What a club honestly I order 3 kids menus the guy at the checkout says he doesn't have any squeezes and asks me if juice would work instead. Which I confirmed with a yes. Now not only do I not have a squeeze that I paid for, there are no toys either... he didn't even think about the damn mayonnaise. I only got a cheeseburger with my king menu. This gets worse from cast to cast. GUYS I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE KIDS CARDBOARD BOX. But he would have checked and everything would be great. Yes, no, it's clear. You ripped me off again. Thanks for nothing

A small branch of Burger King with unfortunately often haphazard staff. Absolute tip: the King Box!

Was here for the first time today. Apparently my order wasn't the only one that went wrong. Apparently something was missing from another customer too. The employees seemed disorganized and haphazard. The very worst thing that could have happened has happened: The cheese was out of stock! By 8 p.m. no one was there anymore. That's why I couldn't try the Macaroni & Cheese Lover Chicken. I was allowed to choose something different and went with my Cheese Rösti Lover Plant-based Double King menu One more thing. I also tried this for the first time. One was otherwise quite okay with a little sauce, but somehow it wasn't for me. The second one I gave to a friend. This citizen had too much sauce and the two meat patties were burnt. We threw it away. Since there was no cheese, the chilli cheese fries only had a thumb-sized blob of cheese on them.

I like to visit this restaurant, the staff is friendly and nice, the food tastes great and is prepared in a very short time. The catering area and of course the toilets are particularly clean and tidy. I am more than satisfied and the ice cream for dessert tastes simply excellent. Thank you

Please bring your time...Lots of time. The food is fast food, but the production and packaging takes 40-50 minutes (really!!). So bring your favorite potcast with you and make yourself comfortable in the car. You should also be surprised... It must be so cold. Otherwise you could burn yourself. But the best surprise is probably your order. Yes... you get almost what you wanted to order. Because after 50 minutes they definitely don't know what they want anymore. Then they only want what they give. I hope I don't have to go there again

Small Burger King restaurant, friendly, smiling and professional staff

Even if the food meets this company's fast food standards, I basically can't give it a star because the service - including the subsequent customer service in the event of complaints - is poor. We got something at the drive-in while passing through Ordered Burger Kings. We put together some vouchers in advance via the app and at the counter then shown the code. Among these was the code for the Crispy Chicken Tortilla for 4.99 euros. When checking the order, I noticed that this burger was missing. The Burger King employee told us that the burger was generally not available there and that it would not be charged accordingly. We trusted this statement. A later check of the receipt (in the light) showed that the amount had indeed been invoiced. A complaint to customer service was only answered with a standard email. My specific request or even the refund of the amount was not addressed even after repeated requests. Questions have been ignored for a month now. Customer service: 6

Staff cheeky like nothing else! Instead of a chocolate milkshake I got a vanilla one, the food was cold, the whole restaurant was really burnt and felt like it was below zero. The lady had long black curls and there was no apology for the “mistake”. The order clearly said chocolate and when we tried to solve the problem we were told we were imagining it and their "solution" was a tiny dollop of chocolate syrup, which we weren't happy with. After continuing to complain, we were finally given a brown chocolate milkshake.

The last shop. Everything that is ultimately packed together in the first attempt will be paid for - that's another story. At least not everything that was ordered and paid for :(

Already eaten the best plant-based double Whopper - this time mediocre, the few staff worked well. 👍 But delicious as always.

A normal Burger King. Whatever the reason, the cola tasted like dishwashing liquid and the location smells slightly like exhaust fumes when you sit down (which could definitely be coming from the drive-in).

Unfortunately you have to wait 40 minutes for an order because only one or two people are working. And these two blonde women are always rude and yell at customers when they ask them to correct their mistake.

