I would like to say that the food at Burger King is tasty, especially the fresh burgers and crispy fries. However, I wish the service were a bit faster and friendlier. Overall, I would be more satisfied if the restaurant were cleaner and more comfatable

The service was quick and straightforward. All special requests were fulfilled. A bit of an older person. Would gladly use again!

Although there were only a few staff members, they explained the reason to us and were very polite. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean.

Unfortunately, I decided to get some food, even though it had always been good in the past, but those days are over... The food arrived barely lukewarm, especially the fries. Of course, it wasn't busy and the fry storage was full. All in all, perhaps some training on friendliness and adherence to one's own rules would help.

Yesterday was definitely the last time we'll be at this Burger King. Food was cold. Staff overwhelmed. It seemed to me like the restaurant was forcing its closure. Worse than any waiting room atmosphere. What a shame. I would have liked to write something positive. The restrooms were clean.

Unbelievable! My girlfriend really wanted to eat, but the visit was a disappointment. Not a single table was clean, half the place was even missing chairs, and both trash cans were completely overflowing. There was no sign of any real business going on. The staff just paced back and forth across the counter, and the trash desperately needed emptying. On top of that, the air conditioning seemed to be running at full blast despite the cold weather – it was uncomfortably chilly inside. If this is the standard, then I definitely won't be coming back. You really can't call it a "restaurant." First impressions are never wrong – I should have paid attention to the flags outside.

The staff here are excellent and the place is clean; you won't go wrong here.

The store looks very unkempt; the cable is holding the door open, the flags in front of the restaurant are completely shredded, the slats on the counter are coming off... Then it was freezing cold in the store. I mentioned that, too. There were only two of us, but something was still forgotten or mixed up. Furthermore, we had to wait a relatively long time for the food, and unfortunately, it wasn't as good as it used to be. What a shame! I was looking forward to a good, tasty, juicy Whopper.

The furnishings are old, the leather on the seats is torn, the cooling unit in the kitchen is loud, and the Wanderlust theme flickers and is played a lot by Idealo, etc. It used to be nice, but now it's out of date. I won't be coming back. Too expensive for the poor dining area.

Just as disgusting as in Giessen...........I think it's the same people running it! We then went over to McDonald's..............it was clean, although the food at BK "when everything's top-notch" tastes much better. BK HQ should rethink its image..........and return to cleanliness and quality.

I was just standing at the drive-thru counter at 12:49 AM. I had already finished my order in the app and was waiting for them to finally take my order. Then, after ten minutes, someone came out to the counter at 1:01 AM and said, "We're closed," using only half of his vocabulary. 🤣🤣🤣 So, again, the sales hours are until 1 AM, but I can't get any more food at ten to. Thanks, Burger King, you were once more customer-friendly up here.

This is the second time we've ordered from there and nothing has arrived despite payment. They could at least call and say that there's no delivery service available or something. Of course, no one was available by phone, thanks.

Good evening, We were at your restaurant about an hour ago today and placed a takeout order. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the nuggets, which were included in the price, hadn't been included in the order. We relied on the diligence of your staff and therefore didn't notice the error until we got home. Furthermore, the staff member didn't offer us a receipt, but instead threw it away without our consent. We ask you to address this type of behavior from your staff to avoid similar conflicts in the future.

We chose a Burger King for a quick stop off the highway and then discovered that there were no ordering kiosks; you had to talk to people, like in the Middle Ages. No, but seriously, there was a cash register open and everything was backed up. The same person had to put together the orders. This led to repeated disagreements. The premises were otherwise rather dated and dirty. We could have definitely found a better option for our break.

Does anyone in this store even speak clear German? The drive-thru order was a disaster; the order was completely wrong. The greeting didn't include "Welcome to Burger King. Your order, please." An incomprehensible "Yes" was the greeting. All that was missing was the disgusting "Wallah"... I have no idea what could be so difficult about this job. The young lady definitely didn't enjoy her job. No words! Never again. Truly embarrassing for a company like Burger King and this branch.

I stood at the drive-thru and waited for almost 10 minutes; no one took my order. I then drove up to the window and was rudely told that I should come inside to order, as only that employee was available...

