The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the rooms were extremely dirty, and the entire interior was full of flies and wasps. What a shame!

The burgers are very, very tasty 👍🏻👍🏻. I especially recommend the Chicken Samurai Burger 👍🏻👍🏻. But they always forget to add something. That's why they don't give it more stars. We also took something with us on August 7, 2025, and something was forgotten again.

Disaster! Disorganized and rude

I ordered an item at the kiosk and wanted to pay in cash at the cash register. After queuing for 5 minutes, I heard from the kitchen that there was no one there to take the cash. Theoretically, I would have to drive to the McDrive and pay in cash, and then it should theoretically work. Andy, the person in charge, said my order receipt was still on the cash register and I left without paying or ordering.

Worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever seen. Some of the tables and chairs were completely worn out. The veneer on the tables and chairs was also chipped in places. There were food remnants everywhere on the floor and tables. Unfortunately, the meal I ordered wasn't very digestible either, which manifested itself in painful stomach cramps. I have no idea what happened. McDonald's usually has high quality standards. Oh well, once and never again.

So many flaws that I don't even know where to begin. Disrespectful service, carelessly thrown-together food, ants and dirt everywhere. The health department should sort this out. This place should be closed.

Chairs propped up high in the evening don't create the best feeling of well-being. But at some point, cleaning is necessary.

Food was cold and bread was burnt and old. The service staff was cheeky... greetings to the morning shift today...

Ordered two cappuccinos with 5 sugar each. We got a total of 5 sugars. Of course it's a small thing, but it can't be that difficult to read the order properly. All employees a bit strange.

The lady at the drive-in (04/18/2025) was a total impudence. Totally unsympathetic and probably can't remember the orders. She even rolled her eyes when I politely pointed out that something was missing. She had black hair and injected lips 👄. Maybe McDonald's should rethink their staff.

It couldn't be more outrageous. I order an ice cream with chocolate sauce and get one without – mistakes can happen. But instead of simply apologizing, I get a snide look and a condescending comment: “Order actually without sauce, but okay.” Seriously? That's not how you talk to customers. The tone was stroppy, the body language completely disrespectful. If you have so little interest in your job, you should probably look for something else. This was definitely the last visit to this branch for me.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's around. Apparently there are no burgers advertised on TV or on signs outside. Today's BigTasty BBQ promotion costs almost €16 each, the menu costs just over €11. When asked, none of the employees knew the correct price, not even the shift manager. Given the prices that McDonalds now charges, something like that in Wasserburg am Inn is a disgrace.

Ordered something at the counter at the drive-thru yesterday. Unfortunately, the employee was not well trained (perhaps he was still a trainee). But when the food was handed out the lady was very rude. I asked if the right toy had been put in with the Happy Meal. The statement was then very malicious and mushy: “What was ordered is included”. As we drove on, we noticed after about 5 minutes that the drink was missing. Since the branch is no longer part of Heinritzi, it is not recommended. Really a shame.

We have been going to this McDonalds regularly for years. At the beginning, about 8 years ago, we really enjoyed going. Massive deterioration over the past 2-3 years, especially with the McDrive. Today, February 26th, 2025, I've finally had enough: unfriendly, almost arrogant service at the drive-thru, then when I picked up the food, the drink was only half in the holder, so that when I picked it up it promptly tipped over and the cola ran over the door. The employee saw it - and closes her window as if nothing had happened. It's a shame, but after years of loyalty, that was really the last time I got anything there.

It's just a Mc, but a good one!

Drive in with the MC app is recommended. Fast and uncomplicated.

I ordered a menu for 4 people. Large fries, a hamburger TS, a salad and all the sauces were missing. I came home and only then noticed that they were missing. The next time I was told in an unfriendly way when I ordered in the drive-thru they couldn't and shouldn't check Come into the restaurant and order inside???? I was just at Mc Drive and was really insulted. As a vegan, I should just order normal nuggets next time so as not to make things too complicated. And then the window slammed shut. Very unfriendly.

Absolutely unfriendly employees at MC Drive. Ordered today on November 22nd, 24 at 11:30 p.m. Broken German and didn't understand half of the order. Asked if you could still reorder... Got dumped... Never again. Juice shop.

You have to check every meal you order because something is often missing! Hygiene? Out of place All tables are greasy and dirty, if you ask the staff to wipe the table the eyes roll and the staff gets angry. Toilets are dirty, soap and drying cloths are mostly empty.

I think it's a shame that you have to check everything (every order). Is it so difficult to read what and how much a person has ordered!? Basically one or two things go off. It's a shame and it actually doesn't matter now whether you take away or stay in the restaurant. I'm not even talking about the waiting time in the restaurant anymore. 15 minutes plus and then the food is thrown at you rather than being served in a friendly manner. And the staff is just unfriendly... there's nothing more to say about it.

Uncomfortable. Overpriced food! Chicken burger with 1 dollop of red sauce, 4 pieces of iceberg lettuce. Complete. As teenagers, McDonald's was extremely important to us. Meeting point, warming up, etc. Now I'm wondering how the young people are supposed to afford that?????It's a shame. Tastes hopelessly bad. No more added value to leave MCDONALD'S your money. The money is better invested in a restaurant or business.

MacD stop. Staff nice and toilets clean. DoubleChiliCheese recommended. Drinks made from “powder” are not drinkable. Still better than the MD in Krawallburg. Ambiance like in the Bronx. Better than Munich :-) Conclusion: definitely worth the trip with vouchers.

I often get the wrong order at the drive-thru

I went to the toilet briefly and when I came back my food was gone.

