After it happened again today... It's unbelievable what seemingly unfocused employees work here! We've been here a lot this year and there was NOT A ONE TIME that the order was issued completely correctly. And that with only 2 menus and possibly a happy meal. Sometimes a burger was forgotten, sometimes ketchup, mayo, toys or something else was swapped or forgotten. Every time you had to go back to the front and exchange/get something back, sometimes with an endless waiting time. Once we waited for almost an hour until it turned out that our order was no longer in the system and now had to be redone. I would never drive through the drive here and pick up anything that you can't see at a glance. A truly terrible store in this regard.

Good service, fast service, we didn't even wait 5 minutes, the food was already on the table, everything was as ordered.

Unfortunately not always clean. Sticky, uncleared tables, apparently not enough staff. Some employees are very unfriendly. If you pay in cash, you should expect longer waiting times; there is generally no table service (except when paying by card at the machine). Something is always missing in the drive-in, so it's worth taking a look in the bag before continuing your journey.

There is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to friendliness. I was in the drive in, so I can't say anything about the ambience.

Acceptance of vegans and vegetarians You can't be laughed at and belittled at the Mc' Drive if you get Mc' Plant nuggets. Why do you care if you choose vegan versions? I just want to eat something after drinking and then something like that is just not right. After trying to defend myself, this still didn't get any better, but I'm just asking for acceptance. Food doesn't taste good at all. Burgers thrown wildly at each other. Far too few parking spaces.

The food wasn't that good, the fries were cold, but the service was very nice and even got us a fresh piece of cake and didn't take the one from the service counter

I was very surprised today. Today I saw the following through the window at the drive-in: In order to fill the reusable cup of my order with my drink, a disposable paper cup was filled in the automatic filling station. This was then poured into the reusable cup and the disposable cup was immediately disposed of in a trash can. When I spoke to the employee about it, it was explained to me that the reusable cups would no longer be offered anyway and would only be handed out when ordered via the app. When I asked about the legal obligation to offer a reusable system, I was told that the requirements would come from McDonald's Germany and would only be implemented by the franchise operation. But first... How sensible is it to fill a reusable cup using a disposable cup and then throw it away? Somehow I imagined the environmental protection through the reusable cups at McDonald's to be different. Where is the responsibility towards our environment? I would like the reusable system to be expanded much further and at least completely replace the disposable composite cups. Whether McDonald's (still) fulfills the legal obligation to have a reusable system?

Employees were unfriendly, numbers weren't called, didn't bring it to the table as ordered.

I've never experienced anything so bad. Extremely unfriendly employees. I understand it's busy and stressful but to be so bad to the customers? Who is the boss who hires something like that? Never again!!! The burger is so long in the bag, not even wrapped in paper

We had a delicious breakfast here. The MC Donald is super well maintained and organized. Very nice and fast staff.

It was quite busy and it took a while but the staff was very nice.

It's always the same thing: when you order in the DriveIn, one or more items are always missing. But they are always charged :-( You always have to check. Not checked today and another expensive burger was missing. I'm starting to wonder if there's a system behind it?

The last online order does not work even though the money was paid via PayPal. My wife and I got diarrhea from the ice cream. Food tastes like chemicals, prices are not normal. Never again

We were there last night and I was thrilled. Very modern, clean and the delivery service was great. Burgers were hot and fresh, fries were crispy and salted. Staff were very friendly. Thank you for being open at night. We can only recommend it, everything was great. 👍

The DriveIn really doesn't work well. Even after the DriveIn has been converted, you stand there for a long time and nothing happens.

How an MC is structured as a franchisor... Clean, staff like everywhere else a little under stress but very hard working... Only the issue with the 2 MCdrive order counters and only one person serving doesn't make sense because this keeps the queue shorter but only keeps the employees more busy and since everything is produced on point, the wait is of course longer and more frequent. But some statistician must have had it calculated using AI ;-) In the big typical MC and we're going further there...

Hearing "sorry, we're out of ice cream" from Macces on Sundays at 7 p.m. in the middle of summer isn't exactly what I imagine good service to be.

