Wenn du denkst das dieser mcdrive eine schnelle...... Das war Mal. Hier wurde stark nachgebessert. Sowohl in der Qualität als auch in der Schnelligkeit. Am mcdrive geht's jetzt flotter voran. Die Bestellung sind komplett was nicht selbstverständlich war. Die Besatzung hat aus den Fehlern der Vergangenheit gelermt. Es wirkt sehr aufgeräumt und strukturiert. Auch im Innenbereich geht es geregelt voran. Wir gehen seit ein paar Wochen wieder gerne hin.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it tasted nothing like chocolate. Received new one after complaint. Even though I thought I knew what I was doing (I trained at McDonald's) the syrup was empty. Didn't respond to it! Second shake tasted like nothing again! Are you stupid??

This McDonald's is absolutely rancid and lately the quality of service has deteriorated so much.

The worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Totally dirty, everything on the floor was dirty, everything was sticky, the mill was piled up all over the place. The children had a hard time going to the toilet. Some of the food was ice cold and wrong. Staff totally overwhelmed and understaffed. Once and never again.

Had to wait almost 45 minutes for a simple order including chai latte. I, who am an incredible fan of it, threw it away, the chai is extremely nasty and tastes nothing like chai but rather like perfumed oil. Extremely bad experience

Probably the slowest McDonalds we have ever visited. There was only one person in front of us who also waited forever. We had to wait 12 minutes just to be able to place an order at McDrive. After we were finally allowed to order, the waiting started again. Result: fries hot, chicken burger warm, cheeseburger cold.

Unfortunately the fries were totally soggy and cold. Otherwise the Royal TS was fine. The staff was nice and the toilet was clean.

The conditions there are catastrophic. It was dirty everywhere and the rubbish was piled up immeasurably. The staff is absolutely overwhelmed.

One star is still too many. If my children hadn't been there, I would have left IMMEDIATELY... Super long waiting time, totally overwhelmed staff. Nobody speaks German or English. And then the food was still cold. I don't even want to talk about the hygienic conditions. What's going on here? Just disgusting. Returned food is simply stacked on top of each other and given to the next customer.

Oookay… the worst service. Really. Was waiting for 30min, but no a lot of people. In the order almost everything was not what we ordered…

The store in Elmpt is getting worse day by day. Today I waited at the window for 30 minutes even though there was only 1 car in front of me. Arrived home, everything was cold and no longer edible. 35 euros thrown out the window. Never again in Elmpt.

Were at McDonald's in Niederkrüchten today (Monday 5:30 p.m.). It was a disaster again. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home when unpacking. The chicken nuggets were fried way too dark. There was hardly any meat left in it and what was in it was dried out. In addition, the breading tasted bitter... In my Hamburger Royal TS, the meat was already burnt. Plus the entire meal is cold. 4 burgers + chicken nuggets. Except for the fries, they were loudly warm. It's a disgrace to give out the food like that... If you had eaten there it wouldn't be so annoying... but don't drive back again. I'll mention it to the staff next time.

If your life is wasted on fast food, then the management of this McDonald's has done everything wrong for you. Each customer sometimes had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for their order. Then the food was cold or parts of the order were forgotten or given to another customer. The employees have tried everything, but if the management can't do anything here, then unfortunately the super friendly employees won't be able to get anything out of it. But, they were friendly and smiling.

Staff overwhelmed, waiting times too long...I can't recommend it

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in Germany. It's incredibly dirty, the waiting time is outrageous, and the food is so mediocre. Staff is completely overwhelmed. Next time somewhere different. I think the rest of the reviews speak for themselves. If you had known beforehand, you would have gone somewhere else straight away. But it's the next thing and you wanted to make your granddaughter happy. Conclusion never again. We got our money back and then made hamburgers at home

Absolute catastrophe, I've never experienced anything like it. Completely dirty, staff completely overwhelmed. It takes well over half an hour to get the food, which still arrives wrong. Ordered two things, couldn't manage both. Technology has been defective, if you look at the other comments, it's obviously been broken for ages. This is a disgrace and I am very sure that the facility should not actually be open like this.

