Unfortunately you couldn't really see what you ordered. Because the screen didn't work When we asked the employee about it, she didn't respond at all. Of course we didn't have enough. Too bad

Horror. It started with a coffee being forgotten when we ordered. It could happen, so I went to let you know. Unfortunately, I was hardly understood by the staff. I was left standing for 10 minutes (food got cold during this time) and called the manager. He then asked, puzzled, "just a coffee?", rolled his eyes and made sure that I finally got it. We then sat outside to eat until we noticed that EVERYTHING was full of small creepy crawlies (perhaps mosquito larvae?). The bench, table legs, outside walls, everything is full. They also crawled on us and our food. All in all the visit was an absolute nightmare.

We tried the ice cream today and in my opinion it was very tasty. Then we took part in the competition to see what was on the sundae and won a chicken burger. Make up your own mind.

Cleaner than I was used to a few years ago. Very nice staff but apparently understaffed. A man who processes all the orders inside and also brings them out to the terrace, running... it's really sad to see. Gloves during production would be desirable, but unfortunately they are usually not standard in all branches. HACCP concerns everyone. I work in the catering industry myself. There's something else going on.

Just disgusting and disgusting. I don't want to know how long the meat from my Big Mac has been rotting around. It was gray and had lost all color. You know from a certain show what happens at Burger King. I assume that McDonald's will be no different. So when I wanted to complain, no one listened to me and I was more or less appeased. At least I got my money back. Once and never again!

Unfortunately, this branch is getting worse and worse - now there is only half a slice of cheese on the fish burger. I'm used to better service in other branches. And the standard in this branch is that the ice cream machine is defective - it's better to drive a few kilometers further to the competition.

Basically a completely normal McDonald's, the opening times are super long, but the service is very often, very overwhelmed and also very slow and constantly forgetting something. My goodness. Yes, I have to check it, but it can't be that something is missing from almost every order. It's particularly annoying when it affects your child's Happy Meal and when you've been on the drive and only notice it when you get home.

The price-performance ratio is no longer much too expensive - these are restaurant prices Service if you ask about carbohydrates because of diabetes... you have to google it yourself MC also tastes worlds better abroad

Food and service are not good there at all! Went there today, redeemed points and ordered something else. Points were deducted from me, but I didn't get the food that was redeemed for it. This happens all the time there. There wasn't even a receipt, and when I asked where it was, nothing came back because she was busy with the next customer. Pure money rip-off. No recommendation

So the “Big” Mac was gone after four bites, the only good thing was the waiting time.

This business does not live up to its name as a "fast food restaurant". Even though the food tastes as you would expect from McDonald's, the wait times are exorbitant. Of course, the restaurant has no influence on how many guests show up at what peak time. However, if you have to wait 30 minutes for an order when the Shed processes an order every 5 minutes on average, then it takes away the desire to eat unhealthy food.

Trying again after years, but just 🤢. Burgers were only lukewarm, the fries were bone hard (much too long in the deep fryer). On top of that, the tables were super dirty and the cart where you put the used stuff was overflowing with garbage.

Burger was cold, the lettuce on the burger was “brown”. The waitress at the counter doesn't understand the local language. Leftover food everywhere on the tables and under the tables. Ketchup on the chairs. We're not coming back in there.

With all my love, but when the employees don't understand a word of German and you have to say everything five times, you really get into trouble. Sorry, work is all well and good but then off to the kitchen and not to the customer. The food is already incredibly expensive, so I don't want to argue or get the food I ordered. And straws only for shakes? So please... It's annoying!

Haven't been there for a while because it's just bad. Stopped by again today for the first time to eat a McFlurry - although I could have bought a Ben&Jerrys for that price. €4.39 for 200ml ice cream is really incredibly cheeky. That was the last time... I'd rather have an ice cream sundae from Lidl/Netto/Rewe for €2.99. It tastes at least as good and has 500ml.

Anyone who knows one knows them all. Sometimes the food is even warm...you have to be really hungry for it. Full, don't do it.

If you have small children with you, dress them warmly, you also need to dress warmer. The place is ice cold.

The establishment is very dirty - the floors look like they are not cleaned at all, there is water everywhere in the toilet and paper. How many times have you come here - they always confuse the contents of the order. The nuggets were like a sole, they were impossible to eat, there were no potatoes. The McRib and McFlurry were delicious.