I was at the Burger Drive earlier and the customer in front of me was unfortunately still not finished after more than 10 minutes, the waitress and the customer said about half the time... Well, I backed out again like the car behind me and then went in in the hope of getting food. Well, I was ignored for 5 minutes even though there wasn't much going on and then I went back home. Thanks for nothing

Unfortunately, everything that could go wrong went wrong. Fast food is different. Burgers were ready relatively quickly. Side dishes (French fries curly fries) only came when you were at the counter several times. Fries cream was out, so you don't get any without notice. No forks.....cleanliness is different

Incredibly slow in the drive-in

The food is okay but it used to be bigger. The service is sometimes good, sometimes not so good, it always depends on the cashier. Prices that are expensive for you should be reduced, otherwise everything is fine

If you could give it -5 stars I would! The food is cold, the service has a tone like a colonel in the barracks yard and the "Cola" tastes like stale dishwater. The tray return is a heap because it is not emptied. Worst BK EVER!

Was at Burgking in Lengerich/Westphalia today. Well, the store was pretty good. But this has totally changed. Service that you almost don't understand. Then we simply popped the food onto the tablet. Super unfriendly service. The only positive thing was that at least the order was correct and complete.

30 minutes for a small order at 11pm during the week is really quite abysmal.

Unfortunately, a very long wait and then you are given a burger that wasn't ordered as an apology. It's a nice gesture in itself, but if you as a customer have already noticed that the same burger had already been returned before, that's pretty stupid. It's an absurdity.

Oh well. If the waitress understands you and you want to decipher the answers yourself... despite everything, everyone was very nice and did a good job. It was just a little more strenuous

At least 40 minutes of waiting time, with half of the orders coming back because something was missing or wrong. Orders were issued to wrong customers. Three employees are left alone while the entire store is full of hungry customers.

I will not visit this station again.

Warm welcome, preparation of Burgers with care and very clean establishment as well as toilets

Frequently changing staff, broken drive inn, almost always a language barrier when ordering and the food is subpar. Burgers slapped together and drowned in sauce, fries cold and/or unsalted, check nuggets could also be called semolina cookies 🤷‍♂️ I ask every time if I accidentally got them. And BK just added water to this disgusting syrup 🥴

There's just nothing wrong here. As a customer you have the choice of: A) Your order takes forever (we're talking about 1 menu + a burger). 30+ minutes. Employees stand at the checkout with their hands in their pockets. The display is constantly filled with burgers that don't seem to go into any orders. You as a customer are waiting. B) Your order contains errors. Here the drink is missing, there a portion of fries or products that are standardized at BK are produced incorrectly (a double Whopper quickly becomes a Whopper). During my 30-minute wait today, I felt like every in-house order had complaints. This then plays into point A again. Incidentally, point B is independent of peak times after multiple attempts. The “Kitchen” manages less than 1 order per minute during peak times. But the main thing is that the drive-in is continuously supplied. Criticism of the handling only causes panic among the staff. Which of course results in further mistakes, such as putting fries on the tablet while looking for the corresponding burgers. It's a shame if it takes several minutes and the fries get cold. Then you ask for a cancellation, which you grumpily answer in the affirmative, while the manager turns his back on the customer and deepens the criticism that the work isn't being done quickly enough by making him wait for the cancellation. Not a single word of apology from the staff, no offer to make up for the waste of time. And last but not least, if you say this clearly, employees will only look at each other with puzzlement. What the customer probably has the audacity to expect is an apology.

The food was hot and freshly prepared. Unfortunately the only positive thing. When we ordered we weren't asked which nuggets should be included in the children's menu (and we didn't think about it at first) and then we got the plant version. Luckily the children didn't notice, but we would have liked to have been asked. In addition, even though there was hardly anything going on, we had to wait a long time for our order to be completed.

Unfriendly staff and made us wait 45 minutes for our food. When we asked, we were only laughed at. There is definitely no fast food here.... Unfortunately, the latte macchiatto I ordered tasted totally like dishwashing liquid. It was the last time we were there even though the burgers tasted good...

