McDonald's in Florstadt

The best Mc'Donalds in Germany I've seen in the last 8 years since I've been traveling in this country, it's the first time I've seen an order made quickly, the right portion and the burgers don't fall apart while you're eating them! The staff of 17.11.24/16:30 is very good, please appreciate it and keep it as long as possible! If I could, I would give 6 stars! Good luck, congratulations and my respects!

We were there today, November 3rd, 2024 and wanted to order something at the auto counter and they weren't able to enter the order correctly and asked us to drive ahead, and he was really unfriendly at the front and said we should come back in 5 minutes come because he has other customers. Sorry, we won't be coming anymore. The people don't speak proper German and are busy with themselves and don't know how to use the cash register system properly. If you don't want to lose customers, you have to train your staff again. Best regards

Standard McDonald's, there was nothing to complain about

Bad McDonald's. I placed an order for a Happy Meal. Me and my friend have now been waiting for 1 hour and 7 minutes. And when I wanted to ask about the delay, the man said that I should supposedly go to sleep, so 1 star.

Order in MC Drive not complete once again!

The food was not as ordered. The fries were old and soggy. The service was Rude and unfriendly. The waiting time is unreasonable long. Burger King’s entrance is just before McDonald's for a reason.

Arrival and departure possible directly from the nearby motorway. Children's playground outside. Parking space is large enough and McDrive is also available. Located in the industrial area on the outside area. Interior furnished according to the fast food chain, everything was clean including the toilets.

Burgers lukewarm, fries only lukewarm, tables dirty, floor sticky. Now I know why everything at the burger roaster with the crown was full and there was nothing going on.

The staff was more concerned with themselves than with the customers. Fingernails and tattoos were the main topic between a lady and a gentleman. We and the rest of the customers had to wait significantly longer, as is usual with this fast food chain. To top it off, the order wasn't complete, which is something we're used to by now. One might assume that it has a system.

Food - McDonalds, like all chains, there is a certain consistency! Service - Unfortunately not so great, similar to the competitor up the street, there is a lack of politeness here! The bad shop we have, so often I order to take away and where I'm at home I find something different, today I had it for 3 people and where I was at home I noticed two fries were missing in a portion of three even though I paid, every time there something is wrong I always wanted to try the new big Mac ts, ordered three times and three times I get normal ones without backon.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very fast, despite a large order.

The Mc Ripp has shrunk. The sauce was made shepherd and became sour. Fries limp. For us to break the habit for the price!

Nice, clean new McDonalds in a great location right off the motorway exit. Lots of parking, nice staff. Food good as always and prepared quickly. There is a small climbing area for the kids inside and the slide tower outside. Toilets OK, changing facilities available.

- after the 6th visit to the Mc Drive in the last few months, here is a short summary: - Nice and friendly service is rarely the case (We all have a bad day sometimes, but constantly looking and reacting totally annoyed has no place in service) - Questions are answered with annoyance - Gestures and facial expressions make a big difference in service, so you should hold another training session for your colleagues - I'm actually happy with the food and ice cream, but the way some of the employees act makes the small but noticeable difference whether it's good or not

Located directly on the outskirts of town, not far from the connection to the Hanau and Gießen motorways. There are parking spaces in front of the branch. The employees are friendly and always try to do justice to everyone. The outdoor area is equipped with a UFO playground for children.

Someone collapses in front of the door, their clothes just want to have a drink and are told that they should get to the back of the line. They don't seem to be able to cope well with a bit of activity and stress.

Spontaneous visit to McDonalds. We were surprised at how delicious the coffee and cinnamon pieces were and were happy that the friendly waitress served us the treats on the terrace.

Got the MC for the first time. D. APP used. Ordered, waited very briefly. Also pay via the app. Class! Since you have to order at the Mac terminal, I rarely go. Now I find it more relaxed using a mobile phone app. I'm usually a fan of cash, but here I think it's great.

The food was ok I had not problem with it and the service but I was trying to eat my breakfast in the morning and it made me feel uncomfortable to see the way what seems to be the "manager" was yelling at their employees about some machine. Couldn’t really enjoy the food after that

Ordered 3 menus and once had fries, wrong sauce.... Simply very bad... I'd be better off driving 10 km more to Erlensee than in Florstadt

Great restaurant and nice staff. The only, but very big, drawback is the lack of breakfast. Now with the changes to the breakfast menu, the restaurant should offer breakfast again.

A little slow and overwhelmed!!

If you're in a hurry, the best place to go is McDonald's. People here know their way around and rarely experience a surprise. Same here, everything to the usual extent, so no special recommendation. We were passing through and were happy to be able to grab a quick meal here.

So far everything is ok. Ordering, payment and subsequent operation via the app worked well. However, the constant problem is that the tables are always poor in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The customer is asked to return the trays, garbage and leftover food to the designated carts. However, I am not allowed to wipe the table myself. So you sit there until someone takes pity and cleans the table.

