The best answer was that it took so long. I can understand when it's full, but with less than 10 customers it was only lukewarm. Information beforehand would also have been good. It doesn't help if one lady thinks for herself and the others just run around mindlessly. For me it was the last visit there.

Habe bei diesem BK in Summe sicherlich schon > 100x gegessen bzw überwiegend den Drive Through benutzt. Leider passiert es immer wieder, dass die Bestellung falsch erfasst wird, oder falsch in die Tüte gepackt wird. Immer wieder fehlen bestellte Produkte. Empfehlung 1) Bestellmonitor am Drive Through, da kann die Bestellaufnahme kontrolliert werden 2) dringend besser beim Einpacken auf Vollständigkeit achten, als Kunde fährt man kaum zurück und reklamiert, weil sonst das Essen kalt wird. Im Laden kann ein Fehler leichter korrigiert werden.

Zu unkoordiniert Lange Wartezeit Kalte Pommes Falsche Ware bei mehr als der Hälfte der Bestellungen während meiner Anwesenheit Auch bei mir war der Burger nicht drin, der drauf stand. Katastrophe!!!

Das Restaurant war personell dünn besetzt und der Drive in bevorzugt bedient. Burger und Pommes waren leider lauwarm.

Ich habe nur im Drive in einen milkshake gekauft. Der schmeckte mittelmäßig. Aber immerhin, bei denen geht die Maschine. Bei McDonald's nach Jahren immer noch nicht.

Die Maneger Frau Bahare war sehr sehr nett und freundlich und wir wollen immer dahin gehen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Keine Organisation immer langes warten und der Service lässt allgemein zu wünschen übrig. Freundlichkeit ist ein zauberwort.

Guter Service und und gut belegte Burger mit genug Soße.

Obwohl der Whopper Bacon Cheese in der Werbung auf den Bildschirm angezeigt wird, war er nicht da. Als ich mich dann für einen anderen Bacon-Cheese entschied. Musste ich feststellen das er trotz extra Zubereitung kalt war. Als ihn dann reklamiert habe und den Ersatz hielt, war zwar das Brötchen außen heiß, dass Fleisch aber nicht heiß, sondern nur lauwarm. Für diesen Preis ist das Produkt eine absolute Katastrophe. Da es ein Teil eines Menüs war. Durfte ich meine Pommes dann kalt essen. Es gab mal eine Zeit da war der Burger King richtig gut und auch sauberer. Schmutzige Tabletts auf den Tischen und ein sehr siffiger Boden ist nicht meine Vorstellung von Sauber.

Hat sehr lange gedauert, die Lobby sah aus wie ein Schlachtfeld. Ein Mitarbeiter aber sehr freundlich gewesen. Die anderen lustlos

Burger King Essen halt, aber die Burger war etwas zerfallen. Das Personal schien etwas arg überfordert mit ca. 6 Gästen die da waren. Wirklich sauber war es nicht.

Die Hälfte von der Bestellung wurde vergessen, was leider erst zu Hause aufgefallen ist.

Wieder mal im drive in nicht bekommen, was ich bestellt habe. Statt Mayonnaise war Ketchup in der tüte.

An und an darf es auch mal Fastfood sein. Und wenn es soweit ist dann ist DIESE BK Filiale. Hier ist der Service immer freundlich und kompetent. Das essen ist warm und frischend die Filiale sauber. Das kann man wahrlich nicht über alle Filialen sagen. Besonders die in Dieburg ist eine Katastrophe

Der sauberste Bürger King ever.Alles frisch zubereitet keine Zwiebelringe von vor drei Tagen wie der in Darmstadt . Komme nur noch hierher. Weiter so.

Das Essen war so, wie man es von Burger King gewohnt ist, lecker eben. Cola ausverkauft. Das Personal ist freundlich, war mit unserer Bestellung etwas überfordert, Sachen vertauscht, egal . Männer WC war nicht sauber, dort gibt es keine Urinale, konnte meine Hände nicht trocknen, Papierspender gibt es nicht und Händetrockner außer Funktion.

Also eines ist mir hier, bzw. zu Hause beim Essen, bewusst geworden: Wenn man zu Burger King geht, sollte man einen Whopper und Zwiebelringe bestellen. In den meisten Fällen ist man damit auf der sicheren Seite und bekommt ein solides, schmackhaftes Essen. Wenn man allerdings, wie ich, gerne mal was Neues probiert, kann man auf der Nase landen😉geschmacklich gesehen. In meinem Fall nannte es sich "Mozzarella Crisby Chicken" und fast nicht essbar. Bei dem sogenannten Mozzarella handelte es sich um ein sehr zähes paniertes Käsepaddy, glaube ich🤣 Hatte überhaupt keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit dem Käse Mozzarella, vielleicht hell gefärbter Gummi❓ Nicht essbar❗ Zwiebelringe waren gut. Wartezeit mit über 20 Minuten meiner Meinung nach zu lange für "Fast Food". Zuhause mussten wir dann noch zu allem Überfluss feststellen, dass Einiges gefehlt hat🌻 Schade😔

Essen war frisch und gut aber haben so um die 30 Minuten gewartet bis unsere zwei Burger fertig waren obwohl nur 2 andere Leute vor uns waren. Vielleicht wären mehr als zwei Mitarbeiter sinnvoll.

Hier haben wir gut gegessen und draußen die Abendsonne genossen. BK liegt hier ideal an der Autobahn auch für eine Reiseunterbrechung gut geeignet.