Service great - was at the drive in Ambiance - was good in my car too. Food - would have been good if I had actually gotten a plant-based burger like the one I ordered. Mistakes can happen, please just let the staff know that if you want to eat vegetarian, please make sure that this is taken into account. It's not a problem for me because I'm not vegan or vegetarian. The MA are always nice and really sweet! :)

A complete disaster!! We had to wait 40 minutes for the order. The display was completely full etc. Not only were we affected, but others too. The people behind the counter were completely overwhelmed. Of course the food was cold when we left the store and wanted to eat it in the car. I will never enter this store again!

I wanted a burger without jalapeno and they added extra extra for me. I wanted fries with chili sauce and I got chili sauce with fries.

Food was ready quickly and warm. But that's where the positive ends. Oppressive, humid air inside and the terrace outside is just absolutely dirty and greasy. Hopefully the food is at least safe to eat....

Absolutely not recommended. Long waiting time and wrong burgers. (Meat instead of Plant Based) Sucks, in the truest sense of the word.

Absolutely underground even for a Burger King. We came into the store with low expectations and even those were miles undercut. It was really all a disaster. Out of 5 items ordered, one was missing and two were swapped. When we pointed this out, the staff was visibly overwhelmed, so you could get the impression that they were already overwhelmed by reading the receipt. Furthermore, other customers (who had similar problems) were turned away extremely harshly and rudely. All in all, this visit can best be remembered as an adventure. The whole thing definitely had nothing to do with system catering.

Always gets the orders wrong on drive in

I had placed an order, which included a Cola Zero, and since I had to wait for it to be prepared I was able to watch it. Apparently only water came out of the Coke Zero tap. Without further ado, the service person decided to switch it to normal cola without informing me. For a diabetic that would be a total disaster. When asked about this, the order was destroyed in front of my eyes.

I once bought a King JR for my grandson. He was very disappointed. Fries without salt make the nuggets soggy. And the worst part was NO QUETSCHI. Too bad.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to, I've been to this Burger King several times and every time I ate there my food was cold and unappetizing or they always forgot something and the employees are also very annoyed, act aggressively and don't pay any attention to the customers. I once stood in front of the checkout for 20 minutes just to order an ice cream and told the employees, but they never paid attention to me. I then said what that was about and how long I had to wait and the employee just said “you can wait a little longer and not shout around here” in an aggressive and annoyed tone even though I had already been standing there for 20 minutes and had asked normally beforehand. So if the employees don't like the customers and can't take an order normally, then they can quit straight away if they can't deal with people. The McDonald's next door is actually much better. So for those of you who haven't been there yet, don't go there. I would even prefer to give zero stars.

Burger King in Lengerich is solid. The burgers are okay and the staff is quite friendly. However, on my last visit the place wasn't quite as clean as one would like. Not a deal breaker for me, but would certainly help make the experience a bit more enjoyable. All in all, it's good for quick hunger while in transit.

Absolutely no recommendation! Better go to Ladbergen. That this shed is still open. Numbers are shouted like at an auction. Old wooden chairs like those at school. Employees fumble around in their bags etc. Bread is grabbed with gloves... Drive in you have to honk because the system has been broken for months. At the same time, everything that is being spoken to is beeping loudly. Just leave the shop.

Total disaster and you wait for ages, waiting 30 minutes in the drive in for 2 small burgers!!! And in the end there wasn't even a napkin.

There was nothing going on in the restaurant, we waited on the drive for ages. Curly frise was a mixture of old cold fries, so you look forward to it and are disappointed 😞 if it had been busy we would have understood... but like that 😟

Finally the hamburgers tasted good again!

Repeated order for pickup: 4 double menus were ordered, of which 2 large burgers were missing. When checking directly in the store (it's a shame that you have to do this at all), we noticed several times that something was always missing. The staff seems completely overwhelmed and is not properly trained. When they pointed out that the burgers were missing, the only response was an “oh”. No apology or anything.

It was a very warm day. The air conditioning in the store wasn't on, the cola we ordered wasn't cool but lukewarm and it was no longer carbonated. Food tasted as always, normal waiting times and the store is like others.

Today we were at Burger King (drive in) where a menu was tricked into us and we also received the wrong things. Overall unsatisfactory… I would like to give more stars but given the service it would be totally undeserved.

