McDonald's in Heinsberg

„10 Minuten am McDrive gewartet und man wird nicht bedient. Beim Vorbeifahren am Fenster wird man nur angeschaut, aber es passiert nichts. Es stehen mehrere Mitarbeiter da, aber nichts läuft – außer ein McDonald’s-Mitarbeiter, der den Parkplatz sauber macht. Selbst er hat sich gefragt, warum ich so lange dort stehe. Der McDonald’s in Heinsberg wirkt sehr komisch und unfreundlich. Sie verstehen einen dort auch selten richtig, und wenn doch, dann ist es sehr unpersönlich. Ich habe oft weggeschaut, aber jetzt muss mal ein Kommentar dazu sein.“

Tisch war dreckig wie sau, auf achfragen das er gereinigt werden könnte wurden uns nur Desinfektionstücher in die hand gedrückt und wir sollten es soch selber sauber machen Wände mit essen beschmiert, in der Steckdose war Ketchup Böden und die Decke sowie die Sitzplätze war genauso dreckig Das Personal steht lieber rum und quatscht anstatt sauber zu machen, was ja zum Service dazu gehört Die Damentoilette war genau im selben zustand unbenutzbar, weder die seife funktionierte noch waren Tücher vorhanden

Absolut unterirdischer Service! Besonders die blonde Vorarbeiterin ist extrem unfreundlich. Sie schreit ihre Mitarbeiter vor den Kunden an und geht auch die Kunden respektlos an. Aussagen wie „Was wollt ihr alle hier? Lasst uns in Ruhe!“ sind völlig inakzeptabel – erst recht an einem Ort, der sich als kinderfreundlich präsentiert. So geht man weder mit Mitarbeitern noch mit Kunden um. Wer Wert auf Freundlichkeit und Respekt legt, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob er hierher kommt.

Gut geführtes, typisches McDonalds Restaurant mit Drive in. Personal freundlich.

Wegen der Hitze gedacht um da ein Eis zu essen und etwas abzukühlen. Aber leider war es drinnen heißer wie draußen. Anscheinend Klimaanlage kaputt.

Der schlimmste McDonald's aller Zeiten. Keine Eiswürfel, widerliches Essen, gefährlich unhygienisch. Aggressives Verhalten des Personals.

Lauft bloß weg von diesem Restaurant!!! Es ist absolut widerlich und dreckig! Hier kann man sich garantiert eine Krankheit einfangen. Die Toiletten sind so nah beieinander, dass weder Männer noch Frauen sie wegen des Gestanks und des Drecks betreten können. Ich frage mich, wie sauber das Küchenpersonal wohl ist. Vermutlich genauso. Macht bloß einen großen Bogen darum!!! Ich finde, dieser widerliche McDonald's in Heinsberg sollte dringend geschlossen werden. 🤮

Unfreundliches Personal ( Frau Hansen ) weder ein Hallo oder Bitte. Ziemlich unfreundlich daher würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Gehe ich lieber zu Burger King

Die Atmosphäre war etwas ungemütlich, aber das Essen war absolut in Ordnung. Es ist immer interessant, in Deutschland die regionalen Gerichte zu probieren.

Die Bestellung dauert im Durchschnitt länger als in anderen Filialen, dennoch war es lecker. Die Filiale ist etwas schmuddelig und nicht ganz so sauber. Ansonsten war alles Ok

Hallo liebe Mecces Mitarbeiter. Euer Essen ist sehr lecker aber manchmal frag ich mich ob ih bei den Burgern schielt. Ich bestelle und mein Burger kommt bis zur Hälfte verschoben an. Bitte nächstes Mal mit Brille zubereiten

Mache eine Bestellung und hatte einen Cheeseburger vergessen, beim bezahlen habe ich gefragt ob ich noch einen dazu haben könnte. Mir wurde dieses verneint und gesagt ich würde die Zeit rauben... netter Service nie mehr

Das Verhalten einer Mitarbeiterin war absolut inakzeptabel und extrem unprofessionell. Sie forderte frech das Bestelltelefon, aber als wir kurz darauf zurückkamen, wurde die Bestellung ohne jegliche Überprüfung ausgehändigt – was beweist, dass die ursprüngliche Forderung völlig unnötig und pure Schikane war!! Solches inkompetentes und respektloses Verhalten ist für den Kundenkontakt absolut ungeeignet. Ich empfehle niemandem, diesen Ort zu besuchen.

