McDonald's in Biedenkopf

I was at MD in Biedenkopf today. Since the drive was apparently completely overwhelmed with 4 vehicles, I quickly decided to order the food in the store and take it with me. Having never ordered from these terminals before, I was admittedly a bit overwhelmed. So I went to the far right counter where the cash register is to order my ice cream. This was rejected by the employee and I was directed to one of the terminals. I then made it clear that I couldn't handle it, which was met with a shrug of the shoulders from the employee. I left the store and will never enter it again. Incidentally, I have read through many of the negative comments here about Biedenkopf and can confirm them 100%!

Unfortunately, you don't always get what you ordered there and we are often very, very far from warm

Had another great experience, around 6 p.m. there were a lot of cars in the McDrive at McDonald's, I thought it would take forever, but it was super quick, I had a large order and it was delivered to me in a very short time, and a very nice lady served me the food Really very tasty, me and my kids like to go there.

The waiting time in the mc drive is a disaster. After 15 minutes there was still no progress

Despite the code, I waited a quarter of an hour. Nothing really good. Well, you know, and you go. Lack of alternatives

Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences at McDonald's in Biedenkopf recently, since young people, especially young girls, have been working there. There are regular problems with ordering and customer service. Communication problems are a big issue - I often have to repeat what I want several times at the counter before it is understood. This is not only frustrating, but also time-consuming and detracts from the entire experience. Something urgently needs to be improved here, be it through better training or more support for employees. In any case, things cannot continue like this. I hope McDonald's addresses this issue to restore its usual standard of service and quality.

Fries were soggy, not one person from the service could speak German, which made consultation almost impossible and it was very loud. The service also refused to provide a straw with the drink even though my wife has one arm paralyzed and it is very difficult for her to drink without a straw.

The “table staff” on November 1st, 2024 at around 6:30 a.m. randomly threw people out of the shed on the grounds that they were closing now, which was obviously complete nonsense. In addition, this gentleman seems to be very dissatisfied with his life and has a very unfriendly manner. Aside from that, the food was terrible even by McDonald's standards and they just throw random sauces in the bag regardless of the actual order.

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's McDrive. Food put together incorrectly. Not as ordered. Only noticed it at home. Again and not even an apology. The rest of the food at home was of course cold. Never again.

No matter whether the store is full or completely empty, they don't get anything baked. Fries without salt, there is always no sauce for the nuggets or fries. Extra requests will not be taken into account.

Instead of Shaker Fries, you get sticky regular ones, no Amex acceptance.

Not very clean. Even the number was given out dirty. Tables dirty with napkins from others...

The most expensive McDonald's far and wide, paid almost €5 more for two menus than for the same thing, for example. in Bad Berleburg!

I ordered to eat here and had to take the food with me and was then told off because I didn't take the tray (I had my hands full) very unfriendly a woman gave me a strange braid please change something!!!!!

The tables and chairs were all pretty dirty.

Part of the order was forgotten... After the second request the order was completed. However, inedible!

Ordered a double Big Mac again for a long time, it was ok. Plus a vanilla milkshake and the total of €12 is now a bit too expensive for me. The service is too slow, ordered at the column and then waited 20 minutes.

Ordered 5 things for 30 euros each. Get 4 things for 20 euros each. There is no goodwill, even if you are a regular customer. Should it be closed, the people there have no desire to do their work, from what I see and from what you hear, that should be the case soon.

Getting worse and worse. I ordered the new big Mac bacon ts today. I arrive home and what's missing is the bacon. This isn't the first time they've screwed something up like this. Nugget with a 20 only 17 in and stuff like that. Train the staff!!!!

After corresponding previous experiences, I haven't been back for three years. I was just there again and had a larger order for three people. And again something is missing. Two apple turnovers that I paid for were missing from the bag. And don't tell me "you should just take a look". Who does that when there are 5 cars in line behind you? That's it. It's finally over for me now. The fact that something was missing from EVERY one of my orders can no longer be excused by hectic or stupid staff. That seems like a scam to me. If I ordered a sufficiently large pizza, I would have gotten a bottle of wine for free. Here I get less than I ordered AND PAID. No recommendation!

