Incredibly friendly, fast, and accommodating. We've been here many times for that reason. However, after the renovation, the sound system was expanded, and now there's just way too much loud background music playing constantly. A friendly inquiry didn't help. A nice email also went unanswered. Apparently, it's no longer OUR "go-to place." What a shame.

Very stylish location, good food and fast service

We've visited several restaurants in Mauritius. The food is decent, although I personally think there's room for improvement in terms of value for money. The constant background music at lunchtime could be a bit more subdued. The service staff were very friendly and efficient – ​​an essential factor for a comfortable dining experience. All in all, I'd give it a solid "good" rating. We'd go back again.

We eat at this restaurant regularly and have always been satisfied. However, today we ordered the salad for takeout for the first time (for two people), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. According to the website, the salad costs €13.50, so €27 for two people. However, we paid €37. When we inquired, we were told that the price on the website only applied to the lunch menu—apparently, this was stated there. After we showed the employee the page, she herself realized that this was NOT stated. At home, we noticed even more: - The portion was significantly smaller than in the restaurant. - The usual olives and pepperoni, which are always included (even if they aren't listed on the menu), were completely missing. - Tomatoes were listed on the menu—one portion contained only a single small tomato, and it was cut into pieces. Overall, the salad looked worse than something you'd get at McDonald's! ...` ` `` `` `` `` `` `` `` `` ` The value for money was completely off this time, and we are *very disappointed* – especially since we usually enjoy visiting this restaurant. In the future, we will eat our salads elsewhere, as almost €40 is simply too much for two salads. They could have been more accommodating with the surcharge, as it wasn't clear to us as guests that the price applied exclusively to the lunch menu. Furthermore, we drove 14 km round trip.

Mauritius in Leonberg offers a great atmosphere with a cozy ambiance and friendly service. The bowls are especially recommended – fresh, colorful, and truly delicious! The portions are generous, and the ingredients seem high-quality. One downside: the children's playroom has been significantly reduced in size to make way for an interactive play area. The kids were disappointed.

Was there again today. I was looking forward to a delicious meal. Unfortunately, I have to say that it's getting worse and worse. I always eat the carrot bean grilled chicken, which has always been very tasty. But the last few times it hasn't been as good as it was a few years ago. This time, however, it was terrible. The chicken was only briefly put in the contact grill until part of it was burnt. The iced tea had more ice than tea. The waiter even spilled it. But no sign of anyone cleaning the table. The Mai Thai isn't what it used to be either. It used to come in a large glass, but now it's 1 euro more expensive and has "shrunken down" as a result. Unfortunately, it's not a restaurant I want to go to anymore.

When I visited Leonberg, I asked a friend where to have lunch. She recommended Mauri, and I'm grateful:) I went there and had Caribbean Grilled Chicken. It was really delicious

We previously appreciated the Mauritius in Leonberg for its large children's play area. Now the play area has been relocated to a smaller space, as pool tables are to be placed in the former smoking area. It's certainly lucrative, but the small play area is overcrowded with children and toys. A shame for us as a family. We'll have to find another restaurant.

One of our favorites here. The food is always delicious, portions are huuuge, the food is fresh. Drinks are amazing. Stuff is friendly and always kind. You can ask them they’ll help you with your order and questions about food and allergies.

My brother and I went to Mauritius after work because we were really hungry. We didn't really know what we wanted to eat, but the waiter, Pascal, was super friendly and recommended a steak – it was absolutely fantastic! I went back with my family that weekend, and everyone was thrilled. Besides Pascal, there was also a lady serving who was really nice. All in all: great food, very friendly service, we'd love to go again!

I've been here several times, and unfortunately, it keeps getting worse. There were three of us dining here. The first order went very well, and the food and drinks arrived quickly. After that, the staff were unfortunately rarely seen, making it difficult to reorder or pay. Eventually, someone finally came. I ordered a non-alcoholic wheat beer, which came in a bottle (not poured) and with a glass that was obviously not washed. Since it was difficult to find service staff, another 10-15 minutes passed before I had a clean glass on my table. :/ There wasn't much going on that evening, and I don't know where the staff were. A children's birthday party was going on at the same time; the kids were loud, running around the restaurant... Unfortunately, no one said anything. I don't know if I'll be back.

