McDarwich's Crispy Dinner Station in Berlin

Unfortunately, my brioche burger was very dry and the fries were sticky. I've only ever been here when this huge store is completely empty. Kind of weird. I think there are better brioche burgers across the street, but the chicken bits weren't bad.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The meat had a strange taste and was hardly edible. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations. The service, on the other hand, was fine - the staff was friendly and helpful

They have very limited options, also I couldn’t get into the restaurant at first because their needs to be fixed! It was so weird that a restaurant with broken door! If none of the customers come to open the door for you, you will be waiting for so long!

The food was really good (if u are fast food lovers), fresh ingredients and really satisfying portion. Ambiance is ok.

I recently tried a Döner Rol from here and was really impressed. The kebab roll was not only fresh, but also incredibly tasty and well seasoned. The portion was generous and the meat was tender and juicy. I will definitely come back! The service was quick and friendly, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I have to say that I have tried a lot of kebabs lately, but this one was one of the best. The mixture of spices, meat and fresh ingredients harmonized perfectly. The kebab roll was well fried, with just the right amount of sauce. Add to that the pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant – everything together really made the visit a positive experience. Gladly again!

Chicken and fries were good, there was just one big problem: I ordered the menu C3, which is shown in the photo. I got mayonnaise and ketchup on the tray. When I asked about other sauces I was told that I could only get them for an additional charge. The picture clearly shows sweet and sour and a barbecue sauce. False advertising is not possible!

A bit expensive in terms of price. The burgers taste best. But I think the menus are a bit expensive 😥 but you'll get enough of them.

I tried the fried chicken “bottles” and fiery wings. The batter was crisp, the pieces were fresh, but both cuts of chicken were severely under seasoned and almost flavorless. That was especially disappointing with the wings, because they are supposed to be spicy. To sum up it was fine - the prices were correct, service was adequate, but the chicken was, in my opinion, completely lacking seasoning. Not sure id I’d come back.

What to eat: All 3 hamburgers, the bread was cold, the meat didn't look good, it was dry and cold, the meat was definitely not fresh. 1 of 3 fries was fresh, the other two were cold and dry. Service: I brought the tablet with the complete menu to the employee (drink, fries, hamburgers), he brought us new hamburgers but not our drinks and fresh fries. When we asked, we were told that everything had been thrown away and that we wouldn't be getting a new one. In a very bold way. Ambience: The temperature outside that day was 4 degrees, and it felt warmer outside than in the store. We had thick jackets on the whole time, the children were shaking constantly and couldn't eat anything properly.

I loved the crispy wrap, i think the price is fair for the amount of food you get, also there’s mayo and ketchup included with the order. Just need to do some repairs for the toilets, but happy they have them

I give 1 star just for fries. The chicken definitely doesn't taste good - cold and very fatty. It's a shame ☹️ - I'm not surprised if there are so few people there on the weekend.

Tried the Crispy Chicken Wrap, it was cold and dry and the quantity of chicken was very less, although they have increased their prices but that is unjustified. Not recommended. Waste of money.

A good friend had a meal from this establishment today. After pleasant service and a happy journey home, everything was fine at first, but a few hours later and the mood is in the dumps. He's been blocking the toilet for two hours now with vomiting diarrhea, the level of pain of which can only be guessed at by the horrific screams coming from the room. Otherwise he had a great 17th.

They don't understand what you want in this restaurant, you have to take whatever they put in front of you. They don't admit they made mistakes, they don't change them

I don't understand how the store has 4.4 stars. The food is a disaster. The bread is old, the pattys are industrial junk and the prices are overpriced.

Grill is very tasty there but Hänschen doesn't taste that tasty but crispy is good

Very strange restaurant. I loved the look of it when I walked in with the diner style atmosphere. The food quality was really bad. Me and my friend both had hamburgers and the meat was horrible. The restaurant setup was great but the food was horrible.

