Thank you, never again. Admittedly there was a lot going on. However, the staff showed no effort and lost track. Some of my companions waited 45 minutes for a portion of fries. The output didn't work at all. It felt like the staff was frantically pressing random numbers to collect. The burgers were still cold. Award for the worst MC I've ever attended, congratulations!

I have no idea what you can do, at least not here. This MC is not recommended with children as all the orders take forever.

The advertised table service is not fulfilled here and is refused when approached by the staff. 15 minutes for 1 small fries and 2 chicken burgers. Tables deliciously sticky. Just wanted to get something for our two little ones on the way home. I now remember why I didn't want to go to McDonald's anymore. Sauladen!

Last shop!!! Every time something is forgotten or done wrong. Employees don't feel like working, the cash register is never manned, the drive-in doesn't open the window because there's TOO MUCH WIND!

The drive in is a disaster. 15 minutes in the car line without moving. This is not acceptable😡

If I could give zero stars I would give minus 2 for non-existent service, rude staff and an incompetent manager!!! Being ignored after 40 minutes of waiting is absurd!!! Luckily I was able to ask customers in front of the store not to go in!!! The last shop and a great flagship 👍

Sorry, but incompetence is hard to beat. Too few staff at peak times and the staff that is there works super slowly. Also worth mentioning is the super poor parking situation. I drove in circles 15 times before I could park. Some people stand at the gas station or in some green space. There are far too many people coming and they don't do justice to it everywhere! I have no idea if that's the intention of McDonald's... This is one of many that work so poorly and it was the last time I was here. There are also easier, better fast food alternatives!

Unfortunately closed although it should be open according to the posted opening times, the website, Google and the app. I see customers arriving and leaving every minute.

Without a doubt the slowest fast food ever. Waited over 45 minutes for a simple order. But the atmosphere was nice and the food was tasty. If you don't have much time, this is the wrong place for fast food.

We stood there in the mcdrive for 30 minutes and weren't served and there was a huge line of cars that weren't served. Then we found out from friends of ours who were in the store that they weren't serving people anymore and then we had to somehow drive out of Mac Drive because it was understaffed or something like that

Only served cold food and after complaining we got cold burgers again. Several people in the restaurant continued to complain after us. Soft drinks were non-carbonated.

Wow the worst ever... we waited almost half an hour for our food. After 20 minutes we went to ask. When the food was finally in front of us, all the burgers (6 pieces) were cold! We then wanted to complain to the shift manager (?) but that was hardly possible in either German or English because no one in this shop understands even remotely that much of these two languages. This is simply bottomless!!! And that's what's called fast food. Terrible!!!

Terrible! Hopelessly overwhelmed staff who work as if in slow motion. Finished orders pile up in the warming area while an entire restaurant full of people wait to finally get their food. We waited half an hour (!). I've never experienced anything like this at any other McDonald's! Our order simply disappeared from the “being prepared” screen at some point, as if it had been deleted. We only received them when we asked. Impossible!

This mcs is not recommended at all, A little Asian woman is chilling in the middle of MCS and doesn't come to the checkout, A fat habibi bosses everyone in the kitchen and doesn't even come to the checkout, Then after I lost my patience I left (waited for half an hour) FAST FOOD

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and got a chocolate milkshake. I also looked in vain for my bacon on my breakfast wrap... We also didn't get all of our Monopoly codes, they were forgotten.

Staff is overwhelmed. Food is prepared immediately but then sits for far too long until someone finally takes pity on putting 2 burgers on a tablet. It took 18 minutes from ordering at the kiosk PC to receiving the 2 standard burgers. The burgers didn't taste good. The restaurant is dirty and the tables are not cleaned because there seem to be too few employees.

One star is still too many! This branch is a complete disaster. Since the change of operator things have been steadily going downhill. At McDrive you sometimes wait up to 30 minutes, even though there are only 2-3 cars in front of you and the store is not full. You should ALWAYS check your order as none have been complete so far. If you then complain about this, you will be insulted by the employees. During my last visit I was told I didn't need to come anymore and could go somewhere else. Something like that is unacceptable. The employees there cannot handle criticism or complaints.

