Ich hatte einen wirklich großartigen Aufenthalt – vor allem dank Silvia und Tanja! Der Service war einfach herausragend: unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und dabei auch noch richtig spaßig. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Beide sind mit so viel guter Laune und Engagement dabei, dass der Besuch gleich doppelt so viel Spaß macht. Genau so stellt man sich perfekten Service vor! Ganz ehrlich: Silvia und Tanja hätten definitiv eine Lohnerhöhung verdient 😊 Vielen Dank euch beiden für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Essen, teilweise sehr große Portionen (Burger), freundlicher und professioneller Service, mittelalterlich-/fantasymäßiges Ambiente, das sich selbst nicht ernst nimmt.

Gegessen haben wir nicht. Lokation passt auch. Personal richtig unfreundlich, man denkt die haben gar kein Bock darauf. Nicht einmal lächeln gesehen. Kein Danke, kein bitte.

Einzigartige Athmosphäre! Wer schon mal im Karo Castle war kann es bestätigen. Vor einem großem Schlosstor liegt ein Drache, im Essensbereich ist die Einrichtung Mittelalterlich / Ritterlich. Einzig manche Tische sind etwas unvorteilhaft nach unten designt, was Menschen mit längeren Beinen ggf. ein wenig einschränkt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Burger! Wer einen Burger bestellt, bekommt keinen klassischen Burger, das Brot ist ein Fladenbrot, welches perfekt zu den zusammengestellten Burger passt. Am Burgertag ist der Burger ohne Beilagen billiger. (Regulär sind immer Pommes dabei) Wer nach dem essen Billard spielen möchte, kann sich falls ggf. notwendig auf eine Warteliste schreiben und an einen der 14 super gepflegten Tischen spielen. Weitere Spielmöglichkeiten gibt es auch, unter anderem: -Spielautomaten -Dart -Pooltische etc. Schön um einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen.

Die Flipper sind eine Frechheit. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben einen Adams Family Flipper in so einem schlechten Zustand gesehen! Das tat richtig weh! Der CSI ist zwar ein bisschen besser, aber die Spiele hatten nur zwei Bälle. Meine Anmerkung wurde vom Barpersonal genervt aufgenommen und auf der "unsichtbaren Schreibmaschine" notiert... Auch wenn die Geräte von einem externen Aufsteller bereit gestellt werden, kann man so etwas nicht einfach weiter laufen lassen...

Über 2 stunden auf einen Tisch warten!!! Eine reine Frechheit

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich nicht aufs Essen. Die Billardtische sind Top, bisher haben wir fast immer recht zügig einen Platz bekommen, kommt natürlich immer darauf an, zu welcher Zeit und an welchem Tag man kommt. Kaffee von Dinzler 💯 und Getränke zu einem fairen Preis. Personal super nett und aufmerksam. Das Einzige, was wirklich miserabel ist, sind die Dartscheiben. Spart euch das Geld, die Hälfte der Darts bleibt nicht stecken, oder die Plastikspitze bricht ab. Auch zum Zeitvertreib eher frustrierend. 1-2 Steeldartscheiben um die Wartzeit zu vertreiben wäre ein Upgrade...aber nicht zwingend notwendig :)

Sehr schöne Billard-Gaststätte mit coolem Ambiente. Für Burger Puristen ist es im ersten Moment schon ungewöhnlich das für die Burger ein Fladenbrot verwendet wird. Es matcht allerdings erstaunlich gut, alle Burger waren sehr lecker und vor allem reichlich.

Top zum Spielen, Flop zum Essen… Billard und Dart machen hier richtig Spaß. Das Essen hingegen war leider enttäuschend: sehr kleine Portionen und geschmacklich… 13 € für eine kleine Portion Chicken mit Pommes und stolze 19,90 € für einen schwachen Grillteller sind absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Fleisch war sehr dünn geschnitten und dadurch auch Trocken… Leider war auch die Wartezeit beim Essen lang.

Atmosphäre und Einrichtung sehr schön. Essen lecker und man Geht auf Sonderwünsche ein. Bedingung sehr freundlich.

