We were just there and we were completely speechless. There was poop in the slide and my son smeared it all over himself. The restaurant is responsible for ensuring that the slide is clean. Next week will be my first trip to the health department. Simply disgusting!!!!

Tonight we had old, cold fries and an old, incorrectly constructed burger. Unfortunately I only saw it at home. Very annoying! It's probably because there were only new faces, multicultural and understaffed! Sad, because for €30 I would like something fresh!

The food came out promptly, just arrived home. A lot of things went wrong with the orders there today. Cleanliness on the tables would be appropriate.

Catsstrophe, ice cream machine has been broken for weeks and logistically nothing has ever been done about it. It's summer now and we're really craving some refreshment. McDonalds Mühlhausen can no longer offer that 👎🏻

So every time I'm with my girlfriend we go to this McDonalds once. I'm not from here and I'm here every 3-4 weeks and every time something was forgotten when ordering. Today you put 2 fries instead of 2 cheeseburgers. Not even asked if that was okay. Just shake your head. Oh, my Big Mac also had bacon on it 👍🏻👍🏻, there would have been stickers at least, but no, nothing. I really don't mean to sound rude, but boy. Get yourselves together

Last time here... We ordered menus, everything was missing from my burger, there was only bread, meat and cheese on it. Then we complain and say half of the ingredients are missing. Employee says: “New ones make everything clear”. Ate the rest of the menu and partner has already finished eating - the burger still doesn't come. We'll ask. No new burger was made at all. We explain the situation - the blonde fat old one: Where is the old burger? We want to exchange it. Then an extreme discussion. Delivered the burger to a colleague, but of course he was on break and didn't let anyone know. He'll come back and we'll wait. The situation has been clarified - a new burger is being prepared. Tomatoes were still missing, but I don't feel like complaining anymore. By the way, the food was prepared and eaten without any enthusiasm. We've never had anything like this before. Then at the end the absolute burner - a beard hair on the burger :-)… I definitely won't come back here.

Today I was at McDonald's in Mühlhausen again after a very long time. I wasn't happy with the order. My son Martin had a BIC Mack menu and a cheeseburger. But my apple turnover was only lukewarm. It wasn't hot anymore. The cheeseburger wasn't packaged well. I also have to say it wasn't very crowded. Have fun at work . It's a shame that I had an almost cold apple turnover. I won't come to you anymore.

Certainly not a second time, Mäces is no longer what it used to be. For 45€ you can expect more. Locked tables, mop buckets visible in the sales area, locked tables due to chair blockages, to fall over, wait 15 minutes, would have been OK, but if the food was still partly lukewarm, a no-go... The layer of fat, made from outdoor animal fat in front of the counter area, makes accident prevention a foreign concept. I felt sorry for the employees...how stressful it must be if you want to avoid not flying... Then there was the "friendly" hint that we had to clear the table in 5 minutes because it was about to be closed... Wow, unfortunately there won't be a next time... If I had read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have become a guest. Oh, I didn't take any photos, there are plenty of them in the comments!!!

Were there today on July 5th shortly before 5 p.m. and when I asked normally whether there was anything missing from the menu, I was answered with an absolutely exasperated “what?” Next time, stare at your old lady at home so annoyed and give such snotty answers if you even have one at home with that attitude. Dear McDonald's team, I would like to complain about my recent experience at your restaurant. The food, especially the burger, that I received was of very poor quality. Attached you will find a picture of the burger, which was delivered in an extremely unappetizing condition. The burger looked like a mess - the bun was squashed, the ingredients were messily distributed, and overall the product felt unprofessional. This quality does not meet the standards I expect from a restaurant in your chain. I request you to review this issue and ensure such incidents are avoided in the future. Unfortunately it is no longer what it was. Sometimes you don't get a burger in the box, but instead everything is mixed up and not properly topped. The staff is polite, but seems more forced as there is certainly a lot of stress there. It has also often happened that things were missing from orders. It's a shame and I hope it gets better in the near future. Otherwise, we'll probably stay at Burger King in Mühlhausen/Thuringia for the time being.

I can't really rate the food... Since it is hardly possible to order via Lieferando.. Because it always seems to be too crowded or understaffed So it is never available

I just wanted to pay with a €200 note and it was promptly not accepted. It's half past three in the afternoon and it's apparently not possible to accept this note, even though there's enough change in the cash register. At €500 I would have understood. The burgers have also tasted better and the staff is sometimes quite subpar.

No choice of toy, you just get something thrown in... whether there are children who collect things like that and don't need everything twice...

