Slightly longer waiting times, but otherwise good.

Hello, I wouldn't recommend this place. It was very dirty and they didn't have any drinks. The staff was unfriendly. The wait was very long and then the food was cold.

We were in this establishment, at first they forgot to put the sauces, we had to go back, and then it turned out that they didn't put the drink and gift in the Happy meal((( Very inattentive staff(((

I just went to McDonald's and the food was cold. On top of that, I had to wait 21 minutes for my order. Furthermore, the place is filthy with grease stains, fingerprints, and so on everywhere. The manager is a complete jerk; we won't be going back to this McDonald's.

I drank coffee, ordered 3 coffees, each one a different temperature: 1 lukewarm, 1 slightly warmer, and 1 hot... (instead of 3 hot). The sign said "baby chino" (free), but it wasn't served. It was also impossible to order just hot milk for the child... sigh... Because of all the hassle with ordering, I forgot to submit the restroom receipts. When I went to ask for the deposit (€20) for the ball back, the employee didn't even know there was a deposit or how much, but I got it back... I asked if I could submit the restroom receipts. "No, sir, then you have to buy something," I said, "I just bought coffee and cookies..." No, I had to buy more... Bad lukewarm coffee, poor service, disinterested staff. The restrooms were clean, but the urinals smelled strongly of urine. One of the children's bikes was broken, and the maze was dirty, covered in chocolate. Not very pleasant. In short, this McDonald's was a disappointment...

If I pay extra, I want to receive it.

Far too few staff. There's a lady who tries really hard and is friendly, but it's just too busy for her. I suspect a very stingy owner.

It's unbelievable how dirty this place is. There are leftover food, dust, and trash everywhere. The dirtiest restrooms I've ever seen. Two of the three are closed, and one is completely filthy, with urine and feces from the last guests. Are you kidding me? None of the soap dispensers had any soap left.

When it comes to eating at McDonald's, I've never been interested and never will be. It's more about the sanitary facilities; the restaurant is open until 10 p.m., and when I asked for a shower at 7:20 p.m., the lady said it was too late. 🫣 Not bad, in my opinion...

They deliberately don't have any numbered displays on the ordering screens, so the food has to be picked up at the cash register and brought to the table.

I waited 30 minutes for the food to be made. The first time I asked after 15 minutes whether the food was ready, I was given a rude look. I asked again after 30 minutes. Same thing happened, only the slip of paper was ripped out of my hand and the order was taken. In that time, an entire busload of food was served. Before that, nothing was happening. To top it off, they included the wrong nuggets. They were then replaced with grumbling, and the others were simply thrown away. There was no apology or even a smile for either of them. I can imagine it's no fun working like that, but then you should find something else. It was a truly abysmal experience :(

Generally, you get what you expect from a McDonald's. I enjoy the burgers every now and then, and they were fresh and warm. However, the place was very dirty. Some of the tables were dirty. The tray stands were completely overflowing with trash. If this McDonald's had been completely overcrowded, I would have understood, but it wasn't even that busy. Therefore, unfortunately, only three stars.

Super dirty And only two staff members. If you want to pay in cash, the wait time is 14 minutes. You feel like a second-class citizen.

Never experienced such a disorganized McDonald's. We were there around 5 p.m. today. The waitresses at the front were unfriendly and slow. After 20 minutes, we finally picked up our McSmart meals. The fries were cold and soggy. I politely asked if I could get fresh ones, but was simply told, "They're just like that, and don't complain if the burger is cold." We had three orders for five people and spent a lot of money there. I expect fresh food. The remaining burgers were actually cold. Never again!

Absolutely terrible service. We waited more them 20min for the order and then we got old salad with mold and aa t the bottom of pommesfrites we found dead bee. When I claimed it, the manager gave me next pommesfrites. I said, I want money back and he required the bill, which I threw to the bin. I was very upset and left the mc’donalds. Terrible experience. Never ever again.

The place is fantastic! Very clean (including the restrooms) and air-conditioned (when it was +30°C outside, it was very pleasantly cool inside). There's also a small play area with a labyrinth for children. We were out with our dog, and he was allowed in with us. I think it's very valuable. Very friendly atmosphere!

You can't pay with 200 euro notes

Terrible packaging of products for "take away", at least an attempt was made so that the products do not spoil the integrity of others, the ordered dishes do not correspond to what should be.

