Was there last night around 4 p.m. The employee (relatively young) at the counter was really unfriendly. I don't know why? Hba said thank you when she handed out food. Turned around and said "I don't care" 🤣

They forgot my sauce and I paid extra for the large menu, but got the small one. A friend who was there was insulted by an employee. Never again

It has improved a lot again. I had a large order in the evening hours and was very pleased that nothing was forgotten except for a sauce

Pure rip-off of the customer with the Krone points system, the employee on site supposedly scans the unnecessary code so that the Krone points go to the account, which doesn't happen at all when you're at home and looking

A typical Burger King as you know it. When you don't have time to cook or go to a restaurant. For a quick snack in between.

Were at the drive-in shortly after 11 p.m. When we got home, we noticed that half of it was missing and we couldn't reach anyone by phone. The quality of the food meets Burger King standards, you know that before you go. The only thing is that it happens quickly.

As a cash payer no longer desired, only EC card Paybal etc. I will never give any account details at a machine in a fast food restaurant. Dear Burger King, that's it for us. In addition, almost nothing is affordable for the average person anymore. Competition is better! Oh, I give it zero stars.

Bing King XXL was excellent and the salad was still edible

You have to be careful and check everything because otherwise there is always a lack of food and employees are also incompetent and rude

The food tasted good, just like fast food, what do you expect? I don't understand the criticism from the employees, they were absolutely friendly. Order was correct. The only problem was that there was an unusually strong smell of smoke, as if the vent wasn't working properly.

Was in the drive-in, the employees seemed very unfriendly and unmotivated. When I got home I discovered that the order was wrong. Well, I was hungry and ate it. Two hours later I had food poisoning. I don't even want to know how long the food had been lying there.

Bad burgers, rotten fries and stupid/incompetent staff.

Absolutely disappointing on my last visit. The food was extremely disgusting. Fries were too hard and cold, the nuggets were probably fried too short and the burger was not only flabby but also the wrong one. Because the system failed, I also had to pay twice because the first order didn't go through. Simply rude staff and bad food. In addition, the large gaps between 2 order numbers (even with a difference of seconds) indicate money laundering, but this is only a guess.

I've always really enjoyed going to this BK in Landau. Service is faster than many other locations. What wasn't ok today is the following: Order: wrong drink; Cola instead of Vio, was swapped after feedback. 2 Big King, 1 x lukewarm, 1 x completely cold; although there weren't that many customers. Toilet: Faucet in the men's toilet broken and soap empty. Generally made a grubby impression. Alternatively, there were no wet towels when asked at the checkout. Unfortunately, that's the reason why I'm more likely to go to Mac Donalds again in the near future.

Solid fast food. These days it's not much cheaper than in a burger restaurant...for the quantity and quality.

Regular Burger King. We go there more often when things need to be done quickly, but the orders haven't been right lately. There is always something missing and needs to be complained about. This is annoying and that's why I have to revise my original rating downwards.

Went here today with my wife for a quick snack. Had two small burgers and a Whopper menu. Nothing complicated for you. Unfortunately, the fries they gave us were lukewarm and soggy. I complained straight away and politely asked for fresh fries. There was a rude answer and a lack of understanding for my request. Unfortunately, my suggestion to just try the fries in order to understand my complaint was ignored. With reluctance we were made fresh fries, but not without stupid whispers between the branch manager and the employees. Unfortunately, the cleanliness here also leaves a lot to be desired. The outside area is not very inviting. Will avoid this branch in the future.

Food was fresh and very tasty. Service very friendly. Everything clean, as it should be :)

I had the chilli cheese burger it was very tasty, the tables were a bit sticky and the toilet wasn't that clean but otherwise everything was good 👍

Update 07/2024 King Crunchy Chicken: Chicken definitely double fried. It was partly black and hard. Poor quality. Update 06/2021 No improvement in sight. 30min waiting time at the drive. Steakhouse instead of Whopper in a bag. There are still no receipts being handed out. They are simply torn down and disposed of immediately. Don't even make eye contact with MA while paying. Payback card scanned, nothing credited. I stand by it, absolutely bad. —— Worst BK so far. Unable to be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness and ignorance. Here I am exactly the number on the receipt and nothing more. Tested 3x, failed 3x. Apparently the store number is missing from the receipt for a reason. As long as the cashier is willing to give it to me upon request. Addendum: It's just unbelievable. I've now given the BK two more chances. 1 1/2 weeks ago and today. Here is my experience. There was a sign on the street 1 1/2 weeks ago: 2 for 6. I order 2 burgers and drive up. Cashier tells me the normal price and I ask for the deal. Answer: (and not just stroppy but extremely annoyed) How am I supposed to know that they want the deal? Today (August 23rd): I ask if the deal still exists. 2x in the best German after 10 years in Hanover; probably the most accent-free and dialect-free region in Germany?! Answer: I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. Drive forward. OK. I'll do it. Say the same thing again and it says huh? They didn't order from me. Real. And by the tone of the gentleman at the counter, I had just about had enough. Last time and this time too, I tried to call the restaurant itself (no one ever answers) and to reach someone via the switchboard. I give up. It is and remains the last store in this chain and I also forego the offer in other (very good) branches. If the chain doesn't care about customers, so be it.

