Burger King in Florstadt

My husband picked up 🍔 at the drive in today. He said several times and even showed the waitress what he wanted, namely the plant based long Texas BBQ chicken. He got the normal one 🙈. By the way, you could look for the BBQ sauce there.

Food - Burger King! Actually, like everywhere else, I would say. Service - Unfortunately rather poor, politeness leaves something to be desired and something is constantly forgotten! Don't understand that! You can learn to be polite, doesn't Burger King have any standards according to which they train their employees? There should be a smile and some motivation (at least fake it). Ambience - Burger King...

Exactly what you would expect. You can get your food here quickly and quickly, even if there is a queue. My drawback: the toilets, unfortunately no paper to dry your hands, just a hairdryer. The toilet paper is also very thin. The restaurant is well connected with a gas station next door. The shop is clean, the tables also appear wiped. The staff also ensures order in the dining area.

I ordered a sahili burger and she just gave me a burger. Then an old boss didn't want to work and she came and talked badly for all the customers. I ordered a children's menu and they gave me colla fanta spreit..that's not normal for Burger King ..

Sorry. Been there twice in the last couple of weeks. Twice the order was incomplete. I have about a 15 min drive home. By the time we realized it’s too late. No way I’ll go back.

Things that had been ordered were forgotten, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. The waiting time was also very long.

The staff this evening seems to be afflicted with chronic unhappiness. We waited about 8 minutes until someone from the staff showed up. It took some time before we were finally allowed to pay for our order (I avoid card payments). Then unfortunately we were not provided with what we ordered. Well, the competition on the pitch is at least as bad from the staff. Is it because of the wages? The food itself is edible, as is the case with fast food. Enjoy your meal together

Actually a very good Burger King, but today we only ordered vegetarian dishes due to visitors and, as you can see in the picture, we had meat patties on 2 of 3 burgers. I eat meat, but how can that still happen after the 2 Team Wallraff scandals. Very weak this time...

We were out and about again and honestly didn't feel like cooking anything in the evening because it would have gotten too late... There we saw the Home of the Whopper. So we made a pit stop there If I ever go to a fast food temple, I'll try something new... the plant burgers were recommended to me and since I'm increasingly avoiding meat, I ordered a plant cheeseburger (which is now only a good 60% the size compared to before 5 years owns... Cheers to inflation), a Big King XXL in the menu with Cola Zerrro. The whole thing emptied my wallet immensely... I think if you dine in an establishment like this in three years, Peter Zwegat will come by the following week... The price-performance ratio has also declined significantly thanks to Habeck... but I digress... Now to the positive: The order was processed at the speed of light and I had my food in my hands within a very short time. The fries were hot and crunchy; Thumbs up. The Big King The Plant Cheeseburger was also excellent and surprised me very positively... everything was done right here too. Now my highlight: Almost everywhere where water is processed with cola syrup, the cola tastes like it was strained through grandma's panties, but here it was great. Nice and cold and just like a Zerro should taste: Alive!!! I missed some ice cream but that was complaining on a high level... you can't always have everything. Conclusion: Good and quick food that I would happily eat again... only the prices really make my stomach ache because for almost the same money you get a fantastic schnitzel at the Deutsches Haus in Bermuthshain, which I would definitely prefer in terms of price-performance ratio.

At 00:30 the toilets are definitely no longer clean, at least on that day, very unpleasant! Plus it takes forever to get your food. I will not visit this restaurant again!

Went there right at 10 a.m. and had the King Emmentaler menu with curly fries - very tasty, fresh and hot, I forgot to take photos because of my appetite 😄

We were there on a Thursday morning. The toilet facilities usually say something about a restaurant and these were so clean, 1A with stars. The dining room was also very clean. The burgers were really fresh and you could tell that the meat was actually grilled, so it tasted good. We didn't have much to talk to the staff about because of the kiosk order, but I smiled at the counter when I picked it up and got a smile in return. The quality at Burger King is often not consistent across different countries and branches, but here it was really as it should be.

Since the renovation, the ambience has become even more pleasant. I think King is better than MC anyway

Food was ok, fries extremely dry. Never have nugget burgers there. Employees really unfriendly and rude (I only had one question and then I didn't get an answer, but "you can think for yourself"). Really rude because my question was legitimate.

The service is good but the salad tastes like someone got it from the bush next door and the burgers are extremely small

We had dinner there this Thursday night. You have such an unfriendly and unhygienic employee. We came in, my husband just said "Hello" and the older employee was standing at the checkout... sweaty and probably had problems with his circulation... it can happen... you can also say it sensibly. Then he said that we should work as much as he does... eight hours in a row and only the three of us... not my problem?! I also have two jobs... I chose it that way... so I don't have anything to complain about - especially not in front of customers! Food cold. Never again! The man is an imposition!

My experience at BurgerKing was extremely disappointing. I ordered onion rings and emphasized several times that I wanted fresh ones. Despite my request, it was ignored and I was even ridiculed. The onion rings delivered appeared to be more rubbery as they were obviously warmed up and inedible. Additionally, the meat on my burger was cold, which made the already miserable experience even worse. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming back.

A small and clean Burger King, I've seen worse. Today is actually my first time here at this Burger King and I'm satisfied. Had avoided Burger King for a while due to bad experiences at other branches.

Opening hours according to Google until 2:00, opening times according to the notice at the drive-in counter until 2:00. At 11:57 p.m. in the drive-in, the light goes out and the voice at the counter says that you won't be served anymore because, according to the boss, they should close at midnight because: "it's not worth it anymore"... while the entire parking lot is full and a car meeting with 100 people is taking place next door...

