The crew was understaffed. The elderly gentleman behind the counter was a bit overwhelmed. It took almost 15 minutes for our two menus.

The ice cream was good. David's service was really great! Very friendly and attentive.

The burger was a disgrace! It lay in the packaging as if it were swimming in grease, almost impossible to eat! That was my last visit to Burger King! The fries didn't taste any better! 🤮

I went through the drive-thru and only ordered two things, and one of them was forgotten. Plus, everything was very cold.

The food was often cold, and the staff were repeatedly unfriendly. Today I was sent out to eat because it was already 30 minutes before closing time and everyone seemed to want to go home. The manager (an older man with a white mustache) coughs into his hands and is completely incompetent, telling stories about how inhumane his superiors are and how, thankfully, he won't have to work anymore soon. The worst and most unpleasant Burger King branch I've ever been to. Impossible. Never again. I'd rather go hungry than order anything from there again! Hygiene and service are at an all-time low. I usually only try massage parlors, but I have to warn against this place!

Unfortunately, I didn't have the entire order in the bag and only noticed it when I got home. Such a shame.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Really a shame. I've been a fan of Burger King for a long time, unfortunately due to incompetent staff, I have to rethink my opinion. My husband went to get a meal for €70, and there were so many things missing... sauce... fries... burger... in short, a total failure. Even while he was waiting for his order, several people came back to the cash register to look for things missing from their menus. I don't recommend this restaurant at all; go to the McDonald's next door instead!

❌ Never again Burger King Florstadt! I paid over 65 euros and waited almost 30 minutes – for cold food, an incomplete order, and disrespectful behavior from an employee. Fries were transferred with bare hands; hygiene was nonexistent. To top it all off, there was an inappropriate comment made to my daughter. My complaint was "addressed," but without any real consequences or apology. Customer service? None. I advise everyone: Avoid this branch – and think twice about giving Burger King your money.

Very good quality and the staff is friendly

€16.49 for a meal—that's ridiculous. The board said €13.49, but I didn't know that if you order a burger without a tomato, you pay more! After repeating my order three times and the staff laughing more than ever, I'm told I have to pay more. Impossible, and they forgot the ketchup again. I could puke!

The food is cold. The service is average. The water was served without ice. The cheese in the burger is cold. The fries are unsalted. Not very good.

What can I say 😅 the seemingly familiar employee, we also met him on our stop from North Rhine-Westphalia to Bavaria 😂 nice guy, but complaining at a very, very high level... 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's just like people, I'd say. If I were him, I'd be happy when things were "business" and I didn't just have to stand around stupidly. However, I can also understand that he still has to do the inventory and would like to take a break, which he probably hasn't had yet today. Still, it's rather unprofessional to cry to the customers there or to tell customers coming after us: "I don't have a zipper to cut myself in half yet" (teens). He was still friendly and not unfriendly to us, the food was warm, and everything was fine 😅

I used to love going to this Burger King, but the last three times I've been served by an older man with a mustache. He's been extremely rude every time, and the third time can't be excused as just having a bad day. He treats not only his colleagues but also his customers disrespectfully. This time he even got loud and asked why anyone would think of going to a fast food restaurant on a holiday. That's definitely not going to keep customers. I've read that other customers feel the same way. I certainly won't be going to this location again.

As always, the burgers and fries are delicious and good. Special requests were met with only a one-note comment, which could have been omitted. The atmosphere was loud and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and we arrived at 7 p.m.

Well, it's okay. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets but only got 18. On top of that, one of the 18 nuggets was inedible because it was so stringy.

You should employ employees who understand an order and can accept an order at the checkout if an order column doesn't work

The food and ambience were fine in and of themselves. What is not possible in my opinion is the service of a “certain” person who calls himself a “manager”. Totally annoyed the food was served. As more and more people enter the restaurant, people roll their eyes and shout into the middle of the room whether they don't actually have their own kitchen. My wife wanted to order a few more chicken nuggets for our daughter. After waiting 5 minutes, she was told to order the snack at the terminal as he didn't have time for it now. But paying in cash at the checkout was possible. All in all, a very disappointing visit to the restaurant that left a bad aftertaste. Unfortunately we don't recommend it.

Not what it used to be. My Big King was the size of a fist, the cheese wasn't even melted, everything was very bland. The onion rings were sticky, the portion of fries was tiny. We're looking for an alternative.