I'm a big fan of Burger King, but my food often arrives almost cold, which I find very disappointing. Especially in the evenings, the manager doesn't feel like working there and completing orders! You always have to wait at least 30 minutes to get there!

Burger King Linden has actually been a staple of our vacation routine for several years. The last stop before returning home has always been there for a bite to eat. Unfortunately, our last visit didn't live up to our expectations, and we were very disappointed with the food and service. My order was taken quickly, but I wasn't asked what sauce I wanted with my fries. For three portions, we received one serving of ketchup and one serving of fries. When I asked, I was told that if I wanted something else, I would have to pay for it myself. I also asked for my sauce for the chicken nuggets, which I now also had to purchase separately. I didn't get the curly fries I ordered, just regular fries. Similar inquiries from other customers were handled unprofessionally. In general, I found the tone inappropriate and unfriendly. The cleanliness of the restrooms left a lot to be desired. The sink in the men's restroom was covered in brown stains and looked very dirty. Overall, this Burger King isn't in a particularly good condition. The furniture, especially the upholstery, appears worn and dated. What once seemed charming with its jukebox and decor now appears unloved, dirty, and worn. I don't expect great friendliness, comfort, or top-notch food at a fast-food joint like Burger King. Eating there is supposed to be quick and is a holiday gimmick. However, a minimum level of customer service, interest in your order, and cleanliness should be a given.

Worst Burger King ever. Barely understood German, waited 10 minutes until someone came to the cash register and responded that a customer was there. Then I wanted to order a burger, but was told it couldn't be done because they were waiting at the machines. Huh, that at 12:30 at lunchtime???? I don't feel like selling!!!!??????? No one will see me there anymore.

First of all, the food was exactly what I'd expect from Burger King, which is actually a positive thing in my case. The restaurant was relatively empty, but not all the tables were wiped clean. On the other hand, the staff at the counter were very nice, I must say; in my opinion, they were far more friendly than any other fast food restaurant. Two drinks were initially missing from our order, but this was immediately rectified.

It's been a long time since we went to Burger King in Linden - a disappointment! The service left a lot to be desired. The order – the fries were too light, there was no fries sauce (despite the menu), and the cheese sauce was missing. After asking, we received an unfriendly response: we had to pay extra for ketchup, and the cheese sauce, which was supposed to be hot, was served cold. Apart from that, we only got small portions of fries - the receipt said something a bit different! The tables weren't clean, and there were leftover fries on the floor... Things used to be much better in Linden, which is a shame!

I was there this afternoon and had my first truly positive experience with a BK or McDonald's in a long time. There was only one employee at the checkout and drive-thru, but he was extremely knowledgeable, fast, organized, incredibly friendly, and accommodating. I'd love to go back!

The biggest weakness is the service. Orders have repeatedly been taken incorrectly. An ordering machine, like the ones now standard in almost every Burger King, would significantly reduce these massive problems.

Once again, I was very disappointed. The food was cold and not freshly prepared. The rolls weren't crispy at all, and at the drive-thru, even though there's nothing going on up front, you're not served until much later. No one greets you. You don't know whether the system is working or not; you have to drive up.

The Bangladeshi Stuff working here is very nice, well behaved and a good person.

The food there is so bad. Everything is cold and just thrown into bags. Then there's the stomachache and diarrhea. The regulatory or health department should come by.

The "bargain of the week" was delicious, but the attempt to redeem coupons or crowns with it unfortunately failed: "We don't do coupons." Perhaps it's time to install those self-ordering terminals there.

I find the service very poor. I couldn't even redeem my Coke coupon. There are no blackboards either, and our burgers just sat there for five minutes. There's a McDonald's across the street that's better...

They didn't take the time to listen to the order given, the Manager just seemed annoyed that I spoke English and wanted to make a special order ( minus this and extra that) 🙄 not to mention the main eating areas were so hot it was nearly unbearable, I'd rather go to McDonald's their service is 4x better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Two orders, a rainstorm – and a delivery hero! Today was one of those days when I couldn't do without Burger King. Yes, I ordered twice – no judgment please, that was planned! 😄 Both deliveries were on time, the food was hot and neatly packaged, and despite the typical "fast food" reputation, you can tell: BK is making an effort. But what really stood out: The delivery driver. (Rome..) It was raining, it was uncomfortable – and the man stood at the door with a friendly smile, as if he had the sun in his backpack. Polite, fast, professional – you can tell that someone not only does their job, but takes it seriously. I didn't order fries, but: The service was crispy. Thank you for the double burger moment of happiness and above all: thank you to the driver – true appreciation deserves true praise!

