burger swims in fat; Cheese half cold. Toilets unkempt: smell, urinal broken. Worst Mac I've ever visited.

I would recommend McMuffin Bacon and Egg. Coffee is really good.

Very clean, very good service and food Is fresh and hot. Toilets spotless. Lovely manager who runs it so efficiently.

4 terminals to order, endless queues and hardly any human service. Constant, persistent beeping noises from the kitchen. Tables and chairs were unclean. The few employees hardly understand any German. Burgers just slapped together. The toilets in the house were disgusting. Never again!

Unfortunately it gets worse with every visit. Toilets dirty and no way to dry your hands, even small orders take quite a long time. Otherwise it's just a McDonald's like any other.