Doesn't anyone know the saying anymore...If you eat at M.D......, you'll also eat small children??? (90s) Nobody who orders there asks themselves why they ask for a menu still not full??? Nobody wonders why children are lured with toy bonuses. Does no one wonder why the regular customers, young people, are so overweight? I give the service and ambience 3 stars because the employees probably don't even know what's being sold there. It's definitely not healthy.

Ordered in the MC Drive for 5 people for 77,- and then discovered at home that two products were missing, this was very annoying!!! There was almost nothing going on in the store, so how could it be so difficult to pack an entire order into the bag?! If I was stressed I could still understand it, but even then it shouldn't happen. If they should just take it off the bill, then maybe something like that won't happen again. As you can read in the many previous reviews, this is apparently a real problem there.

Absolute disaster and staff who clearly have no interest in their job. We ordered a double cheeseburger, a large sweet and sour fries and a coke from McDrive. First of all, we are given change in 5 cent pieces, half of which falls out of our hands, which the woman at the McDrive doesn't care about at all. Then the next surprise, because instead of sweet and sour dip a curry dip was packed and instead of a double cheeseburger a chili cheeseburger. We couldn't reach any of the employees at the outside counter because we were obviously ignored even though we knocked several times. Simply a disgrace and would not be recommended to anyone

It couldn't be worse, after waiting 20 minutes for food after I asked, our food was on the side. The Milchshkae is no longer true, only milk. I then had to get food 3 times that was missing from the order.

Apparently people here are too stupid to top the burgers properly these days. Half of it is wrong when you get the burgers.

Very last shop. Something is always forgotten when ordering. For me, this was definitely the last time I was at Mc Drive, let alone entering the store from the inside. If only I had gone straight to Ada Döner.

This time too, as is usually the case, the shop is very dirty. The tables are sticky and the trash is on the benches. The dirtiest McDonald's in the region.

Also ich hatte 3 mal ein Caramell Eis bestellt. Es war kaum Caramell drin für so einen kleinen becher und so wenig Caramell pro becher fast 3 € Finde ich schon dreist !! Bin zu denen hin um zu fragen ob sie bissle mehr Caramell rein machen kann dann kam nur "nein das geht auf keinen fall das macht unsere Maschiene so " Unhöflich bis hinten gegen!!!!!!

Just embarrassing!! How can I think it was a branch manager treat the employees like that, disgusting... I would have liked to throw my drink in your face... With one of the nastiest branches there is. Except for one two employees rubbish...

Never again! Half missing! McDonald's is just for anti-social people and the like.

Very nice staff, I've never experienced anything like that before. Food was very hot. Very clean, both tables, benches/chairs and the floor. Will come back!

You have to manage 30 minutes on the drive for 3 standard burgers when there is little traffic! Burgers were ok so far 👌

Unfortunately 0 stars are not possible. Today I had a milkshake that smelled and tasted wonderfully moldy. Absolute snot. Don't expect any more money from me.

You should already be able to speak German in Germany. The orders usually don't work and the food is almost always cold. The waiting times are absolute crap.

Substandard quality for a McDonalds, as well as PERMANENTLY incorrect orders in McDrive. On different days the iced tea only tasted like water. The burgers are often terribly topped, whether in a restaurant or drive-thru. Packs are becoming totally filthy. As soon as you order more than two burgers, you can be sure that the order will be packed incorrectly in the drive-in. Wrong or missing sauces and missing burgers are the order of the day here.

Anstatt Cola gab es nur kaltes Wasser mit Farbe. Von Kohlensäure und Cola Geschmack fehlte jede Spur. Immerhin war die Musik gut. Keine Empfehlung dort nochmal hinzugehen.

