Why is the restaurant shown as "open" even though it is permanently closed? Underground for the McDonald's group! Maybe someone can take care of it!

We wanted to grab something to eat on the way home today and saw that the McDonald's was closed. White and red barrier tape in front of the parking lot...no why....

The McDonald's is closed! The parking lot is cordoned off with tape. Although there is advertising on a street beforehand and there is a sign there showing the way to this McDonald's. What's that supposed to mean? If the store is closed, McDonald's should also remove advertising with directions there.

Even after more than 2 years, the delivery service via Lieferando is an absolute disgrace. The term “fast food” probably needs a new definition here. At 12:28 p.m. the order was confirmed by email. It's now 2:12 p.m. and according to the app, the order is still "only" confirmed and not even being prepared yet. Of course, the attempted calls to the restaurant remain unanswered. Nobody answers the phone these days. As we all know, hunger makes you angry - and I'm really angry now. Absolute juice shop. If I can't manage this delivery service even after more than 2 years, then you should consider whether you really should maintain this mainstay.

We had a booger on the burger and the employee said no, it wasn't. Let's be honest no matter what it was it didn't belong on a burger. Therefore, last visit and report to the health department.

It was very dirty, the tables were full of hair and dirt, the floor was sticky and the food was totally dry 👎

I was in there with 2 dwarves. And after ordering, they both had to go to the toilet. Absolutely disgusting smell that hits you there. Hardly any soap left for washing and no towels left for drying. If you are to judge from the hygiene in the "sanitary area" about the kitchen, then good night. Even the disinfection in front of the "shit houses" (that's a much better term for these places) was empty. Absolutely disgusting experience today

Everything was fine 1 thing my food was cold please change

It can't be the case that the staff complains about little things! Ordered at the terminal and said it was to be taken away, but then we decided and sat down at a table where you really have to say clean looks different. An employee then came up to us and we were immediately reprimanded in a very unfriendly tone for our ignorant misconduct. I don't have to say much about the food, I ordered a Big Mac "without onions" and received it with onions. The citizen looked a little worn out and also dusty, I really don't know what to say.

The children's play table has been broken for years.

Food was okay, but the toilets were a disaster. Been there at 8 a.m., toilets all dusty, not swept or mopped, no toilet paper. Never experienced anything like this at any other McDonald's.

Catastrophic citizens got it - hardly any sauce, no onions, it had probably been there for a long time - and as almost every time, at least one part of the app order is missing. It's best to look into each individual packaging directly on site. It was better there.

It was the bottom line...one of the employees had such a cold that they didn't feel like eating. The employees were also very unclean

I loved eating there as a child, but a lot has changed over the years. My last experience was that the days were full, the employees were under stress, which is normal, but half of them were forgotten and the wrong thing was packed without sauces and without Happy Meal toys. My daughter was very sad. Because the food had been completely burnt, the fries no longer tasted like anything and had become so expensive. Very, very sad :/

A direct detour from... Made an indoor playground with the kids. As always, it was certainly a great dinner for the children.

The dirtiest branch I've seen so far. Some train station toilets are cleaner than this shop. The burger is cold and the staff comes back from smoking behind the counter and blows the last drag of the cigarette into the shop. Definitely the last visit to this dump!

Top shop, free redbull and cola as compensation because there was no ice cream

MC Drive used. First counter ordered, second counter paid and picked up at the third counter. Everything happened very quickly and friendly.

My husband is diabetic and ordered a Coke Zero but received a regular one. This is absolutely not good!

We have rarely experienced such an uncoordinated branch. Trash was all over the floor, tray return shelves were overflowing, and the toilets were a disgrace. 2 stars only for the friendly staff.

You stand with your legs in your stomach. The hut is so full that people are stacked up to the ceiling and one person at the front of the bar is still chilling and packing up. But food is of solid Mecces quality. 👍🏻

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen.

We went there spontaneously (after 9 p.m.). We waited about 6 minutes from ordering (at the terminal) to picking up the food and were then really surprised at how hot and fresh the food was, tasted perfect (double cheese) and not greasy (nuggets + fries). Restaurant seemed clean, especially tables and seats. It's been a really long time since I've had a branch that makes you happy and still gives you hope that you might visit McDonald's again. We thanked the staff (who were probably a bit incredulous about it ;-)).

Rarely have I had such nice service at McDonald's as here. Short waiting time, complete order and super nice staff. We didn't know that either. Class!

The restaurant is easy to reach. There are not enough parking spaces. The restaurant is very dirty. You stick to the floor and the toilets are also very dirty. Tables are not wiped down inside or outside. But there are enough staff on duty.