If you're craving a great spot for BBQ grilled chicken and lamb, this place is a must-try. I enjoy coming here and indulging in their platter. The seating area is comfortable, and the neighborhood also offers a wide variety of options – a perfect combination.

Stay away from this store. The food really wasn't good, and the friendly staff didn't help either. Completely overpriced. There are much better alternatives on both sides of Turmstrasse. Don't let your stomach growling with hunger persuade you to step foot over the threshold ;)

A great shop! I order there very often when I work in the office and the food is always really good and fresh! Super friendly employees, suppliers and on-site employees. Great toys in the kids menus. This is my favorite when it comes to ordering. Many thanks to the McDarwish's team!

We were in Berlin for a day trip. After a visit to the zoo, one of the things that was important to us was an easy connection to the main station. We were able to spread out with the children because the space is large and clean. We each had Kids Menu, Hot Crispy and Chicken Wrap. Chicken wrap recommended by the cashier, I didn't have high expectations at first. I was pleasantly surprised, had grill flavor, ingredients not run of the mill and very filling due to its size! Cooperation friendly and courteous. If I'm up to speed again, I'll be back there without any major experiments.

Ordered via Lieferando and already paid for... after more than 2 hours of waiting, the order was canceled. You could have rejected it from the start if you didn't have time. I don't order because I'm bored, I order because I'm hungry. I can freak out about something like that.

Very cool shop with American design, unfortunately the preparation took a little long but it was fresh and the taste made up for it. The prices are okay and the selection is great and varied.

It's a huge fast-food restaurant with American-style diner decor. In this genre, they offer a rather tasty and reasonably priced choice even if the prices in Berlin are less and less so.

I've tried almost every restaurant that offers grill in Berlin so far, and here it tastes by far the juiciest. The charcoal flavor is very easy to taste, something only real grillers can understand. Will only come here in the future. As far as burgers go, the Magnus with double patty and the hot crispy (crispychicken) are my absolute favorites

So if you don't visit this store you are definitely making a mistake. It tastes sooooooo good there. Employees are very friendly. Price-performance is top.

I can't say anything about the service and ambience because I've ordered there several times. Strange name but great fast food, every delivery so far has tasted fresh and was well prepared, there was never anything to complain about, the fries always tasted as if the shop cleaned the deep fryer properly! For me this is one of the worst chicken shops I've ever visited, so unfriendly, so disrespectful. The employees can hardly speak a word of German and small children watch them. I have two daughters myself, what kind of employees are they... such dishonorable children, I didn't like the food at all, I feel so bad about the way they treat customers, so never again. I don't even want to walk on the street, I'd rather walk on the other side of the street. Oh my god terrible I regret so much I went in there!!!

Best shop. Every now and then you get a 2 for 1 deal on a savings menu with uber Eats and that's more enjoyable than 10 delicious beers for breakfast

McDarwichs is decorated like a classic diner and looks inviting when you walk down Turmstr. strolls along. When I visited, almost all tables were empty, which seems to be no exception. I like the atmosphere. There are mainly burgers and poultry dishes here. The selection is quite large, and children's menus have also been thought of. Priced a little above McDonalds. Since there wasn't much going on, I got the burger and fries fresh, but I had to wait a bit. Everything tasted okay, but not outstanding.

The chicken is tasty but dry. The fried wings and drumsticks are also tender and tasty, although some parts are less cooked beforehand. To be honest, you can't expect anything special from the fries but they aren't bad. Unfortunately the beef hamburgers were very dry. In itself, great ambience and design, friendly staff encountered, but very empty restaurant. All in all 7/10.

Why I had to pay 12Euro??? I think Burger king’s cheap burger(1Euro) is better the chicken patty was terrible it was not warm and disgusting I can not understand they did cook or didn’t cook this patty

Were there today to break the fast and thought it was a shame that there were no alternative drinks to the drinks from the Coca-Cola Company, which was boycotted by many. We were therefore offered either Capri Sun or water (ViO), which ultimately also belongs to the Coca-Cola Company. Only later did we realize that there was also Ayran. To be honest, they could have at least offered us that. 6 months of gen0cide in Gaza - that's actually enough time to restructure the product range. Especially with a Muslim background. Therefore, this was the first and last visit to Mc Darwich for us.

