Never again, beware of anyone who doesn't check their order. This is the third time that not all products have been packed in the bag. This is how the store makes money!!!!!!!

...unfriendly staff, long waiting times and half of the goods ordered and paid for in advance were missing. In my opinion, packing staff seem overwhelmed

It's looked pretty nice since the renovation. I find it pleasant to eat there. For quick food it's fine.

As always, the food was of the usual McDonald's quality. Unfortunately very dirty toilets. Nobody looked there for a long time. Ok, even if there isn't a control slip hanging there, you can't prove anything.

Worst McDonalds you've ever seen, customers are yelled at and there was a hair in the food. If you want nicer customer service, you should definitely drive 150 meters further to KFC.

So, this chain restaurant is Galileo big picture. We placed a larger order, but absolutely nothing was as it should be, absolutely everything was simply unacceptable. All the burgers were cold, the fries were soggy cold dirt, almost unfried. Burgers were probably all lying around for a good hour before they were packed up for us. Ketchup was twice too little, there were hardly any sauces that we wanted and ordered, only what we didn't want :)…. Chicken nuggets were equally cold and in the same condition. The sprite was okay, well done! Never again! The store doesn't get the simplest things done. A burger without onions is a burger with onions etc......so then just leave it and let people with sense run system catering, thank you!

I picked something up a long time ago and promptly discovered at home that the wrong thing had been made and it was cheaper.

The McDonald's in Memmingen is convincing across the board! The restaurant is clean, modernly furnished and offers a pleasant atmosphere, whether for a quick snack or a leisurely break. The staff is friendly and works quickly, even at peak times you can get service quickly. The orders are always freshly prepared and implemented accurately - burgers, fries, etc. always taste exactly how you want them. Particularly practical: The modern ordering terminals make the process even more uncomplicated, and there is even the option of ordering at the table. Another plus is the drive-in, which is also well organized and works smoothly even during peak times. The branch is ideal for families as there is a nice seating area and often a play area for children. All in all, a top McDonald's that scores with quality, cleanliness and service. Always my pleasure!

The employees are very unfriendly, they insulted me racistly because I don't speak German very well. :( Food was really cold, tasted raw and it gave me salmonella. The tables were dirty and were very sticky, I discovered a white substance next to them, I almost puked. I'm never going there again!

We visit at this McDonald’s after leaving the airport and looking for a late night meal. The service in this one was really good and the facilities were really clean. There was plenty of parking.

The food tastes okay, but it ALWAYS gives me stomach aches and stomach problems. The drive is INCREDIBLY slow, most of them don't speak any German except for the cool one with the short pink hair and the slightly more competent dude with the glasses. Otherwise everything was unfriendly.

Toilet is an imposition. Toilet seat not tight, completely pissed off. You'll be happy if you come with children. Cola sold out, when you ask why you are simply laughed at. If you pay in cash at the checkout, keep the change without asking. Impudence!

We are frequent guests at McD on long journeys. So we can compare branches. The service was very quick. Unfortunately the fries were nothing, totally soft and unfinished. But the worst thing was the smelly and dirty toilets. I grabbed the last drop of soap. The trash can was overflowing.

Bad service, we waited more than 10 minutes for a coffee and burger.

The boss is in an absolutely exaggerated bad mood and always talks to his employees in front of us as customers as if they were dogs. The boss should be replaced

It can't be the case that you go to McDonald's once every month and something is missing every time. Given the prices, it's really a disgrace now. It was the last time we went to McDonald's in Memmingen. It's a shame, the staff were otherwise quite friendly.

Chrispy Chicken was cold, meat dry and not crispy, bread as hard as rusks (no exaggeration), fries cold and soggy. Only 2 of 3 Monopoly stickers arrived. The whole place was cold and there was a very unpleasant draft when the door opened. The furnishings take a lot of getting used to and are uncomfortable to sit on. Before the conversion, at least two doors were installed one behind the other. It's very unlikely that I'll eat here again!

