A little something to eat on the way through - but definitely not here next time...! The parking lot was already quite full when we arrived, although there were also a few people hanging around by a few cars. The parking bays are for old small cars, so the bays for newer (larger) cars are often as wide as the car itself, great... You order and after a very short time it is shown as ready for collection, and they haven't even started yet. By the time that happens, you will no longer be on the display. It also feels like it takes longer than elsewhere - in that case the system just doesn't notice it. But it makes picking up from several people very confusing. I ordered two cheeseburgers with a special request, but the burgers still come with cold meat, yes delicious... The milkshake was not normally full and had an unusually neutral/weak taste. The store doesn't seem clean and the staff isn't really friendly, if you understand them at all...

mc drive very fast didn't have to stop at all just had to drive through

Placed an order at the machine today. Take away. 2x20 chicken nuggets, 2 hamburgers, 2 cola, 1 "the M" burger and 7 sauces. Went home, unpacked and discovered that all the sauces and the €8 burger were missing. Very annoying and expensive. We were there for the last time!!! 0 stars and 5 extra deduction!

Where should I start? 1. Ordered from the machine with table service for a birthday for 7 people. But table service didn't work. Instead, we were only vaguely called out that we had to pick it up because there were 3 trays. 2. Then 1x mesh potatoes were missing. So back to the counter. Then they started discussing. Three salespeople then started talking loudly (apparently about me) in a language I don't speak. All right. The unfriendly gentleman happened to have net potatoes from another order in front of him, put one that had fallen out very roughly back into the bag (without gloves etc) and held it out to me in a very unfriendly manner. He always held out his order receipt to me and I didn't care. There were 2x on my receipt. Many will now say that you shouldn't act like that. But I would like to have all the goods that I have already paid for in advance. 3. Children naturally turn to food first. That it is not immediately noticeable that there is no drinking. So after a few minutes I went back to the counter. Notified that a sprite is missing. Again the three employees discussed loudly in a language I couldn't understand. Answer in German: “ne kleine ne?” Of course I said, yes a 0.5. Then I got that too. What can I, or the children, do to ensure that these employees are not able to process an order correctly? 4. When we left, one of the children really wanted a lid for the drink because he couldn't finish the drink. Child went to the counter himself and politely asked if he could have a lid. Answer from employee: No. Only for take-away drinks. I will definitely avoid this store. Unless, perhaps, to speak to the branch manager.

I ordered cold hamburgers to take away

A McDonald's as you would expect, half of it is forgotten and has to be reordered. Hardly any German speaking staff.

I've never seen anything so unfriendly in my life, between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the mcdrive counter. The guy on the line was really rude. Because of something like that, I will never eat in this restaurant again, neither will my family nor my friends

Pretty impersonal. Staff unfriendly. Everything takes far too long for them. I won't enter again!

Good, clean McDonald's filliale had friendly employees

Not so great compared to Haltern and if you eat there you'll freeze yourself off because the climate seems to be set to full power. Better to go to Haltern.

No matter how many times you visit this restaurant, the order is always wrong. Today I ordered a McFlury Oreo with chocolate sauce and a strawberry shake. I got a McFlury without sauce and a vanilla shake. What if I was allergic to vanilla? I think these people do it on purpose... They don't think about the consequences

I didn't get my points after placing my order

I was just there with a friend and only ordered drinks. One iced tea, two waters and two milkshakes. I pre-ordered this in the app. After standing still in the drive-in for 30 minutes, we were told that the drive-in wasn't working and we had to go in. Once I was inside, I showed my order code and had to wait another 20 minutes for the order even though it was only drinks and the whole place was pretty empty. When I went to pick up the order, a water was missing and one of the milkshakes was the wrong one. Completely incompetent service and relatively unfriendly.

It's always been the worst McDonald's in our area - but today it took the cake... Went to McDrive and wanted to pick up our orders from the app - it's problem-free in Lüdinghausen and elsewhere in Datteln - no, today that's what it said It doesn't work... We should go through the drive again for the second code... We saved that because of the crowds... my girlfriend wanted to eat as soon as possible - then we shared one menu... that too It wasn't a joy... the burgers were ice cold, which you could tell from the solidified cheese... Our conclusion... Never dates again...

