McDonald's in Lüdinghausen

Ältere Mitarbeiterin mit blonden haaren und akzent am schalter hört nicht zu reagiert sehr unhöflich und patzig zur kundschaft bei einer über 30 euro bestellung fehlten einige sachen und es wurde nicht reagiert als man drauf hinwies man musste austeigen und in die filiale um nachträglich die komplette bestellung zu bekommen.....

Seit Monaten gibt es keine normale Sprite. Personal einfach extrem unfreundlich und total grimmig. Wenn man den Job so hasst, sollte man vielleicht kündigen. Vorallem die älteren Mitarbeiter, grüßen nicht, reden extrem rau mit einem und ziehen ein Gesicht wie 7 Tage Regen Wetter. Schlechtester McDonald's in dem ich je war. Burger waren kalt und trocken. Pommes war gut. Das war's auch.

Je nachdem welcher Mitarbeiter da ist ist der Service im Mc Donalds Lüdinghausen Top (Freundlich verbreitet gute Laune ist immer für einen Scherz und Witz zu haben.) Wir haben es jedoch auch schon erlebt das die Tischnummern an den Bedienautomaten alle entfernt wurden und man aufgerufen wurde. Essen war dann auch nicht mehr unbedingt warm. Gastraum sauber Toiletten je nach Zeit naja. Achtung ⚠️ Abends kommt immer zu ungefähr der gleichen Uhrzeit ein Mann rein der versucht Essen und Getränke zu schnorren. Er ist etwas gruselig. Schleicht sich rein und steht hinter einem. Wird jedesmal vom Personal hinausgeschickt.

Es wird immer mehr mit elektronischen Bestellungen und Bezahlungen gearbeitet, finde ich unpersönlich und nicht für jedermann möglich.

Mitarbeiter kennt den unterschied nicht zwischen Deutschland Tasche die bestellt wurde und Deutschland Burger. Und behauptet dann noch wäre bestellt nach Reklamation. Statt zu fragen was man genau haben möchte. Ist ja schließlich ein preis unterschied von ca 8 Euro. Die Tasche fehlt jetzt natürlich…

Ist das Betrug am Kunden ?? Absolut unterirdischer Service und unvollständige Bestellung! Ich war am 31.05.2026 um 13:15 Uhr hier vor Ort. Nachdem meine Bestellung nach 10 Minuten immer noch nicht auf dem (vermutlich defekten) Monitor auftauchte und scheinbar gar nicht bearbeitet wurde, habe ich höflich nachgefragt. Daraufhin wurde ich vom vermutlichen Schichtleiter extrem unhöflich und von oben herab abgefertigt. Eine absolute Frechheit, so mit zahlenden Kunden umzugehen. Zu dem schlechten Verhalten kam dann noch, dass die Bestellung unvollständig war: Der bezahlte Sour Cream Dip fehlte komplett, und statt des extra bezahlten Pink Dragonfruit Drinks wurde mir eine normale Fanta serviert. Fehler können passieren, aber die Kombination aus Systemfehlern, unvollständigem Essen und einer extrem unprofessionellen Mitarbeiter geht gar nicht. Hier werde ich definitiv nicht mehr bestellen!

Habe Mayo bestellt und keine bekommen. Schon traurig..... komischer Laden!

Die Mitarbeiter haben meine Zahlung per App, nicht akzeptiert und wollten das ich nochmal vor Ort zahle. Mein Hinweis das ich eine Rechnungsübersicht per Mail erhalten habe, wurde nicht akzeptiert. Ich habe mich bei MC Deutschland entsprechend beschwert.

die Bestellung habe ich persönlich aufgegeben, nicht über den Computer. Der Mann konnte kaum Deutsch und so wurde fast alles falsch verstanden. Meine Pommes waren schneeweiß, diese habe ich direkt zurück gegeben, dann fehlten noch ein paar andere Sachen. Mein Cheeseburger war kalt. Zudem herrschte im ganzen Laden Chaos. Wir haben 3 x den Tisch gewechselt weil überall die Klimaanlage eiskalt in unsere Richtung strömte. Dazu noch mega teuer geworden. Kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen und bin eh erstmal für lange Zeit mac Donald müde.

Alles in einem typisch mc Donalds !! Schade ☹️ wir hatten uns seit langem entschieden doch nochmal für unsere Kinder ein happymeal und für uns eine Kleinigkeit zu essen dort zu holen weil die Küche heute mal kalt bleiben sollte . Ja was soll ich sagen ich wünschte ich hätte mir das Geld gespart und stattdessen gekocht . Das ist nicht das was Richard und Maurice Mc Donalds vor vielen Jahren gegründet haben . Die Pommes sind weiß laff und kalt . Und auf der Big Tasty bacon für mein Ehemann der diesen ohne Bacon bestellt hat . Hat einen Big Tasty mit bbq Sauce bekommen und bacon . Es nervt total . Keine Qualität zu erwarten und dafür ein Vermögen ausgeben . Echt unfair .

