Ordering take away always takes forever. I came to McDonald's twice because I liked something quicker. But it was a mistake, it takes a long time, even if nothing is going on. Really difficult… Never again!

There is often a young gentleman in the drive-thru who has a great sense of humor and is really friendly! For everyone who is up for a joke, I hope that you get the young gentlemen in question in the drive ^^

Great and large McDonald's, you know what you're getting, service is fast, food is as fresh as expected. There are lots of touchpads to order, which I think is great. The automatic doors pull in a lot of cold air and sitting and eating inside can be a bit uncomfortable depending on where you sit.

This McDonalds in Kolbermoor is definitely one of the worst I have ever visited. It's clear that you shouldn't expect so much, but you should have warm food and reasonably friendly staff. The food came to the table. That worked, but after a quick look at the tray we realized the order wasn't complete (also heard from other visitors). Well, that's not a bad thing, normally you go forward and say so and get what's missing and what's good. In this case, you first stood for a few minutes until a totally listless employee came to you, so that wasn't enough. First you tell her what's going on, then she doesn't even understand you, well after 3 repetitions and pointing to the receipt it worked. Now everything should be fine and nothing stands in the way of eating WRONG!!! Back at the seat I started eating and looked at my fries 1. Cold 2. Dripping with fat and 3. Only small mini crumbs, who knows how long the fries had been waiting. Since communication was already difficult, I didn't go again and on my previous visit I also had cold fries. When I went to the employee I was insulted and they reluctantly gave me new fries. Conclusion: I can't recommend this shop, but unfortunately I always come back when I'm hungry.

As far as McDonald’s goes this is a 5/5, place is very clean, service is fast, food is served hot and fresh, meat isnt dry ( chicken and beef ) , if you order through the screen you dont even need to interact with anyone

Today we got ice cream on the way home (MC Drive). What was in the cup was a maximum of half a portion. I ordered 2x caramel sauce from MC Flurry and Oreo (surcharge 60 cents for the third topping), despite the small amount of ice cream, I had to look for the sauce. McDonald's is getting worse, the quality is getting worse and the portions are getting smaller, very sad.

I was just in the toilet. Because there is no public one. But I definitely go to McDonald's once a month.

Unfortunately, the vegetarian nuggets also included normal ones. The nuggets tasted like old fat, just like the other products we bought today, it was just plain rude to ask for money because we were in transit otherwise I would have gone in again.

Fries mostly limp and hardly any color...

It's been a long time since I've been here for a lunch break. Ordered 2 menus with table service...I'll keep it short...there were two of us. A diabetic therefore specially ordered a Cola Teto without ice cubes to avoid any mix-up. Result: the employee only found our seat when the food was cold...both Coke with ice and Zero not marked! Both normal... a salad with wrong dressing. With the request for a straw a wooden spoon was brought? Then a Cola and the salad complained with the note on which everything was as ordered. After 15 minutes even with the order being served... it was good that it was very hot outside, otherwise I would have complained about the cold food too, unfortunately we didn't have the time during the lunch break... it's a shame... but things were getting worse and worse here

Like a swordsman whose blade is inextricably linked to his hand, I fought my way through the ranks of the orcs, testing my bravery and skill. Left and right they fell, overwhelmed by my determination and the power of my desire for the sweet ice cream. But the final battle was still to come. With the last of my strength, I reached the mythical ice machine that stood like a beacon in the darkness of the battlefield. But what a cruel fate awaited me there - the mechanical heart of the device was broken. Not a drop of the divine ice cream should please my taste buds today. Broken but not defeated, I rose from the rubble of battle. The orcs were defeated, but the greatest treasure remained out of reach. So I moved on, carrying the news of this epic encounter in my heart and ready for the next battle. May the ice cream machine be put back into operation one day, and may my courage never fail. McDonald's gradually fluctuates a lot in quality, especially on the staff side. This one is better than average though, hot food, correct order, everything was fine.

Of all the McDonald's we know, this is one of the better ones. Food orders usually fit. If something is missing, it will be added without discussion. At the drive we always have to pull into the parking lot to wait.

I had to ask 3 times to get my entire order. Regular cheeseburgers instead of double cheeseburgers. No fries. No ketchup afterwards. Should have paid extra for the ketchup again. The play area smells urine.

Funny employees. I ordered plant based nuggets for a friend on a trip. In the car we noticed that the pranksters behind the counter had stuck a "Bacon" sticker on the packaging. Great - the friend didn't dare to eat anymore because she could have complications due to her health. Next time it'll be Burger King.

Everything as it should be. Clean restaurant and friendly service. The order was processed quickly and prepared hot. Really a good improvement. Restaurant with good flair.

As a long-time McDonald's fan, I was really looking forward to the introduction of the new glow-in-the-dark glasses. After waiting for the countdown on the app to make sure I could order them straight away, I was very disappointed to find that they supposedly wouldn't be available until the next day. Even though the app clearly stated that the glasses should be available starting May 2, 2024, when I tried to order and redeem them, I was told they were not available. This inconsistent communication from McDonald's has resulted in a disappointing experience and leaves me, as a loyal customer, somewhat frustrated.

