Typical McDonald's, expensive and cheap products. Unfortunately the entrance is narrow and annoying!

This blonde little f**** gets the order wrong every time. I even say sweet and sour sause 3 X she says yes, I'll put it in but what happens at the end? Exactly mayonnaise. Every time something is missing or wrong. Please cancel. Ordered in drive.

Ordered food from delivery service. The delivery date kept changing - in the end it was two hours - very rude when calling and canceling. Disaster.

The food is of a high standard quality. However, the last time I visited the restaurant, I noticed the following deficiencies: -Missing a small version of the Big tasty Bacon if you're hungry for this burger but can't eat that much. Name suggestions: Small tasty Bacon, Big tasty Simon -Sweet potato fries are missing from the menu, every store now has them except Mces (with guacamole dip, please). Please catch up -Aperol is missing from the drinks menu. The seasonal selection of wines was also disappointing For the suggestions for improvement, I would expect 10% of the increase in profits through these measures to go to me and my business partner. Thank you. P.S.: Even the adult urinals were so low that you wonder what ISO standards were used here.

We ordered breakfast here for 3 people today. Unfortunately, the ordering process was only completed by the machine 2 minutes after breakfast time had expired. When we tried to sit down at the table, a kitchen staff member (his name was Ramo) yelled at us that breakfast was over at 10:30. I would like to point out again that our order was completed at 10:32 a.m.... When we said we had already paid for the order by card, we received a cheeky "not my problem". When we complained or pointed out that the kitchen staff should not shout at the customer from the kitchen area, the gentleman in charge of human resources went to his employee and asked him to apologize to us. There was only a forced, quiet “sorry”... After all this back and forth we wanted to get our money back and leave. But the person in charge of this store said he couldn't cancel our order because of card payment and he would have the breakfast we ordered made. The end of the song was: We had our order served to the table and instead of medium latte macchiatos we got large ones. Couldn't the order, which was submitted 2 minutes late, have been prepared without this hassle? Most importantly, why does a kitchen staff yell at the customer? Surely this could have been done in a more elegant way, like telling the lady at the counter to tell us matter-of-factly? So again I won't have breakfast in this restaurant...

The inside is a standard McDonalds, but the parking lot and lanes are very narrow.

I ordered a McFlurry. I waited 25 minutes for my order. In terms of taste, it was the nastiest ice cream I've ever eaten. It was very sour by itself. I didn't expect something like that.

Unfortunately it's been disappointing lately. You often wait at least 30 minutes for the food and unfortunately it has happened more than once that entire orders are forgotten, not to mention individual parts that are forgotten. Always get the receipt! Unfortunately the cleanliness of the tables also leaves something to be desired...

I've never had such dirty tables at McDonald's. But I have to say, since they have these stupid ordering machines, one of which didn't work yesterday, I've rarely been in the store. When there are offers, I just drive to the car counter. But only every third or fourth offer. But young people seem to love it.

The women's toilets are too small, it's difficult to turn around in them unless you're very thin.

All in all a good branch. The service is friendly and helpful. There have always been enough parking spaces available. The drive-in is too narrow for me personally.

I've noticed that something is often missing with larger orders. This is now my fourth large order and something is missing again, this time a McChicken. 3 out of 4 times something was missing, so it's hard to call this a human error. I really don't feel like digging through the bags in the car every time and checking to see if everything is there.

The most outrageous McD experience of my life! Extremely unfriendly service, food is served incorrectly, if you complain you are called out and then you have to get the correction after exactly 4 minutes. Was there after 4.5 minutes and was told again that it was 4 minutes and you had to throw the food away...

It was terrible today at MCDONALD'S in Herford!!!! First of all, half of the order was forgotten. Then fries was half raw! Vanilla milkshake was complete with coffee flavor. And also unfriendly staff!!! If you don't feel like going to work, then you don't have to go there!!! It's not customers' fault that you don't feel like it!!! I'm totally disappointed!!!

Ordered curry sauce 4 times for my 20 nuggets... and got sweet and sour 4 times. I don't know what was so difficult about it...???? Should I play Lego with it or something?

If you order vegetarian or vegan you should get it too! Instead there was an MC Plant with meat. Then head to Burger King now! :)

At the time I stayed here with my family, it was not crowded and comfortable.

