Visit done on 12 September 10:49 am. The lady working there was very very rude. She did not speak English at all. They only accept cash. None of the machines were working.

Apart from the fact that you almost always have to wait about half an hour for your food in Mc Drive - very unfriendly and at the same time listless service on a Saturday evening. Also, as always, the ice cream machine is out of order...

The employee wanted us to stand on the right side, which we did. Unfortunately, even though we were the only ones in the drive, we had to wait over 10 minutes for our food, so we drove into the parking bay on the left because there were workers cutting the hedge on the right. When the employee came out she gave us the food with the words “I actually said on the right side”. My husband kindly pointed out to her that the workers were cutting the hedge there. She then became even more unfriendly and said that she didn't care and that they should just stop working. My husband then told her that it doesn't matter to us if the employees cut the hedge right next to our car. She then said “when I say right side then stand on the right side, you are not allowed to stand on the left side (the parking bays on the drive), never stand on the left!” Then they wished her a nice day and were genuine shocked how someone could be so unfriendly. Here you should perhaps train your employees again in terms of friendliness. Employees should also reconsider their career choice. Other than that, it's the slowest McDonald's we've ever experienced.

Atmospheric tent with overdue maintenance. It is clear that there is a shortage of staff and waiting times are very long. Most of the crew is not motivated at all to do even a little bit. Food almost always lukewarm or cold, recently the long waiting times. Burgers are sloppily prepared and fries way too salty. A broom should be thoroughly swept through this. Really unworthy of McDonalds.

Wait a very long time for your food and it is cold and weak, half of what you ordered appears to be no longer there. Staff who don't understand anything you say even if you speak fluent German. Many mistakes are made at the checkout because none of the staff speaks German. Really a ball tent and not neat and clean! 1 star isn't worth it yet

Never experienced anything like this. We laughed a little louder once and were therefore kindly told to be quieter. You can't even have fun here. It's not a 5 star restaurant. From now on only Mcces Kaldenkirchen!

In this McCafé they seem to like to rip off customers. The menu advertised on the board is made 25% more expensive with the argument that the cash register wouldn't be able to do that - but not like that!

Of the last 10 orders, 10 were wrong. You have to do that first. Never seen such incompetent employees!

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. You wait 30 minutes for your food. On the other hand, something is always missing from the order. Unfortunately, one could almost speak of a system. As a recommendation for the drive-in: always check the bags, otherwise you will have a nasty surprise at home.

It's the same thing every time, something is always forgotten when ordering in the drive in, it can't be that difficult to get an order completely ready, they can't even manage it when there's little to do, there's nothing to do so many staff and you just can't get it sorted there. You should replace the entire staff or close the shop completely, because that doesn't help. Hygiene is also terrible at times, so the regulatory office should take care of it. That was definitely the last time there.

We wanted to buy 2 Duo regular with 1x coffee and 1x cocoa on August 12th, 2024 in the afternoon. The individual price stated on the price tag was €4.39. The staff present was overwhelmed. They came to prices between €15.00 and €10.00. We left again and oriented ourselves elsewhere.

I ordered a Mc Crispy at 1:30 a.m. on August 4th. The next morning I felt so sick that I vomited three times. So the next day I had to go to the emergency room Determined: food poisoning with gastrointestinal infection! Underground hygiene!!! Hopefully the drecks shop will be closed forever!!!

Extremely dirty, we couldn't find a single halfway clean table. Food was as usual, there were a few things missing. Staff couldn't speak a word of German.

Vouchers cannot be scanned, restaurant management is unprofessional and annoyed towards customers, sometimes the food is literally thrown at you, ingredients were forgotten several times in dishes, ice cream where ingredients were missing, thawed ice cream, ingredients were missing in burgers, some staff can only speak English. Advertisement Technology doesn't work. It takes forever for the food to be ready.

Waited over 20 minutes. Staff extremely overwhelmed. I then canceled the order. Disgusting dirty restaurant, if you can call it that.