Worst experience ever The toilets were blocked and the sewage was on the floor all the way into the hallway. 30°C and ice cream machine broken, various items cannot be ordered at the terminal. Receipt roll empty. Never here again, bad service

Toilets were dirty and the fries not crispy anymore. The outside terrace was full of wasps and not very clean.

We had to wait half an hour for our food and then something was missing. Unfortunately most of the tables (outside) were sticky and dirty. The food itself was okay.

I was there on Sunday morning, 7 a.m., so of course a very quiet time. I met a cheerful employee who gave me very good advice because I couldn't find my menu on the screen. So 5 points, you can't do it better.

Bad shop. I was given the wrong burger and had to wait a long time. If you take a look into the kitchen you will see employees who pay attention to anything but hygiene. Well, I never expect much from McDonald's anyway. But this is just underground and absolutely unfriendly to children. The employee stinks of sweat so much that you lose your appetite. Lobby looks terrible and a pensioner is chased through to clean it. Shame on you!!!!

Delicious salad - old, dry and already smells sour. The tables are greasy and no one cares. This is where Mr. Wallraff get it!

The service is quick and the prices are reasonable. But when I go to Mcdrive before leaving I always confirm my order whether it is complete or correct as it has happened to me several times that it is incomplete and gets swapped with other orders.

Ordered five things for dinner, one was missing, again. It really makes you wonder how you can manage to forget even one thing out of a list of five(!) things. Is this just unbelievable incompetence or is it deliberate? Thanks to an obvious lack of language skills (no please, bon appetit, etc.), you probably won't find out from the employee in question. It's a shame for the others who work there and do great work (e.g. Alex). And what a shame about the money. Maybe you should rethink who you place in the output area.

Unfortunately the service in this restaurant has fallen!!! I have always been convinced that this is one of the best McDonald's in the area. But: A few days ago when I was here I ordered a Mc-Chicken without sauce. A Mc-Chicken came without salad but with sauce. OK once, no problem Ordered Big Mac today without pickles Big Mac with pickles came ok 2 times in the same order a cheeseburger without pickles Of course it came with it. Kitchen service is no longer what it used to be. Service very nice.

I can only partially agree with the other reviews. The women's toilets are ALWAYS a complete disaster. No toilet paper and no toilet seats either. Recommended to go to the toilet somewhere else. Generally looks very messy. But eating etc is as good as fast food is.

McDonald's in Wasserburg has fallen into a shocking state of disrepair. The toilet was already very unclean. The toilet seat is now missing from one of the women's toilets. That says it all. People without work clothes prepare the food!

Always check your order, whether on the drive or in the house. There's always something missing.

It's best to always check again at the MC Drive or on-site pickup. The sauces are almost always missing or are simply the wrong ones. Not every employee knows the difference between fries and curly fries. I mean, I pay for the food and at home I repeatedly notice that something is missing or that the food I ordered is simply wrong 🙄

McDonald's in Wasserburg, here you can experience the typical Eastern European lick me on Axxxx mentality in its purest form. You can really feel how the employees are just doing their thing in a dull manner. In two out of three orders in the Mc Drive, the content is incorrect, which is probably due to a mixture of indifference and a lack of language skills. We didn't really want to eat there anymore, but we made a bet. What can I say, the Mc Drive lost again, the order was bagged incorrectly, you can almost rely on it. Either this is intent or “just” absolute indifference. When you open the box it looks like the ingredients were just thrown in. You don't even want to know who (doesn't) take care of quality management in this store. Most kebab shops are better run.

Tolles Erlebnis nach dem Schwimmen im Badria Wasserburg mit den beiden Enkelkindern,da hat es sooo gut geschmeckt.

Wenn der Standard eines McDonald's Burgers, egal welche Form, ob Big Mac oder Royal TS als Benchmark gesetzt wird, dazu die Pommes, welche ja ledigtlich frittiert werden müssen , so befindet sich dieses Restaurant bei 4 von 5 Sternen , da hier die Mahlzeit auch so serviert wird, dass sie noch appetitlich aussieht. Wenn gleiches durchaus tagesabhängig Unterschiede gibt. Der Service war bis jetzt jedes Mal freundlich und die meiste Zeit wurde hier recht abgeklärt gearbeitet, die Abläufe stimmen soweit. 4/5 An sich ist die Position dieses McDonald's gut, das Layout ist nicht sehr ansprechend, da es zu offen ist, die Toiletten sind jedoch sauber, es gibt Terminals zum bestellen, der Parkplatz ist zu klein. Die Tische sind sauber, man hat kein schlechtes Gefühl hier zu essen. Es eignet sich nur bedingt für Geschäftsbesprechungen.

Ein McDonalds wie er sein sollte. Ich mag den reibungslosen Ablauf im McDrive.

Das Essen hier war in Ordnung. Örtlich liegt es an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Es war daher draußen eher laut und nicht so gemütlich. Das Restaurant selbst war sauber und die Toiletten waren auch in Ordnung. Schön war die Musik auf den Toiletten. :-)

Sehr leckeres Essen. Freundliches Personal. Man kann dort wirklich sehr viel neues entdecken. Die 3,6 Sterne hat es wirklich nicht verdient. 5 Sterne hat dieser Mc Donalds verdient.

Sehr gutes essen, dass klo ist so laut dass man in dem kleinen raum platz angst bekommt aber sonst eigentlich ganz gut, etwas teuer aber dass wars.

Für einen Mc Donalds zwischen 1 und 5 Sternen sind 3 zuviel. Parkplatz ist zu klein. Der DriveIn ist baulich schlecht geplant. Viel Verkehr rund herum und nicht gemütlich draußen. Gefühlt zu wenig Soße auf Bürgern. Auch wirklich öfter als bei anderen Gefühlt rein geworfene Bürger beim öffnen der Schachtel, neu belegen leider nötig vorm Verzehr.