Ich habe mit meiner Familie dort gegessen Abendbrot und als wir nach Hause kamen. Hatten wir alle Bauchschmerzen und uns war richtig schlecht. Wir hatten viel aufgestoßen und waren kurz vor dem Spucken. Wir werden dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen. Denn so schlecht wie es uns nach dem Besuch ging war es noch nie.

It was a bit dirty but that's probably because the shop is closing in 60 minutes. The waiting time was quite reasonable at this time. Unfortunately the tables were dirty and the floor wasn't the cleanest either.

It's a disaster with this branch, once again the food is incompletely packed. Ordered a Happy Meal today, among other things, and 2 of the 5 items were missing. That can't be the case, of course we only noticed it when we got home. So always take a look on site or go to another branch.

The toilets were totally filthy. The dish trolley was overflowing and a guest dropped something from the tray, which was then smeared with a rag. Disgusting. I knew that McDonald's had introduced some innovations. Spontaneous idea to get something to take away there. Originally searched for a voucher online. Then everything went very fast. App downloaded. Submitted. Place an order, pay by CK, go to the branch, show the code, leave the branch 2 minutes later with the order. Everything is easy. I was quicker than queuing inside and placing the order there. Friendly staff. Clean.

online, for collection, ordered.....arrived and waited a whopping 15 minutes for the food....there were 2 orders, the first was ready quite quickly...but after a 13 minute wait (for the 2nd... . ORDER) cold. The service employee was snarky to me several times, not the first time today.... on top of that, a burger was missing from the second order, which unfortunately I only noticed. I'm so angry about the long wait...Then the stupid service and then the lack of food... If I could, I wouldn't even have a star left!

At the so-called "quick restaurant" in Wolgast it took me half an hour on the drive to get my coffee and the breakfast order, which wasn't very big... that's not possible 👎

I had to realize once again that the cleanliness in the restaurant was below all. There wasn't a lot of customers there, so the staff who weren't busy in the kitchen could have wielded the broom and the mop instead of talking loudly. I've already read about this defect in other reviews. I hope that the cleanliness in the guest room will improve.

Unfortunately our order was accidentally given to a driver (which can happen), but again no apology for the long waiting time. I've noticed repeatedly that when something goes wrong, items are missing, etc., the employees never say a word of apology. Very sheep. Overall, an unfriendly atmosphere in this restaurant. Service and friendliness rather poor.

Leider wurde unsere Bestellung versehentlich einem Fahrer mitgegeben (was alles passieren kann), aber wiedermal kein Wort der Entschuldigung, bezüglich der langen Wartezeit. Ist mir schon wiederholt aufgefallen, dass wenn etwas schief geht, Artikel fehlen ect, nie ein Wort der Entschuldigung über den Lippen der Mitarbeiter kommt. Sehr schafe. Insgesamt eher eine unfreundliche Stimmung in diesem Restaurant. Service und Freundlichkeit eher mangelhaft.

Dirty, dirty and not recommended. The food is, as you would expect from McDonalds, okay for the most part. It is advisable to take the food with you when you come here as no consideration is given to customers if the burger has little to no sauce on it.

Food like any other McDonald's, service is okay too. But the ambience, I was there for dinner at 11 a.m., the restaurant wasn't full but there were crumbs and dirt everywhere on the tables, chairs and floor and it looked really greasy. I know it differently. Only MC Drive can be recommended here.

Wir haben am Freitag den 19.01 abends dort gegessen mit den Kindern. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt aber leider haben wir ein Tag danach Flach gelegen mit Spucken und Durchfall.

Es war einfach dreckig, der Tisch neben uns war die ganze Zeit mit Ketchup beschmiert ( wir saßen gut 1,5 Stunden dort ) und obwohl kaum Leute da waren kam niemand mal auf die Idee ihn abzuwischen. Aber auch auf den anderen Tischen sah man deutlich die fettigen Abdrücke. Ich erwarte da echt nicht viel weil da auch voll viele leuten durch gehen den ganzen Tag, aber zwischendurch mal die Tische abwischen sollte schon drin sein. Ausserdem wurden wir noch darum gebeten uns jetzt woanders hinzusetzen weil der Kollege dort wo wir saßen jetzt mit dem dampfreiniger sauber machen muss. Es war 22 Uhr, also noch 2 Stunden vor Ladenschluss. Sonst hätte ich das sogar noch verstanden aber so fand ich das total daneben. Leider ...