Wow just wow the best service I have ever enjoyed. I was absolutely amazed at the breathtaking taste and appearance of the food. I don't go to McDonald's very often, so I asked the wait staff, who at that moment consisted of a young man with glasses and a young southerner, a few questions. These young men helped me a lot and were very friendly. I am satisfied with every encounter in this restaurant Everything was great :)😍❤️

Table where I sat was sticky, could be cleaner. Food: Mcrib: dissappointing. Too salty, too much sauce. Presentation was messy. Curly fries: stale. Taste like they were made a couple hours ago. Chewy. Pizza pockets: taste like they are cooked to order. Taste is alright. Peach yoghurt pie: taste is OK

Unlike last time, today everything was hot and tasted fresh.

The fish burger was really good. The bun was super fresh and soft. Cold coffee was great. Unfortunately the fries were not good at all. The pizza puffs were soft and felt like uncooked frozen food!

never a worse experience. There were three of us, so 3 menus. First we waited 20 minutes for our food and when it finally came it was cold. There was no one in the restaurant, the only thing there was a few vehicles at the drive-thru. Secondly, there were a lot of employees in the restaurant and everything looked so disorganized. At the counter where the food is served there are 3 girls, next to them 2 young men who look like they have been executed and don't know whose job it is. After dinner we wanted to drink three iced coffees. We waited over 10 minutes for 3 coffees. We also got more ice cream than coffee. Never had a worse experience at anyone's McDonald's.

Sunday July 7, 2024. We placed our order at 9:47am. It took 35 minutes to prepare two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. When asked, the employee became rude and unfriendly. Waiting 35 minutes for your food in a fast food restaurant is quite a feat. But it is an absolute no-go for employees to verbally attack customers. As if that wasn't enough, this store simply can't handle orders as they were placed. Instead, they always forget half of it, or you end up with things in your bag that you didn't order. If you want to complain about it, you will be ignored in the store and have to speak to the staff several times until they respond. That's why I can't recommend this McDonald's because it has nothing in common with a fast food restaurant. If you want to eat at McDonalds here in Elmpt, you need a lot of time and strong nerves.

Sunday July 7th, 2024 Order was placed at 9:47am. If I could I would give 0 stars. We waited in the drive for over 35 minutes for our 2 coffees and 2 “breakfast burgers”. When you ask in the restaurant you only get the answer that we are only with 3 people, 1 of which is in the kitchen, but I can't help it. Order then still incorrect. If you complain, you are ignored and have to speak to the staff several times before there is a response. After returning it, I waited another 10 minutes to get it right. On the way home we noticed that we didn't get a Latte Machiato as ordered but a normal coffee with milk. Unfortunately, the egg on the roll wasn't even fully fried as it should be and the yolk was still partially runny. Absolute no-go‼️ ‼️And we weren’t an isolated case‼️ This branch has now become a complete disaster. It will be the last time we went there. Absolutely NOT recommended!!

I'm completely surprised at how bad this store has become. Eating takes forever, and it doesn't matter whether you eat in a restaurant or take it away. It's unclean and you almost feel sorry for the employees. I cannot understand the decision to no longer pre-produce burgers. I really enjoyed going here, it's a shame. And I hope that this will be put into perspective again.

Been there again for a long time. Unfortunately. The shop was extremely dirty and we had to clean our table and seats ourselves. Complete menus could have been put together with the leftovers that were on the floor. We had to wait over 45 minutes for the food. Of course, the burgers were on the tray right from the start, presumably so you wouldn't get burned. Our order was missing 2x fries, several sauces, an ice cream and the toy for my child, which was the reason we were there in the first place. So I went back to the front and told the employee and I was allowed to wait. In the meantime, I realized that I definitely couldn't get burned again. After a quarter of an hour I got 2x fries and the rest didn't come. For those who don't come from Niederkrüchten and just want to grab something to eat on the way home from Holland, there is a great chip shop (The Holländer) about two minutes longer. The travel time is compensated for by the shorter waiting times, you will be back on the highway in no time and the most important thing is that there is delicious food, at reasonable prices and the portions are generous. Just try it out.

Absolute rubbish!!!!! I would prefer not to give any stars but there is no other way to write anything here. Had to wait 1 hour and for what??? So that my 6 chicken nuggets consist of 3 pieces and my big tasty bacon has no sauce. I have never experienced anything as rancid as this!!!!

