McDonald's in Torgau

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. We received the wrong nuggets and only realized after eating a few pieces that they weren't the right ones. After exchanging them, we observed that the already opened and returned nuggets had apparently been given to other guests. In our opinion, this is completely unacceptable and highly questionable from a hygiene perspective. It was apparently a new employee, but even with little experience, it should be clear that something like this shouldn't happen.

The food and service were perfectly fine, but I have to complain about the fact that the employee with the striking pink hair used an extremely unpleasant tone toward her colleagues. I'm aware that the job can be stressful and mistakes happen from time to time, but then putting your colleagues under pressure in front of several guests is definitely the wrong approach to reducing the error rate. I hope the working atmosphere improves as soon as possible; this behavior is a complete disaster not only for the employees but also for the guests. Best wishes and get well soon

It's a shame there are no "0" stars! I haven't experienced such unfriendly behavior in a long time! When we asked to wipe the table, we were told that the colleague didn't speak German! Noticed once - we had a child with us!! In her anger, the young lady sprayed the table so wet that it all ran down, and we had to wipe it dry ourselves! Bottom drawer!

They don't learn. I gave this restaurant a negative review years ago. Back then, the reason was that my tablet was covered in traces of stubbed-out cigarette butts. Now, a few weeks ago, I was there and wanted to pay for my order in cash at the cash register. Yes, it says you can expect a wait, but 20 minutes without anyone even making eye contact? Today was my next attempt; after 5 minutes, I was able to pay. I had a meal with two Mac Ribs, a salad, and a drink. The search for a clean table was unsuccessful, so I sat down at the one with the fewest stains and various food remnants on the tabletop. My food arrived, okay, environmental concerns aside, but picking up a cucumber measuring approximately 6 x 2 cm, which was already quite dry, with a wooden fork requires a lot of skill. For the two Mac Ribs, they gave me two napkins! They used to give me these wrapped wet wipes, and if they weren't available, they would sometimes give me two extra napkins. My conclusion is that this is a completely disorganized team that unfortunately will never learn and prefers to surrender to their own inability to cope. I would suggest arming the employees who deliver the food with a rag and cleaning the tables they serve. The employees who put together orders should be trained on everything needed to prepare the meal. The same applies to the salad delivery person. The store manager really should be trained. Only a good boss can create a good and organized team. Even in the "kitchen," I saw a lot of chaos during the 5 minutes I waited. And I mean chaos, not hecticness, it's just a little extravagant. I can judge that, I claim, having worked as a chef for over 30 years. No, it wasn't a chain restaurant. But when I read the other reviews here, I don't think anyone cares. It's a shame, really, because this branch clearly has a lot of potential.

Absolutely disgusting food. Much worse than expected, but that's just how it is with McDreck. The staff is hard-working, friendly, and agrees with me.

I rarely go to McDonald's, but I have an appointment today. And I have to say, I've rarely experienced such friendly and attentive staff at McDonald's as here in Torgau. They have a good touch with the employees. The coffee ☕️ is always worth a break anyway.

Ordered from MC-Drive today. Among other things, a fish burger with no sauce, no cheese, and what's in the bag, complete with everything. You don't customize your burger out of boredom. And this isn't the first time.

Truly one of the neatest McDonald's restaurants I've ever eaten at! The tables and floor were very clean, and the toppings were also neat and fresh. However, everything has its pros and cons; the woman with the short pink hair gave off a slight impression of slavery. I sat at the other end of the restaurant and heard how boldly she spoke to her kitchen staff. I have to be honest, I felt a bit sorry for the other employees, which is why I'm only giving them four stars instead of five.

No, I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. When you walk in, you practically stick to the floor. The women's restroom was dirty, too.

It's actually getting worse and worse. Luckily we ate there yesterday. If you don't check everything straight away, something is always missing. Yesterday all the fries, sauces and even the sauces that you paid extra for were missing from all four meals. This was pointed out to the staff in a friendly manner. Fries were brought straight away and two mayos (those were the ones we paid extra for). When we pointed out that the other sauces for the meals were still missing, the lady just got annoyed and unfriendly. Every time, something is always missing. Sometimes entire meals, side dishes, or just burgers, etc. Always check straight away. Staff are constantly changing. Tables are almost always dirty. Two of the regular staff are always friendly. There's nothing to complain about. I can understand that it can be stressful at times, but you should at least remain friendly when dealing with customers.