Für ein McDonald's ganz gut. Man darf nichts erwarten aber für einen schnellen Snack super

Ich habe meine Geldtasche auf einer der Bänke liegen lassen. Als ich es bemerkt hatte, waren 10 Minuten vergangen und ich rief direkt an. Die Mitarbeiterin hatte sich kurz gefasst und sagte sehr schnell „ hier liegt nichts“ und legte mitten im Gespräch auf. Auch als ich nochmal hinfuhr, wurde nur sehr kurz mein Anliegen entgegen genommen. Aufgrund des Benehmens der Mitarbeiterin und das zu meinem Besuch , sowie bei der 2. persönlichen Kontaktaufnahme sehr wenig los war, kommt man schon mal auf Gedanken das die Geldtasche vom Personal gefunden wurde. Die bitte mich nochmal zu kontaktieren, war leider ohne Erfolg. Einen nächsten Besuch wird es in dieser Filiale nicht wieder geben !

Typischer MC D, saubere Toiletten. Die Tische sind sauber und werden nicht mit einem Tuch gereinigt, bei dem man sieht, dass es schon oft benutzt worden ist.

Essen schmeckt gut und das Restaurant ist sauber. Allerdings herrscht manchmal ein bisschen Chaos und dann fehlt etwas. Wird einem bei Nachfrage aber dann auch noch gegeben. Sonst sind dort nette leute und die Bestellung geht sehr einfach.

Routieniertes, freundliches Team. Leider fehlte im Außenbereich, wo aufgrund der warmen Witterung viele Gäste saßen ein Wagen, wo man seine Tabletts einsortieren konnte.

Gutes McDonald's und vorallem schnell und höflich

Die Tische waren allesamt dreckig. Obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren und das Personal somit Zeit gehabt hätte, die Tische zu reinigen. Ein Restaurant muss sauber sein!

Hier war es heute Abend sehr chaotisch. Essen wie bei MCD immer - deshalb gehen wir ja hin. Leider waren die Müllstellen längere Zeit nicht geräumt, was wirklich nicht schön aussieht.

Modern und auf aktuellem Stand, Tische jedoch alle ziemlich dreckig und die Burger waren alle schief und schlampig belegt. Das war deutlich schlechter als bei den Besuchen vorher. Daran arbeiten und es gibt wieder mehr Sterne

Die Bestellung an diesem Automaten ist ziemlich kompliziert und bar zahlen muß man doch am Tresen

4x mit den Kindern hier gewesen, 4x war das Essen nicht vollständig oder die Spielsachen fehlten. Für die Kinder sehr unschön.

Beim ersten Mal ließ der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig (sehr vergesslich) und beim zweiten Mal waren die Pommes komplett ungesalzen... :/ Aber die Bestellung war wenigsten komplett.

Der schlechteste Mc Donalds, in dem ich je gegessen habe. Unsauber, Desinfektionsspender leer, Seifenspender in Toilette leer. Nie wieder!

Nettes Personal und Essen war gut 👍. Gemütlich weil es nicht so voll war. Es war sauberer als in manchen anderen Filialen.

Bitte fahrt nie ohne eure Bestellung zu kontrollieren! Heute fehlte einfach mal ein 7€ Big Mäc und zwei Cheeseburger!

Durch das neue Bestellsystem ist es sehr Komfortabel geworden, man kann sogar vom Tisch aus mit seinem Handy direkt das Essen bestellen . Die Bedienung ist auch soweit immer sehr kulant und zügig mit der Bestellung.

Der gleiche Fraß wie in jeder Filiale. Lange Anfahrt für einen geschlossenen Laden trotz Öffnungszeiten im Internet.

Heute eine Katastrophe. Langes warten, essen kalt, falsche Bestellung usw. Es wird immer schlimmer......

Mitarbeiter sind toll. Ich bin seit ein paar Monaten 1x wöchentlich da und da läuft es rund nachdem was man erlebt :) Bestellung am Tisch per Smartphone ist auch top.

Nicht zufrieden, viel zu wenig Sosse auf MC.rip. Nur 1 Gurkenscheibe und 3 Stückchen Zwiebel. Das war mal anders . Für mehr als 4,- eine Unverschämtheit.

Es war wieder mal nicht alles in den Tüten was ich bestellt habe und das war nicht das erste Mal allerdings das letzte Mal für lange Zeit
