The employees are very unfriendly and get bitchy when you point out that they are doing the wrong thing and want the right things. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired.

One star is too many. You get bad stomach and intestinal problems from eating. My son was really sick. We don't go there anymore and this is a well-intentioned recommendation to everyone else.

Unfortunately not satisfactory. The employees often don't greet you, which leaves an unfriendly impression. There are also very long waiting times. Particularly annoying: Employees smoke and spit in front of the entrance and at the McDrive counter, which greatly spoils the experience. There is definitely room for improvement.

Simply incompetent people at work have NEVER had an order correct or complete in the MC Drive

Not very friendly, but if you like burgers without a patty, this is the place for you. When I complained about it, they just wanted to go one better on the burger.

Waited 20 minutes for the food while others who came after us got the food straight away. After this was brought up there was no apology and when the food arrived it was incomplete.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers using a coupon at 12:45 a.m. about 4 weeks ago. I heard the first sneeze but completed the order. After paying I waited for the burgers and I heard two sneezes again, very strong and that liquid was secreted. This is unacceptable to me when handling food, so I canceled the order and wanted my money back. The guy with the headphones then made fun of me and called his boss. Someone who was cleaning came out and asked me in his southern way if I had a problem and wrung out his cleaning rag so that it splattered my vehicle. The boss was then the most aggressive and played it down, called me directly and didn't want to accept it. When he pointed out that no one should work in the catering sector like that, he became really rude and said I should stay at home if I don't like that sort of thing. The other two laughed at me. I still got my money back, but this disrespectful manner is an absolute no-go! All 3 had a migrant background and behaved accordingly. McDonalds itself described the problem, but they weren't interested and never got an answer.

Very long waiting time at MC Drive

Very clean and tidy. Unfortunately no playground.

The food is very tasty. But the employees are very rude and gossip about customers. The employee with brown braided hair is very, very rude. She is very young and new.

Bad service, I had to complain 3 times with the same order. and one of the employees even started saying that it was the third time, but this third time it was the manager who answered me and told me the reason. My order was full of errors. and the employee still says he has been there many times. There were many customers, but that is not justified.

When I ordered there via Deive, my order was very clearly expressed, then I had to wait 20 minutes until I received my order. Unfriendly staff (both mcdrive and shift manager). Special requests are not responded to (already entered differently in the system/despite the same price, well... multiple requests are then only responded to with: if you want it differently, I will delete the order and your coupon is gone). As far as I'm concerned... It puts you in a bad mood, but it doesn't matter. Unfortunately, the burgers were also cold, dry and difficult to eat. Fries cold. Everything here is okay so far, but in order to eat here you need a winter jacket. The air conditioning feels like it's at full power at 10 degrees. You don't even know where to sit so that it's halfway comfortable.

Once again the worst McDonald's in Germany did not disappoint me. The customer in front of me had to come back to complain about his food. This is the 2nd time out of the last 3 visits. When we briefly exchanged two words with each other, we were told not to speak and the other customer was expelled from the premises. The MCRip sauce also seems to be made of gold...as sparingly as it is used. I don't think any of the operators have ever eaten anything there.

Instead of shaken fries, just normal ones. The display shows it is ready for collection and you then have to wait another 10 minutes. It's probably a stitch there to embellish the numbers. Doesn't work at all.

I was very satisfied after working with a friend on September 7th around 10 p.m. in the drive, I was met by the very friendly staff at the counter, our food was warm and freshly prepared.

The employees were overwhelmed by this rush and there was a long queue in the drive-in. This McDonald's is not my cup of tea, but maybe that's just my opinion

This McDonald's is a disaster. You have to wait forever, even for something small. Then you are asked to wait at the counter next to a meadow. But you get your drink and ice cream, which of course melts by the time you eat. I hope management gets involved.

The parking lot was already quite full when we arrived, although there were also a few people hanging around by a few cars. The parking bays are for old small cars, so the bays for newer (larger) cars are often as wide as the car itself, great... You order and after a very short time it is shown as ready for collection, and they haven't even started yet. By the time that happens, you will no longer be on the display. It also feels like it takes longer than elsewhere - in that case the system just doesn't notice it. But it makes picking up from several people very confusing. I ordered two cheeseburgers with a special request, but the burgers still come with cold meat, yes delicious... The milkshake was not normally full and had an unusually neutral/weak taste. The store doesn't seem clean and the staff isn't really friendly, if you understand them at all...

Placed an order at the machine today. Take away. 2x20 chicken nuggets, 2 hamburgers, 2 cola, 1 "the M" burger and 7 sauces. Went home, unpacked and discovered that all the sauces and the €8 burger were missing. Very annoying and expensive. We were there for the last time!!! 0 stars and 5 extra deduction!