A very modern McDonald's, with two drive-thru and ordering parking spaces where you can park if you have ordered online and then the food will be brought to you in the parking lot with the corresponding number. Very practical for shortening the queue at the drive-in. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area and the staff is friendly. One of the best McDonald's branches

The store has been beautifully renovated including a drive-thru. For those who always complain about the food, consider the price you pay and the speed of the service. Of course sometimes something is wrong, but be happy that there are people who will make you something to eat at 3 a.m. for a low wage

I'm here often but in the evening the staff just chatter and argue and the food is cold.

I don't think this restructuring is a good thing. Order only at the terminal. There is no longer this personal contact and, above all, no advice and this competition is the last one.....

We were on the drive on a Sunday afternoon and had a cappuccino, milkshake and apple turnover. Everything delicious as always.

Stop McDonalds.... Although - Haan is better than Hilden. - not anymore. After the renovation, fast food is no longer what it used to be. Byebye MCD until finally more attention is paid to the customer than to the profit. I refuse to buy from machines.

Since the renovation, great ambience kit indoors and outdoors. Generally quite well attended. In terms of parking, it's easy to move onto the adjacent street. In addition, always friendly employees, functioning terminals for ordering and quick preparation of the food. Fine!

I once wrote a good review eight years ago, but because of the new one I deleted it now. The service annoys me but I bought two Happy Meals and there were no toys. This has happened to me since there were two McDrive switches and I'll explain it to the children! 30 minutes later and there... it's never worth it and the kids are already sad anyway!!!! Also at night I was greeted with "good morning, little darling" (from a gentleman and today from a lady. "Here's your order, darling!" I would still ignore that, but not the sad children. Edit. And they forget the toy again. I feel like this is on purpose.

Extremely full, unfortunately people ALWAYS forget to pack something and you HAVE to check everything before you leave. It's better to go in and take a look than not getting everything as ordered at the drive-thru. Attention...the entrance and exit has already hit many a spoiler.

If the toilets were okay then 4 stars for the ambience. Otherwise the renovation turned out really well.

We ordered our midnight snack for our wedding this year from the McDonald's branch and were absolutely thrilled. They were super nice, accommodating, the food was delivered on time, even with a bouquet of flowers for the wedding. All the guests were happy and so were we.

I think this is the best mc I've been to, great food and great employees, I can only recommend it.

I was here last Saturday for a quick stopover. The branch looks very tidy and quite cozy. The employee at the ordering counter was friendly and the table service worked without any problems and what was ordered was at the table quickly. Both the coffee (in a porcelain cup) and the double cheeseburger were delicious. Overall recommended…

At two happy meals both toys were missing. When you try to call the branch you are coldly pushed away

The ordering process at the terminal takes longer than the cheeseburgers were eaten, which were really "super appetizing", contrary to the advertising image....😎🍔

A bit hidden, but with plenty of parking spaces, I went to McDonalds in Haan. I was there twice (dinner, breakfast) and the food was always completely fine. The service needs some improvement, but generally well structured and fast.

First McDonald's where dogs are not allowed, therefore not recommended.

Went there for breakfast at around 8am on Saturday. There were 4 people in the restaurant, and two other people who had ordered something to take away before serving. Car counters are only moderately frequented. I had to wait about 8.5 minutes for breakfast. Since the renovation and you can no longer see into the kitchen, nothing moves there anymore. When I complained, I was told that I hadn't waited that long. Fast food originally has something to do with fast; quickly prepared and quickly served. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged quickly or the staff will get tired quickly. If there were stars to take away, I would have easily taken away five.

Despite the large crowds due to the nice weather, I received my order quickly and the food was completely fine.

It's just a McDonald's, what can you say about that. At least this one is always reliably state-of-the-art, clean and well structured. Electronic employees speed up service.

Newly renovated, now only order digitally on the monitors. Food is then brought to the table. Waste separation is also new. Most people are overwhelmed by this, so this is more of a “green” marketing idea. Maybe just use less packaging. That would be more helpful. I'm actually just there for the children's sake 😉

For the first time in a very long time a McDonalds where the food was hot and crispy. And the order was brought to the table very quickly (you could choose at the terminal). Despite the large crowds, everything went like clockwork. I'm really excited. Employees are very friendly. Sanitary facilities very clean. It wasn't the last time I was there.