I had something delivered to me via Lieferando. The delivery time was almost twice as long as stated and of course a burger was delivered incorrectly. The nice gentleman on the phone was quite unfriendly right from the start and tried to blame Lieferando for the wrong order. As a "compensation" they would have sent me a delivery person to bring me the right burger and pick up the wrong one, but according to the nice gentleman, that would have definitely taken some time because there was no driver available.

Fries very hot and fresh. The McRip was dry without sauce and very carelessly topped.

Everything was cold. It doesn't work at all. Even if there isn't much going on in the evening at 10 o'clock, cold food should not be served. Next time it would be better to go somewhere else.

McRip has a different consistency than usual. More like molded meat. I could be wrong, but it's irritating.

If I order something online to pick up, I expect that when I arrive, I can pick up my food and not that I have to wait half an hour on site until it is ready. What is the online ordering function for if it is not functions.

If it wasn't on the outskirts of town, it would be nice. It's a 40-minute walk from the city center, that's a negative.

The second time I was served by the same extremely unfriendly employee at the drive-in! An extremely unfriendly and impolite approach. Rarely have I had such a bad experience with an employee.

Typical McDonald's, fast and good food.

I've been to a lot of McDonald's branches, but this one is really bad. You always forget something with every order. Even with a menu that consists of 3 parts and a drink, at least 1 part is missing. One might think that they do this on purpose for economic reasons. Simply bottomless.

You can't go there anymore, the last few times you had to go to the checkout again and complain, choose a burger with bacon and get one without.....had breakfast today, ordered 2 identical wraps, one of which was only half was as big as the other one so please renew it, after 40 minutes the 2 identical wraps came repackaged cold.

No long waiting times at the checkout. Food good, just cold. Unfortunately the floor in front of the checkout was very sticky and so were the tables. Too bad.

Only used drive in. It was very difficult to understand the lady and I didn't have a radio or anything on

Rarely have I experienced such a modern, clean and friendly McD. I think the equipment with all the bells and whistles is second to none, at least I haven't seen it that way yet. The only drawback that doesn't detract from the rating is the first urinal in the men's toilet - if you stand there, you can quickly get the door in your back. Classic construction mistake 😂

I took the Big M out to try it out and it just wasn't there, but then you can't do anything at home, normally the sauces are missing, but citizen is crazy

Super Mc Donald’s ! The best we went so far ! We come every week and are never disappointed, the food is better than in other restaurants of the same brand. The staff is nice, toilets are clean ! Continue like this ! 5 stars well deserved !

Visited this McD for lunch on a detour route during our holiday drive. Since all McD restaurants are set up in the same way and of course the food is the same everywhere, there were no positive or negative special features to report here.

Just dirty tables. There are advertisements for glasses everywhere, but they are all sold out. Unfriendly Berlin girl. No Ice in the cola Fries half full You should order yourself. Garbage should be separated yourself. After renovation, worse than before.

Ordered takeaway food. The food was all good. But I ordered a Coca Cola without ice and got a Cola with popcorn flavor and ice. Was super sweet. My sister wanted a cola without ice with passion fruit flavor. She got exactly the same as me. But now the kicker. Her friend wanted a normal Fanta but got a cola. The sink at home was happy about this refreshment. How can you go so wrong with drinks? Especially because there wasn't even much going on (ordered to take away and noticed at home)

Typical McDonald's restaurant. Fast food is unhealthy but still delicious. Children's birthdays can be celebrated here.

Eating on site is easy or if you order in advance and pick it up yourself. But the delivery service is a disaster. We waited over 2 hours for our food, even though we had to give our phone number so that we could be contacted if there was a delay. Nobody let us know. So delivery was the first and last time

My coffee was good ☕☕☕ The service in the USA is always better I can't comment on the food Handing it in because I avoid something like that.

Very clean McDonald's. A lot of seating, but also different seating options.

