McDonald's in Melle

Checking orders is mandatory. In almost every order, some of the main burgers are missing.

It was okay and tasted good but my favorite is still Burgerking. Unfortunately it was closed at that time 😁

Chic and clean, 6 ordering terminals, food fresh (I know it differently) and properly warm, and very quick at the table. Respect, respect!

We must have had a bad day yesterday. Unfortunately there were no soft drinks on a Sunday evening. Everyone then had to order apple spritzer. That was really annoying. Then half of the plant nuggets were mixed with normal chicken nuggets in a pack. This really shouldn't happen. The pack was then exchanged for us and the employee on site was very nice, but the replacement plant nuggets were so old and dry that we no longer wanted to eat them. I'll just mention that the cool Mario Kart gifts in the Happy Meal were also sold out for the sake of completeness. We've actually stopped there several times and have always received the normal McDonald's standard. The worm was probably in there yesterday.

One of the cleanest branches I've ever seen. The staff is very friendly and committed. The burgers always taste very good and are warm. We live in Melle and are very happy that we have such a great McDonald's branch in the city. Please transfer proper night money to the staff, thank you.

I got food poisoning, gastrointestinal complete package, had a bowel movement 18 times today and other disadvantages

A great Mc's branch, clean, fast, hardly any waiting time to order, good selection of cakes at the Mc Cafe ..... the only thing I rate as - is........ too little sauce on my Mc Rib ....

Only breakfast at 9 is a shame. You have to know for yourself. And no tickets.

Seen coupled in the nose 👃 and then my citizen occupied without gloves wanted a new one and they were really cheeky. And was thrown out just because I saw it and wanted a new one without being cheeky, normally said well, customers are like treadmill trash, thank you again

Open 24 hours a day, nice and clean and hot fresh food

Food came quickly and was almost still hot. Also good and clean atmosphere.

There is not a single drive-thru order that was complete. If you're "lucky", all you're missing is a sweet and sour sauce, but if you're unlucky, you're not only missing a hamburger but also two portions of fries. With an order that consists of more than 2 burgers, you can save yourself having to go through the drive-thru if you really want what you paid for! I don't even want to know how much money we've already spent on things we didn't get. Trust is good, control is better. Unfortunately there is no other way here.

Once again there was cold (and raw) food at McDonalds Melle. Cold fries, cold nuggets and the burger that was still cold and RAW inside... It's sad how bad things are going here now.

A MC Donalds like everywhere else, super nice and courteous service, 2 chicken burgers very seasoned, 1 Royal TS hamburger unfortunately lukewarm. Prices quite OK. Screen display broken, so no information about processing without asking. Toilets very clean.

Best McDonald's within 30km. I don't have to check whether my order is correct, there are always napkins, the milkshakes are perfect and without ice crystals and the service is friendly, courteous and quick. Even as a German, I can't complain about that.

Good service the food is sometimes served a little cold..

The food is just typical McDonald's fast food. So nothing special. But I have to say, I have never experienced such a neat and clean fast food restaurant on the highway. There were even real carnations on the tables.

Mega clean shop with great attention to detail. I've never seen anything like that before.

We only stopped for a quick stop, coffee and apple turnover, two cheeseburgers... The food was ok, coffee too... Very friendly employee who immediately came to help us at the order point and made us aware of offers and promotions... The place is very clean, tables cleaned, everything super tidy, toilets clean, that's how it should be everywhere...

I placed a takeaway order and everything was wrong, plus the orders were ridiculous and no care was taken to make sure everything went well.

A place like any other of this type

Takeaway food was super quick, everything was there and the service was extremely friendly. The dog park right next door should be mentioned very positively.

If you want to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 cappuccinos then you've come to the right place. Mega thumbs up... (There was almost nothing going on in the restaurant, staff overwhelmed.)

