Service is so good food is not tasty

Unfortunately the cheeseburger was cold and the cheese hadn't even run off. A tiny cucumber and exactly 5 tiny onions. The 20 piece chicken nuggets, on the other hand, were very hot, but so tasteless that a beer mat would have had more taste. Sorry, but I'm tired of it. Not the first time I've fallen for you with your food.

As always, the ice cream machine and milkshake machine are broken, it doesn't work at all!!!! Better close the branch!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I'm so shocked at the condition of this McDonald's that I can't help it. The meal took a long time (there was a lot of rush, so it wasn't a problem), the garbage return was completely overflowing - everything was all over the place. Every table was disgustingly dirty - when I asked for a rag I was told "get napkins". I'm not squeamish, but it was disgusting, sorry. Leftover food everywhere, the floor littered (!!!) with eaten leftovers. A family left behind a battlefield that was simply left as it was. Sorry, but never again!

The staff is overwhelmed, burger ingredients are thrown into buns and boxes... orders are incomplete, tables are dirty. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Google review: This visit to McDonald’s was a huge disappointment. The restaurant was dirty, tables and chairs were clearly not cleaned properly. The food seemed careless and sloppily prepared. During table service, the tray was literally thrown at us. The staff were neither friendly nor tried to provide basic politeness. What was particularly annoying was that you had to go to the back of the queue when returning the reusable cups - I've never experienced anything like that. Overall, this visit was beyond unpleasant, and we will definitely not visit this restaurant again. The McDonald's in Ratingen Breitscheid remains the best for us.

Ambiance is goofy somehow everything around I think some yuppie designed this while he was high on acid. Burger tastes tasty and I think it was completely whole. All in all miserable.

There was a barely visible sign saying dogs were not allowed. Since I hadn't seen it, I entered the branch, ordered and sat down. When the food was brought, the employee told me in a relatively unfriendly manner (which the people sitting next to me confirmed) that dogs were forbidden. I asked for leniency because my 90 year old mother was there with me. Then - probably the shift manager - came and asked me to leave the restaurant with the dog because I could sit outside at the table. I also asked him to be lenient, especially since it was almost 0° outside. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. Since the "break" was important for my mother, I let her finish her meal with the support of the people at the table and left the branch with the dog and the food, which had cooled down in the meantime. In other branches you could always come with dogs. I am aware that there are house rules. But what would it be like if a sign like this were hung up to be more visible? Then there wouldn't be such situations. I was there last time - even without a dog. Humanity probably has no value anymore.

Worst fries of my life, they had been lying on the floor for three days, NOT RECOMMENDED. Stone hard, no taste, dry like sand. If you don't want food poisoning, never go there again

Ordered Big Rösti Spicy, instead of jalapeño there were cucumbers on it...

After the reopening, this store is a shadow of its former self. We come here regularly. And we were always happy in the “old” shop. But that was once. Orders are no longer correct in the “new” store. Things are missing every time. After the first time, we started checking every order. It doesn't matter whether you eat in the restaurant or order it to take away. After such a long history at the Haan motorway exit, that shouldn't be the level of this shop. The German representation of the franchise company should definitely take action here. At some point the customers will leave. Too bad

Sunday 9:57 a.m. ordered food arrived at 10:17 a.m. we ate on site. Pancakes were hard as a rock, despite stating that there were 6 stickers, there was one, when asked, the response was unfriendly, no compromise was found even when the order was wrong, you should cut down on the bacon, and you were put off!! The 1 of 2 game equipment is defective

I've been there three times at night after my shift and got old cold burgers twice and got burgers on the third and last attempt With some raw meat!!! This establishment is not recommended for eating at night

Beautiful decor, even fairy lights really nice at Christmas time. Food came complete, warm and crispy with a friendly staff member.

The restaurant is fine so far. Just a fast food shop. What shocks me personally is the now extremely high prices for the products. I won't eat there again without an offer or voucher. And even then my visits become less frequent. This also applies to colleagues like KFC or Burger King.

