Unfassbar. Da fährt man einmal hin und die Bestellterminal funktionieren nicht. Sie zeigen nicht das ganze Menü an. Also in den Drive in... Da steht dann am Bestellterminal nur Barzahlung, kann man das nicht früher aushängen.

Ohne Klimaanlage das geht gar nix. Ich als Kunde würde ich nicht dort hingehen und nicht empfehlen. Würde wie bewerte👎👎👎

Draußen war es unglaublich heiß, und das Restaurant hatte geschlossen. Die Klimaanlage war unerträglich heiß, deshalb mussten wir Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen und im Auto essen.

Was das Essen angeht, ist es ein ganz normaler „Burger King“. Aber heute, bei einer Außentemperatur von 30 Grad, ist die Klimaanlage hier ausgeschaltet. Im Innenraum ist die Temperatur dank der riesigen Glasfenster und des dadurch entstehenden Treibhauseffekts so stark angestiegen, dass es draußen bei +30 „kühler“ ist als drinnen. Ich habe es kaum ein paar Minuten ausgehalten, während ich auf meinen Burger zum Mitnehmen gewartet habe, und ein Blick auf die Mitarbeiter in der Küche und ihr von der Hitze gequältes Aussehen genügte mir, um zu verstehen, dass das Ganze am Rande des Erträglichen steht oder diesen bereits überschritten hat.

Der Service ist wirklich leider jedes mal unfassbar schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter wirken so als hätten Sie überhaupt keine Lust auf ihren Job. Wenn ich über 20 Minuten für ein Menü warten muss kann ich auch direkt in ein richtiges Restaurant fahren. Essen war leider auch total lieblos zugerichtet und noch überhaupt nicht richtig fertig. Ich komme zwar aus Heinsberg aber ich fahre in Zukunft nach Hückelhoven oder Erkelenz wo der Service und die Bereitschaft noch was ernster genommen wird.

Mitarbeiter scheinen leicht überfordert. Wir haben am Terminal bestellt. Zubereitung hat ewig gedauert . Ein Mitarbeiter hatte da den Durchblick, hat flott die Sachen zubereitet, was drei andere zusammen nicht so flott hinbekommen haben. Er hat dann auch die überfüllten Tablettwagen geleert. Die anderen Typen waren meines Erachtens nach entweder total überfordert oder stinkfaul!

Die Portionen sind zu klein, anders als bei den anderen Burger Kings.

Also , grundlegend ehr der Burgerking fan , wobei diese Filliale leider eine kleine Katastrophe ist , gibt im service team echt paar sehr gute ( so nen pummeliger meist abendschicht der typ is bombe , hammer) nur die Auswahl für BK Klassiks wie tortillias gibts leider nicht in dieser Fillale . Ansonsten keine Mängel

Online bestellt und Bestellung nicht erhalten ! Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen !!

Bestellt habe ich 2 Double Chili Cheeseburger…..bekommen habe ich 2 Single patty Burger. Die Kassiererin hat Double eingegeben……Single raus gegeben. Ist das eine Masche damit die Kassierer sich etwas nebenbei verdienen?! Oder mehr für den Laden am Ende raus kommt ? Traurig das man die Bestellung vor Ort auspacken und kontrollieren muss.

Erstmal hat Burger King auf seiner App stehen das man hier Frühstücken kann- nachdem wir hier ankamen wurde uns gesagt das würde hier nicht gehen. Nachdem wir dann unsere Essen abholen konnten war auf den Tellern fast alles vertauscht was man nachher erst an der Belegung der Burger sah. Dann einen Schokoshake bestellt und nur einen Milchshake bekommen. Ebenso der KäseDip zu den Tendern. Beim letzen mal war er warm und flüssig , diesmal kalt und fest. Habe dann gefragt ob ich den in warm bekommen könnte - im Gesicht des Angestellten entstand sofort Panik , gestottere und die Antwort : is immer kalt nix machen. Dann hab ich ihm die Lösung mitgegeben das er es ja zumindest in die Mikro stellen kann um es aufzuwärmen.( er besaß die Manager Karte , traurig) Wir für uns werden diesen Laden nie wieder betreten

Das Essen ist hier nicht so gut das Fleisch auf den Burgern kannst du echt vergessen so dünnes Fleisch habe ich noch nie gegessen die Fritten schmecken so nach alten Fett das ist echt nicht normal nie wieder

Gehen schon seit Jahren zu Burger King, wenn es mal die schnelle Küche aus Amerika sein soll. Gute, mittlerweile auch transparent erkennbare, vegetarische und vegane Auswahl, von der sich mancher Mitbewerber gerne mal ein paar Scheiben abschneiden kann. Update: Ich war heute nochmal da und es gibt mittlerweile sogar veganen Bacon bei BK 🤩 Vegane Desserts wie King Churros, eine große Burgerauswahl, vegane Mayo etc.. Dazu ist die Bedienung super, alles sauber. Bin echt froh einen BK wie diesen in HS zu haben.

