Sorry, but this overpriced, inferior crap is just disgusting. The lattice fries were loveless and the chicken nuggets were like rubber and the taste was like cardboard. Without the rather bad sauce you can hardly eat it. Why do people spend money on this? And for a small handful of fries and 6 nuggets you pay almost €10? That's just bold and bitter. Great profit maximization for the franchise - sell the cheapest ingredients expensively in mass production.

Difficult: The burger was very dry, with hardly any sauce. The fries were quite good, but the nuggets were burnt. Could have been better.

Today my husband and I went to Burger King. We ordered two menus. The bun in the Whopper wasn't fresh, you could tell by the smell. Also, the burger was cold. The fries were dry and barely warm, the onion rings were also cold and rubbery. There was only one napkin for both of us. The only normal thing was the cola. The counters were overflowing with dirty trays and the toilet wasn't cleaned. This was the worst Burger King I have ever visited.

Optimal leftover management. One of four burgers was OK. Big King: The meat hasn't just seen the grill once. Whopper: Here too, black as night and dry as a desert. Long Chicken: Nuggets as a patty. The cleanliness of the branch is really “special”: disgusting toilets, sticky floors. Some burgers are hot after preparation, some are already cold (King's Beef). Coupons or in-app vouchers for the chili cheese fries are no longer accepted; after all, they are too cheap at €1.99/€2.99. Instead, you can buy the fries for an extortionate price of €4.99.

Attention vegetarians/vegans beware! There is no emphasis on customer service here. Bad burgers, rotten fries and stupid/incompetent staff. P.S.: if you set up terminals for ordering to save staff, then you also have to show goodwill if the parts don't deliver! Repeatedly carelessly topped burgers and dry patties; also in “prime time”. Sometimes not a complete order in the bag; so check before taking with you!! Not vegan even though ordered. Very uncool. Other branches do it better. Veganury is a great thing!! If the Bigrib patty is completely dry and the special sauce is almost non-existent and dried out, then that's definitely not good advertising. It actually tastes good, but this version won't convince anyone of the benefits of plant-based food. Very unfortunate. A little more effort and work ethic would be appreciated.

The food was cold, the burgers were too small and there was hair in the fries. Almost full for 25€. Good location and view.

Review for Burger King We were at Burger King yesterday and it was pretty empty, only four tables were occupied. Unfortunately we had some difficulties with the order terminals. It took three attempts before we could adjust the order correctly (e.g. replacing Coke with Fanta) because the system crashed every time. That was pretty annoying. After we finally ordered and the food was ready, we noticed something was missing. When we complained we were told the missing order was not showing on their screen. That would be understandable if there had been a lot going on - but with so little activity? At least we got the missing food without any further problems. Aside from the technical difficulties, the food was good and we were satisfied overall. Maybe the terminals could be reworked, then the visit would be perfect!

Dirty urinal, dirty sink, dirty electric hand dryer, let's hope it doesn't look the same in the corners of the kitchen. Staff friendly, food good.

Unfortunately the burgers were cold and it was very cold in the restaurant itself. We had to change our little mouse and the changing room was not very clean and cold.

Just typical BK. What else can you say about that? Only one thing bothers me. It happened twice at takeaway that my order wasn't complete! Something was forgotten twice in 4 visits to the store. This record is really bad. Even if you're already used to something like this at fast food chains like BK or McDonalds...

We have been to this Burger King restaurant several times. But for some time now it has been noticed that the burgers and fries are only served lukewarm. In addition, ketchup and sauces are saved on the burgers. The vanilla ice cream also no longer tastes like vanilla because it is probably diluted with a lot of water (it tastes better in the McDonalds in Landau, which an employee at Burger King Landau also admitted to us). We understand that savings need to be made, but this must not come at the expense of taste, especially since prices have risen significantly.

