I think McDonald's is better than many others, it's much quicker, no problems with ordering, everything is complete and super neat on site

In my opinion, the waiting times at the drive-in are long. Sometimes you have to wait in line for over 10 minutes before you can finally go back with your order. The poor employees are simply overwhelmed and can't keep up. But they are friendly towards customers. The food tastes as always. The prices keep going up. We stop by every now and then. But only when the line isn't that long.

My husband and I wanted to have your double burger but the employee said that he couldn't make the burgers for another hour but we could get the coffee. We went. Never again.

Unfortunately, there was a very long wait even though there was nothing going on. A pity

I ordered something and had the sauce changed, but the device didn't save my order and I got the burger with the usual sauce. So when I complained about this, they said I probably hadn't confirmed it (it says save in bold at the bottom?!?) so I pressed it too, but they didn't want to give me what I actually ordered. So I left the burger there and said you can throw it away or I'll give it to you. And the one at the back is still gossiping about it. Such employees are pretty bold. In Iserlohn you are treated differently.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, there was only one person taking orders, I waited 12 minutes and still couldn't order, there was only one person in front of me and about 6 people behind me waiting for an order , as far as I noticed there were only 4 employees in the restaurant, I had to leave because I had no chance of getting my order, thanks McDonalds, that way I lost 15 minutes of my meal break and that's 30 minutes! 🥳

The food was ok and the table service was also quick. Unfortunately, the slide outside was full, which made us and the children a little hungry.

By default, the ice cream is only filled halfway. According to some employees, there is probably an unofficial instruction about this, but at least it is never completely full, like in other places. In addition, employees are increasingly removing table tents so that they can no longer be delivered to the table. When you order to the table via the app, the store shouts loudly that you should pick up the food (unfortunately there is a black hair in the box with the nuggets). Once you get there, you'll be criticized as to why you're so late. I heard employees telling each other that they didn't feel like delivering the food and that there were more important things to do. Guys, this is your job. Do your job and then do what you planned to do. This isn't the show "Make a Wish." (10 people in the restaurant where most of them were eating, 5 minutes behind the cash register) ---

It's become an absolute dirty shop, there's always cold or wrong food in the MC Drive. If you talk to the staff about it, they still get stupid answers... unfortunately the Haas family branches are no longer what they used to be. MCD Germany should take action slowly...

Very good snack bar with very good bratwurst and generally very tasty food. Friendly service. I just don't want to talk about ambience.

I ordered two double chili cheese burgers at the drive in. I had to wait a few minutes before the bag was brought to my car by a nice employee. And then a little miracle: freshly prepared and hot, these things taste really good! These were definitely the best McDonald's burgers in a long time. Even the processed cheese was given the opportunity to do its job - namely, melt. The only sad thing is that this is the exception, not them rule is.

McDonalds offers a wide range of options to suit different dietary needs. Even vegetarians can always find something tasty, be it the veggie burger or the salad. Kudos to McDonald’s for their diversity.

This was the cleanest McDonald's restaurant I have visited in recent months. Friendly staff and freshly made burgers. I've had a completely different experience in other branches.

Food and service very good, as usual at McDonalds. Unfortunately there is a lot of rubbish and it is dirty. Overall good, but nothing special.

Unfortunately you can't even rate the food, after 1 1/2 hours of delivery our order was canceled. Absolutely sad!! Fast food, thanks Lieferando..

Staff massively overwhelmed, I waited over an hour for my food before I canceled my order. Simply too few staff, relatively young and inexperienced, things just don't work that way. At least there is something positive to report, the staff was helpful and friendly, so they deserve a second chance. In my opinion, the blame clearly lies with management.

I wasn't from this city and ordered using the app. Everything worked out great. Food delicious as always. Staff attentive and polite. Nothing would be forgotten and brought to the table quickly. Nice evening to end with friends 👍

Ich mag die Bestellterminals, auch wenn hier nur wenige Karten akzeptiert werden, ist das super angenehm. Absoluter Plus Punkt ist das Ding mit der Tischnummer, die bringen einem das Essen wenn's fertig ist zum Tisch. Und das ging super fix obwohl die Bude rappelvoll war.

Ich gehe nicht so häufig nach McDonald's. Hier ist zu sagen: sauber, aufgeräumt, schnelle Bedienung, angenehme Temperatur. War in Bergkamen: komplett das Gegenteil.

Für das jüngere Jahrgang ist es wahrscheinlich gut und für die ältere Generation geht es so. Auswahl der Speisen ist gut

Alles im großen und ganzen super keine Kritik bisssss auffff der Kinderbereich Indoor-Spielplatz sollte auch regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Der Geruch dort sowie das alles verschmiert ist seit längerer Zeit geht garnicht entweder weg damit oder gründlich öfters reinigen

Super Ambiente. Das Essen war heiß und lecker. Leider sind die Parkplätze nicht so das wahre weil zum einem zu wenig vorhanden sind. Zudem ist die Ausschilderung Mangelhaft wenn man sich nicht auskennt.

War alles einwandfrei ,freundliches Personal, Essen war auch gut.

