Kentucky Fried Chicken in Memmingen

Worst service ever at KFC Memmingen! The employee who served us was incredibly rude, obviously frustrated with her job and didn't even try to hide her attitude. She literally threw the food at us as if we were animals and not paying customers. If you can't hire polite staff then close the shop! This is an absolute disgrace for KFC. I will never set foot in this place again. Management should seriously think about the quality of their team because I wouldn't tolerate this even at a run down street food joint!

Great KFC in a good location to the motorway. Order terminals available, quick preparation, food delicious as usual. Clean toilets. Gladly again.

We eat at KFC frequently especially when we travel, and this is the BEST KFC we have been to, so far. Ultra clean, very friendly and fast preparation (despite it is also always quite busy due to the location), and the food is great, much better than other KFCs we have been to.

Good morning, Unfortunately, we are very disappointed and as fans of Kentucky we wanted to form our own opinion. Chicken extremely finished with soggy breading. When I bit into the leg, the fat ran down my fingers. The owner and founder would turn in his grave. The chicken was so done that even the bones were already cooked through. Here the chicken was killed twice. We also had wing parts in our mix of 3, there's just a little meat on it and it's very cheap. However, I would like to highlight the service and the young man who cleaned the restaurant. He was very hardworking. We are super disappointed. My wife also had stomach and intestinal problems that evening, so the investment of over 30 euros didn't last long. There is an urgent need for action here because it is a shame that a company is allowed to sell such quality in a group. Please take note of the critical opinions of many customers. Kind regards RH

Ordered takeaway. Took the bag into the car and then noticed that a burger was missing. Of course it was my fault, I should have checked the order before leaving the restaurant. But how difficult can it be to fill the bag with the ordered contents....

The Kentucky, as we know it, is just smaller. However, my food was somehow different in taste and overall very expensive. I'll come back soon and test again.

Since when can you get wings for the price of a chicken piece? I got two mini pieces. Ulm is much tastier and fills you up.

So it was the most KFC I have ever eaten!! The food was fresh and crispy, it took a while until the order was ready, but they were freshly made. Cleanliness, extraordinarily good food, beastly garlic sauce, those phenomenal cheese balls!! It's a pity that it is 300 km from us, otherwise I would come every day!

The ambience is normal for a KFC and nothing special. Neither particularly good nor bad. However, the employees don't know their own products and since there is unfortunately no hot wing day here on Tuesdays, I took the other offer. That means EUR 10 for 15 cold Original Bites in a bucket and sauce from the plastic packaging. Elsewhere there were plates when you eat in a restaurant and usually the food is warm. But it wasn't even lukewarm. It was really cold...

Pepsi Zero tastes like a cross between perfume and dishwashing liquid. Crispy stripes were rock hard. The staff is unfriendly because they hardly speak any German themselves and have a very difficult time taking the order.

The DPL Colonel Original with cheese didn't come with any cheese... after asking, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders...

I just go to a fast food store every now and then because of the kids. I still think Kentucky is the best. But the prices don't go anywhere. 8.99 for a burger......

I have rarely seen a fast food restaurant so clean. The toilets were thoroughly checked in front of me and the ladies working there had big smiles on their faces. The food was also hot and fresh. Rarely happens with vegetarian products. In addition, the boss at KFC really made me very happy because I had forgotten my ring at KFC Memmingen while I was in transit. He sent it back to me at private expense and didn't charge anything in return. Thanks for that :) Keep it up!

I've been here a few times with different people. Every now and then someone had a bit of a nasty stomach. But today or yesterday is the bottom of the barrel completely. All three of us have diarrhea and my colleague with the milkshake can't get down from the bowl and has stomach cramps. This is a case for the trade inspectorate. Never again

The food was quite tasty. Customer service was very friendly but about 2-3 hours after eating I started having a stomach ache and had to go to the toilet. I think it's a shame and I'll definitely never eat there again

We stopped by here on vacation. The drive in speaker here is by far the nicest I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Extremely friendly, very nice voice and very charming. 10/10 points for that alone!! 🫶🏻 I hope this gets passed on to him!!! The food was good as always🤗

Been there twice this week. The first time my older son had to throw up several times. We thought it was a virus. Lifelike service made extra unsalted fries for my baby daughter. Chicken wings quality is also better than usual KFC. Even the children's chair is from the Stokke brand.

Food can only be ordered via terminal. Staff helpless with questions about the order. Upset both of our stomachs. Then you are forced to order zero sugar drinks because there are no regular Pespi anymore. Never again!!!

Only zero drinks or apple spritzer. Otherwise I was quite satisfied. But I don't go there anymore because of the drink selection.

A real pleasure to eat at KFC. I think the buckets are nice, but I always have to have a burger with them. Simply delicious, of course it's MEAT. So not a place for vegans.

The food was good, but we couldn't do anything with the drinks, there are actually only zero/free sodas here - yuck, I don't go to fast food to try to be "healthy". Even the children left this limo behind. When ordering it was listed for the individual drinks, but not if you choose it with your meal as usual, I checked again. The service didn't even understand the problem at first and was then uncomprehending and even unfriendly. I won't eat here again.

I was there for the last time!!! Firstly, the floor was slippery, as if someone had spread the oil on the floor! How?!?! Secondly, after I order my food, I try to get my drink. but everything was sugar-free "zero". I'm not mad why they're just sugar free. I'm mad because the menu says regular Coke.