I was lucky that all the computers there that I ordered were down, but the girl at the checkout did a great job and remained super friendly and it still went really quickly. A very big compliment to the girl, I would like to wish that we had such employees in Dorsten... I was with you again today and unfortunately I found that the young woman who served me really didn't want to see me serve. Very unfriendly and not at all interested in helping, it was a shame to go to my colleagues in the kitchen, but every business depends on staff... Oh, the two burgers were so carelessly thrown together that I definitely won't stop there again.

Always friendly, modern and always clean.

Actually quite good, but I have the feeling that certain employees handle the beef and chicken poorly. The last few times I always had stomach pains and my wife even had to go to the hospital because of the food. You should look at the employees' hands more often.

For over 10 years we have been visiting several times a week with our little dog on our arms without any problems, as we have received permission several times from senior people. Today someone wanted to play boss and kicked us out. I find it very sad that his tone was also disrespectful. Especially when it comes to hygiene, this occupancy should afford a deodorant because it is unpleasant when they walk by. The restaurant is not cleaned like it used to be. These staff should go to training to learn how to deal with customers.

Very friendly and accommodating. I'm impressed. And as always: the coffee and cake in the mc Café are delicious. (Today it was the cheesecake that really impressed me 😍👏😍)

After it happened again today... It's unbelievable what seemingly unfocused employees work here! We've been here a lot this year and there was NOT A ONE TIME that the order was issued completely correctly. And that with only 2 menus and possibly a happy meal. Sometimes a burger was forgotten, sometimes ketchup, mayo, toys or something else was swapped or forgotten. Every time you had to go back to the front and exchange/get something back, sometimes with an endless waiting time. Once we waited for almost an hour until it turned out that our order was no longer in the system and now had to be redone. I would never drive through the drive here and pick up anything that you can't see at a glance. A truly terrible store in this regard.

Unfortunately not always clean. Sticky, uncleared tables, apparently not enough staff. Some employees are very unfriendly. If you pay in cash, you should expect longer waiting times; there is generally no table service (except when paying by card at the machine). Something is always missing in the drive-in, so it's worth taking a look in the bag before continuing your journey.

Acceptance of vegans and vegetarians You can't be laughed at and belittled at the Mc' Drive if you get Mc' Plant nuggets. Why do you care if you choose vegan versions? I was very surprised today. Today I saw the following through the window at the drive-in: In order to fill the reusable cup of my order with my drink, a disposable paper cup was filled in the automatic filling station. This was then poured into the reusable cup and the disposable cup was immediately disposed of in a trash can. When I spoke to the employee about it, it was explained to me that the reusable cups would no longer be offered anyway and would only be handed out when ordered via the app. When I asked about the legal obligation to offer a reusable system, I was told that the requirements would come from McDonald's Germany and would only be implemented by the franchise operation. But first... How sensible is it to fill a reusable cup using a disposable cup and then throw it away? Somehow I imagined the environmental protection through the reusable cups at McDonald's to be different. Where is the responsibility towards our environment? I would like the reusable system to be expanded much further and at least completely replace the disposable composite cups. Whether McDonald's (still) fulfills the legal obligation to have a reusable system?

The food wasn't that good, the fries were cold, but the service was very nice and even got us a fresh piece of cake and didn't take the one from the service counter

I've never experienced anything so bad. Extremely unfriendly employees. I understand it's busy and stressful but to be so bad to the customers? Who is the boss who hires something like that? Never again!!! The burger is so long in the bag, not even wrapped in paper

We had a delicious breakfast here. The MC Donald is super well maintained and organized. Very nice and fast staff.

It's always the same thing: when you order in the DriveIn, one or more items are always missing. But they are always charged :-( You always have to check. Not checked today and another expensive burger was missing. I'm starting to wonder if there's a system behind it?

