McDonald's in Melle

Unfortunately, it's always dirty (food scraps and grease on the tables and benches), even though it's not crowded. We usually go to Bünde, but even though it's much busier, the benches and tables are almost always clean. It's a shame, because the service is friendly.

Extremely satisfied today. Everything was very clean, unlike any other. The staff was very friendly and very quick, even though it was very busy today. We haven't had a McDonald's team like this in a long time. Keep up the good work, we can recommend you with a clear conscience. Thank you.

I have no idea what's going on with you guys! But if someone gets their burger built incorrectly, that's one thing... and it's another to end up sitting on the toilet with diarrhea after 30 minutes. You just want to report someone who has no business being in the kitchen! 09/28/2025 2:49 PM... That colleague has no business being in the kitchen... It's the best McDonald's I've ever seen. The food is good. There's also a play area for the dog. Great, keep it up!

For a McDonald's where you'd normally expect lazy employees, unhygienic stores, and bad food, there was nothing here. Quite the opposite: clean, plants, and incredibly friendly staff.

This time at this branch: -the food was hot, -the restrooms were clean, -the service was fast and friendly, -not even the tray return area was overcrowded, -... Great!

Frequent errors in ordering, very long waiting times, air conditioning did not work inside even on the hottest days

I don't need it anymore. No napkins for the menu, wrong and missing items, lukewarm food. More than one star isn't possible.

We waited 20 minutes and, when we asked, were told that we had been forgotten. The tables and chairs outside were all dirty... Oh yeah, and you couldn't order salad...they'd run out.

I waited 30 minutes for my food at a fast-food restaurant. That's a very long time, especially when you're just passing through.

There are quite a few wasps flying around both inside and outside, which bothered us a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great place. Friendly staff. We arrived very early, so we were helped quickly at the Mc Cafe. Good coffee, served in cups instead of mugs. The location is clean, tidy, and looks nice. The restrooms are well-maintained, as you would expect. Recommended (can't comment on when it's very busy).

The staff today (8/10/2025) was very friendly. The food was even warm despite the rush, and people even asked if it was tasty. Really good service for a McDonald's.

Burgers look like they were thrown against a wall and drive-thru employees often tip drinks into the car when handing them over

One of the better McDonald's branches. Unfortunately, I can't generally give fast food more than 4 stars, so in short: for a McDonald's, everything here is top-notch.

What can I say... Food... just McDonald's. You have to have it once a month. Service... unfortunately, you really have to double-check everything on the spot if you order takeout. Lately, not everything that was ordered, and especially paid for, has been in the bags very often. Atmosphere... unfortunately, this branch is almost unbearably dirty. That's why we always takeout.

Well, I haven't been there in a long time, but the food has gone downhill quite a bit.

Error rate (multiple orders) too high, delivery service unfortunately a disaster (food ice cold - not even residual heat available).

Never again, waited 20 minutes for order, when asked they quickly packed something that had probably been lying around for ages, as the food was already cold when I received it

Super clean, even the toilets, nice shift manager who immediately passes on the praise for the toilet to the employees, we will be back

We loved the dog park. It was the perfect place for a break after a long car ride. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, and the outdoor area was particularly beautifully designed.

I got cappucino grande and it was giant and tasty. The outdoor seating was comfortable. Fries were little bit cold.

They only get one star because if you're there with your dog, there's even a dog playground. Onion burger describes it pretty well. There were tons of onions on it, and the curly fries were cold and rock hard. The 20 fries that were mixed in didn't add up at all. The McFlurry was a joke. They said it was standard fare. 5 spoons and it was empty, and it was more like a milkshake than ice cream. I won't eat there again for that price.

Unfortunately, it's not as personal as it used to be. You're basically on your own with everything. Some of the packaging has become really bad. Wrap is more like it used to be, and it's not easy to handle.

This McDonald's is a very good McDonald's. I thought the food was good. The employees were also very friendly. The only problem was that the McDonald's was unfortunately very inconveniently located, as it's difficult to get to.

Simply the best mcs. Clean, fast, friendly staff, and somehow tastier than the others.

Can you get into the store with two crutches? I wanted to buy a Junior bag for my little child. When I asked for a bag, the lady gave me a very, very angry look and, with a certain rudeness, threw the bag at me. That's not appropriate for McDonald's.