My last visit to McDonald's McDrive was, unfortunately, once again very frustrating. I had to wait an extremely long time for my order. But the worst part was: When I finally got my food, parts of my order were missing! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened; it's a recurring problem at this location. It's frustrating when you're looking forward to your food only to find out it's incomplete. I expect orders from a fast-food restaurant to be processed accurately and quickly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

I only received part of my order. A Coke and a burger were missing. They also ran out of straws for my milkshake, and the chocolate milkshake wasn't available! What bothered me the most was terrible. My burger was completely cold and tasted bad. The food was prepared without care... simply a disaster.

Everything was very dirty: greasy floors, disgusting toilets, piles of trash in the restaurant. Despite asking, the problem wasn't resolved in the 30 minutes we were there. We cleaned the table ourselves. Some of the dishes were minimalist. We won't be back.

I ordered 45€ food and half is missing, it's not okay

Unfriendly and completely ignored when you spoke to the boss and wanted to give a hint. (3 years ago) April 2025 Overwhelmed with an order, forgot things and got the wrong product. A customer came to the counter and had the same problem - something was missing or wrong.

We visited the restaurant solely because of the Minecraft toys advertised. However, there were no toys available to select at the ordering terminal, so we assumed there were no more toys available. At the checkout we were kindly told that there were still toys available, so we decided to get one. However, there were no toys in the Minecraft menu. When I asked the employee about it, it was explained to me that the Minecraft toy was not part of the menu - information that had previously been communicated completely differently. I find it misleading and disgraceful to first promise toys and then not give them away. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was asked several times whether I could even speak German - an inappropriate and disrespectful response, especially from someone who is not fluent in German. The situation continued to escalate and I was eventually kicked out of the restaurant just for voicing my legitimate criticism. For me it was a very disappointing visit, both in terms of service and customer interaction. I will definitely pass this on and rate it accordingly. One star is still too many.

There wasn't a single clean table. Leftover food on the floor, the return full. The toilets were also dirty and dirty, no toilet paper or towels available (ladies' toilet). The food was dry, cold, minimally topped, burgers were already falling apart. The side sauce was completely forgotten. The staff seemed bored and uninterested. Went to McDonald's especially for the Minecraft figures. We didn't get any even though we asked if there were any left. In the end we were thrown out because we complained and the manager said they can speak German even though we expressed ourselves objectively and understandably. Very unfriendly.

I wanted to order a Minecraft menu with my family and only saw when I ordered at the terminal that you couldn't choose a toy - okay, we asked at the checkout and the cashiers told us that there were two pieces that they wanted to put in the box for us. In total we ordered two Minecraft menus and were expecting two dishes. When there were no toys inside, we asked again and the cashier asked us “Don’t you know German?” and seriously kicked us out. Incredibly unfriendly and I don't think it's justified - especially when you have to pay the full price!

1 star because 0 doesn't work. Johann ordered chicken burgers without salad and without chili sauce. But came along. Then they talked stupidly, Bushido immediately turned the place inside out. He hates links. Vanilla ice cream is also out. Just came here for this. Juice shop. My order number was also skipped.

McDonald's 04860 Torgau Over the past few months, there have been increasing orders of errors. For example, a Fresh Chicken McMuffin was missing a patty, or two extra patties were missing from a Caesar Salad ordered via the terminal with the two extra patties. These were still missing despite the bill. The frequency of these errors has noticeably increased over the last month! It's important to get into the habit of checking your order after ordering, whether at the terminal or the McDrive, and clarifying it with the customer service.

The fries were totally over salted, and we also noticed this at the neighboring table. The tables were not wiped down.

I have to say that this restaurant deserves "fast food". It didn't take long until we got our food. Other people were just sitting down and were already getting their food. The staff was very friendly and constantly cleaned. Unfortunately, you rarely see this in these branches. The food wasn't bad for McDonald's comparatively speaking. The burgers were warm, even seasoned. And they were put together well. Only the toilet was scary. For the men, the water didn't work. For the ladies it was extremely cramped due to the rubbish bin and the hand drying device set being very unclean.

