I'm cured of that food for a while now...who eats that stuff?? That's not food, and certainly not worth that price. Sorry.

Food and other things were great. Hot air dryer in the toilet was a flop.

The food was okay, typical Burger King. The dining area wasn't very big but was reasonably clean. Good parking facilities right next door.

It would be nice if you could finally pre-order.

Burger King branch in the middle of an industrial park. Since I prefer Burger King to the Golden Arch restaurant, and the food is fresh and quick here, I'm giving it four stars for food and service! Otherwise, nothing special compared to other branches, so overall solid. It's fairly clean (I'll probably never understand why so many customers leave their trash behind, and I'd rather have quick service than a spotless restaurant) and the staff is efficient and friendly. We'll see when... In any case, this is the first choice for me as a "BK fan" in the area...

Unfortunately, speed is not a priority here. Waiting time is over 20 minutes for three burgers.

Clean restaurant. Not crowded. Food was prepared quickly and was good.

We waited over 35 minutes at Burger King – ridiculous for fast food. No organization, no apology, no service. The place seems completely disorganized. If you have to wait that long for a burger, you might as well go to a restaurant. Absolutely awful.

There is no ordering terminal which is now commonplace elsewhere

I ALWAYS have to wait for my food there (I order at the drive-thru).

Very slow, tables are slimy and dirty, the staff are very unfriendly and forget a lot of things. We paid €5 for an energy drink when we could get it cheaper elsewhere.

The service is terrible, with a long wait before an order is taken (10 minutes for a double espresso). An employee doesn't really know how to use the cash register, then spends 12 minutes making a double espresso in the wrong (large) cup, and then serves it without sugar or a spoon. In total, it took 22 minutes due to the chaotic work methods of all the kitchen staff. Fortunately, I wasn't the only customer annoyed by the way and speed of work at this location.

30 minutes for three crispy chicken breasts, and the place was practically empty. After McDonald's, this is the next 'burger' place in Pfungstadt that I'll be avoiding from now on.

Never waited so long. Far from "fast" food. Any traditional restaurant is faster. And no, it definitely wasn't crowded at that moment. (1:30 PM on September 6, 2025)

The burgers were only lukewarm. The restaurant itself was very dirty. There was a spilled drink cup in front of the counter that hadn't been wiped away for ages.

There are always new staff members, but overall, it's really okay. There are worse and better ones.

It's often very quick and most things are made fresh, unlike McDonald's. Even if you have to wait, it's worth it. I haven't had any bad experiences so far.

The dirtiest Burger King we've ever seen! Simply disgusting!!!

I don't know why almost all employees at Burger King in Germany place the portion of fries flat in the bag instead of vertically. Every time you try to get the fries out, half of them end up in the bag. When you ask why they do it this way, they say it has to be quick. Today, August 6, 2025, at around 10:20 p.m., a couple was ahead of me, and there were two cars in the drive-thru, and I had to wait 10 minutes for my three small burgers. Unfortunately, this is a general problem at Burger King in Germany.

I've been there three times recently, and each time it took a while; probably just a lack of staff. The food is okay, like in all the other branches.

My visit to Burger King Pfungstadt on July 22, 2025, at around 9:15 p.m. was an absolute nightmare and a wake-up call regarding hygiene and customer service! The employees prepared the burgers without gloves, which immediately made me doubt the hygiene standards. When I asked the supervisor about it, he introduced himself as Alex Gandhi, but he wasn't wearing a name tag, so I couldn't even be sure who he really was. I asked him who could guarantee that I wouldn't get sick due to the lack of hygiene. He claimed to be able to personally guarantee that the employees' hands were clean and disinfected. I replied that I didn't care about that and specifically requested that gloves be worn because I didn't want my food touched with bare hands. Nevertheless, he stuck to his statement, which I strongly doubt. To make matters worse, my food sat for over ten minutes, got cold, and I was told that the drive-thru had priority. This combination of poor hygiene, ignorance, and poor service is absolutely unacceptable. I hope this review will wake up both management and food inspectors so that something urgently needs to be done to improve this situation!

All burgers are also plant-based!

After swimming, I wanted to go out to eat with my 5-year-old daughter, a place she hadn't been before. I knew that I had last eaten there two years ago and was dissatisfied with the unfriendly service and the incredibly long delivery time. This time we ordered a plant-based Whopper and a plant-based long chicken with large fries. The fries were tiny (a palmful), and these, along with the two burgers, cost a total of €20. Absolutely extortionate. A kebab would have kept us full for longer. Now here's the thing. We wanted to wash our hands before eating. There was no hand wash gel in the dispensers in either restroom. I then went to the staff and told them they were empty. The elderly cashier said in broken German that she wouldn't refill it because she didn't have time. RUDE. I thought I was hearing things. Zero service for this exorbitant price. A young colleague took pity on me and refilled the dispensers. I thanked her sincerely. I will never go to a Burger King again in my life and will continue to spread this experience as a warning. I am appalled by this business practice. The dirty corners and the trash lying everywhere on the floor—not to mention the endlessly overflowing trash cans.

Unclean, parts of the menus are forgotten, the floor is sticky and the toilets are in dire need of renovation.

An absolute disaster! You wait in the store for 20 minutes before you can order. Even then, the burgers are still cold. At 11:45 PM, while we were still eating, the lights were simply turned off. Theoretically, you'll be thrown out with your food when they close. A quick tip: maybe there won't be any in-store business after 11:30 PM. Less stress for everyone!