The kitchen staff don't wear gloves. One of them puts a topping on the burgers with an arm brace without any protection.

Unfortunately, you have to give one star, otherwise I wouldn't give it any at all. We ate here at the children's request. The wait was very long. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Three items from our order were missing. The food was cold. It was loud and dirty. Simply a waste. Not again.

Table number 225 After waiting 45 minutes and asking questions, I was insulted by an employee.

I ate there yesterday, and since then, I've been lying in bed with an upset stomach and bowels. Since I didn't eat anything else yesterday, I'm pretty sure it's the ice cream. While I was eating, I remarked that the ice cream had a different consistency than usual. Never again!!! I'd love to know what I caught there!

Crowded and noisy. Order given after 20 minutes. I would have gone to the store next door faster. Service was not helpful and reacted angrily.

We regularly go to McDonald's. For a quick snack with the kids. This time it was supposed to be a quick ice cream. Well, quick didn't apply this time. It was warm. 4 ice creams... the ice cream was ready made and left in the kitchen for 9 minutes. We refused the ice cream because it resembled a milkshake. The nice man at the counter was rude and annoyed and made us wait in the car. Then the next employee came and wanted to give it back. We said no again because it had been there for 15 minutes. She went around the corner, it took a while, and supposedly there was new ice cream. While the ice cream was being handed out, we noticed that only a dollop of new ice cream was put on top and given out as if it had just been made. So service is something else entirely. And the shop wasn't even full... we'll avoid Melle and decide to drive a bit further to Bünde.

I ordered a wrap with mustard sauce and got one with cream sauce. Instead of normal strips, there was a cutlet cut in half that was cold and half raw! McDonald's is like the country. I do not recommend it! What country, such mcdonald..

We were traveling through the Netherlands and spontaneously stopped at this McDonald's - and were pleasantly surprised! We were particularly enthusiastic about the agility area for dogs. We've never seen anything like this at a fast food restaurant - a really great idea! Our four-legged friend was able to let off steam while we ate in a relaxed manner. The food was good as expected, the fries were particularly crispy and fresh. Overall, a very pleasant stopover with real added value for dog owners. There should definitely be more of these!

Just ordered from Lieferando, order came quicker than expected. My McCrispy is so fried that it's dry and not edible. I have now requested a refund. People, you can't give out food like that to customers, even if they're away from home.

Ideal for breaks with dogs. Very clean shop. Dog meadow very clean. We were very happy that such a great offer was made for dogs (& people).

Here we have our own version of Mc Fisch with half a slice of cheese. Of course the price remains the same! Probably only on drive though.

Convenient location, food as known, attentive staff.

Very clean, flower arrangements on the tables, fast service, food is warm, friendly staff. Minus point is that I got the mozzarella wrap with chicken nuggets, not that great as a vegetarian. But the second mozzarella wrap was right. This branch is highly recommended

In the morning, when there was hardly any activity, I waited over 30 minutes for the food to be brought to my table. I wasn't the only one either, as I could see that two neighboring tables also had to wait over 30 minutes...

Do you have to give something like that out?

We took a break here with our dog and are thrilled with the dog play area. Perfect for long highway journeys with the dog. We will come back on the next vacation trip :)

We wanted to order a little something from Mc's after work. Conclusion: we waited 2 hours even though it said half an hour. Nobody answered the phone and the food arrived cold. This was the last time we ordered there.

I don't recommend this place! One of the McDonald's employees poured Coke all over me, and I didn't even get an apology drink or anything else. On top of that, the food is way overpriced and tastes sticky. I can't recommend it, even if there's a nice, inexpensive kebab shop in Melle.

I ordered nuggets and they came without sauce. Then I called and wanted my sauces. They said they would be there soon, but there weren't any new nuggets because they had sauce in 5 minutes. My sauces arrived after 40 minutes. So something like that doesn't work, the store should be closed, it's a complete rip-off honestly

McDonald's standards continue to decline. Freshly prepared burgers look like they came off a roller coaster. In terms of taste, it's just a standard fast food restaurant. The service dude was really fine and polite.

Ordered a coffee and a latte macchiato to eat in the restaurant. Once again I got paper cups. And both drinks without milk, sweetener and the spoon that was ordered with them. And that was the case several times. When I asked for milk and sweetener, there was no response. I then immediately left everything and left the store. They were able to drink the black liquor themselves. No point in trying any further. They should really look at their monitors.

