McDonald's in Heinsberg

As is often the case, we received something that was not ordered.

The whole restaurant stinks of toilets. Let's not even talk about the toilet. Catastrophe. Never again

The employees are not unfriendly, but they seem listless. This can be seen in the facial expressions of most people and also in the cleanliness of the store. The floor and many tables are not clean and the tablet carts are almost always full. In addition, the toilets smell very strong.

Food was lukewarm. Some groups of young people around 18 years old inside who were quite noisy. The restaurant is quite atmospheric and there is little parking.

Once again the staff preferred to talk to each other instead of processing the order properly. 6 chicken nuggets were forgotten

Actually a McDonald's like any other, but it could be cleaned a little better (tables and toilets), there was no table service and no friendly staff on two visits. Waiting time unacceptable Update October 26th, 2024 - despite opening hours until 3:00 a.m., you were no longer served after 12:00 a.m. - an impudence - a shame about the time.

We ordered online and when we got the delivery we noticed that the dressing for the salad was missing and we also missed the muffin.

There was a strong smell of urine in the women's toilet and everything didn't seem so clean. But the employees were very friendly and it was tasty too.

Unfortunately, the burgers are often built sloppily (crooked). Side salad often not available

Even though it was very crowded, everything went relatively quickly. However, more salad next to and on the burger.

Very dirty, the blonde, tall girl with a Russian accent is on the bottom drawer. Talking to employees like that and threatening them.

I just ordered food. And when I get home I realize that I got 5 lattice potatoes and a cheeseburger that looked like someone had already driven over it. I don't even want to start with the M burger, it was definitely 3 days old. All in all, I threw it in the bin. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Food and everything was delicious and service was very quick but really disgusting, everything was dirty and we don't want to talk about the toilets at first.

Unfortunately it is becoming more and more expensive.

I hate to write negative experiences, but McDonalds Heinsberg is absolutely not recommended... at any time of the day

I ordered drinks in the car. I went in to pick it up. The screen showing the numbers for pickup was not on. The numbers were called. Still not my 3 drink count after 10 minutes. I asked because people who had ordered after me at the terminal were already able to pick up their food. It took another over 10 minutes for 2 coffees and 1 milkshake. No milk packets or sugar in stock. Was very disappointed with the service.

My order was missing fries, I got mc plantain instead of normal nuggets and there were cucumbers on the cheeseburger even though it said none

The older gentleman with gray hair and glasses plays around in his mouth and then fills the burgers and orders. Very unhygienic. No attention is paid to hygiene.

Opening times are incorrect. Only drive in from midnight. Absolute impudence. There is no sign that it is only drive in from midnight

Well, you go in hungry and leave with the intention of never going back.

2 Happy Meals sorted absolutely wrong and without toys, without sauces. Very bad service.

This space is way too small. Inside, but especially the parking outside. Doesn't pull at all. Staff is friendly and neat. Especially in terms of cleaning, 5 stars.

We ordered from MC Drive. The lady at the counter was rude and unfriendly. It wasn't like all HELL was going on. We were the only ones at the time. Even when she was asked about the unfriendliness, she was rude... without words

Worst restaurant I've ever seen, full storage trucks, outside it looks like a garbage dump, full ashtrays on the table near the children's play area, let alone the service. I waited 10 minutes at the checkout to pay and now I and my nieces have been waiting 20 minutes for the food we ordered. Something should change quickly!

I've always been very happy, but since the last three times my anger has been building up... Something is always missing, you no longer get what you ordered and what you PAID for. I'm just mad. Then you go back and say that you ordered something else or that you're missing something and you'll be insulted stupidly... Just disappointing!!!

Unfortunately, the cleaning is not done properly. They had just opened, no toilet paper in the toilet. The seating area was covered in stains. Child seats were really dirty.

One of the cleaner McDonald's I've eaten at. Sometimes it is a bit crowded and you have to expect a longer waiting time, but often you can order without any problems and take your food away within 10 minutes at the latest. The burgers are mostly freshly made and the staff is also nice.

Absolutely unhygienic and no interest in resolving any issues at the customer's request. This includes multiple things, but when I was told there were no wipes to disinfect the toilets after they were full of urine and the other employee told me something completely different and went behind the register and tried to give me alcohol disinfectant wipes, I heard about it to his superior, "No, he can't get it, he can clean it like that, we don't give out something like that," I felt disgusted. Of course you don't expect the cleanest corner at Mcs, but something like that is just completely disrespectful to the guests! If you're not cut out for the catering industry, you should work your way up to being a foreman on the assembly line :^

Found this café by chance today and enjoyed a little snack (goulash soup and lasagna) there. Soup was worth every cent at €7. Lasagne was good and at €13 it was in the upper price range. Service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortably warm in the glass-roofed annex. A little cooling there wouldn't have hurt.

