We were served very nicely, service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. The portions are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. I will never order anything to eat in Mauritius again. Drinks prices are just acceptable.

You can sit outside and relax. Grilled chicken was very tasty, especially the rice with it. Homemade lemonade in the hot weather was ideal. Relaxed and attentive staff. I'll be back...

Very nice, inviting and cozy restaurant with a relaxing factor where you are served very quickly and friendly. The dinner was really very good, would come back at any time. What Mauritius is still missing is a bit of sand outside and the holiday feeling is perfect.

In general, I think the food is definitely too expensive for the quality at the moment, including them Cocktails are nothing special anymore. We've been there several times in the past, the first few times it was good, but now everything has slowed down a lot, which others in our circle of acquaintances have also noticed, but we don't know why. Only bad. Cocktails thin and watery. Ready-made mixes have nothing to do with courage cocktails. Cheap limp juices. Service takes forever. It doesn't work at all.

I come here regularly with my daughter and we are always very satisfied. We love the food, it is always fresh, tasty and plentiful. We are also completely satisfied with the ambience, service and hygiene. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the Mauritius team for always keeping it that way.

Food and cocktails are super delicious. The service sometimes leaves something to be desired but is not necessarily critical either. Everyone is super nice and they always try to accommodate requests.

We ate in Kirchheim for the first time. The cocktails were okay. The food is rather subpar. Simple pasta with tomato sauce completely bland and tasteless. Pasta was overcooked and unsalted. My salad bowl was filled with burnt vegetables, here too the rice was unseasoned, only the stumps of the broccoli were visible and there were no spices. The location is nice but also cluttered, dingy and the basket of cutlery from the previous person is still dirty. Not a pleasant and nice place to eat.

The food is very good. However, the portions are very small compared to the price. To get enough, you usually have to pay at least €30. Highly recommended is the Salata Mista with the delicious pinsa bread on the side. In contrast, meat dishes such as turkey breast fillet are rather disappointingly small

The place itself would be cozy, but the food was burnt, the staff carried the used oil out through the guest area, and then a full shopping cart was pushed through the guest area. The waiters were nice, but they should pay more attention to what they do in the guest area.

If you live in Kirchheim and don't know Mauritius, hmm... You have to stop by at least once to understand that you have to know Mauritius if you live in Kirchheim. I would go to Mauritius for cocktails and snacks, but not to order "schnitzel with fries". And once you're ready for it, there's a pampering program here. Since it is a "hipe" restaurant, you sometimes have to queue for a seat or wait for your order. This at least in the evening and especially on the weekend. Update: After 2 years (2024) another update as to whether it was enough to get 5 stars. Unfortunately no. Since the prices are on everyone's lips, we also look at them here. Increased too much for me as a consumer. Compared to restaurants that primarily offer schnitzels, pizzas or large salads, the Mauritius has become very expensive. The food is good, but the way it is served is very bad in my case. The pizza arrived so hot that I burned the roof of my mouth. Since then I haven't been able to have a warm drink and it will probably take a while. Unfortunately, this only really happened during the night, otherwise I would have reported it straight away.

Hat leider stark nachgelassen. Kellner waren nicht aufmerksam. Leere Gläser und Geschirr wurden nicht abgeräumt, somit mussten wir regelrecht auf uns aufmerksam machen um noch Getränke zu bestellen. Cocktail der mit Gurke in der Karte stand wurde beide male ohne Gurke serviert. Salat mit Grillgemüse war eine Frechheit, man musste das Grillgemüse regelrecht suchen...Reservierung von uns war an einem nicht zugigen Ort im Lokal angefragt und gewünscht, reserviert wurde direkt an der Eingangstüre. Beim Bezahlen konnten die Kellner kein Wechselgeld rausgeben, dass diese erstmal aus dem privaten Geldbeutel des Geschäftsführers oder Bekannten gewechselt werden musste. Echt sehr schade, ich war zuvor das letzte mal 2022 da und jetzt erst wieder Anfang des Jahres 24, hätte nie gedacht, dass es sich in dieser Zeit so sehr verändert. Sanitäre Anlagen könnten auch gepflegter sein. Vielleicht wird die Kritik für eine bessere Umsetzung der Beseitigung von Mängeln berücksichtigt, es wäre zumindest wünschenswert da Mauritius für durchaus mehr steht.

It was my first time picking up food there and I have to say that I am not at all satisfied with the price/performance ratio. Over €18 for some sweet potato fries and burnt meat. The portion is really laughably small for the price. Unfortunately, Mauritius is no longer what it used to be. The service, however, was really nice!

Essen war sehr lecker und es ging recht schnell. Waren hier früher einmal abends, da war es eine Katastrophe. Wurde tatsächlich wieder positiv überrascht.

Die Sitzecken sind beengt. Nur für schlanke Personen, sonst wird es eng. Sonst alles bestens

Boah krankes Essen, der Service auch brutal, ziehen sogar Stuhl für einen raus das ich mich hinsitzen kann. Ich dachte ich bin bei Gordon Ramsey im Restaurant. Alles Top gewesen, auf jeden Fall Wiederholungsbedarf ist da.

Sehr Professionelles und gutes Personal. Top Service und Wartezeit auch im absoluten Top Bereich. Parkplatz auch direkt vor der Tür. Chefs sind auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Empfehlen würde ich Caribean Grilled Chicken es bietet eine perfekte Mischung zwischen Gesund und Lecker. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Tolle Location auch zum raussitzen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung Gamze war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kann das Mauritius weiterempfehlen!

Meine beste Freundin und ich, waren schon paar mal vor Ort und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiete, sowie der Service und das Essen sind Top! Die Cocktails sind preislich mega und schmecken richtig gut! Selbst wenn der Laden voll ist und das Personal einiges zu tun hat, sind alles dennoch sehr höflich und machen einen sehr guten Job! :)

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Essen schmeckt auch sehr lecker. Nur leider wird’s manchmal nervig wenn man am Außenbereich an der Straße sitzt wegen dem Verkehr. Aber ansonsten alles TOP!!!

Also erst einmal fraglich ob sich das Konzept des Mauritius hier so trägt, den ganzen Tag offen aber leider kaum Kunden… War gegen Nachmittags dort zu Gast und wurde super freundlich bedient, auch mit dem Essen war ich sehr zufrieden! Auch wenn das Lokal vielleicht etwas teuer ist, so kann ich dieses Mauritius Lokal nur weiterempfehlen und hoffe, dass dieser Standort noch lange erhalten bleibt

Sehr schönes Ambiente und freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Caribbean Chicken und Mauri Box waren nach angemessener Wartezeit serviert und sehr lecker! Auch die Getränke waren super, Aloha Peach Ice Tea und die hausgemachte Limo sind sehr zu empfehlen. Einfach mal was anderes als Italiener, Asia & Co., kommen gerne wieder!

Die Cocktails schmecken sehr gut und sind schön dekoriert. Preise für Cocktails sind 5.99 EUR. Der Service ist ok. Teilweise etwas längere Wartezeiten. Die Desserts schmecken gut. Die Inneneinrichtung ist gelungen. 3G wird geprüft.