The worst Burger King I've been to. No music, terrible food, and awful service. The staff lacked friendliness; one employee wearing a backward cap spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience, not a customer. I will never stop here again. It was the worst experience in a fast food.

Dishes are always freshly prepared and are therefore warm. Unfortunately we couldn't get a refund for a chocolate milkshake that was sold out. However, the MA responded very well and prepared a suitable alternative for us ;)

The service was helpful and very nice. The Whopper was delicious. I have never had such bad fries at Burger King. I always go to Burger King to eat the delicious fries. Only bad. I'm thinking about whether I'll come to Landau again, probably not at all

I've been in better Burger Kings... The fries weren't completely cooked, and the chocolate "shake" was frozen vanilla ice cream with some chocolate sauce. It couldn't be drunk through a straw... I should have taken everything back but it was very busy and the few people working seemed to be overwhelmed.

Cleanliness, customer service, all that stuff is “ok”. But with no mobile ordering, in a city with 45,000 inhabitants and a golden M that has allowed mobile ordering for 5 years, I cannot recommend the Bürgerking.

Unfortunately, the burger buns weren't toasted properly on our last visit. We were here quite late, which is why I understand it, but unfortunately it doesn't taste like that. I used to be here more often when I was still at the BBS and all in all it was always okay here. In my opinion, much better than McDonald's .There is a large parking lot.

We ordered 2 hot brownies with ice cream. Then we already paid and then he said that the ice cream machine was broken and whether we wanted something else on it. We said no thanks. But we still had to pay the same money as with ice cream. Such an absolute disgrace. Never again Burger King Landau.

We have never experienced such lousy service and left without ordering. They didn't want to order us the food that you can order. A king salad with plant based chicken. Instead, we were constantly served plant-based long chicken in a very cheeky tone. In the end, almost all of the employees were at the drive window and making fun of themselves. Employees should all receive training about their products before speaking to customers. That was our first and last visit after 5 years.

Unfortunately, I now have to admit that McDonald's tastes much better, and that's definitely not because of the selection but simply because of the effort that goes into it. I hope that something finally happens here.

The prices are not appropriate. Burgers are also getting smaller in my opinion

On a Saturday evening the opening hours are until 1:00 a.m. The indoor area had already closed at midnight. When we walked through the drive-in because we wanted to eat something, an employee pointed out to us in a very rude manner that it was almost closing time and that it would take a long time. The restaurant good, but be aware YOU CANT PARK, you need to come flying, otherwise they will put you 30 euros fine by the parking guy

Never eaten fries that were so dry as dust... They taste so old, as if they had experienced a world without Corona... We were actually really looking forward to the meal, but now our stomachs are not only filled with old fries but also with pure disappointment... a bit More salt and love in the preparation wouldn't have hurt 🥲 at least the Bres behind the counter were still in a good mood at the time (around 10:30 p.m.) ...

Very good food and always happy here. However, there was a clear lack of staff. We easily waited 10 minutes (there was no one in front of us) until we could even pay. A total of 2 people, 1 in the kitchen and one at the counter.

Unfortunately, the floor and some tables had not been cleaned for a long time. The fries were terrible, tasted like they were made in old grease. The waiting time for 2 menus and 2 JR meals was 16 minutes.

Open until midnight, but at 11:38 p.m. there were only 2 burgers already prepared. When asked why: the malicious answer was “Because we’re about to close.” Who knows when the burgers were already prepared, because there were no other customers. In a place that only has one other restaurant that is still open at that time, this is a gift of customers. I understand that this job is stressful, but what put me off the most was the rudeness and tone.

When I was there today at 11:42 p.m., I ordered as normal. But then I received a “no” as an answer. I was surprised and asked why. I was told they would be closing soon, almost 20 minutes before the usual time. I wonder why they don't close early if they don't offer anything anymore. It just disappoints me.

Been disappointed a lot lately. Big King (even if it was one) like a normal hamburger with a lettuce leaf. The hamburger bun was ice cold. Instead of chicken nuggets, something round was packed. I was asked very politely for mayonnaise, but there was none. Probably a change of tenant, everything used to be much better. A pity

Burgers looked great, were warm and delicious! Only the toilets should be checked more often. But otherwise everything was great!

