One of the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Employees unfriendly and rude, no possibility to charge batteries like in other Mc branches. The bike rack is so well located that there isn't even a lowered curb, which is great for people with a trailer for the children! Well, I'd better not start with the food. Tested 3 times, poor average 3 times, burger didn't come as ordered, last visit about 2-3 weeks ago the patty was so cold that I had it returned. We went straight afterwards and drove to our local club at the BayArena. Even our children didn't feel like spending time in this branch and they enjoy being in the shops.

I and apparently other guests have never been served as badly as today, toilet (H) unclean, no water to wash hands (note, sorry, we're not from here, according to the waitress) waitress can't take place, at the moment they are with you = 2 employees, then start pouring in the coffee for cappuccino, then disappeared for 2-3 minutes and then filled up the foam, but it was already in the milk cup, spoon only when asked and an addition was also given only put on the saucer when asked to do so. Complaints were only resolved after discussions with several employees, none of whom knew exactly what was going on You should take care of this station urgently greeting

Waited an hour for food. The nuggets tasted like they were from the day before and the fries were unsalted and sticky. When I asked for salt to be handed over to me, I was ignored. I had to “yell” at the employee to give me salt. He didn't even find that, only the third employee. Too bad!

Just bad. 60 minutes in McDrive. Never experienced anything like that. If you can't do it, maybe it's better to just leave it alone? 🤔

Sehr unsauber, Tisch klebrig, auf dem Boden angetrocknete Flüssigkeiten.Auf dem WC kein Papier, der Boden lag voller Papier,auf dem Eimer eine benutzte Pampers und ei blutiges Tampon.

Catastrophe!!! People haven't talked about "fast food" for a long time, but here we are standing in one of the great new parking lots for app reservations and after 30 minutes there's still no food. When I asked after 15 minutes, all I got was "You can see what's going on here."

Even if there is NOTHING going on, you often have to wait 20 minutes. Staff mostly unfriendly including drive in. This branch is becoming increasingly poor.

Terrible...the chicken burger tasted like it had been there for a long time. We had to wait for the fries because they were fried....well they were still white and not tasty. The toilet 🤢🤮 was really gross....it made me lose my appetite.... TERRIBLE!!!!!

We have enjoyed eating here for years, unfortunately not very often due to the distance. You can also go here with your dog, as there are plenty of tables outside and you can even get a warm blanket if it gets a little colder. The food is really outstanding. All menus taste excellent and are really very lavish and extensive. The service, although previously very good, has increased in quality over time and the service is very friendly and extremely courteous. Whether indoors or outdoors, the whole ambience is also very appropriate and appealing. Definitely my first choice when it comes to food!

I ordered the menu, the burger was not made of fresh ingredients, there is an assumption that it was prepared earlier and served from the refrigerator. In Ukraine, fresh vegetables will be made tastier, Willkommen

I would prefer not to give a star at all!! You wait half a decade for your food and it is still cold and even incomplete. I then spoke to the fat white guy with the red cheeks who said I should get a new burger. What a cheek!! Never again.. You are all dirt!

Very bad experience, I had a long time buying at McDonalds The staff couldn't serve people, I waited in line and even though the customers came later than me, they left earlier than me and had to wait 25 minutes for my order to come The service person was very rude, when I asked her why the order was late she replied and what should I do? There's nothing I can do to help you. Also you have to wait after I was served after 25 minutes. When I got home I realized my order was incomplete .I won't set foot there again

Last dirty place before the highway, employees incompetent and lies. It takes over 45 minutes to place an order via the app and is then still rude. They say they couldn't cancel, you had to do it via the app, which doesn't work.

After the renovation, the restaurant is uncomfortable and spacious. No privacy, everything open. The breakfast tastes bad, is totally overpriced and a lot of the good things from before are no longer available. The staff forgot an order. The garbage actually has to be separated and disposed of yourself (!), outrageously... and in a restaurant, unbelievable. Never again! Nobody should do that!

Got completely cold food. I wonder how you can spend something like that with a clear conscience. Addendum: Unfortunately, the last few times we weren't even able to get the order out correctly. Once you've finished getting the rest of the things, you can actually have the whole order reissued because everything is cold.

I ordered the Mc Muffin Bacon and Egg, the Mc Wrap Scrambled Egg Cheese and coffee. I was served breakfast within a very short time. The coffee was hot, the food tasted great. I didn't expect this quality. I will go there again occasionally.