Ordered via Lieferando and waited a whole 2½ hours for an incomplete order, huge disappointment even after they said the rest would be delivered immediately, nothing at all, 50 euro order for nothing, simply disappointing. 0-stars is better.

You order shaker fries and get cold, rock-hard lattice potatoes!!!!!!!! You can also do something wrong with 3 parts where there is absolutely nothing going on!!!! All I can say is incompetent!!!! Money thrown out the window again!!!!

Soooo clean!! And actually really nice looking inside. Nicest McDonald's I've been in for a long time. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was decent.

This McDonalds has a great dog park with obstacles and seating. There were even real floral decorations inside. Everything was clean and well maintained. Thumbs up!!

Didn't work at all today. Especially on a day like this, the team should be better prepared. Waited 1 hour for the food, when you asked about the number, which hadn't been on the preparation or serving list for a long time, you got a cheeky answer from the staff. Staff was completely overwhelmed, poorly coordinated team. This should be urgently worked on. I am healed. 1 star is too much even here.

One star is already too little, I waited 20 minutes for two ice creams and then was told that the ice cream machine was stuck.+ there was nail polish from a finger in an apple pocket. Incomprehensible. In my opinion, one star is not enough for this McDonald's. This wasn't the first time something like this happened and you had to wait forever for an order.

Even placing the order was poor, difficult to understand and completely uncoordinated. At the point of delivery the order was incomplete, one menu was completely missing, two others were incomplete or incorrect. The crowning glory was a BigMac that tasted like vinegar. This is how you get rid of customers. In OS, my colleagues can do it much better.

For me personally the best McDonald's restaurant because dogs 🐕 are allowed. This is what we get a grade of 1 for.

Every time you go there, the milkshake machines are broken and McDonald's has to work on it.

Ordered burger without mustard, then nothing was complained about, then the second time there was only ketchup on it, without onions and pickles. And it wasn't full. A pity.

Fries were on the chair and also on the floor. Half a burger also missed the mouth and is on the floor. happy meal was juicy but the toy was missing and at the other table the child was screaming because he got the wrong toy

After ordering a dish for 5 people from the vending machine, it turned out that there was no salad out of the 4 ordered, then the staff came again and said there was another mistake - there was only one salad out of the 4 ordered. We asked for a refund. There were problems with this because only one staff member spoke English.

Very tasty food but I think 10 euros is too much for chicken nuggets

We are always satisfied. But more and more often, errors and defects in orders are piling up. Today we wanted to finish things off with something to go from Mc Café. It was about 3x pieces of cake and 2x cookies. At home we realize that a piece of cake is simply missing. Even with such a simple order. It's not worth losing over €3 and having to drive far back again. Just annoying. The simplest things don't work. From now on we really check every order meticulously.

Royal TS and the McChicken were very good and also tasty. However, the fries weren't up to the usual standard.

Positively surprised, very satisfied, everyone together with 4 people. Even fries 🍟 taste good. Also nice with dogs 🐶 Playground unfortunately ours wasn't there.

In my Royal TS Burger, plastic splinters weren't that tasty.

Ordered menus with 2 adults and 2 children. First they forgot about us and had to wait a long time even though it was very empty (Wednesday evening). Then only half of the things we ordered came (despite the two of them supposedly having processed the order form 😡) and we still had to run after them to get everything and last but not least, my husband's burger was cold too 😡 but they exchanged it. Half of the food at our neighboring table was also cold

Unfortunately the prices have gone up so high that I only eat here when necessary. The apple turnover now costs twice as much as it did about 4 years ago. But I haven't earned twice as much since then 😕 I think paying €3.19 for a small cappuccino is too expensive for a fast food restaurant ☹️ But the food is OK as usual.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to so far.