Alles war sauber und der Service war sehr gut.

Waren kurz vor Ende da !Essen alles kalt hätte man schich sparen können da hin zu fahren einer der Schlechtesten Mc Donalds wo ich gegessen habe leider !

HSehr komisch Bedienung... letzte Woche um die Zeit habe ich ein purpel Menü bestellt und dazu gab es den girme Shake...und diese Woche bestelle ich das gleiche Menü und muss den Shake extra zahlen...sehr seltsam...nicht empfehlenswert...✌🏻🤔

Unfassbares Verhalten der Schichtleitung – Kaltes Frühstück & FrechheitenIch bin langjähriger Stammkunde, aber was ich am 01. Mai 2026 in dieser Filiale erlebt habe, grenzt an eine Unverschämtheit. Wenn ich Testkunde gewesen wäre, wären diese Mitarbeiter des Laden abgemahnt . Der Vorfall:Ich bestellte ein Frühstücks-Menü mit einem Frühstücks-Wrap. Der Wrap wurde mir eiskalt serviert – direkt aus dem Kühlschrank. Kaltes Rührei und kalter Bacon sind ungenießbar.Das Verhalten des Personals:Als ich dies reklamierte, wurde ich von der Schulleiterin auf extrem patzige Weise abgefertigt. Sie behauptete, das Produkt werde seit zwei Jahren so serviert und ich solle das "googlen". Während sie in ihr Büro verschwand, rief sie mir diese Frechheit über die Schulter zu.Ich habe tatsächlich gegoogelt: McDonald’s serviert diese Produkte natürlich warm. Als ich die Schichtleiterin mit den Fakten konfrontierte, ignorierte sie mich 15 Minuten lang wortlos an der Theke, während sie im Büro telefonierte. Danach behauptete sie plötzlich, es gäbe eine interne Nachricht vom 16. März, dass dies nun kalt serviert werde – eine Information, die nirgendwo für Kunden ersichtlich ist. Die Krönung:Anstatt eine Lösung anzubieten, damit ich mit meiner Familie weiter frühstücken konnte, wurde ich ignoriert.Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse (zuständig für Drive-In und Restaurant) würdigte mich keines Blickes.Als ich mein Geld zurückverlangte, wurde ich verspottet: Ich hätte ja schon "reingebissen" und solle den Rest gefälligst essen. Zuerst wollte man mir nur den Wrap, nicht das Menü erstatten, mit der Begründung, der Kaffee sei ja warm gewesen.Fazit:Ein derart respektloses, ignorantes und kundenfeindliches Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Schichtleitung weigerte sich zudem, ihren Namen zu nennen, und forderte mich hämisch auf, doch eine Beschwerde zu schreiben.

Ist halt ein MCs. Keine Besonderheiten die ich erwähnen muss. Toiletten sind weder sauber noch dreckig, Geschmack ist da aber nicht umwerfend, dafür hatte ich nettes Personal. Muss man selbst wissen

Personal viel mit privaten Zeug zu tun! Für manch einen ist der Kunde nichts wert und man bekommt entweder eine falsche Bestellung ausgehändigt oder unvollständig. Man sollte mehr unangemeldete oder durch andere Personen Kontrollen durchführen oder lassen! Hygiene lässt beim herstellen von Burger,Pommes, Sanitäre Einrichtung sehr zum wünschen übrig!!!

