Since we eat veggie burgers, they're always freshly made. The staff is friendly and it's not as crowded as, for example, the Soest-East truck stop.

I often go to Burger King with my friends to eat there. The staff are very friendly and nice to me, and the service is fast. I don't have to wait long for my order.

I've been feeling sick ever since I ate that takeaway burger! It's coming out of both my orifices!

Lemonade drinks consist of 90% ice, even if you opted out of ice. That was less than two sips in a 0.5L cup, which is simply unacceptable.

What I particularly like about Burger King is that the burgers are always freshly prepared, and you can tell right away. Everything tastes warm and juicy, and the fries are crispy. The staff is very friendly and helpful; you're greeted warmly and your food arrives quickly. Overall, a pleasant visit—I'd be happy to come back.

Absolutely disgusting environment. Dirt, disgusting.. I preferred to take my food to the car.. The staff doesn't even greet you. There was no one in the restaurant and I waited quite a long time anyway.. Cold fries. For 20€ I would imagine better conditions..

Incredibly dirty, even outside, everything is scattered around, including trays. When we asked, we were told they had nothing to clean; that was the gas station's job. The cobwebs made it clear that it hadn't just looked like this yesterday! It's a real shame, since it's actually been beautifully done.

You order a King Jr. meal, only to find out after paying that they don't have any toys. Why would you buy a junior meal?

I think the place is great if you have a hubger then you can drive straight off the motorway and get something tasty

The restroom attendant's unbelievable rudeness – an absolute scandal! The food at Burger King was average – but what we experienced afterwards defies description. We ate with a large group and several children for €190 – and yet the children were denied free access to the restroom. The restroom attendant was not only rude, but disrespectful and aggressive to a degree that is simply unacceptable. She became loud, threatening, and personal with the children, verbally assaulting them, and using completely inappropriate language. Someone like that has no place in a customer-focused business – let alone a family-friendly one. The fact that a fast-food restaurant like Burger King, which relies heavily on family customers, employs someone like that is simply a disaster for its image. There's clearly a complete lack of control and responsibility here. We'll never be back – and recommend everyone avoid this location.

The vending machines are arranged in a completely stupid way in the middle of the queue. This means you're constantly in each other's way, and no one knows who's actually in line where. It's chaotic and annoying. Additionally, there's only one employee at the front, who has to do everything at once, so they're completely understaffed, resulting in incredibly long waits. The food itself is just OK for Burger King.

I come here almost every week, and every time, there are internet problems with card payments. This store is starting to piss me off. Everything's modern and bright, and you can't get internet problems out of here. Burger King, please come up with something new in the future.

Incompetent staff: First, the order is deleted, then re-entered. Points you tried to redeem are simply gone! Sanifair vouchers are not accepted! Fries were lukewarm and scattered all over the bag! Chili cheese nuggets, on the other hand, were very good, and the Grisby and the Big King XXL Burger were also only lukewarm. All in all, not really a recommendation!

Yesterday morning, I was served by a young lady with dark hair. She was very friendly and worked quickly. I had a somewhat larger order, which was ready very quickly. The staff is extremely unfriendly and gives the impression of being annoyed, as if every customer is a nuisance. Orders are often issued incomplete, meaning that something is regularly missed. In addition, the team quickly seems to be overwhelmed, even when there is less crowd. No recommendation, better look for another place!

That was our first stop at this fairly new rest stop on the A44, which closes a gap between Soest and Biggekopf. But only in the direction of Kassel. The ambience is quite good. Everything else is just okay. €4.50 for a cappuccino, quite overpriced. Toilets were usable. The parking regulations are good. Only cars can access the car parking spaces, no trucks. Great!

The burgers were not as tasty as in Belgium. Smaller and not a nice taste. Friendly service and play area for small children.

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant in decades and, driven by hunger, I stopped at this Burger King the night before last. Actually it was already the end of the day, but the super nice employee made me the most delicious plant base long chicken that I could have wished for. Thank you very much!! Made my day!!

As with every BK, the food was good. The preparation felt like it took forever, even though no one else was there. Then the order was wrong. When I went to the counter again to complain, there was a conversation for minutes in probably Arabic. No solution was found, they offered to give me the money back and there wasn't even an apology. No wonder the store was empty...

First our order disappeared from the system, then it was only made when asked and was incomplete 3 times. . To top it all off, I also bagged the receipt that you can't give feedback via the Burger King app.

Unfortunately the same experience for the third time in this branch. We waited a full 25 minutes for our order. Burger buns were dry, hard in places, clumped together because there was more topping in the packaging and the fries were soggy.

Hello, I'm a truck driver and I've had it three times that I was there at 8:30 p.m. and there was nothing left to eat because the people were cleaning but they were open until 9 p.m.

Incredible! Staff incredibly slow and not customer friendly. Orders were not taken even though you wait at the counter for 5 minutes while the service was bored. Afterwards we waited 20 minutes for a Cheseburcer. Which was even slightly cold afterwards. Never again!

Rasthof Hellweg has this branch. My need for BK is covered. Expensive and not really good. The bun wasn't fresh. The fries were made especially for me.

Mr. Omar in particular was very helpful. The food was fantastic. You could almost think it was a real restaurant and not fast food. Full marks from me.

Was in this branch on April 5th, 2024 and placed an order for just under 64 euros. Didn't check the order, which later turned out to be a huge mistake. At home it turned out that goods worth a third of the total price were not included in the delivery. My child was the most disappointed because his menu only included the burger. It was our first time in this branch but also our last time.

New facility but the staff unfriendly. Disrespectful, grumpy, chewing gum... I haven't seen anything like that in a long time. Absolutely stuffy rolls and half-cooked paddies :( this should urgently be improved!!!!!! Update 2024: Nothing has changed. Hours of waiting, broken ordering machines, terrible service

Zamówiłem w kiosku i chciałem zapłacić w kasie kartą aby wykorzystać bon z toalety. Jak się okazało bonu nie honorują a kartą też w kasie nie zapłacisz 🤣 porażka. Czas oczekiwania to śmiech dobre 20 min a ludzi nie za dużo. Więcej nie zatrzymam się. 5km dalej w kierunku Kassel jest Autohof z McDonald's. Tam jest zdecydowanie lepiej.

Very nice place, clean toilets which are payed, but tables were sticky, messy.

Katastrophale Bedienung soetwas habe ich ich noch Nie erlebt.

Essen ist zwar wie im jeden Bürger King, doch nur wird anscheinend nicht oft genug geschaut ob das Getränke konzentrat noch voll ist .. den wir haben eine Cola mit bestellt und das war nur nur leicht gefärbtes Wasser also mit Cola hatte das nichts zutun.

Essen wie immer gut, bei den Pommes sollte man aufpassen, sie waren nur lau warm und es dauerte etwas bis die Burger fertig waren.

Es war sauber und hat gut geschmeckt 👍
