McDonald's in Lengerich

No app, no ordering kiosks, no promotional burgers, no ice cream. The food did not meet McDonald's quality standards.

Small but really great. I'm satisfied.

There's almost nothing but the absolute basics. No ice cream, no shakes, none of the usual suspects. No app support, no drive-thru (and it's right on the highway...). This place is totally 90s. And of course, there are no ordering kiosks.

Once again, the orders were mixed up. I ordered a cheeseburger, but received a chicken burger instead, and even a smaller one than ordered!

It's very small and there are problems with the coupons. There are some things McDonald's sells that aren't available at this location…

Being ignored by customer service is not pleasant.

Ice cream, shake, and coffee at the same time are not possible. Very small, only one toilet.

Very friendly servers. Fast service. Food freshly prepared. The only thing that could be improved is keeping the seats clean/wiped down regularly. The restrooms are clean, but extremely small.

Unfortunately, someone had peed all over the floor of the only toilet. You were standing with your feet in the yellow slop.

90s McDonald's... and still friendly. I loved it here.

You're actually lucky to have found a McDonald's like this; I haven't seen it in ages. It felt like we were there in the 90s. No kiosks, no ordering app, and to top it all off, no full selection of food. So we won't be stopping there again.

A truly desolate place. No app support, no ordering terminals, and only the bare basics for food (hence one star deducted here; the quality was normal and okay). Some of the seats were dirty and sticky. The absolute horror, however, were the restrooms; the men's only had one bowl and not a single urinal... Sorry, that's not right. The door to the restroom is so awkwardly positioned that you have to be a gymnast to get through the gap. If I weighed over 100 kg, I wouldn't have even tried it. On top of that, everything is so filthy that I will never go back there again.

Fries still half raw, cola without carbonation, just garbage and the app coupon 2€ more expensive, stupid discussion at the checkout, we gave in because we wanted to go home

Because of my job, I drive past this McDonald's every day. Of course, I stop there often, and always—really always—for several years, they haven't had sour cream sauce! Why? What's the problem? Why does it have it at other McDonald's, but not at yours? I also have major complaints about the selection. Most promotions simply don't exist. New burgers advertised in the app aren't available at this McDonald's. And not just today or this week, but for several years—according to my observations. It's not the staff's fault. There are usually one or two people working there at most.

The wait for food was eternity. There were only five people in front of me, but the wait was ten minutes, and they had only ordered ice cream and coffee. One man was in the "kitchen" and another was taking the cash and collecting the items. It wasn't well organized. The benches and tables were dirty and smeared. The restrooms were so small that you had to figure out how to get to the bathroom: forward or backward, because turning around wasn't possible. I would recommend going to the next door to the BK or taking the next exit.

A small McDonald's inside a Shell gas station. The menu is limited, but service is fairly fast. Service is generally friendly. Unfortunately, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired—especially the benches, but also the floors and tables are sometimes very dirty, which I noticed on several visits. Tables were wiped down on my last visit, but only quickly and incompletely, almost roughly once. When they noticed that I was taking photos of the dirty benches, the floor was mopped, but all the benches remained dirty (not just at my table). Unfortunately, there is no table service—not absolutely necessary given the size of the branch and the fast food delivery. With a bit better hygiene, and perhaps also investment in a nicer ambiance (including new upholstery for the benches), the branch could be much more improved. As it stands, it unfortunately only earns two stars.

Food was cold and old. Women's restroom was broken. Had to use the men's restroom. It was dirty and smelly. The tables were generally dirty, and the staff were unmotivated. They didn't have all the food available either.

The entire store is very small. Not all menu items are available. The restrooms are incredibly small and cramped. It's rather ridiculous. They probably shouldn't open a McDonald's. Only recommended if you want fries.

Small but perfectly formed. This little McDonald's in Lengerich is located somewhat inconspicuously next to a gas station. Here, you still have to order in person, and the food is brought to your table. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

McDonald's with McCafe in Lengerich, always delicious food and drinks. Sometimes it's been very busy, but the staff is always friendly. The restrooms are clean. We love coming here. Highway A1, exit 73, Lengerich.

There are few workers and empty heads, no need to take two or three orders at once so that neither you nor the clients get confused in the order.

€4 for water?? A disgrace. And your so-called restaurant manager is very, very cheeky.

Only a fraction of the already limited menu is available. Items are constantly out of stock or ingredients are missing. It's better to go to a real McDonald's.

A horrible condition. Food wasn't fresh, just lukewarm. I also didn't understand why the few existing menus can't be ordered in all sizes? There was no milkshake. It's well known that people don't like cleaning the machine, so it's just called broken. Absolutely not recommended.

The food was great, but the fries were very salty. There was no FishMc or milkshake and there was much less food than other McDonalds.