Waren nur zum Billiard spielen gekommen was auch sehr gut war, hatten uns danach überlegt ob wir dort noch essen was keine gute Idee war im Nachhinein. Es hielt sich in Grenzen von den Leuten die da waren und wurden dennoch gebeten vom Personal das wir doch bitte auf einen 2er Tisch uns setzten. Lächeln ist ein Fremdwort für die Bedingungen, also Billiard spielen kann ich empfehlen aber bitte geht wo anders essen.

Ambiente war sehr toll! Kellnerinnen auch sehr nett. Danach Billard, Darts und Tischfußball, tolles Lokal!

Super Location zum Billard spielen - und in ungewöhnlichem Ambiente etwas leckeres essen kann man hier auch noch.

Recommendation: Definitely try it 😋 The burgers 🍔 are a HIT - and measured today: 16 cm in diameter... by far the best burger in Rosenheim at reasonable prices. It's a shame I don't think about it more often when I'm eating at the neighboring fast-food restaurant with the big yellow M and get a soggy bun for a comparable price 🤔. I've also tried some of the rest of the menu, and it was always delicious 😋 and freshly cooked. Excellent service, UNIQUE ambiance, clean and well-maintained, and if you feel like it, you can also play pool at well-maintained tables or take advantage of the other indoor facilities. I've been a guest there for over 10 years and have never been disappointed... That's why I give it five 👍👍👍👍👍 - and that's only because I can't go any further 😉

The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the food and drinks are reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the staff often seem extremely unmotivated (with a few exceptions!) and expect you to come to the counter to order. The back area (the last row for billiards and darts) is mostly ignored by the waiters, sometimes only checking once an hour. If the waiters were more committed here, this place would be a top destination!

Great burgers, large portion, perfect service!

This is my fifth time coming here and every time I am greeted with the words: "I'll be there promptly at 11:00, make a reservation because of the staff shortage." The staff is rude and unfriendly and when I order a beer 20 minutes before 11:40 am I am told there are no clean glasses.

We have now celebrated birthdays here twice with larger groups. The billiards offer is great, the food is not a culinary highlight but solid - both were basically good. However, what struck us on both occasions - and unfortunately all of the birthday guests, independently of each other - was the atmosphere in the service. It wasn't so much a single situation, but rather a general mood: reserved, sometimes irritable when asked, which meant there was little room for questions. Some answers were sharp. That did something to the mood – especially on an occasion that was supposed to be light and joyful. It's a shame, because it would actually be a great place for celebrations. Unfortunately, this will no longer be an option for us in the future...:

We went to Karocastle for billiards. Afterwards we ate something there. The whole evening was very funny.

The most important headline first: The food borders on inedible!!! Actually ZERO stars for it. To be honest, it's a disgrace what is sold here as burgers. You can't really call it fresh. That was really disgusting at times. The buns are kebab bread, the patties are frozen goods of the cheapest kind and the ultimately tasteless burger is served like at the gas station. The garlic bread is just drowned in butter and the schnitzel is really too small for the price. In general, the prices are absurdly high compared to the quality. Worst of all is the fact that it hasn't improved at all in 10 years. Is this chef non-terminable or have the employees and some customers perhaps never had a “good” meal somewhere else? What's wrong with your taste senses? The only thing that can be rated positively is the ladies who served at our table. They were courteous, nice and, in my opinion, hard-working. The billiard tables were also reserved for us to play together afterwards and were of a good quality. Conclusion: Play billiards YES… DEFINITELY NOT go out to eat

Hi, I don't know if we were unlucky or the quality really slipped. First of all, false advertising promises: Burger Tag advertised as €8.90 on the website (no Angus and Vegi) then the disillusionment on site, now €9.90 and no fries either. Sorry but then the offer doesn't make sense... we then decided on 2 normal burgers with a side dish and I would say the photos speak for themselves. Just a huge flatbread as burger bread and I don't even want to know what kind of meat it is supposed to be. The whole burger looked and tasted super unappetizing. We like the ambience, service isn't really good but next time our visit will be limited to playing billiards

Very nice location and very attentive and friendly service.

