The next Lost Place will be here soon. The property is quite run down, dirty and cold now in the autumn days. The last renovation was a few years ago. The self-service terminals are missing, the cashier's scanner has already been taped several times with tape. I don't want to report about the toilets. The service is also difficult, the staff does their job according to the rules without any friendliness. It's a shame that these essential things are destroying fast food. The quality of the food is consistent with BurgerKing, not bad, but not made with the necessary care either. The warmth also leaves something to be desired. In the end, the food here is just a stopgap to tide you over from quick hunger

Long wait, eat cold and half of it is missing. Hygiene is also non-existent. Everything, whether food, money, etc., is touched with bare hands. Not even the lady in the kitchen is wearing gloves or other protection. After this experience I won't be coming back.

The guy in the drive today was just a disaster. (12:50 p.m. / August 30, 2004) Asked 1000 times whether mayonnaise or ketchup. Said mayonnaise 2x. In the end there was no mayonnaise or ketchup. Which could be forgiven if this hadn't happened every time. Next time megges again. It's also a complete disaster, but there's always mayonnaise there 😉

We ordered the food online and wanted it delivered as early as possible. So I called quickly. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The food was then delivered at the perfect time. Everything was there, everything was warm and delicious. There was even a box of churros to try. Mmm very tasty. Thanks!

This shop is impossible. Ordered food, paid by cart, which was also reported. But we had to pay again because it apparently didn't work. We then discussed things and then left very angry. Hier sollte man am besten immer vorbei fahren ,da dieser Bürger King Laden mit den Beschäftigten nicht ihr Geschäft versteht . Drive In und nichts los im Restaurant . trotzdem Wartezeit und am Ende können sie nicht mal eine Bestellung aufnehmen. Sind am Drive In Schalter durchgefahren -nie wieder !

My visit to this Burger King was a complete disappointment. At first I couldn't redeem my voucher because the checkout system supposedly had "problems". Then came the absolute low point: the ice cream machine was broken! I was so looking forward to a milkshake, and then this. When I finally got my burger, it was cold and tasteless. The fries were soggy and the staff seemed annoyed and unfriendly. This store is a disaster! I definitely won't be coming back.

Very frightening. The kitchen employee puffed on an e-cigarette several times while working. Unfortunately, the burgers were inedible because the lettuce was already yellow, slimy and partly moldy 🤢 The employee at the checkout seemed to have absolutely no interest in her job and wasn't afraid to really show it. The shop is getting old. There are no ordering terminals and some of the tables are dirty. The employees don't understand what you want. You have to repeat yourself constantly. Orders often take a long time and you have to wait forever for something small. The quality is terrible. I've been to various BK branches and this one is by far the worst.

Doesn't even deserve a star. The employees are unfriendly, almost don't understand what you want, and are sometimes dressed grubby and dirty. One of them constantly rubs and wipes his nose in the front counter area, then goes to the back without washing or disinfecting his hands and then, without putting on gloves, greets the citizens who are clapping together in a very careless and listless manner. Finally, hit it again with the flat of your hand, wrap it up and then throw it into the burger warmer. PURE DISGUST 🤢🤮

Unfortunately there was hardly a clean table. Even though there was hardly anything going on and so many vendors, it took forever. The cheese sauce from the chilli ceese burgers had a bit of a bite and tasted strange. I used to like going there, I don't know what happened there to make it so bad now.

No self-service terminals, but the app can still be used if you find the right employees at the right (only) checkout with what appears to be a very improvised scanner. The first employee we met didn't know what we wanted. Either language difficulties or she wasn't trained properly or both. Then another employee noticed this and took our order very listlessly. At least the food was as usual and the restaurant seemed clean. Unfortunately, the underside of the tray wasn't completely clean.

Absolutely not recommended. Disastrous service. No customer was in the store when they ordered. If you order 4 menus, 1 ketchup should cost 50 cents extra. After the 4 burgers had been on the shelf for around 10 minutes, they were cold. Burgers were handed over, fries and drinks were missing. The issuer then disappeared. When he asked his colleagues, he came back and asked what was going on. Gave the burger back and asked for the money back. Surprisingly, this went relatively smoothly. However, this was definitely our last visit!