Ordered online via the app. Finally received the burgers at McDrive after a long wait. There probably weren't enough staff there. Unfortunately all the burgers were cold and dry. Rarely have I had such a bad meal at McDonalds.

This McDonald's is so unclean that you get stuck to all the tables and the floor. The unmotivated employees are completely overwhelmed and understaffed. This location stands out in a negative way. Not recommended at all.

Missing food in orders long waiting and raw fries. I will never go there again

Mc Drive, very long waiting times, again and again, until you order and also until you get the food. There are very nice employees, but also others. Some of the food has been smashed into the packaging so that when you unpack it, nothing is left where it belongs.

A big compliment to the young lady at the McDrive of the Niederkrüchten/Elmpt branch today, June 25th, 2024 at 4:25 p.m., who you can tell she enjoys her job there, is friendly and committed, from the order at the terminal to the delivery at the window and during the payment process. Please pass on the praise. Regarding the order: everything was put together correctly, no complaints whatsoever. Gladly again. Herewith 5 stars.

Chaos when ordering, various orders were mixed up, which meant that ordered goods were forgotten. In the end we got everything (and according to instructions), but the fries and hamburgers were already cold. Dirty tables and just overwhelming in many places. Waiting time too long. Not recommended.

The service is rude, crap and dirt in every corner of THIS restaurant. Not only did we have to wait an hour to order, but the ice cream fell out of the employees' hands. It's just a mess, although I liked the food, there are much better meals in Poland and much more order.

There's crap and graves, dirt and stench, you have to wait an hour despite the small number of people, the kiosks don't have paper and they don't print receipts. Embarrassing

The service is terrible. None of them can speak a language other than German - if you are on the road and don't speak this language, you won't be able to order anything. Additionally, they broke the order counter, so no one knew what orders were ready because the staff couldn't read the number in English. I do not recommend.

The service was nice, but completely incompetent. For a fast food restaurant, the service is extremely slow. The building is dirty and completely unmaintained. The bins are stuffed beyond capacity, the toilets are flooded, the dryer is clogged, the floor is glued. I placed an order at the kiosk and wanted to pay for it at the checkout. The worst Mcs I've ever experienced. Were there on a Sunday evening around 8 p.m. Endless dirty tables full of rubbish. Waited a good 50 minutes for the food, which was even ice cold, Complained but no one felt responsible then it took another 20 minutes until new burgers arrived which were then luke warm. Service caves bad Employees chat with friends or acquaintances who walk behind the counter, order later and are given priority. Never go back there!!

Disastrous, hopefully just a snapshot: The staff was completely overwhelmed, the rubbish piled up inside and outside the restaurant around the overfilled waste bins/tray trolleys because they had not been emptied. Only one person was able to operate McCafe. Despite having orders, he didn't want to worry about it and just concentrated on the McDrive. A cappuccino with oat milk was prepared for me based on a normal cappuccino with cow's milk by adding oat milk. If I had had an allergy and not noticed it, it could have been very bad. Because of all the back and forth, the rest of the food was ice cold. We definitely won't go here again, absolutely not recommended, worst performance I've ever experienced.

35 minute wait for 4 cheeseburgers? Garbage is collected on the ground. The staff is extremely slow and they don't even think of bringing an order forward because these products are already ready. My goodness, what a dirty, slow and terrible load! Never here again!

Unfortunately it's been bad for some time now, and that's putting it nicely. Most (not all) employees behave like kindergarten children, loudly telling customers that they don't want to work anymore, want to quit, etc. The store is dirty, there is trash everywhere. The food, if it comes at all and the order has not simply been deleted, is usually cold, incomplete or poorly prepared. I've had to wait over an hour for my food several times now. There is no longer any talk of fast food. Since it doesn't seem like they're working on it, I'll be visiting other Mecces branches from now on.

We were there today and it was actually always good. Today, however, we made an order and the employees then told us we hadn't ordered anything, but after an hour of waiting, my friend asked several times but nothing came. After waiting for 2 hours, we just left, even though money was debited + the people who ordered after us even got their food before us. They just didn't give us anything. Even though we paid and ordered it was really impossible. I'll never go to McDonald's in Elmpt again, only in Kaldenkirchen. I'm more than disappointed.