A dedicated team, but with three people on the day we left Parookaville, they were significantly understaffed. We waited over an hour for our order of three Happy Meals. Because audacity wins, those who complained up front (but had waited less time) were served first. So, the criticism isn't directed at the employees, but at the very poor personnel management :(

Very good service. Shower three euros. Clean, toilet in the shower, hot water. The food is probably also tasty. I haven't tried it - I can't say. The parking lot is small, so at 15.00 I took the last place in the Christmas tree. Someone adapts to become in passenger parking lots. I'm happy.

In the middle of the autobahn, a large area with arcade games, not very crowded. The food was delicious; you can upgrade your drink to chips. I took a star off because you have to pay €1 to use the restroom. (Showers are also available for €3.)

I'd gladly give it 0 stars if I could. There are only three brain cells working here, the waiting time is unbearable, and there's no structure! Perhaps they could at least hire minimally qualified employees who can also speak German.

What a disappointing experience. The staff was downright grumpy and I was completely ignored when I asked a question. The food was really sub-par: lukewarm drinks on a scorching hot day, no straws available, chicken nuggets that were not crispy at all and soggy fries. The only positive was that the paper bag everything was in didn't tear - sturdy stuff, that is. Somehow I notice that almost every McDonald's in Germany performs poorly. Justus Weyer's Snap:juwe_2003 warned us. The cheeseburger had way too much salt and pepper, and the McFlurry was missing the Oreo and had the wrong sauce. Overall, not recommended.

That's how I got the food. A good chunk of bread is missing. You automatically wonder who's still roaming around in the storerooms. (Recent events at Kaufland make me think so.) I will definitely avoid this store in the future. As compensation, I was offered a coffee. Ridiculous.

The fact that you have to pay for human necessities (toilets) is a complete outrage! Then the machine takes forever when paying by card, which some people logically can't do for long. I know this happens elsewhere too, but it's no excuse. Paying the nice cleaning lady in a high-quality restaurant would be fine, but we're talking about McDonald's here.

Staff without a shift manager in sight are very unfriendly, with a shift manager nearby they are always friendly, I would say it doesn't make sense. Super friendly staff. I just popped in this evening to take a shower and was greeted politely and in a friendly manner. The restaurant makes a clean, well-kept and beautiful impression. This is not the norm as a truck driver these days. Here a young team proves that things can be done differently. Thank you very much, I was very surprised.

This is a disgusting McDonald. Dirty tables with imprints of greasy fingers and dirty floors. I didnt dare to use the toilet. No excuse as it wasnt even busy. Not what I expect from a McDonalds which is normally very clean.

It took 30 minutes for the incompetent, lazy staff to put together 1 breakfast wrap and a coffee. 1 member of staff spent over 5 minutes tearing up a cardboard box.

This meal tasted incredibly good. There was something exquisite about it that I have never had the pleasure of tasting in any other restaurant. I recommend it for myself.

As a commuter, I occasionally used this MC in the evenings. Even if it's a motorway rest stop, that doesn't excuse everything. The tables in the shop are sticky with dirt, my meal took 22 minutes a few days ago and when I asked for my money back, the really unfriendly operations manager or restaurant manager suddenly gave me my take-away order, as ordered in the restaurant to eat. By the way, it was also cold. This MC is a rotten shop with no hope of improvement. I'll stay away from there

Disgusting! We were passing through there today. It was extremely dirty! The toilets, the floor, no soap, no disinfectant. We didn't find a single clean table and wiped everything clean with our own wet wipes. The dish trolleys were completely overflowing with rubbish everywhere. The children's play structure outside was so dirty that I was disgusted when my son went in there. Fries were also... that was the last time for us. 40€ going on and everyone is still slightly hungry and probably hungry again in 150 km.

Stopped here early in the morning, about 6:30. Sadly, it didn't open until 7:00 - not a big deal. I ordered a coffee and a bacon egg McMuffin. Cannot complain about the quality, but I have a feeling that the McMuffin has become smaller? The service was swift and uneventful. The staff were friendly.

Best McDonald's. Large, lots of play areas. Clean. Normal prices despite the highway. We celebrated a children's birthday at McDonald's on the A57, as this McDonald's has an indoor play area even when it rains. A separate area was cordoned off for us to eat. Despite the huge order for 12 people, everything was correct, warm and tasty as always. The staff was very friendly and despite the many customers they always remained cool, calm and friendly. And if something doesn't go perfectly... criticism is taken seriously and resolved constructively. Thanks.