Und wieder eine Filiale, deren Mitarbeiter es nicht schaffen eine Bestellung VOLLSTÄNDIG abzuarbeiten. Aber mit den Kollegen quatschen ging permanent. Ach ja und am Monatsende seinen Lohn bekommen geht bestimmt auch. Vielleicht klappt es auch irgendwann mit der Motivation beim Arbeiten… 😒

Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht. Haben über MacDonalds bestellt und uns das Menü abgeholt. Es fehlten wie so oft noch diverse Bestellungen und auch die Überraschung fürs Kind waren nicht die, die man bestellt hat. Ja, man hätte nachgucken können aber diesmal hat man es nicht gemacht und dennoch schreibe ich diese Rezession.

Jeder weiß das MC Donalds nicht das gesündeste Essen ist. Aber manchmal muss das eben sein. Nuggets gehören seit Jahren 30 Jahren als kleines Kind dazu. Zu Stoßzeiten kann man hier auch schonmal an der Straße warten müssen. Kontrolliert immer eure Bestellung, es kommt nicht oft vor das was fehlt, aber wenn es stressig ist mal immer wieder.

Veggie bestellt, Fleisch bekommen und leider erst nach dem ersten Bissen gemerkt. Könnte kotzen. Nie wieder!

Sehr unfreundlich, man wird bei jeder kleinlich kein raus geschmissen, es war da mal eine gruppe wo man offensichtlich gesehen hat dass das Getränk AUSVERSHEN umgekippt ist und darauf hin wurden sie raus geschmissen. Sie vergesse auch oft Sachen beim einpacken. Nicht wirklich zum empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter lassen auch oft Sachen fallen und sind auch manchmal sehr laut. Da ist auch ein Mitarbeiter der jeden Gast in die Seele schaut obwohl man einfach nur gemütlich essen will. Also Fazit ich vermeide das Lokal.

Das Essen war eiskalt und ungenießbar, der Service unprofessionell und respektlos, der Boden schmutzig. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

also essen ist gut ist halt mcs aber ich war heute da und mein noch 1/4 gefüllter mcflurry wurd eiskalt mitgenommen. das hat mich sehr traurig gemacht weil ich wollte mir nur kurz eine cola zero holen und ein freund saß sogar daneben. bin dann zu ner mitarbeiterin und sie hat mir einfach nicht geglaubt ☹️

Ich finde es dort persönlich nicht so toll da als ich dort aufgegessen hatte und noch ein bisschen hungert hatte habe ich nach einem Schluck frittenfett gefragt und darauf hin haben sie mich dort sehr abstoßend behandelt

Es gab keine Bedienung am Tisch, und die Terminals waren nicht nummeriert. Das Essen war gut, und das Restaurant war auch ordentlich und sauber. ABER die Toiletten sind unglaublich dreckig; sie stinken wie eine offene Kloake. Das ist wirklich unhygienisch.

It wasn't always the best. The staff weren't very friendly and orders were incomplete.

Yes, it's not always clean when it's full, but that's the case everywhere at McDonald's due to staff shortages and low salaries. Delivery service works well 👍.

We ate here with the whole family on Saturday, November 29, 2025, and we all got sick, probably from eating here. The food was cold, the tables weren't clean, and the floor was extremely sticky. We'll never eat here again; it's a shame that both the quality and hygiene have deteriorated significantly.

5 star gourmet restaurant for the golden M

McDonald's is like any other. The food is awful, but it's fine for a quick snack. The staff is friendly and efficient, as always. The architect who designed all these properties seems to have a curb fetish. I can't explain it any other way than that every damn parking lot looks like it came straight out of hell.

The toilets stink of old urine and rotten fish.

Online ordering via the app isn't working! Points were redeemed and are gone. The staff are unfriendly and try to make you feel stupid.

I've never seen a place like this before. The staff ignored me for an hour while I was paying at the register. The place is filthy. I hope the food I ordered again at the counter with my card is at least clean.

