McDonald's in Wernigerode

There is no need to say anything about the type and quality of the food. Ordering at the terminal is convenient. The hot drinks and cake at MC Coffee are very good. Unfortunately, something is often forgotten about the MC Drive. (For example, on December 14th we had two Cesar salads with extra dressing, at home we discovered that there was no dressing at all.) This is extremely annoying.

Toilet was dirty (the floor was sticky) and the tables were dirty, not wiped down in between.

Became very expensive. Burgers are often put together carelessly. Often takes a long time.

Everything was great, no waiting time, polite service. The items ordered were fresh and tasted good too

You get the feeling that the employees there are unmotivated and usually make a face like 10 days of rainy weather. Often something was missing from the MC Drive. We're not going there anymore.

It's unbelievable how you are treated there as a paying customer. Paid with card at the terminal. But once again no receipt came out of the printer. An extremely unmotivated employee changed the receipt roll at another terminal. When I asked if I could receive a reprint of my order, I was completely ignored. Burgers came very quickly... almost 2 minutes later and the fries were dripping with grease 🤨 unfortunately you can't give 0 points!!!!

Yesterday was the last visit to McDonald's in Wernigerode. After eating a Big Rösti Raclette with my wife yesterday afternoon, I had massive stomach problems last night, including vomiting several times in the evening and into the night today. This doesn't seem surprising, the tables in the restaurant were once again completely dirty, the tablet carts were so full that the garbage was collecting around the return station. There are more than enough employees in the branch, but half of them are just standing around and chatting with each other on a Friday afternoon.

It's just not the McDonalds you loved as a child anymore. At least this branch was clean.

Hygiene comes last here. The tables are dirty, completely disgusting... The return sections are closed due to overcrowding! I don't understand how something like that can be.

Something is always forgotten when you order via app. Be it the sauces, nuggets or burgers without onions that then come with onions.

Unfortunately the food was cold! One degree warmer than soft ice cream! The tables were not wiped down and the floor was also unclean! Too bad!

So the house was pretty dirty, the food tasted good, even if you were afraid that a rat would walk by next to you, but as I said, the food tasted good • one more thing, the burger petties are way too small, they need to be bigger I'll pay more for that.

Things are constantly being forgotten and you have to check everything. Fries are either over-salted or half full... Always order a latte macchiato plus caramel and pay 50 cents extra for it. It's almost never there. Even when asked if it was in there, they said “yes” and in the end it wasn’t! Simply cheeky! This is the first thing that goes into the cup. Almost everyone who works there is in a bad mood... impossible... then they'd rather go to another branch.

We were forgotten and our food arrived after 45 minutes after we informed. No apology.

Newly opened after renovation and learned nothing. We wanted to have a drink at Mc Café but after waiting a while an employee came and told us that the machine was broken and only served from the vending machine. Couldn't they have just put up a sign? This is how the new MC Donald's looks good and there are now terminals for ordering and you can have the food brought to you (but this is probably just to save on staff)

Kaffee war gut, wie immer. Rührei war zermatschtes Etwas,sehr schlecht zu essen, weil mit Papier verklebt. Beschriftung vertauscht. Als Vegi mag man kein Bacon. waren enttäuscht, HBS kann das besser.

Compared to other McDonald's branches, the employees here are unfortunately rather unfriendly and not very service-oriented. It's almost normal for orders to be forgotten.

Large fries were only half full, the receipt printer doesn't work and party music is playing loudly in the background. It's the worst McDonald's we've ever been to! Small addition (3 months later) On the next order 1 McRib was forgotten and 1 curry sauce. With the prices that McDonald's is charging now, it should probably be possible to get the order prepared correctly.

Everything seemed a little squished together but there was room to eat, which is why I was there anyway, thumbs up 👍

The burger was very fresh, fries were very tasty, and there is nothing to complain about.

Food was quick. Everything as usual at McDonald's. The nice thing was that it was also warm in terms of hot, which I found very good because I usually get old cold food. That's why I haven't been there for over a year.

This must be the only McDonald's where you're WiFi is limited. So if you go there for breakfast then don't go there for lunch or dinner on the same day. Otherwise you're internet won't work. Food had to go back as it wasn't what I ordered. Disappointed !