Stood in the mcdrive for half an hour and then the cheeseburgers were so old and cold. Even though the store was full. So I'll never again!!!!

I don’t understand why one employee first sweeps the floors and then goes to take out food to customers? No, I’m not saying that this should be done by different people, but that this employee must first wash his hands with soap, and only then take out the food.

The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Totally overwhelmed staff, moving in slow motion and far too few staff. First we had to wait 30 minutes to place an order and then another 45 minutes until the food was ready. However, everything was already cold and hardly edible. Respect to all the friendly customers who went through this without complaining. I'll never be there again.

There were 2 cars in front of us at the Mc Dirve, it took 11 minutes until it was our turn then we waited another 4 minutes for the food. When I asked why it was taking so long I was asked by the employee if it was taking them too long why were they driving to us ? Staff seems completely unmotivated and uninterested, unfriendly SO NOT! Paid money - received no food! Order placed in store via app. The order number displayed in the app was displayed as “in progress” on the monitor. After 30 minutes (!) of waiting, the number on the monitor jumped to the “ready for pickup” area. Food was not available at the counter. The generally uncooperative employee stated that she could no longer find the order in her system. Exactly after this statement, the number (coincidentally?) disappeared from the monitor. There was no proof or invoice of the order in the app. The money was still debited via the PayPal payment method. This meant that McDonalds lost me as a customer in the long term. The branch in Pfungstadt has apparently managed to bring system catering to the brink of functionality.

We hadn't really finished yet, when we were already wiping under our table while we were still standing there getting dressed and our table was being wiped as soon as I picked up the tablet and wanted to take it away. I felt pressured to leave. The table service is sometimes good and quick, sometimes it feels like it takes 20 minutes. Mcdrive is a disaster at the weekend (was only there once so far and it was Sunday). I waited in line for almost 1 hour!! So much for fast food. A plus point is the modern interior and the fact that you can order from the machine. The biggest negative point is the toilets. There needs to be more cleaning and toilet paper refilled.

My order was wrong. Nobody understood me, so I was given the wrong order two more times. By far the worst McDonald’s visit ever. 0 stars.

Super cutely decorated with flowers at every dining table. Staff very nice and effective, the Mcdonald's was full on a Friday evening and yet our table (of 6 people) only had to wait a total of 5 minutes. The Mcdonald's is also the cleanest I have ever seen. The toilets are top and well maintained. All around a very good fast food shop

I once ordered food on the go using the app. So when I arrived at the restaurant I pressed the order and waited for about 10 minutes. Food, as always, very tasty and the staff, super friendly 👍

An absolute disaster. The majority of the staff does not speak German and is extremely overwhelmed. (nothing against the people as such, but they shouldn't do any service) Today the store seemed dirty. But the best thing is: A Mac Rib without barbecue sauce, a Big Mac without any sauce. Something is often missing from orders. If it weren't for my son, Mac Donalds would have lost a customer entirely. Maybe you should think about changing the franchisee here. Then Mac Donalds would have less damage to its reputation!!!

McDonald Pfungstadt is known for its long wait times, often 20-25 minutes, resulting in cold food. Additionally, they couldn't even give out €50 when paying in cash, regardless of the order method or time of day.

The service was super nice and friendly. But points deducted because 3 out of 9 of my plant based nuggets were obviously not plant based 😑

After the owner changed, they can't get anything done. The staff doesn't understand anything and obviously don't know what to do. At the drive-in you sometimes wait 15 minutes until you can place your order, even though you are standing right at the counter. Once you have placed your order, you wait in line for a good 10 minutes or more. And whether the order is correct and complete should be checked better.

We left again after we noticed that a guest had been waiting for his burger for more than 15 minutes. That's not what I understand by fast food. The staff seemed very overwhelmed.