Long wait and rude service. After asking when it was our turn to pay, not pick up our order (after 10 minutes), we were told to be nicer and wait. Receipts were scattered all over the floor and counter, and other customers were given the wrong food. Absolutely unacceptable, especially since the food was already cold when we picked it up!

We went to McDonald's today. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that the ordering machines were all full and the table stands were empty. We looked for a table, but everything was full of trash. The restrooms were the same. We won't be back.

October 16th at around 1 p.m.: This place is a complete disaster, and not for the first time! The young woman at the counter was repeatedly very unfriendly. Forgot to give me water. Initially uncooperative after being asked. Ordered two Happy Meals, one of which was packed incorrectly. Instead of fries with a cheeseburger, there were no fries, but chicken instead. The food was a disgrace! If it were worth -1 star, I would give it that.

I've seen other McDonalds that looked a lot better and cleaner

Ordered food today and waited over an hour 🙄 I clicked "as soon as possible"... The food was ice cold!!! McDonald's isn't that far away, but considering you have to wait so long, it could have at least been hot, or at least still warm... Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. It's definitely the last time I order anything there. It's not always nice there either; the toilets get full of pee/shat 😵‍💫 You could just check on them every now and then!!!

If you want to get a coffee for your morning drive, you have to let it stand for an hour because it's so hot that it really scalds you. I absolutely can't understand why something like that is allowed to be sold.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Burgers wrapped in paper are placed underneath the rest of the food, so you end up with flat burgers where the sauce and other leftovers are squeezed out of the sides, making them inedible. The ones in the wrappers are placed in such a way that the burgers slip completely out of place, and when you open them, you can't tell what you've got. I asked for a bag, which was placed on the counter with an unfriendly look. I was then allowed to pack it myself. Well, I wouldn't recommend anyone get food there. I'd rather go home hungry.

The place is so dirty. Why don't they close it down? It needs a health inspection; this is unacceptable. The smell from the restrooms is terrible. Kids love going there, sadly. They're always getting something from there.

Everything was great. I ordered from a vending machine. The food arrived quickly. Today I just had a quick snack. Tables were clean, service was fast, food was fresh and tasty. Restrooms were clean, and there was even soap provided. Parking was easy, right in front of the door. I'll be back. I'd definitely recommend it.

On weekends, it's full of drunks and there aren't enough staff. We pre-ordered and still waited 30 minutes. Absolutely no-go. Staff are stressed, unfriendly, and overwhelmed.

Absolute disappointment. I've already resigned myself to waiting 5 minutes for a single drink or 15 minutes for an ice cream. But to see my finished food sitting at the counter for 10 minutes while there are only one or two other customers is completely unacceptable! I don't get hot food just to wolf it down cold, because half the break is wasted waiting while the food is ready.

I'm quite happy with the McDonald's in Heinsberg, but unfortunately very little German is spoken there.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s via the drive-thru. I tried to order a frappuccino, but before I could even finish my sentence, a woman suddenly started shouting at us that the machine was already cleaned and they don’t have it. She literally yelled over a younger male staff member who was still calmly speaking to us. It felt extremely aggressive and uncalled for we were just trying to ask a question. We decided to drive up to the window instead, but even there, no warm welcome. Just cold stares, attitude, and a very reluctant “hello.” We ordered a small fries and left immediately. The same woman who had shouted earlier was standing in the background glaring at us. Honestly, it felt like we were doing something wrong by simply trying to order food at a restaurant. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. Definitely not coming back to this locaion

No, not anymore. It was pretty dirty, the restroom didn't work at all, and the staff were unfriendly and annoyed. It's been better, sitting there today after a long time. When the staff said it was dirty, they just said, "Thank you," in an annoyed tone. The Coke tasted stale, and the rest of the food was okay.

The vegan chicken nuggets are extremely hard and fall apart when eaten. Honestly, I've never experienced anything like this before. The staff brings the food so hectically that drinks spill over. So, it's not the best place. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. The staff are downright cheeky and give preference to regular customers.