The waitress doesn't seem to be interested. How do I get that?! Mr. SujKap filled my children's drinks, which actually had a small sized cup, and poured them into the small cups for my husband and me. Apart from that, the drinks don't really have any taste: 2x iced tea, 1x Cola (tasted like light) and 1x Cola Zero. The mayonnaise was carelessly thrown onto the tablets, even though the laben wasn't full at the time and he was obviously not under any stress. Apart from that he only gave out mayonnaise 3 times out of 4 menus and corrected it after telling him several times. Fries were hot and burgers were freshly prepared (at least they weren't fully assembled in the warm counter).

Delivery catastrophic man waits forever for his order

I actually don't care what it looks like in most restaurants, especially at MCes & Co, but I do have a bit of a claim somewhere: I've eaten in a lot of bad places but this is definitely in the top 5%. There was a moldy salad stuck under my table and the two salespeople who were there stood in a corner for 3 minutes and only responded after calling for the third time, which may have been because they only spoke 10% German, but if you think they had something to do or were busy with the urgently needed cleaning, you're wrong because they were both on their cell phones. The burger I ordered was the wrong one, the fries were cold and the tray had no base, and they had also forgotten my second mayo. PS: When I suggested that there was a moldy lettuce stuck under my table, one of them said just remove it later, but when I came back two days later, the thing was still stuck there. PPS: Lettuce removed after 1 week

I went to get a hot brownie and when I got home I had a lump of coal in my hand. The thing was rock hard and completely burned out. I've never seen anything like it. Also the ice cream machine is broken as usual.

My last visit to Burger King was a complete disappointment. The food was not only lukewarm, but completely cold and tasteless. The fries were soggy, the burger was dry – simply a disaster. The interior was freezing cold, so you couldn't even sit down comfortably. Even after a complaint, the staff showed no understanding or accommodation. Such service is absolutely unacceptable. I definitely won't eat here again!

There is no service in the drive thru. Unless you drive directly to the window. Ordered 4 things. (3 as a coupon via the app. The wings separately) 15er wings 6 cheese nuggets 1 chili cheeseburger And a Whopper Jr. The whole thing on January 21st, 2025 at around 11:50 a.m. If someone from service wants to take the trouble and check it. But I don't think that will happen. The wings, which looked like they had been kept warm for hours, were at least warm but unfortunately anything but tasty. The 2 burgers were cold. Not lukewarm. Not warm. Cold! The nuggets were lukewarm, but unfortunately far from melting cheese. In other words, just under €23 was paid for very poor preparation. Apart from the constant “eh brother, do it....” talk from the cashier. Very unprofessional. The last time I was there felt like years ago after I wasn't satisfied. But unfortunately you never stop learning. There is still an increase. Unfortunately only in the negative. For me it's finally over. I really like eating BK, but Giessen seems to be a separate category. Too bad

A Burger King branch right on the motorway near Gießen in an industrial area with various shops and restaurants. The interior is large and very clean, but there are no order counters, you order at the counter. Large parking lot. Staff friendly and hardworking. Unfortunately, the burgers we ordered weren't hot enough, rather lukewarm.

No order terminals, no screens to see the progress of the order, benches broken, it was very cold, no selection of toys for the children's menu, the children's chairs are not suitable for small children. You can't pour the drinks yourself like at some other branches. The service was polite.

I have never experienced such poor service. We ordered and paid until it turned out that you no longer had a product in stock. Then they said: “Oh, whatever, we’ll just do something else.” When I asked what you were doing instead, they couldn’t give me an answer and called in the manager (who, by the way, also served us). Terrible. I ordered a regular Whopper and two small ones for my friend. Instead we got two extremely dry small burgers where you could almost only taste the bun. Ingredients were forgotten in the big Whopper. When we asked to add the missing ingredients, the burger was heated so much that it became completely mushy - even though we never asked for it to be heated. In the kitchen the staff were chatting in a foreign language and laughing, which worried me as I don't know what else was done with the food. An absolutely terrible experience – I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
