Burger King Menden in Menden (Sauerland)

Up to now the staff have always been very unfriendly, you really have to wait an unusually long time and the burgers sometimes look as if someone had eaten them five times beforehand.

Hunger drove it in. For freshly flame grilled, this double whopper was more of a lukewarm affair. Healed again for a year. 😂😎😜

The food was cold and tasteless. It's better to take a detour to Mac Donald.

Food was cold but still good but I found a hair in my fries. Very disgusting. Next time I'll go to a different store

Unfortunately, we have had several disappointing experiences with Burger King orders in the past. Frequently the fries and nuggets arrived cold, there were delays, or items were missing. The friendly and polite delivery person was always a small ray of hope for us, but the quality of the food often left something to be desired. Today, however, we were pleasantly surprised: the food we ordered came 30 minutes earlier than stated, was complete, nice and warm and tasted perfect. As always, the delivery person was very friendly. We hope that the quality stays at this level, because this time Burger King really impressed us.

Haven't been to BK in a long time, but it was actually very tasty. The BK was quite clean, all tray holders were cleared, food was very tasty. Gladly again..

Neither a "hello", nor a "please", nor "enjoy your meal", nor "bye", nor "have a nice day" - just an unsympathetic look. If you don't lose your appetite... 😉

We ordered there via Lieferando, the food was cold and something was missing. We then called there and the delivery person didn't answer.

Very bad service and for the money you pay the food is subpar. The young man from the service was a disaster, unmotivated and so unfriendly. For a menu and 6 nuggets, 1 mini cappuccino 20!!! Euros and then they don't take part in the 1 promotion ok and the other one is sold out when asked by the young man. But sorry, service is a little different and, above all, a little friendlier

Ordered the Whopper menu there today with a coupon for 11.99.- on site (in the restaurant). The food was ready for pickup in about 5 minutes. The burgers were really good, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion. Everything tasted okay, as did the fries. But the staff could be a bit friendlier! A hello was never returned, instead the young man at the checkout just looked at me questioningly. I heard two customers behind me say: "Well, they don't seem to like talking here!" Nobody at the counter in the customer area said a word and everyone was in a real mood. The payment was made without a word - no question about mayo or ketchup (e.g. always common at McDonalds). In addition, I actually wanted to eat in the restaurant, but that wasn't asked either; instead, the order was left in a bag for me to pick up. So there was still a lot of room for improvement today...

Just got food there. Absolute joke. We didn't have enough fries in our entire order and didn't have 2 x 6 onion rings. But the main thing is that there is mayo in it that I can enjoy with my imaginary fries. Of course, everything was still accounted for! Thanks for nothing! Here you pay for things you don't get. 👍🏼

Here I was able to eat the best Big King XXL ever. Thanks. Miles ahead of the BK in Hagen.

Just not good. You spend €25 and eat really subpar. Had it delivered. Came quickly but cold.

Today I ordered food from Burger King Menden at home, the gentleman came after 1.5 hours and it was supposed to be 40 minutes, everything was cold and disgusting, half of the order wasn't there at all, I paid the bill with PayPal. The gentleman left quickly, there are no answers on the phone, no emails, no contact, they robbed me! Thieves!!Thieves!!!!

Great store. Food is prepared quickly. The employees are all nice and cool The only thing that bothers me a bit is that the parking lot is too small

Unfortunately there is no drinks machine. Unfortunately we were overwhelmed by the service, even though it wasn't full.

The last time I ate there. €5.49 for a “burger” that is soggy and only this piece of lettuce is visible? Let alone the sauce, which is almost non-existent. Tomato that hasn't been cooled for about 12 hours. Loveless and slapped on. Never again. Ate at home. Drive 5 minutes. During this time the burger can't lose so much of its freshness. I expect a little more for my money even if it's just "Burger King".

I haven't had such sticky, tasteless food in a long time, fries are soggy, chili cheese nuggets are cold and therefore sticky, the lettuce on the burger tastes like it's 5 days old??

I've ordered something there several times now and the food has always been cold. When I asked the staff about it, I was insulted and told that if I didn't like it, I should eat somewhere else.

After the meal was selected at the terminal, the price suddenly increased without any indication why. The employee didn't know either and was quite unfriendly.

Very good food and a cheap price. Very nice place! Friendly staff but very slow, takes a long time to get the food even when it's not crowded, that's why only 3 stars.