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars for this dirty shop and the unfriendly, incompetent staff. I didn't receive my order at all because the staff was too incompetent to take it. I was then told to take another trip through MC Drive and order again. I won't go there again.

The worst food I've ever eaten at McDonalds. Very long waiting time and at 11:45 p.m. I paid 48 euros for 2 people and what did I get? 1 Chrispy Chicken completely over-baked, cold and dry taste, French Fries & Curly Fries cold and soggy, 1 Royal Double Cheese cold and 20 Chicken Mc Nuggets cold and not crispy. The only thing that was great was 2 Coca Cola and 2 apple turnovers that were freshly made. This McDonald's is not recommended.

May 24, 2024 My wife just ordered something at the drive-thru and paid for the Big Mac on the bill but didn't receive it. Unfortunately, a call to 02363/97144 was unsuccessful because the man on the other end unfortunately doesn't speak German. So how do we solve the problem!

The cheese stuck to the packaging as if the burger had been there for a long time. Cold and hard. The salad was completely juicy and soggy from the sauce. The place was really dirty. Fries were on the floor, paper and ketchup were still smeared on a table. Considering that there was hardly anything going on, it was shocking that no one was cleaning. On the contrary, employees simply walked past it, unbelievable!

Either something isn't there, the machines are broken or are being cleaned or it's cold. The store has slowed down quite a bit. When it comes to toys, you always hear “we don’t have that many anymore” or there’s something made of cardboard that no child wants. Terrible.

As always, very tasty food, even if the reputation is not that good

We used the McDrive service today and stood in line for almost half an hour. I wanted 6x Mc Flurry and in the rush (because everyone wanted a different flavor) I accidentally only ordered 5. Even before I wanted to go to the next counter to pay, I apologized and said that I had forgotten one more thing. I have rarely experienced such an incompetent, unfriendly employee at Mc. He immediately rejected my request and rudely asked me to continue driving. When I asked what the problem was about ordering another one or canceling it, he got louder and yelled at me to drive out and get back in line. Because of one more McFlurry? If it wasn't for my little niece in the car who was so excited about it, I would have canceled the entire order. The whole thing happened on Sunday, April 28th, 2024 at 7:45 p.m. Arrogant and completely miscast and incapable of doing so. One of the Flurrys was also missing the sauce.

Clearly overwhelmed team. No order was correct. The customers went towards the door cursing. Food was cold and the restaurant was very dirty. The employees didn't seem particularly impressed by their mistakes either. Sure, it's often hectic and confusing in these stores, but there didn't seem to be anyone here who could bring order. Luckily we were just passing through and won't be coming back.

The service is quick and the food is delicious. We come here often and have always found that it is very cold in the restaurant. so much so that you can't even take off your coat. so much so that our hands and feet will be frozen. It's unpleasant and you can't eat like that. I hope you read my comment and improve it.

Toilets not so clean, toilet paper was missing from one toilet. No personal ordering possible, only impersonally on the PC. Staff quite ok.

Waiting time of 15 minutes in the drive-in. Burgers were a DIY kit.

You were shown straight away from the counter... Machine starves when input takes longer than ordering at the counter... Running after them several times because something was constantly forgotten, napkins weren't even given, etc. Service is really very desirable...tables aren't even wiped...sticky etc. Food wasn't that warm either...

The food was delicious and the order arrived quickly. But for some reason they didn’t give us either napkins or straws for drinks. The entrance to the establishment is very inconveniently located. But overall I was left with a good impression.

You can't place multiple online orders for each vehicle, but the answer you get is that unfortunately this wouldn't work and that you should drive several laps

There were cars in front of us in the drive-in queue that apparently still had to wait for their goods. That's why they drove up a little so that the cars behind (e.g. us) could get their food at the counter. So far so familiar and normal. However, when we got our food, we couldn't continue and waited several minutes. Because: it was very irritating to realize that the cars waiting in front of us were blocking the way. There is no stopping bay in this drive-in. What poor logistics and conception.

