Worst McDonald's ever Never go here!!!!!!!, they always forget everything 👀 This has happened far too often, it's not normal anymore. The wrong burgers in the wrong packaging and the wrong bun. They just dumped everything together and spit in every customer's face... Absolutely a disgrace Please close the place and make something better. It's just garbage...

Very nice man at the drive-thru. But the fries didn't have any salt.

Once again, at least part of the order has been forgotten. This shouldn't happen when the order form is right in front of you and you can check it.

Most of the employees assigned to the McDrive are less familiar with the McDonald's Germany product range and the time-dependent coupon offer in the associated app than the customer. Furthermore, some employees aren't sufficiently familiar with the technology behind the McDrive, so that previously ordered items aren't removed from the order upon customer request. This leads to overpayment, and sometimes, even frequently, ordered items are exchanged for items not ordered. In my opinion, better employee training is needed here.

Unfortunately, orders at the checkout counter are dismissed. If you ask what's happening with the order whose number was displayed for 3 seconds a long time ago, they're unfriendly. With ice cream, you can choose whether you want a lot or a little, for example, of a sauce. Even with a little, the ice cream is essentially just sauce. For example, a wooden spoon is still covered in sauce up to 1/4 of the handle. Depending on who's on duty, orders are handed out incorrectly or cold.

everything takes a terribly long time

This isn't the first time I've gotten cold fries at McDonald's. The hamburgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller. The service is very good. Everything is cleaned immediately. The location in Menden Boesperde is also nice. The staff is very friendly.

The kids' slide hasn't worked for the second year in a row; it's just wrapped in tape and no one will fix it. The food is good, and so is the service.

We went to the drive-thru yesterday and received excellent service. Great staff and delicious food. The McDonald's finally had some sauce on it and wasn't so dry. The McDonald's ice cream was once again absolutely delicious. We also left the restaurant with a smile. Keep up the good work, and thanks to the lovely employee yesterday for the service. 4 stars because the food was already expensive.

McDonald's Bösperde, a gourmet temple with a golden M! Thanks to the coupon, the meal not only tasted better, but also cheaper (what more could you want?). The Royal TS was so juicy it almost needed a "Caution, dripping" sign. The Chicken McNuggets were buttery soft, as if they'd just finished a spa weekend. Coke Zero? Cooler than the shadow of a Big Mac. The only faux pas: no napkins for table service. Perhaps they were sold out—or simply too exclusive for my table.

The food is super fresh and warm. The team is very friendly, and you get the feeling that everyone is working together well. Keep it up 👍

There's always something missing when you pick something up at the McDrive... today I picked something up around 4:40 p.m. and three items worth almost 17 euros were missing... the conversations with the employees leave a lot to be desired, especially when children are sitting in the car and listening to everything... simply pathetic

I have to get something off my chest. I witnessed something today that I found horrible. An older, but much more experienced employee was treating the younger employees terribly. You could see how scared the younger employee was. I can also understand if the older employee grabbed his arm and pulled him. It was truly unbearable to watch, and I felt very sorry for him. Respectful behavior is the most important thing, and for this reason, I will NOT be visiting the McDonald's in Menden again.

Definitely leaves a lot to be desired... Our order was missing food worth over €10. Sure, you should always check to make sure everything's in the bag, but when three things are missing and you've had to wait 10 minutes, it's pretty hard to ignore.

As you would expect. In a positive sense. Clean, food was fresh, and the restroom was okay.

It's the same as always. The personal touch falls by the wayside. But what can I say? The food is like in almost every McDonald's. There are some that taste good, and the others keep you coming back. But all in all, it's always good.

Actually always satisfied. But the cheeseburgers were way too peppery. Even on the tarpaulin there was so much pepper that I couldn't give it to my 4 year old. Even when spoken to, they just say that it's normal. Nope, such a thick layer that even my mouth burns is not normal! The two of them barely understood German. Very unfortunate!! It didn't taste good at all and everything ended up in the bin. I left the Plane Cheeseburger on site because we didn't get a replacement.

I called and was told to either get it or next time - haha ​​we go there maybe three times a year as if that would work. In my opinion, the waiting times at the drive-in are long. Sometimes you have to wait in line for over 10 minutes before you can finally go back with your order. The poor employees are simply overwhelmed and can't keep up. But they are friendly towards customers. The food tastes as always. The prices keep going up. We stop by every now and then. But only when the line isn't that long.

I ordered something and had the sauce changed, but the device didn't save my order and I got the burger with the usual sauce. So when I complained about this, they said I probably hadn't confirmed it (it says save in bold at the bottom?!?) so I pressed it too, but they didn't want to give me what I actually ordered. So I left the burger there and said you can throw it away or I'll give it to you. And the one at the back is still gossiping about it. Such employees are pretty bold. In Iserlohn you are treated differently.

I ordered two double chili cheese burgers at the drive in. I had to wait a few minutes before the bag was brought to my car by a nice employee. And then a little miracle: freshly prepared and hot, these things taste really good! These were definitely the best McDonald's burgers in a long time. Staff massively overwhelmed, I waited over an hour for my food before I canceled my order. Simply too few staff, relatively young and inexperienced, things just don't work that way. Ich mag die Bestellterminals, auch wenn hier nur wenige Karten akzeptiert werden, ist das super angenehm. Absoluter Plus Punkt ist das Ding mit der Tischnummer, die bringen einem das Essen wenn's fertig ist zum Tisch. Und das ging super fix obwohl die Bude rappelvoll war.

Ich gehe nicht so häufig nach McDonald's. Hier ist zu sagen: sauber, aufgeräumt, schnelle Bedienung, angenehme Temperatur. War in Bergkamen: komplett das Gegenteil.

Für das jüngere Jahrgang ist es wahrscheinlich gut und für die ältere Generation geht es so. Auswahl der Speisen ist gut

Alles im großen und ganzen super keine Kritik bisssss auffff der Kinderbereich Indoor-Spielplatz sollte auch regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Der Geruch dort sowie das alles verschmiert ist seit längerer Zeit geht garnicht entweder weg damit oder gründlich öfters reinigen

Super Ambiente. Das Essen war heiß und lecker. Leider sind die Parkplätze nicht so das wahre weil zum einem zu wenig vorhanden sind. Zudem ist die Ausschilderung Mangelhaft wenn man sich nicht auskennt.

War alles einwandfrei ,freundliches Personal, Essen war auch gut.

Ich finde das ist das bester Mc Donald's hier im Umkreis. Nette Mitarbeiter und das Essen kommt echt schnell nicht so wie in Hemer!
