Richter is a real mess; we received the wrong order, and the employee told us we'd get our money back but he never wants to see us again. Shout out to the big guy at the checkout...

Good morning! ***Food*** okay, as always. ***Service*** absolutely terrible. The employee couldn't even manage to say a number out loud when, confused, I wanted to ask if the order he silently placed on the counter was mine or not. Isn't the RIGHT REACTION to coldly approach the customer, tap the drink like a lifeless horse, and expect them to interpret that as a yes or no? The helpless look and the cold, subsequent turning away is the epitome of German service: old, cold, and ugly! What's the point?! It was a simple, normal question... is it really so hard to just say "yes"?! Especially when they can't even manage to fix the damn screen after six months. Luckily, we're paying a higher price for less service now; after all, McDonald's has to make a profit somehow. Not to mention the ***ambiance***. After the renovation, the building looks like a shabby gas station inside. OSB paneling is no way to create an atmosphere for any kind of restaurant. There isn't even a small waiting area for your order. Putting regular tables where you can eat right in front of the serving area is such a godless, stupid idea... what kind of sadist thought... oh yeah, now after I get my food, I'll sit at a table where I'm surrounded by one or more random groups of other waiting customers who rotate every minute... A train station has less through traffic... Luckily, I'm not a kid anymore. The separate children's areas were abolished years ago anyway, so now, while you just want to eat a soulless, greasy burger, you're also subjected to the constant blast of "Paw Patrol," because apparently, keeping kids quiet with trays is the new trend... Trays are all well and good, BUT because the separation is gone, you can happily indulge in 3-5 different episodes simultaneously. Oh yeah, Monopoly is cool, and it can stay that way. (I hope I was able to make at least someone laugh, if I can't really anymore, when you feel so stupid every time you get the idea again "Oh come on, I haven't been to that gas station (McDonald's) in ages...")

The food arrived quickly, was good and hot, and the staff was very friendly.

The food was cold, the entire restaurant area was extremely dirty, and the tables were sticky. All the return lockers were overflowing, and garbage bags sometimes blocked access to them.

Due to prior commitments, I'm in Mühlhausen. Breakfast was as expected. It's not exactly clean. Some tables haven't been wiped. And what's noticeable is that it's cold. 🥶 You can't stay here for long.

Something different, my daughter was on the toilet and couldn't get out because the lock was too stiff. But it seems to have been the problem several times before. Because the emergency opening from the outside is defective. This definitely needs to be improved.

Every time, things are missing from our order! Last time, we didn't even get the order to go, even though it was ordered to go. Then everything was hastily packed, and half of it was missing! If we order, it's only through Lieferando because you can complain at home, but then everything costs more! Last time, the value of the order was forgotten, almost €20.

Unfriendly staff and bad customer service.

Unfortunately, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. I arrived at 12:30 AM and found the door locked. Half an hour before closing time?? So I'll be allowed to leave work early soon. I had to continue my journey while hungry. Please close an hour earlier, that's probably a good thing.

After the renovation, this place looks simply terrible. Reducing the number of cash registers from 3 to 1, the "take-away" counter is unnecessarily large. Visually, there's also less space than before. One plus point is that the heavy entrance doors have been replaced with automatic sliding doors, and the second heavy door has been "removed" without replacement. The downside is the OSB look on some of the walls. It doesn't look quite finished to me, and where there used to be a TV that played Music TV continuously, there are now cables hanging out. Since it was a bit warmer, I sat outside, and there were no ice cubes in my Coke, even though I hadn't canceled my order. So, it was about 20 degrees Celsius and didn't taste good anymore. So the ambiance has completely deteriorated and could look better.

Since the renovation, the restaurant has been a disaster. Food is forgotten or something else is made. Absolutely unloving. Yes, it's fast food, but they can put in a little effort. By far one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've ever seen.

Visually, the store looks disastrous after the renovation, in my opinion. The staff seems to be getting increasingly stressed and unfriendly. After the last few visits, something was always missing. Yesterday's visit even included the free glass I ordered. Unfortunately, I noticed too late and had to drive another 10km for it... no thanks. And the usual problem with the appearance of the food. You know the wraps in the pictures. Please take a look at mine... This was definitely my last visit to this McDonald's. At BK, you get more for the same money, and everything is just right.

First I waited forever at the drive-thru. Then they didn't have my salad dressing anymore. "They're out of it," was the friendly reply. It took even longer to get the food out. When I finally opened the salad, the worst came to the worst: Half, limp cucumber pieces, two in total, one hidden among the wilted lettuce in the middle. The salad ended up in the trash. The fries and nuggets were okay.

The food is getting smaller and smaller, but a bit more expensive. All in all, it's always worth a visit to get ripped off.

Today I was at McDonald's in Mühlhausen again after a very long time. I wasn't happy with the order. My son Martin had a BIC Mack menu and a cheeseburger. But my apple turnover was only lukewarm. It wasn't hot anymore. The cheeseburger wasn't packaged well. I also have to say it wasn't very crowded. Have fun at work . It's a shame that I had an almost cold apple turnover. I won't come to you anymore.

The food was cold, and grease was seeping out of the burger wrappers. The burgers in the boxes were delivered as kits. You had to assemble them yourself because none of the pieces were stacked. It was dirty inside and outside. The trash cans were overflowing, and the restrooms were also very dirty. It took 25 minutes to order, with the excuse that the coffee wasn't ready. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm.

The most disgusting men's restroom I've entered in ages. My 3-year-old son started crying at the smell. I can't imagine something like that is still possible today.

Unfortunately we have the worst McDonald's you can imagine! I always notice when I eat out how bad the quality and preparation is at our Mc. A fact that really bothers me is that the shake machine is always broken or people forget to reorder the chocolate syrup. Man, get this under control, thank you🙄

Welcome to the new cold room! My legs and feet froze during the visit. We deliberately looked for a place far from the great new door. It's like a train station here. There was more foam in the Latte Machiatto than anything else... Unfortunately it's just not what it used to be. Too bad

After the conversion, less space and too narrow from seat to table and sitting next to each other. Staff are unfriendly at least most of them and the bullying of employees comes to your attention. That's not something that should be done - the customer sees sad faces. No wonder if you don't have happy employees then you don't have customer satisfaction either

Simply bad. Waited 20 minutes for 2 menus, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Burger completely cold. The food is tasty but no longer made with love, just thrown together. The service is poor and the surroundings have since been remodeled just become uncomfortable and uninviting. The staff is simply unfriendly, different from a year ago. Conclusion: we will only eat at home.

Can't understand the recent negative reviews. Everything was very clean, no sticky tables, floors and the entire toilet area was cleaned. The food was quickly at the table, freshly prepared and absolutely hot! One of the best McDonald's we've ever been to! Also worth mentioning is the caretaker, who even lends a hand in the restaurant during “Not am Mann”!

McDonald's Mühlhausen/Thuringia... Every table in the McDonald's is full of dirt. And the workers there that 10 out of 10 tables are full of dirty and they don't bother you! And the toilet is catastrophic...

In these wintry temperatures, there is a Christmas market feeling at McDonalds. It's so cold in the restaurant that almost all the guests are wearing jackets. There is no lock to keep the cold air out. Not recommended if the outside temperature is below 15°C or only with mulled wine.

After the renovation, I find the restaurant uncomfortable and too cold! Food came quickly and was standard McDonald's quality! The new seats are, well, quite narrow for tall people!

But the staff prefers to stand at the counter with four people and watch the construction workers outside instead of making an effort. Well maybe it will be better in 2 years.
