We celebrated our birthday here and were absolutely satisfied. The food was super tasty and the service tried very hard. We are completely satisfied!

I thought about giving 2 stars, but I didn't know what for. If I wanted to come again I would try the pizza because I only had a dessert and a drink But there is no reason for me to visit this restaurant again. I have never been treated as badly as I was there. In my opinion the service was very unfriendly. She didn't even ask if everything was okay and even when we wanted to pay we waited forever. Some of the invoices were incorrect, which delayed things even further. My apple spritzer was just diluted apple juice and my panna cotta had moldy raspberries.

Never again !!!!! The waiter was very friendly, the boss should definitely be removed before the shop closes. After the rigatoni al forno pasta was overcooked and I told her that, she was really unfriendly. She asked why I didn't eat the noodles and I told the truth. As she ran back to her employees she complained about her guests (us) in Italian - she didn't know that I spoke Italian myself. I would give this store a second chance if it weren't for the boss

The boss was very committed and accommodating. It opened especially on the day of rest for a family celebration. The service and the antipasti buffet were excellent. Thanks.

You can easily sit on the outside, you need a lot of patience, they are not the fastest. We had a turkey breast salad. Soaking wet salad with balsamic vinegar, half a tomato with stalk, carrots from the jar, a whole piece of cucumber and the turkey is black on the outside and raw on the inside. EC option only from 35€! Too bad!

At first glance I thought oops looked expensive. No, completely normal prices and very nice service. The Pizza Tono looked visually stunning. I also have no idea what they did with the dough. Delicious, really delicious. Nice and crispy on the outside and unfortunately the more you eat it the middle gets. Isn't it through and mushy? I like to cut myself 12ths and then eat them individually in my hand. It does not work!

Yesterday the two of us were in this restaurant for the first time with the Schlemmerblock. We were surprised at first because there weren't many guests there. Looking back, it's inexplicable to me that there was relatively little going on at that time because we were extremely happy Great ambience, beautiful background music, incredibly attentive service, Nice boss, linguine with seafood was great, the pizza was really good too. Above all, the very good quality of the surface. Price performance is 100 percent right here. Good thing we found our way there. We will definitely go there again.

The two of us were there today. Everything went well so far. Nice service and delicious food. The procedure with the Schlemmerblock was no problem. Ordering was quick and the food came quite quickly too. Gladly again.

The first positive thing is the portions are good. You'll get full, the atmosphere is nice. The dessert was delicious, but probably not homemade. Unfortunately, at this point there is also a good thing. I had pasta carbonara. These were very salty. Only after mixing vigorously and with plenty of Parmesan can it be enjoyed. We specifically asked the boss that we wanted a beef steak for a child in a child's plate size with side dishes without arugula. Which she also confirmed to us could be done. What we got was a beef steak cut into strips without a side dish with arugula. Only €5 was deducted for a total of €19. Which was absolutely overpriced for a children's meal, especially since there were no side dishes. In general, communication with the boss was very difficult because she never really understood what we wanted. The cook then brought rolls. But these were withdrawn again because, from the boss's point of view, there were too many rolls in the basket, so each of us only had a small mini roll as a side dish. The meal also took a relatively long time. At the time there were only three tables occupied by us. We had two pasta dishes and as I said, beef steak cut into strips. Almost half an hour of waiting. Price-performance wasn't right. If we go on holiday near here again, we will definitely avoid this restaurant.

The location is nice, but unfortunately under the wrong management. When I entered the almost empty restaurant, I could already hear an argument at the next table with the boss about the excessive bill. Still, I didn't want to jump to conclusions and decided to stay. After waiting about 2 hours, I politely asked about our food, only to be rudely told that if we didn't like it, we should leave. I find this behavior unacceptable and think that one should not support such businesses, regardless of the quality of the food (which I cannot judge since I left).

We waited over an hour for our food when I asked when the food would finally come (apparently we weren't the only ones who waited that long or had any other complications) the answer was if it was taking too long for you then go ahead McDonald's or something. So I gave up and despite waiting for over an hour I didn't get anything to eat, never again!!! You are the biggest joke and I have absolutely no interest in your problems... I also have a job and no one cares about my problems either. Grow up!