Nuggets were probably already a day old and were just warmed up, chicken burger was horrible!!! I could have torn up the €20!! Another customer lost.

I don't expect that everything will be included when ordering, what I ordered, right? And if you didn't, you couldn't order any adjustments (such as tomatoes or pickles) if you didn't pay attention to them anyway. If I'm not happy with it, then you'll lose it. MCi remains MCi! The staff is getting worse and worse. They often don't even understand each other linguistically. Something is always missing from the orders in the MC Drive. It's easy if you have to completely empty the bags in the car to see what's missing. There is no question that something is missing. I generally recommend going in. The only McDonald's where the staff is friendly and fast. The food also tastes best here in the district. Drachenberg is somehow disgusting compared to Kolbermoor.

Schlechtester meci den ich je gesehen habe. Essen schmeckt nicht gut, dann wenn es Coupons gibt gibt es nur bei diesen meci mehr als die Hälfte nicht. Mann kommt das Essen öfter anscheinend nicht vollständig 🤢🤢

Ist super, aber seid der Corona Krise, vergessen die immer wieder was von der Bestellung. Bei großbestellung für 6 Personen fehlen dann schon mal 2 Sachen. Blöd ist es nur das es daheim auffällt.

Von 9 bestellten Sachen fehlten 3 und nach mehrfacher Frage musste ich selbst hingehen weil ja niemand deutsch spricht

Leider ist es immer das gleiche, die grossen Tische im Schatten für Familien werden jedesmal von 1 oder 2 Personen, oft Jugendliche besetzt die meist nicht mehr als 1 Getränk kaufen und keinen Umsatz machen. Wenn man dann einen Platz sucht bekommt man oft keinen. Ansonsten alles gut

Alles top!sauber, nettes Personal!Jedoch viele Bienen auf der Terasse-mit Kleinkind beim Essen schwierig. Einfach drinnen gemütlich essen, dann Kinder spielen lassen.Die Bienen sind nicht aggressiv.

Bei Bestellung zu Essen im Gebäude, Kaffe wird nicht in Tasse sondern nur in Becher zum mitnehmen. Keine Bestellung Nummer am Gerät, von Mitarbeiter blöd angemacht warum man auf Tisch bestellt. Sehr ärgerlich 😠

Keine Strohhalme und keine Deckel, sofort Wespen da bei Cola und kriechen ins Getränk. Sehr ärgerlich. Auch mein Cold Brew Latte Caramel. Caramel unten im Becher, ohne Strohhalm blöd....

Dieser McDonald's bekommt klare 5 Sterne. Ein großer Mc Donalds mit großer Außenanlage, freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal und einer top Ausstattung. Die Location war sehr sauber und das Essen wurde heiß an den Platz gebracht.

Kaffee und generell Getränke sind gut, Essen mittlerweile zu teuer, da hat man von einer Pizza mehr für weniger Geld.

Es gibt mittlerweile den super lecker Burger Plant und ebenso Plant Chicken Nuggets, mega gut und preislich voll in Ordnung ☺️💕

Happy meal unvollständig. Haben beim Autodrive für meine Enkelin eine Tüte happy meal bestellt. Waren daheim...packen sie auf...und was war...es fehlte das Getränk....und das Spielzeug auch....meine Enkelin war sehr traurig darüber.....und das für den Preis.... Und wenn man erst mal daheim ist ....fährt man ja nicht extra nochmal hin....

Wir waren schon öfter hier. Fisch, Fleisch, Pizza und Nudeln immer sehr gut. Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Wenn man "scharf" bestellt sollte man aufpassen :-) Eine gute Gaststätte, die sich hoffentlich lange hält.

Wir sind über TripAdvisor auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Wir hatten hier gelesen, dass man auch mal am Wochenende ohne Reservierung zum Essen gehen kann. Da wir ein Lokal für Samstag Abend suchten und nicht aus der Gegend sind, haben wir das Restaurant ausprobiert. Und was soll ich sagen - wir waren sehr froh darüber. Es gibt kroatische und italienische Gerichte zu super Preisen. Ich hatte einen gemischten Teller mit Fleischspießen, Cevapcici und Pommes. Das Essen kam optisch schon mal super toll präsentiert. Die Portion war sehr gut. Geschmacklich war alles super lecker. Frisch, heiß und perfekt zubereitet. Es fehlte lediglich etwas Salz - was man ja aber nach Belieben nachholen kann. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und herzlich, ebenso aufmerksam. Das Lokal selbst ist sehr nett gestaltet. Es gibt nicht allzu viele Plätze, weshalb man ausreichend Abstand zu den Nachbartischen hat. Auch ist hier alles sauber und ordentlich. Daher klare Empfehlung von mir.

Überschaubare Karte und solides Essen. Schmeckt wie in Kroatien nur ohne am Strand zu sitzen. Ob Pizza, Pasta oder kroatische Essen, alles schon probiert und nie reingefallen. Kleinod in der Service Wüste Deutschland.....
