McDonald's in Warstein - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's in Warstein and I have to say the store as it is now is extremely uncomfortable. Put a few individual tables and chairs in a huge room and voila it looks like a soup kitchen

An absolutely disastrous store! The tables weren't wiped down and in the 45 minutes we were there, no employee thought it necessary to do this even though there were hardly any guests there. There was no soap in either toilet and the toilets themselves were an imposition. When asked about the lack of soap, the only response was a shrug of the shoulders. Plus lukewarm fries. A visit to forget!

Unfortunately, like everywhere else at McDonald's, only kits, no finished burgers. The stupid customer can put together a box into which everything is thrown in at random.

I haven't been to MC for a long time and it was my last visit for a long time

It is kept clean and the employees are nice, but there are often problems with the distribution in the drive-thru. I often had things forgotten, which meant I had to go back. Or, what I haven't noticed before, that the patty was forgotten. When I went back to complain about it and pick up an additional order, they completely forgot the burger with the missing patty.

Underground, just ordered and taken away. The only thing that was right was the number of dishes. The rest is nonsense. Burgers were lukewarm and the wrong kind packaged (not for the first time!). Bad advice, namely none. I think I'll write to McDonald's myself. It doesn't work at all!!!

Not as good as McDonalds in UK or Ireland.

One star is already one too many... Too stupid to complete a simple order.

Burger or patty seems old. Employees unfriendly.

Staff is incapable of entering coupons and then blames the customer - absolutely no recommendation a few meters away everything worked perfectly.

Unfortunately, the wait was long, the toilet wasn't really clean, and unfortunately it had nothing to do with fast food.

The fries are always cold and the citizens just clap together somehow. You also feel forced because someone there is always working with a mask. Do they have Corona all the time?

Unfortunately I got the wrong burger and instead of getting a new one, two employees took the burger apart again with their hands and simply left the missing ingredients there...

Very tasty, the staff are nice. If something is missing, you get it immediately. Employees always try to keep a good mood in the store, even when it's difficult. I liked it and will definitely be back

Been there again after a long time but never again... The burgers are getting smaller and smaller...

I was here again today 02/29/24, almost nothing going on, but it felt like an eternity until someone came to cash and it also took a long time for my food to arrive. Had the feeling that the red-haired woman was the only one who worked there, the two men were just extras. I have the feeling that the store is getting worse and worse

The food is delicious and the speed is good

It was very dirty there, tables, chairs, floor everything was very dirty. Staff way too slow and very unfriendly!

The store is incredibly dirty. Garbage and chips on the floor.

We waited 20 minutes for the food. Then some things were missing. The food arrived cold. Unfriendly when you said that the food was cold. Too lazy to change a receipt roll at the terminal. Because half a roll of receipts came out there. Staff unfriendly and not the fastest.

Since the new manager came in there in 2019, the store has really gone viral. But of course if you are more concerned with flirting than with customer satisfaction and friendliness. Keep it up 👍

Something is missing every time!! And when you notice it, it means it wasn't their fault!! Paid 40 euros for 4 burgers!! Ridiculous

Ist halt ein McDonalds. Da momentan wieder Big Rösti Zeit ist, bekommt das Essen einen Stern mehr.

Sobald mehr als 2 Kunden da sind kommt da keiner mehr klar. Bestellst du n Big Tasty Bacon und bekommst n Big Mac...

Essen halt wie bei Mc Donalds aber hier geht es immer schnell. Toiletten könnten sauberer sein.

Hatte nach dem Essen richtig schönen cremigen Durchfall. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Jeder Zeit wieder

Es geht mit dem Bestellungen sehr schnell und die Burger Fritten... alles schmeckt

Leider etwas überfordert als die Horden nach dem Strong Viking Run eingefallen sind. Grundsätzlich aber gut gelegen und eben ein klassischer McDonald’s. Haben uns sehr über die McFlurrys gefreut die uns zuverlässig an den Tisch geliefert wurden. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder zum Run und zu diesem McDonald’s 😎🙌

Mehrmals Essen dort geholt. Das Personal ist nicht sehr gewissenhaft beim Packen der Tüten. Man muss sein Essen jedes Mal genau kontrollieren um zu sehen ob etwas fehlt. Schade

Erstaunlich, das ist schon das 3 mal in Folge das ich in ein McDonald's rein gehe und alles Tip top läuft, ich Frage mich ob es irgendwelche imig änderung Stadt findet gerade, wenn ja Respekt, das jemand drauf reagiert auf negative Nachrichten. Was mir aufgefallen ist, jetzt ist fast immer eine Person im Hemd an der Kasse und nimmt Bestellungen raus und überprüft auch was raus geht und gibt es raus. Also ich find es top, wenn sich da was tut. Eins muss ich trotzdem bemängeln. Sauberkeit, weil es immer wieder dreckige plätze gibt... Einfach gesagt wenn man zwei Minuten freie Zeit hat, dann kann man eben die Tische abwischen. Das ist irgendwie ein Mangel in jedem Fastfood Unternehmen. Unhygienisch. Aber was auch immer sich gerade verändert, ist super ... Weiter so und ich gebe auch 5 Sterne dann...

Halt ein Mecces wie hunderte andere in diesem Land. Einzig die Lage hat was Hinterhofmäßiges in dem Industriegebiet.

Ich finde das essen dort einfach nur lecker!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker aber eine Service Mitarbeiterin war sehr ungeduldig mit mir und die Backwaren sind hier sehr trocken und nicht für jeden was. Sonst ist es hier gut habe Grade nur die negativen Sachen aufgezählt

Ich bin ja kein McDonalds Fan, nur ab und zu nötigt mich mein großes Kind mal dazu hier was zu essen zu kaufen. Zumindest ist es ordentlich und sauber hier, Personal recht nett, Essen Geschmackssache ;) McDonalds halt.

Auch wenn ich da nur sehr selten hin gehe, war es ok

Mitarbeiter unfreundlich. Der bestellbildschirm war defekt. An der Kasse konnte ich nicht bezahlen. Begründung: der Mitarbeiter hätte keine Zeit. Als ich erwähnte dass der Monitor defekt sei antwortete er das es nicht sein Problem wäre. Beschwerde gegen MC Donalds läuft.

Alles sehr gut. Sauber und ordentlich. Essen ist sehr lecker.

Personal überfordert mit dem Zählen und mit der Sprache. Wenn ich in Deutschland nicht mit deutscher Sprache bestellen kann, läuft da was falsch. Auch das herausgeben von Wechselgeld hat erst im 3. Anlauf geklappt. Naja, gewünschtes Glas habe ich bekommen, mein Essen kaufe ich mir in Zukunft wieder woanders. Btw.: Ich war nach dem Umbau wieder das erste Mal wieder dort. Nicht mein Geschmack, es war früher viel gemütlicher.
