Burger King Haan in Haan

Very unprofessional staff, food always cold. Among other things, I ordered fries and got curlys. Tell the staff and get the answer that they are done together. Huh?????!! The tables are not cleaned and are always dirty. So it's the 3 times we've said never again here but now it's final.

Waited 16 minutes. There are leftover food everywhere, toilets are simply disgusting. Ordering only possible at the machine.

Very bad. The taste of my burger was still okay. However, the size of the chicken on there is an absolute disgrace. It's almost in vain to imagine the meat under sauce, lettuce and cheese and that's with a so-called signature burger. The other burger didn't taste good at all. It only consisted of sauce. A double was also ordered and you simply received a pattie. Four sauces were also ordered. All you got was ketchup. Even when I asked, the waitress couldn't or didn't want to understand me and gave me the wrong sauces. The curly fries were also extremely salty. Very bad experience. I won't be going back to this branch and I think Burger King in general any time soon.

I was the only one in the drive in, I waited at least 10 minutes at the counter and wasn't served. So I drove up to the window, as I said, I was the only drive in customer and now I waited at the window for at least 5 minutes, no one was in sight and no one comes, so I honk for a moment... then an employee who seems to have had his ego hurt comes and tells me that I should wait at the counter, then "I wouldn't have to honk." He understood it after explaining it 5 times but there was no apology either. What a juice shop. But at least there is a very nice employee, only people like that drag the whole store down and completely ruin the service.

Please avoid this Burger King branch. Ordered via the order screen. Luckily I had selected payment at checkout. The employees are so overwhelmed with so few customers that while I was waiting to pay, two customers had to complain because something was missing or inedible. After 15 minutes I left the restaurant and went somewhere else to eat.

The people who prepare the food wore hand jewelry, i.e. rings. No gloves or anything. This is unhygienic!!

Ordered something there twice and it never arrived. I had to cancel the orders with Lieferando every time. To be honest, it was a dirty club. I would fire everyone who works there!

Speechless. I was at the drive-thru in this branch on Friday, May 24, 24, around the evening. I waited in front of the intercom for almost 15 minutes until someone said something. No “just a moment please” or anything like that. When I ordered, I waited in line for another 10 minutes, even though there were only 2 cars in front of me who hadn't ordered much either. I ordered 2 chilli cheese burgers with extra sauce and a cola, fries and ketchup. I only got a Chilli Cheese Burger with no extra sauce, no ketchup or mayo and a Sprite. Of course, everything was still calculated. I had to point out what was missing and then only got a second burger. The employees then argued at the drive in window... I got a bad, dry burger. Without apologies for all of that. I then gave up and drove. So I spent 25 minutes at the drive in. The absolute disaster. McDonald's does it 10 times better and more professionally. You should urgently train your employees. In professionalism and interpersonal behavior first.

It couldn't be worse! Forget all the negative coverage you've seen about Burgerking - the reality is much, much worse. I have never experienced such incredibly bad-tempered staff and such poor service in my entire life. Bad-tempered, unfriendly and incompetent are still flattering attributes. The processes here don't work at all, there is no complaint management and my question about who was responsible was ignored. If you want to check your processes internally, take a look at your roster: 05/26/24, 7:25 p.m., I'll be happy to tell you the name of the woman at the counter. The rest of the staff was just as unfriendly. Underground, grotesque, shocking. I've never been to such a crappy store in my entire life. And I'd rather not eat my burger the way the staff works there... - who knows if they didn't spit on it. The pictures from the TV just come to mind. Didn't they want to improve their image? In any case, my trust in the store is gone. Burger King - never more!!! But luckily there are plenty of alternatives!

Unfortunately we had to wait more than 25 minutes, I think it was because there weren't enough staff there on Monday evening. You noticed that when we got the food. Cheese wasn't melted properly and the curly fries were rather soggy. What was really annoying was that the TV with music was quite loud. It's a shame because the store itself is really nice and clean compared to other locations.

The order was prepared quickly. Everything went smoothly. Everything seems clean. It was a pleasant atmosphere at the time I was there. Free parking on site.