Cold latte macchiato, cold cheeseburger, cold apple turnover... this is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever visited. If it were possible, we wouldn't give any stars at all, because even 1 is far too much...

I was on my way to Mettmann and you think you're going to get something quick, so never again sorry, the coffee is cold and the food is exactly the same, I've had a lot but I haven't had something like that for a long time. I would have had the time if I had told them about it feet thrown. Bottom drawer not normal 🤬🤬🤬🤬

As every Dattelner knows, in Mc Drive you have to drive a little ahead or pull over on the shoulder to receive your order. Today I wanted to order a cheeseburger to satisfy my hunger and when I ordered, the skilled worker's tone condemned me for only ordering a single cheeseburger! When I arrived at the second counter I paid and a customer stood in front of me waiting for his order. I honked and asked to pull over to the right shoulder so I could pass. The customer didn't want to make room for me. The employee brought him his order and I told her beforehand that this wasn't a good solution for customers because my food was getting cold because I couldn't drive out to park and then eat. She replied that it was my own fault if I only ordered a cheeseburger. That was my last visit to this juice shop!!!!

After 10 minutes at the checkout we were ignored as cash payers. All employees felt overwhelmed. Rude, incompetent and unable to deal with stress. I do not say more.

Haven't been to a McDonalds in years. But on the way back from an evening event there were hardly any alternatives. So we went and ordered from the machine. This went smoothly and quickly. After a few minutes the “food” was brought to the sticky table. Warm, sticky and barely resembling the images on the screens above the counter. And unfortunately it wasn't cheap either This evening reminded me why we hadn't been there for so long.

I've been to this Mcdonalds alot of times because it's the closest to my house, and the amount of times they forget a items and give the wrong order is an absolute joke, even the mcdon workers say check if everything is in the bag to me just shows they already no there's items missing and it's very strange that there is never extra items always something missing. I definitely won't be going there again it's happened well too many times to be acceptable!

Ordinary McDonald's restaurant as you know it. Nothing special . However, the temperature in the restaurant left something to be desired. You couldn't eat without a jacket.

Only 1 vegan burger. Very disappointing… €70 left behind and then our gurly fries were forgotten… or stolen, who knows. I trust the employees to do everything

"Have" [been] here several times, burgers taste like the day before and are lukewarm. 2 hours later you're hungry again. Then it's better to go to the Greek restaurant and eat your fill for the same money❗.

The branch is located on a well-developed main street. Good parking options near the entrance. It is regrettable to emphasize that coffee products have not been offered for a long time. It says: Coffee machine defective. Unfortunately, this lasted for months. Sales staff is nice and friendly. A pity.

This is an interesting restaurant. You can find a lot of kinds of delicious food with a good employees in nice place .

What previous speakers have said here regarding cleanliness is reflected, in my case, in the men's toilet. Not only could you barely turn around in the little room - that's all - everything was dirty, there was no toilet seat, the seat ring was torn off the hinges, etc., everything was very dirty. If I hadn't had to so urgently, I would have preferred to leave without having achieved anything. In German, a huge mess. The public order office should take a look there.

Teilweise längere Wartezeit im Drive in. Ansonsten ist es ein McDonald's wie jeder andere.

Wie in fast jedem McDonald's, ist es schmutzig, renovierungsbedürftig und die Mitarbeiter kennen keinen Service. Lange Haare nicht unter einer Kappe, ständig wird was vergessen. Das Essen wird falsch zubereitet, verbrannt, matischig. Leute spart euch das Geld und fahrt lieber zu BurgerFam.