Went there on a Wednesday at 10pm. Both the opening times on the app and on the door itself stated that the restaurant and the drive were open until midnight. Unfortunately we weren't allowed in and had to eat our food in the car. In addition, the employee at the drive made it very clear with his unfriendly manner that he would prefer not to serve any customers anymore. At least the food was warm and freshly prepared, although the onion rings would have needed a few more minutes in the deep fryer.

Was there at 2:00 am. The food was delicious but the employees were chilling in the kitchen, laughing and doing who knows what. It took a long time for the order to be accepted even though we were the only guests. When the order was ready, the tray was simply put down. Nobody said anything or anything until other young people shouted through the BK that the order was ready. Straws were also missing.

No heating on. Ice cold ventilation. Getting the wrong food.

Nice employees, which is really nice. But there's just never any ice cream here. The ice cream machine is always “just” broken. Already noted by the staff, but the same thing again. Annoying.

Burger War frisch, zumindest war alles saftig und nicht trocken.

Vom Essen her bevorzuge ich jeden Burger King vor jedem McDonald's. Aber diese Filiale ist echt nicht schön, es hat gedauert und das Personal wirkte unorganisiert

Ein Schnell Restaurant wie man es kennt Ein relativ kleiner Parkplatz und auch der Innenraum ist nicht so groß Wir haben unser Essen und Getränke schnell bekommen. Leider gab es nicht alles, was wir gerne gehabt hätten. Die Toiletten waren sauber

Place was clean ,parking was good, excellent customer service, a bit busy good price lovely food.

Food was expected, using vouchers makes it very affordable. The heater was broken thus it was rather chilly in there. Staff was amazing. Taking great care of us and especially of our 3yr old girl. Rarely have we felt so welcome in a Burger King!

During winter instead of heater, their air-conditioning was on.

Halt ein Burger King, muß aber sagen, sehr sauber, Personal freundlich, Essen war heiß und schmeckte wie erwartet. Als schneller Imbiss ist Burger King mein Favorit, aber nur meine Meinung 🤣

So einen guten Whopper habe ich noch nie gegessen. Frisch und üppig belegt, wirklich toll. Die Toilette war auch sauber.

Dieser Burger King war frisch renoviert. Ich fand das vorherige Ambiente angenehmer. Essen war gut, Personal freundlich und schnell.

Für nen Drive In etwas lange Wartezeit. Alleine bei der Bestellaufnahme mussten wir 5 Minuten direkt am Schalter warten. Weiter 5 Minuten bis jemand zum Schalter kam und kassierte und dann nochmal weitere 10 min bis das Essen kam. Essen war aber lecker. Und Preis Leistung mit den Coupons aus der App top.

War heute Nacht um 1 Uhr mit einer Freundin dort essen. Zuvor hatte ich nie Probleme mit dem Essen und ging sehr gerne eigentlich gerne dort hin. Gestern haben sie’s allerdings auf die Spitze getrieben. Mussten nur 2 min auf unser Essen warten und dementsprechend hat es dann auch geschmeckt… als ich fast alles verzehrt hatte, fand ich dann auch noch einen Schnakenflügel in meiner Pommes. Wirklich sehr schmutziger und trauriger Laden. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Hatte den ganzen Abend mit Bauchschmerzen zu kämpfen… Empfehle es niemanden dort hin zu gehen, bzw. untersucht euer Essen bitte zuvor!

Hat sich gebessert. Leider ist im Sommer der Sonnenschirm draußen eingeklappt, so das man sich kaum raussetzen kann ohne Flame grilled zu werden.

Zu später Stunde war ich noch mal essen. Die Burger wurden frisch zubereitet und es ging schnell.

Hier hat es noch nie Probleme gegeben, egal ob Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit oder Sonderwünsche. Im Gegensatz zu anderen BK die es leider auch gibt!

Sauberster Burger King den ich je gesehen habe. Auch die Toilette.👍 Man bestellt (noch) bei echten Menschen. Ich persönlich finde das schön, auch wenn die terminals in anderen Filialen praktischer sind. Der Service war tadellos, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider nicht alle Aktionsprodukte vorrätig. Sonst typischer Burger King. Günstig und gut. Renovierte Innenausstattung.

Nach dem Umbau und unter neuer Leitung, für mich jetzt eine der besten Burger King Locations die ich kenne. Vor allem der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Gerne wieder. 😃

Wor standen 10Min wartendent da, bis ich auf einen Mitarbeiter zugegangen bin ob wir nicht bestellen dürfen. Beim bestellen und Fragen beantworten wurde durch uns durch geguckt als wären wir nicht da. Generell war das Perso al sehr überfordert obwohl kaum was los war und sie zu 3. Waren...dazu kommt, dass das Personal lautstark über andere Kunden gelästert hat und kein Blatt vorm Mund genommen hat. Wir hatten hauptsächlich Burger mit Huhn dieses war kalt, fest und überhaupt nicht mehr saftig.... Ps: wie vermissen den double steakhouse burger sehr!!!

Typischer Buger King in der Nähe der Autobahn. Whopper und Pommes waren frisch und haben dementsprechend gut geschmeckt. Die Servicekraft hat von sich aus angeboten, uns das Essen an den Tisch zu bringen. Prima. Bewährter Burger King mit dem üblichen Angebot. Mittlerweile nicht mehr ganz auf der Höhe der Zeit, aber so lange das Essen für ein Fastfood Restaurant schmeckt, ist es okay.

Moderner, sauberer Gastraum, gute, frische Burger, freundliches Personal. Alles prima und nicht selbstverständlich, denn die Unterschiede zwischen den verschiedenen Filialen sind, wie bei allen Ketten, groß. Diese Filiale wird vom gleichen Franchisenehmer betrieben wie unser Burger King in Oberursel, der mit den gleichen Stärken punkten kann.
