McDonald's in Heinsberg

Now the entire restaurant smells like a public toilet.

It's a nice McDonald's next to the mall, I've been here a few times with friends and family, and the quality is consistent, even when it's only fast-food. The store is pretty clean from my experience, and when you order it normally is there pretty fast, even when it can get a bit busy.

Well, McDonald's. Coffee is always possible.

Had dinner here with my friends. When I ordered a milkshake, a younger employee with a gray cap and a mask was extremely cheeky. When the milkshake was ready he yelled at me across the store that he wouldn't run for a milkshake even though I chose table service. I then had to get up and get the milkshake myself while the employee in question looked at me angrily. I cannot recommend this store with these rude employees. It hasn't been tidied up or cleaned here for a long time.

I gave a good review with 5 stars 2 years ago and, as a regular, often went there to eat at McDonald's on Sundays. But I now have to cancel this good review and give it another bad review, and rightly so. When I entered the McDonald's store on Sunday January 19th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., I asked the shift leader (woman, about short blonde hair, slim, about 30 years old, definitely of Polish or Ukrainian origin because of her accent) whether I can now order something because she stood in the kitchen for so long and was constantly talking to her colleague. She saw me and ignored me several times... she made an annoyed face as if she didn't want to serve me at all. She said in her unfriendly, loud, annoyed voice: “Yes! !! One moment!! You can order something at the kiosk!!” and she looked annoyed at her colleague, as if she thought I was stupid. So such a shameless, stupid, arrogant woman, I don’t want to go there anymore and I advise my friends who are also regulars there are off! That's probably it for her visit P:S Mr. Managing Director, fire this impudent blonde, brash woman with a Polish accent.

Just what you would expect from a McDonalds.

I have always been happy with the food and the table service. However, the order and cleanliness is deteriorating more and more! The tables stick and unfortunately the floor underneath them too. The benches or chairs aren't exactly inviting either.

I got food poisoning from it. I just puked all night and the next day. I'll spare everyone further details here.

2 Happy Meals sorted absolutely wrong and without toys, without sauces. Very bad service.

McDonald's Heinsberg a pure disaster!!! The operator at the drive counter right now, do yourself a favor and find a place where you don't have to have anything to do with people!!! I don't even expect fake friendliness, but you can really save yourself from rolling your eyes and handing over the order hastily!! I am a customer who buys from you!! And my order was a junior bag and two large fries with commoners so nothing great and yet you forgot a fries and a burger and instead of two large fries I had to see at home that they were only medium!! Although I asked if everything was inside!!! I would love to bring the bag back to you and pour it out for her, but I'm too sophisticated for that!!! Since I don't bother coming to your store anymore, I hope you'll take my advice and find something else if you don't seem to be happy there!!

I don't often write reviews but the quality of this McDonald's is substandard. Very poorly prepared burgers, sauce dripping out, burgers not properly cooked (chicken burgers,) luckily they come to the restaurant already pre-cooked... big Mac limp etcetera, the fries were ok

Unfortunately not clean, rubbish everywhere on the floor. Service shelf to take away tablet full. Service team total failure in my opinion. Too bad!!!

Eating, per se, is what you expect. It's all ok. What's not so great while eating is listening to the employees talking about "sugger daddy" and the like. This spoiled the appetite relatively quickly.

The staff used to be friendlier. In addition, you somehow always get ripped off... placed an order, paid the amount and got less than half, what a disgrace! Plus, opening hours until 3 a.m. but only Mc Drive is open, what about the people who don't come by car? Such information would make more sense in advance.

It's quite modern on the inside, the ordering stations are also there, very cool in my opinion. From the outside it's still the most inconspicuous McDonald's in the district. The tables weren't that clean, I think wiping them every now and then would be good. The staff was nice and service-oriented, any missing cola was refilled immediately. Actually there's nothing to complain about except that the tables and seats could be wiped down.

Well located McDonalds. The parking spaces are occasionally a bit on the small side, but there are other shops nearby with spaces. For the rest, it is sometimes very busy and noisy with students hanging around. The food is always ready quickly and delicious.

Ordering in the drive-in went smoothly. The staff present seemed very listless. All sauces (ketchup and sweet and sour sauce) were missing from three menu items ordered. The apple turnover that was also ordered was forgotten. Luckily, when we checked at the last window before departure, we complained about the missing items. With a short “Oh, sorry.” I received the missing items in a large bag... well almost... there was only the apple turnover, sauces were still missing. After 2 minutes of driving, the fries could only be “enjoyed” cold. At least the drinks and burgers were right 🥳

Sorry, that doesn't work anymore! The entrance smells of urine. Every time a guest opens the door, the smell of urine wafts through the restaurant. I had breakfast here four days apart and it just smells disgusting. Today was the last time at Mc’s Heinsberg for me!

There is a reason why the score of the place is low. In my case I've ordered a takeaway with two hamburgers, but received cheeseburgers wrapped as hamburgers. They also forgot the nuggets. Check every little thing you receive in a takeaway.

As is often the case, we received something that was not ordered.

The whole restaurant stinks of toilets. Let's not even talk about the toilet. Catastrophe. Never again

The employees are not unfriendly, but they seem listless. This can be seen in the facial expressions of most people and also in the cleanliness of the store. The floor and many tables are not clean and the tablet carts are almost always full. In addition, the toilets smell very strong.

Food was lukewarm. Some groups of young people around 18 years old inside who were quite noisy. The restaurant is quite atmospheric and there is little parking.

