Food looks mushy and no longer appetizing Staff very unfriendly Tables were dirty and not clean

The food, with a few small exceptions, has always been delicious and fresh. The staff, especially the gentlemen in Mc Drive, are always very nice and friendly 👍 the team leader unfortunately didn't come across as particularly polite after a complaint, otherwise it's a shame 5 stars

Cleanest Mc I've been to so far. Everything happened very quickly and the food was still hot and presentable

I've met my sister there for coffee several times because she loves the coffee there, most recently on July 12th. We betrayed each other and stayed in the restaurant for three hours. About two weeks later the nasty surprise came: a parking fine of €40. Strangely enough, my sister, who parked there for the same amount of time, hasn't received a ticket yet. I will not enter this restaurant again. In the immediate vicinity there is a Burger King and other cafes that do not offer this rip-off. We just spent those three hours at McDonalds.

The burgers were cold, the fries were lukewarm and the chicken nuggets were old, slimy and yellow instead of white. Just disgusting. Never again MC Donalds in Cham. Even one star is still too many. Minus 10 stars would be appropriate

We have already ordered twice... each time half was missing. Called immediately... unfortunately no response! No solution suggested, nothing. Simply incompetent employees, rude and not fluent in German. Fraud....

The Mci in Cham is simply the best. Only here does the ice cream taste good and the employees are great. Straubing could learn something from that.

We really enjoy going there, but I find it outrageous that people keep forgetting things. This time it was a 6-pack of Chicken Mc Nuggets. I find it strange that you can't submit a complaint via the app. I want my stuff complete, and I want the nuggets too!

I forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger and didn't close my iced tea lid properly, so as soon as I went out the lid came off and I dropped my drink completely

Employees very rude! Unfortunately, we were literally shouted at by an employee! My friend's son was playing with the stones there, we told this employee in advance that we would of course clean it up! (No other children were hurt because we were sitting alone outside and he was playing with it on the floor) Unfortunately, she then became very abusive and shouted at us that “the child should stop immediately” and what kind of education that was… Everything could have been expressed in a more friendly way... unfortunately the boss wasn't understanding either!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unhöflich! Wir wurden förmlich angeschrien von einer Mitarbeiterin! Der kleine Sohn von meiner Freundin ist fast zwei Jahre alt, er hat mit den Steinen dort gespielt, wir haben im voraus gesagt wir werden das aufräumen bevor wir wieder gehen, daraufhin wurde die Mitarbeiterin ausfallend und meinte was das sei, der kleine soll aufhören und was das für eine Erziehung sei… man hätte das auch höflich und nett sagen können.. leider war die Geschäftsführerin auch nicht einsichtig…

The employees were totally overwhelmed. An employee had to clean tables, do McCafe and drive in at the same time. Burger cold. The nuggets were missing from our order :( we won't be coming back

Small parking lot, otherwise clean shop, nice and quick employees.

There were around 25 people at the checkout, at least half of whom left because the shift manager forbade his employees to use the checkout and was just going for a walk himself. He brought about 4 food tablets to tables in 10 minutes and only served the first one at the checkout after half of them were gone, i.e. after 10 minutes. He gave away at least €200 in sales in the 20 minutes we were there.

Ordered 2x McMenu and 2x didn't receive a glass as advertised. Be unavailable. Dirty tables, tray shelves overflowing, very unfriendly.

The worst experience ever, I ordered a Big Mac and they give a Big Empty Mac, more like a double cheeseburger with no salad, no tomatoes, a small piece of pickled cucumber. Total disgrace, shame on you McDonald's

Makes a clean impression. The burgers are ordered via an appointment at the entrance so no more queuing (take the receipt and pick up the food) So I prefer the old version... Otherwise friendly staff, you even get the food brought to you 1 with *....

When I order a McFlurry Magic (no, they didn't ask for a sauce), I assume that this ice cream is as described in the app and on the election posters: talk about the topping and the cherry sauce!!! Where does it say that you have to order the sauce separately??? And then you're told that it's just the ice cream and topping - no sauce. Rarely heard such nonsense.... maybe then please don't advertise it like that in the app etc.

If you order chicken nuggets, check MC's to see if they are available. They've already forgotten the €5 nuggets twice for me!!!!

Everything worked out for us. We were served by a nice young gentleman in the Mc Café who prepared our coffee and latte macchiato with love 😊 Coffee, cake and cookies always taste good at McDonalds 😋 Nice to sit out here too. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the Mc Drive loudspeaker that passes right next to it.

Koi order numbers available. Pineapple Redbull varieties disappeared without a trace. Nothing bad in that place. Furth is deiriga.

Everything is fine, as you would expect from Mäckes!! But unfortunately the food has become far too expensive so I will no longer visit this and other restaurants.

If you order without cucumbers, even when you receive it you find a sticker on it “without cucumber slices” and then when you bite into it, the first thing you see are the cucumber slices. You notice how the seller doesn't care about you. Sad. Unfortunately in Cham and the surrounding area it's the only way to eat something quickly. So update the same thing again tried again the customer's request is not taken into account even though it doesn't make any effort to put the note on it. Auf der Durchreise das 1. Mal hier. Mit der App bestellt, Tischservice hat prompt funktioniert. Essen kam schnell, war gut heiss, obwohl sehr gut besucht. Ist auch ordentlich sauber gewesen, Personal war sehr freundlich. Hab ich anderen McStores schon ganz anders erlebt. Weiter so

Seit langen mal wieder da gewesen und nichts geändert .. Im drive mal wieder die bestellte mayo nicht dabei und ein chesseburger zu wenig . Preise sind Explodiert hat nichts mehr mit fast food zu tun wenn man für schlechte ernährung auch noch mehr bezahlt wie beim guten Wirt. Trotzdem ist der Parkplatz immer Voll .

