When there's little going on, the drive-inn is very friendly. When there's a lot going on, there's a lot going on.

Impudence! We were in McDonalds for 3 hours and ate something and talked. We had to pay a parking fee of €50.00 because you can only park there for 2 hours. The license plate is recorded when driving in. Most expensive McDonald's visit ever. I won't go here anymore!

A McDonald's like any other, a bit small and cramped but ok. The food was ready quickly. The employee with the 1977 tattoo on his neck should be named Employee of the Year. He was very nice and attentive. Immediately wiped every table and cleaned up trash. I haven't come across such a decent store in a long time.

Ordered from the DriveIn today and things were missing again. Every time we eat on site or take food home, little things are missing. Today, however, the netted potatoes and sauces were missing. The most ridiculous thing is that if you order a burger with bacon you get 1 strip of bacon no bigger than a nugget! You pay a lot of money and only have trouble with the orders! And I don't think there's any need to mention what the burgers look like. And thank you for missing things even in the Happy Meal! Children are really happy when things are missing, like fries or gifts! World class

This used to be a great McDonalds Went there today and ordered something... at the McMenu the cashier refused to give me a second fries as a side dish instead of the drink. The surprise is missing again in the Happy Meal (of course great if you bring it home and the child asks you why there are no surprises anymore) The "M" that I specifically ordered without fried onions, the employees probably didn't scrape off all the fried onions from the finished burger. Simply bad, forget parts of the orders and don't make any effort, unfriendly and can't even speak German, I paid €6 for anything else, store NOT recommended.

Food is okay, sometimes it's a little lukewarm. You can't complain about the service either

⚠️ATTENTION RIP-OFF⚠️ Went to the restaurant with a small group of guests after 9 p.m. Reordered several times and sat together and talked for a long time. Now comes a fee notice from PARKDEPOT for €65!!! The minimum permitted parking time of over 2 hours was exceeded...- even though we were guests IN the restaurant the whole time and the parking lot was completely empty due to the late time. The car / license plate is automatically photographed when entering the parking lot.....👎👎👎👎👎

The restaurant saved my life in the literal sense of the word, because I could charge my phone here with a freshly purchased charger from Media Markt.

I ordered a cheeseburger and instead of ketchup and mustard, my cheeseburger had mayonnaise and chili sauce. I also ordered a Cole without ice cream and got it with ice cream. The fries were dried out and unsalted. Inedible!!!!

Actually, we were always happy every now and then, but we've never had anything like today! Drive ordering process: after repeating the app code 8 times and being told again and again it doesn't work and again it doesn't work, we decided to just drive. I ask you to win something and the code never works 🧐 Well! We had it today for the first time, and since the staff didn't know what to do, we left without anything 😔

Best McDonald's far and wide. The food always tastes very fresh and delicious, is ready quickly and brought to the table. It could be a little cleaner but otherwise really great!

Unfortunately, when we went to the Mc Café to get desserts or coffee, we were not noticed or ignored by the busy employees (gossips at the normal counter). We were still ignored even when we asked. We then go into town to a café. Very bad service!! 2 stars only because of the standard food.

The food was okay, just the typical fast food standard. Unfortunately, the atmosphere didn't really convince me - it seemed a bit uncomfortable. It's fine for a quick snack, but overall it was mediocre.

So we arrived and ordered on the monitor. The food was supposed to come to the table and it did. It just felt like every table and floor was dirty! One condition then wiped the table but can hardly speak German. What I found very nice was that they threw a lot of Oreos on it at McFlurry. I also passed on the feedback on the receipt. Hope it's cleaner next time

What's there to say about McDonald's...classic fast food. Ordered and paid online...then picked up at the drive-in counter using the code you received...quick and completely uncomplicated.

The food is delicious fast food that you can eat every now and then. It tastes okay. The service is also quite okay, not always friendly. The ambience is also quite okay.

Food is classic fast food, but has now become my comfort food. Service is top notch and is very fast even when the restaurant is full. You can argue about the ambience, sometimes the tables are dirty or the floor is sticky.

The worst McD in the last 10 years. A thorough overhaul would be necessary here in order to bring the branch up to the level of the remaining 1,500 branches in Germany. We felt very uncomfortable so we left straight away. A pity!