After the first hour I still feel very queasy and the staff who served me had quite a jaw-dropping jaw (looked very much like drug addicts)

In short, the food just tastes bad. Everything muddy.

The food was of the usual quality, but considering we didn't order much, it took quite a long time. But the highlight was that you can order burgers at the terminal, which are not available at all. The reference to this wasn't particularly friendly either.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, if you order double sauce on a burger you don't get any, same with the fries. Instead of being crispy, the apple turnover is hot, lukewarm to cold and sticky. The napkins were also missing, but if you don't have sauce, you don't need napkins. Burgers were also prepared simply by slapping them on the ground and then arrived at the customer crushed and falling apart. Apparently you haven't heard of the principle that "the eye eats with you". The toilets are far from presentable. That was the first and last time I ate here.

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's branch was very disappointing. I ordered a Happy Meal and found a hair in my fries while eating - that's just unheard of! The hygiene here really seems to leave a lot to be desired. In addition, the toilets were in a terrible condition, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Cleanliness and hygiene should have the highest priority in such a company. I hope that in the future more emphasis will be placed on adhering to these standards, because as a customer you simply expect more.

The Chessburger tasted very good, but for me the sauce that was on it could have been hotter. The ice cream was the crowning glory.

Unfriendly!! After the food arrived cold it looked as if someone had sat on it. When I asked about a new burger there were pat answers and laughter.

When I ordered a burger from this branch today, I found a hair in the said product. When I tried to make a friendly complaint, I was immediately rejected and even after several calls I wasn't taken seriously. I find it very disrespectful that the employees don't see their mistake and want to address my concerns. I hope in the future there will be better customer service or at least no more hair in my burger. That's why I won't shop at this store next time. Also, I wouldn't recommend this store. Friendly team who try to keep everything clean. What doesn't always work is that some customers don't take any precautions at all and sometimes leave the table behind. Some crap plates are cleaner.

Torgauer McDonald's: potential wasted 🍔​🥤​😞​ The McDonald's in Torgau offers what you would expect from a fast food chain: quick and easy ordering at the terminal, friendly staff and quick delivery of the food to the table. The outdoor area and free parking are also positive aspects. However, there are some clear negative points. The cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The tablet shelves were full, the tables outside were dirty and sticky. The women's toilet was particularly negative: the impression was that it had not been wiped for a long time and there was a lack of toilet paper. In addition, the ability to wash hands was limited because the information about using the disabled toilet was on a note on the mirror, but it was locked. This is my personal experience and other customers may experience it differently. 🤷‍♀️​ Nevertheless, an improvement in cleanliness and the toilet situation would be desirable.

We ordered at the machine, which told us that there was no more Coke. Ok, let's get some fuel, we thought. When the order came we were told that there was no fuel and whether we would like something else. When asked, there was cola. But it only looked like that and only tasted like water. Maybe that should be checked. Wasn't the only complaint. And yes, the way you treat your employees should also be reconsidered.

Ordered McFlurry (original), tasted like frozen yogurt. Then I wanted to complain about it. The answer I got was “we changed our recipe, it tastes like this now”. I didn't receive any other flavor as a gesture of goodwill, etc. The ice cream I ordered ended up completely in the trash can in the parking lot. 4€ for free and nothing to see as a gesture of goodwill.

I wanted to order ice cream from the vending machine, but this was absolutely not possible. When informed at the checkout, it was stated that orders can only be placed at the machine. Only after very consistent advice that this was NOT possible was I "allowed" to order my ice cream next to the serving line. Then 6 very simple burgers were ordered today, with fries and a cola without ice, conclusion: 1. Coke tasted like a leather sole 2. The burgers were simply slapped together. 3. The fries were lukewarm. 4. We waited almost 14 minutes for the order, which was placed today, June 22nd, 2024. When I checked the order I was looked at askance... 5. The cleanliness in the store was anything but pleasant (the floor was greasy, you could see stains on the machine, the windows were smeared with marks/stains. I sincerely hope that the "management level" there will make a consistent effort to establish the McDonald's philosophy that has prevailed for several decades....