I went to Burger King today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The store was packed with lots of parents and children, which is generally fine. However, the two employees at the checkout were obviously overwhelmed and couldn't cope with the situation. It wasn't until half an hour later that I got my turn, even though I was next in line and had only ordered a small thing. Unfortunately, I got a stomach ache after eating and had to go to the toilet several times. I also noticed that the employees were not wearing hairnets and no gloves were being used in the kitchen. Hygiene standards were not met, which is very worrying. I hope that Burger King takes these issues seriously and takes the necessary measures to avoid such incidents in the future.

I was just at Burger King and had one of the worst experiences of my life. At the McDrive I was completely ignored. Despite the employees repeatedly honking and speaking to me, I was simply ignored. After what felt like an eternity I was told that there would be no McDrive today because they were apparently too busy. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Why is there no sign or notice that the McDrive is out of service? This ignorance and lack of service are an absolute no-go. Burger King, that's not how you treat customers!

I went to Burger King in the evening to get something to eat since it was getting quite late. My friend sent me a screenshot from the app with the QR code that I wanted to use for the order. But at the checkout, my code, which I presented on my cell phone, was only looked at and then the two products that were shown were manually typed into the checkout. When I asked him to simply scan the code, the employee stood his ground and assured me that he could do it that way. I told him that it was just a screenshot but he didn't want to know anything about my QR code. I was visibly annoyed and finally left with both things. It is impossible for a customer's explicit wishes to be simply waved away several times. During my wait I couldn't even sit down without sitting next to leftover food and uncleared trays. That was my last visit, so I prefer to go to other branches that place more value on customer friendliness.

There were hardly any customers in the shop, or not so much that all hell broke loose, there was a customer in front of us who probably had to wait half an hour herself, and we behind her too. Guys, this is the worst BK in Hesse that I have experienced so far! I send my girlfriend a QR code that this employee just has to scan, what does he do?! Instead of scanning it, he orders what he sees above (2 items!) It was ordered for the whole family, my girlfriend quickly gets annoyed and of course goes home with the food for the hollow tooth. All he would have had to do was scan the code or the order number from the app. QUOTE FROM THE EMPLOYEE: I don't need it! SOMETHING INAPPROPRIATE! FINALLY LEARN THE GERMAN LANGUAGE IF YOU ALREADY LIVE IN THIS COUNTRY AND WANT TO WORK WHERE GERMAN ORDERS FOOD! Never had such a bad meal at BK. I have visited the store several times over the past few months. I usually prefer to go to BK rather than MD. But I've never eaten as bad as here at Burger King Linden. The service also leaves nothing to be desired. Orders not understood correctly. Wrong packed. Wrong change given out. Unfriendly and bored. Often meat, cheese or rolls are cold. I now avoid the branch and prefer to drive 5 minutes further into the Schiffenberger Valley. Not only is the food much better here, but the staff is also friendlier. !

The burgers themselves taste good, they are freshly prepared and so you always have to wait a bit (very untypical for a fast food chain) The staff however... If you don't take the products exactly as they are advertised and maybe you don't like something on the burger or something like that, it always becomes difficult because the staff only speaks broken German and doesn't really understand what you mean. Unfortunately, you cannot assume that the burger will be prepared as desired. But you still pay the extra charge. Unfortunately, I also noticed how the staff talked to each other in a derogatory manner about customers and were amused about why they had special requests and why they wouldn't just eat the burger as it is. It's absolutely not possible in the service, there should definitely be better management and more trained staff.

Orders are generally very slow for a fast food chain. Employees tend to walk twice or three ways without a precise plan. Even if you pre-order online, the food will only be prepared when you show up at the checkout. Visit today, according to the online order, the food was supposedly ready for pickup at 6:25 p.m. In front of me there were 3 customers plus 2 cars in the drive in. After 10 minutes of consistently ignoring the checkout staff, I was the only customer in the checkout area and was shouted at "next request" without making eye contact. At 6:35 p.m. the order was typed in manually to the kitchen. Despite prior ordering and payment. Waiting time from the time the order was placed at 6:10 p.m. until the meal was served was a total of 40 minutes. Walk-in customers who came after me and placed a larger order were served immediately. Urgently needs management that takes action and a reorganization. Service is really unbelievable. Very nice staff, of course there are deficiencies but it's not supposed to be a 5 star restaurant! The fries were cooked just right, well seasoned and still hot. The chicken burger was tasty and warm. In terms of cleanliness, 5/10, unfortunately a bit dirty tables but there were also enough clean ones to occupy. When there is a shortage of skilled workers, you can't do everything :) I completely understand :)

When you go through the drive there are almost always things missing from your order and unfortunately you only notice things like that when you get home. The staff are friendly but appear to be understaffed as there are often long waiting times. So far, the food has always been properly prepared as far as I can tell. The BK is close to the motorway and is easy to reach but has poor parking spaces.

