McDonald's in Linden

Yesterday I bought my children a meal with fries and burgers. Unfortunately, they were vomiting all night. After they vomited up the McDonald's food, they felt better. We will never, ever, ever go to McDonald's again. I was terribly worried about my children.

Today I went to McDonald's and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. The fries were not fresh, and a portion was left behind. When we pointed out that a portion was missing, the entire bag was searched and everything was touched with their hands to check. We were given a new portion afterward, but it was not fresh either. The staff was rude—as if we had stolen something just because we said something was missing. The order was simply placed on the counter without being called. I have been coming to this McDonald's regularly for five years, but today I was really disappointed. I know many of the employees there; they used to be very friendly. I wish the staff would be more polite to customers again. I was there at 3:13 p.m. I was particularly dissatisfied with the shift manager. He should be more friendly to customers. I hope he will be friendlier next time I come.

The hairdryer in the restroom was broken, and the restrooms weren't exactly clean. They were also understaffed at 7 p.m. The burgers were poorly prepared. I won't be going back.

The food is good—McDonald's, of course. Parking is available. It's right behind the bowling alley. It's a good place to stop off the highway.

McDonald's product quality can't be compared to the 80s! Poor value for money! Too expensive! Children are McDonald's mainstay, otherwise they'd be bankrupt by now!

For the third time in three months, I waited over 10 minutes for a simple cheeseburger. The employees moved extremely slowly and couldn't quite remember my order. Then I got a lukewarm burger with paper on the cheese. That was definitely the last time I'll be there. It's disappointing and frustrating every time because they don't even make an effort to satisfy you. The employees seem completely apathetic and overwhelmed.

The display indicating whether the order is ready is set to "ready for pickup," and then you wait 15 minutes for your food. When we inquired, we were told this was due to "service time." This means they have to comply with McDonald's operating hours, but they can't manage it, and the order is immediately set to "ready for pickup."

The order number is usually immediately changed from "In Preparation" to "Ready for Pickup" on the monitor, even though preparation of the order hasn't even begun yet. When the order is actually ready for pickup, the number is called out loud. This system makes no sense to customers.

Definitely not. Several times I've only received half of my order, plus a cheeseburger without pickles, onions, etc., so just a meatball bun with cheese, and a Bic Mac with only the bottoms or tops. In short: a disgrace to the paying customer.

We were there at 32 degrees Celsius outside. Unfortunately, the McDonald's isn't air-conditioned, and sitting outside wasn't possible: The garbage wasn't taken away, which caused countless wasps to fly around outside.

I was at McDonald's about 20 minutes ago today. Order number 281. Once again, the ice cream wasn't included. When we got home, we realized the ice cream we ordered was missing. The child was disappointed. I wouldn't write this message, but this kind of thing happens systematically here. Things are constantly being forgotten. Unfortunately, it's not particularly convenient to stand and check other people's work when you're paying and there are lots of people waiting. The employees are unqualified, don't pay attention to orders, and often make mistakes. I can't recommend this McDonald's.

I wanted to try the new burgers. Instead of the crispy chicken, I got a Philly, but it had two bottom buns instead of one top and bottom, and barely any toppings. One point goes to the Royal TS, which was okay. I was really looking forward to the chicken... the matcha latte was made after the hot takeout was ready and handed to me. It doesn't make the burgers any warmer. And it's way too expensive.

Located off the exit toward Gießen on the former Lohre river, there's a Maccafe, a terminal, and an app for ordering. These are then brought directly to your table. Payment is possible by card or Google/Apple Pay. There are two entrances here: if you drive up the curve, you'll get a mailing to the store and then a McDrive :-). Oh, and it's also important to mention the friendly atmosphere and the support you get when ordering at the terminal.

The food is good as usual—you get exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, the service, especially during peak hours, leaves a lot to be desired. Long wait times, sometimes unfriendly staff, and confusing workflows mar an otherwise solid experience. There's definitely room for improvement here; the team needs to be better organized, especially during busy periods.

Absolutely terrible branch. We visited the branch in Linden on June 28th. Simply the worst. Dirty tables, no air conditioning, lazy staff who stand behind the counter instead of doing anything to change the disgusting situation. Dirty toilets. Unfortunately, we had already ordered and, although we originally wanted to eat there, decided to take the food with us. The entire dining room had a subliminal toilet smell. When we got home, we started eating until the sour meat in a cheeseburger completely ruined everything. It not only tasted sour, but smelled sour too. Never again. I'll also inform the health department.

The taste is up to par. Unfortunately, this McDonald's didn't turn on its air conditioning either! The manager reported a problem with the fan. My impression is that they only set it to fan and not cool. The same problem every summer... Burger King doesn't have these problems. Amazing... For two Big Macs and fries, they give you two napkins and no wooden fries. I think this restaurant is cutting corners and not serving customers!

After four months, I went back to this branch... it's just disgusting. Seriously... There's always something missing from the order, and the burgers are carelessly squashed into the packaging. Coke instead of iced tea. With ice even though I ordered it without. Rude lady at the drive-thru counter. Never again... I've had enough. It's a really bad branch.

After work, I took a quick detour through the drive. I ordered for myself and my friend, 2 double cheeseburgers without cucumber, 2 double chicken burgers and a MC Chicken Classic. It's a nice McDonald's to grab a quick bite to eat. The staff was very nice and we were even asked if we needed help ordering. The food was good and was brought to our table very quickly.

I always drive by there sporadically after morning shift to get a cheeseburger and a milkshake at MC Drive. Everything is always freshly prepared and the cheeseburger and milkshake taste like everywhere else at McDonald's, but always hot 🔥 and everything freshly prepared. Keep it up...

Everything tastes very good, but still too expensive.

Super friendly and fast service, food was hot and delicious (eaten on site). No plan stuff consumed. Restaurant very clean, tables wiped down promptly after customers left. There is a small children's area, which is also clean. Keep it up... Other branches should follow their example.

It's just a McDonald's. I can't really say anything negative. Except that when you wash your hands in the men's toilet, you get the door rammed into your back.

When we made a complaint we were treated with an arrogant and dismissive attitude. No understanding, no apology - instead we were made to feel like we were being a nuisance. Tables hadn't been cleared, the floor was sticky and the trash can was overflowing. Additionally, the staff seemed more concerned with talking among themselves than serving guests. Overall the visit was a complete disappointment. If you can't expect the best service, then at least the quality of the food should be good - but even that wasn't the case here. I have never encountered such unfriendly staff at McDonalds or anywhere else! So I have to say I was really negatively surprised. There doesn't seem to be any collegiality towards one another and that's really the worst thing. A colleague had a question for another and she simply ignored it until another colleague asked. Next time I'll definitely go to Burger King or another McDonald's (but after what I've experienced here, maybe it's better not to), but never this one again.

I just got a Happy Meal on the drive this afternoon and the burger was missing at home. I might be able to understand something like that with a huge order, but not with something so small. My child was very happy. Next time I'll take the detour to another branch.

Been waiting for a call back from the store manager for almost a week. Got takeaway food last week for €35, it was a complete disaster! Cola was colored sugar water, cheeseburgers were old and the smell was indefinable, as was Big Mac. Was a customer for years, after this campaign it's now over.