We have been disappointed again. We've been to the McDonald's in Torgau several times and have to say that it was the last time. This Sunday, June 9, 2024, it wasn't full around 7:30 p.m. I would say it was normal visitors. As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed that the floor was completely greasy. It was Sunday, perhaps there were some problems with the extractor hood or it needed to be cleaned again. We ordered and the problem was that the coupon for the vanilla milkshake was only available in conjunction with the reusable cup. When we asked at the checkout, the boss apparently told us in a very unfriendly manner that it was also available in a normal cup, but there was only chocolate anyway. It wasn't the first time we had problems with milkshakes in Torgau, sometimes there isn't any or you can get liquid not frozen ones, but oh well. So after ordering we waited at the counter where the floor was even worse. We watched the woman who was operating the MC drive as she coughed several times into her hand and, fortunately, not ours, finished the next set of fries without cleaning it. Then we got our order and since we always had it that in Torgau it wasn't right when you take away, we checked and saw something wrong again. After I pointed this out to them, the wrong burger was thrown on the shelf and the right one was given to me. We were there the last time. I ask that this be checked and it would be desirable for hygiene to be checked more often. Very bad there.

Really bad. A lot of money for not good food. Chicken McNuggets were forgotten at the beginning of the order. I got this at the issue. But once I opened my Big Tasty Bacon, it was over. The roll looked very strange, thrown in the packaging I would say that's putting it in a friendly way. So when I finally got this citizen out of the package and luckily only lost half of the contents, I realized that the cheese wasn't really melted and the citizen was cold. Very disappointing for the now very expensive products.

Can I rightly expect that the waitress can also read the order? I guess so. Then how can you forget the BigTasty? First on the list. A bill of 44 euros and the most expensive burger in the order is missing. Am I overreacting? No. If I walked out without paying, you would open a barrel too, right?! I paid but no goods. Thanks. I know you can do without me, as full as the store was, but you're welcome too. You won't see me again because it wasn't the first time this happened. Unfortunately 🫡

I have never seen such a busy McDonald's with so many employees in the kitchen. The menus would be prepared quickly and delivered to the table. My daughter also received her balloon upon request. :-D

Eating like any other branch, but was disturbed by small tans

Ordered shakes with chocolate sauce, paid extra for them and didn't receive any, it's a shame...

For a quick time...it's ok. Unfortunately the floor is still sticky. I'm there on average every 4 weeks.

Donald's works like this, in the mcdrive you can wait longer than 10 or 15 minutes if it's reasonably full inside. Every now and then something is forgotten when ordering, but if you don't check it, it's your own fault. Otherwise, the friendliness of the employees could certainly be improved. All in all ok.

Went there for the first and last time yesterday! Dangerous to health, dirty and unfriendly. I ordered a crispy burger with chicken and on the thicker side it was partially raw(!). Started eating the thinner side, which is why I only noticed it halfway through. I then complained about it and had to say cheekily: "Great. You'll only notice that when you've eaten half of it. You'll notice something like that beforehand." Got a new one. Half raw again. Impossible!!! Last but not least: The table we sat at was dirty and there were no promotional glasses either

I used the order monitor/order kiosk and started scanning a coupon only to realize that the touch function of the device was broken and I couldn't enter anything else. That also explained the cursing of the customer in front of me. I wanted to redeem the coupon at the checkout, but it was invalid. Two employees and ultimately the shift management dealt with this; no one seemed to be interested in the device defect. The shift manager repeated her employees' words that the coupon was now invalid. When I asked how we could solve the problem, I was told that there was nothing she could do about it, that this wasn't her technique. I would say failed in terms of troubleshooting skills. I thanked him and left the store without purchasing anything. It will also be my last visit to this branch, even though I live in the area. The rating of the food refers to other visits to this branch, at which time I ate there.

Next time I want to stand in the drive-thru for half an hour for three breakfast items, I'll come back...

I fell on my face in front of the checkout because it was extremely slippery (greasy) and no one laughed. Also, no one helped me. I would still come back. It was definitely worth it to me. 😂

We go here often, but there is never soy milk and so I always missed out on the latte macchiato.😏 This has never happened to me at any other place.

Bei allen McDonald's hängen Sauberkeit und Bestellwartezeiten von der Schicht ab. Dies ist keine Ausnahme. Es gibt immer schief gefaltete Burger. Tische sind oft schmutzig. Es gibt Einsparungen beim Personal, aber buchstäblich 1 zusätzliche Person pro Schicht würde die Situation in allen Restaurants deutlich verbessern!