I waited half an hour at 9 p.m. until I got my chili cheese fries at the drive-thru. When I stood at the counter I was greeted with a “wait a second” after 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes, I wanted to back out again. But that didn't work because a line had already formed behind me. I couldn't go in front either because several customers, just like me, were waiting for their food. After another 10 minutes we finally continued. The customer in front of me was finally able to pay. I was hoping that things would finally move forward. In vain... After a total of half an hour, I finally received my chili cheese fries. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that the only criterion I had was not met. I wanted my fries without jalapenos because I just wanted the cheese sauce. It was after work and I just wanted fries. The drive-in will now be avoided.

It can't be that you give a tip of over 20% and then the good people just forget to deliver a burger and food and don't have any change with them, so seriously that's not possible and no one answers the phone either, so good service wouldn't be great who this will work in the future And as you can see in the reviews, this is probably a standard for them, so it's really bad if you want to eat together and you have to do something else to make things annoying

The employees were definitely overwhelmed with their work. I stood for almost 20 minutes just to get fries. The milkshake I ordered (strawberry) was just a vanilla shake. Additionally, the Sprite I ordered would be passed off as water. So overall I'm just disappointed.

Toilets not clean, floor stuck, nuggets not fried and burgers pretty dry update from 2024 nothing has really changed except for Day, the staff is very unfriendly, no one really understands you and some of the food was cold. That was the last visit there, definitely not recommended!!!

Ich bin am Samstag Abend, 06.01.24 in die Filiale rein gegangen und habe zwei plant-based Burger zum mitnehmen bestellt, wovon ein Burger letztendlich Fleisch drauf drauf hatte. Der Typ vom Service hat nach Fertigstellung der Küche schon gemerkt, dass es kein plant Burger war und ihn zurück gegeben. Nach weniger als 1 Min erhielt ich meine Bestellung. Der Burger wurde einfach nur umgepackt. Ich bin maximal ärgerlich darüber, dass die Herren versucht haben, mich für dumm zu verkaufen. Selbstverständlich schmeckt, sieht und riecht man den Unterschied!

Gerade eben Essen geholt: Betstellt habe ich einen Veggie King Deluxe, bekommen einen normalen Veggie King. Bei der Bestellung habe ich extra gefragt, ob "Deluxe" auch verstanden wurde. Darauf bekam ich nur die Antwort, wüsste es nicht, da man nicht in die Küche arbeite. Die plant based Nuggets waren teils trocken und verbrannt, außerdem hat die Soße gefehlt. Bei zwei bestellten Menüs bekamen wir zudem nur eine Portion Pommes. Kassenbon bekamen wir auch keinen. Alles in allem ein Reinfall.

Update 1.1.2024 Hier hat sich sehr viel zum Besseren verändert. Ich bin sehr überrascht! Natürlich ist BK in Linden weiterhin ein Fast Food Restaurant und man hat eine ungefähre Vorstellung, was einen erwartet. Aber heute war es hier so angenehm, dass wir sehr viel länger verweilten, als ursprünglich angenommen. Es war gemütlich und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Zum einen war es angenehm warm geheizt. Und es war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und unsere Bestellungen gingen sehr fix über die Ladentheke. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen wieder gerne hier her. Irgendwie muss man hier oft sehr lang warten. Aber das muss man bei Burger King gefühlt in jeder Filiale. Wirkt immer alles sehr unorganisiert. Der Begriff "Fast Food" wird hier nicht umgesetzt. Die Mitarbeiter wirken nicht sehr enthusiastisch. Allerdings kann ich das auch nachvollziehen - jedenfalls vermute ich, dass die Arbeit dort kein Zuckerschlecken ist und man sicherlich nicht fürstlich entlohnt wird. Die Räumlichkeit ist kalt und ungemütlich. Man mag sich gar nicht länger als nötig dort aufhalten. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gab Zeiten, da war das bei Burger King ganz anders.
