We always enjoyed eating at Burger King when we were nearby. That will probably change in the future. There wasn't much to do, during the idle time you could have wiped the tables, the counter and swept the floor. Everything dirty, sticky. Toilet a disaster. Mirror dirty, cobwebs everywhere in the corners. At least we got a please and have a nice day. But motivation looks different. My burger bun wasn't the freshest either. Smelled like toast that had been sitting for a few days. Unfortunately I can only give 1 star here, poor hygiene is unacceptable. And goods should be fresh. I have to agree with my predecessors on many points.

Update August 23, 2024 I dared to drive through the DriveIn again and was pleasantly surprised. The Wopper was good, the FlameWings too. Staff made a professional impression at the counter. Therefore lift. Apparently something is happening. Great. That's why I raised my original rating from 1 to 4. The original review When I got home (3 minute drive) I ate the worst Whopper of my life. Hardly any onions, taste wasn't like usual either. Crispy chicken wasn't anything either. Fries and king nuggets ok. That was the last time I go there —

Absolutely crazy. You wait 30 minutes in the drive even though there's nothing going on and then you get an incomplete order.

Disaster, you wait 30 minutes at the drive-in counter even though there is no car there. The order is not complete. And we don't even need to talk about the unloving citizens.

Unfortunately I have to say that the visit was terrible. Given the rush, there were far too few staff on site. Even though the young man remained calm and friendly, it was impossible for him to serve all customers in a timely manner. I have rarely had to wait so long. The toilets weren't really clean either, so there was probably no time left for that. But at least the food was fresh and good.

The food was just okay... Unfortunately there weren't enough staff and we waited for 45 minutes... Of course there was also everything full of rubbish on the stands and the toilets were really bad.

Yet again got home 🏠 and part of my order missing! Tried ringing but nobody picked up the phone

Unfortunately the food there is really miserable. Won't eat there anymore. Waiting time for fast food is also too long.

Fast food.....waited 35 minutes for the order, other fast food restaurants can do it much better. Then one or two burgers were missing and instead of Sprite, as ordered and paid for, water was given as a drink. NOT acceptable for me!!! As an operator, I would check the way my employees work. Unfortunately you can't give zero stars, so unfortunately there is 1 star even though that's 1 star too many!

Dirty inside, you wait a long time for your food. The work is very slow and the food is almost cold 🤮 Never again

Too few employees, waiting time at the drive-in for a single menu 14 minutes, no soap in the men's toilet on the next visit, asked the employee for information after 10 minutes of visible waiting time and she remarked clearly aggressively that she couldn't leave here, then She informed a colleague and after 5 minutes I was able to wash my hands, is hiring more people . Then it works better...

Better than McDonalds, but super slow service

I was there today and it was extremely dirty. You wait half an hour while other orders are given priority. Then you just say that the burger is missing and also forget something else. To be honest, I've never experienced anything like this. The food was still cold. Just disabled. Even the iced tea just tastes disgusting as if it had expired.

It's just not understandable. Wrongly recording the third order out of three within a few months is a travesty. The coupon clearly states: two Whoppers. A whopper and a whopper Jr. are delivered / the two large fries are two small ones and the sauces for the kids' Chiggen Nuggets are not the selected ones either. I can understand that you don't get professional catering staff, it's just a fast food chain, but basically delivering orders completely incorrectly seems more intentional than negligent to me. It speaks volumes when customers who were there before us didn't receive any food after us with the reason "we're missing burgers". Yes, can't this be communicated openly? The store is lucky that my children still use the name when they request food. But as soon as they realize that they too are being taken for a ride, that will probably be a thing of the past. Hopefully very soon.