Sauberkeit kennt hier niemand Tische weder nicht gereinigt und für den Fußboden empfehle ich Hühner die sind biologisch und können gleich wieder verwertet werden.

Der Rafat hier ist einfach spitze ! Geht jeden Wunsch ein . Dieser man gehört sich befördert. Fleißig, nett und hat bei unseren Fragen gute Antworten gegeben !

Nach langer Zeit, mal wieder Drive ausprobiert, wie schon so oft nicht das bekommen wie bestellt. Dazu noch ein Big Rösti ohne Rösti erhalten. Das war das letzte mal.

Da die burger nicht größer sondern nur die Preise hochgehen, gibt's nix neues zu berichten. Der Hunger treibts rein.

Haben online bei Lieferando bestellt, leider kam unser Menü ohne die bestellten Getränke an. So schnell wie der Lieferant weg war, konnten wir das nicht gleich bemerken. Haben natürlich im Vorfeld online bezahlt. - Nachdem nachgerufen wurde, wurden unsere Getränke nachgeliefert.

Kein Platz zu warten zu mit nehmen und man muss manchmal lange warten und Chefin hat man nicht lächeln gelernt

Vorweg... Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, Schnelligkeit und Geschmack waren echt in Ordnung.. Vorallem sehr freundliches Personal.... Nur leider finde ich die Preise für ein "normales Menü" mittlerweile echt zu teuer.. Für solche Preise kann man tatsächlich schon richtig essen gehen..

Vielen lieben Dank für die 40 Euro Strafe und die Videoüberwachung an die Firma Parkdesk, da ich leider Gottes drei Stunden in dem Restaurant verbracht habe und somit die Parkdauer überschritten habe..

Ziemlich lange Wartezeiten, obwohl nicht viele Gäste da waren und meiner Frau hat veggi Bürger bestellt und bekommen hat sie royal TS. Tja ich weiß das die Rezension auch niemand lesen wird

Sometimes I visit this McDonald's. Absolutely clean. There is a playground for children. However, parking is now paid. And there is a warning banner. Very convenient, I almost got into trouble

Einmal und nicht wieder 👎👎 Früher war alles besser !!!

Essen wie gewohnt. Nur der Parkplatz ist eine Katastrophe.

Diesmal sehr positiv überrascht. Nach Reklamation eines vergessenen Burgers schaltete sich sofort der Chef dazu und ersetzte diesen. Eine junge Dame war auch sehr freundlich. Es gab lediglich ein kleines Missverständnis bei der Bestellung mit einem jungen Kollegen aber ansonsten war diesmal alles zufriedenstellend. Es wurde nichts vergessen alle getränkeautomaten funktionierten scheinbar und sonst ging auch alles flott. Wenn es jetzt noch regelmäßig milchshakes gibt passt alles. Ach eins noch man könnte bei der Zufahrt den Bürgersteig mal abschleifen. Jedes mal ein heftiges geruckel wenn man drüberfährt. Das nervt schon etwas.

An den Kassen und bei den Tischen waren sehr viele Fliegen. Beim bestellen gab es einige Probleme. Man musste vieles öfter wiederholen. Als unsere Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht wurde, war trotzdem einiges falsch. Schlechtester Mc Donalds allein schon wegen den ekligen Fliegen

Das Team ist äußerst organisiert, und es gibt keine lange Wartezeit. Weiter so, einfach mega!

Po nádherné rozsáhlé rekonstrukci zůstaly původní staré toalety. Cena zákusků je moc vysoká, taky tam zůstávají a oschnou. Pak je ještě menší chuť za scvrkly 🍰 zaplatit 3-4 Eura.

Sieht recht frisch renoviert aus. Sehr sauber und angenehm. WC tadellos. Das Essen kam schnell und wurde an den Tisch gebracht. Mein Highlight: wiederverwendbare Kaffeebecher. Ein Einstieg in die Müllvermeidung 😊👍

War am drive in, die Sachen waren diesmal nur lauwarm, die Pommes matschig und zäh sowie übersetzen.

Essen unterirdisch - besser ein paar Meter weiter zu BK!

Das Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht, das dauerte relativ lange obwohl nicht sehr viel los war. Die Pommes waren eiskalt und laberig, die Nuggets waren fast ausgekühlt, die Burger waren gut. Das kommt beim McDonalds in Cham leider häufig vor.

Mit essen ist alles gut aber mit Arbeiter ist sehr unhöflich natürlich nicht alle

Sofort am Mac Drive bedient worden und nicht wie in Marl (in Westfalen) 20 bis 30 Minuten Wartezeit auch wenn man alleine am Schalter ist.

Als Radler perfekt, Powerbank aufladen nebenbei snaggen problemlos

Det var rent och snyggt. Maten var tyvärr inte varm, men det gick snabbt att få den.

Ich fahre gerne zu McDonald's. Aber man sollte kontrollieren ob man auch bekommt was man bestellt hat. Leider ist es mir schon zweimal passiert, daß nicht alles, oder etwas anderes in der Tüte war. Und beim MC Drive fährt man halt einfach weiter. 🤷