We have been treated shamefully today. It was busy, therefore very chaotic and the employees were quite stressed. Mistakes were made twice with our orders. That can happen, no problem. But when reporting this (in a calm, normal manner) 1 employee was terribly rude and rude and raised his voice. The burgers and nuggets were lukewarm. And 1 order sat at the counter for a relatively long time before it was issued.

We ordered at the branch at 6:55 p.m. and had to wait a full 40 minutes for our order despite it being low. It is also noticeable that in the drive-thru, customers are sent to the front to avoid the camera time, which means that the actual waiting time is not recorded correctly. Our fries were cold, the food overall was incomplete and inedible despite the long processing time. Something urgently needs to happen here!

We are disappointed again. Long wait today. And again something was missing from the order even though everything was paid for. Food was brought to the car. It has happened several times that something was missing. The service is no longer what it used to be. We won't get anything from you anymore

Unlike last time, today everything was hot and tasted fresh.

Lots of tables, chairs and the floor was dirty. Food took so long that we asked for our money back. There were various orders on the counter that were not picked up. Chaos.

Visit done on 12 September 10:49 am. The lady working there was very very rude. She did not speak English at all. They only accept cash. None of the machines were working.

Apart from the fact that you almost always have to wait about half an hour for your food in Mc Drive - very unfriendly and at the same time listless service on a Saturday evening. Also, as always, the ice cream machine is out of order...

The employee wanted us to stand on the right side, which we did. Unfortunately, even though we were the only ones in the drive, we had to wait over 10 minutes for our food, so we drove into the parking bay on the left because there were workers cutting the hedge on the right. When the employee came out she gave us the food with the words “I actually said on the right side”. My husband kindly pointed out to her that the workers were cutting the hedge there. She then became even more unfriendly and said that she didn't care and that they should just stop working. My husband then told her that it doesn't matter to us if the employees cut the hedge right next to our car. She then said “when I say right side then stand on the right side, you are not allowed to stand on the left side (the parking bays on the drive), never stand on the left!” Then they wished her a nice day and were genuine shocked how someone could be so unfriendly. Here you should perhaps train your employees again in terms of friendliness. Employees should also reconsider their career choice. Other than that, it's the slowest McDonald's we've ever experienced.

Atmospheric tent with overdue maintenance. It is clear that there is a shortage of staff and waiting times are very long. Most of the crew is not motivated at all to do even a little bit. Food almost always lukewarm or cold, recently the long waiting times. Burgers are sloppily prepared and fries way too salty. A broom should be thoroughly swept through this. Really unworthy of McDonalds.

Wait a very long time for your food and it is cold and weak, half of what you ordered appears to be no longer there. Staff who don't understand anything you say even if you speak fluent German. Many mistakes are made at the checkout because none of the staff speaks German. Really a ball tent and not neat and clean! 1 star isn't worth it yet

Never experienced anything like this. We laughed a little louder once and were therefore kindly told to be quieter. You can't even have fun here. It's not a 5 star restaurant. From now on only Mcces Kaldenkirchen!

In this McCafé they seem to like to rip off customers. The menu advertised on the board is made 25% more expensive with the argument that the cash register wouldn't be able to do that - but not like that!

Of the last 10 orders, 10 were wrong. You have to do that first. Never seen such incompetent employees!

It's the same thing every time, something is always forgotten when ordering in the drive in, it can't be that difficult to get an order completely ready, they can't even manage it when there's little to do, there's nothing to do so many staff and you just can't get it sorted there. You should replace the entire staff or close the shop completely, because that doesn't help. Hygiene is also terrible at times, so the regulatory office should take care of it. That was definitely the last time there.

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. You wait 30 minutes for your food. On the other hand, something is always missing from the order. Unfortunately, one could almost speak of a system. As a recommendation for the drive-in: always check the bags, otherwise you will have a nasty surprise at home.

We wanted to buy 2 Duo regular with 1x coffee and 1x cocoa on August 12th, 2024 in the afternoon. The individual price stated on the price tag was €4.39. The staff present was overwhelmed. They came to prices between €15.00 and €10.00. We left again and oriented ourselves elsewhere.