We had to wait for very long just to get served. The staff were ignoring us. And it was not very clean. I would not recommend this place

Where should I start? 1. Ordered from the machine with table service for a birthday for 7 people. But table service didn't work. Instead, we were only vaguely called out that we had to pick it up because there were 3 trays. 2. Then 1x mesh potatoes were missing. So back to the counter. Then they started discussing. Three salespeople then started talking loudly (apparently about me) in a language I don't speak. All right. The unfriendly gentleman happened to have net potatoes from another order in front of him, put one that had fallen out very roughly back into the bag (without gloves etc) and held it out to me in a very unfriendly manner. He always held out his order receipt to me and I didn't care. There were 2x on my receipt. Many will now say that you shouldn't act like that. But I would like to have all the goods that I have already paid for in advance. 3. Children naturally turn to food first. That it is not immediately noticeable that there is no drinking. So after a few minutes I went back to the counter. Notified that a sprite is missing. Again the three employees discussed loudly in a language I couldn't understand. Answer in German: “ne kleine ne?” Of course I said, yes a 0.5. Then I got that too. What can I, or the children, do to ensure that these employees are not able to process an order correctly? 4. When we left, one of the children really wanted a lid for the drink because he couldn't finish the drink. Child went to the counter himself and politely asked if he could have a lid. Answer from employee: No. Only for take-away drinks. I will definitely avoid this store. Unless, perhaps, to speak to the branch manager.

I ordered cold hamburgers to take away

A McDonald's as you would expect, half of it is forgotten and has to be reordered. Hardly any German speaking staff.

I've never seen anything so unfriendly in my life, between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the mcdrive counter. The guy on the line was really rude. Because of something like that, I will never eat in this restaurant again, neither will my family nor my friends

Not so great compared to Haltern and if you eat there you'll freeze yourself off because the climate seems to be set to full power. Better to go to Haltern.

No matter how many times you visit this restaurant, the order is always wrong. Today I ordered a McFlury Oreo with chocolate sauce and a strawberry shake. I got a McFlury without sauce and a vanilla shake. What if I was allergic to vanilla? I think these people do it on purpose... They don't think about the consequences

I didn't get my points after placing my order

I was just there with a friend and only ordered drinks. One iced tea, two waters and two milkshakes. I pre-ordered this in the app. After standing still in the drive-in for 30 minutes, we were told that the drive-in wasn't working and we had to go in. Once I was inside, I showed my order code and had to wait another 20 minutes for the order even though it was only drinks and the whole place was pretty empty. When I went to pick up the order, a water was missing and one of the milkshakes was the wrong one. Completely incompetent service and relatively unfriendly.

It's always been the worst McDonald's in our area - but today it took the cake... Went to McDrive and wanted to pick up our orders from the app - it's problem-free in Lüdinghausen and elsewhere in Datteln - no, today that's what it said It doesn't work... We should go through the drive again for the second code... We saved that because of the crowds... my girlfriend wanted to eat as soon as possible - then we shared one menu... that too It wasn't a joy... the burgers were ice cold, which you could tell from the solidified cheese... Our conclusion... Never dates again...

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars for this dirty shop and the unfriendly, incompetent staff. I didn't receive my order at all because the staff was too incompetent to take it. I was then told to take another trip through MC Drive and order again. I won't go there again.

The worst food I've ever eaten at McDonalds. Very long waiting time and at 11:45 p.m. I paid 48 euros for 2 people and what did I get? 1 Chrispy Chicken completely over-baked, cold and dry taste, French Fries & Curly Fries cold and soggy, 1 Royal Double Cheese cold and 20 Chicken Mc Nuggets cold and not crispy. The only thing that was great was 2 Coca Cola and 2 apple turnovers that were freshly made. This McDonald's is not recommended.

May 24, 2024 My wife just ordered something at the drive-thru and paid for the Big Mac on the bill but didn't receive it. Unfortunately, a call to 02363/97144 was unsuccessful because the man on the other end unfortunately doesn't speak German. So how do we solve the problem!

The cheese stuck to the packaging as if the burger had been there for a long time. Cold and hard. The salad was completely juicy and soggy from the sauce. The place was really dirty. Fries were on the floor, paper and ketchup were still smeared on a table. Considering that there was hardly anything going on, it was shocking that no one was cleaning. On the contrary, employees simply walked past it, unbelievable!

Either something isn't there, the machines are broken or are being cleaned or it's cold. The store has slowed down quite a bit. When it comes to toys, you always hear “we don’t have that many anymore” or there’s something made of cardboard that no child wants. Terrible.

As always, very tasty food, even if the reputation is not that good

We used the McDrive service today and stood in line for almost half an hour. I wanted 6x Mc Flurry and in the rush (because everyone wanted a different flavor) I accidentally only ordered 5. Even before I wanted to go to the next counter to pay, I apologized and said that I had forgotten one more thing. I have rarely experienced such an incompetent, unfriendly employee at Mc. He immediately rejected my request and rudely asked me to continue driving. When I asked what the problem was about ordering another one or canceling it, he got louder and yelled at me to drive out and get back in line. Because of one more McFlurry? If it wasn't for my little niece in the car who was so excited about it, I would have canceled the entire order. The whole thing happened on Sunday, April 28th, 2024 at 7:45 p.m. Arrogant and completely miscast and incapable of doing so. One of the Flurrys was also missing the sauce.

