Absolutely not recommended. The hamburger in the kids' meal had jalapeños, the milkshake was only half full, and there were no toys left for the child. As consolation, she was given a crown. Very friendly staff. It was my first time at Burger King in years. The service employee noticed this immediately and was very helpful with my order at the terminal, even at around 1 a.m. A big thumbs up for that, and I highly recommend Burger King. The food and atmosphere are just what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant.

The location of the Burger King is simply fantastic. It's right at the entrance to Erkelenz. You don't have to drive through the city center. It's clean, and the employees are friendly.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I had stomach cramps right after eating.

What can I say? We ordered two meals and two extra burgers to take away. Unfortunately, we didn't check the order on the spot. When we got home, both king fries and both extra burgers were missing. How could you forget 4 of the 8 items you ordered?! Incredibly incompetent staff.

My visit on July 4th in the late afternoon was unfortunately very disappointing. When I ordered, I specifically asked if the sauces were complete – the employee said "yes." When I got to my table, they were still missing. I was particularly negatively struck by a very unfriendly employee at the counter. I had politely asked for the ice cream from the children's menu later. She did put it aside, but in an extremely annoyed and rude manner. One seriously wonders why such people work in service when they obviously don't want to be around customers. This kind of behavior casts a bad light on the entire store and damages the brand's image.

Generally speaking, a good Burger King with friendly and motivated staff. The food has always been impeccable and delicious. Unfortunately, items are often missing, especially with larger orders. The sauces are never completely out, which is why I only get the free sauces now, which is less annoying. Fries were missing twice. The burgers and everything else have always been there and correct. I don't have much of a problem with the wait time, but I also have the feeling that everything takes longer here. I've never measured it, though, so it's rather subjective.

The food was delicious, we got it fresh, literally hot, which is a big word in itself, and the bun had flavor, which is rare at Burger King, unfortunately. The food is okay, if it's done right. You can really tell the stress on the staff, as they forget a lot. 4 stars, however, because of the drinks machine (unlimited refills of about 50 drinks).

Food is ok...the standard at this chain. In the branch in Erkelenz, the burgers were sufficiently warm, as were the fries and not too salty...everything was good. There was a lot of rubbish in the drive-in area, everything seemed dingy and a bit run down. Next time I visit I will park and go inside.

So compared to Burger King Hückelhoven, it's worlds better. But now really expensive without coupons. You can also go to Hell's Kitchen or Bolo's Citizens' Booth

I was just there and I was really shocked, I was in the drive in and had a really unfriendly voice at the machine... I thought to myself that everything was clear, maybe it was just a lot of stress, but when I went to pay at the counter I saw that it was the shift manager who was so unfriendly, I thought everything was clear the last time and when I noticed that the sound didn't work in service, all I got was "I don't give a shit" So thank you for nothing

We've been to Burger King 3 times and unfortunately it was a flop each time. The Jr menu for children never came with toys and when asked they would give something completely different or nothing because they didn't have anything. There was always something missing from the food (sauce etc). The service really needs to be worked on!

I always have the feeling that depending on who's in the kitchen you get soup instead of a burger, but the food still tastes great. Even if sometimes it's a mess. The “drinks station” is what I call it now and is at a DISTANCE! the best of all fast food chains. They just have Coca Cola drinks that you can't even buy, it's just crazy.

Today at the drive in what was ordered for 2 people, we were only 2 minutes away when we noticed that 2 burgers weren't packed. It wasn't the first time that something was missing. This time we drove back, it was 2 minutes away and it was like they were gone A limited trainee said that she treated us unkindly instead of simply admitting the mistake because her words were "I packed the burgers personally" I just thought to myself then you packed it wrong, so I mean everyone makes mistakes sometimes and I didn't need to Because of €5.99 to discuss, I worked in the catering industry myself, something like that wouldn't have happened to us, if I order the next thing I'll stand there until everything has been checked. Cold fries, wrong sauces, wrong drink and missing items. The list of failures is quite long for a visit and an order. I was here for the first and last time at the same time. In addition, when there is ice and snow, there is apparently no need to grit or clear the parking lot.

Today, December 12th, I was there in the afternoon, but according to the cleaning schedule, the last cleaning was on December 11th. There was rubbish everywhere and the pollution was obvious. Branch in Erkelenz, Wednesday around 4:45 p.m. No toys for both junior menus. Of course the full price must be paid. Unfriendly service that doesn't even inform you that there are no toys. The food came quickly and was delivered without any errors. The fries were hot and the burgers were at least warm. This time the cola had enough carbonation. The tray trolley was emptied regularly. There was no garbage piled up on the tables like it usually is in fast food restaurants. The tables were reasonably clean. But they weren't cleaned once during our stay.

Always eat as expected, just like the burgers at Burger King are supposed to taste. Nothing burnt or “disgusting” yet. Often "little things" like forgetting forks or spoons are annoying when you've already left in the car and just checked your "food", and you've also had the wrong burgers. Ambience typical of Burger King with play options for children, nothing special. So in a way that's actually quite okay, the food has to taste good and that's the main thing.

Burger cold, fries hard. Garbage everywhere and the lady packing the food had her long hair down. If you come into contact with food, it should definitely be tied together!

As is well known, “opinions differ” when it comes to fast food chains. I was here for the first time. There are differences in the dishes and the selection at the terminal was unusual but manageable. My order was processed quickly and the crispy burger was relatively small, but quite tasty, the fries were very tasty, nice cross. In my opinion, that's exactly how the fries should be. The drinks machine from which I could/had to “pull” my Diet/Zero Coke took a lot of getting used to. In the end, a few things went wrong but it was still ok. There were enough parking spaces. There was seating in the restaurant. I don't really expect anything more from a fast food restaurant.

Ordered 10 burgers and received 7. Unfortunately, I only noticed it at home. All the burgers were dry and there was far too little sauce on the burgers! Fries barely or not salted at all.

Putting new employees at the drive counter should be forbidden...half of them don't understand. Are already overwhelmed after 2 words and forget more than half of them. We wanted 2 coupons, an extra sauce and an ice cream... Now the same coupon was charged twice even though we only wanted it once!! So we got 3 coupons, of which we only wanted 2 and the ice cream was completely missing. The drinks were only half full and also wrong and one of the unwanted menu was even missing. Sprite was ordered and the cups were filled with Coke. Of course we only discovered all the errors after we were out of the drive... That can't be true!!!
