McDonald's in Erkelenz - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

I find it impossible for someone to hold up everything at the drive-thru with a mega-order. McDonald should make it clear here that if you order such large items, you should go inside the restaurant. Drive in should be a quick process and not have to wait 20 minutes. The ladies and gentlemen at the order loudspeaker are sometimes so quiet that you can only guess what they are saying.

Well-frequented fast food restaurant in the evenings. The parking situation is no longer up to date. There is no disabled parking space. There is no barrier-free access to the entrance. Adjustment is strongly recommended. A smart menu and a hot apple turnover were consumed on site. The order was there within 4 minutes. The fries were fresh and hot. The staff was polite. I'll check back in a few months.

Food is always ready very quickly and you get what you want.

Employees are really very accommodating!

Unfortunately it is now very dirty and the service is quick, but could be friendlier.

The floor is sometimes greasy, the food is often carelessly prepared and lukewarm. I've also recently noticed that the store closes well before the store closes and the opening hours are not adhered to Where local McDonalds fails, Burgerking scores

The decor is modern and casual; but not too casual. The citizens are delicious, Plant based Burger is as tasty and flavorful as any.

Typical McDonald's, ordering in the drive went smoothly despite 2 coupons. After paying, I was asked to wait in the parking lot, which was far too small and narrow, until the order was ready. After about 6 minutes the order arrived, brought to my vehicle nice and warm.

The food was super delicious. Service was quite good, one was like I was such an idiot but ok. Ambiance a bit dirty.

They are getting better, extra star. Today another star, now 5. They were totally full with school children, but the orders were still quick. The staff were polite, and it was clean which I always find relevant . Well done here to the current manager and team, from 3 stars 2 years ago now they are worth 5, full credit for their hard work

Food was fresh and tasty, but if you have online that you have until 3!!! If you are open at midnight and then you are surprised that GUESTS/CUSTOMERS are still sitting in the store at midnight and you close at midnight, the error is clearly yours and your communication with them. If you had at least said that FRIENDLY/POLITELY in the local store, it would have been fine. And it's precisely because something like this happens, and the shop looks like a mess every time, that we usually prefer to go to Hückelhoven, which was inconvenient today because of the closure in Baal. Disappointing visit today. In Hückelhoven the staff is definitely friendlier.

Had to go there again today for a long time. You don't need to order. Only on a large tray without cleaning products. Then picking up by number just works. Burger, cricket was good, fries were soggy. Cleanliness: tables without words. Entire floor area a slip bottle. Only in Erkelenz or always everywhere?? Not anymore from my side.

Forgot mayonnaise and ketchup... Waited forever on the drive even though everything was empty

Subterranean service, cold fries, replacement was not brought, Coke glass from the promotion was not there, no replacement, no voucher or even a hint of goodwill, cleanliness was non-existent, on the scale from 0 to 10: -10.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time after a few flops in a row. I was therefore pleasantly surprised. The selected menu actually contained all the specified ingredients in a fresh and balanced composition, with good taste (which is no longer common today). It would be nice if it stayed that way now, but as always it depends on the desire for money of the respective tenant. But as long as McDonald's management conducts little to no unannounced inspections of its branches, its reputation as "feeding trough food" will remain intact.

Update May 2024: Ordered two takeaway menus on site on the monitor. Few customers in the restaurant, but a lot of activity in McDrive. Overall, the place makes a bad impression. Floor and tables dirty, monitor for pickup numbers either broken or switched off, large advertising monitor with Kaulitz advertising not set correctly (display overlaps in the middle). I waited 15 minutes for the two menus, burgers were almost cold, but the loop fries were hot. Order was checked on site and was complete. Lenses only available in one color, but it is not displayed on the order monitor. Personally I don't care, it may bother others. The staff seems annoyed and somewhat chaotic. Eaten in the restaurant in the evening in January. Order at the terminal, food was brought to the table very quickly. A burger and sauces were missing. Burgers were okay, but fries were cold and soggy. A few tables were not clean even though it was relatively empty and the floor in the checkout area was dirty and slippery. You could see the paths of the staff from the kitchen to the restaurant. Ordered via app in March and picked up at McDrive. A complete menu was missing because the product was supposedly no longer available, but was not reported by the app. The menu was then ordered in the restaurant (so it was available after all). At home discovered that a portion of fries and a 6 piece of nuggets were missing. Burger almost completely cold (only 3 minutes to get home) and partially squashed. A portion of fries was completely dumped. The packing was probably very sloppy here.