Getränke werden nicht komplett gefüllt, cola schmeckt nur nach wasser nicht trinkbar. die bestellterminals haben alle kein druckerpapier. Telkekom hotspot steht auf der türe aber kein w lan verfügbar. Filialleiter sehr unfreundlich. Der schlechteste mc donaldsbesuch seit 10 Jahren. Besser meiden.

Im großen und ganzen ganz gut, nur am Anfang an der Bestellannahme hat mich ne Weile ignoriert. Sonst alle nett und freundlich.

Das Essen ist widerlich. Kalt und absolut unappetitlich. Ich hatte einen laktosefreien Latte bestellt, aber er war kalt und geschmacklos, die Milch war nicht richtig aufgeschäumt. Die Pommes waren genauso wie der Kaffee: kalt und geschmacklos, als ob sie schon ewig herumgestanden hätten. Schauen sich die Angestellten überhaupt an, wie die Gerichte auf der Website aussehen? Ich hänge ein Foto der Chicken Box an, die wir mit unserer Abholbestellung erhalten haben. Ist das für 9,99 € wirklich akzeptabel??? Die Angestellten sind zwar freundlich, aber das ändert nichts daran, dass sie beim Bearbeiten der Bestellungen so schlampig vorgehen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Bestellung : 35€ Haben die falsche Bestellung erhalten ~10€ Mitarbeiter ziemlich unfreundlich nach einer langen Diskussion funktionierte die Eis Maschine doch plötzlich wieder. Schlechtestes Restaurant in Deutschland

Der langsamste McDonald’s den ich kenne. Hier wartet man durchschnittlich immer mehr als 10-15 obwohl kaum was los ist. Essen nicht immer warm und leider auch nicht wirklich sauber innerhalb des Restaurants.

Leider keine leckere Zubereitung, Käse nicht geschmolzen, Buns verrutscht, Soße an der Verpackung und dann leider auch noch lauwarm😑 beim McChicken Classic mehr Salat in der Verpackung als auf dem Burger und entweder die Soße wurde ganz vergessen zumindest war sie geschmacklich und im Mund nicht auffindbar. SCHADE🤷🏼‍♂️😔

Seit kurzem bis zu 40 Minuten Wartezeit am Drive gehabt!! Also das kann ich nicht mehr verstehen das die Autos bis zur Auffahrt stehen und man sich überlegt wieder um zu drehen.

Einfach nur das letzte, wer kaltes Essen mag ist hier genau richtig. Wer auf Geschmack verzichten möchte aber trotzdem gerne viel Geld ausgibt, ist hier genau richtig.

Was ich heute dort erlebt habe ist nicht in Worte zu fassen. Ich möchte mich nochmal ganz herzlichen bei allen Mitarbeitern heute um 18:45 Uhr vor Ort waren und einfach geholfen haben ohne wenn und aber. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt wie man es kennt 😁 wir sind euch unendlich dankbar für heute

Bei einer simplen Bestellung echt alles falsch gemacht was nur möglich war. Erst ein Tablett bekommen statt zum mitnehmen, dann Hühnchen statt veggie nuggets und beim MC Cafe 2/3 McPops falsch.

Momentan eine sehr schlechte Qualität. Warum auch immer. Alles kalt.

Keine Hygiene wird beachtet ist wirklich schade würde keinen mehr Empfhelen dahin zugehen.

Essen war kalt. Und dazu bläst immer noch schön die Lüftungsanlage auf das Essen. Sitzecken nicht sauber. Irgendwie hat man das Gefühl das man dort überfordert ist. Leute, geht besser in einer ordentliche Pommesbude. Ihr unterstützt dann auch wenigstens ein regionales Kleinunternehmen und kein Großkonzern der ein durch internationale Strukturen gewieftes Steuermodell fährt um weniger Steuern in Deutschland abführen zu müssen. Und in der örtlichen Frittenbude bekommt ihr eine bessere Qualität für euer Geld und seit satt ohne nach 2 Stunden wieder Hunger zu haben.

Ich habe 30 Minuten auf mein Frühstück gewartet, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Der Laden war dreckig und ungepflegt. Das Essen war zudem kalt und überhaupt nicht frisch. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung

It was freezing cold there. The burgers were cold, the tables were dirty, and the staff was unmotivated. After we asked for our table to be cleaned, only our table was actually cleaned. All the others were dirty too. Other guests were wandering from table to table. If you don't enjoy working in the service industry, you shouldn't do it.

I regularly visit this McDonald's and the food is always warm, the tables are clean but the toilet is always occupied.

