Today I was in branch 17025 (Haan-Ost) and ordered from DriveINln two of these One Piece menus. The young employee was also very friendly and That's why I didn't want to cause too much stress because it really made him uncomfortable. There He had previously been insulted by an older employee for whatever reason. My The problem is not that I got the same burger twice. But that I I didn't get any information that there was no shirt until I found out 15 minutes later got and went in and asked for the shirts. Since supposedly the delivery with it hasn't arrived yet. Nevertheless, the full money was taken from me and I was told to contact customer service. All well and good. The result: I got no apology, no shirts as promised on site and paid €36 for simple menus!!!!! <_<

Hardly any staff for the inside area, even though there were only a few customers. No longer able to order at the counter. It doesn't work at all. Confusion because my order number suddenly disappeared in the system and was skipped. No salt, wooden forks or napkins available on the stand. Dirty floor. If that was a large fry I want to know what a small one is. The burgers were only lukewarm, the Whopper's bun was strangely dry and almost stuck to the roof of the mouth. I know everything differently from the restaurant in Hamburg-Heimfeld or Idar-Oberstein, for example.

The staff was okay, the food took a while, which is okay when it's good, but the burger was already cold and completely dried out and I threw away half of the cheese nuggets because they were so dry as if they had been reheated the second time and been fried. First of all, I would like to emphasize that this review was held back for a really long time until I decided today that I had to write it. I have often noticed the unfriendliness of the employees and their behavior in front of customers. This has also happened to me at lunchtime and in the evening. Today, however, things got even harder. Two employees having different opinions about a menu turned into a loud discussion in front of the customers. Not only did the three cars in front of me wait, no, the guests inside were also served incorrectly and the person at the counter was completely overwhelmed. You ask yourself, what's the point? Isn't it unfair to customers to make them wait up to 20 minutes? Are there no procedures that should be followed? And at least 1 capable employee who takes the reins? Personally, I enjoy eating at BK, but you can't use this branch as a flagship location. After waiting 12 minutes for 1 frieze and 6 pieces of chilli cheese nuggets without charging the customers beforehand, I decided to put the car in reverse and drive out. The owner should really think about employing people like that.

Ordered extra cheese, burger without cheese and like the day before, the chilli cheese nuggets were awesome as hard as stones, we had to throw away the entire order because it was so unappetizing - you should be ashamed of yourself! We ordered here and are extremely disappointed. We are absolute Burger King fans, but yesterday surpassed everything. I have never eaten Burger King so badly. The food was cold, the service didn't understand me and gave out the wrong things. My daughter wanted to eat nuggets, which of course I tried beforehand as a precaution and unfortunately found out that they didn't taste good. In my opinion, these were old nuggets like the burgers and the fries. Now that it was happening repeatedly, I no longer felt like complaining about it. And threw it away and ate somewhere else nearby. Once again, it's really a shame.

When I entered the store this afternoon, loud Arabic music was roaring at me from the TV hanging in the back corner. It was so loud that it was completely uncomfortable. I was about to leave again. I don't know what the BuKi headquarters thinks about it, but THAT doesn't work at all. I'd rather go to McDonald's again in the future. They now have much better fast food (since the steakhouse burger is gone). Here today my standard order took over 7 minutes to be delivered despite the terminal and card payment, which actually doesn't work either. The cleanliness is also only moderate. If the health department were to stop by here, the store might close straight away.

If you then drive to BK, you will be informed that the delivery service is not active. The order has not been received and you can contact the head office to get the money back. It was clear to me that I had to order at the terminal, I only had one question: What is the king of the month. Before I could ask, the employee immediately replied that I should order at the terminal. When I made it clear that I wanted to ask something, another employee replied and added that I could also check it at the terminal. Ok, I thought to myself. Just don't talk to customers and give them the feeling that you don't want to have anything to do with them. I placed my order and paid at the register. When I was obviously the only customer waiting for his order, the employee put the tray on the counter, said the number that I could just about understand and walked away. As I sat at the table I noticed that the cola tasted strange. I looked inside and there were pieces in there, maybe sesame seeds, maybe breadcrumbs, and it also tasted stale and watery. I complained about it and the staff said it was because of the syrup. I didn't care, I want a cola without chunks and with real taste. The employee brought it to the colleague. After the comment from the male employee like: Yes, let's do it straight away, I got a new one from the drive thru site. When I tried it it tasted just like my old Coke. I asked if I had gotten my old Coke, the employee replied: I didn't. I left my Coke at the counter because I suspected I actually got my old Coke. I didn't try again and ate my meal without a drink. It was the last time here in Haan and I will switch to McDonald and KFC. Also because of the toilets.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because I didn't get any food. No coupons could be scanned at the terminal, and I couldn't be helped at the checkout because the coupons supposedly couldn't be entered. So I went to the drive-thru and got the same information that the coupon codes couldn't be entered into the cash register. Strangely enough, twice during the week there were absolutely no problems at the BK in Wuppertal-Lichtscheid. I worked in a franchise restaurant for 6.5 years and know that all restaurants in Germany have the same cash register system. A “we can’t” is simply a “we don’t want to”. Never again!

As someone who used to work at Burger King, I was really disappointed with my last visit here. The cashier, a black-haired man, was very rude and ignored customers. Several orders were issued incorrectly and many customers had to return because something was either missing or incorrect. The young lady with long brown hair also added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. During the 40 minutes we were in the restaurant she had no interaction with the customers or her colleagues. From my experience, I know that such behavior is not up to Burger King's standard. I really hope that management takes quick action to improve customer service and ensure the quality of their employees' work.