Were there again tonight for the first time after renovations and were very disappointed. We wanted to eat in the restaurant and had table service. The empty tables were all full of rubbish, and our food came in a bag because there were no trays left (it was hardly possible, as they were all dirty on the tables). We didn't get napkins automatically either. The employee who brought us the food in a bag seemed completely overwhelmed and not very friendly. The lady who cleaned the tables seemed bored and unmotivated. The new ambience is debatable, I didn't like it, but that's a personal opinion.

After renovation, very pleasant and comfortable. More suitable for children. Better sanitary facilities.

Newly opened, but the problems remain (as with every Mecces). Arrived at peak time 6:30 p.m., ordered via drive-thru, Royal TS menu + Happy Meal. And as always, if you don't check: the Happy Meal was missing the Squeeze and the Capri Sun. Fail!

Very crowded, employees totally overwhelmed, no ice cream available,...

This branch was recently renovated and is really beautiful. We wanted to order at the drive in, but unfortunately that didn't work at all. We gave the employee a voucher code, but the employee was busy doing something else and then hung up again. After a few minutes we went to the other counter where the order didn't work either and I finally went to the branch and ordered there. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are very friendly.

Godless service, you order at 12 p.m. and the food is supposed to arrive at 4 p.m. I then called them and they said yes, they're out of luck, call Lieferando. The 3.6 stars are still too much for such a service if I could give zero stars!!!!

Just a McDonald's. Ordering food plus is now almost impossible. Tried 3 times via the app... Without success. Finally just a white screen. It was also canceled twice at the terminals. And 2 out of 4 were out because they were defective. Guess next time there will be a sign: CLOSED DUE TO WEALTH. 👎👎👎

If you order a latte macchiato at the terminal you won't get one from the MC Cafe but from the fully automatic machine! Even after repeated inquiries, the claim that the same machine was used remains, even though the entire procedure is visible! Impudence! €3.79 for a fully automatic latte!

Very good McDonald's. Leaders literally ALWAYS forget something. But the food is good and always hot. I can miss it, but if you don't feel like going back to the employees for every little thing, I'll miss other McDonald's branches.

Das am Terminal bestellte Essen wurde schnell zubereitet ( zum Mitnehmen ) - leider war für mich alles etwas umständlich, da der Drive- Bereich wegen Umbau geschlossen war

Soeben wollte ich meine zuvor online bestellten Produkte abholen. Ich habe sie bar vor Ort bezahlt. Der Kassierer fragte mich,ob ich um Restaurant essen oder mitnehmen möchte. Ich sagte mitnehmen. Nach ein paar Minuten beobachtete ich, wie eine Mitarbeiterin ein Tablett anfertigte, wo die Pommes und die Burger schon ein paar Minuten drauf lagen. Dann stellte sie das Tablett auf die Theke und Rief unsere Nummer auf. Ich sagte ihr,dass wie zum mitnehmen bestellt hatten und die Sachen auf dem Tablett bereits einige Minuten liegen und nun somit kalt sind. Ob sie uns wenigstens frische Pommes einpacken könnte. Darauf pampte sie mich an,wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe in meinem Leben. Ich hätte es so bestellt, ich Lüge. Dann klatschte sie mir eine Tüte ins Gesicht mit den Worten: hier,pack selber ein. Ich wollte den Chef sprechen aber sie reagierte nicht und sagte nur pack ein jetzt. Das das komplette Essen kalt war,brauche ich ja nicht nochmal erwähnen. Ich frage mich,warum mit Kunden so umgegangen wird! Schrecklich dieser Laden,nie wieder.

Ich weiß es nicht, aber kann es sein das McDonalds immer mehr nachlässt was Qualität und Service angeht? Ich bin einfach nicht mehr zufrieden. Es wird immer teurer und die Qualität bleibt auf der Strecke.