Certainly not the best BBQ joint in the world, but it's now clean and the staff is friendly. However, it's often busy and you have to wait a bit. The food is of the usual standard.

The quality has become truly abysmal. I used to love coming here and enjoying a burger. Now, there's no point in going here anymore. It's not busy, but the burger patty was completely overcooked, black, and hard as a biscuit. My complaint was reluctantly addressed, and after a 15-minute wait, a new Whopper was served. But without cheese. So, reluctantly, they made another adjustment, adding a slice of cheese and reheating the burger. This made the burger inedible again – hot lettuce, hot tomato, and hot mayo aren't exactly a hit! Staff unmotivated and completely incapable of communicating properly!

The small playground is nice for children. You can see the park by sitting inside or outside. There is also a takeaway service. I think the biggest deficiency is the lack of order kiosks. I don't understand why there aren't any in this branch. There is only a price list and an advertisement running in the background. I don't know the whole menu by heart. So I want to see the food visually in advance. I wanted to see the whole menu but unfortunately I couldn't see it in the current situation. This is possible when there is a kiosk.

They made my order wrong. And they didn't give me a burger and fries. I then called them. The staff were very rude and completely unsympathetic. I wouldn't recommend the place anymore. I'd rather go to Burger King.

Everything is pretty dirty and you wait forever for your food.

Getting off the highway late in the evening to get something to eat. The store was almost empty except for three other people. There were a few employees standing around behind the counter, chatting animatedly. At the same time, all the tray return stations were overflowing. I then briefly mentioned that they should please empty the tray return stations so that I could put my tray away after I had eaten. All I got from one of the employees was a mushy “that’s none of my business.” Not so nice... 🤷🏻‍♂️

We eat this at every Burger King. It's clean, the staff is always nice. The only thing is that the waiting time is sometimes a little too long. You should make sure that the entire order has been packed.

It took forever even though there was hardly anything going on and there were 7 employees there. Then nothing was missing. Luckily I checked the bags on site and not at home.

I ordered a plant based burger and it was recorded as such, see receipt and packaging. I trusted Burger King and didn't inspect the patty under a microscope. It's a regular cheeseburger. Legal action will be taken.

Been there again for a long time today at 7 p.m.. nothing has changed.. the checkout staff can hardly be surpassed in listlessness and slowness... on the other hand, the annoyed customers and things just move forward in slow motion.. I drove back together with another couple without eating because a shop like that didn't deserve my money... really, really bad cinema!!!

This food isn't always FAST... but you can still get the usual BK products here and 99% of them are fresh - if that's not the case, they'll be replaced without any problems. The drinks machine for refills such as: in Heppenheim.

I ordered two Big King® for €10.99 but received a cheeseburger with fries instead. When I asked at the front desk, the store manager explained that the cheeseburger contained two beef patties. That made me laugh. ****The Big King® consists of two grilled beef patties, cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions and the special King sauce in a sesame bun***

In general, it's actually a good Burger King from the friendliness of the staff to the ambience of this location, but even if you get your order super quickly, in 9/10 cases you have to expect stomach pain/diarrhea after eating it. Something is wrong here, one can only hope that this is not due to poor hygiene.

If you have time to wait for your citizen for 25-30 minutes then reception value. I can speak from experience that you often have to wait a long time or are even completely forgotten. Better drive 5 minutes further down the street to McDonald's, the more professional one

I was at it again.... I appreciate the crispy burgers but the last time, even though there were a lot of staff there, it took a very long time. Many workers are constantly running around empty-handed. Nothing happens there. Those who order with their smartphone simply have priority, even if they arrive later. I'm coming from the highway! The last burgers, the bacon was by no means grilled but rather slightly blanched. This looks bad and flabby both visually and in terms of taste. The personnel division requires much more concrete divisions. This organization is extremely important. It's been going on like this for decades. First it's great, then it's neglected, then it's McDonald's turn, like in a cycle. Isn't it possible to do the setup correctly all the time???

I was here early in the evening during the week and didn't think there would be much going on here at all. The two burgers I ordered were on display for an unbelievable ten minutes. When all the customers who came after me had their food, I asked what was going on with my food. The employee said that had already been spent. When we agreed, he gave me the now almost cold burgers and my little Coke... Maybe I just had a stupid day, but service could really be better here. The employees are working under high pressure and are doing their best to cope with the rush, but a few more employees probably need to help out.

As always, very tasty. Here the meat is simply better because it is grilled properly and the fries are not as mushy as the competition. Points deducted because my burger wasn't there and no pepper packets.

Very nice staff, but unfortunately they neglected to mention that you should look around the entire store before ordering to see if there is an offer. In the case in question, we ordered a long chicken burger menu for €10.59, sat down and started eating, then when we looked around we saw a poster with the said burger menu on it for the price of €5.99. When I asked the staff what the difference was they said there was none. We just had to say it. I think it's a shame that this wasn't mentioned by the staff. Well, they got €5 more from me for the same meal - unfortunately the last time.

Get a free Whopper with every Whopper on Tuesdays. Apparently not in the drive in. Of course I only noticed it when I got home. That kind of thing really annoys me.

Miserable service. Ordered 3 savings menus. 1 burger was missing and one was wrong. Instead of dB chilli cheese received normal, but the double is calculated. Under all hell. Burgers were plus minus ok

The best thing to do is go in and see if everything you ordered and paid for is there. It can happen that you forget something, but unfortunately it has happened to us too often since then we go in and remind the person.
