For a Burger King, there's nothing to complain about. Occasionally, parts of the order are forgotten, but other than that, there's nothing to complain about. Highly recommended :)

There was a car in front of me and I stood at the outside counter for 19 minutes. When he finally got his food, I drove through too; I wasn't hungry anymore.

The order machine didn't print order number 197. I reported it to the counter, but no one checked. The next customer had the same problem. Very unfriendly staff. The food was served incorrectly, and the service was very disorganized and rude. The drink dispenser dispensed warm Coke with little syrup. When I asked, they told me to add ice cubes. Impossible, and I will avoid the BürgerKing in Lüdinghausen in the future. Regards

One of the better Burger King locations I've known. The food took a little while to prepare, but it was fresh. The store is clean, the trays were emptied from the drop-off point, and the service seemed friendly. Unfortunately, the electric hand dryer in the restroom is very dirty, or at least it looks that way. I didn't want to dry my hands there. Overall, a good experience

Entrance for larger vehicles here (Ducato 6 mtr) is unsuitable. This should be pointed out.

Disaster! I was just there, the tray cart was completely full, you can't put any more cups in the top. Flies had gathered there and were disturbing me while I was eating. When we finished eating, we wanted to order some ice cream. I ordered an ice cream where you can mix your ice cream however you like. I ordered four ice creams and paid €15.96 with my card. When I got to the cash register, I wanted to tell the "shift manager" how we wanted our ice cream, since it wasn't available at the terminal where we ordered. The shift manager told me that you couldn't mix your ice cream and that everything costs extra. I agreed to pay extra for what we wanted, but he refused because he couldn't collect the extras. I then told the shift manager that I would like my money back, but he told me it probably wouldn't work because I had paid with a card. Because of his looks and his demeanor, I insisted that I either mix my ice cream as advertised at the terminal or get my money back. In the end, he just told me not to raise my voice, even though I didn't. I asked him if his boss or someone else was there I could talk to. "I'm the boss," he proudly told me. I then allegedly got my money out of his own pocket (he took it from the cash register). All in all, it's a shame that we have to "argue" about something like this these days, even though we were truly in the right and tried to find a solution. A real shame!

I always get freshly made and hot burgers there. So, 5 out of 5 stars.

Worst Burger King ever. Tasted like it had been stored for hours. Staff were extremely unfriendly and lazy (people just stood around and chatted). This led to long waits. The tables were sticky and covered in leftover food. Never again at Burger King Lüdinghausen!!

Usually not busy and the staff is friendly. Everything tastes great too. If you haven't been to BK in a while, you should try eating here again.

The staff is friendly, the place is quite good, and the food is up to Burger King standards. The food is always pleasantly warm, not piping hot and sticky like at other fast-food chains in Lüdinghausen. BUT: My biggest complaint is that I often order from the drive-thru, and it's happened quite often (6-7 times) that my order was incorrectly packed. Sometimes it was minor things like confusing mayo with ketchup, but often it was also the mix-up of entire meals. Just today, I got a Big King meal instead of a Bacon King meal, but at the price of a Bacon King meal. It's very annoying and also a financial disaster, as I've probably wasted €20-30 on it. Twice, burgers were even missing. After raising this issue three times, I was told I would have to check my orders or, if there was an error, go through the drive-thru again with the receipt. Very disappointing. That's why I now only order in-store. There, you can check it on the spot in peace and quiet, and if necessary, speak directly to the staff, who don't have to do much other than read what's on the screen. In other restaurants, people write down their orders on a piece of paper, and you always get what you want. The system with the monitors and the reading system obviously doesn't seem to work. Service: Could be friendlier Atmosphere: Was always 5*, but unfortunately the furniture outside is gone. Hopefully, the armchairs and couch will be back in the summer. Food: Hasn't been that good only once, otherwise, it's been top-notch, one of the best Burger King restaurants I've ever been to.

Unfortunately totally bad, I ordered a Sprite and got mineral water. When I declared it, I was accused of lying. When I smelled the cup, I was accused of having contagious diseases. The people who work here are far from customer-oriented. I have no idea how something like that can last?!?

The store looks very nice inside and out. The tables are clean and everything is hygienic. The staff is nice and the waiting time is pretty short. The food also tasted delicious and was still warm. The only thing that's a little worse is that sometimes sauces are forgotten, but otherwise everything is great!

Ordered using a code at the Drive Inn, when you get home, 2 crispy chickens are missing. Call the branch, answer: “It’s your own fault that you have to look in the bag.” Maybe employee training would make sense if they only had singing and clapping at school.

I'm really speechless at how badly you as a customer are treated here. Mr. Liebeskind (according to the name tag) repeatedly treated us in an unfriendly and condescending manner during service, as if we were too stupid to ask simple questions. His pat answers are not only unprofessional, but downright disrespectful. The highlight, however, was when he brazenly beat up one of his employees in front of our eyes - without the colleague having done anything wrong at all! I've noticed this kind of behavior several times now. Treating customers and colleagues with such disrespect is, in my opinion, unacceptable. I definitely won't eat here again unless things change. For me that was the last visit - I prefer to go to McDonald's, where you are at least valued as a customer. One star is almost too many here.

