I was a bit disappointed that they no longer had plant-based burgers, as I no longer eat meat, so they're no longer an option for me. Even though the restaurant was empty, we had to wait a long time for our two meals. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tray carts were overflowing, as usual.

Leaving work an hour early, that can't be right.

Very disapointing. The worker from the night Shift let us wait in line for a long time before 02:00 am without saying anything, when it was our turn she turnened us away because it was exactly 02:00!! we were the last car and she just did not care to tell us, at least to not wait to begin with!! Anyways, I went a few times there and every single time was a bad experience, so dirty, rude, extremely long waiting time and cold food! Never again, and I don't recommend going to that location.

Very disappointing experience. We waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told exactly at 2 a.m. (we were the last car) that they had closed and couldn’t take our order. If that’s the case, they should close the drive-thru entrance earlier so no one gets stuck waiting. Overall, the waiting times are long and there seems to be a shortage of staff. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s at all.

Today we were absolutely appalled by the conditions. The floor was so covered in dirt and food scraps that it was slippery. The tables were smeared. The trolleys were overflowing. The food only arrived halfway to our tables. The staff were completely annoyed by our complaint. On top of that, the food was cold and tasted like it was from the day before! A disaster!

The food has always been good so far. It gets problematic when you order from a McDrive. An estimated 9 out of 10 orders are incomplete. It shouldn't be that difficult. 🤷‍♂️

Actually, one of the better McDonald's I've experienced. Okay, the wrap was only lukewarm (but maybe that's how it's supposed to be, I don't know, it was my first one), but the staff was very friendly, brought the food to the table, even the requested straws, and were cheerful (they sang in the kitchen, which can be a sign of a good working atmosphere). It was also quite clean.

This is a joke, what about a fast-food restaurant? Waiting 20 minutes for two ridiculous 🍔s is absolutely the worst, and to top it off, one of them was already cold. A dump.

The worst and dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. We went to the server and had to ask for a rag to at least clean the table. Truly awful! A man who looked Indian was very accommodating.

Ideally located for a food stop on the way to or from Holland. The food and service were good, as you'd expect from MCD. It wasn't really busy, and unfortunately, nothing had been cleaned—the tables were dirty, the floor was littered with leftovers, and the service cart was overflowing—a shame.

Unfortunately, the location seems completely overwhelmed. The staff consists mostly of schoolchildren or students who appear to have barely had any training. The result: extremely long wait times, chaotic processes, and a lot of frustration. Orders are sometimes incorrectly assembled or – even though they're already packed – simply end up in the trash because the customers either had to wait too long or the handover didn't work. I even witnessed an employee walk around twice to find the right person to take an order – completely absurd. For a global corporation like McDonald's, this is simply disappointing. Customer service looks different. That's how you lose customers.

I had to go to the hospital because I got severe food poisoning and started vomiting blood

I was really happy at first that the order was processed quickly at the drive-thru counter, and the bag with the chicken nuggets was really hot. When I got home, I opened it and realized that they weren't the garlicky ones, but the regular ones. Oh well, I thought, it can happen sometimes, and I was a little sad. And then, when I bit into them, I got a really weird feeling in my mouth, and the chicken meat was kind of like rubber. Then I looked at the package and there was that veggie nugget stamp or box pressed into it. That means they'd packed these disgusting silicone lumps instead of chicken mush. After a bit of fiddling around, I was able to throw away the whole 20 nuggets. Thanks for that, I won't be ordering any more in the future.

On August 30, 2025, I visited the restaurant and unfortunately, once again, I found significant deficiencies: Cleanliness: Both in the restaurant and especially in the restrooms, it was evident that they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. Ambience: The overall impression is uninviting, as many things appear untidy and hidden. Employee behavior: An employee at the counter addressed me in an unfriendly and inappropriate tone. When I politely addressed them, I was brusquely dismissed with "What's the problem?" I find this disrespectful and unacceptable. Another employee subsequently served me very kindly, for which I am grateful. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I know how demanding dealing with customers can be. However, this in no way justifies such behavior, especially since I gave no reason for it. Something urgently needs to change there (cleanliness, ambience, and employee behavior)!