The last online order does not work even though the money was paid via PayPal. My wife and I got diarrhea from the ice cream. Food tastes like chemicals, prices are not normal. Never again

We were there last night and I was thrilled. Very modern, clean and the delivery service was great. Burgers were hot and fresh, fries were crispy and salted. Staff were very friendly. Thank you for being open at night. We can only recommend it, everything was great. 👍

The DriveIn really doesn't work well. Even after the DriveIn has been converted, you stand there for a long time and nothing happens.

How an MC is structured as a franchisor... Clean, staff like everywhere else a little under stress but very hard working... Only the issue with the 2 MCdrive order counters and only one person serving doesn't make sense because this keeps the queue shorter but only keeps the employees more busy and since everything is produced on point, the wait is of course longer and more frequent. But some statistician must have had it calculated using AI ;-) In the big typical MC and we're going further there...

Hearing "sorry, we're out of ice cream" from Macces on Sundays at 7 p.m. in the middle of summer isn't exactly what I imagine good service to be.

A very modern McDonald's, with two drive-thru and ordering parking spaces where you can park if you have ordered online and then the food will be brought to you in the parking lot with the corresponding number. Very practical for shortening the queue at the drive-in. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area and the staff is friendly. One of the best McDonald's branches

The store has been beautifully renovated including a drive-thru. For those who always complain about the food, consider the price you pay and the speed of the service. Of course sometimes something is wrong, but be happy that there are people who will make you something to eat at 3 a.m. for a low wage

I once wrote a good review eight years ago, but because of the new one I deleted it now. The service annoys me but I bought two Happy Meals and there were no toys. This has happened to me since there were two McDrive switches and I'll explain it to the children! 30 minutes later and there... it's never worth it and the kids are already sad anyway!!!! Also at night I was greeted with "good morning, little darling" (from a gentleman and today from a lady. "Here's your order, darling!" I would still ignore that, but not the sad children. Edit. And they forget the toy again. I feel like this is on purpose.

Since the renovation, great ambience kit indoors and outdoors. Generally quite well attended. In terms of parking, it's easy to move onto the adjacent street. In addition, always friendly employees, functioning terminals for ordering and quick preparation of the food. Fine!

Extremely full, unfortunately people ALWAYS forget to pack something and you HAVE to check everything before you leave. It's better to go in and take a look than not getting everything as ordered at the drive-thru. Attention...the entrance and exit has already hit many a spoiler.

We ordered our midnight snack for our wedding this year from the McDonald's branch and were absolutely thrilled. They were super nice, accommodating, the food was delivered on time, even with a bouquet of flowers for the wedding. All the guests were happy and so were we.

I was here last Saturday for a quick stopover. The branch looks very tidy and quite cozy. The employee at the ordering counter was friendly and the table service worked without any problems and what was ordered was at the table quickly. Both the coffee (in a porcelain cup) and the double cheeseburger were delicious. Overall recommended…

At two happy meals both toys were missing. When you try to call the branch you are coldly pushed away

A bit hidden, but with plenty of parking spaces, I went to McDonalds in Haan. I was there twice (dinner, breakfast) and the food was always completely fine. The service needs some improvement, but generally well structured and fast.

First McDonald's where dogs are not allowed, therefore not recommended.

Went there for breakfast at around 8am on Saturday. There were 4 people in the restaurant, and two other people who had ordered something to take away before serving. Car counters are only moderately frequented. I had to wait about 8.5 minutes for breakfast. Since the renovation and you can no longer see into the kitchen, nothing moves there anymore. When I complained, I was told that I hadn't waited that long. Fast food originally has something to do with fast; quickly prepared and quickly served. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged quickly or the staff will get tired quickly. If there were stars to take away, I would have easily taken away five.

Despite the large crowds due to the nice weather, I received my order quickly and the food was completely fine.

Newly renovated, now only order digitally on the monitors. Food is then brought to the table. Waste separation is also new. Most people are overwhelmed by this, so this is more of a “green” marketing idea. Maybe just use less packaging. That would be more helpful. I'm actually just there for the children's sake 😉