So, Bought 2 chicken nuggets burgers, 2 chilli cheese burgers, 2x 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and 2 fries at the drive in today. We received: 2 chicken nuggets burgers from yesterday, 2 chilli cheese burgers from the day before yesterday. 1x nuggets with 2x mayo and 2 fries. Both warmed up. The good thing is, stomach cramps and food poisoning were on the house! Always my pleasure!

Was there yesterday. The staff are very friendly and personable, especially the two young gentlemen. Food was very fresh and tasty. It was worth going there. I'm looking forward to eating there soon👍🏻👍🏻

One star is still too many here. I've really never experienced anything like that. The fact that you have to order at the terminal is another matter. So far so well said and done. I didn't want to pay by card so I chose cash. Well the gentlemen weren't even interested. They didn't look at anyone or ask anyone. So first of all, all orders received after us were sent with a card!!!!! Pays first when completed. Okay, you think now yours will finally be done. No wrong. Again, the others first. Waited in vain for any reaction from the employees. You know what... we gave them back the piece of paper with the order and went to mcd. At least you get decent service despite the rush, no matter how you pay. Burger King is no longer with us. Absolutely not recommended.

First of all, I love Burger King, but this branch makes mistakes every time. Today I ordered a burger without sauce and quickly took it home, then saw it at home - with sauce of course & it is so spicy that one person didn't have any food. Of course, there is no one there who can be reached by phone to complain about it.

The employees were super friendly and offered great service compared to other branches I have visited so far.

I was passing through and stopped here by chance. I have rarely seen such a well-kept Burger King restaurant and the quality of the entire menu was really exceptional. Crunchy onions, crispy fries, unfortunately this is often completely different in other branches or with the franchisees in my home region.

I ordered a cola to drink from the menu and got Fanta. When I pointed this out to the lady, she replied that I had ordered Fanta and she couldn't exchange it. OK I had the person responsible come and asked for my money back and got it back. Unfortunately I couldn't say anything about the ambience and food.

Unfortunately not a good organization, overwhelmed by everything. Had to wait 45 minutes for 3 burgers and the food was even cold. I complained and wanted something fresh again, which is what I got. Cold again. Well, there are still several BK’s!

I ordered online and it kept saying my delivery would arrive soon. After 1.5 hours my order was simply canceled. Restaurant not reachable by phone. Unfortunately it was already too late to order elsewhere. That just doesn't work at all!!!!

Very long waiting times even though the store was only a third full of guests. Nevertheless, the staff was completely overwhelmed and also unfriendly. While we waited 15 minutes (!) for two burger menus, most of the orders previously issued were incomplete or incorrectly implemented. The resulting discussions were another reason for the long wait. The tables weren't clean at all and there was leftover food lying all over the place. Cash payment is not welcomed and it is immediately pointed out that it will take longer. The food itself was ok.

Just had a spontaneous meal in Haan with the family, never again. Cold fries, burnt burgers, cold because all the doors are open and unfriendly service who don't understand that. 👎

Just been to the BK in Haan. Burnt patty (see picture). When I mentioned this in a friendly manner, the employee pointed out to me that it was normal and that I should have bought something else. I actually like BK but never Haan again!! Also all the doors were open, my children were freezing. My request to close the door was simply ignored. Sorry but no go.

Staff overwhelmed and slow. This cannot be understood as fast food

Not only has the quality lost a lot, the competence has also declined. You have 20-30 minutes. Having to wait for his order, the frustration of this was also evident in the other guests. The fries and burgers were cold, the fact that another customer complained about cold fries while they were still waiting for their order should have been a warning. Errors in the order were actually inevitable. Apparently there was only one competent employee on site, who was annoyed by the incompetence of the others and was trying to correct mistakes, explain everything to the others and do his own job at the same time. For me, this BC can no longer be visited.

A very nice and very comfortable B King. There are several feeding centers in the middle of the industrial area and all around it.

Due to the renovation at Mac Donalds, I switched to Burger King. This wasn't a good idea! Ordering on the self-service screens is poorly programmed because you cannot unsubscribe from ingredients such as cheese. The only service person was visibly overwhelmed by the large number of folders that had been ordered.