I paid 13€ for a 15cm long and 3cm wide sandwich, i waited 20 minutes and when it came it was cold. Worst food I’ve ever had

I haven't been here "per se" but adore the name. One of the finest dinner stations in town. Hats off to McDarwich! *Update: Why did they lose the station from the name. Shame.

Simply bad. Unhygienic. Not tasty. Never again.

The burgers are rather average. However, the order was on the table after just 2 minutes and I received great advice at the checkout. There is nice seating and a large selection of food. Currently every coffee costs €1 (regardless of whether it is large or small). I can highly recommend the restaurant. 👍 Update Feb 2024: The chicken pieces are super juicy and really tasty. Criticism is always accepted and implemented accordingly. I'm very happy with you.

Lots of choice of food and it's halal. I just think it would be good if they had thum (garlic sauce) too. Otherwise everything was great.

Must give 1 star, otherwise you cannot leave a review. I've been wondering for a long time why the store is always empty. As it turned out, the food was really poorly prepared. Freshly prepared meals were advertised. Because of the cleanliness of the place, I didn't dare try the meat, so I only ordered 2 milkshakes. One strawberry and one chocolate. There was neither strawberry nor chocolate in it. The shakes didn't even have any color, they were just white and that's exactly how they tasted. I know when there's too much to drink, you've forgotten one or two things, but the place was empty and 3 employees were standing at a shake machine...

Just had the MC texas. I was very pleasantly surprised! Meat super hot from the grill, the rest was fresh.

I ate there and this restaurant is unclean, unmotivated employees and disgusting food that is not tasty is served there🤮..also the only positive reviews from people you know are not trustworthy (don't be fooled)...and in the comments You can see that there are people who are threatened with deletion by Mc Darwich's own lawyer because of a negative review in order to cover up the negativity of the store even more....I just wanted to say...who is still eating there it's your own fault🙂

The advertising that is done for the store alone is not even worth 1 star. Why should I go there then? What a crush to call some little boy who gets €20 for it. I think the food tastes just as bad as the advertising. The advertising is aimed at a target group that doesn't even go to work, so how are they supposed to afford to go out to eat? No wonder why the store is always empty.

One of the best grilled chicken and fries (halbhähnchen mit pommes) . It was very cleanly cooked and had no greasy film. Totally recommended.

Filets ging. Fire Wings an manchen Stellen fast roh aber essbar, aber kaum scharf? Was garnicht ging waren die Nuggets! Steinhart das "Fleisch" nicht essbar. Edit: Diese Filiale hat wohl einen Anwalt eingeschaltet um meine ehrliche Rezension löschen zu lassen. Den letzten Satz in meiner Rezension wo ich geschrieben hatte das ich lieber weiterhin bei einem Konkurrenten Kunde bleiben werde, werde ich selbst löschen. Alles andere in meiner Bewertung bleibt und entspricht der Wahrheit. Ich werde diese Filiale vermeiden und habe meine Meinung über die Filiale, erst recht nach dieser Aktion meine ehrliche Rezension löschen zu wollen.

It is a large place with different seating options. The service is good and they are good! The food is really delicious and the chicken and meat are tinder, and they are really generous with their portions. It is also halal

Essen ist im Preis/Leistung Verhältnis in Ordnung, auch der Konzept des Ladens ist interessant. Was mich aber jedes Mal irritiert ist das der Laden zu jeder Zeit zu 90% leer ist.

So wie es da steht würde ich eine 10/10 geben. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, und für den Preis hat es sich definitiv gelohnt. Der Laden ist sehr hygienisch. Anfangs mag der Laden einen merkwürdig erscheinen, weil es relativ leer ist. Dennoch würde ich immer wieder herkommen !!!