It can't be that difficult to make the ice cream right if you want smarties, why are there weird stars in there or chocolate sauce where there is caramel and the caramel is missing in the other one, so I don't often get it wrong at the moment

Biggest crap shop. Hygiene is absolutely non-existent. Absolutely not recommended. The employees tried to open the bag containing the cherry sauce with their teeth, but things were thrown from the table into the food. The public order office should get there as quickly as possible.

Nice McDonalds driveway can be a bit tricky with large cars. Very modern shop from the inside with very friendly staff. Ordering errors almost never occur here. And if a sauce is forgotten, it immediately gets discussed.

Unfortunately, hygiene is not a priority in this McDonald's. The women's toilet looked worse than a rest area toilet! After I asked an employee about it, he informed his boss. Then they both went to the toilet, threw the paper lying around in the trash, briefly swept the floor, squeezed the flush - that was it.....! The table we were sitting at - was wiped down properly beforehand - the floor was sticky, so your shoes got stuck. Hygiene Award 2022-2024, was on the door🙈! Once and never again!!!!! I would be interested to know if at least my hands were washed/disinfected after checking the toilets - because I went straight back to the kitchen afterwards.....

Everything is okay, you can't give it more than 4 stars because other burger restaurants are better. But price performance is OK

The only complaint is the disturbingly bright light color. Otherwise everything was great! The petty was missing a load of pepper and salt.

One drawback is that the parking lot is very tight. Finding a parking space at peak times is like playing the lottery

Food typical McDonald’s. Unfortunately, sometimes very disappointing service. From employees on their cell phones in the drive thru instead of paying for my order with me, to employees forgetting a bag from my order, to completely forgetting one or more items from my order. I ALWAYS check my order to make sure it is complete before I leave the pickup window. Other branches that I used to visit regularly did not have these problems.

The toilet cubicles are much too small and unfortunately not clean either. No paper towels to dry hands.

It really can't be that something is missing every time. We had food delivered. Some things were missing. You try to reach someone by phone. Nobody is answering it. I don't hold grudges, but if something is missing from a product worth €10, it's no longer funny.

I've often had something missing, fries, sauces, etc. I wonder why this happens so often in every menu there are fries, for example.

The employees are pretty nice to the customers.... which unfortunately often happens.... what you order to go.... 1 - 2 things are missing and that's annoying.

It's a gap filler every now and then, but only on site... the service leaves a lot to be desired, as items paid for at the time of distribution were often missing, direct contact or a phone call is possible, but no one answers. Sorry 👎 is probably not recommended at the moment.

Halt ein typischer McDonald's. Über das Essen kann man sich streiten, aber ab und zu muss es halt mal ein pappiger Burger sein. ;-) Absolut erwähnenswert ist hier aber, dass in dieser Filiale bisher immer alles so in die Tüte kam, wie wir auch bestellt hatten. Alles tippitoppi.

Das Essen ist nicht immer frisch, war drei mal in kurzer Zeit dort und hatte einmal einen alten MC Chicken gehabt. Sonst ist die Ausstattung für Kinder dort in diebJahre gekommen bzw. Fehlt ganz.

Noch nie so unfreundliches Personal bei McDonalds erlebt. Bitte und Danke sind Fremdwörter. Der Kunde wird angeraunzt und im Befehlton von Fenster zu Fenster geschickt. Das Essen ist dann teilweise kalt oder unvollständig. Wenn man aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen nicht gleich wegfährt um die Bestellung zu kontrollieren, wird man noch beleidigt. Sehr traurig.

Durch die Feiertage ist bestimmt mehr los als sonst,aber ich war über den Müll und Dreck auf den Tischen und den maßlos überfüllten Servicewagen echt erschrocken. Wie gesagt,die Angestellten haben wirklich geackert,die Kunden haben sich benommen wie auf dem Schlachtfeld, alles zurückgelassen...aber da hätte man wirklich ein bisschen fixer mit reinigen sein müssen. Mein MC Rib Menue war noch nie so heiß wie gestern,alle anderen Menues waren nicht mal mehr lauwarm.Das ist allerdings ständig so. Die Mitarbeiter waren regelrecht überfordert. Schade das das Essen bei Meckes immer schlechter wird,oder etwas falsch ankommt oder vergessen wird.

