Good evening! I was just in the branch in Herford on Bünder Strasse! Very nice newly designed branch! But! The toilets are so dirty that it's disgusting to do your business there, the glasses are peed all over, there's blood in the toilet, the doors are smeared, the door seal was hanging out of the frame so much that you could hardly get into the toilet. Afterwards we ordered, nothing out of the ordinary just a Mc Flurry and milkshake! It was incredibly loud, all the devices were beeping wildly and a lot of people were waiting for their food. 15 orders in preparation and nothing happened! We waited 30 minutes to get liquid ice cream. Some left because they waited so long. Many employees in the kitchen had no plan or system, sometimes orders were prepared twice or the Mc Drive employees were desperately looking for tables to deliver the order. All employees seemed completely overwhelmed and ignorant. The branch itself is nicely modernized in a youthful style, but dirty and uncoordinated. Nobody cleans the tables or takes orders at the counter. It was pure chaos. I hope it was an exception there that evening, I will definitely avoid this branch.

We ordered food here last Sunday via the Lieferando app, confirmed delivery time was given as 50-65 minutes. Ok, I thought to myself, I drive on average 10-15 minutes from home. After another 30 minutes, my wife received the information via Lieferando that our food was currently being prepared and would arrive in about 19 minutes...Seriously? I thought it had been on the way for 30 minutes... when our food finally arrived after about 2.5 hours, as if it hadn't been miserable enough, the wrong drink was delivered than ordered, and we waited another 40 minutes for it to be delivered. The food was lukewarm and carelessly thrown together, in the past you would at least get an apple turnover or something like that as an apology, but that wasn't the case, apart from a "sorry" we didn't get anything. We definitely won't be ordering again, I know that system catering can be stressful, but sorry, I'm not allowed to offer additional delivery, that's probably the reason why Burger King stopped doing this after testing.