Give 1 star because 0 stars is not possible. Very unfriendly staff, when the weather was nice I asked several people to exclude the little gate so we could sit outside, this was refused. About the taste: I thought I would eat the packaging. That was definitely my last visit

The worst Burger King I've ever visited. For ordering at the terminal until delivery. 20 min. Almost has found a completely new meaning here. Then two burgers that could almost stand on their own and one with a beard. Yes, there was a hair in the burger. No one at the checkout responded when spoken to. When my wife tried again, excuses came up like: we have a huge turnout because the Mc D is closed!!! 🤔

We waited a whopping 12 (!) minutes for a single burger (which, mind you, was ready after just 2 minutes) because the employee lost his cool and didn't manage to pack the orders we had received into bags at the same time. Very sad.

This store just locks the doors completely. You're waiting inside for your order and then you can't get out because it's just locked. When you ask that you want to go out, you are insulted and the door is opened under pressure. It is against the law to lock doors when customers are in the store. Never this store again.

It's happened to me for the third time now. I can't handle the control terminals in the restaurant. I was refused an order at the checkout on the grounds that orders can only be made at the control terminals. People weren't necessarily friendly to me, along the lines of: You old geezer are too stupid for this. —-I don’t have to have it anymore—- Strangely enough, this is still possible at Mc Do… opposite and KFC next door. This is how you catapult yourself out of business.

Leider habe ich gerade 2 Burger gekauft, schön wäre es das Essen auch Heiß zu bekommen. Das war also nichts, und Freundlichkeit ist dort bei dem Mitarbeiter wohl auch fehl am Platz,einfach unterirdisch. Ich habe noch mitbekommen wie ein Mitarbeiter von ihm angetrieben wurde…das muss schneller gehen. Bravo so geht man nicht mit Menschen um 😕. Das gute ist gegenüber mit netten angestellten und Warmen 🍔 Burgern…

Visit at prime time, just after 12 noon. Ordering only possible via machines. Disks used/dirty in such a way that commands entered were not recognized. Typing took a really long time because of the technology. Payback Scanner didn't work. Couldn't be cured later. There was also no interest from the service force. Waiting time approx. 15-20 minutes? Hardly any space for those waiting. Auto counter was operated through the crowd. Feels like an eternal wait. Burgers were still delicious, as always. Anyway, last visit to the branch. Order 636 if management is interested.

The food itself was okay. I was in the drive and wanted to place my order. The lady at reception didn't even let me speak, which was totally rude. After the first citizen she said directly “drive forward” is how you speak to the guest? On January 30th at 1:30 p.m. there was a middle-aged lady with long black hair. The boss should think about it. We won't come again

Unfreundlich, nicht sauber und nicht hygienisch. Wenn zwei Leute mehr in dem Laden sind, ist pure Überforderung angesagt.

Da es jetzt schon zum zweitenmal passiert ist ,wird es aufjedenfall der letzte Besuch gewesen sein.Die Burger waren kalt ,Pommes sehr fettig, lecker und frisch ist definitiv anders.mein Geld kann ich auch woanders ausgeben.

Keine Heizung an es war fast Kälter im Laden als draußen Mann musste schnell essen damit es nicht kalt wurde

Absolut der schlechteste BK den ich besucht habe.

Schlechtester Burger King bei dem ich je gegessen habe.. King Menü mit irgend einem Burger der einfach nicht frisch war, die Brötchen stein hart (wie Toastbrot im Ofen neu erwärmt) Orion rings die komplett weich waren bis auf ein einziges, mit voller Kraft drauf gebissen aber nicht durch gekriegt und ein „Erdbeer“ Shake in den einfach bisschen Soße kam, hat aber letztendlich kein bisschen nach Erdbeere geschmeckt. Riesen Enttäuschung. Das Essen liegen lassen und gegenüber zu McDonald’s oder aus der Tonne neben an was wühlen, würde alles besser schmecken.

Sorry Leute das geht besser.. sind nur mit gutem Willen 2 Sterne geworden.. war im späten vormittags Bereich da und es war so mittelmäßig stark frequentiert (5-6 Kunden) nach meiner Bestellung lagen meine Burger auch zügig in der Auslage wo sie dann auch die nächsten 15 Minuten verbracht haben da das Personal heillos überfordert war mit den 2 Bestellungen die vor mir dran waren.. lange rede garkein Sinn, wie zu erwarten war mein Essen völlig kalt als ich es dann endlich erhalten habe, die Cola hatte irgendwie null Kohlensäure und die Musik im Laden auf brüllaffenstärke hochgedreht das man sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht..

