The food was okay. But what wasn't okay was the quantity, the price and also the long waiting time. We ordered a Hood Box and a large fries, but we and another couple had the longest wait for our food. Everyone who ordered after us got their food before us. The quantity is absolutely unjustified for the price as you can see in the picture below. That even costs 9 euros. Even though we only got there at 8:40 p.m., we had to wait 40-50 minutes. Unfortunately I was hoping for more

We were there for Iftar and everyone in the store waited at least 40 minutes for their food. Instead of the boss doing anything about it, he goes out for a smoke even though so many fasting people were waiting for their food.

The food tasted really good!! We had to wait a little longer even though it had been almost an hour since we broke the fast, but I'll never hold that against you, and it was packed, so it's difficult to serve everything at once!

It was really tasty and the service was great, especially the cashier Moschtaba was very, very correct!!

Delicious food, but I don't understand why people are so crazy about the sauces, even though we left almost €100 for the table. In Bochum we got enough sauces “at no extra charge”. Maybe the gentleman in Datteln can learn something from him ;)

The food tastes very tasty, but the staff is very untrained. Unfortunately, the service is very poor because the employees at this branch don't know how to deal with customers. I wanted to order filet bites and the buffalo sauce and he just wanted an extra charge even though I had 3 sauces available. It's outrageous to charge so much money for the sauce. Most people come because of the sauce and the soft chicken. No need for the buffalo sauce to cost so much, just make more and think about customer satisfaction.

We waited almost 2 hours, then when we asked where our food was, we had to wait another 15 minutes so that the food could even begin to be prepared. We finally had our food packed because we had completed the payment. It was the end of fasting at 6:30 p.m. and everyone got their food and ate it before us, except my father and I! Even people who came spontaneously without a reservation had to wait 2 minutes for their 5-course menu and we are still waiting for our single burger. And if we haven't died, then we're still waiting...

Even though it was pre-ordered, they hadn't even started preparing the food. We waited almost another 45 minutes on site, only for an entire main course (a burger) to be missing at home and one of four had to eat with the others. Even though the store is really quite expensive. I then let them know, but I was fobbed off with the vague promise that they would write it down for next time. A burger costs almost €10! It was our first time there and will be our last. Absolutely not recommended. PS: the crispy dog ​​was completely burnt and ice cold at the same time. The fries were also cold and too salty. Not even a culinary good. We actually wanted to have the food delivered, but at the very end of the payment process we were told that it wouldn't be delivered today.

Disaster event organized. Something is always missing. When pre-ordered, nothing is ever ready. You are always told that it is being prepared now. Why do you call ahead and ask if they can actually make it to the specified time? Especially if you arrive later than stated! So the food is really tasty, but I've never experienced such poor and unorganized staff! If possible, I would give zero stars for service. I would like to eat there more often but not with the staff. I've seen them ignore this bad behavior so many times.

Very good team, very good chicken, very good price. We were received and served by a person from Bochum who was here especially and who also spoke French. This lady is extremely kind, and knew how to make us feel at home. As a Parisian we had difficulty finding a halal fried chicken address, and when we came to Chickenhood we were delighted. It is with pleasure that we will come back to eat there when we are passing through again. Thank you, and thank you to the person from Bochum whose husband is from Paris.

After we drove for free in Bochum, the boss came directly to us. A great man and a great boss. Very customer oriented. We were his guests of honor. I've never experienced anything like this before. I placed a small order. I sat at the table for over 40 minutes and my food didn't come. Only after 40 minutes was I told that they had forgotten to prepare my food. Then I waited almost an hour for 2 chicken dogs. I didn't even get half compensation. Food was a 4/10, so no recommendation.

Unfortunately, the taste is a bit worse than in Bochum. The prices are okay but I think the ambience should be a little better at these prices. Like a warehouse and smells unpleasant because the kitchen is open next door and you can see the raw meat 🥲 you're not in the mood for chicken anymore

Small place but the food is really great

We sat outside and it literally smelled like garbage. Unfortunately we didn't really feel comfortable. The food was OK.

The food was quite okay. Little seating available. The service wasn't good, you had the feeling that you were just being brushed off and that you didn't place much value on the individual customer. We ordered a menu, which was a main course with a side dish and a drink. We waited 20 minutes until we were told that we had to get the drinks ourselves. The biggest point of criticism is that the employees smoked at the tables where customers would otherwise sit and then didn't wash their hands and instead served directly behind the counter.