This location is a real disaster! Burgers without meat, and if you arrive at the wrong time, you'll be waiting 30-40 minutes. People have even gotten out of the car behind us at the drive-thru to smoke a cigarette 🤦‍♀️😂 And...cleanliness...well, okay.

I waited a long time for service because some of the ordering terminals were broken and others were greasy. The server barely understood German, couldn't answer simple questions, and then even made the wrong order. I ended up paying over €10 for 6 nuggets (the sauce was extra!), a handful of overly salty fries, and a melted ice cream with a dollop of chocolate sauce. I had to search around to find a stool I could sit on while wearing light-colored pants. I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time and I'll definitely never go back!

This store is and remains a prime example of mismanagement...ordered at 10:41 PM on a Friday evening...11:15 PM and we're still waiting...4 employees in the store. No one could have predicted that it would be a bit busier on a Friday.

The food is up to McDonald's standards - BUT, by far the worst McDonald's in terms of team speed and coordination in service - thus endless waits in a half-empty restaurant - tried 3 times - 3 times waits between 15 and 25 minutes minimum - and unfortunately, 1 time by far the dirtiest restroom I've ever encountered at McDonald's. Sorry - nothing goes hand in hand here... but it quickly becomes overwhelming.

The staff are super friendly, the food comes quickly when it's light on traffic, and the service is excellent. You can't complain about the food.

Recently went here for dinner for the first time with kids. As several reviews indicate, I can only agree with the following: - Order delivered incomplete - Outdated interior - But especially very dirty floor, sticky and footprints visible everywhere - Overflowing trash collection racks - Dirty corners and crevices - Dirty restroom - McDonald's doesn't have to be all fancy, but this one was very disappointing! I won't be coming back anytime soon!

Ordered from the McDonald's drive-thru and lo and behold, once again the order wasn't complete, and that's no small thing. A 20-piece chicken nugget is easy to forget. So please always check your orders, especially when the place is full! It's a shame they can't pack everything. Unfortunately, I only realized at home that the money was gone.

We ate at the restaurant with our children. Half of the tables weren't clean. Both tray stands were overflowing, so trays were piling up on the tables. The men's restroom was also awful. Toilet paper was lying next to the toilet, and people were urinating next to it. There were puddles of drinks on the floor in places. The food was okay, but it took a bit longer to arrive. If you're concerned about cleanliness, you're better off avoiding this restaurant.

The employees didn't understand fast food. We waited 10 minutes, and they didn't even start preparing the food. We then promptly canceled. The staff were obviously completely overwhelmed. Once and never again!

Not recommended! The M.D. is absolutely dirty, the staff are unprofessional and slow... We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Fast food is definitely something else! And on top of that, we had to argue over a Coke with something else. Simply unbelievable.

The interior is littered, the garbage carts can't fit anything anymore, and everything is simply dumped next to the garbage. It took 30 minutes from ordering to pickup, and the food was almost cold, but we were served pretty quickly. Better drive a few kilometers further; it's more worthwhile there. At least the waitresses at the other branches don't yell at you.

I'm aware that you shouldn't expect gourmet food at McDonald's, but even with low expectations, this visit was a bitter disappointment. When my food finally arrived, it was unfortunately not worth the wait: The Big Mac was only lukewarm, the bun was soft, and the lettuce leaves were wilted. The cheese was barely melted, and the whole thing tasted bland and stale, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The fries? Cold, soft, and completely unsalted. It felt like they had been fried hours ago and then simply forgotten. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also anything but pleasant: dirty tables, sticky floor, overflowing trays – no one seemed to really care. The way the staff treated me was particularly disappointing: no "apology" for the long wait, no smile, no explanation—just indifference. The bottom line: If I have to wait over an hour for fast food and then receive such substandard food, that's simply unacceptable to me. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

I've been there twice now and have been so disappointed both times. I go to the drive-thru and place my order, but after 30 minutes I'm already finished. I check to see if everything's in there. At first glance, yes, because something was missing from my last order, and at home, instead of a royal TS, there's a chicken thing. Besides having to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive-thru, the staff is rude. Never again, no stars, not a bad McNugget that I know of.