Ordered food through Lieferando and there were things missing that were checked off on the receipt, so I put them in. I'm assuming the driver ate it. A darker young man who spoke German well. Burger King please punish the driver who brought the order to Menden Lendringsen on June 30th, 2024 at around 8:40 p.m. After 65 calls, no one answers the phone, but the phone is busy from time to time. An absolute disgrace is that the order took over 2 hours to arrive. The fries were limper than my post-sex sausage and the burgers were charred. Absolute juice shop when it comes to ordering. When you eat there, it actually tastes pretty good.

Unfortunately, when delivered, the food usually arrives lukewarm. We always miss sauces, regardless of whether they were free or paid for 50 cents.

I rarely have problems with orders here and the employees are always friendly. I would be happy if more Fuze tea varieties were offered in the future. (strawberry, raspberry etc.)

Food was good and fresh. Unfortunately the Big King was missing from the bag And the curly fries consisted of 80% fries. Unfortunately a bit disappointing as we only noticed it when we got home.

You know what to expect. The furnishings could be a little more modern but it is what it is. But the burgers are much better and prepared with fresh salad, in contrast to the competitor with the yellow "M". Only the fries and chicken nuggets aren't quite as good as at "MD" But that's a matter of taste anyway. All in all completely fine 👍

The simultaneous arrival of ice hockey fans (Roosters) and visitors to the Bastian Bielendorfer event in Wilhelmshöhe leads to total chaos at the cash registers and in the kitchen. Fast food becomes slow food. Lots of complaints about missing or wrong food. It's better to go there when there's nothing going on.

Order terminals work perfectly, only the positioning and distance could be more optimal. Kitchen employees wear street clothes (e.g. winter jacket with faux fur) and do not wear gloves. Danish King sandwich roll was old and dry, the patty was ice cold and the tartar sauce and fried onions were missing. Unfortunately that was very disappointing.

Tables clean, staff friendly, citizens taste good.

Bin selten bei burgerking. Aber das Restaurant ist schön und die Mitarbeiter wesentlich freundlicher und entspannter als bei mc Donalds

Ich war an einem Feiertag da. Das Essen war trotzdem warm und der Burger ordentlich gemacht.

Also heute war ich echt enttäuscht von Burgerking normalerweise schmeckt das immer da gut nur heute waren die Chilicheese Nuggets verbrannt und schmeckten echt trocken vom long chicken brauchen wir echt nicht zu reden das chicken war auch trocken als ob es von gestern rein getan würde ekelhaft echt eine größte Enttäuschung:/

Eigentlich ein normaler Burger King. Allerdings schmeckte einer der beiden Burger absolut nicht, da er vor Ketchup nur so triefte. Ansonsten alles normal.

Haben dort zwar nur ein Eis geholt, aber der Becher war schön voll und das Topping nicht gerade wenig. Bin sehr zufrieden. Es ging schnell, die Mitarbeiter waren höflich und dort war es angenehm zu sitzen, da dort kaum Leute waren. Wir waren dort an einem Samstag Abend.

Super nette Mitarbeiter. Leider gab es den Becher nicht mehr welchen ich haben wollte, durfte aber ein paar Tage später wieder kommen und habe dann nachtrglich einen bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Cool mit den Selbstbesteller Tafeln aber nervig das sie direkt an den Tischen stehen ... Wenn man dort sitzt und die Leute da dran bestellen ist echt unangenehm

Pommes lauwarm, weich. Käse auf dem Burger nicht angeschmolzen. Lange Wartezeit. Nicht empfehlenswert

Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir sind in der Regel am Mittag dort, bisher war immer alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Bedienung niemals unfreundlich, eine Dame ist besonders nett und immer gut gelaunt. Die Burger wurden bisher immer frisch zubereitet, waren dementsprechend warm und lecker, ebenso die Pommes. Ich bin etwa alle 6 bis 8 Wochen über das WE in Menden und dann zusammen mit meiner Mutter fast immer ein oder sogar zweimal dort und wir sind bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Qualitätsschwankungen habe ich auch nicht festgestellt.

Selten hat mich eine Mitarbeiterin mit ihrer guten Laune und ihrer tollen Art so mitgerissen wie Frau Zedda(?). Super freundlich und sehr angenehm! Das essen war sehr frisch, warm und allgemein sehr gut.

Als Nutzer des Drive-Inns kann Ich nur Gutes berichten. Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker zubereitet. Die Essensausgabe funktioniert schnell und reibungslos.

Der Laden ist schön groß und gut klimatisiert. Die Pommes sind recht knusprig und das Burger Angebot ist immer vielseitig.

Die unsägliche automatenbestellung macht mich fertig. Ich will und brauche das nicht. Man sollte such normal bestellen können!

Kinderfreundlich, Hygienisch und super lecker! Meiner Meinung nach der beste Burger King NRW's. Alle super freundlich, mach weiter so!