Since some people in the catering industry don't yet know or how to spell the word service and customer friendliness, I like to refer to it here as "service" and "customer friendliness". The fact that you have to wait longer when things are busy is something that I completely understand and respect. But when you ask how long it will take, you get an answer that if you don't have time, you should be a customer at a local restaurant and not here, that clearly speaks volumes. I have never seen or experienced such unfriendly and incompetent service staff before. Here you can say it is unique in its way and special, the rest let alone the food I can't recommend it. If you're in a good mood, I can only recommend going here. It will definitely be spoiled for you here.

So my dears, where should I start? I think it's all been said by others who have had bad experiences, it was literally very bad. Norma's salad tastes much better!!! A man waits forever for his food. Schlemmerblock better not mention the owner, we're so aggressive. How negative reviews have already been written are really true!!!!!!!!!!

The order never arrived and no one answered the phone. If you can't offer a delivery service, then you should leave it alone. I won't order again.

The two of us went there for dinner. The restaurant is really nice and has a cozy atmosphere. We each had a rocket salad and also pasta with scampi and a rump steak with herb butter. Everything was very tasty and the portions were more than sufficient. The steak was a little too red at first, but was then fried again without any problems. All in all very satisfactory.

We ate there on Saturday evening and ordered 1 Hawaiian and a Parma arugula pizza. The waitress insisted that we tell her the numbers. That was the 41 for the Hawaiian and the 49 for the Parma arugula pizza. After a long wait, my husband got his pizza and the boss brought me a Quattro Formaggio pizza. I told her I ordered the 49 and not a 4 cheese pizza. I mentioned the number 49 several times and it was never questioned. Then she left, came back shortly afterwards and wanted to put it back in front of me. I said I didn't want this pizza and that I didn't order it. She then got really nasty and asked if I would like parmesan and rocket, to which I happily replied in the affirmative. After 2 minutes I got the correct pizza, but only lukewarm. When I cut it, all the cheese came out. She simply threw arugula and Parma ham on the cheese pizza and cheekily served it to me. But the biggest shame was the bill. The charge was a Quattro Formaggio + 3 euros for Parma ham + 1 euro for ruccola + 1 euro for cheese + 1 euro for garlic. I have never met such an impudent and cheeky landlady. The waitress said that the boss was just shouting and that she was throwing in the towel because she couldn't stand it psychologically. Certainly no one will go in there a second time. Terrible!

Quite nice interior, food was good. There were four of us and one ordered chili oil to refine it. €1 was listed per invoice for the chilli oil. I didn't think it was appropriate.

It's a shame, you're being ripped off for the third time. The order is confirmed via Foodalley and after 2 hours without food we find out on the phone that apparently no order ever arrived and that no one was ever prepared. It's a real shame because we don't have any alternatives left to choose from at this time of day.

Very elegant, clean and romantic Restaurant, the owner is very friendly, the service was very nice, she constantly took care of our orders and wishes. The menu was delicious 😋 tasty, very good quality. We'll be back 👍. There are many Italian restaurants in the Villingen Schwenningen district, but if you are looking for Italian cuisine and romantic flair then I recommend you Elite's.

I actually wavered between 3 and 4 stars. The ambience is great, but there are deficiencies in hygiene. The boss was super nice and the food was delicious and the portion was great for the price. Minced meat was well present in the Bolognese and not just hinted at. There were hygiene problems with the cutlery, and not just with my knife. But since the rest was correct and it was possibly a dishwasher error, I decided on 4 stars. See also photos.

At the entrance there were spider webs hanging from the pictures. After 3.5 hours of waiting, the pizza finally arrived. But the taste was anything but good. The tomato was way too sour, the cheese smelled strange and was very solid. Many of the guests didn't even get their food, even after a long wait (6-10:30 p.m.). I also tried to speak to the waitress three times but there was no response. Unfortunately, very, very disappointing from us.

We went there with family with Schlemmerblock and had very bad experiences. The management knows nothing about the conditions of the gourmet block. The smell of chlorine dominates the restaurant. Ambiance of a canteen. Food average.

Wir waren spontan nach einem Eishockeyspiel unserer Kids da. Wir wurden auch außerhalb der eigentlichen Öffnungszeiten sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Essen war sehr gut und preislich top. Vielen Dank!