Anyone who goes to McDonalds gets exactly what they expect. Same here.

What's the nonsense that cars are constantly being sent to the parking lot even though there's hardly anything going on? It's called Mc Drive not Mc Parken. Why don't other branches do this nonsense and only Erkelenz

The grandchildren love it, for that money you can definitely get warmer food in a restaurant. Tablets were brought to the table in a friendly manner.

Average MCD. Cleanliness and emptying of the tray trolleys are not always top notch. The toilets in particular have been very dirty lately. What's also annoying is the air conditioning/ventilation, which is set to cold even in winter temperatures.

Worst McDonald’s, far and wide. It's really not very inviting inside. There are few tables and the ones that are there are glued together. When I ordered my drive-thru today, 1/3 was often forgotten. In the future I will avoid the McDonald's in Erkelenz.

Sticky floor from entrance to counter. Food is ok so far. Unfortunately, the pickup orders are usually incomplete. Unfortunately you can't see what goes into the bags.

Products were forgotten…..waited forever…..not a good day……..can only get better, at least I hope. The cashier was friendly 👍🏼, but afterwards just chaos 😵 Everyone is busy with themselves and not with the customers.

What a disgrace... the store is open until midnight and at 11:33 p.m. we couldn't get in and were standing in the cold... the waitress came towards us with a wet smile and said... that we should dress warmer... is that still possible??? ? In addition, my vegetarian contemporary was served a normal burger and told that everything was fish... what's wrong here????

Unclean store, endlessly unfriendly staff. You don't get what you order anyway as it should be or not at all. Service is very important here, unbelievable!

The outside area was completely filled with rubbish. Everything in the restaurant was sticky and dirty. Garbage everywhere. Even though it was open until 3 a.m. you were sent out when asked and there was no response. Overall, it has lost a lot of quality. This McDonalds is so rude. Every customer is systematically sent to the parking lot so that the processing times will probably look more chic. Absolute impudence. It also bothers me that the employees are so unfriendly and arrogant. I, who live in Erkelenz, would rather go to Hückelhoven than deal with this chaos.

It's been a while (January 5th), but I won't forget this impudence! My friend and I wanted to take the opportunity to redeem the coupons in McDrive. It goes without saying that only one coupon is valid per order. Since we wanted to pay separately, this wasn't the case either way. So we wanted to place two orders. The Erkelenzer McDonalds insisted that 1 car = 1 order. The reasoning was that they would have a better processing time! We then complained because we don't have or have had this problem in any other McDonald's restaurant. The shift leader we requested wanted to tell us that this was common practice everywhere. We then drove to Hückelhoven.... Without any problems 1 car 2 orders 2 coupons/ Aldenhoven 1 car 3 orders 3 coupons. I found out more about this on the McDonald's website and was told that there is no order limit for a car in McDrive. The impudence that we had to drive extra no longer plays a role here. I will never go there again, nor will any of my friends.

There are definitely nicer McD's out there.

Typische McDonalds Filiale. Personal wirkte eher desinteressiert.

Leider ist es nicht nur "normal" geworden das beim Drive In Sachen fehlen, außerdem werden die Burger und Pommes regelrecht in die Tüte geworfen. Burger hochkant in die Tüte gelegt, Pommes falsch rum rein geschmissen. Es hat leider nix mehr mit Drive In zu tun, wenn wir danach noch auf den Parkplatz fahren müssen um die Tüten zu kontrollieren und umzupacken.