Mein Favorit ist der Crispy Chicken.Er ist super knusprig und sehr lecker. Ich freue mich jedes Mal auf's Neue wenn ich ihn in dieser schönen Filiale genießen darf. Das Bestellen mit der App machen wir immer schon vorher im Auto in aller Ruhe. Wir brauchen uns also nur noch einen Platz suchen und die Tischnummer zur Bestellung hinzufügen ,auf Bezahlen klicken und warten.Sobald das Essen fertig ist wird es durch freundliches Personal an den Tisch gebracht.Kein Schlangestehen mehr!!! Echt super. Hier macht gelegentliches Lieblingsburgeressen richtig Spaß.

Ich hab Chicken Mc Nuggets mit süß-sauer Soße bestellt bin jetzt zuhause und es ist keine süß-sauer Soße drin. ICH WILL SÜS-SAUER SOSE. Egal Nuggets waren lecker.

Schnell, freundlich, sauber und schnell

Leider waren wie hier nicht ganz zufrieden. Tischlieferung hat super geklappt, allerdings war die Cola nur gefärbtes Wasser. Diese haben wir reklamiert, der Mitarbeiter vor Ort benötigte Hilfe zum Sirupwechsel, allerdings war der Knowhow Träger aus der Küche nicht bereit, den Job zu erledigen. Also anderes Getränk gewählt. Dann leider die nächste Enttäuschung, die Nuggets waren so trocken und hart, dass man den Eindruck hatte, sie wären doppelt frittiert worden. Reklamiert haben wir diese dann nicht mehr, das war uns zu blöd.

Leider war der Kuchen noch vom Vortag. Und im Café wusste keiner Bescheid, wie die Maschinen funktionieren.

Sehr frisch und lecker Essen und Personal ist toll.

Der Laden und Service war gut nur die Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz hat mir nicht gefallen.

Ein Mitarbeiter hat gesagt das meine Bestellung übersprungen wurde und ich habe 15/20 min gewartet hätte ich mich an der Kasse nicht gemeldet und nach meine Bestellung nicht gefragt dann hätte ich meine Bestellung nicht bekommen

Hygiene, Hygiene, Hygiene Leute Leute, mein heutiger Besuch bei Euch war ein Erlebnis der negativen Art. Klebriger Fußboden, dreckige Tische und Sitzbänke. Auch wenn es mal stressig ist, weder im Gastraum noch im Kassenbereich sollte es so aussehen wie heute. Ebenfalls negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass Ihr als Team einen eher chaotischen Eindruck hinterlassen habt. Euer wirken hinterlässt den Eindruck als ob ihr nur noch agierend anstatt organisiert und strukturiert arbeitet. Da hilft es wenig, wenn der verantwortliche Schichtleiter selbst wirkt, als hätte er den Überblick verloren.

Wie immer alles Bestens! Trotz großen Andrangs im Mc Drive immer sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung!

Wer bei MC Donalds isst, weiss worauf er sich einlässt. Für die lange Schlange an den Bestellautomaten. hatte das Personal zuviel Zeit zu quatschen...dann bitte im Pausenraum nicht im Restaurant. Schade ist, das man irgendeinen Müll aus 2022 ins Happy Meal bekommt , aber mit Pokemon Karten geworben wird. Entäuschung für die Kids.

Superlecker wie fast immer bei McDonald's, es waren mit die bedten Pommes 🍟 die wir bei McDonald's gegessen hsben, heiß, knusprig und leicht salzig auch der Burger war toll, jammi jammi

Wir waren auf dem Weg und haben hier kurz angehalten. Es ist ein typischer McDonald's. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und die Produkte schmecken wie in jedem anderen auch. Wenn man in der Nähe ist, dann kann man kurz rein. Die Toiletten sind sauber.

Ich war seit langer Zeit mal wieder hier etwas essen und ich muss sagen, das Essen hier war schön mal deutlich besser. Meiner Meinung nach ist McDonalds allgemein was Burger angeht schon lange nicht mehr die Nummer eins.

Am Wochenende hat das McDonalds rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Wer also an diesen Tagen morgens gegen 6.30 Uhr dort frühstücken möchte, trifft häufig auf nicht mehr ganz nüchterne Nachtschwärmer aus den umliegenden Diskotheken. Leider ist der Parkplatz dann komplett verdreckt. Das Essen ist ja allgemein bekannt - man muss es halt mögen.

Halt ein typisches Fastfood Restaurant. Manchmal dauert die Zubereitung etwas länger, die Freundlichkeit hängt vom jeweiligen Mitarbeiter ab. Von nett bis ignorant.