Vouchers cannot be scanned, restaurant management is unprofessional and annoyed towards customers, sometimes the food is literally thrown at you, ingredients were forgotten several times in dishes, ice cream where ingredients were missing, thawed ice cream, ingredients were missing in burgers, some staff can only speak English. Advertisement Technology doesn't work. It takes forever for the food to be ready.

Wow just wow the best service I have ever enjoyed. I was absolutely amazed at the breathtaking taste and appearance of the food. I don't go to McDonald's very often, so I asked the wait staff, who at that moment consisted of a young man with glasses and a young southerner, a few questions. Orderdered at the kiosk, with counter pickup. Interaction with staff was OK. Not rude but did have a better experience elsewhere Restaurant: Toilet cleanliness was OK. Table where I sat was sticky, could be cleaner. Food: Mcrib: dissappointing. Too salty, too much sauce. Presentation was messy. Curly fries: stale. Taste like they were made a couple hours ago. Chewy. Pizza pockets: taste like they are cooked to order. Taste is alright. Peach yoghurt pie: taste is OK

Now underground even for McDonald’s standards. The last 4 times I haven't received the correct order once, and sauces generally never seem to be distributed here. Really weak.

Sunday July 7th, 2024 Order was placed at 9:47am. If I could I would give 0 stars. We waited in the drive for over 35 minutes for our 2 coffees and 2 “breakfast burgers”. When you ask in the restaurant you only get the answer that we are only with 3 people, 1 of which is in the kitchen, but I can't help it. Order then still incorrect. If you complain, you are ignored and have to speak to the staff several times before there is a response. After returning it, I waited another 10 minutes to get it right. On the way home we noticed that we didn't get a Latte Machiato as ordered but a normal coffee with milk. Unfortunately, the egg on the roll wasn't even fully fried as it should be and the yolk was still partially runny. Absolute no-go‼️ ‼️And we weren’t an isolated case‼️ This branch has now become a complete disaster. It will be the last time we went there. Absolutely NOT recommended!!

Sunday July 7, 2024. We placed our order at 9:47am. It took 35 minutes to prepare two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. When asked, the employee became rude and unfriendly. Waiting 35 minutes for your food in a fast food restaurant is quite a feat. But it is an absolute no-go for employees to verbally attack customers. As if that wasn't enough, this store simply can't handle orders as they were placed. Instead, they always forget half of it, or you end up with things in your bag that you didn't order. If you want to complain about it, you will be ignored in the store and have to speak to the staff several times until they respond. That's why I can't recommend this McDonald's because it has nothing in common with a fast food restaurant. If you want to eat at McDonalds here in Elmpt, you need a lot of time and strong nerves.

The fish burger was really good. The bun was super fresh and soft. Cold coffee was great. Unfortunately the fries were not good at all. The pizza puffs were soft and felt like uncooked frozen food!

never a worse experience. There were three of us, so 3 menus. First we waited 20 minutes for our food and when it finally came it was cold. There was no one in the restaurant, the only thing there was a few vehicles at the drive-thru. Secondly, there were a lot of employees in the restaurant and everything looked so disorganized. At the counter where the food is served there are 3 girls, next to them 2 young men who look like they have been executed and don't know whose job it is. After dinner we wanted to drink three iced coffees. We waited over 10 minutes for 3 coffees. We also got more ice cream than coffee. Never had a worse experience at anyone's McDonald's.

I'm completely surprised at how bad this store has become. Eating takes forever, and it doesn't matter whether you eat in a restaurant or take it away. It's unclean and you almost feel sorry for the employees. I cannot understand the decision to no longer pre-produce burgers. I really enjoyed going here, it's a shame. And I hope that this will be put into perspective again.

Been there again for a long time. Unfortunately. The shop was extremely dirty and we had to clean our table and seats ourselves. Complete menus could have been put together with the leftovers that were on the floor. We had to wait over 45 minutes for the food. Of course, the burgers were on the tray right from the start, presumably so you wouldn't get burned. Our order was missing 2x fries, several sauces, an ice cream and the toy for my child, which was the reason we were there in the first place. So I went back to the front and told the employee and I was allowed to wait. In the meantime, I realized that I definitely couldn't get burned again. After a quarter of an hour I got 2x fries and the rest didn't come. For those who don't come from Niederkrüchten and just want to grab something to eat on the way home from Holland, there is a great chip shop (The Holländer) about two minutes longer. The travel time is compensated for by the shorter waiting times, you will be back on the highway in no time and the most important thing is that there is delicious food, at reasonable prices and the portions are generous. Just try it out.