Hier bekommt man wie gewohnt gute Qualität. Die Lage ist günstig. Toiletten und Räumlichkeiten sind super. Personal ist freundlich. Auch wenn es nicht gesund ist, esse ich hier gelegentlich gerne.

Also wir haben heute bestellt. Ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, ich bin positiv überrascht. Es war sehr lecker. Ich weiss nicht was Burger King da immer macht, dass diese anderen Bilder. Vor einer Woche hätte ich das vorher gesehen. Hätte ich da nicht bestellt? Positiv und lecker

Essen war nicht richtig heiß, Personal war stetig bemüht hatte aber eigentlich keinen Bock vorallem seit man am Automaten seine Bestellung aufgeben muss. Tische waren dreckig.

Das Essen war heiß und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Leider stand ich nach meiner Bestellung ganz links an der Theke und hatte einen kleinen Einblick in die Küche...... Die Mitarbeiter hatten hier ein Problem auf der Stelle zu stehen oder schnelle Bewegungen zu machen, da der Boden so "rutschig" war, das den Mitarbeitern im Stand immer ein Fuß über den Boden glitschte. Es ist angenehm, dass das Restaurant an sich sauber ist, allerdings sollte man auch den Boden in der Küche bzw. dort wo die Tüten gepackt werden zumindest im gleiche Stand halten. Werde vermutlich nicht mehr hier essen oder mir zumindest vorher ansehen, ob die Mitarbeiter besser Schlittschuhe tragen müssen. Sollte es erneut so sein, werde ich mein Essen zurückgeben und den Laden nie mehr betreten!

Unser Besuch im Burgerking um 23.45 Uhr war sehr enttäuschend, aufgrund dessen dass der “sehr freundliche” Mitarbeiter am Schalter, 2 mal (unsere eigentlich sehr einfache Bestellung) nicht richtig aufgenommen hat. Wir wollten 4 x ein Float Getränk!! Erst kamen 3 normale Getränke und anschließend wurden wir mit einem normalen und 2 dieser Float Getränke verscheucht. Wir baten den “netten” Mitarbeiter die Bestellung zu verbessern, weil das nicht das war was wir wollten, aber da wurden wir sehr unfreundlich und forsch abgewürgt. Werde es daher möglichst vermeiden bei diesem tollen Personal nochmal etwas bestellen… p.s das neue Getränk schmeckt uns nicht.

Ganz nett das Lokal, nur blöd, dass alles per Touchscreenbewertung laufen soll. Ansonsten Essen lecker, krieg kein Durchfall davon

Pommes war kalt, um Servietten zu bekommen, muss man betteln, obwohl wir in Restaurant (ha-ha) gegessen haben, Essen haben wir in Tüten serviert bekommen

So einen freundlichen service war ich schon lange nicht mehr gewohnt, der lieferant der uns gestern mittag beliefert hat ist äusserst nett gewesen, essen war innerhalb 30min da, schön warm, und ein höflicher lieferant! Gerne wieder!

Leider gibt es keine Bestellannahme mehr an der Theke. Die Bestellautomaten sind für ältere Personen sehr unübersichtlich und kompliziert. Die Musik im Innenraum zu laut. Der Aussenberich war schmutzig und voll Vogelkot. Es macht keinen Spaß, diese Filiale zu besuchen.

Die Musik vom TV war zu laut. Zu laut, um sich am Bestellterminal zu konzentrieren, und beim Essen zu nervig zum unterhalten. Ein bisschen runterschrauben wäre viel angenehmer.

Regelmäßig fehlt etwas, heute waren es 2BK. Ab heute blocke ich alles hinter mir und prüfe ob alles da ist. Gerne wird auch die Bestellung vertauscht.

Ein typischer Burger King, der die Erwartungen im positivem Sinne voll erfüllt hat. Der bestellte Whopper war sehr frisch und der Service sehr freundlich.

Unvollständige Lieferung und kalte Pommes und lauwarmer Chrispy chicken . Der Long chicken aus dem Bundle fehlte. Telefonisch ist da niemand erreichbar. Das war die Erste und Letzte Bestellung. Schade