Früher waren wir sehr gerne mal spontan zum Abendessen dort. Seit die Preise so in die Höhe gestiegen sind, ist es schon fast Luxus, sich mal etwas zum Abendessen zu gönnen. Heute hatten wir mal wieder Lust und sind im Mcdrive gewesen. Dass die Pommes weder knusprig, noch heiß sind ist man schon gewohnt. Aber das man wirklich jedes Mal Kontrollieren muss, ob die Bestellung komplett eingepackt wurde zerrt an den Nerven. Man hat sonst immer drüber hinweg gesehen wenn MAL etwas vergessen wurde, nur ist es jetzt schon Standart das die Bestellung nicht vollständig ist. Das ist natürlich absolut ärgerlich seitdem ein Cheeseburger schon bei 2,29€ liegt...

We used to love going there spontaneously for dinner. Since prices have risen so high, it's almost a luxury to treat yourself to something for dinner. Today we felt like it again and went to Mcdrive. You are already used to the fact that the fries are neither crispy nor hot. But the fact that you really have to check every time whether the order has been completely packed gets on your nerves. People used to always ignore it when something was forgotten, but it is now standard that the order is not complete. This is of course absolutely annoying since a cheeseburger costs €2.29...

The German employees were super unfriendly and looked like ten days of rainy weather. I would have liked to redeem myself right then and there. I was so looking forward to my McFlurry with caramel sauce. Instead I got a soup with chocolate lentils with 0% caramel sauce McDonald's, that's not possible. I especially sacrificed my money and my coupon for this delicious Mcflori with caramel sauce and chocolate lentils. Instead I got 88% chocolate buttons, 10% ice cream and 2% caramel sauce, that's not possible. I was so excited for the caramel sauce because that's the best thing about this ice cream. Instead I got a fart from this German employee with the beard. Please terminate him. I was so so so happy and he ruined my whole day because he didn't put caramel sauce in my Mac Flori. I've now wasted nice coupons because of this figure because he didn't put caramel sauce in my ice cream. Wernigerode worst McDonald's on earth. Next time I see that German employee, I'll throw my McFlurry without caramel sauce into his face. The only thing that really tasted delicious was the McDouble chilli cheese.

Here it is as good as it can be in a fast food restaurant, the quick appetite is quickly satisfied.

Ich habe letztens dort einen Cappuccino gekauft. Dieser hat schon im Auto super seltsam gerochen. Ich habe einen kleinen Schluck probiert, der Cappuccino war aber ungenießbar. Ich denke, dass entweder die Hafermilch schlecht war oder sich noch Reiniger/Entkalker in der Maschine befand. Ich habe meine Erfahrung direkt telefonisch mitgeteilt, damit der Fehler behoben werden kann (war bereits wieder auf der Autobahn). Es wurde sich weder dafür bedankt noch gab es eine Entschuldigung.

Service good...communication at the counter a bit limited...but very friendly... Apple turnovers instead of strawberry cake... but no matter... there are worse things... Food was hot and tasty

Best place to chill with friends

Really a great McDonald's. Rich in burdock for children... Great! I also had a strangely pleasant feeling there that I don't usually get from McDonald's, it was as if there was a very good employee climate there... We were in a family... I have no idea, maybe my imagination... But it was strangely relaxed there!

Mir tun echt nur die ganzen minderbemittelten Menschen Leid die auf die Idee kommen sich nen Burger!!! zu bestellen und dann wundern/aufregen dass er kalt ist. Seid ihr echt so dämlich? Beim BUrger ist lediglich das Patty und das Brötchen heiß. Wenn ich das auf kalten Salat und Käse lege...hmmm ... was passiert wohl. Ja richtig Thermodynamik. Patty wird kalt, Salat wird warm und matschig. Wer Burger will soll den vor Ort verzehren, wer was bestellen will soll Pizza bestellen oder asiatisch. An diesen KOmmentaren merkt man acht dass die Menschen total degeneriert sind. XD

Saubere und aufgeräumter mc donalds

2 Fehler in einer Bestellung sagt wahrscheinlich genug aber hat geschmeckt. -- 30.11.23 In der Woche am Abend war alles Top, frisches Essen freundliche Mitarbeiter und auch soweit sauber 👍🏼

Der Hunger trieb uns nach langer Reise hier her. Wir haben nicht viel erwartet, mcees halt. Das Ambiente war auch den Erwartungen entsprechend ( essen auf dem Boden, überfüllte Rückführungswagen, etc). Toiletten sauber und ohne ekligen Geruch. Jetzt zum positiven... Essen schnell und heiß. War super. Und die indischen Angestellten sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die anderen Nationalitäten waren weniger bemüht und freundlich.

