McDonald's in Haan - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

A bit hidden, but with plenty of parking spaces, I went to McDonalds in Haan. I was there twice (dinner, breakfast) and the food was always completely fine. The service needs some improvement, but generally well structured and fast.

First McDonald's where dogs are not allowed, therefore not recommended.

I once wrote a good review eight years ago, but because of the new one I deleted it now. The service annoys me but I bought two Happy Meals and there were no toys. This has happened to me since there were two McDrive switches and I'll explain it to the children! 30 minutes later and there... it's never worth it and the kids are already sad anyway!!!! Also at night I was greeted with "good morning, little darling" (from a gentleman and today from a lady. "Here, darling, your order!" I would still ignore that, but not the sad children.

Went there for breakfast at around 8am on Saturday. There were 4 people in the restaurant, and two other people who had ordered something to take away before serving. Car counters are only moderately frequented. I had to wait about 8.5 minutes for breakfast. Since the renovation and you can no longer see into the kitchen, nothing moves there anymore. When I complained, I was told that I hadn't waited that long. Fast food originally has something to do with fast; quickly prepared and quickly served. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged quickly or the staff will get tired quickly. If there were stars to take away, I would have easily taken away five.

Despite the large crowds due to the nice weather, I received my order quickly and the food was completely fine.

McDonald's in Haan now has 2 parking spaces for app ordering. It's very convenient to order and have it delivered to your car 😁

My husband had never had such a tasty big tasty! We have already visited many McDonald's branches. Congratulations!!!

It's just a McDonald's, what can you say about that. At least this one is always reliably state-of-the-art, clean and well structured. Electronic employees speed up service.

So I have to say very modern, very decent, very clean 😀 Staff nice and friendly Coffee and eggs came very quickly.

It was a Saturday evening, so there was a lot going on... But it's still friendly... you don't always have that

I ordered 2 hamburgers at the drive-in and got 2 cheeseburgers, which is a clear negative point for me.

Unfortunately we received the wrong citizen and then received a new one but was brought to the table in a very friendly manner. So never go there again.

Newly renovated, now only order digitally on the monitors. Food is then brought to the table. Waste separation is also new. Most people are overwhelmed by this, so this is more of a “green” marketing idea. Maybe just use less packaging. That would be more helpful. I'm actually just there for the children's sake 😉

For the first time in a very long time a McDonalds where the food was hot and crispy. And the order was brought to the table very quickly (you could choose at the terminal). Despite the large crowds, everything went like clockwork. I'm really excited. Employees are very friendly. Sanitary facilities very clean. It wasn't the last time I was there.

Just been there... Beautifully remodeled... It was quick but... No joke only 2 things out of 5 were right in the bag plus no sauce etc... I just don't understand that.

I drove through McDrive with a friend while passing through. I've never been served so quickly in my life! Plus super friendly staff, great service.

Very quick operation in McDrive. It took less than 5 minutes for us to get our food hot.

New design looks very good. Very clean restaurant. No more insight into the kitchen.

Were there again tonight for the first time after renovations and were very disappointed. We wanted to eat in the restaurant and had table service. The empty tables were all full of rubbish, and our food came in a bag because there were no trays left (it was hardly possible, as they were all dirty on the tables). We didn't get napkins automatically either. The employee who brought us the food in a bag seemed completely overwhelmed and not very friendly. The lady who cleaned the tables seemed bored and unmotivated. The new ambience is debatable, I didn't like it, but that's a personal opinion.

Please don't let incompetent employees bring the food to the table...my entire jeans + winter jacket worth €450 is completely full of cola because the colleague is not able to carry a tray normally!!! Thank you for having to pay the cleaning costs, RESPECT!!! 3/17 at 3:40 a.m

New, appealing ambience. Only the clearing station is a bit small when there is more activity and will cause problems.

Newly opened, but the problems remain (as with every Mecces). Arrived at peak time 6:30 p.m., ordered via drive-thru, Royal TS menu + Happy Meal. And as always, if you don't check: the Happy Meal was missing the Squeeze and the Capri Sun. Fail!