Too few employees too long waiting time

Were there on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the terminals were all out of service. Therefore we had to order at the checkout. There were a few other people in front of us. We waited almost 25 minutes just so we could place our order. When placing the order, the employee was very unfriendly and unmotivated. We weren't greeted or anything. The worst thing was we waited 30 minutes for our food. Which unfortunately was already cold because the burgers had been there for some time. In addition, we ordered extra sauce on the burgers, but this wasn't the case. The meat was burnt and the entire burger was very dry. Not to enjoy. We had planned to eat there, but our food was simply packed to take away. We just ate there anyway. We asked the employee that we wanted to eat there and that it was really outrageous to wait half an hour for our food. While we were waiting and sitting there eating, we watched him. He took each citizen and everything individually and moved extremely slowly. The store was filling up more and more, so the line to order became longer. But he didn't take any more orders, so some customers even left. In addition, the shop was very dirty. The tables were extremely sticky, full of sauce, dead insects and there was salad and sauce on the floor. Otherwise we were always very satisfied. Unfortunately, because of this employee who worked very unfriendly and very slowly, we no longer want to eat there. Very unfortunate.

Was there last night at 11:30 p.m., that was the worst visit. When I went in I noticed that the ordering terminals were switched off and there was a huge queue at the checkout. There were only two people behind the counter, one who made burgers and a young man who was unfortunately very incompetent at the cash register, drive and preparation of the food! I waited almost 20 minutes alone until the young man took care of the guests to order. Unfortunately, you could also tell that he had little to no idea when it came to taking orders. I told him that I would like double sauce on my burgers and then he asks which one??? Well, there were two BigKing's? Then it's clear that I would have the BigKing sauce twice per burger... They didn't even ask if you wanted to eat there because he packed everything!!! Then after ordering, I sat at the table for an unbelievable 31 minutes and waited for the food to finally be made... I've never experienced anything like that! Even in the drive, people stood for ages and sometimes turned around before the drive switch and drove! All in all, it was a totally disastrous organization in the team, the cleanliness in the Burgerking (tables were glued/seats were totally stuck together and unclean!), the floor was also unfortunately very dirty and unclean work by the young man, who unfortunately wasn't particularly friendly towards them his guests and definitely showed a particularly slow manner in all aspects!!! And after waiting 31 minutes for the food, I unfortunately realized that the extra requests had not been taken into account, but had been ticked, which I found simply outrageous, because after all, you pay for the extras!!! When suggested, people didn't listen at all and simply walked away. All in one the worst visit!

Update: There's been an empty, dried-out soap dispenser in the men's toilet for weeks, that's not possible. Therefore, I am correcting the number of stars to 1 because I now have to worry about the operator's attitude towards hygiene. It always takes so long to get your food, even when there is little going on, and there are often errors. This usually leads me to direct competition, even though I actually like it better here. A pity.

There was nothing going on and it was so dirty...it was the first and last time I was there. The waitress just stood there and the shirt was so dirty. Burger King should be ashamed of themselves

How can it take so long for a burger????So it can't be that you have to wait half an hour even though the order was accepted. Nobody can tell me that a FAST food chain takes so long. Nobody really needs that long to make a burger, not even at home. Absolutely incomprehensible (there are two people sitting inside, so that can't be the problem)

Mega RUDE! ! ! The person I'm referring to is an Asian woman. She is relatively small and her eyes are almond shaped. She speaks with a distinct accent. She's always yelling at me and giving me dirty looks like she hates me. I don't know what I did to deserve to be treated like this as a customer. Everyone else was always friendly.

This Burger King is very run down. The drive in sign was hit and only fixed with duct tape, the parking lot is overflowing with trash. So I'm really negatively surprised that something like this exists in Germany.

We've only driven through the drive-in so far, so I can't say anything about the ambience or cleanliness. We always had to wait a long time (every time at lunchtime, where there is of course a lot going on) because the young woman from the drive-thru also had to serve the entire counter (it looked like she was solely responsible for taking and giving out all the orders - which is why still gives 3 stars). So it shouldn't come as a surprise that the friendliness fell by the wayside and half of the order was missing (unfortunately this also applied to the burger topping...this was missing from a "bacon" burger).