Had dinner here this evening. The old man at the checkout just complained the whole time and served us cold fries, even though we specifically ordered hot fries. There were only 3 guys and a lady customer there. If this continues, this BK will also lose the 4 customers. Maybe the man should really retire if he doesn't feel like it. Exactly what you would expect. You can get your food here quickly and quickly, even if there is a queue. My drawback: the toilets, unfortunately no paper to dry your hands, just a hairdryer. The toilet paper is also very thin. The restaurant is well connected with a gas station next door. The shop is clean, the tables also appear wiped. The staff also ensures order in the dining area.

Actually a very good Burger King, but today we only ordered vegetarian dishes due to visitors and, as you can see in the picture, we had meat patties on 2 of 3 burgers. I eat meat, but how can that still happen after the 2 Team Wallraff scandals. Very weak this time...

We were out and about again and honestly didn't feel like cooking anything in the evening because it would have gotten too late... There we saw the Home of the Whopper. So we made a pit stop there If I ever go to a fast food temple, I'll try something new... the plant burgers were recommended to me and since I'm increasingly avoiding meat, I ordered a plant cheeseburger (which is now only a good 60% the size compared to before 5 years owns... Cheers to inflation), a Big King XXL in the menu with Cola Zerrro. The whole thing emptied my wallet immensely... I think if you dine in an establishment like this in three years, Peter Zwegat will come by the following week... The price-performance ratio has also declined significantly thanks to Habeck... but I digress... Now to the positive: The order was processed at the speed of light and I had my food in my hands within a very short time. The fries were hot and crunchy; Thumbs up. The Big King The Plant Cheeseburger was also excellent and surprised me very positively... everything was done right here too. Now my highlight: Almost everywhere where water is processed with cola syrup, the cola tastes like it was strained through grandma's panties, but here it was great. Nice and cold and just like a Zerro should taste: Alive!!! I missed some ice cream but that was complaining on a high level... you can't always have everything. Conclusion: Good and quick food that I would happily eat again... only the prices really make my stomach ache because for almost the same money you get a fantastic schnitzel at the Deutsches Haus in Bermuthshain, which I would definitely prefer in terms of price-performance ratio.

Went there right at 10 a.m. and had the King Emmentaler menu with curly fries - very tasty, fresh and hot, I forgot to take photos because of my appetite 😄

We were there on a Thursday morning. The toilet facilities usually say something about a restaurant and these were so clean, 1A with stars. The dining room was also very clean. The burgers were really fresh and you could tell that the meat was actually grilled, so it tasted good. We didn't have much to talk to the staff about because of the kiosk order, but I smiled at the counter when I picked it up and got a smile in return. The quality at Burger King is often not consistent across different countries and branches, but here it was really as it should be.

Since the renovation, the ambience has become even more pleasant. I think King is better than MC anyway

We had dinner there this Thursday night. You have such an unfriendly and unhygienic employee. We came in, my husband just said "Hello" and the older employee was standing at the checkout... sweaty and probably had problems with his circulation... it can happen... you can also say it sensibly. Then he said that we should work as much as he does... eight hours in a row and only the three of us... not my problem?! I also have two jobs... My experience at BurgerKing was extremely disappointing. I ordered onion rings and emphasized several times that I wanted fresh ones. Despite my request, it was ignored and I was even ridiculed. The onion rings delivered appeared to be more rubbery as they were obviously warmed up and inedible. Additionally, the meat on my burger was cold, which made the already miserable experience even worse. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming back.

A small and clean Burger King, I've seen worse. Today is actually my first time here at this Burger King and I'm satisfied. Had avoided Burger King for a while due to bad experiences at other branches.

Opening hours according to Google until 2:00, opening times according to the notice at the drive-in counter until 2:00. At 11:57 p.m. in the drive-in, the light goes out and the voice at the counter says that you won't be served anymore because, according to the boss, they should close at midnight because: "it's not worth it anymore"... while the entire parking lot is full and a car meeting with 100 people is taking place next door...

Went there on a Wednesday at 10pm. Both the opening times on the app and on the door itself stated that the restaurant and the drive were open until midnight. Unfortunately we weren't allowed in and had to eat our food in the car. In addition, the employee at the drive made it very clear with his unfriendly manner that he would prefer not to serve any customers anymore. At least the food was warm and freshly prepared, although the onion rings would have needed a few more minutes in the deep fryer.