Unfortunately the food isn't always freshly prepared... it's a real shame, otherwise I would go there more often

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars I have visited many Burger King restaurants and can say that the service at this restaurant was good and the employees were friendly. Unfortunately, the ambience - both inside and out - was pretty run down. The toilets were filthy, food and packaging materials were scattered everywhere, and the food return stations were not emptied. I could have accepted all of this somehow. The crucial point, however, was the food, and unfortunately I was disappointed here. My Whopper was cold, one was missing the cheese, the other had the cheese there but didn't even spill. The burger was dry and the long wait made matters worse. For me, food is the most important thing, and that just wasn't right here. Therefore, unfortunately I can only give 2 stars.

All extra ingredients for 3 burgers were forgotten. Also forgot chilli cheese fries. Ordered without cucumbers, received with cucumbers. Excuse, we are a substitute for the Christmas party. Ridiculous, people save your money, make your own burgers or go to MC, it's not the best shop either, but it's 1000 times better than the Burger King in Landau

A medium-sized business that isn't one of the cleanest locations...and the food was slapped together relatively carelessly. I'm used to much better things in Rastatt (much smaller). When it comes to the large fries, I'm still doubting whether the cashier's statement is correct because in my opinion that was the smallest portion. Since the prices in general are now hardly inferior to a visit to a restaurant, citizens should at least look at something similarly appealing. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case in the company, both for me and my companion.

We were inside for a short time and the interior was completely filled with smoke and smelled of grill grease. So we bought food at the drive-thru. The order came quickly, but the food was simply thrown at us. Fries were good and fresh. The burgers (one of them vegetarian) were ok.

We used to love being guests at Burger King. For some time now you've been getting old fries all the time and the burgers are either missing the cheese or bacon (which you paid for)! And if you complain about something, they simply take the burger and slap what's missing on it! Staff totally unmotivated and prefer to chat instead of properly taking care of the orders. I will no longer recommend this branch and will instead visit the competition (McDonald's, Subway, etc.). What a shame!

What wasn't ok today is the following: Order: wrong drink; Cola instead of Vio, was swapped after feedback. 2 Big King, 1 x lukewarm, 1 x completely cold; although there weren't that many customers. Toilet: Faucet in the men's toilet broken and soap empty. Generally made a grubby impression. Alternatively, there were no wet towels when asked at the checkout. Unfortunately, that's the reason why I'm more likely to go to Mac Donalds again in the near future.

Solid fast food. These days it's not much cheaper than in a burger restaurant...for the quantity and quality.

Regular Burger King. We go there more often when things need to be done quickly, but the orders haven't been right lately. There is always something missing and needs to be complained about. This is annoying and that's why I have to revise my original rating downwards.

Went here today with my wife for a quick snack. Had two small burgers and a Whopper menu. Nothing complicated for you. Unfortunately, the fries they gave us were lukewarm and soggy. I complained straight away and politely asked for fresh fries. There was a rude answer and a lack of understanding for my request. Unfortunately, my suggestion to just try the fries in order to understand my complaint was ignored. With reluctance we were made fresh fries, but not without stupid whispers between the branch manager and the employees. Unfortunately, the cleanliness here also leaves a lot to be desired. The outside area is not very inviting. Will avoid this branch in the future.

The worst Burger King I've been to. No music, terrible food, and awful service. The staff lacked friendliness; one employee wearing a backward cap spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience, not a customer. I will never stop here again. It was the worst experience in a fast food.

Dishes are always freshly prepared and are therefore warm. Unfortunately we couldn't get a refund for a chocolate milkshake that was sold out. However, the MA responded very well and prepared a suitable alternative for us ;)

I've been in better Burger Kings... The fries weren't completely cooked, and the chocolate "shake" was frozen vanilla ice cream with some chocolate sauce. It couldn't be drunk through a straw... I should have taken everything back but it was very busy and the few people working seemed to be overwhelmed.

Cleanliness, customer service, all that stuff is “ok”. But with no mobile ordering, in a city with 45,000 inhabitants and a golden M that has allowed mobile ordering for 5 years, I cannot recommend the Bürgerking.

Unfortunately, the burger buns weren't toasted properly on our last visit. We were here quite late, which is why I understand it, but unfortunately it doesn't taste like that. Employees should all receive training about their products before speaking to customers. That was our first and last visit after 5 years.