Clearly overwhelmed team. No order was correct. The customers went towards the door cursing. Food was cold and the restaurant was very dirty. The employees didn't seem particularly impressed by their mistakes either. Sure, it's often hectic and confusing in these stores, but there didn't seem to be anyone here who could bring order. Luckily we were just passing through and won't be coming back.

The service is quick and the food is delicious. We come here often and have always found that it is very cold in the restaurant. so much so that you can't even take off your coat. so much so that our hands and feet will be frozen. It's unpleasant and you can't eat like that. I hope you read my comment and improve it.

You were shown straight away from the counter... Machine starves when input takes longer than ordering at the counter... Running after them several times because something was constantly forgotten, napkins weren't even given, etc. Service is really very desirable...tables aren't even wiped...sticky etc. Food wasn't that warm either...

The food was delicious and the order arrived quickly. But for some reason they didn’t give us either napkins or straws for drinks. The entrance to the establishment is very inconveniently located. But overall I was left with a good impression.

Cold latte macchiato, cold cheeseburger, cold apple turnover... this is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever visited. If it were possible, we wouldn't give any stars at all, because even 1 is far too much...

There were cars in front of us in the drive-in queue that apparently still had to wait for their goods. That's why they drove up a little so that the cars behind (e.g. us) could get their food at the counter. So far so familiar and normal. However, when we got our food, we couldn't continue and waited several minutes. Because: it was very irritating to realize that the cars waiting in front of us were blocking the way. There is no stopping bay in this drive-in. What poor logistics and conception.

You can't place multiple online orders for each vehicle, but the answer you get is that unfortunately this wouldn't work and that you should drive several laps

As every Dattelner knows, in Mc Drive you have to drive a little ahead or pull over on the shoulder to receive your order. Today I wanted to order a cheeseburger to satisfy my hunger and when I ordered, the skilled worker's tone condemned me for only ordering a single cheeseburger! When I arrived at the second counter I paid and a customer stood in front of me waiting for his order. I honked and asked to pull over to the right shoulder so I could pass. The customer didn't want to make room for me. The employee brought him his order and I told her beforehand that this wasn't a good solution for customers because my food was getting cold because I couldn't drive out to park and then eat. She replied that it was my own fault if I only ordered a cheeseburger. That was my last visit to this juice shop!!!!

After 10 minutes at the checkout we were ignored as cash payers. All employees felt overwhelmed. Rude, incompetent and unable to deal with stress. I do not say more.

Haven't been to a McDonalds in years. But on the way back from an evening event there were hardly any alternatives. So we went and ordered from the machine. This went smoothly and quickly. After a few minutes the “food” was brought to the sticky table. Warm, sticky and barely resembling the images on the screens above the counter. And unfortunately it wasn't cheap either This evening reminded me why we hadn't been there for so long.

I've been to this Mcdonalds alot of times because it's the closest to my house, and the amount of times they forget a items and give the wrong order is an absolute joke, even the mcdon workers say check if everything is in the bag to me just shows they already no there's items missing and it's very strange that there is never extra items always something missing. I definitely won't be going there again it's happened well too many times to be acceptable!

Ordinary McDonald's restaurant as you know it. Nothing special . However, the temperature in the restaurant left something to be desired. You couldn't eat without a jacket.

The branch is located on a well-developed main street. Good parking options near the entrance. It is regrettable to emphasize that coffee products have not been offered for a long time. It says: Coffee machine defective. Unfortunately, this lasted for months. Sales staff is nice and friendly. A pity.

What previous speakers have said here regarding cleanliness is reflected, in my case, in the men's toilet. Not only could you barely turn around in the little room - that's all - everything was dirty, there was no toilet seat, the seat ring was torn off the hinges, etc., everything was very dirty. If I hadn't had to so urgently, I would have preferred to leave without having achieved anything. In German, a huge mess. The public order office should take a look there.

Teilweise längere Wartezeit im Drive in. Ansonsten ist es ein McDonald's wie jeder andere.

Wie in fast jedem McDonald's, ist es schmutzig, renovierungsbedürftig und die Mitarbeiter kennen keinen Service. Lange Haare nicht unter einer Kappe, ständig wird was vergessen. Das Essen wird falsch zubereitet, verbrannt, matischig. Leute spart euch das Geld und fahrt lieber zu BurgerFam.

Nuggets, Filet oFish , Kalt. Es war wenig los, darum alte / kalte Ware bekommen. Man sollte so kaltes Essen nicht raus geben auch wenn Profit zählt. Man würde öfters bei Mc Donald essen gehen zumal die Kinder gerne hier sind aber keiner ist in einem Restaurant gerne kalt

Der Innenraum ist sehr eng gebaut. Die Temperaturen im Innenbereich gingen bei unserem Besuch überhaupt nicht. Die Heizung schien komplett aus zu sein. Ergebnis war, das unser Essen schneller kalt war als wir es essen könnten. (Oder direkt zu kalt gebracht wurde) Die Wartezeit auf der unsere Bestellung war lang, aber es war auch sehr voll. Deshalb noch angemessen. Beim nächsten mal dann aber doch lieber zu einer anderen Filiale.