A nice, modern Meccan. But dirty, with far too hard seat cushions. Half of the ordering terminals don't work. Some of the burgers are cold. Not to mention that it seems like employees are throwing the burgers into the packaging from 5 meters away. We also didn't get a single napkin; we couldn't get one because there weren't any to be found anywhere. We had to get toilet paper from the restrooms. Luckily, we were just passing through.

I would never go to McDonald's again. It's cold, and when you want to exchange it, the waitress tells you why the cheeseburger is cold. Then you should just exchange it, and that's it. The cheese was cold, the pickle was old, and the wannabe boss was totally unfriendly to her black subordinate. The tone she used to address the poor woman was awful. No, that's not my world.

I've stopped here several times. Unfortunately, the restrooms are always dirty. I can almost push the trays onto the overflowing shelves. The fries are often too light.

We had to wait forever while many people after us had already placed huge orders. Also, very cheeky, my two Big Macs were really dry!!! (It could be much better)

I've rarely experienced such unmotivated staff. When I asked after a 20-minute wait whether my order had been forgotten (my number had disappeared from the display for some time), I was told in a very rude manner that plant-based burgers always take longer. I don't know why they take so long, but it definitely wasn't to clean the grill. There were a few black, unidentifiable lumps stuck to the burger patty, which unfortunately didn't help with the careless slapping of the ingredients together. The only positive aspect was that the fries were hot. A lot of negative things have already been written about the cleanliness of this McDonald's, and unfortunately, I can only agree.

First, the positive: the food was OK, everything was great: 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a Coke. I went to the drive-thru, placed my order, and paid; everything was fine up until that point. At the checkout counter, the lady asked me to park my vehicle on the right because my order wasn't ready. I thought she must have made a mistake and meant left, as that's where the yellow-marked parking spaces are for guests waiting for their orders. In fact, it was empty. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot, and I was able to place my order directly at the drive-thru. Later, another vehicle pulled up behind me. The lady came to my car and instructed me to park on the right, in the middle of the road. I followed her instructions. When she brought me the food, I politely asked her why. She replied rudely that I had to follow the staff's instructions. She then explained to me that there could be several cars waiting on the right. What annoyed me was the lady's unfriendly tone. There was nothing going on... just one car behind me. The only question is, if the car behind me crashes into me, who's at fault?

Unfortunately, this is truly the worst McDonald's in a long time. Very, very dirty, trash everywhere on the floor and tables, corners swept clean, and the dust and dirt are definitely older. The restrooms are a mess and take a lot of effort to get used to. Service tries to be friendly, but unfortunately, to no avail. Never again.!!!!!!!!

Before we placed our orders, I went to the restroom. Disaster. Dirty, the doors barely close. The floor is sticky. The restrooms were absolutely filthy when someone cleaned them two weeks ago. The food was okay. Two younger men brought us the food; they were very personable and friendly. Two stars for those two guys… otherwise I wouldn't give them any.

Today I placed an order for a whole family. The store was pretty busy, so I grabbed my things and drove home. At home, I noticed that two Royal Thai TSs, a Chicken Big Mac, and a regular Big Mac were missing. Thank you for this hidden price increase! Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident at this store. I'll never see this company again. I'd rather go to a 3-star restaurant, where the food is right for the price. They also can't be reached by phone—of course, that's normal with this sales concept. I can only advise everyone to check everything, no matter how much it slows down the entire store.

I'm not really a fan of fast food, but whenever I go to McDonald's, my food has always been as it should be. What bothers me is often the staff, who speak little to no German. I've noticed that many customers are very disrespectful to the staff, especially when the store is full. It's just the way it is: when a store suddenly gets full, there's automatically more staff. Unfortunately, very few people understand that.

