I only had one ice cream, which was delicious. But the restrooms and the restaurant were clean and tidy.

Employees yell at you and treat you with total rudeness. On top of that, 250 of our points were redeemed, but we didn't receive the product.

Is it actually a prerequisite for employment at McDonald's Germany to not be able to listen!? I ordered a burger without bread, which is pretty simple, really. What came out? A cold flatbread with bread 🙄😒 I'd rather make fresh burgers at home in the morning and eat them in the evening; it's still better than at McDonald's! -1☆

The lady with the short blonde hair shouldn't be allowed to harass customers or colleagues. I've rarely experienced such unfriendly, unmotivated, and rude behavior. Then they send her far away from the drive-thru, even though there are only two cars there, to yell at the colleague with a migrant background and send her out through the rain. That immediately puts you out of your appetite. I'd rather drive to other branches in the area.

We just went to McDonald's with our child for the first time. Generally, the staff seemed rather semi-motivated. However, one slightly older employee with short blonde hair stood out in particular. I understand the stress of everyday work, but yelling at older customers just because they don't hear the number being called, so that they leave the store in shame, is absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. This kind of behavior is the worst. In my opinion, this employee should urgently be reassigned to a non-customer-facing area.

Our entire order was wrong, the Royal TS was ice cold, but they exchanged it. The store manager was very rude. He took my receipt, left me standing there without a word, and ordered a new meal. Everything was very chaotic, but you still expect a brief apology and an explanation of what's going on. Next time we'd rather go to Recklinghausen...

No matter when I'm there, she's always very friendly, hardworking, and even during stressful times, she seems to keep her cool and never loses her smile. It just has to be said. 1 star is still too much!! Our daughter once wanted to drive through the McDonald's drive-thru in "her car"... The end result was a crying child unable to order anything! Unfortunately, my last experience at this branch was absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. First I wanted to place an order at the machine. This was one burger each Offer, a portion of nuggets by paying for my points in the app and a “regular” burger. The order couldn't be completed at the machine, so I went to the counter. A gentleman served me there and scanned my shopping cart code from the app. However, I could see from the screen that two packets of nuggets were mistakenly captured. Furthermore, the second, “regular” burger was missing. I explained the situation to the gentleman, but communication proved difficult due to a language barrier. Because of the queue behind me, I asked the cashier to delete the entry so that I could re-enter the order into my app at my leisure and then get back in line. However, he “cashed” the order instead of simply deleting the entry, wrote something on the receipt and 1200 points were incorrectly deducted from me, even though I 1) neither requested the goods, 2) did not pay for them and 3) did not receive them. When I went to the counter again with the correct order, payment using the points system was no longer possible because the previous "order" was considered processed in the database and I was deducted 2x 600 points for ChickenMcNuggets. I was also no longer able to redeem the offer burger because this was only possible once. But that's just the smallest problem with the entire situation. The employee's behavior was more problematic: When I asked whether the points would be credited back to me and what to do now, he only gave me incomprehensible and curt answers. He said in a curt manner that I would get the points refunded, but couldn't say when. When I asked how I could now get the burger on offer, he also told me that this was no longer possible. In fact, he started to be very unfriendly and blamed me for saying that I should have simply completed the order at the machine, even though I only visited the counter because this was not possible. I had already explained this to him at the beginning. The situation gradually got worse and I asked to speak to the shift manager in the hope that he would find a solution to this problem. The gentleman rudely informed me that he was the shift manager and continued to discuss. During the dispute, a young, blonde employee came to us and politely asked me what exactly I had ordered. She typed in the order and enabled me to receive the products in a very short time, without any further problems, in an absolutely friendly and customer-oriented manner. Kudos to this lady! However, the unfriendly and condescending behavior of this employee was absolutely unacceptable, which is why I will definitely not visit this branch again in the future. I spent around 30 minutes in this branch and had to discuss things for around 20 minutes. Last but not least: The points were of course not initially credited. For this I had to contact customer service in Munich.

When I wanted to speak to the shift manager, I was told in an aggressive tone that the employee was the “boss” himself. He rudely leaned towards my car and was obviously trying to intimidate me. With children in the car, I stayed calm, paid and was still harassed. The entire situation was characterized by disrespect, unprofessional behavior and a worrying lack of hygiene standards. McDonald's should urgently work on training its employees and adhering to hygiene regulations. One star is actually too many for this visit. I will avoid this location in the future.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers using a coupon at 12:45 a.m. about 4 weeks ago. I heard the first sneeze but completed the order. After paying I waited for the burgers and I heard two sneezes again, very strong and that liquid was secreted. This is unacceptable to me when handling food, so I canceled the order and wanted my money back. The guy with the headphones then made fun of me and called his boss. Someone who was cleaning came out and asked me in his southern way if I had a problem and wrung out his cleaning rag so that it splattered my vehicle. The boss was then the most aggressive and played it down, called me directly and didn't want to accept it. When he pointed out that no one should work in the catering sector like that, he became really rude and said I should stay at home if I don't like that sort of thing. The other two laughed at me.