Ordering machine 2 of 4 Unfortunately defective, McFlurry ordered, when complaining about it (already melted) it was too warm after 30 seconds after delivery, at 7 degrees outside, sorry after 2 years no improvement. Otherwise, feel free to rate and eat the rest. For me it was the last visit to this restaurant.

Das McDonalds ist sehr bemüht den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen, wenn der Kunde mobil bestellt hat und kurzfristig ein Produkt aus ist, alternative Lösungen anzubieten. Das war ein guter Service und Problemlösung gewesen heute, sieht man nicht in jedem McDonald's in Deutschland.

Wir wollten gerade Monopoly Coupons einlösen .Und ein Mitarbeiter hat die Coupons angeblich kassiert aber es ging nicht und er hat uns so mit betrogen!!!! Ich werde nie wieder dort essen!!Und unhöflich sind sie auch noch !!

Ich fahre, wenn ich in Gotha Termine habe, auf dem Heimweg zu McDonald's. Am McDrive ist immer eine ganz nette Frau, den Namen weis ich leider nicht. Ich möchte hervorheben, daß diese Mitarbeiterin immer nett, fröhlich und zuvorkommend ist. Vielen Dank, daß es noch so freundliches Personal gibt.

Die Tische sind immer sehr schmutzig und es ist überhaupt nicht sauber.

Es gab ein Problem mit der App und ich konnte meine Punkte und meinen Monopoly Gutschein nicht einlösen, nach 2 Versuchen wurde die Schichtleiterin geholt und hat mir dann super weiter geholfen und es gab eine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Im Sommer kann man hier sehr gut draußen sitzen. Gern wieder

Fastfood aber hier hat es leider nicht geschmeckt. Woran das lag, kann man viel vermuten - sah weder lecker aus, noch hat es geschmeckt und die Frische würde ich auch bezweifeln

Wir haben frühs auf der Durchfahrt Kaffee und was Süßes geholt. Die Dame hinterm Tresen war super freundlich, der mc donalds machte einen sauberen, modernen Eindruck.

Am Stadtrand gelegener McDonalds. Gut für Durchreisende in einem Gewerbepark.

Das Essen schmeckt viel besser als bei Bürger King. Service richtig super. Bei Kritik einfach das was nicht stimmt mit dem Essen nur bescheid sagen und dan wird es geklärt. Super hier. Leute ihr seid prima. Und wc Benutzung kostenlos. Bei Bürger King ist es kostenpflichtig. Lieber zu Mac Donalds da ist man besser dran. Hut ab an euch allen.

Wirklich sauber und auch schneller Service, trotz extra wünsche

Ab und zu MC Donald's ist OK. Ich war mit Bekannten dort und alle waren glücklich.

Freundlich is was anderes, Verständnis etwas schwer, Wurde auch kein Vorschlag gemacht, das es im Menü günstiger und besser wäre als im einzelnen. Und das bestellte war nicht vollständig, selber noch Mal nachfragen müssen. Also passt auf wenn ihr bestellt, schaut zwei Mal hin ob ihr alles dabei habt, nicht das ihr für das bezahlt, was ihr nicht bekommt.

Für unsere Enkel 5 Sterne, ich sage mal lieber nicht meine Meinung dazu.

Fast die Hälfte der Bestellung war fehlerhaft. Man bestellt nen double Big Mac und bekommt nen einfachen Big Mac weiterhin tut man alle Getränke personalisieren und man macht nichts, keine Zucker in den Latte macchiato Eis in die Getränke und statt Zero Getränke bekommt man normale Getränke.

Alles okay. Essen wurde uns an den Tisch gebracht. Es ging schnell und war okay.

Habe festgestellt, das es sehr schmutzig war. Fußboden und Türen.

Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sauberes Gelände und Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Essen in Ordnung!

Durchschnittliche Filiale, kein McCoffee.

Für Mc Donalds schlechte Auswahl. Vieles Ausverkauft. Burger waren auch schonmal kalt...