Just a McDonald's as you'd expect. If you're in the mood for fast food, go there and you'll be fine. Checking your order is recommended, but that's normal at the Golden M.

McDonald's Heinsberg – A Disaster! I'm really disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's in Heinsberg. It was nothing at all! The service was extremely slow and inattentive. I had to wait forever for my order, even though it wasn't busy. Unfortunately, when I finally got my food, it was already cold and simply didn't taste fresh. The fries were soggy, and the burger looked like it had been carelessly thrown together. The cleanliness of the restaurant also left a lot to be desired. The tables were dirty, and there were leftovers everywhere. Eating like this is no fun! I feel like they don't care about quality or customer satisfaction. This was definitely one of my worst McDonald's visits ever. I won't be visiting this location again anytime soon. What a shame!

Very dirty, tray carts are full, the floor is sticky, the tables are very dirty, and the restrooms haven't been cleaned in a while. The staff sit at their tables (everyone is entitled to a break) and don't care.

An unfriendly counter employee snatched my receipt from my hand and didn't answer me. My order never arrived afterward, even though I paid 35 euros by card at the machine.

Something's forgotten with every order at the McDrive, the worst service I've ever experienced. "Oops, they must have forgotten a burger again and stolen a few euros, hehe, it can happen." I hope the place burns down someday.

Check your order at the MC Drive to make sure it's complete. The last large order was missing 6-pack and 20-pack nuggets. It's finally getting enough.

The restroom smelled very strong and the floor was sticky. The company needs to check more often. The food was served within minutes at lunch, and the staff was friendly.

My worst experience visiting mcdonald's in my entire life. Horrible attitude towards visitors that defies logic. I came to eat on a scooter. Going into the cafe I asked the staff BEFOREHAND if I could eat outside, on the terrace at the table with a scooter. I was told that you can! When I got my order and sat down at the table, another employee came up to me and asked me to leave, because even OUTSIDE , on the open area, McDonald's forbids sitting at a table with a scooter. I had to take my food and drink and eat it on the go, on the street. I'd like to add that the outdoor area was empty, without people. No loyalty or friendliness. That’s a real shame to treat people like that.

The MC Rib doesn't taste at all anymore, it's too dry, the sauce was dried out, the onions were dried out, the cucumbers were only two small ones on it and way too expensive for 5.99, the MC is worth nothing, it's simply impossible to recommend

The employee with orange hair at the checkout is more than unfriendly and incompetent at the same time. Very unfriendly employees and subtly overwhelmed. Maybe you should reconsider the job

Drive-in. Staff very unfriendly. At least you could greet your guests in a friendly way, extra requests (a slice of cheese on the burger) were absolutely not possible and my questions were ignored. The bag was handed to me without eye contact, with my back turned to me. Straw was missing but couldn't ask for it as the employee immediately closed the window. Very annoying. I arrived home at around 8:30 p.m. and discovered that the order was not complete.

Apparently it's normal in the store that the orders are never complete. Today something was missing again. Thank God the staff was okay today. Otherwise you'll go there and not be served at all because the personal conversations have to be completed first. If you say something you have to be afraid that they will spit in your burger.

Unfortunately, things have deteriorated significantly in recent years. There is nothing left for children except an old slide... Food is sometimes good and fresh. Some of the nuggets also taste like fish. Cucumbers hang on the ceilings and walls.

I think you shouldn't expect too much when you eat here. Unfortunately, it is always a mystery how an employee can no longer manage to liven up and package a burger halfway properly. Simply ridiculous, we don't even want to start talking about hygiene in most German branches. We really only go there in extreme emergencies

Unfortunately, something is always missing from McDrive!!! And eating in a restaurant is not an alternative either. Unfortunately it's just disgusting there. Dirty tables and benches, and when you enter you are immediately greeted by a bad toilet smell. Very unfortunate.