Schlechtester Burger King im ganzen Umkreis! Am Drive steht man bis zu 10 Minuten, obwohl keine Kundschaft da ist. Am heutigen Tage habe ich mal drin gegessen und eine Cola bekommen, die ausschließlich aus Wasser bestand. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen der Schuppen!

Zu teuer und geizig, man bekommt XL French Dry (viel zu wenig Portion) für 5 Euro. Der Service ist gut.

Bestellungen dauern meist zu lang und die Burger sind meist nur schnell zusammen geklatscht. Extra Bestellungen, wie extra Chilli Cheese Sauce werden zwar abkassiert aber nicht auf den Burger getan. Hab lange gewartet zum erneuten Bewerten, weil ick dachte, es ist einmal, aber nein, nach mehrfachen Bestellungen immer das selbe Ergebnis, kassieren aber nicht liefern. Das war jetzt endgültig mein letzter Besuch in dieser Filiale. Am besten NULL STERNE.

Die Bezeichnung "veggie" bedeutet nicht vegan, sondern vegetarisch! Passt auf ansonsten nette Bedienung

Heute im Burger King in Heinsberg im McDrive gewesen und leider wieder eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant ist es einfach nicht akzeptabel, 28 Minuten im McDrive auf das Essen zu warten. Der Sinn eines McDrive ist schließlich, dass es schnell geht. Im Restaurant selbst war auch kein Andrang. Noch ärgerlicher: Trotz der extrem langen Wartezeit haben zwei Burger in der Bestellung gefehlt – und das ist bei diesem Standort leider nicht das erste Mal passiert. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass wir dem Personal sogar noch Trinkgeld gegeben haben. Wenn man schon so lange warten muss, sollte wenigstens die Bestellung vollständig sein. Insgesamt sehr frustrierend und leider kein Einzelfall. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Nach langer Zeit nochmal zu BK gefahren und gedacht komm, probiers nochmal, langsamer als damals können sie nicht sein. Weit gefehlt, zur Mittagszeit in einem fast leeren Ladenlokal für 2 Bestellungen 15 Minuten Karenzzeit zwischen den beiden Bestellungen zu benötigen ist schon ein starkes Stück. Die Mitarbeiter wirken maßlos überfordert, in der Zeit die wir grade nur für 2 Bestellungen im BK verbracht haben hätten wir auch zu MCs fahren, eine komplizierte Bestellung aufgeben, wieder zurück zur Arbeit fahren und die Burger essen können. Zwischenzeitlich hatten wir Angst, dass der ältere Herr, der lediglich 2 Kaffee haben wollte während der Wartezeit an Altersschwäche verstirbt. Leider wird es anscheinend immer schlimmer.

Essen war schnell fertig aber mein chickentender Burger hat nur nur nach Soße und Brot geschmeckt 8.50 für nen kleinen Burger ohne weiteres ist eine Frechheit deswegen nur 2 Sterne

Gehe hier recht oft essen und eigentlich ist es auch echt angenehm hier, aber ich werde ab sofort vermeiden früher als 11:00 zu gehen, weil der Service so früh echt beschissen ist. Wenn man ne halbe Stunde auf einen Burger warten muss einfach weil es keiner schafft den vorn auf die Theke zu legen. Sonst aber echt Bombe, komme aber nur nich abends.

Meine Tochter hatte heute morgen Magen-Darm vom feinsten! So ein Saft laden! Unhygienisch bis zum geht nicht mehr! Ich werde es melden müssen, sagt schon darüber aus was schon davor ich von einer anderen Person gepostet wurde! Einfach nur Eckelhaft! Also ich war gestern mit meiner Tochter da gewesen, zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Es war nichts los gewesen, zwei Mitarbeiter waren da, richtig gelangweilt und lieblos. Von der Bedienung her wird nicht viel geredet einfach wird was gemacht und eingetippt, geht einfach weg ohne mir Rückgeld zu geben und mir nicht bescheid zu geben das er Wechsel Geld holen geht, hat mich stehen gelassen. Na, ja.... ohne reden geht auch.....Zuhause haben wir nicht alle Soßen bei gehabt in der Tüte bei den zwei XXL Menüs. Ein Stern ist zu viel! Ich werde kein Fuß mehr da rein setzen!

