McDonald's in Linden

It's a shame that you get the old toys in the Happy Meal, even though the Super Mario cars are currently available. That was very disappointing for my child at home.

I ordered a single thing and they didn't even spend it correctly. I waited longer, even though there was hardly anything going on. The cheese on my burger wasn't even melted, but the burger was still warm.

I always find it to be a good fit on the way to work

So I have to honestly say the food was warm/hot but the wrong sauces were added, the Sprite was just water and didn't taste good at all. I would rarely go there again

I have never encountered such unfriendly staff at McDonalds or anywhere else! So I have to say I was really negatively surprised. There doesn't seem to be any collegiality towards one another and that's really the worst thing. A colleague had a question for another and she simply ignored it until another colleague asked. Next time I'll definitely go to Burger King or another McDonald's (but after what I've experienced here, maybe it's better not to), but never this one again.

I just got a Happy Meal on the drive this afternoon and the burger was missing at home. I might be able to understand something like that with a huge order, but not with something so small. My child was very happy. Next time I'll take the detour to another branch.

What can you say about that...the burgers and everything there is to eat there is getting smaller and smaller and the taste...was better...we used to go to the MC several times but now my money is really too good for me. ..the meat, if you can still call it that, is just a slice of cold cuts....

The parking spaces are narrow. The food and ordering system is typical McDonald's. Positive: a cleaning staff always tried to clean up after one or two guests.

In this restaurant you have to urgently check your order (take away). I've been a customer there for many years and not even everything was right (order for at least 3-4 people) there were always several things missing.... And at happy meal they generally give out the wrong gift... So always check carefully but forget it if you expect an apology 😜 there is no such thing.

Bad service. Happy Meal ordered and paid for. Afterwards they said there were no toys. Our child was super disappointed 😞 And not even a little something to snack on was offered as a gesture of goodwill; “Something like that is not possible.” Great performance by the tenant...

Been waiting for a call back from the store manager for almost a week. Got takeaway food last week for €35, it was a complete disaster! Cola was colored sugar water, cheeseburgers were old and the smell was indefinable, as was Big Mac. Was a customer for years, after this campaign it's now over.

The whole store stinks and there is no air conditioning

Clean and tidy. The food came to the table quickly. Food was good, as always, very hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only four terminals. Toilets were clean. Enough parking spaces available. Great location on the highway.

Exceptionally nice employee. We ordered breakfast at the drive-thru, the lady was very accommodating and polite, unfortunately this happens often at the chain.

I used the drive in until a woman got in touch. It took almost 5 minutes, as always, the woman didn't speak any German, it was very tiring

Work organization disaster. Very long waiting times (40 minutes) until the (then incomplete) order of 5 standard products was brought to the table despite the store only being 20% ​​full. The money for the missing products was then paid out so that we didn't have to wait any longer.

Ordering at the terminal is very easy. No long queue at the counter.

Easy parking, nice ambience, great service, order was brought to the table, all in all a very nice day!

We only used Mc Drive, so we didn't get full points. So friendly and nice.

Please avoid drive-thru!!! Probably in the hope that it is only noticed on the way and the customer doesn't come back, additional sauces that were ordered and paid for are often missing; the oldest burger is wrapped up, the portions of fries are larger in the restaurant and today the cola was transparent like chamomile tea!!! It's a shame, it's a shame...

As far as the food is concerned everything is as usual, sometimes items from the order are forgotten but added when the error is pointed out. The real problem is with the lack of hygiene on site. Every one of the tables is dirty and it doesn't seem like it's ever taken care of.

The staff is completely overwhelmed and, as always, something is missing from the order. This was my last visit to this restaurant.

Very crowded at an unusual time of day

This is where McDonalds is rated and then I don't really compare it to other restaurants. Most of the time it's very busy to almost completely full but you don't have to wait too long for your order, even if you're at number 13. It is constantly cleaned, the staff is nice and professional and everything the golden seagull has to offer in terms of promotions and service is offered. I think it's clear to many people that Mc's is no longer cheap and that some normal restaurants are just as cheap or even cheaper, but this is more about flexibility and speed. It definitely won't be my last visit, probably not even this month.

Well, the gentleman at the counter was very unpleasant, he's lucky I didn't hear what he said to my girlfriend. The computers wouldn't work and she had to go to the checkout. The codes didn't work either, when she called me so that I could have my code scanned, she heard "Are you ordering something now or not?" Mc Cafe, hier kann man auch gut mit kleineren Kindern hingehen ohne das man von älteren Menschen angeblafft wird die nur ihre "Ruhe" haben wollen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Wie immer und überall beim McDonalds

Hab per App bestellt und fast dreißig Minuten im Drive gestanden, obwohl nur zwei Autos vor mir waren. Zum kotzen ist das, für was gibt's den Drive inn? Soll schneller gehen als im Restaurant. Bezahlt mal eure Mitarbeiter besser und sorgt für gute Sozialleistungen, dann habt ihr mehr Leute und weniger Krankheitsfälle ihr Ausbeuter!