You order something on the drive and you only get half of it from the subtenant. Looked in three times and looked at the display three times. People learn better. Terrible. That's why I live like that. I don't eat anymore. It happened too often. That was the last time

Had dinner here today and I would like to say a big compliment to the service staff! Also pay attention to cleanliness in between.

Very hard-working staff who remain friendly despite the high number of visitors and also do cleaning and clearing away.

The service was a complete disaster, today I was ordering and three things were left unserved and when I got up to go to the shop there were two girls, a super unfriendly blonde who, since I don't speak German well, totally ignored me, her colleague, the same one, had to assist me. When I asked for my drink again, they forgot to serve me in a rude manner… On top of that, the mistake was theirs. I will never return

I got a parking ticket there for €50 just because I parked longer than the stated parking time. Unbelievably a disgrace.

I was shocked by the price, €11.69 for the Mc Menu Grand BBQ Cheese... You won't see me at McDonalds any time soon! It's just a shame for the branch, they can't do anything about it

The service is good, the food is very tasty, it is very neat, but it is not so good that the McDonald's is so remote from the city.

Unfortunately I had to give one star, it just doesn't taste good. Big Mac only has half a kilo of suse in it. Dip given wrong ice cream the gift is up to the middle so the pictures don't correspond at all I complained but the staff was fresh and said the pictures don't do anything for him Ni again very disappointed.

Finally there are burgers where you don't have to worry that it will only be lukewarm... The fries are brutal 😎

I ordered via the app and waited inside until it was ready. The employee who was responsible for my order couldn't tell two orders apart and was correspondingly frustrated. The way she put the food in the bag is what I normally do with the residual waste at home. The burger had half of the cheese slice hanging next to the burger - yes, it's supposed to be quick, but you should at least be able to expect that all the ingredients are ON the burger and not next to it.

I was there today at 1:20 a.m., well, as always, I ordered something at the mcdrive, because I made the classic mistake of not checking the order, now the chicken mcnuggets are missing, now I'm sitting there like a maniac and I'm hungry...

After a long time we were back because our table was dirty and smeared with ketchup and the bottom of the table wasn't any better!!! While we were eating we were suddenly disturbed by an employee who swept the tables downstairs between our feet...

Negative: Length of waiting time Positive: The shift manager apologizes and there is something free for the waiting time. Cons: When you go to the take-away menu at home, you notice that the French fries are missing. There is therefore no more than one star!

McDonald’s in einem Einkaufszentrum - als wir da waren war knallevoll, die Leute hatten das aber gut im Griff

Ein gutes McDonalds Restaurant, manchmal ein wenig Hektik und Sprachprobleme, dadurch auch ab und zu fehlende Essen.

Für den Hunger zwischendurch sehr zu empfehlen

Typischer Vertreter seiner Art. Gut besucht habe ich trotzdem nicht lange Warten müssen auf mein Essen. Es war frisch zubereitet und schmeckte wie von McDonalds erwartet. Der Laden ist sehr sauber.

Ist ein relativ guter Mces. Sauber. Leider fehlten beim drive in öfter mal Teile der Bestellung oder gewünschte Extras wie Salz oder sowas. Wartezeiten sind in Ordnung.

Der neue Big Mac ist denen gut gelungen! Nette Bedienung.

Selten einen so sauberen McDonald's gesehen. Hier wird ständig geputzt. Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war schnell da und freundlich. Essen war heiß, Pommes kross, alles ordentlich serviert. Ein Lob an die Mitarbeiter hier.

Un McDonald's comme tout autre, on ne retrouve pas les mêmes aliments qu'en France.

Um MC incrível com um atendimento e limpeza impecável. A comida veio rápida e serviram na mesa. O que faltou foi funcionar as tomadas de carregamento para aparelhos.