The food is solid and the service is good too, but with large orders a lot is often forgotten.

I'm of the opinion that people without teeth in their mouths shouldn't work in service, especially since they spit when they talk Absolute no go, never come back!

Today I went for ice cream with my wife on Sunday June 16th at 11:30 a.m. in this unfriendly, dingy shop in Mühlhausen. I order two ice cream sundaes and get almost two half-empty cups for 2.29 euros each. Then I asked the person who carried out the order that there wasn't enough ice cream for that price. He called the boss and she said in a very rude and unfriendly manner that it was right. Then I said that I would write something about it. She said she would write because of me and she left me there. Then we sat outside. There were no tables wiped, rubbish lying around everywhere etc. Minus 10 points from us. Unfortunately I have to give one star. We've been going there for a long time but we don't know anything like that. We don't go there anymore.

The machines for ordering are partly broken, there is no table service! The citizens really taste sick 🤢🤮 cold, greasy, salty and falling apart! Employees take a VERY VERY VERY VERY long time to get the order ready! And they prefer to stand at the table with other customers and have long conversations! It was definitely the last time here 🤮🤢 oh yes, the monitors don't work, the restaurant and toilet are dirty 🤮

I love fast food and would eat there more often if I didn't have to pay so much attention to calories. Standard facilities, clean, with Mc Café, friendly, helpful staff.

Constant technical defects or similar.

The service is terribly bad. Something is always missing and when asked, the employees react extremely unfriendly and annoyed. The tables are dirty and extremely greasy. The waiting times, especially for breakfast, are also more than outrageous. We waited over 20 minutes for 5 things, even though we were completely alone except for someone in the drive-thru. That was the last visit to this McDonald's!

Typical McDonald's. We often pick up something at the drive-thru and so far at least every other time there has been something wrong or things have been completely missing. Nuggets, sauces, fries or even complete burgers are often missing. It's particularly annoying when things have to happen quickly and you don't control it directly. So always check your food straight away to save yourself unnecessary trouble.

The restaurant wasn't actually that full, but we still waited 45 minutes for our food after ordering. Other visitors with actually smaller orders waited for over an hour. That's not possible and there's no information or indication anywhere about how far the order is or even an excuse. No thanks!!!

Delicious, quick and warm...breakfast was worth it thanks to the vouchers!

Unfortunately we got the wrong drinks even though we were the only ones at Mc Drive, so it wasn't a stressful time.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. Actually 5minus. Never experienced such service before. You order in person, hoping that the two parts you ordered will be ready quicker. Then you ask after 20 minutes and the order is looked for and, strangely enough, it's gone receive. Not a single person knows about it.

1 hour wait!!!! Even though the food was ordered and paid for via the app in advance. We drove off straight away and drove 5 minutes away.

Once upon a time there was a good McDonald's. I actually always look forward to fries, then the fries arrive and are cold and soggy. I travel a lot and this is the worst McDonald's I know. Orders are only sporadically prepared as ordered and are then cold. Not recommended!!!

The staff was very unfriendly Long waiting time Two large menus and only one glass after which you get loud, you can't recommend the second one and the floor and tables are very dirty 🤮

Although Mecces is the place to be in Mühlhausen, it has often happened lately that the staff behave quite uncharmingly towards the guests. Furthermore, as part of the small town youth, I often feast here, but the McDonald's food is quite dependent on the liquid gold, the sauce. Phew, hard on the border, unfriendly, unorganized. My nuggets were forgotten. When I mentioned this, a blonde lady gave me a reproachful look and she turned away with a wave - Then the colleague said what was missing, I told him nuggets, he then yes, sorry, the colleague forgot, then the colleague came and said there were no nuggets, I did and after he checked the invoice he said wait 4 minutes and said I If you sit upstairs and he should please bring you, then okay. End of the song he forgot it again so sorry for the mistakes, ok but twice?

This was the SECOND time today that I ordered a Big Caesar chicken salad at Mc Drive and there was no meat in it...

Check your bags. In MHL it is common that something is always missing, the packages of fries are only half full. Furthermore, you order 5 menus, where the glasses promotion is now on and you only get 2 glasses instead of 5. After asking several times, only 2 glasses were added until you finally raised your voice and received the goods you ordered. Great bunch!! Better go to another McDonald's or straight to Burger King.

The double chili cheeseburger is okay.

It's strange when 3 order numbers are ready at the same time and your own order is completely wrong. Burger in the takeaway bag, drinks wrong, parts of a children's menu on the tray.