Kleiner Punkt Abzug für den Hugo, den fand ich nicht so toll ansonsten tolle Pizza Rucola Gorgonzola! Nettes Personal. Stimmiges Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Service-Personal ist teilweise ein wenig verpeilt aber sehr freundlich. Sie machen im großen und ganzen einen guten Job. Wir kommen definitiv wieder vorbei :)

Schöne Pizzeria mit Aussensitzplätze. Die Bewirtung ist sehr freundlich. Picatta super lecker. Mein Rumpsteak war auch lecker, leider nur etwas zu durch für medium 😊 Bilder vergessen 😅

It is a true original Italian restaurant!! Great quality and great taste. The owner works hard to make sure everything is perfect. It takes some time for the food to be cooked to perfection (this is normal to get a high quality meal. so don't complain about waiting time because it is the only way to get a great meal prepared).

Essen von der menge her und dem Geschmack super, Bedienung freut. Service schlecht, Chefin unverschämt und unhöflich. Wir haben zwei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, nachdem wir sie darauf angesprochen haben ist sie richtig unverschämt geworden und hat uns sogar beleidigt. In den Restaurant was sehr schön ist waren mit uns vielleicht 25 Leute und dann 2stunden auf das Essen wsrten und einen viertel Stunde auf ein Getränk warten, sorry geht nicht. Also ich gehe da nie wieder hin. Mann könnte aus dem Restaurant mehr machen. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!

Wir waren mit diesem Lokal absolut zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr köstlich und sehr sehr frisch. Der kleine Salat vorab war nett angerichtet und sehr lecker. Wir haben auf das Essen auch nicht lange warten müssen. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich 😊 Der Schlemmerblock war absolut kein Problem wurde gerne angenommen. Parkplätze hat das Lokal einige, es liegt sehr schön Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr gut gekocht. Schön eingerichtetes Lokal. Die etwas laute Musik wurde auf Wunsch angenehmer eingestellt. Von außen ist nicht immer zu sehen ob geöffnet ist.

Gute italienische Küche in schönem Ambiente. Es war nicht viel los. Es hat gut geschmeckt und die Portionen waren sehr gut. Das Personal ist nett und man wird schnell bedient. War ein gemütlicher schöner Abend zum zweiten mal! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Location. Aber alles andere war ein kompletter Reinfall! Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert, nach 1 Stunde hat einer von uns einen Salat bekommen, der den Namen nicht verdient hat. Nach mehreren Anfragen haben wir nach 1,5 Stunden das Lokal hungrig verlassen. Und wir waren nicht die einzigen, die nach ewigem Warten gegangen sind. Die Preise sind zudem deutlich höher, als im Internet angegeben.

Essen: Das Essen war absolut in Ordung auch vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, zu Empfehlen. Service: Der war SO SCHLECHT dass man ihn kaum in Worte fassen kann! Keine Reihenfolge wurde eingehalten, man bekam nicht einmal die Möglichkeit etwas zu bestellen und wenn dann wartete man eine Ewigkeit (bis zu 1 Std) allein auf die Getränke. Hier sogar - Sterne Ambiente: Gemütliches kleineres Lokal aber was hier noch stark zu beanstanden ist waren die Toiletten, kein Handtuchpapier oder Seife und das Toilettenpapier war auch nicht wo es hin gehört... Drücke dem Team die Daumen die Kritik konstruktiv zu nutzen und besagte negativ Punkte für die Zukunft zu beheben.

Die Location ist sehr schön und edel aber leider ist der Service schlecht und das Essen schmeckt nicht. Sehr schade. Und die Preise sind für die kleinen Portionen viel zu teuer.

