Unfortunately the service wasn't very bad, we've been here twice now and now for the final time

Very accessible for quick food, in terms of taste, you can't say anything bad about the products, but the prices have become very expensive. A Maximilian cost around €14 a short time ago, but now you pay €18 for the same product.

I would best not give it a star at all. It was my first time at the drive-thru. The employees can't speak any German at all and laugh at you. In the end, a German-speaking employee came who didn't take the situation seriously at all. I'd rather go to BK Wuppertal! A total disaster here!! Better to hire sensible employees! Oh, there were probably no lattice potatoes 😂

Food is BK Like, everything is good, the dining area is clean. Toilets incredibly dirty and broken. Such a huge company can't seem to manage to keep something like this clean. A disgrace!

I therefore decided on a “Whopper menu”. Simply disrespectful and unprofessional staff!!! My cousin and I ordered 3 products with pistachio sauce from the machine there. Waited 10 minutes to hear that the sauce was empty. I was there late yesterday afternoon, The 2 crispy chicken burgers I ordered and the Big King felt tasty after being kept warm for a good 45 minutes. The meat patties were already hard on the edges, the burger buns didn't really taste fresh and everything was only lukewarm to cold. But the fries and the coke were ok, at least something positive. It was too stupid for me to complain about this because the employee couldn't open his mouth when the food was served. Turkish music was playing in the shop, which didn't bother me much in the kebab shop, but I found it inappropriate at Burger King with its quite high volume. Today I was in branch 17025 (Haan-Ost) and ordered from DriveINln two of these One Piece menus. After waiting 12 minutes for 1 frieze and 6 pieces of chilli cheese nuggets without charging the customers beforehand, I decided to put the car in reverse and drive out. The owner should really think about employing people like that.

We ordered here and are extremely disappointed. We are absolute Burger King fans, but yesterday surpassed everything. I have never eaten Burger King so badly. The food was cold, the service didn't understand me and gave out the wrong things. As I sat at the table I noticed that the cola tasted strange. I looked inside and there were pieces in there, maybe sesame seeds, maybe breadcrumbs, and it also tasted stale and watery. I complained about it and the staff said it was because of the syrup. I didn't care, I want a cola without chunks and with real taste. The employee brought it to the colleague. After the comment from the male employee like: Yes, let's do it straight away, I got a new one from the drive thru site. When I tried it it tasted just like my old Coke. I asked if I had gotten my old Coke, the employee replied: I didn't. I left my Coke at the counter because I suspected I actually got my old Coke. I didn't try again and ate my meal without a drink. It was the last time here in Haan and I will switch to McDonald and KFC. Also because of the toilets.

Stay away from the delivery service, they supposedly never have drivers.

As someone who used to work at Burger King, I was really disappointed with my last visit here. The cashier, a black-haired man, was very rude and ignored customers. Several orders were issued incorrectly and many customers had to return because something was either missing or incorrect. The young lady with long brown hair also added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. During the 40 minutes we were in the restaurant she had no interaction with the customers or her colleagues. From my experience, I know that such behavior is not up to Burger King's standard. I really hope that management takes quick action to improve customer service and ensure the quality of their employees' work.