Schmeckt alles absolut siffig in diesem Laden

Es gab ein kleines Problem mit meiner Bestellung. Als ich nach vorne zur Theke ging wurde mir aufmerksam zugehört und direkt eine Lösung angeboten. Bei vielen Fastfood Ketten wird man in solchen fällen eher genervt empfangen und „abgewimmelt“. Ich bin mit dem Service und der freundlich Leitung der Mitarbeiter (besonders der Dame vorne an der Theke) sehr zufrieden.

War lange nicht mehr so enttäuscht von Burger Kind. Das Angebot war sehr eingeschränkt, das Essen hat Ewig gedauert, bis es fertig war, das Personal war unfreundlich und hat nicht geholfen, als einem Kind etwas gefallen ist. Die Mutter musste alles alleine mit Servietten aufwischen, ich hab dann Hilfe angeboten, aber sonst kam niemand. Ein Unding.

Gefühlt einer der kleinsten Burger King Restaurants. Trotz gut besuchten Restaurant an, einem Samstagabend, ist es immernoch recht sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Bestellung wurde schnell abgewickelt ohne große Wartezeit, das Personal ist freundlich und hat scheinbar Spaß an der Arbeit. Allerdings habe ich in anderen Burger King's schon besser gesessen, die Stühle sind offensichtlich nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt gedacht.

Das war nicht gut, der Burger war nicht warm, das Brötchen trocken, die Atmosphäre könnte eine Überarbeitung vertragen.

Wir wollten die Nacht zu burgerking, der bis regulär 1 Uhr auf hat. Wir kamen um 00:30 dort an und wollten bestellen am Drive in. Wir bemerkten das uns niemand bedienen möchte und fuhren zum Fenster vor, da kam dann eine Dame zu uns und sagte das der Laden schon geschlossen ist, die Maschinen aus, wir waren entsetzt darüber da die Arbeitszeit bis 1 Uhr im Normalfall ist. Die Dame hat ihren Manager gefragt ob sie uns noch bedienen könnte und er meinte nein . Was ein Scheiß laden, dann müssen die die Uhrzeiten ändern wenn die kein Bock haben bis 1 Uhr zu arbeiten. Nie wieder.

Eigentlich habe ich die Filiale immer gerne besucht. Mir ist auch eigentlich vieles egal und ich habe auch echt besseres zu tun, als Fast-Food Restaurants schlecht zu bewerten, weil der Käse meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig verlaufen ist oder ähnliches. Allerdings war das dann gestern Abend doch eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Als wir gegen 22 Uhr unsere Bestellung (nach längerem Warten, da die Filiale mit 2 Mitarbeitern komplett unterbesetzt ist) mit nach Hause genommen haben und diese dann Zuhause ausgepackt haben und essen wollten, fiel uns auf, dass an einem der Burger unten am Brötchen Schimmel ist (nicht grade wenig). Wie ich bereits geschrieben habe, ist mir vieles ziemlich egal und ich halte es nicht für nötig mich über Kleinigkeiten zu beschweren, aber Schimmel und das in dieser Menge ist keine Kleinigkeit. Ich hänge dieser Bewertung hier auch noch ein Bild von dem verschimmelten Burger an. Wie das passieren kann ist mir unklar, da ja damit geworben wird, dass die Zutaten frisch seien. Zudem ist es eine Grundlage, auf die man sich verlassen können sollte, wenn man Essen bestellt, dass dieses bedenkenlos genießbar und nicht schimmlig ist. Ich hatte gehofft, dass uns wenigstens neues (nicht verschimmeltes Essen) als Entschädigung nach Hause gebracht werden könnte, worauf ich im Laden anrief. Es ging leider niemand dran (wie auch, bei nur 2 Mitarbeitern), sodass wir wieder hinfahren mussten. Der einzige Plus Punkt war die freundliche Bedienung, die über den verschimmelten Burger genau so schockiert war wie wir und uns ohne Einwände neue Burger machen lies. Eine Rückerstattung hätte aufgrund der Bestellung am Terminal ca. 6 Wochen gedauert, das war mir zu blöd, sonst hätten wir die Möglichkeit gerne vorgezogen. Dazu muss ich erwähnen, dass ich bereits vor 3 Jahren mit einem Freund sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit der Filiale in Hückelhoven gemacht habe. Wir waren beide dort essen und hatten danach eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Etwas anderes hatten wir nicht gemeinsam gegessen. Seitdem habe ich diese Filiale nicht mehr aufgesucht und diese hier in Heinsberg vorgezogen, bisher auch ohne dramatische Zwischenfälle. (Soße vergessen, usw. passiert jedem mal) Ich würde mich freuen, dass wenn diese Bewertung jemand aus der Filialleitung liest, mir ein Entgegenkommen vorgeschlagen wird. Schließlich ist das ein unzumutbarer Vorfall für einen Kunden, durch den außerdem durch die doppelte Anfahrt und Wartezeit auch mehr Aufwand entstanden ist.