War super gut. Wir waren vormittags da und haben per App bestellt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war frisch. Laden sehr sauber. Personal total nett. So sollte es immer sein. Klasse!

Ein typisches McDonalds Restaurant. Die Einfahrt ist ein wenig versteckt, aber gut von der Autobahn zu erreichen.

Fad und langweilig. Warum haben wir das früher so gemocht?

Service freundlich, kurze Wartezeit

Eine absolute Eishöhle, keine Heizung war an. Mitte November. Salz und Pfeffer bekommt man hier ( unüblicherweise für MC Donalds) nur auf Nachfrage an der Kasse.

Wollten Chicken Nuggets und bekommen haben wir vegane Nuggets und das 2 mal, sie haben es nicht geschafft das zu fertigen was man bestellt

Mäcces halt... ab und an muss es sein, Essen wie zu erwarten, bisschen chaotisch wie immer.

Endlich mal eine Zweigstelle wo noch mit Kundenservice belegt wird. Hat uns gut gefallen

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal ( kam sogar an den Tisch um nachzufragen ob alles OK ist)

Hatte ein Menu gegessen, der Salat war sehr dick geschnitten (Strunck) und war im Ansatz schon braun. Wenn man dann noch an das elektronische Bestellsystem muss, hat man verloren. In der Regel ist man nicht alleine und manche Kunden sind dann sehr unentschlossen. Schnell geht anders. Wenn man dann die Preise sieht, muss man sich diesen Besuch demnächst nochmals überdenken.

Bei Bestellungen zum Abholen fehlen immer wieder Sachen. Bei Bestellung vor Ort auch schon vorgekommen, dennoch ist das Team immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Stühle sind schon älter, Sitzgelegenheit draußen sind leider sehr unangenehm.

Was will man da sagen ist halt was es ist.

Dass man bei McDonalds kein 5 Sterne Menü erwarten kann, ist uns ja allen klar. Aber hier ist es jetzt schon so oft vorgekommen, dass die Getränke (Fanta,Cola) einfach NUR nach Wasser schmecken und keine Kohlensäure haben. Total abgestanden und eklig… leider werden Sonderwünsche bei Burgern auch entweder komplett ignoriert oder nicht richtig gemacht aber trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt… Pommes auch leider sehr oft kalt und bappig… das kriegen andere Filialen besser hin… Mitarbeiter bisher aber immer recht freundlich.

Völlig überfordertes Personal. Vermutlich viel zu wenige oder nicht ausreichend geschult. Es war jetzt das zweite Mal in Folge, dass Burger im der Schachtel scheinbar geschüttelt wurden. Alles durcheinander. Bei Bugern für 7€ erwarte ich das sorgsam damit umgegangen wird. Das Restaurant ist immer dreckig. Tische nicht gewischt, an 4 Plätzen standen Wasserpfützen unter und auf den Sitzen. Die Bedienung bringt keine Servieten. An der selbstbedienungsstation sind keine zu bekommen .Sehr schlecht .

Das Damen WC war dreckig inkl. gebrauchter Windel auf dem Boden, haben Essen bestellt und der Getränkeautomat war wohl defekt, weshalb nicht gekühlte Cola etc. aus gekauften Flaschen abgeschüttet wurde die dann im Pappbecher mit Strohhalm dann schon kaum noch Kohlensäure enthielt. 28grad draussen und das McFlurry wurde zuerst gemacht und stand 3 Minuten neben meinem warmen Kaffee und hat auf den Rest gewartet. Eis angeschmolzen. Die Bedienung mit dem unfreundlichen Blick hat uns dann mit einer nullbock Laune das Essen zum mitnehmen gegeben. Danke aber nein danke.

Bestellt über die App, ging problemlos. Die Bestellung war zügig zubereitet und dementsprechend auch angenehm heiß. Das Personal ist stets freundlich. Leider gibt es im Restaurant nur eine Möglichkeit, sein Tablett mit dem Abfall abzustellen. Diese Ablage liegt sehr Zentral, so dass man unter Umständen quer durch's Restaurant muss.

Freundliches Personal, allerdings finde ich diese neuen Bestellsysteme vor der Kasse ziemlich blöd, für ältere Leute oder Leute die nicht so häufig bei Mc Donalds essen, sehr komiziert. Dadurch kommt auch der Kontakt am Gast, das persönliche zu kurz, Schade das alles so digitalisiert werden muss. Auf die Sauberkeit der Toiletten unf die des Outdoorspielturms sollte noch ein bisschen mehr Sorgfalt gelegt werden, der Rest des Restaurants war aber sauber und zum Essen einladend.