On a Saturday evening the opening hours are until 1:00 a.m. The indoor area had already closed at midnight. When we walked through the drive-in because we wanted to eat something, an employee pointed out to us in a very rude manner that it was almost closing time and that it would take a long time. Never eaten fries that were so dry as dust... They taste so old, as if they had experienced a world without Corona... We were actually really looking forward to the meal, but now our stomachs are not only filled with old fries but also with pure disappointment... a bit More salt and love in the preparation wouldn't have hurt 🥲 at least the Bres behind the counter were still in a good mood at the time (around 10:30 p.m.) ...

Very good food and always happy here. However, there was a clear lack of staff. We easily waited 10 minutes (there was no one in front of us) until we could even pay. A total of 2 people, 1 in the kitchen and one at the counter.

Unfortunately, the floor and some tables had not been cleaned for a long time. The fries were terrible, tasted like they were made in old grease. The waiting time for 2 menus and 2 JR meals was 16 minutes.

When I was there today at 11:42 p.m., I ordered as normal. But then I received a “no” as an answer. I was surprised and asked why. I was told they would be closing soon, almost 20 minutes before the usual time. I wonder why they don't close early if they don't offer anything anymore. It just disappoints me.

Open until midnight, but at 11:38 p.m. there were only 2 burgers already prepared. When asked why: the malicious answer was “Because we’re about to close.” Who knows when the burgers were already prepared, because there were no other customers. In a place that only has one other restaurant that is still open at that time, this is a gift of customers. I understand that this job is stressful, but what put me off the most was the rudeness and tone.

I was there this afternoon and at first I thought they were closed because it was pitch black inside, but when I looked more closely I could see 2-3 guests through the window. I went in and noticed how expensive it has become here. Well, I picked out the cleanest table (there aren't many of them and I could see the dirt inside despite the darkness) and ate something. Burger rolls were as dry as fart and food was almost cold, the taste wasn't the same as what you were used to. What I also don't understand is that they don't even address the many negative reviews here and don't even care about the store. The branch as a whole is pretty dingy and there really wasn't all hell going on. I mean pretty much everyone knows the image that we saw about Burger King in the media, even if those were perhaps isolated cases back then, but still - image gone. And this branch doesn't exactly do anything that could improve the whole thing.

02/04/2024: We're still open for 40 minutes and the door is already locked. People are still eating inside and the employees refuse to open the door, saying they are understaffed. I would still get food, but I would have to order it as a pedestrian through the drive-thru (on foot!!) because the lobby is already clean. It's very cold outside and I had to take it with me even though there were still people sitting inside. The employees should all be laid off. Terrible conditions!

UPDATE (01/27/2024, 2:00 p.m.): After my last experience here, I didn't really want to come back, but then I just had to move quickly and I was back. SURPRISE! Even though the restaurant was full, I got my food so quickly that I could have skipped the line and got exactly what I ordered. I could have saved myself the trouble of checking. There was a completely different staff at the service counter than usual. And they are so, so, so, so friendly! You can not only say hello, but also thank you and please and bon appetit and smile! And to every customer. I felt really comfortable and stayed longer than I planned. When asked about WiFi, the service employee didn't understand anything because he didn't speak German! Then someone came and said in broken German that there isn't even WiFi here. And in such a remote place. I'm naturally a very cosmopolitan person and I think it's great that people with foreign backgrounds get work at Burger King, but I think it's the least that the service staff understands the customer and can communicate with them to some extent. Otherwise it's not a restaurant, it's a treadmill. And that's how I felt - quickly dispatched and onwards. That for that price. Then you'd better buy a kebab...

We ordered three menus. While waiting we noticed that 5 people were unable to handle a total of 4 orders and one order at the drive-thru. A woman complained about missing goods... Can happen. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong with our menus. Missing fries, wrong burgers, no ketchup or mayonnaise, the burgers were very carelessly prepared and absolutely tasteless. The staff seemed very overwhelmed even though there really wasn't much to do. Next time I will drive on and eat somewhere else or go hungry.