First of all, the outside lighting and the menus didn't work again. I placed my order at the drive-thru. After a long wait in the parking bay and after 5 vehicles drove past me, the employee finally came with my order. I skimmed over them because I really ordered a lot. At home I realized that AGAIN something was missing. This time it was a Big King. I hope you can come up with an apology now.

Things that were ordered are always forgotten. Recently an entire Happy Meal was forgotten.

I was there this afternoon and at first I thought they were closed because it was pitch black inside, but when I looked more closely I could see 2-3 guests through the window. I went in and noticed how expensive it has become here. Well, I picked out the cleanest table (there aren't many of them and I could see the dirt inside despite the darkness) and ate something. Burger rolls were as dry as fart and food was almost cold, the taste wasn't the same as what you were used to. What I also don't understand is that they don't even address the many negative reviews here and don't even care about the store. The branch as a whole is pretty dingy and there really wasn't all hell going on. I mean pretty much everyone knows the image that we saw about Burger King in the media, even if those were perhaps isolated cases back then, but still - image gone. And this branch doesn't exactly do anything that could improve the whole thing.

02/04/2024: We're still open for 40 minutes and the door is already locked. People are still eating inside and the employees refuse to open the door, saying they are understaffed. I would still get food, but I would have to order it as a pedestrian through the drive-thru (on foot!!) because the lobby is already clean. It's very cold outside and I had to take it with me even though there were still people sitting inside. The employees should all be laid off. Terrible conditions!

UPDATE (01/27/2024, 2:00 p.m.): After my last experience here, I didn't really want to come back, but then I just had to move quickly and I was back. SURPRISE! Even though the restaurant was full, I got my food so quickly that I could have skipped the line and got exactly what I ordered. I could have saved myself the trouble of checking. There was a completely different staff at the service counter than usual. And they are so, so, so, so friendly! You can not only say hello, but also thank you and please and bon appetit and smile! And to every customer. I felt really comfortable and stayed longer than I planned. The plan was: fill your stomach and get out of here quickly. 😀 If it stays that way, you'll be able to meet up with your friends here soon. Thank you very much, dear Burger King team! The food is Burger King standard, so it's really ok if you're in a hurry. But you have to check whether everything you ordered is in the bag and whether nothing has been mixed up. The staff at this location is so, so, so bad. So, I've traveled around a lot and visited Burger King at very different locations throughout Germany and abroad. However, I have never seen anything like this. Shortly after 2 p.m. I was the only customer and the staff was relaxed. Nevertheless, the restaurant was totally dirty. There wasn't a single clean table, there was leftover food everywhere. Toilets also uncleaned. Just disgusting. The staff didn't even try to be a bit friendly. The number is called and the tablet is slammed in front of the customer without even looking at the customer, without a smile, without a hello, just turned around and carried on. When asked about WiFi, the service employee didn't understand anything because he didn't speak German! Then someone came and said in broken German that there isn't even WiFi here. And in such a remote place. I'm naturally a very cosmopolitan person and I think it's great that people with foreign backgrounds get work at Burger King, but I think it's the least that the service staff understands the customer and can communicate with them to some extent. Otherwise it's not a restaurant, it's a treadmill. And that's how I felt - quickly dispatched and onwards. That for that price. Then you'd better buy a kebab...

People check your food all the time, something is missing from the order and when you come in again with your order and complain, you are also laughed at

We ordered three menus. While waiting we noticed that 5 people were unable to handle a total of 4 orders and one order at the drive-thru. A woman complained about missing goods... Can happen. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong with our menus. Missing fries, wrong burgers, no ketchup or mayonnaise, the burgers were very carelessly prepared and absolutely tasteless. The staff seemed very overwhelmed even though there really wasn't much to do. Next time I will drive on and eat somewhere else or go hungry.

Könnte sauberer und höflicher sein

Leider wird momentan extrem an den Heizkosten gespart! Länger als 5min ohne Jacke kann man drin nicht mehr sitzen.

Kein Stern wert. Hatte Big King Menü bestellt. Das war echt ein Witz der Big King. Sollten eigentlich zwei Scheiben Fleisch sein,. Die haben eine Fleischscheibe durchgeschnitten sind dann auch zwei. Nie wieder. Fühl mich verarscht

Nicht wieder. Niemals. Man fühlt sich inzwischen betrogen. War lange regelmäßig dort. Allerdings die letzten 6 Bestellungen (zum mitnehmen) zuhause angekommen und Pommes heiß aber Burger HÖCHSTENS lauwarm, eher kalt. Lagen lange. Trotz aufmerksam machen keine Besserung oder Einsicht.