Clean and orderly! I ordered a cappuccino in the morning. Instead of making the drink in the expensive portafilter machine, which was also switched on and ready for use, a fully automatic machine was used in the kitchen area. Cappuccino tasted bad. Cappuccino at MC otherwise tastes much better. Use your equipment!!!

Café was very good.. Great selection.. lots of space and new service.. Socket with USB at the table.. Nice

Something was forgotten again! This time the 9er for the children. Next time I'll turn the entire order inside out in the drive and check it. Unfortunately, nothing can be done with the incompetent staff!

The employees are very, very slow, they don't allow themselves to be stressed. Despite everything, things were still missing from the order.

April 22, 2024 10:45 a.m Just wanted a coffee. I'm now standing at the counter 10 minutes after ordering. A somewhat dark-skinned lady was busy serving the coffee and asked a colleague with dark hair, glasses and headphones to give me the coffee that was already ready. Just had to be pushed over. Her bored answer: I still have a break. The coffee wasn't really hot anymore after I finally got it. What still bothered me was that I ordered a coffee in a cup from the machine and consumed it in the restaurant. I got a paper cup.

Clean, tidy, for coffee milk and so should be checked regularly to see if everything else is fine

Well, some citizens are cold, the bacon is a little older. Only eat here every now and then.

Hele mooie macdonalds, mooi ingericht en schoner dan de gemiddelde. Alleen het personeel is zo traag en bezig met alles behalve het eten. Eerst kregen we de verkeerde order, daarna was onze eigen lauw ipv lekker warm. Als dat wat vlotter ging dan zou het een van de betere zijn.

The employees are nice, but there aren't enough staff. I had to wait 10 minutes at the checkout until I just placed my order, even though there was no one in front of me. I asked the employee and he said it wasn't my problem. I don't have any employees. To be honest, it's not my problem either I had to wait so long and the tables were all full and I came back several times but never again

I was just at McDonald’s in Dormagen and just wanted to pick up a few pieces of cake. Was shocked by the low environmental awareness of the employees. Each piece of cake had been packed into a separate paper box and then carelessly squeezed into a door, so that one strawberry cake was completely destroyed. I also had to observe that when I removed the cheesecake, 5 more pieces fell from the cake plate and were carefully put back on. Very hygienic.

After years of being persuaded by my children to eat there, the price and performance was a total catastrophe compared to before, the meat was as thin as a slice of sausage and there was far too little sauce..... oh yes, both children vomited in the evening....

Newly remodeled. Very modern, well furnished, new and helpful staff. Food good as usual.

We were there on Sunday and ordered and paid for ice cream. Then we waited forever and when we asked after about 15 minutes we said we had a lot to do. I understand that, but unfortunately the organization didn't work. Then he came with 2 ice creams and I said no we ordered 4 ice creams. Then we went back and had to wait again. Then we received our ice cream with a half portion and were told that would be the case now. Others who had also ordered ice cream received nothing. I think there was nothing left, so there were only half portions. There was no apology and no sign of it. Service is really different.

Actually quite clean, but the tray trolleys were FULL with leftovers and trays. That was at lunchtime.

Unfortunately, recently there have been old, warmed-over burgers and unfriendly employees. Receiving an order complete without anything missing is the absolute exception!!!

We had breakfast here at 9:45 this morning. In terms of taste, everything was as good as ever. Stop McDonald's quality. So there is a lot of room for improvement. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't that good. Either the seats were smeared or the tables. But we helped ourselves with damp cloths. Since there was nothing going on here and the employees were hardly drowning in work, someone could have cleaned up in between. Considering that they are also relying on a “new” storage system when putting away trays, where the employees hardly have to do anything. Back then it was still said “We separate for you”. Now it's up to the customer to separate everything properly. It's just stupid if you also have a porcelain cup on the tablet (see pictures). Where does this come in? Paper? Leftover food? Mug? Mixed packaging? Or even liquids? This system is not yet fully developed. And for the prices, you have to go to two places to empty your tablet... It's better to order straight away from the car and put all the rubbish together in the bin after consumption.

Unfortunately, too many misbehaving guests and employees. Guests who listen to loud melancholic music and employees who shout in Arabic. Sorry, but I didn't feel well.

You can expect too little chocolate sauce in the McFlurry when you work so quickly. Next time please add more sauce, you don't spend €3 for nothing.

Nicely converted restaurant with Mc Café, food okay. Unfortunately, even when there is relatively little activity, they can't manage to pack everything up; something is always missing.

Never again. Ate on site. Cold fries. Burgers just slapped together. Taste, well, that's how it went. Visually a disaster. No napkins no straws. No offer from advertising. It's getting worse and more expensive.

