For me, after the renovation, the flagship burger king par excellence! The quality and service have always been very good here. Everything is fresh, the burgers look good. The staff is friendly and noticeably pays attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Several times during my stay someone went through and wiped the tables or cleared away anything left lying around.

Definitely more comfortable since the renovation. It is also one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have visited. The employees are very friendly and super personable. Unfortunately it takes forever to get your food.

Haven't been to BurgerKing in a while. I just wanted a burger after a long day at the office. Service was okay, but could be improved. The furnishings are reminiscent of a GDR train station hall! Bright, lots of plastic and too loud! But the burger was actually very good! But it doesn't have to be anymore...

Cool and impersonal since the renovation. It's a shame, often a change is not positive

Food good as always. Service is hard to judge. With the self-service terminals you no longer come into contact with the staff. But there is no hi or hello at the pick-up counter. Just a grim look.

The only Burger King I eat at. Really delicious, everything was warm and fresh plus you can't complain about the location at all. Everything was to our satisfaction.

Rarely have I seen such an immaculately tidy and clean Burger King restaurant! Friendly staff, absolutely recommended.

I like going to Burger King here, good food, nice people, convenient for a quick meal with friends after disco or school. Update 2024: Still the best Burger King far and wide in terms of quality, 10x ahead of any in the city. They're doing everything right here, keep it up 👍! Very satisfied with the branch and the nice staff for years. I really like the newly renovated facility. The food is always freshly prepared and the plant-based selection is great.

Today November 20th, 2024 at 6:15 p.m. Cash register No. 9 Receipt No. 10.1149040 First I forgot the sprite, then I got one when asked but not even an apology or anything like that. Then when we got home we realized: No chicken nuggets in the children's menu and no fruit squeezer. Now you have to check the bags before you go home. What's difficult about packing the right things according to the list?

A classic Burger King, nothing special but the food is freshly prepared per customer and order. However, it is sometimes difficult to order because there are no terminals and sometimes everything is still understood 100% correctly. But definitely good for quick hunger pangs

The Burger King in Cham is really one of the best branches. We could never complain about the taste. Usually everything is still hot and is mostly freshly prepared after you order. It may take a few minutes longer than at other branches, but it's worth it. It's best when our favorite employee, Carmen, is there. She really has the store under control.

I often pass through here and am glad that it exists. The best bk in Germany and the best employees ever in a bk.

Burger King used to be better than McDoof. Not anymore. It took a very long time here, even though it wasn't a rush hour and the boss finally helped, the taste was OK but not great. At least the payment works perfectly, which always causes big problems at McDoof (cash out again when picking up because the app payment is not in the system). I haven't used the Burger King app either. Overall OK and nice.

Can't understand some of the negative reports. As a shift worker, I was actually able to dine with the King at any time of the day and was always satisfied. Everything fresh and as ordered

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with an employee in a high position here. I was served and asked over my Plant Based Burger if I wanted the cheese (which I thought was part of it) on my burger. Since I'm not vegan, I agreed. Not a word was it mentioned that I had to pay an extra €2 for this. I was also charged for a portion of mayo, which fortunately I was able to decline and cancel in time. From conversations with other guests, I could tell that this employee wanted to sell all guests this extra cheese, sometimes on burgers that either already have cheese on them or have no place in cheese (long chicken). It was a very sobering experience to see how you just want to make more money out of your customers, which is necessary through unsuitable, dubious and opaque offers. Unfortunately, this restaurant is also in Cham, which is generally a very desolate place.

The food is delicious but it takes way too long and most of the time there isn't the right thing in it or something is missing.

Apart from small things that are hardly worth mentioning (e.g. we got a Coke instead of Sprite, which was immediately corrected without any problems), we are very satisfied with this BK branch. Food always fresh and tasty, staff friendly, place clean. (and we have been there at all times of the day on different days of the week) The app with its coupons is also supported. Music is a bit loud, but who cares?

Worst Burger King I've ever been to Staff can only manage one order at a time, meaning waiting times are forever. The staff also obviously have a language barrier and don't understand half of them. The very loud music does the rest. I don't understand why this branch doesn't have an order terminal yet. Certain products are out of demand because the grill for the burgers is allegedly defective. However, there is no indication anywhere. Otherwise I would have gone next door to the competition. So there was nothing at all...