Last week I was shocked to discover how dirty the restaurant in Heinsberg is. The tables felt like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, and the floor was sticky. However, all of this is in the shadow of the employee who thinks she smokes in front of the door, doesn't wash her fingers afterwards and then eats burgers without gloves. We are horrified by the conditions that have not just been like this since yesterday! Not to mention the completely excessive waiting times. This urgently needs to be repaired!

Good Burger King, excellent burgers, well made and of high quality. Very different from the same Burger King in the Netherlands. Where the quality of the same burgers is very poor.

You can order something quickly and get good service.

A few days ago I went to Drive in the evening to get a little hungry. I ordered 2 burgers, chose the cheese and wanted extra sauce. That's exactly what I said. The employee got pretty rude and cheekily told me that just because I opted out of the cheese doesn't mean the sauce is free (I never asked and didn't expect it!). When I drove to the window, I heard her loudly making fun of it in the kitchen: "He thinks he gets it cheaper because he doesn't want cheese." Who said that?! No one! Very unpleasant and embarrassing, I will avoid BK in Heinsberg in the future!

28 minutes waiting time for a cheeseburger on the menu. In the end, the burger was lukewarm at most, and the cheese sauce on the fries tasted slightly rancid. Completely overwhelmed staff and unattractive atmosphere. No recommendation for this BK branch!

Very long waiting time (25 minutes) even though there wasn't much going on

Ordered 2 burgers to take away and waited 25 minutes for them to be prepared. I have no idea what's supposed to be "fast food" about it

On Tuesday evening we waited for 30 minutes only to be told that half of our order was sold out and that it was no longer available today. All the employees were overwhelmed. Sweet and sour sauce was also empty. In the end, after waiting endlessly, we left with half the food. Yes, it can be stressful at times, but employees should at least know what they have to do and inform customers earlier about what else is available.

Today with the fire horse we came across the King's soggy damsel at the bar. Felt like every part of the order was perceived as a personal insult to them. Completely non-existent sentences, I had difficulty extracting the core information from the young lady's mumbling. When you then place the order - with so little enthusiasm - something goes wrong, i.e. not completely. Wasn't the first time...

Dirty toilets. Tables not clean. The staff wasn't necessarily very motivated. Food was okay so far.

Werde dort nicht mehr hin gehen. Zum wiederholten Male bezahlte Produkte zum abholen nicht erhalten. Die Bedienungen dort sowas von unfreundlich und an Inkompetenz nicht zu übertreffen, bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin. Ohne die läuft da garnichts.

Öfters fehlen Bürger die man bestellt hat. Muss man immer nachschauen ob alles dabei ist.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommener laden. Aber sehr sauber 👍 Das Personal hatte viel zutun, aber nach 15 Minuten, bekamen wir unser Essen. Vielleicht sollte man den Parkplatz etwas besser beleuchten. Sonst, war alles gut

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass wir um 22.30 noch richtig frische Burger mit heißen leckeren Fries bekommen. Sehr nett, sehr sauber und lecker

Bin immer sehr zufrieden. Und wenn es mal längere Wartezeit gibt, dann ist es auch kein Problem. Die Mitarbeiter versuchen ihr Bestes. Wenn wir die Produkte frisch und heiß haben wollen, sollte man auch ein bisschen Wartezeit mitbringen vor allen Dingen, wenn zu viele Kunden gleichzeitig kommen.

War zum ersten Mal dort, es war lecker...besser wie die Konkurrenz. Bestellung ging recht schnell ...na ja von Ambiente kann man nicht wirklich reden.

Better quality food and service here than you get at BK in the US! - Your order is always made fresh, so expect to wait 5-10 Minutes! - Me personally, I'm a hungry kind of guy and a whole hearted meat eater, yet the plant based NUGGETS and also the DOUBLE WHOPPER (with cheese) are REALLY good (never thought I'd say that about a vegetarian dish)! -IF you gonna go eat at BK, you should stick to trying THIS (Heinsberg) BURGER KING, and take my word for it, DO NOT go to the only other BK location in a 30 km radius, which is located in Erkelenz.... (They TOTALLY SUCK!!!)