ein big tasty mit doppelt sauce bestellt .. einen big Taste ohne Käse und sauce bekommen .. an der Kasse reklamiert .. es wurde kalter Käse auf den bereits angebissenen Burger geklatscht und mir wieder gegeben.. fürn Burger der 7 Euro kostet für mich ein nogo .. ich komme garantiert nicht wieder

Wir wollten mit dem Greifswald Gutschein bezahlen, hatten den Mindestbestellwert eingehalten, ect und wurden trotzdem abgewiesen. Aussage von einem alten, kräftigen Typen mit öliger Glatze, der alle anderen angeschrien hat. Danach schauten wir online auf der Internetseite der Stadt nach und prüften zudem die Adresse. Beides stimmte überein und wir erfüllten die Gutscheinbedingungen. Auch das Ablaufdatum konnte es nicht sein. Nun werden wir den Laden erst recht meiden und zusätzlich bei der Stadt nachfragen. Danke für nix! PS: Die Sauberkeit der Tische, der Böden, sowie der Toiletten waren grauenhaft.

Was soll man sagen - kennt man einen mäckes kennt man alle. Weder herausragend noch super mies und im Endeffekt ist es auch egal wovon einem schlecht wird 😉

Das Bestellen vor Ort am Terminal funktioniert gut und die Bestellung ist immer fix fertig. Schade nur, dass die Pommes trotzdem nach kurzer Autofahrt nach Hause (7min) kalt und matschig sind. So waren sie beim Einpacken definitiv nicht frisch. Auch die Burger sind zum Teil abenteuerlich (Fleisch liegt nur halb im Brötchen). Ansonsten macht das Restaurant einen vernünftigen Eindruck, die Mitarbeiter sind weder schlecht, noch gut drauf.

Mc Drive bestellt mit kleinen Kindern. Zu Hause festgestellt es fehlen die Hauptbestandteile (keine 20er Nuggets, kein Big Tasty, kein Mc Chicken) und das jetzt nicht zum ersten Mal. Ist wohl Methode

Bleibt bei euren klassischen Burgern, neu ist nicht immer toll - im Gegenteil! Außenanlagen und Parkplatz sind ne Zumutung!!!

Das Essen ist oft kalt und lieblos (ja auch Fast Food kann lieblos aussehen). Es ist OK, war aber schon mal besser.

Hab die Basics von MC Donalds genommen (Nuggets, Hamburger, Pommes)die Nuggets waren heiß schmeckten alles gut Pommes war auch gut warm aber das wichtigste der burger einfach zusammen geklatscht zu wenig soße maximal schlecht Und deswegen nur drei Sterne

Sehr nette Bedienung, Anlage und Anfahrt sehr eng und unübersichtlich. Der Crispy Chicken hatte eine überdurchschnittlich lange Wartezeit. Er ist zwar knusprig, wie in der Werbung beschrieben, ansonsten KEIN GENUSS!Dressing passt überhaupt nicht, nur Eisbergsalat ist schon sehr mager. Das war nix. Der Royal Käse hingegen (seit Jahren von uns erwartet) ein Hochgenuss!

Bestellung nicht komplett. Besser vor Ort kontrollieren. Burger "liebevoll" zusammengeklascht.

Seit langem endlich mal wieder ein McDonald's mit frisch gemachtem, warmem Essen.

Naja wie so ein Mcdonalds halt ist.Das Personal war sehr freundlich.Das essen naja es war schon besser vorallem was den Mcrip betrifft.Ansonsten ganz ok.

Wie gewohnt schmeckten unsere bestellten Produkte recht gut, nur die Burger (Mc Chicken, Royal Ts) ein wenig trocken. Entweder hat man die Saucen auf den Burgern vergessen oder diese wurden sehr reduziert. Und über die Preise braucht man nicht zu reden, da ohnehin alles teurer geworden ist. Alles in allem war es ok.

Am Autoschalter bestellt - überall freundliches und flinkes Personal - Ware war vollzählig und wie bestellt. 🙋‍♂️👍

Bin dort schon ein paar Jahre lang regelmäßig Kunde. Habe alles mal ausprobiert, vom DriveIn würde ich abraten, man wartet dort wirklich immer sehr lang. Ansonsten ist es ein sauberer schöner Laden, hatte nie Probleme dort, das Essen war wie man es bei MCDONALD'S gewöhnt ist. 1 Punkt abzug gibt es, weil das Eis immer recht flüssig ist wenn man welches bestellt. Nimmt man es dann mit nach Hause kann man es nur noch trinken (anscheinend ist es wichtig, dass als aller erstes das Eis bei einer Bestellung zubereitet wird...)