I'm a fan of Burger 🍔 King, which is 🍟 better than anywhere else and the ambience is the same everywhere

It's nice in itself, but if you're ignored when you want to order something, it's great there.

Workers at the counter don't get it right to pack the right food, put it in the cash register incorrectly so that you can't exchange it, and forget the sauces for fries, etc. It's happened a lot now. Paid €40 for nothing, thanks for that.

If your employees do not speak German, introduce online ordering via an app such as at Mc Donalds. Ordered A again today and got B that makes me want to vomit.

Double Crispy Chicken menu has been removed from the Burger King app. I've avoided visiting since then. But still better than the juice shop next door.

The ketchup was out, no, that's not possible

Now I know why I go to McDonalds. The burger wasn't seasoned well, you could only slightly taste the smoky meat. Citizen was just soggy.How can you mess up fries like that.Never again.

Unfortunately you are getting worse and worse. Whopper now just tastes like vomit. The patties on the cheeseburger are so small that all you can taste of the burger is the bun and mustard/ketchup, but no trace of the meat taste. Prices are now beyond good and evil. I'll come back when things are better again. Until then, I'll make my burgers at home.

Burgerking eben der Laden ist sauber und der Service passt

Bacon im Bacon King war roh, Aussage von den Mitarbeitern war „das ist schon seit geraumer Zeit so beim Bacon King“. Beim Bestellen an der Theke hat man fast nichts verstanden, beim Nachfragen wurde man nur dumm angeschnauzt. Service lässt hier sehr zu wünschen übrig!

Mitarbeiter maßlos überfordert Bestellung hat 15 min gedauert und bis das Essen da war nochmal 10 min

Richtig lecker und frisch, knackiger Salat und Tomaten. Freundliche und nette Bedienung. Hier gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Sauberer Restaurant mit freundlich Bedienung, allerdings muss man zu Stoßzeiten ziemlich lange auf seine Bestellung warten

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit da, das Essen war ok. Nuggets waren arg durch. Eher verwundert waren wir, das man tatsächlich noch selbst bestellen muss. Leider keine Bestellautomaten. Oft versteht man die Verkäufer in der lauten Umgebung schlecht und man hetzt so bei der Bestellung durch. Zudem war die Musik sehr laut und leider überhaupt nicht unser Musikgeschmack.

Komme seit über 10 Jahren mit Freunden immer wieder gerne hier her. Heute wäre einer von uns beinahe am Rucola erstickt, deshalb ein Stern abzug.

Burger werden immer frisch zubereitet. Kurze Wartezeit. Mehr Auswahl als der Goldene Mitbewerber. Kinderaktionen ebenfalls attraktiver. Liebe meinen Whopper. Da kommt nichts andres dran vorbei.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Bestellung am Schalter und nicht am Bildschirm. Alles sauber und alle sehr freundlich. Gern wieder!

Wirklich ein sehr sauberer und ordentlicher Burger King. Das Gemecker über anrichten etc. Versteht man nicht. Es ist ein FastFood Restaurant kein 5 Sterne Lokal. Das Essen schmeckt gut das Personal freundlich der Laden sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet.

Am Sonntag nach nem wirklich tollen Familienausflug Lust auf Burger King bekommen. Am Drive In bestellen wollen, bis die "nette" Dame (Namen spar ich mir jetzt) mit den Worten "Was für n Ding?" nachgefragt hat, was ich gerne bestellen würde... Habe mich freundlich bedankt und wir sind zum McDonald's nebenan gefahren. Kundenservice verdient hier nicht mal einen einzigen Stern!!!

Cooles Ambiente. Gute Anbindung. Der Preis ist halt unverhältnismäßig hoch. Man genehmigt sich ja nur selten etwas von daher für vertretbar. Und die Plant-Based Alternativen sind super!

Heute 2 Crispy Chicken mit Käse, 9er Onion Rings und kleine Pommes bestellt, kostet mittlerweile 24€. Letzter Besuch von mir gewesen.

Essen hätte etwas wärmer sein können, deshalb nur 4 Sterne ...
