Bad experience! I ordered three medium size cappuccinos, but when I picked them up I clearly received small cups. When I asked, I was told it was “medium.” However, I am absolutely sure that was the small size. After a brief discussion they insisted it be medium. Very disappointing - that's not how you treat customers!

Staff very overwhelmed, but friendly. Had to wait a very long time for the food... over 20 minutes. There were mistakes when ordering, a burger was missing, the wrong drinks were handed out. Food wasn't that edible either... The atmosphere didn't seem very hygienic and there was very bad air there. We wouldn't come back again.

Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre - despite the presence of the district manager, who would actually assume that particular attention was paid to quality. The tables were dirty, the fries were cold and some were only half full. After a complaint there were at least new portions. Unfortunately, the sauces and the nuggets were initially forgotten. It was also noticeable that despite six employees being present, a lot of things didn't go smoothly. I know other Burger King branches that are much better organized with fewer staff.

We spontaneously went to this Burger King for something to eat today and we are so disappointed! The staff couldn't completely finish the order for 6 people, there were always some things missing, even though they had carefully mentioned it to them several times. What a club honestly I order 3 kids menus the guy at the checkout says he doesn't have any squeezes and asks me if juice would work instead. Which I confirmed with a yes. Now not only do I not have a squeeze that I paid for, there are no toys either... he didn't even think about the damn mayonnaise. I only got a cheeseburger with my king menu. Was here for the first time today. Apparently my order wasn't the only one that went wrong. Apparently something was missing from another customer too. The employees seemed disorganized and haphazard. The very worst thing that could have happened has happened: The cheese was out of stock! By 8 p.m. no one was there anymore. That's why I couldn't try the Macaroni & Cheese Lover Chicken. I was allowed to choose something different and went with my Cheese Rösti Lover Plant-based Double King menu One more thing. I also tried this for the first time. One was otherwise quite okay with a little sauce, but somehow it wasn't for me. The second one I gave to a friend. This citizen had too much sauce and the two meat patties were burnt. We threw it away. Since there was no cheese, the chilli cheese fries only had a thumb-sized blob of cheese on them.

Please bring your time...Lots of time. The food is fast food, but the production and packaging takes 40-50 minutes (really!!). So bring your favorite potcast with you and make yourself comfortable in the car. You should also be surprised... It must be so cold. Otherwise you could burn yourself. But the best surprise is probably your order. Yes... you get almost what you wanted to order. Because after 50 minutes they definitely don't know what they want anymore. Then they only want what they give. I hope I don't have to go there again

Even if the food meets this company's fast food standards, I basically can't give it a star because the service - including the subsequent customer service in the event of complaints - is poor. We got something at the drive-in while passing through Ordered Burger Kings. We put together some vouchers in advance via the app and at the counter then shown the code. Among these was the code for the Crispy Chicken Tortilla for 4.99 euros. When checking the order, I noticed that this burger was missing. The Burger King employee told us that the burger was generally not available there and that it would not be charged accordingly. We trusted this statement. A later check of the receipt (in the light) showed that the amount had indeed been invoiced. A complaint to customer service was only answered with a standard email. My specific request or even the refund of the amount was not addressed even after repeated requests. Questions have been ignored for a month now. Customer service: 6

Staff cheeky like nothing else! Instead of a chocolate milkshake I got a vanilla one, the food was cold, the whole restaurant was really burnt and felt like it was below zero. The lady had long black curls and there was no apology for the “mistake”. The order clearly said chocolate and when we tried to solve the problem we were told we were imagining it and their "solution" was a tiny dollop of chocolate syrup, which we weren't happy with. After continuing to complain, we were finally given a brown chocolate milkshake.

