Very tasty food and the coffee is also extremely good. The best coffee we have ever drunk. The owner is very warm, as are the employees.

Discovered on the walk, sat in briefly and ate a delicious pinsa. More suitable for pick-up, but sitting there is also possible to a limited extent.

Super tasty, would love to come back.

There is very good pinsa here, with plenty of toppings and delicious, crispy dough. The service was very friendly.

The pinsa tastes great, especially the dough is wonderfully crispy and goes well with the sauce. We ate on site, it could have been a little quicker but it was still okay, there was only one employee in the shop. What didn't work at all was the toilet. If you offer seats, then a customer toilet would also be good, here you have to go through the storage room to the outdated and untidy staff toilet. If the space doesn't allow it, at least make sure it's clean and tidy.

Food good but service absolutely outrageous. The prices are incorrectly displayed and not transparent for customers. When asked, the waitress was unreasonable and dismissive. The food is clearly not worth the price and the wait. No recommendation! Correction: The manager called back, understood our request and promised us a free Pinsa.

All prices on the signs do not match those on the invoice!!! I paid €4 more than the price tag said. After I raised this, I was unsympathetically explained that I had no legal basis to get the money back. This store rips off its customers!!! Clearly NOT a recommendation, me and my friends will never go there again. Even the prices on the signs are not cheap. And those on the bill are simply cheeky. Way too expensive and bad service. Correction: The manager contacted me and apologized for his employees' mistake. I can call him and get a free Pinsa. This is the service I imagine!!!

I used to enjoy being a customer, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience. We were there in a larger group to get something to eat. Unfortunately, when we looked at the bill at home, we noticed that the individual ingredients were priced at a higher price than shown in the store. When asked, the staff was very unreasonable and unfriendly. The first answer was: “There is no legal basis for that, we would be the first to notice it.” I think that is not the situation that you would expect as a customer who often orders there. I am very disappointed and no one in the group will order there again. Taking advantage of asymmetrical information between seller and customer and not even showing understanding for questions actually means 0 stars for me. I have to add something to my ad. The managing director contacted us and showed understanding. Therefore, I am adjusting my rating to positive again.

Wenn man kein Restaurant, sondern einen Imbiss erwartet eine erstaunliche Qualität :)

Supa Mitarbeiter und supa Essen! 15€ Trinkgeld gegeben

Ich muss meine Rezension leider drastisch korrigieren. Früher war ich begeistert von dem Laden. Mittlerweile fühle ich mich als regelmäßiger Kunde einfach nur um mein Geld betrogen. Bestellen ist nahezu unmöglich, weil bei jeder Bestellung Zutaten fehlen. Völlig egal wer die Pizza zubereitet. Da man pro Zutat bezahlt, bin ich mittlerweile davon überzeugt, dass dieses Vorgehen auch System hat. Man muss die Angestellten regelrecht kontrollieren. Das ist wirklich ärgerlich, zumal die Gerichte hier auch insgesamt sehr teuer sind. War nach langer Zeit jetzt mein letzter Besuch hier. Obs schmeckt oder nicht ist mir da auch egal. So macht man keine Geschäfte.

I had a delicious fluffy glutenfree Pinsa (see picture) and due to the fact that they are well informed (separate oven and separate wooden plate) I had no symptoms although I am highly sensitive.

Pizza mal anders als üblich, aber ausgesprochen lecker! Eher ein Imbiss als ein Restaurant, recht einfach von der Einrichtung, kleine Tische vor dem Lokal. Bei unserem Besuch waren zwei sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen mit der Zubereitung der Pizza beschäftigt. Die Zutaten können direkt am Tresen ausgewählt werden. Uns hat das Einfache des Lokals gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Sowohl die glutenfrei Pizza,als auch die normale sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Personal ist nett und freundlich. Kommen gern wieder.

Leckere verschiedene Pizzaböden, die du nach Herzenslust nach deinen Wünschen belegen kannst. 😋

Die glutenfreie Pinsa war sehr lecker und ich scheine diese auch mit Zöliakie vertragen zu haben. Die restlichen Teige sollen auch gut gewesen sein. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass das 10 Minuten entfernte Ricklingen nicht im Lieferradius enthalten ist.

Super freundlich, lecker. Preis Leistung passt. Alles frisch zubereitet.

War lecker aber hat leider viel zu lange gedauert.

3 Fehler in einer Bestellung. Eine Zutat wurde ganz vergessen. Wenn alles extra kostet, kann man schon erwarten, dass es auch korrekt belegt wird. Schade

Super leckere "Pizza" zum selbst zusammenstellen! Es gibt auch vegane und glutenfreie Varianten :-)

Meiner Meinung nach die leckerste Pizza in Hannover. Insbesondere, da ich kein helles Weizenmehl essen kann, ist die Pizza aus Buchweizen eine super leckere Alternative. Wir bestellen hier seit ca. 2 Jahren immer wieder gerne. Ps. Wir hatten bei unserer letzten Bestellung eine Zutat versehentlich nicht mitgeliefert bekommen. Das war 2 Monate her und bei der heutigen Bestellung wurde uns aus Kulanz eine Pizza plus Dessert spendiert. Diese Wertschätzung gegenüber Kunden hat mich sehr beeindruckt.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal bei Maxsimo und sind von der freundlichen, aufgeschlossenen Art des Besitzers begeistert. Auch das Essen war top. Wir kommen wieder.

Super Konzept und tolle Alternative zur gewöhnlichen Pizza mit großer Auswahl an Zutaten und sogar Böden, sehr zu empfehlen :)

Sehr nettes Personal (mir wurde bei Abholung meiner Bestellung ein Espresso angeboten). Essen ist super lecker und die Preise sind fair. Wir kommen wieder! :)

Vor Ort gibt's eine super leckere Auswahl und neue Hilfe beim belegen der Pizza. Es schmeckt immer super lecker.