I ate there around 10 p.m. I had a stomach ache and headache right after eating. After I got home 2 hours later I threw up straight away! There was something wrong with the food, you should definitely check the food, you can't get sick after eating!!!

I love the coffee at McDonald's Germany..... Why because they serve it in huge cups and the cake.... for the price it is huge and delicious. I recommend the chocolate one

Confusing shop, you first look for the order taker until you find it hidden at the back on the right. Then you are skillfully ignored by the staff for a whole 5 minutes, no one felt chosen to take the order. Then I'd rather go to Subway, it was quicker.

I have never entered such a chaotic restaurant. Unfortunately I have to say that it's actually not a restaurant at all. While I was eating, I felt like I was sitting in a cage. I've never been to such a chaotic McDonald's branch! Unbelievable that this branch exists and is tolerated. From ordering at the machine to calling the assigned number, everything is chaotic. The “dining room” conveys as much cosiness as a train station toilet! Sorry, I've known the branch for 30 years. But calling this branch a “restaurant” is a joke. That should be banned. Never again !

Since the renovation, an order usually takes about 20 minutes whether it's a McDrive in the restaurant or a pre-order - it makes no difference. Sorry guys but this is no longer “FAST food”...

Makes a pretty good impression. Mc-Drive is wide and you have 2 parallel ordering portals.

Nett hier nur der typ auf Toilette liegt da schonn seit 2 wochen

Früher war es dort viel besser, doch seit dem Umbau nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Die Mitarbeiter (wenn sie mal da sind) sind zur Hälfte nicht mal eingearbeitet und Die Bestellungen sind nicht immer Richtig.

Wie soll ich ein McDonald’s Restaurant bewerten? Das steht und fällt einmal mit dem Personal das gerade vor Ort ist. Heute top, morgen wer weiß. Aber dieses Restaurant ist schön renoviert worden, alles hell und sauber. Sogar das intelligente trennen der Reststoffe ist gut gelungen 😅

Unfassbar das Essen ist jedesmal maximal lauwarm. Fritten ekelhaft weich vom Warmhalten und Cheeseburger bzw. Doublecheesburger trocken . Wer zu Hause essen möchte bekommt ein uberteuertes kaltes essen . Hier fahre ich kein weiteres Mal hin .

War gerade um 9:30 frühstücken…Frühstücksburger kalt mc Toast unmenschlich trocken…btw habe den übelsten Durchfall eine Stunde danach und schreibe diese Zeilen vom Klo…🤬🤬

Seid dem Umbau ist das der letzte Schrott. Ungemütlich, Personal nicht aufnahmefähig und die Führung vermutlich ebenfalls. Stand letzten Mittwoch mit 5-7 Kunden zusammen, die sich wegen der unvollständigen Bestellung beschwert hatten. Die Bestellungabholungsaufrufe waren auch falsch. Jedes Mal einbisschen schlechter ....🤣🤣🤣

Wollten heute(14.12.23) um 23:55 dort essen. Leider war die Tür verriegelt und der weniger kompetente Mitarbeiter meinte, wir könnten ja zu Mc drive. Hätten wir dies gewollt, hätten wir das ja direkt gemacht. Servicewüste Deutschland!!! Ich empfehle ein anderes Restaurant!!!

Absolut unfreundliches, sowie unfähiges Personal. Chef nimmt sich selbst viel zu wichtig. Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, da wir aufgrund der Impertinenz der Mitarbeiter und des Chefs nicht geblieben sind. Never again.

Total unhöfliches Personal beim Umgang mit falschen Bestellungen Viel zu lange Wartezeit Essen war total kalt als es fertig war und so zusammen geklatscht unmöglich..... Völlig unmöglich ..... so schlecht habe ich noch kein MC Donalds kennen gelernt als Gast von weiter her würde ich dort kein 2. Mal Essen......

20 Minuten auf einen Happymeal zu warten ist unverschämt

Wird jedes Jahr schlechter. Bestellungen und Personal immer fehlerhaft !!! Getränke, Saucen und servierten werden meistens vergessen …

Dachte eigentlich dass die Burger nach Standard zubereitet werden. Scheint hier nicht der Fall zu sein. Richtig schlecht vom Geschmack her.

Ich war eingeladen von einem Freund, ich fand den "Laden" etwas anderes als die die ich sonst kenne, kann aber nichts genaues dazu sagen, habe aus keine Details geachtet.