My family and I go here almost every weekend to enjoy a delicious meal.

Waited forever for the food, then in the large menu we got small fries instead of wedges, which were also soggy beyond measure. The organization appeared chaotic and the employees were overwhelmed.

What a disaster. 3 cars in the drive staff completely overwhelmed. As a customer, you are skillfully ignored at the counter. To compete without eating.

40 minute wait in drive!! & with 5 people just in the store...total chaos and overwhelm! Burgers like the last one were slapped into the bags and they were all cold!! And to the dear management, finally repair the intercom system that has been broken for ages... that can't be done, if you want to make money, these things should be common. You really can't give any stars for this!

Not recommendable, I just ordered a big king menu there. The fries were almost cold and inedible. The burgers were carelessly thrown together and the drink was tough. I ordered a normal cola and received a stale, warm ice tea. It was no longer possible to turn around and complain because I was already on the highway. It's just sad how guests are cheated out of their money.

I was in the drive in: waited 15 minutes. “King of Monday” ordered. Sprite and mayo. What did I get: Half full sparkling water with no ice and no mayo... That really makes you question your sanity😂😂

What are you selling there please? Stopped there today and bought something to eat. Order 328 and 329. Almost 30 minutes later I got stomach cramps and nausea in the car. A few minutes later started vomiting. Diarrhea and vomiting as a result. Got home with difficulty and hardship. Didn't get off the toilet until late in the evening. Headache, high temperature and still stomach cramps. It can't be true and you still pay money for something like that!!!!!!!!!

Just Burger King, but the car switch didn't work.

Burger bread slice was black. Fries were too salty. Instead of veggie mayonnaise I got French fries sauce. If you were vegan that would be impossible. Waited 20 minutes for the food even though I was the only customer. Staff very slow and doesn't say anything. With the colors and the children's tower, the store looks like a children's play paradise. Competition in the surrounding area is much better.

Kommen grade nachhause und die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlt, keine Saucen, 2 Burger vergessen, komplett inkompetent. Kann doch nicht Zuviel verlangt sein, abzulesen was man bestellt hat und das in eine Tüte zu packen.

Der allerletzte Laden. Nur schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Von fehlenden Gerichten bis hin zu sehr langen Wartezeiten im Drive. Der BK ist die letzte Anlaufstelle für Bewohner der Stadt. Am Drive-Automat soll gehupt werden, damit die Bestellung aufgenommen wird.. Gegensprechanlage defekt.. jedes Mal ein Ärgernis.. wann wacht das Management der Filiale auf?

Essen wirklich gut. Ausstattung des kleinen Ladens und auch des Außenbereiches recht sporadisch alles. Ist wohl der Größe und den benachbarten Firmen geschuldet.

Bitte lernt deutsch. Bitte repariert eure Sprechanlage. Es wird dort immer schwieriger zu bestellen. Da wird einfach immer was vergessen.

Wirklich nicht sehr sauber, alle Burger waren nur lauwarm, viel zu wenig Soße auf den Burgern.

Schon lange nicht mehr so einen guten Burger bei Burger King gegessen. Mit anderen Filialen nicht zu vergleichen.

Ab kurzes arbeite hier. Alles wird besser wie möglich. Ich sorge mich dafür. Danke ihre bewertungen. Ein angenehme tag wunche ich unsere gästen.

Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und das Essen war frisch. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Restaurants ließ zu wünschen übrig. Dreckiger Boden & dreckige Tische waren leider im gesamten Burger King der Fall. Die Toiletten hingegen waren sauber.

Personal freundlich und kompetent, Lokal sauber und hell. Kann man gut verweilen.

Vegan kann die Konkurrenz mit dem goldenen M deutlich besser. Und die Ananassauce auf dem Burger war leider grausig.

Die Tatsache, dass man alle Burger auch in der Veggie Variante erhalten kann, sichert Burger King einen großen Vorsprung vor dem Mitbewerber! Ausserdem sind diese Veggie Sachen günstiger und leckerer als bei McDonald's! Ich komme gerne wieder!