Im McDrive fast 20 Minuten gewartet. Dann waren angeblich keine Mehrwegbecher verfügbar und meine Bestellung wurde storniert. Anschliessend war das Essen noch kalt und matschig.

Das ist der dreckigste und eckelhafteste Laden den ich je betreten habe.Die Toiletten voller Urin,WC-Papier ist einfach nicht vorhanden.Alles riecht nach Urin auch im Thekenbereich.Der Boden klebt und das Essen war ungenießbar. Zu diesem McDonalds würde ich nie wieder gehen.

29min auf zwei Cappuccino gewartet, keine Entschuldigung keine garnix, einen Bewirtungsbeleg können sie nicht ausstellen...der einzige MCDONALD'S in Europa der das wohl kann....

Katastrophe beim reingehen stinkt es nach eingeschlagenen Füßen. Dreckig Tische werden nicht gereinigt. Und essen fehlt die Hälfte. Hier sollte man das Gesundheitsamt hinschicken

Das Essen wird von Woche zu Woche schlechter, Der Kaffee ist maximal lauwarm, der McCrispy ist vollkommen verkocht und eignet sich nur zum Straße pflastern. Ein wirklich schlechter McDonalds Laden mit deutlicher Tendenz nach unten.

Nette Bedienungen, super Essen, manche sitzbänke sind kaputt und sollten repariert werden

Leidet führten sich einige jüngere Gäste mit werfen von Lebensmittels und Soßen unmöglich auf. Ebenso wurden die Tabletts Bein verlassen des Resraurants nicht entsprechend entsorgt. Das bemühte Personal konnte bei einem starken Andrang nicht hinterher kommen.

Lange Wartezeit, kaltes essen (Cheeseburger nicht frisch), Pommes hart (zu lang in der Fritteuse)

Für die zusammengeklatschte Pampe ,die man zu essen bekommt ,lohnt sich ja schon lange nicht mehr so einen Laden zu besuchen.

Update: Jetzt bin ich zu Hause mit dem Essen und finde ein schwarzes Haar zwischen den Nuggets....... Die Dame am Drive Inn Mikrofon hatte dieses wohl falsch eingestellt, da sie kaum zu verstehen war. Als wir vor dem Fenster standen, warteten wir noch mehrere Minuten auf unsere Bestellung. Man hatte beim Blick ins Restaurant nicht einmal das Gefühl, als würde sich um die Bestellung gekümmert. Eine Mitarbeiterin stand eher im Weg und spielte mit ihren Haaren statt sich um Kunden zu kümmern. Zu guter letzt wurden auch noch die Pommes vergessen. Service ist unterirdisch!!!

Ich würde Null Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre, der Service ist katastrophal gelangweilt und hat keine Lust auf arbeiten. Liegt wahrscheinlich an dem schlecht bezahlten Job. Als Kunde fühlt man sich dort nicht "Willkommen" eher wie ein Störenfried. Das Personal schafft es noch nicht einmal einen in die Augen zu gucken. Während man mit denen spricht. Die Hamburger werden von Jahr zu Jahr, immer, Pappiger und geschmacksloser, die Cola schmeckt nach Wasser. Bevor ich noch einmal dorthin gehe, kriegt mein Geld jemand, der auf der Straße lebt oder besser noch, Ich lege einen Fastentag ein. Fazit: dieser Laden hat keine Daseinsberechtigung!

