First time, I've had several meat nuggets in a batch of 20 vegan nuggets. This doesn't happen accidentally; it's done on purpose because you just don't feel like putting a few more nuggets in the fryer. Disgusting.

Although there were only two carts in the drive-thru at 8:30 p.m., the lady at the microphone seemed rushed and impatient. She made no effort to improve her broken German. When asked about it, she became irritated and arrogant. The ice cream shake came first, followed by the lukewarm food six minutes later, when the shake had already melted. When I asked for a fresh shake, no one understood me at first, and then they very reluctantly swapped it. A simple thought beforehand would have helped. I was shown no friendliness at all, but while waiting at the open window, I could clearly hear what loud, crazy fun everyone was having inside. I will never stop here again.

Yeah, I don't know...ordered a large coffee...it feels like my mom's...wanted sugar with it...he took the sugar, opened it, filled it with sugar and stirred it with a fork...especially since this piece of wood couldn't even stir the sugar because it didn't touch the bottom...yes, it was like being at home as a small child with grandmas and mothers...I don't think I'll ever drink a coffee there again...5 star service because everything is done for the customer

Miserable service, for months now. Today, I waited 18 minutes for an order at the terminal for 4 cheeseburgers and a drink. Orders long after mine were filled promptly. The staff, including the daily newspaper, were totally arrogant and had no understanding that the customer was right. On the contrary, the customer is too stupid because the number was supposedly called and not picked up. So why would anyone choose table service with a display stand? Unbelievable, the place and the management.

McDonald's is McDonald's, so no judgment on the food or the atmosphere. The service, however, is terrible. Almost no order goes unnoticed, and the ice cream machine is constantly broken. It's a good thing there's a Burger King just a few meters away. They also have ice cream and food, and they're not quite as forgetful with their orders.

A disaster. Absolutely poorly organized. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, Erkelenz is somewhat limited when it comes to fast food. But this McDonald's is no longer "fast" food; it's more like "extremely slow" food. We come here often, and nothing has changed in years! If you get to the drive-thru after 45 minutes, you might get your food about 20 minutes later. With luck, half the food will be lukewarm and the other half will be missing. Congratulations for the worst McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia?!

McDonald's should oust the franchisee. The employees are unhappy and grossly understaffed, the floor is greasy and dirty. I had to wait 10 minutes to pay and 15 minutes for my food. The food was just about okay by McDonald's standards. I recommend any restaurant in the area for better food at lower prices (e.g., Subway right next door).

Service was okay during pickup! The screen didn't work. I ordered the food in advance via the app and picked it up at the restaurant. The Big Tasty Bacon Burger was so cold that even the cheese wasn't melted when I got back to the hotel. The fries were soggy and only lukewarm; the only thing that was warm were the chicken nuggets. I should really give the food zero stars! Unfortunately, I was hungry and didn't feel like driving back. If I'm ever tempted to eat there again, I'll check the food before I leave.

Once again, the employees failed to do everything right. When I ordered at the drive-thru, I was asked to park my car in the parking lot. However, I drive a very large car for work and can't just drive into the parking lot. I couldn't park in front of the garage either because a delivery truck was parked there. So I told the employee I'd park to the side. There's a special spot for that. The next lady rudely told me I'd be towed next time. Now, I come to my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger for the entire order. What did I get? 6 nuggets?!?!? This isn't the first time. Something's always missing or not properly packaged. I don't know how this place survives...

Dirty. Tables greasy and covered in food scraps, and so was the floor. I wouldn't entertain guests like that.

Very unfriendly service. Ordered a vanilla milkshake. Half of what I had preordered (a blueberry Grimace Shake) was left in the cup. My son only likes vanilla, though. I politely asked at the counter if it could be swapped. They rolled their eyes and said it was normal. NO! That's not normal. They slammed the new milkshake down on the counter and immediately turned away. There's no such thing as friendliness.

We waited almost 20 minutes for two meals. Then the sauces were missing. When we complained, they claimed that sauces had been served with the food. The waiter even came to our table and had us pick up our fries and burgers to see if we hadn't hidden the sauces there. That for three sauces!

A poorly run store ☠️ Products were forgotten... waited forever... not a good day... can only get better, at least I hope so. The cashier was friendly 👍🏼, but after that, it was just chaos 😵 Everyone is busy with themselves and not the customers.

Rudely addressed by employee (store manager) due to terrible parking conditions: Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I were addressed in a very disrespectful and rude manner by an employee (store manager). The parking spaces are so large that even with a compact car, it's almost impossible to open the door without colliding with the neighboring vehicle. My boyfriend and I parked a little more space-efficiently so that surrounding vehicles could also open their doors. After all, we wanted to quickly order and leave – drive-thru wasn't an option. After arguing with the employee for a whopping 10 minutes and being prevented from actually ordering, my nerves were frayed and my patience was at an end. We would have preferred a more professional tone, but that's apparently not possible with some people. Especially those who appear to be in a management position. We enjoyed the completely over-salted fries in the Obi parking lot and will order our food from other restaurants from now on. There is plenty of choice in Erkelenz, but definitely not here.