Once again the staff preferred to talk to each other instead of processing the order properly. 6 chicken nuggets were forgotten

Actually a McDonald's like any other, but it could be cleaned a little better (tables and toilets), there was no table service and no friendly staff on two visits. Waiting time unacceptable Update October 26th, 2024 - despite opening hours until 3:00 a.m., you were no longer served after 12:00 a.m. - an impudence - a shame about the time.

We ordered online and when we got the delivery we noticed that the dressing for the salad was missing and we also missed the muffin.

There was a strong smell of urine in the women's toilet and everything didn't seem so clean. But the employees were very friendly and it was tasty too.

Not clean and in terms of quality much worse than in the Netherlands.

Even though it was very crowded, everything went relatively quickly. However, more salad next to and on the burger.

Very dirty, the blonde, tall girl with a Russian accent is on the bottom drawer. Talking to employees like that and threatening them.

I just ordered food. And when I get home I realize that I got 5 lattice potatoes and a cheeseburger that looked like someone had already driven over it. I don't even want to start with the M burger, it was definitely 3 days old. All in all, I threw it in the bin. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Food and everything was delicious and service was very quick but really disgusting, everything was dirty and we don't want to talk about the toilets at first.

Unfortunately it is becoming more and more expensive.

I ordered drinks in the car. I went in to pick it up. The screen showing the numbers for pickup was not on. The numbers were called. Still not my 3 drink count after 10 minutes. I asked because people who had ordered after me at the terminal were already able to pick up their food. It took another over 10 minutes for 2 coffees and 1 milkshake. No milk packets or sugar in stock. Was very disappointed with the service.

My order was missing fries, I got mc plantain instead of normal nuggets and there were cucumbers on the cheeseburger even though it said none

The older gentleman with gray hair and glasses plays around in his mouth and then fills the burgers and orders. Very unhygienic. No attention is paid to hygiene.

Opening times are incorrect. Only drive in from midnight. Absolute impudence. There is no sign that it is only drive in from midnight

Well, you go in hungry and leave with the intention of never going back.

This space is way too small. Inside, but especially the parking outside. Doesn't pull at all. Staff is friendly and neat. Especially in terms of cleaning, 5 stars.

We ordered from MC Drive. The lady at the counter was rude and unfriendly. It wasn't like all HELL was going on. We were the only ones at the time. Even when she was asked about the unfriendliness, she was rude... without words

I've always been very happy, but since the last three times my anger has been building up... Something is always missing, you no longer get what you ordered and what you PAID for. I'm just mad. Then you go back and say that you ordered something else or that you're missing something and you'll be insulted stupidly... Just disappointing!!!

Worst restaurant I've ever seen, full storage trucks, outside it looks like a garbage dump, full ashtrays on the table near the children's play area, let alone the service. I waited 10 minutes at the checkout to pay and now I and my nieces have been waiting 20 minutes for the food we ordered. Something should change quickly!

Unfortunately, the cleaning is not done properly. They had just opened, no toilet paper in the toilet. The seating area was covered in stains. Child seats were really dirty.

One of the cleaner McDonald's I've eaten at. Sometimes it is a bit crowded and you have to expect a longer waiting time, but often you can order without any problems and take your food away within 10 minutes at the latest. The burgers are mostly freshly made and the staff is also nice.

Absolutely unhygienic and no interest in resolving any issues at the customer's request. This includes multiple things, but when I was told there were no wipes to disinfect the toilets after they were full of urine and the other employee told me something completely different and went behind the register and tried to give me alcohol disinfectant wipes, I heard about it to his superior, "No, he can't get it, he can clean it like that, we don't give out something like that," I felt disgusted. Of course you don't expect the cleanest corner at Mcs, but something like that is just completely disrespectful to the guests! If you're not cut out for the catering industry, you should work your way up to being a foreman on the assembly line :^

Found this café by chance today and enjoyed a little snack (goulash soup and lasagna) there. Soup was worth every cent at €7. Lasagne was good and at €13 it was in the upper price range. Service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortably warm in the glass-roofed annex. A little cooling there wouldn't have hurt.

Fries were very good, hamburgers as well. Service could be much friendlier. But that's not the main thing I expect from McDonald's. Toilets weren't that clean.

Food ingredients were like all McDonald's in general. However they knew how to make it taste not that good. Way too much sauce on the burgers. The meat of my big tasty flew off the bun and I spilled the sauce over my clothes... for the future please be more careful with the sauce

Food is always cold and they could use better cleaning inside. The toilets could also be monitored more closely in terms of cleaning.

I just got a burger……I had barely gotten home when my wife wanted to eat her burgers when she noticed something was wrong as soon as she took them out of the bag. She ordered two double cheeseburgers, both of which were marked as double cheeseburgers and were simple hamburgers. I wouldn't have written this review for one of them, but for both?!?You can say it was "consciously" wrapped.

I only have 1 thing to complain about, I have often noticed when I order that some products are not included. Guys, I'll pay money for it!!! And the prices aren't exactly cheap! So nothing against the service, it's top. The employees are super friendly.

One of the cleanest and also one of the fastest McDonald's I know in terms of staff. No comparison to Bürgerking in Heinsberg. Quality is just right. The toilets are always super clean. I can only recommend this McDonald's

Obwohl es nicht wirklich voll war, waren die Angestellten ziemlich überfordert. Die Tische, an denen keine Kunden saßen waren zum Teil sehr "versifft"...die Mühe die Tische abzuwaschen macht sich keiner - da stehen die Angestellten lieber vor der Türe und rauchen .