Man bestellt Essen, extra Wünsche wie ohne Zwiebeln usw werden ignoriert. Sachen werden vergessen beim Servieren. Essen trotz vor Ort essen eher lauwarm statt frisch und warm.

Das erste Essen war komplett kalt. Habe es bemängelt. Personal hat uns schnell Ersatz gebracht. Trotzdem ist es ärgerlich.

Besser wie Konkurrenz mit dem grossen M....

Das Essen war naja, aber dafür 100% pflanzenbasiert. Es war etwas kalt obwohl es frisch zubereitet wurde. Ich denke das liegt daran, dass es innen genauso kalt war wie draußen. 🥶 Toiletten waren sauber, leider gibt's dort kein Papier.

Alles ist sehr gut, aber es gibt immer Raum für Verbesserungen

Terminel hängt sich dauernd auf.Obwohl im Restaurant nicht viel los war,mussten wir 10 min aufs Essen warten .Pommes und 2 Burger waren frisch, und 3 waren richtig trocken weil sie solange gelegen haben. Finde es im MC Donalds besser auch wegen dem Tisch Service

Das Bestellen des gewünschten Eises, forderte den eher weniger ambitionierten ServiceAtzen etwas zu sehr. Das Eis kam nach 15 Minuten, jedoch war kaum ein anderer Kunde da. Der ServiceAtze, schaffte es, auch nach mehreren Anläufen nicht, das Eis angemessen herzurichten. Ein weiterer Atze kam dazu, dieser war sichtlich vom ServiceAtzen unterwältigt. genervt schloss er unsere Bestellung ab. Nett hier, aber hatten Sie ihr Eis auch schon gefroren?! Fast foot eben. Aber besser als die Konkurrenz.

Habe mir dort 2 Cheeseburger geholt und ein King Fusion Oreo. Das Eis war vollkommen in Ordnung, aber der Burger war leider mega trocken, kaum Ketchup oder Senf drauf und das Brötchen recht hart. Man hat ihn ohne Getränke kaum essen können, sehr schade.

Waren Freitag Abend dort. Viel los, definitiv zu wenig Personal. Aber freundlich. Hatte onion rings und Pommes, beides warm und lecker. Mehr erwarte ich nicht.

Ich bin wg. der tollen Wochenaktion mit wöchentlich wechselndem Topangebot zum Drive-In gefahren. 20 Chicken- nuggets mit 3 beliebigen Dips für 4,99€, Echt gut. Der Doppelwopper war auch OK. Aber die große Portion 🍟 war höchstens eine kl. Portion u. dadurch zu teuer auch.

De mensen die hier werken hebben er weinig zin in en vergaten verschillende zaken van onze bestelling. Het eten was middelmatig terwijl het in andere BK's al vele malen beter geweest is.

Ich nutze ab und zu den drive-in. Die Burger und die Pommes sind oft nur lauwarm. Mehrfach haben Dinge in der Tüte gefehlt. Das Restaurant macht einen alten, recht ungepflegten, schmuddeligen Eindruck.

Das Personal war freundlich Leider konnte man nicht draußen sitzen, die Tür war abgeschlossen. Die Burger 🍔 waren kalt

So war alles soweit OK, aber die Burger werden ohne Handschuhe zubereitet wo vorher mit dem Handy rumgespielt wurde dann wurde Theke geputzt und dann wieder Burger zubereitet das geht gar nicht.

Normaler Burger King, allerdings teilweise mit sehr langen Anstehzeiten...

Dieses mal war ich am Freitag den 21.07.23 um 23.35 Uhr im Drive-in und musste feststellen das der junge Mann und eine junge Dame das freundlichst Personal war wo jemals im Burger King gearbeitet hatte ,vor allem Deutsch das hat mal richtig gut getan. Und ich hoffe das die zwei junge Leute noch länger dort arbeiten .

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Mitarbeiter der am 21.07 20:30Uhr Dienst hatte. Dieser MA hat ein großes Herz für kinder.

Kalte Pommes, Frau macht gleichzeitig Drive und Kasse.. wahrscheinlich Personal fehlt. 10 Minuten warten auf 2 Bürger obwohl die waren schon lange fertig… Toilette wie am Bahnhof, vielleicht 1 mal am Tag sauber gemacht….

Eine Bestellung drei Reklamation! Diese zwar ohne Diskussionen, aber bei vielleicht 5 Kunden im Restaurant echt traurig.

Es schmeckt immer gut. Wäre nur cool wenn sie auch in corona Zeit liefern könnten.

Seit BURGERKING keine Chicken Wings mehr anbietet lohnt sich ein Besuch nicht mehr. Merkt man auch an der Anzahl der Besucher. Werden BURGERKING zukünftig meiden. Zu den Preisen gibt es anderswo bessere Qualität.