Nuggets, Filet oFish , Kalt. Es war wenig los, darum alte / kalte Ware bekommen. Man sollte so kaltes Essen nicht raus geben auch wenn Profit zählt. Man würde öfters bei Mc Donald essen gehen zumal die Kinder gerne hier sind aber keiner ist in einem Restaurant gerne kalt

Der Innenraum ist sehr eng gebaut. Die Temperaturen im Innenbereich gingen bei unserem Besuch überhaupt nicht. Die Heizung schien komplett aus zu sein. Ergebnis war, das unser Essen schneller kalt war als wir es essen könnten. (Oder direkt zu kalt gebracht wurde) Die Wartezeit auf der unsere Bestellung war lang, aber es war auch sehr voll. Deshalb noch angemessen. Beim nächsten mal dann aber doch lieber zu einer anderen Filiale.

Es war jetzt das dritte mal in Folge, dass meine Nuggets als Prämie (Umsonst) nicht in der Tüte war, der Verdacht liegt hier klar bei Betrug in meinen Augen, damit die Kosten einsparen können oder Gewinn erzielen können. Ab jetzt wird genau hingeschaut und wenn andere 5 Minuten hinter mir im Drive warten müssen, ist mir egal, vorfahren auf Anweisung, werde ich auch ab jetzt ignorieren, da sonst die direkte Beschwerde nicht ausgeführt werden kann. Sonst kann ich mich nicht beklagen, nur das mit Service anders aussehen sollte und das Betrug im Raum steht!

Zu kalt, die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.

Datteln war ja schon immer das schlechteste Restaurant dieser Kette,aber nach heute fahren wir da nicht mehr hin,Wohne 2 min mit dem Auto entfernt.Essen kalt,das Eis was von der Portion schon ein Witz war war zuhause angekommen bereit getrunken zu werden und schmeckte nach nichts,so das man denkt es ist mit viel Wasser gestreckt worden.Und ja es liegt an dieser Filiale denn die in lüdinghausen sind immer top und das Eis löst sich nicht ruck zuck auf und schmeckt auch nach dem typischen mc Eis.

Wir holen sehr häufig etwas von McDonald's. Das Ambiente in Datteln ist angenehm und die Produkte meist warm aber heute ist uns etwas passiert, das hat mich zum schäumen gebracht. Wir wurden von einem Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich angpöbelt, angelogen und veräppelt. Als wir nach dem Geschäftsführer verlangten, wurden wir abgewimmelt. So etwas noch nie erlebt. Werde mich auch schriftlich beschweren. Ich überlege tatsächlich da nicht mehr hinzugehen.

Das man nurnoch digital an insgesamt 4 terminals bestellen kann finde ich zwar effizient aber auch unglaublich unpersönlich. Leider funktionieren von 4 nur 2 und dort gibt es dann auch noch Probleme mit der Kartenzahlung. Unpraktisch finde ich auch das die Geräte mitten im weg stehen. So das sich in dem onehin schon kleinem laden alles im eingang drängelt. Viele andere kunden. Haben sich über das Personal beschwert, da habe ich weniger Probleme mit. Schade nur das dort schlecht Deutsch gesprochen wird . Was mich an dieser Filiale viel mehr stören ist das Klientel welches sich Kunde nennt. In anderen gegenden ist das weniger schlimm. Datteln typisch (leider)

Personal überfordert, Auf Beschwerde, mein Burger 🍔 ist kalt kam die Reaktion, Nein, kann nicht sein. Nach ein wenig hin und her bekam ich dann doch widerwillig einen neuen. Tische fand ich dreckig und die Tablettwagen waren mehr als überfüllt. Kurz um, ich kann diese Filiale nicht empfehlen.