There's just nothing wrong here. As a customer you have the choice of: A) Your order takes forever (we're talking about 1 menu + a burger). 30+ minutes. Employees stand at the checkout with their hands in their pockets. The display is constantly filled with burgers that don't seem to go into any orders. You as a customer are waiting. B) Your order contains errors. Here the drink is missing, there a portion of fries or products that are standardized at BK are produced incorrectly (a double Whopper quickly becomes a Whopper). During my 30-minute wait today, I felt like every in-house order had complaints. This then plays into point A again. Incidentally, point B is independent of peak times after multiple attempts. The “Kitchen” manages less than 1 order per minute during peak times. But the main thing is that the drive-in is continuously supplied. Criticism of the handling only causes panic among the staff. Which of course results in further mistakes, such as putting fries on the tablet while looking for the corresponding burgers. It's a shame if it takes several minutes and the fries get cold. Then you ask for a cancellation, which you grumpily answer in the affirmative, while the manager turns his back on the customer and deepens the criticism that the work isn't being done quickly enough by making him wait for the cancellation. Not a single word of apology from the staff, no offer to make up for the waste of time. And last but not least, if you say this clearly, employees will only look at each other with puzzlement. What the customer probably has the audacity to expect is an apology.

Mistakes can happen, please just let the staff know that if you want to eat vegetarian, please make sure that this is taken into account. Absolutely underground even for a Burger King. We came into the store with low expectations and even those were miles undercut. It was really all a disaster. Out of 5 items ordered, one was missing and two were swapped. When we pointed this out, the staff was visibly overwhelmed, so you could get the impression that they were already overwhelmed by reading the receipt. Furthermore, other customers (who had similar problems) were turned away extremely harshly and rudely. All in all, this visit can best be remembered as an adventure. The whole thing definitely had nothing to do with system catering.

I had placed an order, which included a Cola Zero, and since I had to wait for it to be prepared I was able to watch it. Apparently only water came out of the Coke Zero tap. Without further ado, the service person decided to switch it to normal cola without informing me. For a diabetic that would be a total disaster. When asked about this, the order was destroyed in front of my eyes.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to, I've been to this Burger King several times and every time I ate there my food was cold and unappetizing or they always forgot something and the employees are also very annoyed, act aggressively and don't pay any attention to the customers. I once stood in front of the checkout for 20 minutes just to order an ice cream and told the employees, but they never paid attention to me. I then said what that was about and how long I had to wait and the employee just said “you can wait a little longer and not shout around here” in an aggressive and annoyed tone even though I had already been standing there for 20 minutes and had asked normally beforehand. So if the employees don't like the customers and can't take an order normally, then they can quit straight away if they can't deal with people. The McDonald's next door is actually much better. So for those of you who haven't been there yet, don't go there. I would even prefer to give zero stars.

Burger King in Lengerich is solid. The burgers are okay and the staff is quite friendly. However, on my last visit the place wasn't quite as clean as one would like. Absolutely no recommendation! Better go to Ladbergen. That this shed is still open. Numbers are shouted like at an auction. Old wooden chairs like those at school. Employees fumble around in their bags etc. Bread is grabbed with gloves... Drive in you have to honk because the system has been broken for months. At the same time, everything that is being spoken to is beeping loudly. Just leave the shop.

Not recommendable, I just ordered a big king menu there. The fries were almost cold and inedible. The burgers were carelessly thrown together and the drink was tough. I ordered a normal cola and received a stale, warm ice tea. It was no longer possible to turn around and complain because I was already on the highway. It's just sad how guests are cheated out of their money.

What are you selling there please? Stopped there today and bought something to eat. Order 328 and 329. Almost 30 minutes later I got stomach cramps and nausea in the car. A few minutes later started vomiting. Diarrhea and vomiting as a result. Got home with difficulty and hardship. Didn't get off the toilet until late in the evening. Headache, high temperature and still stomach cramps. It can't be true and you still pay money for something like that!!!!!!!!!

Burger bread slice was black. Fries were too salty. Instead of veggie mayonnaise I got French fries sauce. If you were vegan that would be impossible. Waited 20 minutes for the food even though I was the only customer. Staff very slow and doesn't say anything. With the colors and the children's tower, the store looks like a children's play paradise. Competition in the surrounding area is much better.

Kommen grade nachhause und die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlt, keine Saucen, 2 Burger vergessen, komplett inkompetent. Kann doch nicht Zuviel verlangt sein, abzulesen was man bestellt hat und das in eine Tüte zu packen.