As a family, we ordered fish burgers. All seven of the ice-cold fish burgers in the package still had bits of lettuce left over, which shouldn't have been there! The tray the staff brought to our table was swimming in water. The fish were burnt. The fries weren't cooked at all, still completely white and disgusting. The tables were still covered with leftovers from the people before us. A huge disappointment... €50 spent for nothing!!!

One of the worst McDonald's we've seen/visited. Eternally long wait times, unmotivated/overworked employees (which doesn't speak well for the employer). Then we just wanted two iced caramel lattes to go. These weren't stirred thoroughly, and were drinkable in layers. They probably used caramel, which is supposed to be used for ice cream (it stuck to the bottom of the cup and wouldn't dissolve...). Incredibly bad!!!

Komt precies veel jeugd die dit misschien niet zo erg vind , buiten op parking ook veel hang jongeren op een doordeweekse dag om 00u15 in de nacht welke precies niet allemaal om een hamburger kwamen , wij waren op doorreis en zagen van ver de mast staan van Mc Donald op de autostrade. Nu weet ik dat als ik die mast volgende keer zie moet verder rijden.

The ice cream machine is always broken there, or you only get cold fries. Also, when you order syrup drinks, you don't taste syrup!

We complained that the fries weren't cooked through. Several customers saw this. She said they were good. The Big Mac was also cold. The woman was very rude. There was only hot water in the men's restroom. There was no water in the women's restroom. Poor service.

Yesterday, for once, I went to this McDonald's for dinner. A friend and I ordered burgers, nuggets, and fries. Result: diarrhea and nausea. I strongly suspect it's the branch's fault, as we've never had problems with the same products at other branches. Hygiene and cleanliness don't seem to play a major role either. Dirty tables (even though it wasn't busy) and everything generally seemed a bit "sleazy." Service was also more unfriendly than friendly. I can NOT recommend this branch and will be switching to other branches for the time being.

The burger quality was top-notch! But at Mac Drive, it's the slowest service I've ever experienced. Waiting 20 minutes for a burger is definitely too long.

To start with, we had to wait 15 minutes before we could order. Then waited 40 minutes for the food, which apparently they had given to the wrong person. When I said something about it I received no feedback at all about where the food was or how long it would take. The staff are all getting in each other's way in an unorganized mess and the kitchen looks very dirty with food all over the floor. The floor in the restaurant was also very dirty.

Yes, I am satisfied. The friendly service woman in the morning is always friendly and nice. Everything is fine here at 10:30 in the morning.

I like to go to McDonald's every now and then and are almost always satisfied. But the McDonald's was unfortunately miserable. It's dirty, I wait a long time, then the citizen comes ice cold, I immediately get a new one, it was so muddy but hot. Unfortunately not recommended. It's a shame actually.

ich hatte ein Smartmenu mit Cheeseburgern, die Pommes waren halb gar und kalt, die Cheeseburger auch lauwarm, wir haben dann noch 4 Fish o Filets zum mitnehmen bestellt, die waren in ein ein paar Minuten bei uns, und ratet mal ... natürlich auch kalt ... also da muss sich wieder mal was tun. Der Boden war dreckig und klebrig, die Tische wurden allerdings sauber gemacht als wir da waren. Das Personal war freundlich.

I ordered from Mc Drive. Unfortunately, this is a McDonald's branch where you absolutely have to check the bag immediately. Unfortunately, I didn't look in until I arrived and the chicken burger was forgotten. When ordering 1 McMenu and 1 Chicken Burger I find this absolutely disappointing. Bigmac's burger patty on the menu was also tattered. It can always be stressful and there can be longer waiting times, but in my opinion it's not possible to fulfill orders incompletely and with poor quality.

A quick stop on the way to or from the Netherlands. Always happy to have a burger and latte macchiato 😋

Snake in front of the forest trip, whether during the week or on the weekend! Even if you come out of the forest hungry, McDonald's is in the right place here and offers friendly and lightning-fast service

Restrooms clean, floor in the restaurant constantly damp, as if just mopped, but oily, sticky, and not drying, tables dirty and sticky. Not conducive to indoor dining.

This McDonald's is absolutely rancid and lately the quality of service has deteriorated so much.
