Unfortunately I received something different than what I ordered. Unfortunately I didn't look in the bag straight away and only noticed it later on the way. Control is always the better option. The worst McDonald's I know. Staff often seem overwhelmed even though there isn't much going on. When you drive through the drive-in you will be asked after you have paid to drive forward another 20-30m even though there is no longer a vehicle behind you. At some point the staff comes running out and brings you the food. You have to every time check whether something is wrong or complete. There have been enough times that I have ordered a menu and the large 🍟 was only half full. Totally annoying when you're already at home and then you notice it.

McDonald's branch, absolutely recommended in every respect!!! I ordered a Grande Cappuccino via the app and then asked McCafe if it could be served in a cup. From then on, despite ongoing customer business, being there for the customer with a smile and having everything served on a tablet at the end with a re-ordered piece of strawberry cake. Die Bestellung sind komplett was nicht selbstverständlich war. Die Besatzung hat aus den Fehlern der Vergangenheit gelermt. Es wirkt sehr aufgeräumt und strukturiert. Auch im Innenbereich geht es geregelt voran. Wir gehen seit ein paar Wochen wieder gerne hin.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it tasted nothing like chocolate. Received new one after complaint. Even though I thought I knew what I was doing (I trained at McDonald's) the syrup was empty. Didn't respond to it! Second shake tasted like nothing again! Are you stupid??

Probably the slowest McDonalds we have ever visited. There was only one person in front of us who also waited forever. We had to wait 12 minutes just to be able to place an order at McDrive. After we were finally allowed to order, the waiting started again. Result: fries hot, chicken burger warm, cheeseburger cold.

If your life is wasted on fast food, then the management of this McDonald's has done everything wrong for you. Each customer sometimes had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for their order. Then the food was cold or parts of the order were forgotten or given to another customer. The employees have tried everything, but if the management can't do anything here, then unfortunately the super friendly employees won't be able to get anything out of it. But, they were friendly and smiling.

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in Germany. It's incredibly dirty, the waiting time is outrageous, and the food is so mediocre. Staff is completely overwhelmed. We have been treated shamefully today. It was busy, therefore very chaotic and the employees were quite stressed. Mistakes were made twice with our orders. That can happen, no problem. Here you should perhaps train your employees again in terms of friendliness. Employees should also reconsider their career choice. Other than that, it's the slowest McDonald's we've ever experienced.

In this McCafé they seem to like to rip off customers. The menu advertised on the board is made 25% more expensive with the argument that the cash register wouldn't be able to do that - but not like that!

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. You wait 30 minutes for your food. On the other hand, something is always missing from the order. Unfortunately, one could almost speak of a system. As a recommendation for the drive-in: always check the bags, otherwise you will have a nasty surprise at home.

It's the same thing every time, something is always forgotten when ordering in the drive in, it can't be that difficult to get an order completely ready, they can't even manage it when there's little to do, there's nothing to do so many staff and you just can't get it sorted there. You should replace the entire staff or close the shop completely, because that doesn't help. Hygiene is also terrible at times, so the regulatory office should take care of it. After dinner we wanted to drink three iced coffees. We waited over 10 minutes for 3 coffees. We also got more ice cream than coffee. Never had a worse experience at anyone's McDonald's.

Sunday July 7th, 2024 Order was placed at 9:47am. If I could I would give 0 stars. We waited in the drive for over 35 minutes for our 2 coffees and 2 “breakfast burgers”. When you ask in the restaurant you only get the answer that we are only with 3 people, 1 of which is in the kitchen, but I can't help it. Order then still incorrect. If you complain, you are ignored and have to speak to the staff several times before there is a response. After returning it, I waited another 10 minutes to get it right. On the way home we noticed that we didn't get a Latte Machiato as ordered but a normal coffee with milk. Unfortunately, the egg on the roll wasn't even fully fried as it should be and the yolk was still partially runny. Absolute no-go‼️ ‼️And we weren’t an isolated case‼️ This branch has now become a complete disaster. It will be the last time we went there. Absolutely NOT recommended!!

Sunday July 7, 2024. We placed our order at 9:47am. It took 35 minutes to prepare two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. When asked, the employee became rude and unfriendly. Waiting 35 minutes for your food in a fast food restaurant is quite a feat. But it is an absolute no-go for employees to verbally attack customers. As if that wasn't enough, this store simply can't handle orders as they were placed. Instead, they always forget half of it, or you end up with things in your bag that you didn't order. If you want to complain about it, you will be ignored in the store and have to speak to the staff several times until they respond. That's why I can't recommend this McDonald's because it has nothing in common with a fast food restaurant. If you want to eat at McDonalds here in Elmpt, you need a lot of time and strong nerves.

The fish burger was really good. The bun was super fresh and soft. Cold coffee was great. Unfortunately the fries were not good at all. The pizza puffs were soft and felt like uncooked frozen food!

I'm completely surprised at how bad this store has become. Eating takes forever, and it doesn't matter whether you eat in a restaurant or take it away. It's unclean and you almost feel sorry for the employees. I cannot understand the decision to no longer pre-produce burgers. I really enjoyed going here, it's a shame. Been there again for a long time. Unfortunately. The shop was extremely dirty and we had to clean our table and seats ourselves. Complete menus could have been put together with the leftovers that were on the floor. We had to wait over 45 minutes for the food. Of course, the burgers were on the tray right from the start, presumably so you wouldn't get burned. Our order was missing 2x fries, several sauces, an ice cream and the toy for my child, which was the reason we were there in the first place. So I went back to the front and told the employee and I was allowed to wait. In the meantime, I realized that I definitely couldn't get burned again. After a quarter of an hour I got 2x fries and the rest didn't come. For those who don't come from Niederkrüchten and just want to grab something to eat on the way home from Holland, there is a great chip shop (The Holländer) about two minutes longer. The travel time is compensated for by the shorter waiting times, you will be back on the highway in no time and the most important thing is that there is delicious food, at reasonable prices and the portions are generous. Just try it out.

Absolute rubbish!!!!! I would prefer not to give any stars but there is no other way to write anything here. Had to wait 1 hour and for what??? So that my 6 chicken nuggets consist of 3 pieces and my big tasty bacon has no sauce. I have never experienced anything as rancid as this!!!!