I ordered take away today but unfortunately forgot to unpack and check everything again in the restaurant. Getting the wrong drinks isn't a big deal, but my milkshake for 3.99 euros was also just Sprite. That really annoyed me.

The food was very tasty and I can't complain about the service either. But it is very loud and the tables are not wiped down enough. In addition, an ordering machine was broken because there was only half the screen and no notes came out.

Bei Bestellungen hat ein Bürger gefehlt. Das war das letzte Mal das wir da essen waren.

Sehr dreckig. WC ekelhaft und unrein. Essen war auch mal besser. Ein Besuch kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier und ich muss sagen, das war eine absolute Katastrophe! Von Hygiene ist hier weit und breit keine Spur. Die Tische sehr dreckig und verklebt, der Fußboden genauso klebrig. Der Burger war sehr geschmacksneutral, das Fleisch sah sehr alt aus. Ich musste leider einmal die Toilette aufsuchen. Um Himmelswillen!!!! Frauentoilette, auf den Boden gepinkelt, alles voller Papier, Toiletten sahen aus wie Sau. Für uns steht fest, wir werden diesen Laden definitiv zukünftig meiden.

Total katastrophal! Essen bestellt heim gefahren falsches Essen!!! Telefonisch kein Kontakt möglich... Da keiner an das Telefon geht! Nie wieder... Ab jetzt Bürger King! Danke MC Donalds für den Tollen Service.

Schlimmster Besuch des Jahres 2024!!! Aufgewärmtes Essen... 2x Frittierte Chicken Nuggets... Die vor FETT nur so getrieft haben... Sowas ist mal unterste Schublade!!! Und dafür zahlt man auch noch Geld dafür... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Könnte man eine Minus Bewertung geben würde ich dies hier tun!!!

Laut App soll dieser Mces erst um 01:00 schließen, standen um 00:30 vor verschlossener Tür, Putzkräfte schauten uns nur an und belächelten uns. Top 😂 wenn man zu nem mces will dann auf keinen Fall zu diesem 😂 PS: bestellt man einen Eistee erhält man eine Cola, hier gilt Vorsicht mehr als Nachsicht 😂

Hab meinen Tisch selber abgewischt. Burger war kalt aber die Ecke wo ich gesessen habe war gemütlich.

abendbrot immer McDonald's spät aber Kleinigkeit gegessen haben wir und das hat gut gegessen außer Kleinigkeit kann man noch paar Abzug Laden machen

Haben zum erstenmal den bestellservice genutzt und muss sagen es wurde Recht schnell geliefert allerdings hat was gefehlt die Pommes waren kalt und nicht gut gesalzt, die Burger waren eine Vollkatastrophe sahen aus wie überfahren... Nuggets haben auch recht an Qualität verloren... ( Kommt mir vor wie Formfleisch) Und das für 30€.. kein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis...

Leider sehr enttäuschend gewesen. Neben der online Bestellung, in der einige Menüs nicht nur Verfügung standen, würde die Bestellung und nicht vollständig übergeben. Auch schmeckten die Bürger nicht wirklich frisch und das Brötchen doch schon sehr trocken. Sorry, aber das muss besser werden.

Mal was schnelles zum Essen und ein Kaffee

Typisch McDonalds eben. Sie sind aber nicht sehr hinterher mal die Tische abzuwischen.

Ausnahmsweise: Schneller Weg zum Satt werden

Schnelle Besserung, schnelle Zubereitung, schnelle Lieferung an den Tisch. Speisen schön warm, Getränke schön kühl. Neues Personal und ein sauberes Umfeld. Das Benehmen mancher Gäste ist womöglich ein Grund, warum kaum noch jemand in der Gastronomie arbeiten möchte!

Leider kommt es immer wieder vor das bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen ein Teil fehlt und man es jedesmal auspacken muss um zu kontrollieren. Beim letzten Mal fehtel ganze 3 Burger wobei es erst zu Hause aufgefallen ist weil die Bestellung für 5Personen etwas größer ausgefallen ist

Wir waren am drive in und haben diverse Burger und einen Wrap bestellt. Es war zwar alles dabei, allerdings waren die Burger katastrophal zusammen gebaut. Man musste sie sich nochmal selbst zusammenbasteln. Das Papier wurde mit in den Wrap hineingerollt sodass man es ersteinmal dort heraus holen musste. Zumal eh schon die Hälfte herausgefallen war. Da macht das Essen keinen Spaß mehr.