Since the change in ownership it's been a disaster... you regularly wait around 20-25 minutes for food. I had to cancel the order because I had to move on and was hoping for a quick meal. For the price that McDonald's now charges, it's a disgrace. No more table service and the employees shout the orders through the restaurant like at the fish market. Important.... Check the order for completeness. No matter whether inside or MC drive

23 Minutes waiting time before i asked for a refund and left. was there 3rd. November 2024, just to jump in and pick a Coffee and some breakfast snacks for my family, ordered for 13 bucks and saw the worst of Mc Donalds live and in action. after 21 minutes waiting t8ime and watching the Manager whirling aimlessly between the warm food chute and the unwilling barista lady spilling coffee over food and not being able to control the situation i ask for a refund, told him he needs dire help from corporate and left .. i asked several guests and all of them reported similar waiting times. the manager apologized with the excuse that he does not have enough staff that day but here are the real issues. - Food was not packed properly, so he was sifting through the warm chute and opened the bags and wraps to identify the food inside , packing what appeared to be an order in his hands and then put it back because he remembered that the drinks have not been prepared. - Coffee Barista was utterly not interessted in preparing coffee and stayed away from the coffee area as good as possible - there was a Janitor Style guy in a Padded jacket filling up Burger patties into the fridge box who was clearly not dressed for Kittchen duty. - the manager was not progressing the Orders in the Display and even when the number switched to "you can pick it up" the order was NOT prepared or gathered.. while the warm chute was FULL of food. The Guests that could pick up their orders (3 Guests during the entire waiting period) were questioning the freshness of the food (out of a good reason) all i all there were few to no processes that were followed , no agreements were in place on how and where to identify food and how to deal with such a sitruation. the manager was clearly over his head by a good distance. only bright spot was the Kittchen lady that prepared the food , she was swift and fast, but the food piled up in the outbox/warming chute instead of being delivered to the guests.. that was really bad that day..

Waiting time over 35 minutes. It doesn't work at all

The food tastes good. However, we had to wait 45 minutes (!) for breakfast! And it wasn't particularly busy. How can something like that be? We were clearly late for our appointment, which was still clearly open!

Modern McDonald's on the A67. Easy to reach - Pfungstadt exit. Clean and well maintained. The only drawback - chaos in the output. The numbers that were displayed were not yet available.

What I experienced there today was something I had never experienced in MC Donald's. The staff barely understood German. Delivery from the terminal to the table was completely wrong!!!! On request there are too few staff, so they should let them. According to the motto: "Closed in the morning, closed at lunchtime"!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!

It couldn't be slower, you've been waiting half an hour (or more) for the food, hardly anyone at the checkout understands a thing about what you want and if you watch it being prepared you might think they're moving in slow motion. Simply forget half of your order in the MC Drive. And what we got was already cold and the fries were wobbly and unsalted. After complaining over the phone, you are assured that you will get the missing part of the order "next time"... I didn't remember it that badly... but I haven't been there for months.

Unfortunately, the staff here doesn't try very hard to work quickly. Orders are shown as ready for pickup even though they are far from ready. Apparently no one feels responsible for the Mc Café and you have to ask someone to be served several times. The floor was very sticky in several places.

Sometimes a bit chaotic (forgotten burger/fries/drink...or wrong gift in the Happy Meal), but all in all I like going there. If something is missing, it will be added without any problem.

Not to use toilets. Dirty, no toilet paper, sink not drained... I ask for improvement

Mcs stop. Except this one was newer and cleaner. The waiting time was quite long and somehow there was no indication of when it was your turn. Numbers were called...

A regular McDonald. Unfortunately, the food is really expensive now, so I'd rather go get a kebab :-) Lately there haven't been any table number displays and I have to pick up the food at the counter.

The store was a disaster. I stand in the MC Drive queue for 40 minutes and nothing happens. The staff can't even manage to put the order together without errors.

First of all, it took forever to find a parking space. I placed my order online and easily waited another 30 minutes in the store. It was well attended but only to a limited extent; there were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant. When my order was ready, I checked everything again, except that there were wrong sauces in it (they were swapped without any problems), everything was apparently correct. At home I had a nasty surprise: my Big Tasty Bacon was completely missing the meat, both the bacon and the patty. It's annoying with a menu for almost €13. The fries weren't good either, but rather limp. Unfortunately, it's not worth going back and complaining. Getting down from the parking lot wasn't that easy either because the Mc Drive line was so long that you couldn't get past.