Perfect for a nice leisurely pastime in the evening. The staff is very friendly, the ambience of the castle-style restaurant is very nice and there is a sufficient selection of pool tables. The food is delicious and the burgers are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the billiard tables cannot be reserved, but you can be put on a waiting list on site. If you wait in the restaurant with a drink, you can quickly get to the next free billiard table.

As always, very satisfactory, fast and friendly service with good food. In my case the Atlantis Burger that evening.

A great experience for the whole family! Karo Castle offers a super relaxed atmosphere, perfect for visiting with children. We were particularly impressed by the pool tables – well maintained and simply ideal for having fun together. The combination of entertainment for adults and a child-friendly environment is just great. We will definitely be back, thank you for this beautiful place!

We were kicked out three times before opening hours, sometimes we were ignored at the table and couldn't order a drink and weren't even allowed to finish our game, regardless of whether it was during the week or on the weekend, it always closes earlier

We were there today on January 19, 2025. The waitress Steffi and another blonde colleague were very unfriendly. No please, no thank you, we were greeted with an annoyed “In a moment!” washed away. The restaurant was hardly attended, meaning no stressful situation! Unfortunately, friendly is different!

Great for playing billiards and eating afterwards. The portions are generous and super tasty, I can only recommend the burgers. You should reserve in good time to play billiards, it is well attended.

Nice shop with a good atmosphere. I can particularly recommend the burgers in the integrated restaurant. These not only taste very good, but are also more than justified in terms of price.

Communication so poor between employees that we were forgotten or overlooked. After 15 others were ahead of us in the pool queue, we waited a long time and kept asking when we could play. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting there was only 1 couple left in front of us and from then on we were able to see how the balls were being pushed into other people's hands. When we asked what was going on, the employee told us that she didn't know we were still there, even though we explicitly said so and kept asking! After more than 2 1/2 hours of waiting for nothing, not even offering us anything as consolation, I think it's a shame. You definitely need to change your communication!

The waitress with the short dark hair, who is at most 20 years old, is a single imposition. I have never experienced such a shameless, inconsiderate waitress. She dumps drinks halfway through or drinks them. I ordered a Coke and got a friend. I hate friends! She's extremely unfriendly. I've never had anything like that before. I've always enjoyed being there, but with service like that, I'd rather go to the inn bowling from now on

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience making reservations at Karo Castle. We wanted to register a group of over 25 people to eat together and enjoy the evening. However, Mr. Maurer was very unfriendly on the phone and did not allow reservations for more than 25 people. When I tried to suggest a solution where some guests eat first and others play pool in the meantime, he interrupted me and said, "no, no buts." This inflexible and rude response really surprised and disappointed us. We would have liked more understanding and more accommodating communication here. Apparently you don't need it.

Great, finally matching buns for the burger. You'll get really full 😂 You can also keep busy with billiards or darts. At €13-16 for a large burger with plenty of fries, it's great! 🤩

A great, well-located restaurant with a medieval flair. You can mainly play billiards here, but you can also play darts. There are plenty of parking options. The entrance is accessible via a staircase which leads to the first floor. The menu is clear but sufficient. There are also a few vegetarian dishes. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The portion sizes are optimal. This restaurant is definitely worth visiting again.

Waren heute mal nur zum Essen da. Service war top allerdings der Angus Burger für 15€ mit ner handvoll Pommes. Wenn man nur so kleines Patties hat sollte man das Brot entsprechend anpassen! Das war heute ein echter Witz!

Cool place to play billiards, darts, pinball and much more. Unfortunately there is no selection of vegan dishes, which is why the gastronomic part is completely unattractive for me. This could easily be improved. Service is okay and friendly, but when it's full house, drinks orders unfortunately tend to get lost.

Play billiards and then something delicious to eat? That's possible here at Caro Castle. Great billiard tables and even two snooker tables. But unfortunately rather normal equipment but a bit too expensive. The food is really good, the service is friendly, but it took quite a long time to get something. The atmosphere is really beautifully designed and looks like a medieval castle. All in all really OKAY, but with room for improvement.

