Das letzte mal versucht heute aber wieder mal keine Essen bekommen … wenn ihr Hunger habt und was essen wollt bestellt nicht bei Chickenhood. Das Essen kommt wahrscheinlich nicht. Service oder Freundlichkeit gegenüber des Kunden gibt es nicht…

Absolut empfehlenswert ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir waren heute hier essen und sind absolut begeistert! Das Essen ist einfach super lecker. Der Burger war saftig, perfekt belegt und die verschiedenen Chicken Variationen waren außen extrem knusprig und innen total zart. Besonders die Auswahl an Saucen und die Beilagen wie die Mozzarella Sticks haben das Ganze perfekt abgerundet. Dazu kommt ein wirklich nettes Personal, das uns super freundlich bedient hat. Auch der Betreiber ist sehr sympathisch und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Wir kommen definitiv ganz bald wieder!

EINFACH UNGLAUBLICH, jedes mal wenn ich bestelle kommt die Bestellung nach 2,30 std zudem noch keine Nummer hinterlegt das man mal anrufen kann und fragen kann wie es ausschaut, wirklich das ALLER LETZTE MAL das ich hier bestelle oder was esse. Sonst immer zufrieden gewesen aber das mit dem warten hat alles zerstört..

Essen Top, Service ebenso, aber die Einrichtung brauch dringend ein frischen Strich.

Wir waren am Sonntag mit Freunden im Chickenhood in Datteln zum Iftar und hatten im Voraus einen Tisch reserviert. Trotz Reservierung haben wir Plätze draußen bekommen bei etwa 8 Grad. Es war wirklich sehr kalt, und auch auf Nachfrage konnten uns keine Decken angeboten werden. In so einem Fall wäre es besser gewesen, uns vorher zu sagen, dass kein Platz drinnen verfügbar ist, oder zumindest im Voraus darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir draußen sitzen werden. Der Service an sich war in Ordnung. Der Kellner war freundlich und hat sich bemüht, konnte uns in der Situation aber leider auch nicht weiterhelfen oder eine Alternative anbieten. Auch das Essen konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Wir hatten die Chickenhood Bowl, die leider zu früh serviert wurde und dementsprechend kalt wurde. Auch geschmacklich überhaupt nicht überzeugend leider..

45 min gewartet obwohl wir schon reserviert haben Pommes war kalt nur Burger war gut

Iftar war um 18:42 wir haben grade 19:16 und immernoch warte ich auf mein Essen jeder hat gegessen aus wir und noch ein Tisch. Obwohl wir reserviert haben !!!!!! Die Pommes war kalt

Leckeres Essen, jedoch verstehe ich nicht,wieso man bei den Soßen so krass rumgaiert,obwohl wir als Tisch knapp 100€ da gelassen haben. In Bochum haben wir genug Soßen „ohne“ Aufpreis bekommen. Vllt kann der Herr in Datteln mal von ihm etwas abgucken ;)

Mal das essen hier getestet. Auf Social Media wird alles ganz anders präsentiert wie es in Wirklichkeit ist. Geschmacklich war es ok aber nichts besonderes. Die Preise sind eindeutig zu hoch für das was man bekommt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier voll und ganz nicht. Sorry aber so kann ich hier keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Super Erfahrung essen kam schnell und sehr lecker wir hatten 12 Wings und 12 bites. Die Leute waren sehr höflich ich fragte ob sie Vlt ein Raum haben wo ich kurz beten kann und der Mitarbeiter brachte mich zu einem . Sehr netter Service top Essen. Wir zahlten für 2 25 Euro und wurden satt mit Getränk👍

Sind aufmerksam geworden über Bekannte & Leute ich kann euch nur eins sagen GEHT DAHIN, das Chicken, die Burger, die Soßen einfach alles eine 10 von 10. Dieser Laden ist ein MUSS zu besuchen.

Am liebsten minus Punkte geben!!! Über 2h auf das Essen gewartet und dann wurde es kalt geliefert! Telefonisch keinen erreicht! Geschmacklich unterirdisch schlecht! Es wurde Burger ohne Käse bestellt und dennoch mit geliefert! Pommes kalt verbrannt und geschmecklos!!

Today was my first and probably last time eating at this restaurant. My expectations were high – especially because of the social media coverage. Unfortunately, I was massively disappointed. The food didn't look like what was advertised online, nor was the quality convincing. What we got was very reminiscent of fast food – a little better than McDonald's, perhaps, but definitely not what was advertised. Overall, the value for money was completely unbalanced. You simply pay too much for what you get. I honestly don't understand the hype and wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the tent obscures the entrance, and you have to search for it when you first arrive. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. I will visit the restaurant again and am already looking forward to this visit.