Unfortunately there was little selection, the drinks machine was broken and the ice cream machine was broken. Could be renewed a bit.

For the first time in all my McDonald's visits in my life, I received a burger that was perfectly topped! I was really excited, the food was freshly prepared in front of us and was hot when eaten. The selection is smaller than others but that's not a bad thing.

3 stars Overall the visit was okay, but the toilet facilities are extremely narrow. With normal shoulder width, I had difficulty fitting into the cabin. This toilet is almost unusable for people who have slightly broader shoulders or a larger stomach. If you need more space, you should avoid the toilet. McDonald’s could definitely pay more attention to the needs of different body shapes!!!

Every time you want to get something there quickly, the milkshake machine is either broken, yesterday it was said that the ice cream and Milky Way were sold out!

I am extremely disappointed with such a bad McDonald's branch. During the visit there were only two employees who looked extremely overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the rush of customers. Too much pre-produced food that was already cold and no longer edible when served. The salad was not only death but dissolved into its components. The waiting time was really too long. The cleanliness was also not there, tables were dirty, eating outside at the table was impossible. The toilet wasn't clean either and a small toilet where a corpulent person couldn't even get in rounded off the bad picture. You cannot redeem or receive points because the restaurant is not “connected to the system”. There wasn't the newest burger either. Coupons from the app must be paid for individually. Well, what can I say. There was already running water and card payment...

Staff very unfriendly. You don't get a receipt either and the employee was visibly annoyed. MC Smart Menu ordered the Pomeranians were fresh, the fuel was also good but the citizens were very dry and hard. Wouldn't recommend anyone with dentures or similar to eat the citizens. I don't recommend it, total disaster. Firstly it was very dirty, secondly I didn't have access to points in the application for my purchases. And third, this McDonald's didn't have half of the items I wanted to order, such as the Double Big Mac, Big Tasty Bacon, and McCrispy. The worst McDonald's in the area.

Stopped here to eat with our child on the evening of August 7th, 2024 on the way back from Winterberg. Ordered three children's menus. Since we want the Smurf figures. The man at the cash register only understood one menu instead of three menus. Then ordered the other two again. A burger with fries and mayo, a squash and cola. Instead of one mayo, we were charged two mayos per menu!! And we were told that it could no longer be taken out of the till. Although this is possible in other McDonald's if something went wrong. My son told him that he liked such and such figures, but he didn't really understand it either! Even though there were no other guests here, the two employees were a little overwhelmed! I will no longer visit this MC and will travel on to Ibbenbüren again soon. It's always very crowded there, but I don't care.

I was there on Saturday August 3rd, 2024, ordered Hamburg and fries 🍟. Very friendly service, the food tasted good and the prices were reasonable. Of course, card payments are also possible for those who decide at short notice. The men's toilet is not recommended for men who are a bit fuller. If you enter the toilet, you have to sit down straight away and close the door. Pure claustrophobia during the business experience. This is by no means a joke, I've never seen a men's room like this.

The burgers here are old and dry, some were even almost cold. After several attempts on different days, I decided to only go to the "neighbors" there.

Undermotivated staff that you can hardly understand because they only look down, no McPlant burgers. Hardly anything going on, but still waited forever. The BigMac bun had the hardness that the fries lacked. Speaking of “hardness”: There's another drink on the counter and I ask, "Is that part of it?" - "No, not really, but feel free to take it with you..." No thanks.

Good place for a quick stop during your roadtrip. Gas station-Minimarket on site with lots of options for a quick bite. Convenient location with enough parking spots. Sometimes gets crowded and you have to wait more than 5-10min to refuel or find a parking spot.

The shop is very cute. Tables and benches/chairs are not cleaned. The toilet isn't any better either. The toilet paper dispenser was not filled and a roll was hung on the coat hook. You have to see it first. The employees are very slow. An employee calmly filled balloons while her colleague at the checkout did everything alone. Cashed in, food packed and fries bagged. The queue was getting longer and longer. No recommendation. Maybe try the Burger King next door.

Absolute impudence. Ask for fresh fries because we want to take away. The employee tells me that they are fresh. Based on past experience, I timed how long they had been in there and it was 8 minutes. I told him that and he said I'd make new ones. Unheard of. a tiny McDonald's located in a building shared with the Shell gas station. There is not a complete range of dishes - vegetarian burgers, for example, are simply not available. I only visited the toilets after eating - and it was scary: the toilet "floats" due to the lack of a urinal, the room is so small that you would inevitably touch the dirty walls when entering. Tip: Burger King is next door and the toilets are clean. The app is practically impossible to use in this restaurant because something would be deleted during the scan. There were only 2 employees in the restaurant who tried really hard - but just couldn't keep up. As a result, the carts for empty trays were full, garbage on the tables - really not good.