So far, food has always been very quick and fresh, only on days when there is a lot going on, more emphasis should be placed on emptying the garbage can more often. It's not nice when you're eating and there's rubbish piled up next to you and in the summer there are lots of flies and bees, especially outside

The delivery does not meet our Austrian standards. The deadline kept getting pushed back and our food wasn't delivered. Our inquiries were not answered and apparently no one there can use the telephone. That's a disgrace! Kind regards, Marco

McDonald's has become much better, much neater, cleaner, digital ordering is very practical. Service is good.

Nothing to complain about. Just normal Mägges. After the renovation everything is now even neater and cleaner - modern look. Little Ankara in the Memmingen industrial area, you hear “vallah” more often than “good morning” but everything is relaxed 😜

My family and my brother's family were there when we visited the branch in Memmingen. So there were 8 of us and we placed our order electronically at the terminals set up with a delay of 2 minutes. We both took advantage of the table service and then sat down at a large shared table. So conditions for quick operation would have been met. My brother and his family also received the food they ordered very promptly. Then it actually took 31 minutes and several requests until we finally received the wrong order, my brother's order and finally, after a few more minutes, our entire order. We were compensated for our patience with two full orders and double the amount of toys. All in all, my brother and his family have already moved on and we had a short stay at the fast food restaurant for over an hour. Despite everything, the staff was very friendly. Chaotic lunch!

Unfriendly employees, where you can tell that they don't know the word service. Pretty on the outside, the founder would have just shaken his head at the functionality. It is not clear to customers where to checkout and where to pick up. The employees also carry out both at both locations.

The food was as usual, but the stuff was really great. The terrace was quite busy, but they handled it amazing with food "delivery". Caffe was also really nice.

My best friend just cried because the entire order was messed up. The burgers arrive as if they had been used to clean the floor. It's also ugly since the renovation. You don't feel comfortable at all and who the hell doesn't put the order terminals at the checkout? That's why there are always people running around in the whole "restaurant" and there's no peace in any corner.

Made the wrong drink twice, then got it right on the third attempt after ages. Drink with ice cubes (iced latte) then without ice cubes, so only half cold because they don't have any ice cubes today..... Staff completely overwhelmed and haphazard. Just a huge joke.

Dear team, dear people. It was on a Sunday evening when I felt like eating cake and then it came to my mind: Mc caffe, let's go. Once again there was no frozen yogurt. OK, no broken legs, everything was easy, as the hippies would say. Back home, I almost fell off my throne when I noticed that there was only one fork in the bag. Near tears, I had to live with the shame and cry myself to sleep.

Long waiting time after the order was placed. But staff in the kitchen have time to stand around. Food was brought to the table almost cold after 25 minutes. The management of the food stall should think about it!

The food is normal as it is at McDonalds and the toilets are disgustingly dirty, the walls are artfully smeared with feces, the urinals are clogged with toilet paper.

The stealing from outside is terrible and dangerous. You hit the angular sides and the middle iron with your knees. It's also uncomfortable. Squeaks. The food became much expensive.

I ordered cheeseburgers from a menu to take away, when I got home I saw that there were 2 cheeseburgers in there and I had to pay for them. Then I tried to eat them, the first one worked but the second one just tasted sticky and disgusting. I wanted to eat chicken nuggets but had to throw up and had no appetite at all!!

Getting there can be difficult depending on traffic jams. Otherwise all good.

We were in the drive through on March 17th, 2024 around 1:20 am. The employees were extremely unfriendly and made fun of us because we wanted to order a little more. Orders weren't taken properly, we weren't asked what we wanted, and now we have to eat something we didn't order. The food was cold, the cola only tasted like water, I didn't get my cheese sauce which was on the menu

For 2 or so years there has only been cold water to wash your hands... it's strange, especially when it's around -10 degrees outside, something like that isn't fun. Something like that is actually quite ridiculous Edit: water is still cold

It's just an mc's Burgers taste ok What I didn't like was that my sprite was water with ice cubes. Otherwise just as usual.

I have never experienced a McDonald's with such an inviting atmosphere. Everything was very clean. There were even real tulips on the tables. The completion of the food and drinks took a little longer than usual for McDonald. All in all, we really enjoyed it and enjoyed it.
