Very respectful staff, excellent service and very good food upon request.

We received frozen schnitzel, and on the burger with bacon, the bacon was just slapped on raw from the package. You used to be able to eat quite well here, but now you can forget about it. We won't be eating here again.

The service was absolutely terrible; you have to wait 30 minutes just to pay. It's crazy!

We met up with friends for schnitzel, as we've done many times before. Unfortunately, this time it was frozen schnitzel. You could tell immediately from the shape, as we all had the same thickness and shape, and it didn't taste like fresh meat at all. The breading was also very thin, as is often the case, and the meat was very thick. When we complained about the meat, they simply said it was still 250g, just two slices instead of one large one. The waiter even said we were stupid. €20 for a ready-made schnitzel and some fries is already excessive; it was perfectly reasonable before, but this is unacceptable. I won't be coming back.

Mauritius is incredible. Every time I'm there, I can switch off, enjoy the moment, and just be. The ambiance, the atmosphere, the waiters, and the other guests... I feel like I'm on a mini-vacation. The food and cocktails are impeccable and absolutely delicious! My wife loves it, and my children are always excited when we come (they always get something to draw with, too). The food is usually served quickly and tastes amazing!

The food is excellent. I can definitely recommend the Swabian schnitzel and the pizzas. The service and all the staff are so friendly. From the welcome at the entrance to being shown to your table, you're always greeted warmly. The food arrives quickly, and the drinks are also delicious. Requests are taken into consideration, and you're given a very polite send-off. I can give it five stars for the top-notch service and the delicious food... A 10 out of 10 in terms of both taste and presentation. The prices are also reasonable for the wonderful time spent at the restaurant.

After the official graduation ceremony at DHBW, we went to Mauritius with the family for dinner, and they had some delicious cocktails. The young team is very friendly, and the service was excellent. They even gave us a small complimentary gift for the special occasion, which was really lovely. The evening was truly special, and Mauritius was the perfect place to end it. The food was also top-notch, as always; I especially love the salad dressing.

I had dinner with you last night and brought two €15 vouchers. When I paid, the waiter informed me that both vouchers had expired three years ago. Unfortunately, I have no understanding for this and find it quite rude. Firstly, the vouchers don't show an issue date or how long they're valid for. I believe that €15 per voucher was worth exactly the same three years ago as it is today. If the voucher were for a drink or a meal, I could understand. But €15 is and always will be €15. So, in my opinion, this isn't advertising. And I'm still waiting for a reply to my email, which is why I'm contacting you this way.

I had a Green Soul Bowl with chicken. The bowl was nicely presented, but not as good as the other eight or so bowls I've had elsewhere. The chicken, which cost an extra €4, was disappointingly small—a maximum of 50 grams. The Aloha Peach Iced Tea was very good, partly because it wasn't overly sweet. The music was too loud, and the staff could barely hear me. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the restaurant, coming from the smoking section.

We were at Mauritius in Schwenningen yesterday. It was busy, and things didn't go smoothly with the orders. Which, of course, can happen. My friend, for example, had to order her first drink three times before she finally got it. However, the staff pretty much took it out on us guests. We ordered a second cocktail, which was pretty much shoved in our faces. And the staff's tone wasn't particularly courteous either. Which is also a reason for us not to tip. The waitress then took it upon herself. This was very noticeable in her manner and demeanor, and it was clear to us that she hadn't miscalculated, but rather had the nerve. The food was good, but for the price of €17.90, there was quite a bit of salad on the plate. Since it was remodeled and everything has become a bit more uniform, it's a very nice atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the restrooms leaves something to be desired. We always enjoyed coming here, but after yesterday's unfriendly behavior, we're considering a different location next time.

After a movie, enjoy a nice meal. Service was friendly. Special requests were accommodated. My daughter asked for more fruit and received it.

I waited over 20 minutes for two beers, one of the dishes was sour, and after waiting half an hour for the second beer, they simply refused. A nervous waiter came out and treated us like we were his subordinates. With 30 degrees outside in the smoking room, the air conditioning didn't work, and I sweated the whole time until I got up.

The meal for my wife (pizza Parma) and me (schnitzel) was good. Unfortunately, my son's hot stone steak was a disappointment. The rum steak was already cooked through, and the staff responded unprofessionally to our complaint. One employee claimed the meat was "bloody," and another refused a refund due to the high cost. However, as small compensation, we received dessert.

The menu says a children's portion of spaetzle with sauce for 5.50. They charged 5.40 once and an additional 3.10 for the sauce. I think it's cheeky when the menu says 5.50 euros with sauce and then they charge more. You then bring it up and the answer is, "I'll sort it out," but in the end it's still on the menu. It's outrageous. I even did the math on my phone calculator just for fun. Everything we ate and drank came to 28.50 euros. Where did the three euros more come from? You're getting ripped off.

I was celebrating my birthday at Mauritius with some friends, and the waiters treated me to a birthday cocktail with birthday music and all the trimmings. As you'd expect, and as you'd hear from other birthdays, the cocktail is free. A different waitress came to pay than the one who ordered. I had to pay for the cocktail with her "because the table had to generate a certain amount of sales to get the free birthday cocktail." Everyone at my table had a cocktail and food (how much sales are you supposed to generate?). I think it's a shame that it's like this. Otherwise, the food was good, and all the other waiters were friendly.