Der schlechteste Burger King aller Zeiten. Kunden, die nach uns kamen, wurden zuerst bedient. Mein Whopper war kalt, die Pommes waren kalt und altbacken und überhaupt nicht frisch. Ich dachte schon, sie wären aufgewärmt worden. Ziemlich enttäuschend für den Preis.

Sehr unprofessioneller Service. Bei meiner Bestellung fehlten mehrere Soßen. Ich bin extra nochmal zur Theke gegangen, aber die Mitarbeiterin glaubte mir nicht und meinte, alles sei vollständig. Erst nachdem ich erneut hin- und herlaufen musste und ihr alle erhaltenen Soßen gezeigt habe, hat sie die fehlenden endlich herausgegeben. Am Tisch musste ich dann feststellen, dass trotzdem noch eine Sauce fehlte. Es geht mir nicht um die 0,50 €, sondern um die Art, wie man als Kunde behandelt wird – lustlos, unfreundlich und nicht serviceorientiert. Wenn man keine Lust auf seinen Job hat, sollte man ihn nicht am Kunden auslassen. Was ebenfalls sehr negativ aufgefallen ist: Die Behinderten-Toilette war abgeschlossen, sodass wir unser Kind im Auto wickeln mussten. Leider habe ich vorher nicht die Google-Bewertungen gelesen – dann wäre ich wahrscheinlich gar nicht erst hingegangen.

And I swear: Since then, I've had more faith in North Korean democracy than in this burger. The thing was so greasy that you could use it to measure Qatar's CO₂ emissions, and at the same time so dry that I felt like I was chewing on the memoirs of desert sand. The taste of the burger was somewhere between a regrettable accident and a standstill in evolution. The rest of the meal? Totally okay. The service? Friendly as a priest on Valium, honestly. Respect to the team. But this burger wasn't a meal, it was a warning. A harsh, grease-slicked reminder that while humans can endure a lot, they have their limits. The cleanliness of the shop was like art: post-apocalyptic expressionism in ketchup. The floor was an archaeological project in leftover fries. Conclusion: If you're depressed, you shouldn't eat this burger; it actively counteracts any remaining joy in life. "Kebab Style Lover"? More like "Kebab Style Trauma."

Well, I've never experienced anything like that before, burnt, disgusting!!

No deliveries possible for weeks

Unfortunately, today was the fourth time in a row that something was forgotten in the order. The missing product was only discovered upon unpacking. I went back. The missing product was handed over, but neither an apology nor an offer of compensation was made. It seemed more like the employees didn't really care that I had to come back. Conclusion: I'll avoid this branch in the future or unpack the order on site and check it myself. McD's is definitely better and more reliable at that.

No mayo, no onion rings, no iced tea, is the store bankrupt?

This Burger King doesn't deserve a star, because I've never experienced such unfriendly conditions. And the burgers were heated in the microwave.

Food is like everywhere else at Burger King, and of course, it's a matter of taste. Since there are only a few staff on site at any one time due to the limited number of customers, they sometimes seem stressed and not relaxed when there are more customers in the store at once. The place doesn't seem very tidy or hygienic...not inviting.

Disaster. If you arrive at the drive-thru at 11:30 PM and want to order something, you're told: We're not accepting any more orders. We still have to clean up. When I asked how late they were open, I was told until midnight. Better pay attention at school, then you won't have to fry burgers! You chose the job yourself or got it from the employment agency. Midnight opening hours doesn't mean 11:30 PM opening hours! Next time, I'll come through your window.

I ordered a meal for my wife and me, and everything was fine. When I asked for another glass of Coke, the employee said without hesitation, "We don't give out Coke for free." I hadn't even asked for it—I was willing to pay for it. The woman in front of her had previously offered me a second glass of Coke for free and with great respect. My concern isn't the price of the glass, but the rude and unprofessional way I was treated.