Pizza und Tagliatelle mit Lachs in Tomatensahnesoße waren hervorragend, besser als sonst mir in anderen bekannten Restaurants. Super Küche, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren das erste Mal hier. Wurden begrüßt mit den Worten: setzen Sie sich ich komme gleich (ohne Grußformel) auf meine Frage ob es egal wäre wohin, musste die Dame drei Mal nachfragen, was ich gesagt hatte, da sie am anderen Ende des Lokals (hinter der Theke) stand und wie somit eine Unterhaltung durch das ganze Lokal zu führen versuchten. Nach Aufgabe der Bestellung Teile und die Servicekraft mit dass sie sehr viele außer Haus Bestellungen hätten und das Essen heute etwas länger dauern werde, aber max. 30 Minuten. Fand ich sehr angenehm dass sie uns dies mitteilte und sogar auch einhielt! Wir bestellten u.a. einen Salat den wir zusammen essen wollten. Pluspunkt: sehr aufmerksam, wir bekamen zwei Teller dazu. Armselig: 3 (!) kleine (!) Stückchen Ital. Brot, welches definitiv nicht frisch war. Auf der Karte gibt es Pasta mit Lachs mit einem Mandel Pistazien Pesto in Zitronensoße und Pasta mit Lachs in einer Tomatensoße. Als das Essen kam vermutete ich dass es sich um das Gericht mit der Tomatensoße handelte und fragte noch Mal nach. Man versicherte mir es sei das richtige. Ich habe leider keinen Vergleich, aber ich vermute ich habe das falsche Essen bekommen, es wurde aber nicht zugegeben. Geschmacklich übrigens sehr sehr fein! Auf der Karte werden Saftschorle mit 0,2 l angegeben. Wenn ich dann ein Saftschorle bestelle erwarte ich dass ich ein kleines bekomme, wenn dort kein großes ausgewiesen wird. Oder es muss gefragt werden! Aber einfach ein großes zu bringen, von welchem ich den Preis nicht kenne, da nicht auf der Karte geht einfach nicht! Als die Teller abgeräumt wurden wurde, wie üblich, gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat. Ohne unsere Antwort abzuwarten beantworte die Dame sich die Frage selbst mit den Worten: "was für eine Frage". Das nenne ich Mal überheblich. Gastraum schön eingerichtet, schönes Ambiente, aber sehr kalt. Und wenn dann das Personal noch zum Rauchen die Türe auflässt zieht nicht nur Zigarettenrauch sondern auch kalte Luft rein. Ach ja und was auch störend wirkt: irgendein "Gedudel" neben der Musik. Ein Handy? Oder die Nachricht über eingehende Bestellungen? Nervig! Fazit: Essen gut, wenn einen das"drum herum" nicht so wichtig ist zu empfehlen.

Lob und Tadel....Pizza war richtig gut, Tagliatelle mit Pilzsosse war schlecht (Miniportion für stolze 15.90 Euro!) Teetasse leider nur halbvoll heißes Wasser und dann noch Lord Nelson vom Lidl. Auf der Herrentoilette leider keine Seife und der Handtuchspender war leer...wenigstens stand eine Rolle Zewa auf dem Spender. Insgesamt schade!

Anche il fuori Menù per questo Ristorante non e un problema. Ci è stata servita un Insalata di mare preparata deliziosamente. Ho ordinare una Frittura mista di Pesce preparata molto bene che purtroppo non c'è nel menù. I pezzettini di Pizzapane portati a tavola appena sfornati e stata proprio la ciliegina sulla torta. Tutto quanto accompagnato di un buon Vino rosso che ci è stato consigliato dalla proprietaria. Per finire ho ordinato dei desert deliziosi. Troverai anche una vasta scelta di Vini di ottima qualità. Consiglio da visitare, soprattutto per una cena romantica. Servizio: 9 ( molto gentile e professionale ) Menù: 8 ( prodotti fresci preparati con fantasia e amore) Lacation: 7 ( ottima atmosfera) Raporto qualità prezzo: 7 ( ottima qualità dei prodotti per un prezzo giusto)

Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Gorgonzola und Rucola. Es war wirklich sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir (6 Personen) hatten jeweils Tiramisu als Nachtisch, das hat etwas gedauert. Ich schätze, dass es frisch zubereitet wurde. Das warten hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Wir bekamen auf Anfrage Chiliöl zu unseren Pizzas. Das war nicht besonders scharf, aber lecker. Für mich hätte es schärfer sein können, wobei das sehr persönliche Präferenzen sind. Deshalb ist das nicht als Kritik zu sehen, eher als Hinweis an die die es sehr scharf mögen.

Service und Ambiente sind Top. Das Essen auch sehr lecker nur war meine Portion sehr klein, Tagliatelle als Beilage war sehr klein. Schade da das Restaurant echt schön ist. Trotzdem gebe ich 4 Sterne da es Geschmacklich sehr gut war.