If I could give minus stars I would give this juice shop -1000. Waited half an hour for food and was a complete mess. The display board is of no use anyway because, according to the operator, work is done according to a piece of paper. Outrageous and what's more, every second order was served even though it was to be taken away.

The store has nothing to do with fast food. Every time you have to wait forever for your food. In the future, it would be better to drive one kilometer more and eat something at the BK

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in terms of service, 1 person at the checkout, 1 person in the kitchen waiting 25 minutes for two menus. The service there was an absolute disaster

We often go to McDonald's to eat or eat directly there. However, it has now happened more often that the staff was unfriendly when you asked something. You have to wait forever at the checkout if you want to pay in cash, there is no food that was ordered and paid for, so you have to approach the staff again. Unfortunately, hardly any of the staff speaks good German, so communication is also very difficult. If you ask about a different move, you get pat answers or they don't understand you even though you explain exactly what you want. The restaurant area has often been very untidy for some time now, no clean tables, floors full of food or drink. It's a shame, it used to be very nice here, unfortunately we have less and less desire to come here.

I can only agree with the previous speakers, this store is an absolute disaster. What this Indian-looking “lady” takes to talk to and deal with customers is really a tough task. No matter what time of day -> definitely avoid this store!

It has changed a lot for the worse. Hardly any of the staff can speak German anymore. English is just fine. Table service has been completely abolished, and the scoreboard doesn't work for that either. Tables are unclean and some of the leftovers from previous guests can still be found. Today was definitely my last visit.

The service is simply unbelievable. I had an app-in order that still had to be paid for, but no one came to the checkout for a long time and when the shift manager came to the checkout due to a cancellation because the customer didn't want to wait any longer for their food, we asked how long it was We were told it would still take half an hour and that we should go to another restaurant where we would be served faster. She then disappeared from the cash register without charging us. We then waited some more, there was a huge queue behind us and then we decided to leave because they apparently didn't want to serve us.

The store is an absolute disaster. It takes so long to get your food at the drive-thru. This has been going on for over 2 years now! I just wanted a chicken nugget box and stood in the drive-thru for 20 minutes!!!!! If I hadn't paid online they could have canceled the order. And no, please leave the employees alone. They definitely try to do the best. Things are going better in other stores too.

I've never waited so long for a meal at McDonald's

Absolutely impossible, absolute juice shop! On a Friday evening at 10 p.m. there are about 50 people waiting for their food because the employees can't move faster than a grandma with a walker. You really can't imagine that, the kitchen staff works in a totally relaxed and calm manner because the display is already overcrowded and the burgers are stacked back on the work surfaces because people are working at the front of the counter as if they were a municipal official... In addition, the shop is probably understaffed anyway, half of the tables are full of leftovers from previous guests and there is probably no wiping. Fast food that you have to wait over 30 minutes for is really a joke. The burger was therefore already cold. The fries weren't salted and just tasted like cardboard. In addition, the screens at the counter have been off for weeks, so you can't see whether the order is being processed or ready. Accordingly, the employees shout through the store as if they were at the fish market in Hamburg. Rarely seen a worse McDonald's.

Everything's pretty good, but Mc Drive could be improved. The last time I was there it took 15 minutes. But it wasn't busy. One in front of me, parking lot relatively empty. Funny. Ordering with the app worked quite well.

Ordered 2 small menus. Waiting time almost 45 minutes. Got the wrong sauces, burgers dry and cold. Got the wrong fries which were also cold and dry.

I wanted to pay for my order on the app, OK it was busy but I stood at the checkout for 25 minutes and was always put off and those who paid at the terminal got their food even though they had entered the fast food restaurant later than me... Thanks

Almost 25 minutes of waiting time for 1 burger, 1 happy meal and 2 cheeseburgers is definitely too long. The employees seem to have virtually no knowledge of German.

Over the last few months my impression of this McDonald's has changed a lot. In the beginning everything was always prepared quickly, but now you spend at least 20 minutes in the store and sometimes 30+ minutes in the drive-thru. The employees are often super unfriendly. I won't go there anymore... 40 minutes waiting time in the drive-in for 5 cars, but then you can still hear employees singing while waiting in the car. Having fun at work is good, but it also has to be proportionate.