I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even took my order – even though there was only one car in front of me. After that, we just stood there for another 20-25 minutes. The car in front of me had apparently only ordered a drink and an ice cream. There were also very few customers in the restaurant itself – so it can't have been due to overcrowding. When I finally got my food, my long chicken was wrong – no cheese, even though I had specifically requested it. The employee wasn't particularly friendly either. So if you're expecting fast food – in the sense of fast – you'll unfortunately be disappointed. The wait felt completely unnecessary. If you want to kill time, this is the place for you. Everyone else should move on. 1/5, never again!

My 2.5-year-old daughter and I went to Burger King today. I have to say, I haven't received such a friendly welcome in a long time. Pascal and Denise are both super nice. Pascal even went to the storeroom to look for a toy. Unfortunately, it wasn't there anymore, but it's the will that counts. The slide is clean, unlike the other burger chain whose name must not be mentioned. Burger King is lucky to have two such employees. I hope to see them both at this location for a long time to come. We'll be happy to come back. Thanks Pascal and Denise. One star is deducted for the ambiance—come on, it's a fast-food restaurant 😂

A kitchen employee was playing on his phone, received the order, and built the burger. After being reminded to wash his hands, he gave an annoyed look and disappeared... he probably didn't wash his hands, but scratched his ass... the food was left untouched. I will never visit this place again. We're in Germany, not Calcutta. RIP Burger King

One star is still too many. UNFRIENDLY and arrogant!!!!!!! ACCEPTING ORDERS AND THEN CALLING 5 minutes before delivery, saying they don't have any drivers. And I should come myself......

Burger King Heinsberg – Unfortunately, a disappointment! My visit to Burger King in Heinsberg was anything but enjoyable. I was looking forward to a delicious burger, but instead, I was served a cold and unappetizing meal. The fries were soggy and cold, and the burger itself tasted like it had been sitting for a while. It really takes away your appetite! On top of that, the service seemed rather slow and disinterested. I had to wait quite a while, even though it wasn't busy. The tables weren't particularly clean, which didn't make things any better. All in all, it was a very disappointing visit. I expect hot and fresh food from a fast-food restaurant, and the service at least somewhat attentive. Neither was the case here. I'll probably avoid Burger King in Heinsberg for now. What a shame!

Waited 20 minutes for 3 citizens

Just as you'd expect from a typical Burger King. Order placed at the terminal and prepared in no time. Despite it being lunchtime, it wasn't particularly busy. That was very pleasant.

Very rude towards disabled people! I am more than speechless! I was standing at the self-service machines and overheard a customer asking for the toilets. This man was unfortunately somewhat handicapped and spoke accordingly rather loudly. The employee shouted at him and was more than disrespectful with his volume and said he should not let himself be shouted at. The man then went to the toilet and came back with an apology for his disability and did not receive a single apology from the employee. Instead the employees stood behind the counter and thought they had to laugh about it. A real shame and disgusting in my opinion. I hope this is read and brought up in a team meeting. Simply disgusting how people can have no compassion or even a bit of sense.

I ordered food from Lieferando, and after it's overdue, there's no update that the order is even on its way. No one answers the phone either. I'd prefer to give it 0 stars.

A new employee recently started working at the store with slightly thicker, darker hair. The guy is absolutely fantastic, the food is significantly better and fresher, and the service is funny and motivated, something I've never seen before in this store.

I've rarely seen a dirtier branch. Loose toilet lid, broken access to the outside area, etc. Never again voluntarily!

Sometimes there are some crumbs on the table or chair, but overall it is very clean and you are served quickly.

It’s close . Suppose to be open till 1 o’clock Saturday night. . And it’s not the first time they close before with out a warning .

The staff is very unfriendly! They should be retrained on customer service. The food was very cold and had probably been sitting there for a while (the fries were soggy). It was inedible. What a shame.

Service overloaded, tables outside dirty

Very disappointing. The meat was very dry, onion rings were almost not baked. The best thing was the fries. You definitely won't see us here anymore. Staff isn't friendly either. The waitress didn't feel like working. Very very disappointing

I haven't been there for a long time because people weren't treated well there. I went there again yesterday... unfriendly staff, a cold meal for 35 euros. Everything was carelessly shoved into the bag. And it wasn't clean either. For me it is clear that I will never go there again. It's a shame there aren't zero stars.