Kurz zum Essen - man bestellt zwei Hamburger ohne Gurken und bekommt beide dennoch mit Gurken, das bestellete Ketchup haben wir nie gesehen. Das Personal ist unterste Klasse - ewig lange wartezeiten beim McDrive obwohl sonst niemand dort war, zudem lässt die Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig. Keine Ahnung wer dieses Franchise betreibt, aber die Qualität der Mitarbeiter ist äußerst mangelhaft, vor allem die Kundenbetreung ist untragbar, man möchte doch nur etwas besser als Dreck behandelt werden - höheres ist von McDonalds von vorne herein nicht zu erwarten. Fazit - nie wieder McDonalds Landau

Das schlechteste und unfreundlichste McDonalds in Deutschland !!! Erst mal hab ich ewig lange gewartet bis ich mal bestellen konnte (driveIn) und dort war der junge man schon unfreundlich, als ich dann am Fenster stand musste ich ewig lange auf mein essen warten. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich dann meine Karte an das Lesegerät gehalten, als ich dann mein Essen hatte und schon auf der Straße war rannte ein Mitarbeiter mir hinter und sprang mir vors Auto. Als er dann vor dem auto war musste er erstmal noch meine Motorhaube antatschen, dann war er direkt sehr unfreundlich. DU hast nicht gezahlt!, ich habe dann gesagt doch habe ich und er meinte dann Vorgang abgebrochen was ja kein Problem ist dann versuchen wir das einfach nochmal. Haben wir auch und ich meinte dann nur nochmal das man dass auch freundlicher machen kann, dann sagte er er hätte ja auch rennen müssen. Trotzdem kann man dann freundlich sein es ist ja schließlich nicht mein Fehler wenn ihr nicht schaut ob der Bezahlvorgang funktioniert hat. Seine Antwort war dann: Ach verpiss dich du Hure*sohn! Bei aller liebe der laden dort ist der größte Drecksladen! Und meine Pommes waren dann auch noch trotz langer Wartezeit Eiskalt! Ich war das letze mal dort.

Normaler McDonalds mit dem gewöhnlichen Angebot und guten McCafe. Schöner Aussenbereich mit Kinderspielplatz. Hygiene ok.

Eigentlich rühmt sich McDonalds ja damit, dass ihre Burger immer gleich schmecken, überall auf der Welt. Das mag für grosse Teile der Welt zutreffen, aber nicht für Landau. Der Landauer McDonalds schafft es das standartisierte Futter so schlecht zuzubereiten, dass es wirklich anders schmeckt, aber deutlich schlechter. Anscheinend gibt es keine Grenze, wie lange Burger warmgehalten werden. Wer hier einen Cheeseburger bestellt, bekommt eigentlich fast immer ein pappiges, lauwarmes etwas mit nicht mehr flüssigem Käse. Wenn man die Burger in einem so lausigen und lauwarmen Zustand serviert bekommt, merkt man leider auch wie qualitativ minderwertig das ganze ohnehin ist. Und wie sie es dort schaffen sogar die Pommes labbrig werden zu lassen kann ich mir gar nicht vorstellen - in meiner grenzenlosen Naivität würde ich ja davon ausgehen, dass die Kochvorgänge dort alle Timergesteuert sind. Fazit: Ich war schon oft da, aber der Laden ist leider einer der übelsten McDos weit und breit (nur schade, dass der Landauer Burger King auch nicht besser ist). Wer frische Burger will kann aber neuerdings zum Cowboy Burger am Bahnhof, da gibts aber keinen drive-in und Mitternachtsservice. Vermutlich gäbe es die Probleme nicht, wenn McDonalds seine Mitarbeiter nicht nur schlecht bezahlen sondern auch besser ausbilden würde .

Wir sind nur hier hinein gegangen, weil es schon spät war und meine Kids Hunger hatten. Personal war leider mit Privatgesprächen mehr beschäftigt, als mit den Kunden. Aber eins kann ich empfehlen...nach der Bestellung sein Rückgeld zu zählen. Zweimal haben wir bestellt und beidemale stimmte das Rückgeld nicht. Beim Aufmerksam machen, das noch Rückgeld fehle, wurden wir pampig angemacht. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist anderst. Ebenfalls ist die Sauberkeit in diesem McD ist erwähnenswert. Gut, das Essensreste auf den Boden fallen und nicht gleich jemand da ist, der auffegt ist schon klar, aber das in den Toiletten in den Pisoirs die Brühe bis zum Rand steht und keiner kümmerts... Ebenso laufen einige Mitarbeiter mit strähnigen, fettigen Haaren und schmutzigen Kleider herum. Echt lecker :-( Zum Essen kann man sagen...wie in jeder Filiale. Ohne Liebe zubereitet. Mein Fazit... Komme nie wieder...