Da es zwar auf dem Weg nach Oberbruch ist nun für nach Party gegänger ein sehr gutes Fastfood Restaurant als MC Donalds ich Liebe Bürger King und man bleibt länger satt

Das Essen war lecker, es hat nur etwas lange gedauert.

Es fehlen oft die Soßen oder Nuggets am Drive Inn und die Mitarbeiter reden mit den Kunden ziemlich im Straßenslang.

25 min auf Essen warten bei 3 Bestellungen und 4 Leute in der Küche nie wieder

Die Mitarbeiter, die schon länger dort arbeiten, sind recht freundlich. Die ein zwei Leute, die regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden sind total zum Vergessen. Bestellt man ein Menü, gibts teilweise keine Servietten oder etwas anderes fehlt, aber Hauptsache Minuten lang während das Essen gemacht wird auf das Handy geschaut. Die Bürger sind von gut belegt, bis hin zu dahingerotzte Bürger. Ich weiß nicht, welches Konzept dort verfolgt wird aber mit Ruhm bekleckert sich der Laden nicht. Darüber hinaus ist die Hygiene an den Tischen meistens auch vernachlässigt sprich es klebt oder es liegen noch Überbleibsel vom Gast zuvor herum. Die Toiletten stinken wie an einer Raststätte.

Leider immer wieder schmutzige Tische. Bei Nachfrage wird mit einem dreckigen Lappen über den Tisch gewischt. Mehrfach jetzt schon überfüllte Tablet-Wagen erlebt. Die Burger, bzw. das Essen ist oft gefühlt wieder aufgewärmt oder Kalt serviert. Beanstandungen werden zwar akzeptiert aber besser wird es dann auch nicht. Filiale an sich ist schon stark in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kinderspielplatz ist teilweise scharfkantig und gefährlich für Kleinkinder. Mitarbeiter sind eher etwas abgelenkt oder unmotiviert. Man merkt das sie froh sind wenn's nach Hause geht. Oft fehlen Zutaten oder Nachlieferungen, dadurch gibt es teilweise nur beschränkte Produktauswahlen. Zum leid vieler unwissender, parken manche Gäste auf dem falschen Parkplatz (ehemals Netto Parkplatz) und kassieren schnell via Videokamera einen Zahlungsbeleg in höhe von 40€ ein paar Wochen später. Hier müsste die Parkplatzsituation angepasst und klar deklariert werden. LKW und Sprinter haben hier wenig Chance zu parken.

Essen war lecker wie Burger King halt, Vegane Bestellungen waren auch richtig bis auf die Mayo… leider habe ich die letzen Male immer wieder die „normale“ Mayo anstatt die Vegane Option erhalten obwohl ich die vegane bestellt hatte… Auch mit „Sonder wünschen“ hat diese Filiale Probleme werden einfach nicht umgesetzt und man erhält einfach den Standard Burger ohne dies zu berücksichtigen. Zudem waren die Getränke oftmals falsch zwei mal normale Cola anstatt eine light und eine normale Wartezeit ist hier ganz angemessen, Parkplätze und Tische waren in Ordnung. An für sich war das Personal auch relativ freundlich

Relativ wenig Betrieb. Burger werden frisch gemacht, was ich ja gut finde, aber die Zeitspanne der Mittagspause wird dadurch echt knapp. Pommes haben wohl zweimal den Salzstreuer gespürt. Waren schon grenzwertig. Bedienung war freundlich zurückhaltend.

Drive Through - der XXL Plant-based "Burger" war SUPER lecker und die Bedienung am Schalter war sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und ich musste NICHT, so wie bei MC Dreck und dem BK in Erkelenz, für deren positive Zählung, vorfahren.

Burger und Pommes waren sehr heißt und knusprig 👍lecker

Das Personal war sehr angenervt wobei man nur info gegeben hat das die Bestellung nicht komplett ist