Guten Tag habe bestellt über lieferando das Essen ist kalt angekommen und nicht volständig als man sich bei MC gemeldet hat würde man frech drauf hingewiesen dass man das bei Lieferando reklamieren soll auch wenn man es garnicht kann und wenn man zum Drive in fährt wartet man für einen Bürgen eine halbe Stunde

Kids wollten im Drive mit Ihren Ihren 3 HandyApps je 1Flurrys bestellen. Mitarbeiter verlangte dass wir 3x durch den mc drive fahren, obwohl lt. Zentrale dies kein Problem ist. Fragte Mitarbeiter, ob er weiß was er da verlangt wir warteten schon 15 min . Aber der Mitarbeiter blieb hartnäckig. Kinder total traurig. 15 km umsonst gefahren. Reinste Enttäuschung hier. Der langsamste Drive In der Welt….

Am liebsten hätte ich null Sterne vergeben! Es war so dreckig und versifft in diesem "Restaurant". Das hat alles nichts mehr mit dem Mc Donalds von früher zu tun. Überall lag Dreck auf den Tischen, Ketchup auf den Sitzbänken, Gurken an den Wänden (vertrocknete Gurken!!!). Mein Mann und ich wussten überhaupt nicht, wo wir uns hinsetzen sollten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich! Bei der Ausgabe unserer Menüs haben wir weder Strohhalm noch Servietten bekommen.

Asozial 😭 15 Minuten am Drive warten weil da welche zu fuss waren beim Drive . Lange geredet ungelogen 15 Minuten bis wir Autofahrer dran waren. Mitarbeiter guckt dich nicht mit n a an . Nuggets waren Heiß aber aufgebacken , wärmebox. Hat ganz schlimm geschmeckt . Bin etwas traumatisiert was da heute abging

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, kalte Fritten vor Ort. Man wird dreist angelogen dass die pokemon Aktion Karten nicht mehr verfügbar sind und auch wenn sie da liegen nicht raus gegeben werdeb DÜRFEN. Diese Ansage käme von Chef der Filliale. Unmöglich! Schämt euch Es ist dreckig im Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter geben mir was Straßenkleidung rein und raus! Richtig ekelig.

Leckerer Geschmack und viel Soße

Sorry, aber Fast Food ist das nicht! Vor gut 6 Wochen habe ich etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt und musste 32 Minuten darauf warten. Die Mitarbeiter hatten währenddessen genug Zeit herumzualbern und sich über Kunden lustig zu machen und man wurde belächelt, als man nach der Bestellung gefragt hat! Das Ganze wird nun gekrönt mit dem Besuch gestern vor Ort. Wir mussten wieder sehr lange warten. Dieses Mal 40 Minuten!!!! Das unglaublich unfreundliche Personal knallte uns das Tablett mehr oder minder ohne Unfälle auf den Tisch. Bei beiden Besuchen wurden 2 Happy Meals und 2 Menü‘s bestellt. Also keine Bestellung, die den Rahmen sprengt oder ungewöhnlich wäre. Fast Food ist das nicht und man sollte auch mal den Umgang mit den Kunden überdenken.

Das Personal war jetzt nicht das freundlichste aber unter Stress irgendwie verständlich. Auf jeden Fall ordentlich. Sonst alles so wie gewohnt. McD bleibt für mich die Nummer 1 im Fastfoodbereich.

Die halbe Bestellung wurde vergessen und man musste mehrmals mit der Rechnung nach vorne an die Kasse laufen um sein essen zu holen was nicht mitgegeben wurde.

Ich brauch gar nichts sagen eigentlich , silberfische inner papiertüte , keine storhhalme, essen wird trotz lieferdings nicht an den Tisch gebracht , immer fehlt was , Capri Sonne war schlecht , typ sagt "müssen sie sich bei Capri Sonne beschweren" , einfach nur noch eine müllfiliale

Mc Donalds halt. Aber leider mal wieder das Essen nicht kontrolliert und mal wieder enttäuscht worden. Diesmal die Fritten zu den Menüs vergessen, na wenigsten Mayo dabei :/. das letzte mal 2 Burger nicht dabei. Service dort einfach nur grottenschlecht und planlos.

Habe das Haus wieder verlassen. Chaos! Viel zu wenig Bedienung!