Fries were very good, hamburgers as well. Service could be much friendlier. But that's not the main thing I expect from McDonald's. Toilets weren't that clean.

Food ingredients were like all McDonald's in general. However they knew how to make it taste not that good. Way too much sauce on the burgers. The meat of my big tasty flew off the bun and I spilled the sauce over my clothes... for the future please be more careful with the sauce

Food is always cold and they could use better cleaning inside. The toilets could also be monitored more closely in terms of cleaning.

Despite pre-ordering in the app, it took a long time, over 15 minutes at the drive-in I think is too long a wait.

I just got a burger……I had barely gotten home when my wife wanted to eat her burgers when she noticed something was wrong as soon as she took them out of the bag. She ordered two double cheeseburgers, both of which were marked as double cheeseburgers and were simple hamburgers. I wouldn't have written this review for one of them, but for both?!?You can say it was "consciously" wrapped.

I only have 1 thing to complain about, I have often noticed when I order that some products are not included. Guys, I'll pay money for it!!! And the prices aren't exactly cheap! So nothing against the service, it's top. The employees are super friendly.

One of the cleanest and also one of the fastest McDonald's I know in terms of staff. No comparison to Bürgerking in Heinsberg. Quality is just right. The toilets are always super clean. I can only recommend this McDonald's

Schmuddelige Bude von vorne bis hinten. Essen war ok. Pommes waren mal heiß. Service, na ja. Toiletten ohne Worte. Ich denke, das Personal ist überfordert. Schade.

Obwohl es nicht wirklich voll war, waren die Angestellten ziemlich überfordert. Die Tische, an denen keine Kunden saßen waren zum Teil sehr "versifft"...die Mühe die Tische abzuwaschen macht sich keiner - da stehen die Angestellten lieber vor der Türe und rauchen . Das Essen war kalt, Strohhalme und auch Servietten gab es erst auf nachfragen Der Service von MC Donalds hat ganz stark nachgelassen, in der Heinsberger Filiale

Irgendwie bei uns in Heinsberg viel Stress immer,viele Leute,sehr lange Wartezeiten, Toiletten lassen besseres wünschen, unhygienisch sehr oft kein Toilettenpapier, das Essen schmeckt mir letzte Zeit auch nicht so wie früher.......

Ich will, dass der Typ mit den Locken eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommt. Er ist ein wahrer G Küsse sein Herz

Ein toller Service. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der App, die auf dem Handy nicht so funktionierte. Innerhalb 2 Minuten hat man uns zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit geholfen

Altijd daar heen voor de mac rib , waarom zijn die niet in Nederland verkrijgbaar , zo lekker

Essen war leider zum wiederholten Mal nicht heiß.

Endlich wieder an unserem Besuchstag einen sauberen Gaststättenraum vorgefunden. Andere Filialen sind mittlerweile nur noch dreckig.

Mc halt, das Ambiente an dieser Stelle nicht mehr meins, Sauberkeit naja geht so, Service-die Aufsteller für den Tischservice werden einfach nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, somit gibt es den faktisch nicht ….

Goed gegeten voor een leuke prijs, big mac menu voor nog geen €8,00. In nederland hadden we al de €10,00 gepasseerd..een medewerkster had niet zo haar dag, zat met dienbladen en sausjes te gooien op de Counter en te mopperen.

Ну что я могу сказать.Этот Макдональдс не лучший но и не самый плохой.Иногда работает смена ответственная но иногда работает смена которая не очень старается.Вкус еды зависит от смены,которая работает в этот день.Атмосфера.Мне не уютно в этом помещении.Не знаю почему,но мне не уютно.И еще.Надо чаще делать генеральную уборку помещения и столов.Так же следить за столами на улице,особенно летом.Если шел дождь и закончился то надо протирать столы и стулья,что бы люди могли сидеть на улице.Да и постоянно не дают трубочек к напиткам.Даже мы просили и нам сказали что трубочек нет,хотя у других посетителей были и после нас заказывали кока-колу посетители то им дали трубочки.Вот как-то так.

Приємно посиділи та перебуди дождь. Затишно і як завжди смачно.

Wenn man kein Fan von interactionen mit Menschen ist kann man hier wenn man bestellen und mit Karte zahlen ohne mit jemanden reden zu müssen. Gut für schüchterne Leute oder Personen die an sozialen Phobien leiden. Das Essen ist wie man es von einem solchen Fastfood Lokal erwarten kann. (sprich schmeckt lecker ist teuer wann man Hunger hat sollte man bisschen mehr kaufen als nur einen kleinen Burger) Mit der app kann man gute Vorteile bekommen! Lohnt sich aber auch nur wenn man öfter als zwei bis 3 mal im jahr dort isst.

So wie bei jedem mecces ist es auch dort

Finde alles super aber ich finde ein Lieferdienst könnte gut passen