Ordered online via the app. Finally received the burgers at McDrive after a long wait. There probably weren't enough staff there. Unfortunately all the burgers were cold and dry. Rarely have I had such a bad meal at McDonalds.

Absolute rubbish!!!!! I would prefer not to give any stars but there is no other way to write anything here. Had to wait 1 hour and for what??? So that my 6 chicken nuggets consist of 3 pieces and my big tasty bacon has no sauce. I have never experienced anything as rancid as this!!!!

This McDonald's is so unclean that you get stuck to all the tables and the floor. The unmotivated employees are completely overwhelmed and understaffed. This location stands out in a negative way. Not recommended at all.

Weekday, Rush hour, only 3-4 people working and one Big Mac takes 40 minutes.

Mc Drive, very long waiting times, again and again, until you order and also until you get the food. There are very nice employees, but also others. Some of the food has been smashed into the packaging so that when you unpack it, nothing is left where it belongs.

A big compliment to the young lady at the McDrive of the Niederkrüchten/Elmpt branch today, June 25th, 2024 at 4:25 p.m., who you can tell she enjoys her job there, is friendly and committed, from the order at the terminal to the delivery at the window and during the payment process. Please pass on the praise. Regarding the order: everything was put together correctly, no complaints whatsoever. Gladly again. Herewith 5 stars.

Chaos when ordering, various orders were mixed up, which meant that ordered goods were forgotten. In the end we got everything (and according to instructions), but the fries and hamburgers were already cold. Dirty tables and just overwhelming in many places. Waiting time too long. Not recommended.

The service was nice, but completely incompetent. For a fast food restaurant, the service is extremely slow. The building is dirty and completely unmaintained. The bins are stuffed beyond capacity, the toilets are flooded, the dryer is clogged, the floor is glued. I placed an order at the kiosk and wanted to pay for it at the checkout. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even approach me. Then the gentleman couldn't understand what order I had and entered the wrong one. Then he told me to wait for him for a while, and then he didn't come back for another 30 minutes. Anyway, I don't know if he came back at all because I decided to order food at the kiosk. Well, I waited another 30 minutes to order

The service is rude, crap and dirt in every corner of THIS restaurant. Not only did we have to wait an hour to order, but the ice cream fell out of the employees' hands. It's just a mess, although I liked the food, there are much better meals in Poland and much more order.

There's crap and graves, dirt and stench, you have to wait an hour despite the small number of people, the kiosks don't have paper and they don't print receipts. Embarrassing

The service is terrible. None of them can speak a language other than German - if you are on the road and don't speak this language, you won't be able to order anything. Additionally, they broke the order counter, so no one knew what orders were ready because the staff couldn't read the number in English. I do not recommend.

Disastrous, hopefully just a snapshot: The staff was completely overwhelmed, the rubbish piled up inside and outside the restaurant around the overfilled waste bins/tray trolleys because they had not been emptied. Only one person was able to operate McCafe. Despite having orders, he didn't want to worry about it and just concentrated on the McDrive. A cappuccino with oat milk was prepared for me based on a normal cappuccino with cow's milk by adding oat milk. If I had had an allergy and not noticed it, it could have been very bad. Because of all the back and forth, the rest of the food was ice cold. We definitely won't go here again, absolutely not recommended, worst performance I've ever experienced.

The worst Mcs I've ever experienced. Were there on a Sunday evening around 8 p.m. Endless dirty tables full of rubbish. Waited a good 50 minutes for the food, which was even ice cold, Complained but no one felt responsible then it took another 20 minutes until new burgers arrived which were then luke warm. Service caves bad Employees chat with friends or acquaintances who walk behind the counter, order later and are given priority. Never go back there!!

35 minute wait for 4 cheeseburgers? Garbage is collected on the ground. The staff is extremely slow and they don't even think of bringing an order forward because these products are already ready. My goodness, what a dirty, slow and terrible load! Never here again!