Alle freien Tische waren ekelhaft dreckig. Ebenso der Boden im ganzen Restaurant. Hier klebte man beim Laufen quasi fest. Und das trotz überdurchschnittlich viel Personal im Restaurant. Dieses stand jedoch überwiegend hilflos hinterm Tresen rum. Extra Wunsch auf meinem Burger wurde natürlich auch nicht umgesetzt bzw. war es die falsche Soße.....völlige Überforderung.

Essen ist ok. Es ist halt McDonald's Essen. Allerdings ist die Situation auf dem Parkplatz eine Katastrope. Die Parkplatzmarkierungen werden von einem Großteil der Autofahrer ignoriert (oder übersehen). So nimmt ein Auto oft den Platz für 2 weg. Vielleicht sollte man die rosa farbenen Steine weiß übermalen.

McDonald's halt, preise sind in letzter Zeit viel zu hoch, für das was ich hier bezahle kriege ich auch ne Pizza und nen Döner, und die machen wenigstens satt...

Fast Food ja, Ordersystem slow. Bei vier Personen ist das Bestellsystem viel zu umständlich. Man sollte bei Menüs nicht für jede Option eine eigene Seite schaffen. Soßen und Pommes z.B. können immer am Bildrand sein .

Grundsätzlich besuchen meine Familie und ich den Laden recht gerne. Das Essen war bisher immer gut und das Personal nett und freundlich. Heute früh wollte ich mir eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück mitnehmen. Es war alles vorab über die App bestellt und via Paypal bezahlt. Der Herr am Drive-in-Schalter verstand kaum deutsch und war äußerst unhöflich. Er meinte, dass das Essen noch nicht bezahlt sei und als ich ihm dann die Abbuchung gezeigt habe, zuckte er nur mit den Schultern. Technische Probleme können ja mal vorkommen, aber dann stellt da doch bitte jemanden hin, der mir meine Fragen als Kunde auch beantworten kann und nicht nur mit den Schultern zuckt! Das ist als Kund wirklich sehr frustrierend.

Leider haben wir keine schöne Erfahrung bei diesem McDonalds gemacht. Der Außenbereich war übersäht mit kleinen schwarzen Viechern, die auf unserem Körper herumgekrabbelt sind und uns gebissen haben. Das Essen wurde auf unseren Tisch geworfen und die McFlurrys waren miserabel. Es kam uns so vor, als hätten sie einfach einen Vanille Milchshake in die McFlurry Becher gegeben, denn es war schaumig und flüssig. Leider nicht so toll. Und es gab keine Karamellsoße...

Wir waren vor den Öffnungszeiten da, ihr hättet ruhig mal früher aufmachen können. Meine fetten Kinder wollten was fressen.

Wurden sehr nett bedient. Bestellung hat gestimmt. Auch sonst alles top!

Plant Nuggets waren gemischt, alt und neu. Die alten Nuggets (6Stück) habe ich entsorgt. Tische waren dreckig, habe ich mit Servietten gereinigt. Pommes auf dem Boden. MC Donalds Gotha werde ich zukünftig meiden.

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, die Tische sind oft ziemlich schmutzig.

Wird leider immer unpersönlicher und dafür auch noch teurer.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, man durfte sich rein setzen aber das Spielzimmer war zu sowie die spielecomputer für die Kids waren aus und mit Absperrband dran. Muss man nicht verstehen jetzt wo alles wieder auf hat.

Die Öffnungszeiten sind leider derart katastrophal, dass diese Filiale absolut keinen Besuch mehr wert ist.

Min 20 warten. Burger pupswarm. Der lag die komplette Wartezeit auf der warmhalte. 3 Kassen von 5 oder 6 offen. Es wurden immer mehr Besucher. Die Schlange War bis fast draußen. Cola ist ein Mix aus Wasser und irgendwelchen Substrat. Nie wieder.

Schaut, ob Busse in der Nähe sind, bevor ihr rein geht. Die Kassen sind nie voll besetzt und extreme Wartezeiten sind einzukalkulieren. Haltestelle und Servicepunkt für Flix-Bus und co......

Alles wie immer hier. Die Saucen sind fast alle. Es ist mäßig freundliches Personal am Start. Die Qualität des Essens ist eben wie es ist ;) Auf den Bildern sehen die Burger immer ansprechend aus, in der Pappbox eher wie ein Stapel wild liegender Skatkarten.