Ordered a chicken/cheese for 10.49 and bought it to take away, then went to the car because I was standing at the charging station. I unpacked my box and was amazed at where the cheese nuggets were, and of course I searched with my finger to see if they weren't at the bottom. It was nothing, I went back in and complained. Mine were probably plant nuggets, I also received the box I ordered. I also saw that my box was left on the preparation counter, which seemed strange to me. I then went to the order screen and watched the whole thing. And boom, not even after 30 seconds did they pour the contents of my former box back into the other nuggets. And I already suspected it......🤪 if you think about it, I'm slightly under the weather, maybe the next person will get a virus too, so be careful with the plant nuggets 🤓 As someone who has already carried out inspections of restaurants with the health department, I know what works and what doesn't. And that should be clear to everyone here. Something like that doesn't work at all!!!!! I hope the veterinary office reads this and will do a thorough review. This is really the last store. Apparently there is no hygiene here. It's a shame McDonald's Germany, once again completely screwed up.

Very bad, no longer recommended!

But it was sad. Today we ordered something from mc drive and took the order home with us. Unfortunately we had to adjust what was missing again. Then I called and went out and got some new burgers. After I had the burgers I asked again clearly if there was really anything in it and the answer was YES. I drove home and unpacked everything and what do we notice? Something is missing again. So I took the bags again and came back and wanted something new to eat. And then it worked but unfortunately the burgers were cold - that's what happens when they lie under the heat lamp for too long - it just doesn't keep the burgers warm. But it's stupid when you have to throw over 60 euros in the trash

After a long time I treated myself to a large fries 🍟. Still tastes good to me.

We very rarely get anything from McDonalds and after sometime last year, half of a larger order that we picked up to take away from the store was missing after we waited 45 minutes for the “fast food”, actually not at all anymore. However, today I got 4 happy meals and a menu for myself because my wife is sick and I have to go to the night shift, so I don't have time to do anything and unfortunately there are no decent chip shops in Melle anymore. In any case, everything that wasn't cold was missing. So it was the last time for now👌🏻

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber es war sehr kalt im MC ohne Jacke konnte man nicht drin sitzen

Bisher hatte ich keine Probleme mit Lieferungen und Essen, aber heute Abend war es meiner Meinung nach eine eher unangenehme Situation. Wir haben pünktlich um 22 Uhr 3 Burger, 1 Kuchen und kleine Kartoffeln bestellt, es ist jetzt 23:50 Uhr, fast 2 Stunden Später nach der Bestellung ist das Essen immer noch nicht da. Und als ich am Telefon anrief, sagten sie, dass der Fahrer mit 3 Adressen losgefahren sei und jeden Moment kommen würde. Nur zur Information: Ich wohne 1,4 km von McDonald's entfernt. Ich bin nicht am Stadtrand oder ländliche Gebiete von Melle. Sehr seltsame Situation und definitiv nicht angenehm für unsere Familie

Es fehlt leider immer was in der Tüte. Mal sind es die Soßen mal der Bürger ... Es macht kein Spaß wenn man die Tüten immer kontrollieren muss

Alles was man an Essen bekommen hat war kalt ,neues Essen geholt das war auch nur lauwarm ,Service sehr unfreundlich

Bei McDrive sehr schlecht immer, ich bin erste und alleine wegen 2 kleine Hamburger muss zu seite fahren und dort warten bis einer junge extra rauskommt und bringt mir mein Bestellung, dauert ewig zu lange!

Mäcces geht einfach garnicht mehr. Ich verstehe auch nicht die guten Bewertungen nur wegen dem Hundespielplatz. Das Essen ist einfach grottig.

Es war sehr voll und trotzdem war der Tischservice schnell und freundlich. Prima!

Die Bedienung wirkte orientierungslos und man vernahm eine Alkoholgeruch. Ansonsten war alles okay.

Im Umkreis das leider unhygienischste unsympathischste und unfreundlichste Restaurant dieser Kette! Dauerhaft fehlen Produkte beim Mc Drive! Die Toiletten sorgen für weniger Hunger! Service technisch noch sehr viel zu lernen! Vielleicht löscht google diese Rezension mal wieder….