Personally, Burger King always comes before the golden seagull for me, but I think this one in particular is a bit out of the way. A little love and its own driveway would probably be good for the location, but maybe it will be better if the shop opens opposite, looks like a net, but I don't know for sure. In fact, one burger will fill you up here.

Fries were cold and hard, as were the burgers... extremely annoying because it's just too expensive for that

I was there, they were so unfriendly, I asked something and they said something to do with my mother, so I think the shop should actually be closed, they're all so unfriendly there, everything was dark and the tables were full of rubbish and crumbs and the rubbish was overfilled and there was no one there, so Klara and clearly 1 star 🌟

The good thing here at the Burger King is all the free parking spaces. Perfect if you want to go out for something to eat with colleagues. I recommend you get the hot blondies with ice cream. Nothing can go wrong hahaha. It was surprising how often it was cleaned.

We weren't allowed to order anything to eat there at 10:55 p.m. because the super unfriendly woman didn't want to start cleaning until midnight. On another visit, another lady was present who barely spoke German and was overwhelmed with cash. Food also not good.

I've never experienced this Burger King so badly. Waited 30 minutes for my order and had to wait another 15 minutes for my colleague's order. Of course, in the meantime everything is a*s cold.

Eating takes too long until you starve

Ordered delivery from here and said it was confirmed. 90 mins later I called and they said they had no driver and wait until tomorrow even though I already paid. SCAM

You don't have to count on "Fast Food" in the drive-through. It takes 45 minutes to get your food. We ate inside a few times and the service was a little faster. A "large" portion of fries is simply a small portion. The burgers were burned (while it was very quiet) and with a double patty you only get 1 patty because it is forgotten, that is not the intention of a double patty. The toilets are very dirty, you can easily slide in here because the door handles are incredibly greasy. We have given this BK another chance a few times but this was the last time we were here.

The last time I sat in the drive through was 45 minutes. Disappointed again today. Unfortunately, you cannot order plant-based as the patties are burned until they are inedible. The other burger is missing a patty. I will avoid this Burger King in the future.

This was the worst experience in a long time! For a change we wanted to eat at Burger King. I always thought they stood for juicy flame-broiled burgers. Far from it. But from the beginning. When we entered the restaurant we immediately noticed that it was lousy cold. Hardly any guests and only two employees. Rine worked around in the dark kitchen and a second served guests in the restaurant and at the drive-thru. Neither of them went out of their way to live up to the demands of fast food. Our burgers were already on the tray when the fries were dipped into the hot fat. Accordingly, they were lukewarm and fluffy when the order was finally ready for pickup. Over €20 for that is a disgrace. The working atmosphere was just as frosty as the failed heating system. We were happy when we were finished and could finally leave this chamber of horrors. NEVER BURGERKING AGAIN!

Two weeks ago the heating in the Burger King restaurant failed and to this day it doesn't work. The employees all wear thick sweaters and as a customer you freeze to death waiting for your food!!! These conditions are not possible at all! Visiting the Heinsberg branch is absolutely not recommended at the moment!

Went there on a Sunday around 5:30 p.m. A normal 2 person order was placed (2 menus) without any special requests. The waiting time was 45 minutes, during which time I had time to look around. The store doesn't really seem structured, the tablet cart was full to capacity and the chairs were all over the place. The drive home took 6 minutes. Arrived home and everything was cold. Fries cold, burgers cold. I'm not talking about lukewarm or anything like that, no, it was all cold. Without reheating the food itself, it would not have been edible. Conclusion: Been there again after a long time and now I can remember why I haven't been there for so long.

Never had a meal as bad as here. My fries were ice cold and wobbly, the buns weren't fried well at all and the burgers were carelessly topped, even though we were the only customers at the time. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. The burgers were at most lukewarm and the patties were burnt in places. The sauces we ordered were not given, the young employee at the checkout was informed of this, so we subsequently received the sauces - but the wrong ones. When we brought this to the employee's attention, she reacted snidely and visibly annoyed. That was the last visit here for us.

I don't know what to really say... I ordered food on December 10, 2024. Lieferando confirms 35 minutes. Food didn't arrive for over an hour and the driver tried to give me the wrong order. So either he was asleep or the store is doing something wrong in the processing. On top of that, the food doesn't even taste that good... I would like to give 0/5 stars because of such a cheek. Then there is the fact that when the shop is open, no delivery can be made. I really prefer to order from McDonalds, I pay more money but it tastes better.