Not so great. The floor is slippery and/or sticky, the service is rather slow and not particularly precise, and certainly not fast. The food was rather lukewarm, the fries were obviously old, and you can't really go wrong with that. Not really worth a visit.

How can it be that you pre-order via the app and still have to wait 30 minutes for your food at the drive-thru? That's about fast food.

Was there yesterday, the burger party was very cold, the cheeseburger meat was hot... strange! The service was so-so... seemed annoyed. A look into the kitchen... hmm, well, they're obviously cooking there, but it could be a bit cleaner in my opinion! The trees in the parking lot could also use some trimming; there are some nice scratches on the roof now, the clearance height is maybe 1.80 meters at the most. They should improve that sometime.

Unfortunately, we had a dead wasp in our fries. Since we took the food to go, we unfortunately only noticed it at home and couldn't complain right away. I then contacted McDonald's and haven't received any real response to this day, except that the restaurant is run by a franchisee and they'll get back to me. Well, that was almost three weeks ago, and I don't think anyone will get back to me... We will avoid this place in the future... What a shame, McDonald's!

You wait almost an hour for your food, even when it's not busy. The burgers are also poorly assembled.

The Chicken Samurai Burger was fresh and crispy, the garlic pepper nuggets with peri-peri dip tasted perfect, and the yuzu cream tart was a real highlight at the end. Great idea from McDonald's to showcase different countries in one menu. The Chicken Samurai Burger from Malaysia is highly recommended.

The people here forget everything and sometimes don't know how to do certain things at McDonalds omg (Matcha is just a godless coffee)

This place should be closed. Every time I go there, everything in my order is wrong. The burger comes without a patty, the sauces are wrong, if they even come with any. Instead of a pineapple turnover, I was given an apple turnover, and this isn't the first time. The milk in the milkshake tastes sour, the fries are cold and unsalted. The employees are rude when I ask them about missing items! This place is an absolute disgrace!

It was very busy during our visit. We had to wait 20 minutes or more for our order. Unfortunately, we only realized when we got home that we'd been given the wrong burger (we ordered the same one three times). Unfortunately, for us, it was a typical McDonald's experience.

No McDonald's has ever managed to get two things wrong out of an order of three. Very poor and slow service. The McSundae ice cream was also full of chunks, shiny, and yellow. After complaining, I got exactly the same thing again. I'm afraid the machine wasn't working properly or wasn't cleaned properly. Sorry, but with soft serve, the quality should be good.

This is definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever known. 1. Mostly really unfriendly employees (not all of them, of course). 2. It sometimes takes ages to get your ordered food, even when it's not busy! 3. What did you do with the McFlurry? The ice cream tastes weird and looks weird too! Especially since it's already runny like water after 3 minutes! I got ice cream there twice, and I thought it was just a one-time thing. Nope... The second time, it was the same, and each time I felt so sick after the ice cream. I'll never get anything from there again. I'd happily do without it.

Hello I was there at 1 a.m.! (Arrival time approx. 1:07 a.m., left the store at 1:45 a.m.) Ordered: a McFlurry, raspberry bar, and McSmart meal Waited 20 minutes alone to pay in cash because the woman didn't think we were important! 🤬🤬🤬 Fries had been ready for 10 minutes, but nothing happened. The ice cream machine is always supposedly broken. If you believe it... The staff is very, very slow and unfriendly. The wait time is extremely long. I don't think anyone wants to do the job.

One of the worse Mecces, I have to say. It was blazing hot outside, and the same in the store...no air conditioning, and THAT in such a large corporation? Are they too stingy to install air conditioning? Then there was no ice for the drinks, and as I said, it was almost 38 degrees outside! The MC Flurry, on the other hand, wasn't creamy like usual, but rock hard! Furthermore, it seemed to me as if they were understaffed, because every employee was running around frantically for me. However, the man at the cash register was very friendly.

I wanted to slide and got annoyed with Petra because I'm older but there was no age limit and she didn't say it nicely but shouted at me. It's fine but I would like an explanation please (I didn't do anything and wanted to slide).

Friends of good taste, it's that time of year again! After a phenomenal day at the festival, my friends and I were feeling a little peckish. There's only one place to go: the good old Restaurant zur Goldenen Möwe (Golden Seagull Restaurant)! A culinary highlight for every occasion! Beaming with joy and in a great mood, we reached our destination late in the evening. The hustle and bustle (both inside and outside) made the atmosphere immediately feel cozy. The bachelorette party attending the event looked like pure merriment. Ordering at the terminal went smoothly. However, we were saddened to discover that our absolute favorite side dish is currently unavailable: rippled fries... We are heartbroken. But since you only get together once when you're this young, we didn't want to be grumpy for long and treated ourselves to table service. The nice lady was still in a great mood, very pleasant, and absolutely service-oriented, even late at night. Top notch! The curly fries were a delight and made us forget a little, you remember... The burgers were of poor quality, as usual; it felt a bit like coming home after all these years as loyal customers. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, and the professional staff were hard at work. The lighting seemed a bit garish at this late hour, but oh well, let's not be nit-picky. See you next time!