Very, very dirty. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. I'd think twice about eating here. The ordering terminals usually don't work, the floor is disgustingly sticky, the restrooms resemble something from the apocalypse, and the tables and windows are smeared with food scraps. The freshly wiped signs are probably just standing in the middle of the road for camouflage.

I've had to wait a long time several times, today even 50 minutes at the McDrive, for the food to arrive. That was okay today, but I've had a bad experience in restaurants before. I recommend going to a different McDonald's.

We occasionally drive through the drive-thru here. But it never goes smoothly. Two regular orders always take forever and are often not processed correctly. After consuming a milkshake I ordered there, I immediately felt unwell, resulting in food poisoning. It's now the fourth day, so I'm definitely never setting foot there again...

First and last time there! The food was cold. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and ended up getting cow's milk. When I asked, I was told they were out of oat milk. Poor organization. I ordered a Happy Meal for my child, and they didn't have any toys. And all this for such ridiculously inflated prices.

The service and atmosphere don't even get a star. I don't even go into the store anymore, I just drive through the MC drive-thru. But here, you know that if there are three cars in front of you, it'll take at least half an hour to get out again. The whole thing has nothing to do with fast food anymore. The first window (for payment) is just decoration; the staff serves one person at a time (you order at the intercom, go to the window to pay, and wait for your order, while the next person has to stand at the counter and wait) instead of taking orders while the next person waits for theirs. I don't know how they can operate a concept like that, but it doesn't seem to interest anyone there, because the reviews have been the same for a while and nothing has changed since then. Thank goodness, I haven't had any problems with the food yet. I check my order before I leave and complain immediately, even if the staff is unfriendly and disrespectful.

The coffee was ordered in a reusable container. It was delivered in a paper cup. Then the floor cleaner was sprayed into the air to clean the floor. The floor was cleaned with a mop by weight; not even washed! The warning that the cleaner is a respiratory irritant was ignored.

As a place it is very nice and modern but the type of food is not good at all, and the shouting of the restaurant managers gives a very ugly image of the atmosphere among the workers, for that reason the food is not as it should be especially when I pay a lot of money and receive little food.

Very disappointing experience at McDonald's Erkelenz. I ordered food for my children via Lieferando - delivery time according to the app: 30-55 minutes. I waited there for 5 minutes without anyone coming or taking care of me. Finally I went to the restaurant to pick up the order myself. Such behavior is unacceptable - especially when you wait so long with children and then come there in person. Instead of helping in a friendly manner, you are dismissed and sent around. Conclusion: Organization, communication and customer interaction in this McDonald's are absolutely in need of improvement. I cannot in good conscience recommend ordering via Lieferando or picking up on site.

I was at McDonald's around 12:15 a.m. on May 2nd and wanted to order a McFlurry. Unfortunately it was said that the machine was “broken”. However, it looked more like it had already been cleaned - of course I'm not sure, but that was the impression. It's a shame if certain products are no longer available before the end of the opening hours. As a customer, you assume that the full offer is available until the end. There is definitely still room for improvement in terms of service. Well, just sad!

Horrible is an understatement!!! Absolutely trashy place, dirty floor that makes you want to slip. Toilets are abysmal, paper flies around your ears. As for the service: incredibly slow, especially during rush hour, they just look around. Price-performance ratio is completely out of sync; I paid €3 for a McDonald's and only got half!!! On top of that, the aggressiveness is on a whole new level; the employees literally just "throw" the food away. It's better to spend €10 more and go out for a proper meal; no one needs to put themselves through that.

Lange Wartezeiten, dreckig und offensichtlich überfordertes Personal. Der Lieferservice an den Tisch hat nicht funktioniert und das Essen wurde erst auf Nachfrage serviert. Niemand räumt die Tablets weg, fegt den Boden oder wischt über die Tische. Gut das ich nicht zur Toilette musste. Wer weiß wie es dort aussieht.

We just went to this McDonalds because it's my son's birthday today. We ordered online via the app to the table and paid online. We ate there with 8 people. Each with a menu I noticed that a drink was missing. I went to the checkout to ask about the missing drink. Instead of simply giving me the drink or briefly checking at the table what went wrong, 4 employees including the branch manager preferred to argue with me for 5 minutes and act as if I was too stupid to check the order correctly in the app. Annoyed, I gave up by pointing out that I had never been treated so unkindly in a McDonald's. Customer service is different. Even when I presented the receipt, which proved that two bottles of water were missing, the cashier put them on the table with an arrogant look after we had finished. I have never been treated as unkindly in a McDonald's branch as I was here. In the future I would rather drive 300 m further to the competition or go to a normal chip shop.