Ganz schlimm. Teils unfreundliches und unfähiges Personal. Innerhalb der letzten 6 Wochen hatten wir 2 Mal den Fall, dass bestellte und bezahlte Burger nicht in der Tüte waren, heute haben sogar 2 Burger gefehlt. Sowas hatten wir bei der Konkurrenz "weiter vorne" noch nie!

Gerade einen Fressflash bekommen und wollte mir noch was holen, da der MC Donalds offiziell um 02:00 UHR schließt. 01:30 Onlinebestellung fertig gemacht und als ich ankam wurde ich gekonnt ignoriert. Kann es verstehen wenn man keine Lust mehr hat und sich auf den Feierabend freut, aber wenn man bis 02:00 offiziell offen hat, sollte man dies auch einhalten.

We were very satisfied. We ordered coffee in a real porcelain mug/cup (well preheated) at the counter. The staff was nice. The restaurant was clean with a comforting atmosphere.

Ein McDonald's Nahe der Autobahn, der zum kurzweiligen Aufenthalt verleitet, wenn der Hunger schnell gestillt werden muss. Die Pommes sind bisher immer frisch und heiß gewesen, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Das Personal ist nicht sonderlich freundlich und außerdem nicht sehr schnell unterwegs. Wir haben fast eine halbe Stunde km McDrive gewartet, obwohl nur vier Autos vor uns waren. Auch der Mitarbeiter, der unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat, war sehr unfreundlich und nicht daran interessiert dem Kunden ein gutes Serviceerlebnis zu vermitteln.

Jedes Mal gibt es eine Sorte von dem Mc Flurry Eis überhaupt nicht… erst Cookie Dough, nun Bounty!!! Nun die Krönung mit den Strohhalmen. Draußen hängt im Drive in man bekommt drin Strohhalme. Isst man drinnen und fragt nach nem Strohhalm, heißt es es gäbe keine mehr???? Irreführung vom Feinsten

Es liegt direkt an der Autobahn, ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Futterkartoffeln gefühlt zwei Tage alt, und der Burger war auch nicht so der Hit. Der nette junge Mann mit Bart und dunklem Haar, war sehr nett!

Ist halt MCDonalds. Aber der Standart wurde gehalten, es dauerte ein wenig bis wir unser Essen bekamen, aber waren auch eine große Gruppe. Ungesund ist das Zeug leider trotzdem.

Mc Mittagessen an der Friedberger ist vielleicht riskant; Wir hatten Glück. Kurz vor Zwölf. Schnell bestellt, schnell zubereitet. Sehr zufrieden.

Hab mir nur Donuts gekauft und daheim gemerkt, die sind nicht mehr frisch..

Ich war vor 20 min mit meiner Freundin im Drive in. Haben alles bestellt und ich habe mich 2 wiederholt. Mir fehlt ein Big Mac und wir wollten 3 von 2 Big macs ohne Gurken, bekamen aber dafür nur 2 Big macs und ohne Käse. Wir sind insgesamt 18 km gefahren um ein halbfertiges Essen zubekommen. Sowas darf einfach nicht passieren.

Pro: - Service an Tisch - Bestellung via Terminal Naja: - Toiletten/Urinale teilweise beschädigt und nur amateurhaft repariert Contra: - sehr ungemütlich zum Frühstücken, es war viel zu kalt im Lokal

Nicht jede Modernisierung muss von Vorteil sein. Es gibt jetzt hochmoderne Verkaufsautomaten die spärlich frequentiert werden. Ein Grossteil der Gäste zieht es vor direkt am Tresen zu bestellen. Dort ist dann eine Kasse besetzt und es bilden sich lange Schlangen bis zur Eingangstür. Die zweite Kasse zu öffnen wäre hilfreich. Die Packerinnen sind hoffnungslos überfordert. Vor der Modernisierung war der Ablauf 50 % schneller und effektiver. Da wir nahezu Wöchentlich auf unseren Fahrten dort einen Zwischenstopp gemacht haben ist dieser Zustand kein einmaliges Erlebnis sondern eher die Regel. Mir ist auch ein Rätsel warum die Sanitären Einrichtungen nicht fachgerecht repariert werden. Herren WC Urinale Dichtung seit Jahren lose und Gehäuse hat Risse. Das kann man besser machen. Wir werden unsere Reiseroute ändern und diesen Ort meiden. Schade drum.

Hier macht das Frühstück immer Spaß in ruhiger Atmosphäre und ein wenig Musik. Für Kinder ist im Außenbereich auch bestens gesorgt.

Viel über die Speisen bei McDonalds muss man wohl nicht dozieren. Sie sind grundsätzlich in allen gleich. Allerdings ist bei diesem Makkes das Ambiente super. Man kann schön draußen sitzen im Sommer, es gibt ein schönen ruhigen Bereich nahe an dem McCafe. Da sich dieser Makkes innerhalb eines Gewerbegebiets befindet ist es immer schön ruhig. Wir gehen als Notlösung gerne dorthin essen vor allem wenn wir gerade von einem Musik-Auftritt zurückkommen oder fix und fertig von der Arbeit im Garten sind. Weil Mc Donalds hat halt länger warme Küche.