The food is cold, the wait is long. The atmosphere is tense due to the long wait. The room is not properly heated, the seat is not comfortable in the cold. The toilet is a separate issue. Section there is no toilet cleaning schedule?

The friendliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Hasn't worked at all lately. Often you have to wait an hour for your food and when you ask about the number, which hasn't been on the preparation or serving list for a long time, you get a cheeky answer from the staff. Staff was completely overwhelmed, poorly coordinated team. This should be urgently worked on. 1 star is even too much here.

Super clean, beautifully decorated McDonalds. The food is as it is at this chain, but a lot of emphasis was placed on a nice ambience. For example, there are glass vases with fresh flowers on the tables inside and colorful blankets outside, now in February.

Ordered online & had it delivered... absolutely not recommended! Everything was cold and therefore inedible! Order directly on site and eat straight away, everything is good, but as already mentioned, never order online and have it delivered again!!!

We eat here regularly and have already become addicted. Great service, great friendly staff and such delicious food. We are regular customers here and always like to come back. I've been looking forward to the weekly Mecces visit all week. So delicious and so fast :) Thanks to the entire team, you're all great!

I placed a takeaway order and everything was wrong, plus the orders were ridiculous and no care was taken to make sure everything went well.

Checking orders is mandatory. In almost every order, some of the main burgers are missing.

It was okay and tasted good but my favorite is still Burgerking. Unfortunately it was closed at that time 😁

We must have had a bad day yesterday. Unfortunately there were no soft drinks on a Sunday evening. Everyone then had to order apple spritzer. That was really annoying. Then half of the plant nuggets were mixed with normal chicken nuggets in a pack. This really shouldn't happen. The pack was then exchanged for us and the employee on site was very nice, but the replacement plant nuggets were so old and dry that we no longer wanted to eat them. I'll just mention that the cool Mario Kart gifts in the Happy Meal were also sold out for the sake of completeness. We've actually stopped there several times and have always received the normal McDonald's standard. The worm was probably in there yesterday.

One of the cleanest branches I've ever seen. The staff is very friendly and committed. The burgers always taste very good and are warm. We live in Melle and are very happy that we have such a great McDonald's branch in the city. Please transfer proper night money to the staff, thank you.

A great Mc's branch, clean, fast, hardly any waiting time to order, good selection of cakes at the Mc Cafe ..... the only thing I rate as - is........ too little sauce on my Mc Rib ....

Only breakfast at 9 is a shame. You have to know for yourself. And no tickets.

Seen coupled in the nose 👃 and then my citizen occupied without gloves wanted a new one and they were really cheeky. And was thrown out just because I saw it and wanted a new one without being cheeky, normally said well, customers are like treadmill trash, thank you again

Open 24 hours a day, nice and clean and hot fresh food

Food came quickly and was almost still hot. Also good and clean atmosphere.

There is not a single drive-thru order that was complete. If you're "lucky", all you're missing is a sweet and sour sauce, but if you're unlucky, you're not only missing a hamburger but also two portions of fries. With an order that consists of more than 2 burgers, you can save yourself having to go through the drive-thru if you really want what you paid for! I don't even want to know how much money we've already spent on things we didn't get. Trust is good, control is better. Unfortunately there is no other way here.

Once again there was cold (and raw) food at McDonalds Melle. Cold fries, cold nuggets and the burger that was still cold and RAW inside... It's sad how bad things are going here now.

A MC Donalds like everywhere else, super nice and courteous service, 2 chicken burgers very seasoned, 1 Royal TS hamburger unfortunately lukewarm. Prices quite OK. Screen display broken, so no information about processing without asking. Toilets very clean.

Best McDonald's within 30km. I don't have to check whether my order is correct, there are always napkins, the milkshakes are perfect and without ice crystals and the service is friendly, courteous and quick. Even as a German, I can't complain about that.

The food is just typical McDonald's fast food. So nothing special. But I have to say, I have never experienced such a neat and clean fast food restaurant on the highway. There were even real carnations on the tables.

Very friendly employee who immediately came to help us at the order point and made us aware of offers and promotions... Takeaway food was super quick, everything was there and the service was extremely friendly. The dog park right next door should be mentioned very positively.

If you want to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 cappuccinos then you've come to the right place. Mega thumbs up... (There was almost nothing going on in the restaurant, staff overwhelmed.)