A real rip-off, really annoying, we were there yesterday on June 27th with four people and as soon as we walked in we were shown to our tables by listless staff. After we knew what we wanted to order, we waited and waited for ages, probably for 30 minutes... all the employees kept walking past and completely ignored us because they probably didn't feel like it. FYI (it was hardly busy). It's a shame for the place that they still pay such listless staff. It would have been worth 50 euros each for us because we wanted to eat properly and buy ourselves cocktails. Anyway, we drove 50km there for nothing, that was definitely the first and last time, we got up after 30 minutes and just bought pizzas from your kebab shop next door because we didn't want to wait any longer. I will never recommend you to anyone.

We were there on June 23rd and wanted something to eat. We were moved around at first, for whatever reason, as it was very quiet. The menu is well-stocked, meaning there's plenty of choice. The cocktail menu also looks good and offers variety. We studied the menu for a bit and waited for service. And waited. Oh, and waited. After several waiters walked past us and paid us no further attention, we left after about 20 minutes. What a shame.

Thank you! I left an unjustifiably small tip. But I hope I can still visit this restaurant.

Well, the quality and service always fluctuate. In my opinion, it's more show than substance. Hip, but nothing else. The food looks good, but the taste isn't unique or worth recommending. Cocktails are simply too expensive for the taste and quantity. Regardless of whether they're alcoholic or not. In the evenings, the music is often too loud to have a conversation.

Since the redesign, it looks much more modern and fresh! The food tastes very good (large portions), and the prices are okay, but like everywhere else, everything has gotten more expensive. So, I have no complaints. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I think the furnishings are really modern but the location is a bit uncomfortable. If you sit right at the entrance it is very cold. Personally, I used to think the food was better, but now it has a boring taste. The grilled meat, which is available with sweet potato fries, is unfortunately very dry. We enjoyed the cocktails

The service was very friendly and we asked often enough if we needed anything else. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails. The only thing that was a shame was that you can't change the juices in the cocktails. But that's just the way it is. And the light in the evening was very dim/dark, we needed the flashlight from our cell phone to be able to read the map. Otherwise everything was great! Except for the sauce for the schnitzel, it didn't taste like anything. The dip with the fries was tasty, but unfortunately not enough. You would have needed that with the schnitzel rather than this meaningless sauce. The salad dressing was great though!

I'm just mad. The four of us wanted to celebrate my colleague's birthday here. We waited 50 minutes and then the first meal came. My colleague had meanwhile finished eating when my other two colleagues finally got their pizza. My food is still not there and everyone is empty. And all this even though we asked the waitresses about it several times! In general it is too loud here and you can hardly have a conversation. For my part, I won't set foot in this store again.

Mauritius is located directly below the cinema. The food is a bit expensive, so my expectations are higher. The schnitzel was really good, really crispy, thin and flavorful. I thought the spaetzle was super bad. These were available as a side dish. The frame sauce tastes like the ready-made sauce from Maggi. This means that the Spätzle is 2/5 and the schnitzel is 4/5. The pizza had a super tasty dough. It was very crispy and fluffy. Unfortunately, neither the tomato sauce nor the cheese was really tasty. The cheese tasted like nothing. The tomatoes were fresh in taste but the sauce was lightly seasoned. Then there were a few herbs on top, which didn't really save the whole thing. The pizza needs to be more seasoned and the spaetzle doesn't taste homemade. The price is not justified. The drinks are good. I liked them, even if they gave me the feeling that it was just syrup with mineral water (currant lemonade). Unfortunately only 3 stars from me.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. Every cocktail was unconvincing in terms of taste, and the crushed ice was missing every time. The salad I had was solid, but I would have expected more. The location itself is beautifully designed, but the restaurant is in a lobby where it is very drafty and smells of smoke. The food is okay so far, but not at the prices. On top of that, there are very long waiting times for the food we ordered (in our case 1 hour) and unfriendly employees who, after repeatedly asking when the last meal is coming, only say that the food we ordered was never ordered. Atmosphere pleasant, but a bit too dark for my taste. Drinking varied and we clearly had to wait too long for a drink!! The highly flammable decoration didn't hold up to my ADHD attacks. It was our first time eating here and unfortunately we weren't convinced. We arrived around 4:00 p.m. and the restaurant was completely empty. We were given a place on the wall. The space was far too small for 1 couple who ordered 2x bowls & 2x salads. The staff was extremely friendly and there was nothing to complain about. Food was great but a bit too expensive.

The service was first class, the food was excellent, and the boss, Ahmed, is incredibly accommodating and warm. It is a pleasure doing business with such professional and friendly people. Personally, I will come back with my family at any time – just great! Absolutely recommended!

Great food, nice service, moderate prices. Overall successful stay with recommendation. However, you should definitely make a reservation, otherwise there may be no space. A little tip on the side for your colleague at reception. We were 10 minutes late due to snow chaos and were greeted by the fact that the table might have already been given away. Even coming from the catering industry, such a greeting is a bit exaggerated because of a 10 minute delay. You could see that there was chaos on the streets if you looked out the window.

The food was very good and was delivered to the table within a short time. What I didn't like was that almost all of the drinking glasses were completely milky with a layer of lime. In addition, the sanitary facilities should be urgently renovated and repaired. It was worse than any fast food restaurant. There were ancient taps and there was a roll of paper from the machine on the sink, which was probably broken. The role was of course very wet due to the many guests. The service was very friendly and we were ready within 45 minutes between ordering and eating.

The food was good, however there were two sizes of schnitzel. I decided on the larger version but got the last piece which had a little more grams than the small one. When I pointed out an apology came and that I would get a discount. In the end I paid full price and left unsatisfied! 👎🏼