Der neue MC Crispy ist der absolute Hammer 🤤

Ich finde das ist das bester Mc Donald's hier im Umkreis. Nette Mitarbeiter und das Essen kommt echt schnell nicht so wie in Hemer!

Das Essen war schnell fertig, alles war heiss (was nicht überall der Fall ist) und hat geschmeckt. Die Drive-in Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, wir waren zufrieden :)

Grundsätzlich McDonald Standard, wenn die Burger jetzt noch richtig warm wären gäbe es 4 Sterne

Nach über 10 Jahren waren wir mal wieder überhaupt bei McDonald's und genauer gesagt hier in Menden. Über die Jahre haben wir unseren Fastfood-Konsum extrem eingeschränkt und waren wenn dann nur noch bei der Konkurrenz essen. Aber warum nicht mal wieder einen aktuellen Eindruck vermitteln lassen? Tatsächlich wurden wir sehr positiv überrascht. Wir kamen trotz eines ca. halbvollen Restaurants mit vielen Kinder praktisch sofort dran, wurden nett bedient und heutzutage bekommt man das Essen tatsächlich an den Tisch gebracht, was für uns völlig neu war. Schöner Service und das auch noch in weniger als 5 Minuten. Die Curly Fries waren knusprig und lecker, die Burger schön saftig und schmackhaft. Die Burger hätten für unseren Geschmack etwas wärmer sein können. Der Käse war leider nur in der Mitte des Burgers etwas angeschmolzen. Das sowie das Aussehen bzw. den Zusammenhalt des gesamten Burgers bekommt Burgerking noch einen Tacken besser hin, aber dennoch können wir sonst wirklich nicht beklagen. Die Preise sind zwar deutlich happiger als noch vor ein paar Jahren geworden, aber das ist bei der Konkurrenz nicht anders. Für uns eine sehr positive Erfahrung! 🙂

Mecces , eben .... Vergessen gerne mal nen Burger oder jetzt letztens wars das trinken meiner Tochter im Happy Meal. Gegen Vorlage des Kassenbons wurde mir dann doch noch das Wasser nachgereicht. IMMER KASSENZETTEL NEHMEN UND BESTELLUNG ÜBERPRÜFEN.

Guten Tag liebe Community! 🤗 Ich möchte heute meine langjährige Erfahrung mit dem McDonald's hier in Menden teilen. Ich bin wirklich überaus zufrieden und möchte eine besonders positive Erfahrung hervorheben. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg äußerst freundlich, was für mich darauf hinweist, dass bereits bei der Einstellung viel Wert auf diese Eigenschaft gelegt wird. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der stets freundliche und liebenswürdige Mitarbeiter, den ich liebevoll den 'freundlichen Dicken mit der Brille' nenne (Köppi). Seine sympathische Art verleiht dem Besuch immer eine angenehme Note. Allerdings muss ich gestehen, dass eine junge Dame, die ich häufiger am Drive-In-Schalter getroffen habe, seine Freundlichkeit sogar noch übertreffen konnte. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team aussprechen! Eure Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft machen den Besuch bei McDonald's in Menden zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Die letzten drei Bestellungen im Drive wurden falsch herausgegeben! Wir bestellen schon online vor damit es keine Kommunikationspronleme gibt aber es bringt nichts. Spicy Nuggets bestellt und bestätigt, normale bekomme. Cappuccino bestellt und bestätigt, Kaffe bekommen. Saucen wurden bei 2 der 3 Besuche schlichtweg vergessen...

Leider wird immer was vergessen… oder funktioniert nicht, egal ob mit der App, Coupons, Premien. Man Ärger sich jedes mal aufs Neue

Sie waren sehr kinderfreundlich und es war sehr lecker die Tische sind immer geputzt

Warum müssen wir unsere Fahrräder an einer Laterne anketten und können nicht durch den Drive In- Schalter fahren ?? Schlißlich haben Fahrräder auch Reifen !! Hier fehlen noch ein paar Fahrradständer (vernünftige) nicht 08/15 Ständer bitte nachbessern !! Und warum sind beim Eis Sorten angegeben, die nicht verfügbar sind ?!

Ist okay, könnte öfter mal sauber gemacht werden, Tische sind oft süffig, kleben oder müll liegt auf dem Boden, Bedienungen sind immer freundlich und nett.

Einkehr während einer Fahrradtour. Bestellung an der Kasse wurde zu teuer bezahlt und der bestellte 0,25l Milchshake (3,49€) war nur zur Hälfte befüllt. Reklamation bei der Tischbedienung ergab nur Schulterzucken. An der Kasse reklamiert wurde wenigstens nachgefüllt und zugegeben, dass die Maschine verkehrt eingestellt war. Fazit: Verzehr nur noch über App-Coupons!

So ein mega freundliches Personal, und vor alles der Filialleiter.. Freundlichkeit in Person.. zuvorkommend Perfekt..

so langsam muss man sich echt überlegen burger zum mitnehmen zu bestellen heute wiedermal nicht die komplette bestellung bekommen (chicken nuggets fehlten) einfach nervig !! es kann nicht sein das man bevor man raus geht die tüten durchsehen muss um die artikel zu kontrollieren leider nicht das erstemal passiert, und der laden war noch nicht einmal voll. so kann man auch geld machen !!!