I was at Mauritius last night with my wife, and we were served by a very nice lady, her name was Alexia. She gave us a very warm welcome and was always very accommodating. The drinks and food were also excellent. I'd be happy to go back; great place, great service.

Overpriced food. They charge a lot for toppings like falafel or a piece of chicken. The staff makes you wait a very long time. I paid €60 with my 13-year-old daughter for two drinks, two meals, and one dessert. Nope. Not again.

The service was incredibly rude. The lady made me wait half an hour and then just threw the cards on the table without even saying hello. I haven't experienced such rudeness in a long time! A new employee then came over and was super friendly and helpful!

We were thrilled. We were a huge group with lots of loud children, and everything was served patiently, quickly, and with a friendly attitude.

We've been coming to Mauritius for years now and always feel very comfortable there. The staff and service are truly top-notch. Everyone is friendly and attentive, which makes our visit special every time. The food is simply delicious. Two small notes: We ordered salads this time. The bread was quite hard, and some of the pieces were unseasoned. When we reported this, it was replaced immediately and without any problems. We were surprised that the cocktails, such as the Mojito and Womanizer, turned out too watery. We were told this was due to the machine that prepares them. Also missing was a lime slice from the glass, the mint in the Mojito, and the Haribo 🍒 in the Womanizer. Nevertheless, Mauritius remains a favorite for us because the atmosphere and service are simply so pleasant.

We were there for dinner on a Thursday evening. Free choice of seating, quick menus and quick orders. Unfortunately, that was it. The plates were cleared away after we waved the waitress over because we wanted to order something else. After that, the waitresses never came back, despite the empty glasses being visible on the table. To pay we also had to get up and pay at the exit. Unfortunately, service here was a flop.

Great atmosphere, very relaxed, child-friendly. In my opinion, prices for drinks are a bit too high, e.g. Cappuccino (small cup) €3.90 much too expensive, after swallowing it three times it was already empty, 0.5 cola filled out of a 1 liter bottle €4.9 also too expensive 🥺

The restaurant is overall quite okay. The salad and rice were really tasty, but unfortunately the meat wasn't completely cooked through. That spoiled the enjoyment a bit. Nevertheless, you have to say, the atmosphere and the furnishings are really nice, super cozy and inviting. I would try it again, hope everything works out next time.

Cocktails are always good and the selection is great. The quality of the food is very poor for this price. It's not seasoned at all either. And we gave the food here several chances.

So my impression was unfortunately bad: we had reserved at the Mauritius in Leonberg because my husband wanted to surprise me. When we were there (on time) we felt like we got the last seat in the back area, next to the playground. Compared to other areas, this place was not decorated at all or not well decorated. The service didn't come for ages because we were sitting in a secluded area, wow. They were also extremely unfriendly. So we finally ordered after a while and our food came exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes later and I honestly don't know if I have to wait that long for my food... the food came, I pointed out that it had already taken a while: "yes, the restaurant is full today". But it wasn't that full either. So in the evening it's probably also normal that it's busier than at lunchtime or on the weekend, but then you're prepared for that with more staff? Or just don't take up too many seats if you can't keep up. The fries were cold, hard and unseasoned (for the food being so expensive?!). My husband's spaetzle was also cold. Really overall just not a pretty picture. In any case, I will never go to this Mauritius again. And then the waiter talks to the others about why he always gets the bad reviews (and I went to the toilet at the time so as not to freak out, my husband was friendly to him). So that's my point of view from there.