It used to be better there. Everything seemed clean, but a few of the upholstery needed replacing. The food used to be hot, but this time, what can I say? Cyrley's lukewarm isn't that great. We actually stop there often when we're in Ascheberg.

Pure disappointment. I wanted the new Chicken Big Mac, but they put the regular one in the wrong box. The fries weren't fried properly, and some of them were still very cold. It's a shame because I only noticed it at home, and then, for the price... that's it. We won't order from there again.

Milkshake constantly unavailable. Ordered an MC Flury instead. Absolutely disgusting. A mixture of water and something else. Strange color. We threw it away. Absolutely inferior ingredients. We've never gotten it like that in other stores. Never again.

The Polish woman at the drive-thru is extremely unfriendly! I've been here a few times and each time I've had a good experience, but today ordering was difficult (in terms of language and her patience). Then I went back in to ask for the pistachio sauce on my McFlurry, and the Polish woman was immediately unfriendly, digging around in it with my spoon and saying it was the pistachio sauce. After asking again, she squeezed a little more sauce into my mouth and sent me away with an extremely unfriendly and impatient "bye." I think it's a shame that customers are treated like this!

The worst McDonald's I know. I have no idea what you gave me, but that was def. not normal soft ice cream. Just say that the machine is defective instead of throwing in a replacement without asking. And the sauce was missing too. I would have complained, but based on previous experiences I believe that this McD is a hopeless case anyway, the only thing that helps is avoidance.

Mc Flurry bestellt .. eine zusammen gemischte wasser Plöre bekommen. Farbe gelblich .. Konsistenz schrecklich .. .. weiß nicht was da los ist aber von mir gibt es dafür kein Pluspunkt .

Unfortunately the tables were all dirty. A component was missing from my order and was added without any problems. Unfortunately the terminals had a time delay. It felt like it took ages for the first terminal to respond. Nice employees.

They forget a lot when ordering drive through, so you always have to check carefully

I'm so fed up. Either you get cold food or half of it's missing. Today again, you're paying for 2x M meals, 2x 20-ounce McDonald's chicken, and 1x cheeseburger, and what's missing is another M and the mayonnaise. People, please check things first before you hand them out. That's another way to make money.

My coupon didn't work at the counter, so I kindly asked the employee if he could help me further. Instead of answering in a friendly manner, you are first ignored and then laughed at stupidly by the stable woman. Well, I'll leave that at that. I could have acted differently, but I can't be that antisocial.

What can I say, it's the eternal problem at McDonald's. You order via the app because you don't have much time, pick up your food, go home and of course something is missing. I could just puke. It can't be too much to ask to pack an order correctly according to the display instructions. Then open the box and see what's in front of you. You really don't feel like it anymore.

You can find it easily. There are already a few parking spaces. When you drive in it is divided into drive in and parking lane. Is also marked. The food is like always in McDonald's, nothing unique, but after ordering at the place and checking the order in home, I noticed I didn't get my fries from meal with a burger (only the burger and 0.4l cola) After I ordered via Lieferando, it turned out that the McFlurry was missing, hence the change from two to one star

Still unable to set goods ordered with PayPal in the app as paid. If you drive up to MC Drive you have to choose another payment method to get the goods. Even though the option has been available for years.

Very well cooked, gladly again! The only thing I can't recommend is the refreshing towel, it tastes like paper with lemon.

First you refuse the guaranteed table service while other guests received table service and when you leave the restaurant you also have to be followed by instructions about order.

So I was just in Lüdinghausen and ordered a Big Mac menu and 1 Mc Rib, with a large 🍟 and 1 vanilla shake. Price 19.85 € I looked in the paper money and oh wonder it was 1 small 🍟, plus a Mc Rib and 1 drink. The Mc Rib wasn't there. I went to the counter and complained and was given my Big Mac without an apology. So he's a rogue who suspects something bad. If I hadn't looked in the bag I would have been screwed!

So far the concept works for young people who love greasy mud that you don't have to chew. You can't complain about the staff. The food, on the other hand, is, in my opinion, expensive garbage that causes belching and stomach aches.

Horrible for the third time within a week, eating there at Mc Drive. Travel time to home about 3 minutes. 20 chicken nuggets cold except for 4..5 pieces. Cold fries and the twisted potatoes too. Picked up the same order today and pointed it out to the waitress. Unfortunately cactus chicken nuggets again, only the fries were hot today. For me it was that there...but the reviews under mine say it all.