This McDonald’s is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. From completely cluttered and dirty seats, to eternal waiting times (1 hour), burnt food and garbage piling up from the kitchen to the outside. I can't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. I can hope that this will soon be checked by a food inspectorate.

Yesterday I was back after a long time and what can I say, ordered food after 50 minutes and asked what the problem with my order was. Answer from the staff... I would have been called several times After a lot of back and forth they understood that it wasn't my number. Then after another 10 minutes I received my food, everything was cold, the fries felt like they were 2 hours old and tasted like ancient fat, so they were a matter for the trash can. Then the burger looked good but not exactly tasty when it was ice cold. My conclusion about McDonald's Elmpt never again. It's really time for something to change

Worst McDonalds, probably in the history of the world!!!! No system, no order - you'd rather be 20 pick-up numbers further - 100s of people waiting on site, there can be no talk of table service at all. It's sad that you have to wait almost 1 hour for your food at the global FAST food company. Half-finished bags are slapped on the counter and only finished after a good 20 minutes. Food completely cold. Friends of employees will be given priority and will be quoted directly to the cash register. That's what we call quality. Never again. Normally I wouldn't have given one star, this store only deserves it for the community that forms while waiting.

It took really really long for the food to be ready, almost an hour. Not mc Donald's worthy by any means. The staff looked really untrained and the manager stayed I in the back of the kitchen to avoid contact with customers about the long wait.

The food was bad. Cold fries, reported to staff and got new ones without hesitation. These were also cold 😄🤷‍♂️ The burgers seemed made without attention, way too much sauce and poorly finished. In the business itself, I'm surprised that customers don't clean up their mess. Maybe also because the cart where you can leave your tray was completely full and there is no trash can to throw anything away. It was a mess. McDonalds absolutely does not want it that way in terms of supply and quality. An insufficient grade.

In front of me there was a woman who was at least 8 minutes. was waiting for her coffee and was so annoyed that she wanted to leave. I ordered 4 Mc Flury with smarties and it took about 10 minutes. wait until they were finished. And now the best thing about it was when I was home we discovered that there were no Smarties in there at all, just ice cream. The employee at the checkout was simply overwhelmed with all the orders. It was there once and it can't be the last time that you only get half of what you ordered.

Completely over the top staff, after our order, which was manageable, we had to wait for an hour and also had to go back to get the fries and cheeseburgers we had forgotten, so the well-paid managers should organize the training better or reintroduce a personal order acceptance 😜

Long waits, all the trash cans full, the floor sticky, no clean table to be found... after we waited half an hour for the order and it was ultimately not complete and what was there was undercooked and cold, we asked for our money back. To describe it in one word: underground Unfortunately you have to give one star, -2 would actually be the maximum here But let's go into detail: The employees could be admired today in 3 states with an impossible waiting time. 1) Waiting times of 30-45 minutes, when a customer next to me asked the staff how long it might take, he was very rudely told that the screen was still full and that we would have to wait. He had already been waiting 45 minutes. 2) 1 employee for the lobby, completely relaxed and just don't move too quickly. Although all the carts are full of trays or garbage, the tables are full and the garbage is also on the floor. 3) Completely stressed and/or overwhelmed. No real agreement in direct front service. The burgers and the like were piled up or in bags that already had something in them but no one knew what or who made them. Our orders went out one after the other, but there was still a 15 minute difference in completion, apart from the fact that 3 things were forgotten. Our wait times were 25 and 40 minutes. McDonald's is a system restaurant, the principle fails here across the board, the burger buns were almost black in all 5 cheeseburgers. We ordered 2 BigTasty Bacon, both were completely different. Especially since only one was really thrown together. When I picked it up, 80% of the salad had already gone and nothing that really sat together properly. The food was also good in terms of taste. Actually, this store is not worth even one star or even a long review.

Burgers are almost cold, but ice cream is already liquefied. Clearance carts overflowing, tables not wiped down, not to mention the toilets. Floor sticky, greasy and slippery in front of the pick-up counter. Unfortunately this is not an exceptional situation, we have experienced it several times over the weekend. Unfortunately there are no alternatives in the immediate area on Saturday night. During the week during the day at McDrive, normal Mc quality of time and food.