We visited the store because Tik Tok was talking about it. I was with mine Husband and son there. I ordered the smash burger. This one really wasn't good...all the meat was way apart. My husband also had a beef burger but his patty was good. We also ordered fillet bites, which were well seasoned and tender. Unfortunately, the place really wasn't big and the door was open, which really hurt you Baby ain't it really great. I think there are better burgers :)

I really have to say that the food tasted extremely good. Exactly as I imagined. The store is very hygienic and beautifully designed, especially in the toilets. There are also little things that help you if you forget them, such as tampons. Service was also very good. So overall very satisfied and happy leaving the restaurant!!!!

Unfortunately very disappointed today. Had specially pre-ordered for 8.30 p.m. But we still had to wait 20 minutes because customers who eat there are given priority. The stripes today were small, thin and kind of tough.

We found the chicken dog very tasty (real chicken breast - well breaded). In terms of ambience: It is a small fast food shop that is nicely decorated. We didn't try anything else there. The employee was also very friendly.

We were here last week because of Tik Tok videos. We once had the Loaded Fries (Big Hood) unfortunately the fries were cold so one star was deducted. The chicken box with various chicken parts was very good and hot and we also had a crispy chicken burger which was also good. We were a bit shocked by the atmosphere. There is no counter or anything like that. Just a few tables with chairs and a TV. Unfortunately, the second fork also came much too late. Overall, well-intentioned 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

Went there with friends on reservation and had to wait outside for half an hour. Organization was so bad that the table we were sat at wasn't even cleared away. When we asked several times if someone could clear away and we finally wanted to order our food, we were told after half an hour that we had to order at the cash register. This could have been said from the beginning, but it was not done. It's a real shame when you haven't eaten anything all day and are taken for a fool.

We ordered a few things to try and unfortunately we didn't like anything. Delivery was quick, but some of the sauces had run out.

Now just disappointed. First of all, the food is really good, BUT! We've been a customer since it opened because the food is really good, but we're just disappointed with the service. EVERY delivery has given us problems. Every time the driver drove to the wrong address, so we often had lukewarm food for which we always waited at least 1 1/2 - 2 hours. At some point we switched to picking up. However, here too. 15 minutes are given, today is the highlight. The meal took 60 minutes. My husband stood and waited in the store for 45 minutes. It's just a disgrace. Today was the last time we ordered there.

Delivery took 2 hours, so the food was completely cold. The fries were hard and dry and the mozzarella sticks weren't creamy but just chewy. The only plus point: the burgers were quite ok. Since this is the second time this has happened, this was our last order.

Über Lieferando bestellt, beim ersten mal lange gewartet aber noch im Rahmen, dafür war das Essen top. Zweites mal bestellt, Katastrophe. Lieferzeit laut Lieferando 30-45 min. Bei Bestellung wurde direkt auf 90 min. aktualisiert. Nach 2h habe ich angerufen, man hat sich entschuldigt und gesagt der Fahrer ist schon unterwegs und jeden Moment da.... alles ok. Aber nach 40 Minuten war keiner da (ein Weg von 10 Minuten) ich habe wieder angerufen, wurde aber nach der feinen Art weggedrückt. 20 Minuten danach kam kaltes und gummiartiges Essen an. Keine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung. Leider war das meine letzte Bestellung hier. Schade, das erste Mal war wirklich top. Aber Wegdrücken weil man die Nummer erkennt geht gar nicht

Wir haben jetzt schon öfters bei Chicken Hood bestellt das Essen ist gut und frisch. Leider wurde bei jeder Bestellung entweder das Getränk oder beim Salat das Dressing Vergessen, das kann ja auch mal passieren aber wenn es bei jeder Bestellung passiert nervt es gerade weil es dann nochmal 40 min dauert bis der Dressing da ist. Man muss also immer alles kontrolliert. Hoffentlich ändert sich was.

Essen schmeckt prima. Wenn eine Bestellung länger dauert, als die App es angibt wird man angerufen, was ich super finde. Schade ist leider nur, dass die Technik öfter scheinbar mal spinnt. Die eigene App scheint nicht immer zu funktionieren, wodurch ich schon zweimal mein Essen holen wollte, und dann 20 Minuten da warten musste bis meine Bestellung fertig war.