The food was mildly below average, the chicken didn't have enough flavoring and was too greasy and the fries were soggy. The best part of the meal was the Coke and that's saying something. There's plenty of amazing food options on Turmstraße and this has to be the worst of the lot. (Saw that the restaurant threatens defamation, I have a copy of the receipt saved with me)

Leute das ist ein super Restaurant ! Das Essen war mega lecker ,wir haben 2x die Nummer 17 genommen. Das ist ein Grill-Mix Teller mit verschiedene Dips ,man kann zwischen Reis und Pommes zum Menü entscheiden was man gerne möchte. Meinen Kindern hat es auch sehr gut geschmeckt zu dem sieht der Laden auch von innen wie von außen mega schön aus.😍 Erinnert mich an meine Heimat Libanon 🇱🇧 Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant weiter 10/10 Leute 👍👍👍

Habe dort 2x bestellt. Beim ersten Mal sind die Getränke in der Tüte ausgelaufen. Das ganze Essen hat geklebt. Den Burger fand ich auch nicht gut. Hat geschmacklich irgendwas an sich gehabt was nicht so lecker war. Beim 2x hab ich hähnchenmenü genommen. Huhn war diesmal eigentlich ok aber Pommes sollten eigentlich bei 2 Personen auch für 2 Personen geliefert werden und nicht nur eine kinderportion. Naja hab den Laden mehrere Chancen gegeben aber das war es für mich ich esse dort nicht mehr. 3* weil Hühnchen wirklich ok war sonst nur schlechtes erlebt.

Ambiente gut, Freundlichkeit Bedienung dramatisch schlecht. Hatten heute 2 shakes, Shakes waren eher 4- Geschmacklich geht besser

Ich wohne ja Bremer Straße Das erste Mal...war so Schmackhaft, so das ich die Woche Einmal hingehen tue. Muss wirklich sagen, das Fleisch wird erst dann Gegrillt nachdem die Bestellung aufgegeben wurde ...die Pommes hab ich schon seid mein Kindheit nicht so genossen wie bei den. Weiter so ...ihr seid gut

Kitchen is open so you see their work ethics, no gloves, all in hands, all sweaty, from salad cutting to cleaning and back to salad. No wash in between or anything. Food was VERY different than what promised. Refunds are not posdible, had 3 'reruns' to make salad better, see images of menu and the salad I got after trying to cancel, couldnt and asked them to add stuff 3 times (originally no corn, no olives, 1 less tomato, 2 less moz.) Was also threatned for taking a picture of tge salad...wtf

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal im Darwich Laden essen ich gehe oft dran vorbei nur hat es mich früher immer gewundert warum es so leer war jedenfalls war mein Verlobter und ich gestern da essen und ich war schockiert wie lecker das Essen geschmeckt hat beim Essen kam mir der Gedanke so eine schönes Restaurant dennoch oft Leerstellen braucht vielleicht nur Werbung damit die Leute mal rein schnuppern können. Das Essen war wie gesagt eine 10/10 nur der Salat kam mir nicht frisch rüber dennoch hat er geschmeckt warum 4-5 Sternen die Toiletten Tür hatte keinen schloss als Frau fühlt man sich unwohl natürlich wenn die Tür nicht zu geht ansonsten wirklich sehr lecker werde öfters jetzt dahin gehen:)

One of the best places to have chicken at the cheapest rates with the greatest taste. Friendly staff and great ambience. Would recommend everyone to go there once in a while or a daily basis.

Went there for a dinner with friends over weekend. They’ve good ambience and very spacious sitting for large groups and families. Staff is not very friendly and helping but not that bad either. Hygiene was OK. We tried several dishes. The taste of chicken was good but the serving style wasn’t practical. They served some dishes on flat small wooden boards and rice were flooding out of the dish. Also, not everything was fresh enough to enjoy. Overall it was good experience but maybe not worth the price compared to competitors offering similar dishes.

Sometimes the food is five stars and other times it is a little less, but in general it is better than most fast food restaurants in Berlin