Zum wiederholtem male unfreundliches,langsames Personal. Hälfte wurde vergessen. Essen war lau warm

Meine Bestellung wurde vergessen ZWEI MAL. Ich bin nach 30min zum Schalter gegangen weil meine Bestellnummer vom Bildschirm verschwunden ist ohne dass ich sie bekommen hätte. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir versichert, "ne haben wir Sie nicht vergessen. Ihre Bestellung befindet sich derzeit noch in der Zubereitung" Nach weiteren 20min habe ich mich erneut nach meiner Bestellung erkundigt wo dann jetzt doch mal genauer hingeschaut wurde und na sowas die Bestellung wurde vergessen. Nach weiteren 10min wurde mir dann meine Bestellung übergeben wo zwei Burger falsch zubereitet und ein kompletter Burger einfach gefehlt hat. Ich werde niemals wieder in diesen absolut furchtbaren McDonalds gehen und rate auch jedem anderen fern davon zu bleiben

Leider nicht schneller geworden nach dem Umbau trotz 2 Bestellschalter.Dauert länger als vorher. Zweiter Bestellschalter bis auf weiteres geschlossen. !!!!! Update 26.10.2023!!!!! Bodenlos!!!!!! Beim Bestellen per Lieferdienst muss man in der Zukunft bestellen, damit es vorgestern ankommt!!!!!! Telefonische Information des Fahrer war:"Ihre Adresse gibt es nicht!" Diese Information kamm fast 3 Stunden nach Bestellung! Minus 11 Sterne von 10 Echt Mc Donalds Ihr solltet überlegen welche Menschen Ihr einstellt.

Hatte das Menü zum Mitnehmen bestellt, aber es wurde erst nicht eingepackt dann nach meckern doch. Der Mitarbeiter hatte keine Ahnung vergessen 2 mal Curry sauce und das Spielzeug . Wissen sie wie ein 6 Jähriger Junge enttäuscht war, wäre ich nicht schon auf der Autobahn gewesen wäre hätte ich ....... gemacht. Traurig solche Verkäufer muss man besser anlernen.

Ich habe zwei Flurry Eis bestellt um die 55 min gewartet . Der Grund wäre das sie nur zu 6 arbeiten.

So schlimm und dreckig ist selbst unter einer Kölner Brücke nicht! Bestellung dauert gefühlt ein halben Tag und ist zu 50% kalt . Die Burger muss man sich selbst belegen. Den es liegt alles lose in der Packung. Das Ambiente ist wie in einer Lagerhalle. Kalt und leblos. Für Kinder gibt es dort auch nichts mehr außer der Lichttisch der immer aus ist. Seid dem Umbau. Meide ich diese Filiale. Fahre meiner 2km mehr nach Norf. Aber meine lieblings Drive Frau bekommt von mir 5 Sterne 😉

Der Laden ist dauerhaft unterbesetzt. Nach 15 Minuten sind wir gefahren weil niemand zur Kasse kam, damit wir unsere Bestellung bezahlen könnten. Das Restaurant ist fast immer völlig verdreckt und zugemüllt, weil Mülleimer nicht geleert und Tabletts nicht gereinigt werden. Oft wurde essen schon in der 2 Go Tüte übergeben, weil keine Tabletts sauber waren. Diese Filiale ist ein absolutes Armutszeugnis für McDonald’s und sollte schnellstmöglich das franchise verlieren, denn dieses Restaurant schadet dem Ruf, McDonald’s, massiv.

Kein Personal an der Kasse. Wieso bietet man Barzahlung an, wenn dann niemand an der Kasse steht und kassiert. Wir haben mehr als 10 Minuten gewartet. Irgendwann kam jemand und meinte er könnte nicht kassieren weil die Kasse gesperrt ist. Andauernd schrie jemand die Nummern durch der Bestellungen durch den Laden. Außerdem lag überall Müll rum. Auf den Tischen war die Sauce verteilt. Hygiene Fehlanzeige. Wenn es so auch in der Küche aussieht wundert es mich, dass der Laden noch nicht geschlossen wurde. Sind dann gefahren ohne zu essen.

Typisch MC Donalds. Bestellung wurde zügig abgearbeitet.

Einer der wenigen Filialen die keinem Franchise-Partner gehört sondern der Firma selber, immer auf dem neusten Stand in Ausstattung, Auswahl und Service. Das macht es spannend da neues hier gerne mal getestet wird.

Wegen filmdreharbeiten angeblich geschlossen, seit 20 minuten lassen die im mc drive leute warten. 3 kinder warten im auto... Online bezahlt, geld zurück gibt es auch nicht. Ich werde gleich großen stress machen.