Ich war Sonntag in diesem Restaurant. Es war der reinste Horror.Die Tische waren verdreckt,die Rückgabebehälter voll mit Müll oben drauf gestapelt und dann kam das Essen und das hat dem ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt. Der Hamburger war trocken,die Sauce eingetrocknet.Die Nuggets waren innen grau und haben nach altem Fett gerochen. Einfach unmöglich. Eis war,wie üblich,nicht möglich,da Eismaschine defekt.(Vielleicht auch besser so bei derartigen Hygienebedingungen) Ekelhaft. Ich werde diese Filiale nicht mehr besuchen

Schlimmer geht es leider nicht ! Kein Personal viel zu lange wartezeiten drinnen oder bei Mcdrive sollte sich mal schnell ändern und es fehlen immer sachen in der Tüte

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal zu Gast. Bisher gab es auch keinen Grund zum Klagen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, außer heute. Gegen das Ambiente und Speisen gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Allerdings zu einem äußerst unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter, welcher meiner Meinung nach besser eine Tätigkeit ohne Kundenkontakt ausführen sollte. Zuspruch bekamen wir diesbezüglich auch von anderen Gästen.

Ist eben nen mc Donalds dieser hier ist genauso trostlos wie die anderen, der einzige Vorteil ist eben es geht schnell und ist Nahrung

Vom Drive in zu Hause angekommen, festgestellt das alle Soßen, Ketchup und Majo fehlten. Nicht das erste Mal aber jetzt das letzte Mal, da ich dann doch lieber woanders kaufe. Da nützt es mir auch nichts wenn der Mann am Telefon sagt ich kann mir das die Tage abholen.

Hallo bin total enttäuscht MC bin sehr irritiert wie der Servic funktioniert Tische werden abgeputz alles auf dem Boden oder Sitzen verteilt.. Sehr unsauber von 4 bestell Automaten gingen nur 2 weitere Defekt. Parkplatz nicht beleuchtet wo er auch Sammelplatz bei Brand gefahr fungiert....mir kam es for ob kein Schicht leichter da ist....Vg. MD.

Ein MCD wie jeder andere. Der Service ist immer Glückssache bei MC Doof. Das merkt man auch hier. Die Einrichtung wird auf den neusten Stand gehalten, hat aber nicht solange geöffnet wir andere Filialen.

Habe gestern Abend zwischen 22-23uhr mir und meiner Frau zu essen geholt. Zuhause angekommen Pommes in Teller reingekippt. Alles schön und gut dann der Schock Moment was in mein Pommes war. Vor Ekel habe ich sogar mein Burger rausgespuckt musste Toilette habe mich vor Ekel übergeben. Sowas geht mal garnicht das in mein Essen Insekt drin war. Sieht euch das Bild an !!!!!!!

Man bekommt was man kennt. Je nach anwesenden Mitarbeitern hat man eine Varianz von perfekter und freundlicher Service bis zu geht so. Aber meistens klappt alles, es ist vollständig und warm. Einer der besseren McDonalds die ich kenne. Also weiter so 😀

Ich will ehrlich sein, ich halte nicht viel von den ganzen Imbissketten. Das Essen ist meistens kalt, man muss ständig kontrollieren ob die Saucen fehlen und das Personal naja.... Das McDonalds in Datteln ist da anders. Man bestellt per App vor, betritt den Laden und es dauert keine 5min bis man sein Essen bekommt. Das Personal ist freundlich und macht einen gut organisierten Eindruck, es fehlen weder Saucen noch Speisen und das Essen schmeckt für Mecces Verhältnisse frisch und gut. Können sich andere Filialen gerne ne Scheibe von abschneiden ;)

The food was a mess...looked like it was just chucked all together. There are four machines to use to order on, two of which did not work. There was also nowhere to put your tray and bits fallen on the floor from not being collected. - we did not eat in, but saw no one put their tray away so we have no idea how long the tray collection had been like that for. Honestly just the worst McDonald's I had ever been to.

Probleme beim Bestellen gehabt, darauf komplette neue Bestellung zusammengewürfelt. 20 min gewartet und dann noch Cola vergessen, da war ich so frustriert das ich einfach weggefahren bin und mir gedacht habe jetzt schreibe ich mal ne Rezension für diesen Laden.

Die Arbeiter/inen sind nicht in der lage mir das gewünschte Essen zu überreichen. Kleiner tipp immer gucken ob alles da ist wenn nicht am besten die Arbeiter beleidigen.

Gebe einen stern weil mann nicht weniger geben kann, wollte schocko milkshake die geben mir Vanille