We visited Chickenhood in Datteln for the first time today, and to be honest, my first impression from the outside was rather subdued. The place doesn't look particularly inviting from the outside, rather unassuming. I had the "Fernando" beef burger, and my partner had the "Blackbox Burger." Both were truly excellent. Juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The sauces were also really delicious, with a perfectly balanced flavor. Our daughter ordered the 16-piece Hoodmix, which is a sort of mixed box with various chicken wings. Her highlight was definitely the buffalo wings; they were crispy on the outside, well-seasoned, and tender on the inside, just right. What stood out in a particularly positive way: Jeni, our waitress (yes, that's really how she's spelled, I specifically asked), was super friendly and competent. No fake posturing, no pushy questions, just pleasantly reserved and professional. You feel well looked after without being rushed. Bottom line: Despite the first impression, this is a real insider tip. If you like good fast food and don't fancy the usual chains, you should definitely try Chickenhood. I definitely recommend it.

I went to Chickenhood Dates and absolutely loved it! Even though the store was really busy, everything ran smoothly. The processes are well organized, the team is well-coordinated and consistently friendly and attentive. The food was awesome. You can simply taste that quality comes first here. Despite the high number of people, we didn't have to wait long; the orders were processed quickly and correctly. The cleanliness of the store was also a real plus – everything was just right.

The food was okay. But what wasn't okay was the quantity, the price and also the long waiting time. We ordered a Hood Box and a large fries, but we and another couple had the longest wait for our food. Everyone who ordered after us got their food before us. The quantity is absolutely unjustified for the price as you can see in the picture below. That even costs 9 euros. Even though we only got there at 8:40 p.m., we had to wait 40-50 minutes. Unfortunately I was hoping for more

We were there for Iftar and everyone in the store waited at least 40 minutes for their food. Instead of the boss doing anything about it, he goes out for a smoke even though so many fasting people were waiting for their food.

The food tastes very tasty, but the staff is very untrained. Unfortunately, the service is very poor because the employees at this branch don't know how to deal with customers. I wanted to order filet bites and the buffalo sauce and he just wanted an extra charge even though I had 3 sauces available. It's outrageous to charge so much money for the sauce. Most people come because of the sauce and the soft chicken. No need for the buffalo sauce to cost so much, just make more and think about customer satisfaction.

We waited almost 2 hours, then when we asked where our food was, we had to wait another 15 minutes so that the food could even begin to be prepared. We finally had our food packed because we had completed the payment. It was the end of fasting at 6:30 p.m. and everyone got their food and ate it before us, except my father and I! Even people who came spontaneously without a reservation had to wait 2 minutes for their 5-course menu and we are still waiting for our single burger. And if we haven't died, then we're still waiting...

Even though it was pre-ordered, they hadn't even started preparing the food. We waited almost another 45 minutes on site, only for an entire main course (a burger) to be missing at home and one of four had to eat with the others. Even though the store is really quite expensive. I then let them know, but I was fobbed off with the vague promise that they would write it down for next time. A burger costs almost €10! It was our first time there and will be our last. Absolutely not recommended. PS: the crispy dog ​​was completely burnt and ice cold at the same time. The fries were also cold and too salty. Not even a culinary good. We actually wanted to have the food delivered, but at the very end of the payment process we were told that it wouldn't be delivered today.

Why do you call ahead and ask if they can actually make it to the specified time? Especially if you arrive later than stated! Very good team, very good chicken, very good price. We were received and served by a person from Bochum who was here especially and who also spoke French. This lady is extremely kind, and knew how to make us feel at home. As a Parisian we had difficulty finding a halal fried chicken address, and when we came to Chickenhood we were delighted. I placed a small order. I sat at the table for over 40 minutes and my food didn't come. Only after 40 minutes was I told that they had forgotten to prepare my food. Then I waited almost an hour for 2 chicken dogs. I didn't even get half compensation. Food was a 4/10, so no recommendation.

Unfortunately, the taste is a bit worse than in Bochum. The prices are okay but I think the ambience should be a little better at these prices. Like a warehouse and smells unpleasant because the kitchen is open next door and you can see the raw meat 🥲 you're not in the mood for chicken anymore

Small place but the food is really great

We sat outside and it literally smelled like garbage. Unfortunately we didn't really feel comfortable. The food was OK.

The food was quite okay. Little seating available. The service wasn't good, you had the feeling that you were just being brushed off and that you didn't place much value on the individual customer. We ordered a menu, which was a main course with a side dish and a drink. We waited 20 minutes until we were told that we had to get the drinks ourselves. The biggest point of criticism is that the employees smoked at the tables where customers would otherwise sit and then didn't wash their hands and instead served directly behind the counter.

We visited the store because Tik Tok was talking about it. I was with mine Husband and son there. I ordered the smash burger. This one really wasn't good...all the meat was way apart. My husband also had a beef burger but his patty was good. We also ordered fillet bites, which were well seasoned and tender. Unfortunately, the place really wasn't big and the door was open, which really hurt you Baby ain't it really great. I think there are better burgers :)

I really have to say that the food tasted extremely good. Exactly as I imagined. The store is very hygienic and beautifully designed, especially in the toilets.