We were there for the first time last Sunday. Food and service as well as price-performance ratio were good. Air in the billiards room was very bad. Tables good and price for table okay. Finally, the website. I can only say great. Other restaurateurs should take a look at the site.

Very nice atmosphere, with a medieval look. The food and price are great. The portions are very large, at least for the burger you can see that in the picture. Karo Kastle is simply unique. Thursday was always burger day. Burgers there are an absolute recommendation!

The Karo Castle in Kolbermoor invites you to play a game of billiards, snooker, darts or much more. Prices are cheap, service is always friendly and attentive. The fact that the fun is just around the corner from us makes it twice as fun 🤷🏽‍♂️😅

Tolles Lokal, leider immer etwas voll, weswegen man gut mal 1-2 Stunden am Wochenende auf einen Billardtisch wartet. Bedienung ist super lieb, die Burger sind toll, aber was ich dort heute bekommen habe, als "Grillteller" für 17,00 €, war echt ein Witz! Einen kleinen Salat, weniger Pommes als bei einem Burger, 3 kleine Scheiben Fleisch, Pute oder Hähnchen, Rind, Schwein und ein halbes Stück Wurscht, die geschmeckt hat wie verbrannte Debreziner, aber Hauptsache zweimal eingeschnitten, damit das Ding als Deko was hermacht. Das Erste komplett trocken, das Rind komplett tot gebraten und das Schwein schmeckte wie die Minutensteaks von Netto. Die Wurscht war keine Wurscht mehr, das war halb Kohle. Gewürzt war es auch kaum bis gar nicht, dafür gabs dann aber die Kräuterbutter. Der Salat war an dem Essen echt das beste. Für Burger kann man da auf jeden Fall mal vorbeischauen, aber von den anderen Gerichten sollte man die Finger lassen. Sehr schade und echt enttäuschend.

Leider ist das Essen nicht mehr so geil wie vor zehn Jahren. Die Bedienungen sind super, Ambiente auch. Allerdings war so viel los das man kaum Billard/Darten konnte... der Platz ist einfach viel zu vollgestellt. Billardtische = Geld // Spaß geht leider mit dem gerempel verloren.

Coole Laden, nette Personal. meiner Meinung nach die beste Burger in Raum Rosenheim

An sich wirklich tolle Location, man kommt schnell an einen Tisch, auch wenn etwas mehr los ist. Preise sind auch völlig passend. Und es macht wirklich eine Menge Spaß dort eine Runde Billard zu spielen. Auch Dart ist möglich. Essen gibt es auch gutes und Getränke an den Billiard Tisch gebracht. Netter Service. Leider wurden wir einmal 2h vor offiziellen Schließungszeiten wieder weggeschickt, da sie früher geschlossen haben weil „zu wenige Leute da sind“ obwohl es mit uns knapp 10 Personen gewesen wären. Die neuen Öffnungszeiten mit Ruhetagen an Montag und Dienstag und ansonsten nur bis um 00:00 Uhr finde ich etwas bescheiden. Wir waren oft noch am Wochenende spät nachts bis 2 Uhr da um zu spielen. Das geht nun leider nicht mehr.

Immer wieder schön hier zu sein

Hat sich nicht viel verändert in all den Jahren. Etwas "dicke" Luft, wenn man von draußen reinkommt, aber das merkt man schnell nicht mehr.

Nettes Ambiente zum Billiard spielen für jedermann

Nach kurzer Wartezeit direkt einen Tisch bekommen, toller Ort für einen lustigen Abend.

Einfach Bombe! Die Burger sind riesig, Preise absolut günstig und es schmeckt einfach mega lecker! Dazu ein tolles Restaurant Ambiente im Stil einer Burg. Vor/Nach dem Essen kann man noch eine Runde Billiard spielen oder anderen durch die großen Fenster während dem Essen zusehen. Abholung der Speisen klappt auch gut, wir bestellen meist kurz nach Öffnung und es geht sehr fix.

Gutes Essen, tolle Burger und Getränke. Im Anschluss noch ein Spiel oder zwei am Billardtisch. Hier macht es Spaß zu spielen und zu essen. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr nett.