Wir haben heute Abend zum ersten Mal die Steaks im Mauritius probiert. Das Konzept mit dem hot Stone ist super, das Fleisch hatte eine gute Qualität und die Beilagen waren lecker. Die Cocktails waren wie immer super. Besonders zu erwähnen war der super aufmerksame und nette Service. Kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely annoying now! Ordered again, again absolutely disappointed... The amount of pasta was very small, and the portion of Italian classic didn't taste as good as I once knew it, too dry, too little sauce and visually absolutely unappealing... The worst thing was the salad with turkey strips, the turkey pieces were so dry and hard, if you chew them you bite your teeth out... I'll never order from them again because they're way too expensive and the quality and quantity are so poor... It's often been like this when you call and say something, they're very accommodating and you can order or pick up a meal next time, so the service is okay, but I don't feel like having to call and complain every time, especially It doesn't help me at the moment if I look forward to my meal and then I can just throw everything in the bin... Makes me so sad!

Wir haben was zum liefern bestellt über Lieferando die Lieferung kam ca in einer Stunde ist ja zu akzeptieren allerdings kam die Mauri Box Kalt an was einem bei 20 € ärgert süsskartoffelpommes kalt und lätschig die Putenspiesse verbrannt und kalt , der Salat war zusammengefallen von dem warmen Schnitzel vermutlich das dann übrigens auch kalt war 😔😔für insgesamt 40€ echt traurig nie wieder

Ambiance is very pleasant, although the noise level is a bit too high at times. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately you always had to actively approach someone if you wanted to order something else. Food tasted good, unfortunately it arrived lukewarm at most and was delayed by almost 10 minutes (there were 2 of us). The bread my wife ordered with the main course arrived almost 15 minutes later than her meal. Cocktails were very good and absolutely reasonable in terms of price.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We had ordered a Mauri Box and the turkey skewer was not cooked through. When we noticed this we received a new turkey skewer after 15 minutes and it was again not cooked through and was still red inside... It's a shame that you can't even get a turkey cooked through... not even on the second try.

As always, it was super delicious! We spent the whole evening there with good food and lots of fruity, fresh drinks. It can also get quite loud in the restaurant, but we had a quieter evening during the week. What's cool is that the menu can also be filtered online, e.g. by "vegan", "vegetarian",... So I was able to quickly realize that my friends wouldn't starve here either...

A situation; The waitress accidentally threw the beer over me while serving it, but I was wet down to my underpants!! Well, she did apologize. But I wanted to speak to the manager. Hold on to the managing director’s offer of compensation now! Was the schnapps that we drank beforehand. As compensation for my entire outfit being soaked in beer. So my assessment is clear. The service ladies were unfriendly and slow. The fries were cold and the turkey steak was hard and dry. They forgot the sauce and when asked they said you had to pay for it even though it was on the menu. In general I am disappointed by the quality of the food and the indifference of the waitresses. The parking situation remains modest.

It always depends on who is responsible for you from the service department. Sometimes you get really top service, fast and attentive but not too intrusive, and other times you're not even noticed after you've ordered food and drinks for the first time, only when you draw attention to yourself someone comes over. Unfortunately, it's a shame and makes you think about going there again. The food is good and the cocktails are delicious, the price has obviously increased but is still within reasonable limits.

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. Food completely overcooked, dry, small portions. Worst cheese spaetzle ever. The price has risen sharply and the ratio no longer fits at all. We will probably avoid it in the future.

Yesterday we were back in Mauritius for a long time and the visit was very disappointing. The prices have risen disproportionately, new menu, new chef? The tortellini that our son loved there is no longer available. Only a single type of pasta with different sauces for just under €19. I had the Pasta Gamberi. Absolutely disappointing. Mini portion, without any seasoning, no garlic, no chili, the watery broth/sauce neither tasted like white wine nor smelled like it. The burger was ok, the fries tasted like old fat. Unfortunately, the French toast didn't taste like it used to, there was hardly any cinnamon on it, it wasn't crispy and despite the increased prices, the portion was smaller. The staff was nice and friendly as before. It's a shame, absolute decline in quality for this store.

As always, everything was super tasty and quickly prepared for pickup. I've been there a few times and have had great service and a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the prices are slowly no longer the cheapest. For a salad around 17 euros is already a house number.