Very crowded, employees totally overwhelmed, no ice cream available,...

This branch was recently renovated and is really beautiful. We wanted to order at the drive in, but unfortunately that didn't work at all. We gave the employee a voucher code, but the employee was busy doing something else and then hung up again. After a few minutes we went to the other counter where the order didn't work either and I finally went to the branch and ordered there. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are very friendly.

Godless service, you order at 12 p.m. and the food is supposed to arrive at 4 p.m. I then called them and they said yes, they're out of luck, call Lieferando. The 3.6 stars are still too much for such a service if I could give zero stars!!!!

If you order a latte macchiato at the terminal you won't get one from the MC Cafe but from the fully automatic machine! Even after repeated inquiries, the claim that the same machine was used remains, even though the entire procedure is visible! Impudence! €3.79 for a fully automatic latte!

Just a McDonald's. Ordering food plus is now almost impossible. Tried 3 times via the app... Without success. Finally just a white screen. It was also canceled twice at the terminals. And 2 out of 4 were out because they were defective. Guess next time there will be a sign: CLOSED DUE TO WEALTH. 👎👎👎

Very good McDonald's. Leaders literally ALWAYS forget something. But the food is good and always hot. I can miss it, but if you don't feel like going back to the employees for every little thing, I'll miss other McDonald's branches.

Das am Terminal bestellte Essen wurde schnell zubereitet ( zum Mitnehmen ) - leider war für mich alles etwas umständlich, da der Drive- Bereich wegen Umbau geschlossen war

Bestellen ist Glückssache, Produkte können nur noch per App oder Terminal ausgewählt werden. Am bestellschalter sieht man nichts mehr. NoGo Nie wieder hier

Soeben wollte ich meine zuvor online bestellten Produkte abholen. Ich habe sie bar vor Ort bezahlt. Der Kassierer fragte mich,ob ich um Restaurant essen oder mitnehmen möchte. Ich sagte mitnehmen. Nach ein paar Minuten beobachtete ich, wie eine Mitarbeiterin ein Tablett anfertigte, wo die Pommes und die Burger schon ein paar Minuten drauf lagen. Dann stellte sie das Tablett auf die Theke und Rief unsere Nummer auf. Ich sagte ihr,dass wie zum mitnehmen bestellt hatten und die Sachen auf dem Tablett bereits einige Minuten liegen und nun somit kalt sind. Ob sie uns wenigstens frische Pommes einpacken könnte. Darauf pampte sie mich an,wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe in meinem Leben. Ich hätte es so bestellt, ich Lüge. Dann klatschte sie mir eine Tüte ins Gesicht mit den Worten: hier,pack selber ein. Ich wollte den Chef sprechen aber sie reagierte nicht und sagte nur pack ein jetzt. Das das komplette Essen kalt war,brauche ich ja nicht nochmal erwähnen. Ich frage mich,warum mit Kunden so umgegangen wird! Schrecklich dieser Laden,nie wieder.

Ich weiß es nicht, aber kann es sein das McDonalds immer mehr nachlässt was Qualität und Service angeht? Ich bin einfach nicht mehr zufrieden. Es wird immer teurer und die Qualität bleibt auf der Strecke.

Wir waren am 02.01.2024 hier am Drive in. Der Mitarbeiter am Drive in meinte schon an der ersten Station das er unsere Coupons nicht einlösen kann und wir vorfahren mussten. Dann hat er während wir unserer unserer Bestellung weitere Drive in Bestellungen angenommen, was dazu führte, dass wir weitere Coupons nicht einlösen konnten. Der Mitarbeiter sagte uns, dass wir uns doch nochmal am Drive In anstellen sollten, an dem weitere 7 Auto gewartet haben. Er sollte erstmal ein Auto abarbeiten, bevor er ein neues Auto annimmt.

Auf der Rückfahrt vom Weihnachtsurlaub haben wir das erste Mal Halt bei diesem McDonald´s gemacht. Gegen 13 Uhr am "dritten Weihnachtstag" war der Laden nicht überfüllt und die Speisen und Getränke schnell abholbereit.