Ordered Big King, paid for Big King, got cheeseburger in Big King packaging. Absolutely not possible. Ordered crispy chicken without tomato, got crispy chicken with tomato. What can you actually do? Wanted to order the “Snapper of the Week” deal at the Drive Inn last week. The person who understood and spoke German poorly didn't understand what I wanted. Should come to the school. You came in and it smelled extremely like sweat. Although the store was completely empty, all the tables were dirty and sticky. The shelves for the trays were full to the brim. During the time we waited, no one made any effort to empty it. I definitely didn't want to eat anything there anymore.

We rarely visit fast food chains; occasionally McDonalds, extremely rarely BurgerKing. On a bike tour we got a craving for fries and stopped by the BK in LH. This branch is relatively new (2 years or so) - a completely normal BK, relatively cool and uncomfortable right on a busy arterial road. So everything is completely normal! 😜 We ordered a portion of "large fries" for 3.99 (I think). We were horrified when we were called and there was a small bag on the tray that we knew as a small portion of McD. Inflation or not, but that's quite an outrage! After we recently had a strange experience with 'cocoa water' at McD, we will probably visit these chains even less often... It's actually a shame! I'm a big fan of Cheeseburgers, Whoppers and BigMacs, which is always a celebration given how rare they are! 😀

We got something to eat here once. Thought it would be a good idea to try it out in the afternoon. Unfortunately we were disappointed at home. Chili cheeseburger tasted like cardboard.. Nuggets had no taste. And the fries were dry and tough. So we won't go there again. That one time was enough for us. The burger prices are now the same as in a restaurant. We haven't eaten at a fast food chain like this in almost 2 years. We will now do without it again.

When ordering at the drive-thru, the employee with a migrant background is difficult to understand. You always have to hope that everything will work out. In some cases, the supervisor, who has been working there for a long time and is generally friendly, takes over. Unfortunately the food no longer tastes good at all. Very nicely maintained Burger King

The shop makes a really nice impression. But the food is extremely expensive for really rancid quality. The chili cheese fries simply taste disgustingly old. Which get worse and worse with every bite. Then the food itself tastes really old and simply inedible. The hot brownies with ice cream are fine, but they put so little sauce on them. Then the staff is very slow. When the store was very busy, I had to wait 25 minutes for an average 2 person order. Sauces were missing on top, our drinks or cups were missing, and the sauces that were included were the wrong ones. So in and of itself this store is a complete disaster, both in terms of taste and in terms of the staff.

Were here around lunchtime during the week. There wasn't much going on. That's why we got everything fresh. You order at the machine (also at the counter if you wish) and you pay there, preferably with a card. You get a pickup slip. You can see on a monitor when you can pick up your order at the counter. It's crazy how much a menu like this now costs. Free parking spaces are available. Located right on a main road, therefore easily accessible by car.

Staff committed Warm soft drinks... Ads in the drive inn don't work It is not possible to display how much something costs or what was ordered. No EC payment possible. The grounds are very well maintained and the store appears to be very well maintained from the outside.

Nice service, quick processing. One of the better Burger King. The only negative thing was the lack of air conditioning. It was way too warm in there.

I have to say that this Burger King is by far the best I have ever visited. It is clean, tidy and quiet. The employees are personable and friendly. The food could be mistaken for a gourmet restaurant. Definitely I'll come back. A great experience.

Our chip shop was closed, so we went to Burger King. Learned something again...was here for the first and last time. Advice nil. Quickly ordered two burgers and two fries with mayonnaise. Was with the bike at the drive in counter. For a whopping 21 euros and 46 cents!!! I got my bag. The seller's reaction was that menus would have been cheaper and I drove home. They hadn't packed the mayo for me. €21.46 for two burgers and two fries...I still can't believe it.

I placed an order and unfortunately I didn't get a look at the bag to check because I was stressed and it was 1 burger out of 4. I think that really can't be the case, the staff is completely incompetent, unfortunately you have to say that

Mostly quite good, Sometimes there isn't much salad left in the evening, as there was hardly any salad on the burger twice. This Burger King branch is often quite empty But there is also a lot of competition for restaurants in Lüdinghausen. Pretty modern with self order terminals (completely different to Burger King in Lünen where they don't have these) If you have problems with the terminals or there is no promotional coupon from the app there, it was always possible to order at the checkout. The terminals save you the need for a real cashier, which is why I usually only saw 2, sometimes 3 employees in the store.

Yes, I have no idea how many reviews I've done about BK. You all know what it looks like in the stores. And yet you still throw the food into your face. You can pour your own drinks here, 5 stars for that.

The staff are nice, the food is ok. What struck me negatively were the branch owner's special cost-cutting measures. The work clothes (sweaters) of three employees had frayed holes. That doesn't have to be the case, does it?

I was in the mood for a really good burger again. The only option is Burger King anyway. And there was the Kings Whiskey BBQ Double. Wow, what can I say, it was the best burger so far.

Relativ neue Filiale. Bisher ist immer alles frisch gewesen. Wartezeiten sind in Ordnung. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Sehr moderner Burger-King bei dem man selber an Terminals bestellen kann. Das verhindert lange Schlangen und ist besonders für unentschlossene sehr praktisch. Sauber und für einen Burger-King auch recht gemütlich.
