The burger quality was top-notch! But at Mac Drive, it's the slowest service I've ever experienced. Waiting 20 minutes for a burger is definitely too long.

To start with, we had to wait 15 minutes before we could order. Then waited 40 minutes for the food, which apparently they had given to the wrong person. When I said something about it I received no feedback at all about where the food was or how long it would take. The staff are all getting in each other's way in an unorganized mess and the kitchen looks very dirty with food all over the floor. The floor in the restaurant was also very dirty.

Yes, I am satisfied. The friendly service woman in the morning is always friendly and nice. Everything is fine here at 10:30 in the morning.

I like to go to McDonald's every now and then and are almost always satisfied. But the McDonald's was unfortunately miserable. Der Boden war dreckig und klebrig, die Tische wurden allerdings sauber gemacht als wir da waren. Das Personal war freundlich.

I find it very unfortunate and unprofessional that the website of this branch states an opening time until 1:00 am and then they close at 00:00 am. Shortly before the Dutch border you can take another break here. First time I actually got hot fries at McDonald's. Unfortunately, all the tables were very dirty and we had to make a makeshift clean of a place ourselves so we could eat there.

Wenn du denkst das dieser mcdrive eine schnelle...... Das war Mal. Hier wurde stark nachgebessert. Sowohl in der Qualität als auch in der Schnelligkeit. Am mcdrive geht's jetzt flotter voran. Die Bestellung sind komplett was nicht selbstverständlich war. Die Besatzung hat aus den Fehlern der Vergangenheit gelermt. Es wirkt sehr aufgeräumt und strukturiert. Auch im Innenbereich geht es geregelt voran. Wir gehen seit ein paar Wochen wieder gerne hin.

The worst McDonald's I know. Staff often seem overwhelmed even though there isn't much going on. When you drive through the drive-in you will be asked after you have paid to drive forward another 20-30m even though there is no longer a vehicle behind you. At some point the staff comes running out and brings you the food. You have to every time check whether something is wrong or complete. There have been enough times that I have ordered a menu and the large 🍟 was only half full. Totally annoying when you're already at home and then you notice it.

McDonald's branch, absolutely recommended in every respect!!! I ordered a Grande Cappuccino via the app and then asked McCafe if it could be served in a cup. The worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Totally dirty, everything on the floor was dirty, everything was sticky, the mill was piled up all over the place. The children had a hard time going to the toilet. Some of the food was ice cold and wrong. Staff totally overwhelmed and understaffed. Once and never again.

Probably the slowest McDonalds we have ever visited. There was only one person in front of us who also waited forever. We had to wait 12 minutes just to be able to place an order at McDrive. After we were finally allowed to order, the waiting started again. Result: fries hot, chicken burger warm, cheeseburger cold.

If your life is wasted on fast food, then the management of this McDonald's has done everything wrong for you. Each customer sometimes had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for their order. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. You wait 30 minutes for your food. On the other hand, something is always missing from the order. Unfortunately, one could almost speak of a system. It's the same thing every time, something is always forgotten when ordering in the drive in, it can't be that difficult to get an order completely ready, they can't even manage it when there's little to do, there's nothing to do so many staff and you just can't get it sorted there. You should replace the entire staff or close the shop completely, because that doesn't help. Hygiene is also terrible at times, so the regulatory office should take care of it.