Very very unfriendly. Ordered the terminal and wanted to pay in cash. Only went to the checkout. After 5 minutes I politely asked when can I pay. The lady was joined by two employees. The store manager and someone with a headset. In an unfriendly way, customers were informed that it would be quicker if they paid by card. They took the time to show us what was on the terminal. Complaints from other customers who also wanted to pay in cash were not taken into account. Food, so inedible. Ambience, unclean. It's probably because they expect customers to put away their trays themselves. When it comes to friendliness, it doesn't seem to be working quite well.

Very bad. The taste of my burger was still okay. However, the size of the chicken on there is an absolute disgrace. It's almost in vain to imagine the meat under sauce, lettuce and cheese and that's with a so-called signature burger. The other burger didn't taste good at all. It only consisted of sauce. A double was also ordered and you simply received a pattie. Four sauces were also ordered. All you got was ketchup. Even when I asked, the waitress couldn't or didn't want to understand me and gave me the wrong sauces. The curly fries were also extremely salty. Very bad experience. I won't be going back to this branch and I think Burger King in general any time soon.

I was the only one in the drive in, I waited at least 10 minutes at the counter and wasn't served. So I drove up to the window, as I said, I was the only drive in customer and now I waited at the window for at least 5 minutes, no one was in sight and no one comes, so I honk for a moment... then an employee who seems to have had his ego hurt comes and tells me that I should wait at the counter, then "I wouldn't have to honk." He understood it after explaining it 5 times but there was no apology either. What a juice shop. But at least there is a very nice employee, only people like that drag the whole store down and completely ruin the service.

Speechless. I was at the drive-thru in this branch on Friday, May 24, 24, around the evening. I waited in front of the intercom for almost 15 minutes until someone said something. No “just a moment please” or anything like that. When I ordered, I waited in line for another 10 minutes, even though there were only 2 cars in front of me who hadn't ordered much either. I ordered 2 chilli cheese burgers with extra sauce and a cola, fries and ketchup. I only got a Chilli Cheese Burger with no extra sauce, no ketchup or mayo and a Sprite. Of course, everything was still calculated. I had to point out what was missing and then only got a second burger. The employees then argued at the drive in window... I got a bad, dry burger. Without apologies for all of that. I then gave up and drove. So I spent 25 minutes at the drive in. The absolute disaster. McDonald's does it 10 times better and more professionally. You should urgently train your employees. In professionalism and interpersonal behavior first.

It couldn't be worse! Forget all the negative coverage you've seen about Burgerking - the reality is much, much worse. I have never experienced such incredibly bad-tempered staff and such poor service in my entire life. Bad-tempered, unfriendly and incompetent are still flattering attributes. The processes here don't work at all, there is no complaint management and my question about who was responsible was ignored. If you want to check your processes internally, take a look at your roster: 05/26/24, 7:25 p.m., I'll be happy to tell you the name of the woman at the counter. The rest of the staff was just as unfriendly. Underground, grotesque, shocking. I've never been to such a crappy store in my entire life. And I'd rather not eat my burger the way the staff works there... - who knows if they didn't spit on it. The pictures from the TV just come to mind. Didn't they want to improve their image? Unfortunately we had to wait more than 25 minutes, I think it was because there weren't enough staff there on Monday evening. You noticed that when we got the food. Cheese wasn't melted properly and the curly fries were rather soggy. What was really annoying was that the TV with music was quite loud. It's a shame because the store itself is really nice and clean compared to other locations.

So, Bought 2 chicken nuggets burgers, 2 chilli cheese burgers, 2x 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and 2 fries at the drive in today. We received: 2 chicken nuggets burgers from yesterday, 2 chilli cheese burgers from the day before yesterday. 1x nuggets with 2x mayo and 2 fries. Both warmed up. The good thing is, stomach cramps and food poisoning were on the house! Always my pleasure!

One star is still too many here. I've really never experienced anything like that. The fact that you have to order at the terminal is another matter. So far so well said and done. I didn't want to pay by card so I chose cash. Well the gentlemen weren't even interested. They didn't look at anyone or ask anyone. So first of all, all orders received after us were sent with a card!!!!! Pays first when completed. Okay, you think now yours will finally be done. No wrong. Again, the others first. Waited in vain for any reaction from the employees. You know what... we gave them back the piece of paper with the order and went to mcd. At least you get decent service despite the rush, no matter how you pay. Burger King is no longer with us. Absolutely not recommended.

First of all, I love Burger King, but this branch makes mistakes every time. Today I ordered a burger without sauce and quickly took it home, then saw it at home - with sauce of course & it is so spicy that one person didn't have any food. Of course, there is no one there who can be reached by phone to complain about it.

I was passing through and stopped here by chance. I have rarely seen such a well-kept Burger King restaurant and the quality of the entire menu was really exceptional. Crunchy onions, crispy fries, unfortunately this is often completely different in other branches or with the franchisees in my home region.

I ordered online and it kept saying my delivery would arrive soon. After 1.5 hours my order was simply canceled. Restaurant not reachable by phone. Unfortunately it was already too late to order elsewhere. That just doesn't work at all!!!!

I was lucky that all the computers there that I ordered were down, but the girl at the checkout did a great job and remained super friendly and it still went really quickly. A very big compliment to the girl, I would like to wish that we had such employees in Dorsten... I was with you again today and unfortunately I found that the young woman who served me really didn't want to see me serve. Very unfriendly and not at all interested in helping, it was a shame to go to my colleagues in the kitchen, but every business depends on staff... Oh, the two burgers were so carelessly thrown together that I definitely won't stop there again.

I'm sorry. But the filled pizza rolls were not filled. The dough was still raw and there was nothing filled. 2 pieces of meat on top that's it.