Ein ganz normaler McDonald's. Leider gibt es keine vernünftige Fahrrad Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Mich stört es ungemein am Terminal zu bestellen. Sowas unpersönliches hab ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Aber das ist halt nur meine Meinung dazu. Das Essen war ok.

Essen war so wie man es eben von einem McDonald's kennt. Alle Burger waren ordentlich zusammengebaut. Irgendwie fällt uns auf das ständig Teile der Bestellung fehlen. Diesmal ein Burger. Eine Bestellung für 4 Personen sollte das Servicepersonal nicht übermäßig aus der Bahn werfen. Auf Nachfrage an der Theke wurde der Burger direkt ausgehändigt, ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Nun gut. Der Tisch war etwas klebrig. Wechseln hätte nicht geholfen denn der Nachbartisch sah jetzt nicht besser aus. Der Tablettrückgabebereich platze aus allen Nähten aber das Servicepersonal wirkte bemüht und war freundlich.

Sehr lecker, alles warm und Frisch. Kaum Wartezeit. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser M Filiale

Im Gegensatz zu einem Besuch eines anderen Restaurants dieser Kette gab es dieses Mal nichts zu bemängeln: das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen durchwegs frisch und warm, das Restaurant selbst sehr sauber. So muss das sein!

Immer nach einer sehr guten Schulleistung fahren Oma und Opa mit unseren Enkel nach M . D. Unser Enkel ist sehr zufrieden und Ist unser Enkel zufrieden sind wir es auch. Bis Freitag ,der kleine hat Schulisch geliefert also sind wir in der Pflicht. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Es war schwierig zu kommunizieren weil keiner dort offenbar deutsch versteht oder spricht. Das Management ist relativ harsch mit den Servicekräften umgesprungen. Fand ich nicht so schön zu sehen. Toiletten waren etwas pissig in Geruch und der Händetrockner braucht Ewigkeiten bis die Hände trocken sind.

Waren wieder unterwegs und etwas hungrig. Essen: Hier muss ich sagen McD verarscht die Kunden mit den neuen BigMäc Varianten auch beim Cheeseburger sind die Pattys nur noch halb so dick und das wäre laut Personal schon immer so. Pure Verarsche. Meine Tochter war bisher Fan eurer Cheeseburger, nun eurer Totaler Flop mit verbesserten Burgern! Der Hamburger TS hat ein 3mal so dicken Patty, also nur Verhältnis. Netztkartoffeln, McChicken und Hamburger Royal TS, Hamburger TS waren gut. Personal: Freundlich und bemüht. Ambiente: Okay, aber immer volle Geschirrwagen

Es ist immer wieder schön da zu sein,man fühlt sich sehr wohl der Kuchen ist sehr lecker . Die Tiere sind für Kinder auch toll zum sehen und füttern.😊

Man kann dort nur noch über das Terminal bestellen. McCafe, wie immer lecker.

Haben hier kurz Pause gemacht. Wir wurden nett bedient und die Toiletten waren auch sauber.

Insgesamt ein renoviertes und dadurch gemütliches Ambiente. Man sollte sich dennoch Bewusstsein, wenn man hier isst , dass es eine "Fast Food Kette" und kein "Nobelrestaurant " ist !

Unfreundliches Personal dreckige Tische, als ich die Dame am Servicecenter angesprochen hatte ob es mir bitte einen Lappen geben möge damit ich meinen Tisch abwischen kann habe ich eine unfreundliche Antwort bekommen das macht sie schon ob ich das nicht sehen würde, sie wischte mit einem Lappen den kompletten Laden alle Tische ab ohne den Tisch zu desinfizieren oder den Lappen mal auszuschütten und den alten Dreck loszuwerden das war das erste und das letzte Mal dass ich hier essen gehen.

Für den schnellen Hunger immer mal wieder sehr gerne hier. Jeder weiß was ihn erwartet und unsere Favoriten sind immer lecker.