Mit Abstand das Schlechteste Mecces bei dem ich mir je etwas zu essen besorgt habe. Auf meinem Mcchicken der Salat war schon braun, habe das bemerkt nachdem ich anfing zu essen und es einfach total schlecht geschmeckt hat.. Ist dann leider im Müll gelandet. Das einzig positive am Menü waren die riffelkartofeln, werde in Zukunft darauf definitiv verzichten!

Wahnsinn wie schlecht dieser McDonalds bewertet ist und trotzdem immer voll. Bei dem Personal gibt es Ausnahmen aber bei meinem Essen konnte ich mich nie beschweren. Ich find ihn tatsächlich ziemlich dreckig aber bei dem Umsatz kein Wunder. Das einzige was ich wirklich frech finde, dass sie immer die Kamera betrügen beim McDrive in dem man brav nicht mehr im Bereich ist obwohl niemand hinter einem steht. Scheint ja trotz schlechter Bewertungen gut zu laufen 😅

Die Burger sind einfach nur noch furchtbar. Total lieblos zusammen geschmissen und geschmacklich mittlerweile unterirdisch. Das einzige was man noch einigermaßen essen kann, sind die Nuggets.

Einfache Bestellung aufgegeben, extrawünsche wie sachen weg lassen bei den Burgern wurde ignoriert war trotzdem alles drauf was wir am Terminal abgewählt haben. Nachdem wir dies mitgeteilt haben sollten neue Burger gemacht werden, wir saßen draussen . 20 min später war immer noch nichts angekommen. Wir mussten dann selber rein gehen uns diese holen...wurde vergessen. Das Lokal war auch nicht so voll aber schnellrestaurant ist hier die Bezeichnung fehlgeschlagen. Draussen sitzt man immer in der Nähe der großen Mülltonne was nervig ist da einen die Wespen ständig beim essen besuchen . Sorry aber wir werden nicht wieder kommen .

Das Essen ist geschmacklos, der Geschmack von abgestandenem Essen. In einem Kindermenü gab es keine drei Positionen aus der Bestellung. Ich musste gehen und fragen. Schrecklicher Service.

Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Viele MC Café Artikel sind hier aktuell nicht verfügbar bei anderen Standorten in der Umgebung schon.

Essen war diesmal wieder besser ,alles war frisch und nicht lappig vom lange liegen . Weiter so 👍🏻

Wir waren auf der Durchreise(kindern) am 17.07.2023 ca.22.00 Uhr So was ist mir noch nicht passiert. Das wir 20 min.auf unser essen warten mussten.(am Schalter abzuholen) Das essen war nur warm. Der TV um das essen abzuholen war defekt. Und die Sauberkei🫣 Und für mich machte es den an Schein das zuwenig Personal da war. Personal ⭐️⭐️ Sauberkeit ⭐️ Schnelligkeit ⭐️ Kommunikation⭐️⭐️ Leider nicht zum weiter zu emfehlen

2x Pommes haben gefehlt, beim Chickenburget war Soße drauf ( wurde ohne bestellt), keine Soßen für Pommes oder Nuggets dabei.... Leider zu spät mitbekommen, um nochmal zurück zu fahren.

Am Eingang ein Bestellboard aufgesucht, Bestellung eingegeben, Bezahlung am Schalter gewählt. Am Bezahlschalter eine Reihe von 10 Gästen, aber kein Mc Donalds Mitarbeiter. Alle sind mit Essenbestellungen beschäftigte. Also warten. Das Restaurant füllt sich immer mehr und beim warten in der Schlange hat man Zeit sich umzusehen. Alle Tische dreckig, wie auch der Fussboden. Eine Frau erkundigt sich nach dem Rest Ihrer Bestellung, ein Salat, sie wird auf eine Viertelstunde vertröstet, hat den ersten Teil Ihrer Bestellung schon verzehrt, verzichtet auf den Rest und verläst das Restaurant. Die Warteschlange der Gäste zum Mitnehmen wird immer länger und den Mc Donalds Mitarbeitern kann mann beim Laufen und Arbeiten die Schuhe besohlen und Nägel schneiden. Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit, ohne das ein Kunde abkassiert wurde habe ich meinen Zettel zerknüllt und bin mit meinen Kinder zum Mitbewerber zum Essen gefahren. Dort war es auch relativ voll, aber ich konnte bestellen, bezahlen und mich schon einmal setzen. Dies war nicht das erste Mal, aber mit Sicherheit das Letzte. In anderen Fillialen konnte ich solch schlechte Erfahrungen noch nicht sammeln.

sauber, freundlich, frisch und die Speisen wie gewohnt. Wer zu McDonald`s geht, weiß was einem erwartet - hier war es so, wie wir es uns vorstellten.