Ansicht Optisch ein wirklich sauberer und schön gestaltete Filiale. Manche Mitarbeiter sind nicht Grade hilfbereit. Aber sind eben nicht alle so.

Sorry aber für mich einer der schlechten McDonalds. Sehr langsames Personal, Essen war kalt, sehr unsauber.

Essen wird oft heiss serviert , was man von anderen McDonald's nicht behaupten kann. Weiter so 👌👌👌👌

Hallo zusammen, öfters mal auf die Sauberkeit achten, die war am Samstag den 25.11.23 nicht so dolle. Die Pommes waren lau warm und die Brötchen na ja.... nicht der Brüller. Arbeitet mal dran.......

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente

Wir waren seit Jahren mal wieder da das einzige was sich verändert hat ist der Preis. Der BicMac ist immer noch zu Trocknen kaum Souce drauf nicht wie in der Werbung versprochen das er Saftiger ist.

Ich habe heute Nacht ein McCrispy mit curly fries bestellt. Die curly fries waren wie immer gut. Ich habe zum ersten Mal einen McCrispy bestellt und war noch nie so verwirrt und angewidert. Mein McCrispy hat extrem nach Glasreiniger/Spülmittel geschmeckt. Als erstes dachte ich mir das ich mir das nur einbilde, aber nach ein paar weiteren Bissen, war mir direkt klar, dass es tatsächlich nach Putzmittel schmeckt. Extrem ekelhaft.

Schnell, sauber, keine lange Wartezeit, trotzdem die Filiale gut besucht war!

Ein McDonald wie jeder andere, man mag es oder eben nicht.

War früher ok. Jetzt nicht mehr. Diese Selfservice Computer sind Käse.

Das Essen war sehr gut und heiß. An der Sauberkeit kann man definitiv noch arbeiten.

Wie immer schnell, fast freundlicher Service, trotz des Stresses. Frage mich nur, warum das Eis jedes mal Probleme macht. Anderes Angebot als im Netz.

Eine "normale" Mc.D. Filiale, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, nicht so überfüllt zu sein, so dass man sein am Bestellterminal ausgewähltes Essen in einer recht kurzen Zeit bekommt.

Alles wie es sollte. Keine Überraschungen.

Das Restaurant könnte sauberer sein. Das Essen ist meistens frisch zu bereitet.

Mal abgesehen, dass man das Personal dort kaum versteht, ist es schon unverschämte, wenn das Personal genervt ist weil man was bestellt. Und wenn ich mehrmals nachfragen muss, weil ich nichts verstehe, muss der gegenüber nicht patzig werden.

Café Produkte konnten nicht am Terminal geordert werden, ein Mitarbeiter stand jedoch auch nicht zur Verfügung. Man wurde sehr unfreundlich abgekanzelt bei Nachfrage, wie man denn jetzt einen Latte bestellen kann. Geht gar nicht. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Um típico McDonald's em Haan. Bem próximo ao Ostermann, na saída para a autoestrada. Compramos um lanche infantil que vem com um brinquedo e o tradicional Big Mac. Tudo dentro do padrão internacional.

Gut erreichbarer McDonalds direkt an der A46. Übliches McDonalds Angebot. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Weitere Fast-Food Anbieter (Burger King, KFC u.a.) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das ist ganz gut, wenn man mit der Familie unterwegs ist und mehrere Geschmäcker befriedigt werden müssen. Räumlichkeiten sind sauber, das Personal freundlich.

Das ist war etwas kalt aber genießbar. Service ist aber immer in Ordnung. Das beste an dem laden ist aber die super hübsche lockige Schönheit die irgendwie nur am Wochenende da ist. Liebe traumfrau, wenn du das siehst meld dich bei mir! :-)

Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und bemüht, es wird fast immer auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen, auch für die Kinder gibt es immer Gummibärchen. Die neue Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die neue schöne Sonnenterrasse bietet genügend Platz für die ganze Familie, auch Spielfläche für die Kleinen ist vorhanden. Wir freuen uns jedesmal dort ein leckeres Mc menue dort zu essen.
