Unfortunately very disappointing. I ordered currywurst with nuggets, but I got fries with currywurst. When I pointed this out, the employees were unfriendly and not helpful at all. That's not how you expect customer service to be - I'm definitely not going there again!

Was there on March 31, 2025 around 12:45 a.m. First of all, I have to find a staff to work there who neither speaks German nor understands you. Because the kebab skewer looked like a plucked chicken, cut off here and there. The taste of the kebab itself was very calm and the thickness of the meat looked like gyros. I would prefer not to give a star. When he wrapped the kebab in aluminum foil, half the kebab was still hanging out. I'd rather walk to Niemegker Str in Mehas because I know what I'm getting and it tastes much better there. I hope I don't have diarrhea tomorrow. Meat was also like rubber.

The food was delicious. And they understood me really well...

Under no circumstances place an order. I ordered food and nothing arrived after 2.5 hours. Nobody answers the phone. There isn't enough going on on Saturday lunchtime to be excused.

You order a kebab box with Kreuzer sause and you get one with garlic. Thank you.

Good fresh food, I recommend it

Very unfriendly. Would rather have a snowball fight than take care of them. The herb sauce was just sickening. Doner box 3 fries and 4 pieces of meat otherwise just salad. Really down through 👎👎👎

The kebab tastes very good there, even compared to many other snack bars in Berlin. It is also positive that you can sit comfortably in a clean atmosphere in the store.

Don't go there at all. We ordered vegetarian kebabs (only with cheese) and there were a few pieces of meat in them!!!! In addition, the kebabs were cold (even the ones that were ordered with meat)

Today I got a kebab again after a long time and I immediately regretted it. 1. The staff wasn't friendly at all and didn't even really listen as they were busy talking to each other (I had to place my order 3 times) 2. The meat was hard and burnt and there were very thick pieces and I felt like I had half an uncut tomato in there and more lettuce than anything else 3. I said several times that I didn't want any onions in it and herb sauce and what was in it, garlic sauce and a bunch of onions. Unfortunately, most of the kebab consisted of vegetables. All in all, I won't eat there again.

I ordered a kebab without tomatoes through Lieferando because my wife has an allergy, I stated that in the order under special features and the menu selection but there were tomatoes in it. End of story my wife had to go to the hospital because she couldn't breathe got

We only got a kebab with meat and iceberg salad. We weren't told that they didn't have tomatoes etc. When we finished eating, everything was refilled and we still had to pay the full price. Never go there again.

Disgusting the older man made me a kebab something was wrong with him he was drunk and blabbed all over me instead of making my food when I opened the kebab the bad surprise the meat was cut very thick I didn't even bite into it unfortunately I did that after 20 Minutes later I noticed it and threw it away. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of it, that's really not possible!!!

I can recommend it, they are very friendly and I think the layout is nicer now than before with the machines. Just try it out.

I just wanted a currywurst with fries. Unfortunately the picture shown suggested a curry sauce. I received 3 bags of ketchup. When I asked, they apologized, squeezed out the bags and added curry powder over them. Knowing this, I wouldn't order any more. The only positive thing was that the fries were well salted. But for 5.60 euros, that was nothing. I would have preferred to go to Steinecke.

We ordered and after 2 hours the food still didn't come. Then I called the store and nobody answered. 5 minutes later we called back from the store. A nice lady answered and told her that we had ordered through Lieferando and where our food was. She answered, she'll take care of it, thank you again. She said that our order was probably lost but we would get our food within 30-40 minutes. In fact, I didn't expect it anymore but it happened after 3 hours it was there. In terms of taste, I'm used to something different from the store. It's a shame, but that was probably the last time I'll buy anything here.

We had a huge appetite for a Turkish pizza and salad. After I got a table outside and waited for the food, I discovered that the table was disgustingly dirty. I put the tablecloth aside, but it wasn't much better underneath. Somehow I had already forgotten the food, but I also had a bit to do with the audience at the tables next to me. Then the food came. The salad didn't look anything like it did in the photo and I definitely wouldn't have ordered it that way. The Turkish pizza was tasty, but I swallowed it with long teeth. From a hygienic point of view, never again!

As cyclists, we took a break during the downpour. We waited with tea and pasta until we could move on. The service was friendly and helpful, because only 2 out of 8 people had an appetite. Well, we were the only guests at 11 a.m. :)

The food there tastes very tasty. The employees are nice. It's a good shop in itself. But unfortunately, big kebabs often don't live up to their name. I've had a few times now where I've ordered a big kebab, but it was hard to distinguish it from a normal kebab. I don't have it to such an extent at other stores. For paying €8, I think you can expect a little more than a minimum of extra meat.

I bought two kebabs. Meat was cold and kebab had too little meat and sauce too! I've eaten better kebab in Berlin for €7!!! Never again!!!

I was there for the last time today. It's actually a shame because I've been going there for years. But I'm not prepared to pay 7 euros for a kebab that barely has any meat in it. I grudgingly accepted 6 euros, but 7 euros is simply too much. The taste of the store has also deteriorated. The hot sauce tasted like nothing.

I just got a drum kebab. After opening it was completely cold, the meat wasn't even lukewarm and everything was just done. Time apart less than 5 minutes. Never again

I wanted to see if the main branch was also recommended. Overall the same quality as in the second branch, the kebab is nothing special but the price-performance ratio is ok. Special requests were taken into account, I just felt that the portion size was smaller than in the second branch. As always, the hamburger seemed a bit squashed but was otherwise fine 👍 However, I have to say that the sauces need something different or more seasoning. The hot sauce in particular is too reminiscent of ketchup, if anything changes I would give you 5 stars

Yesterday we got 2 kebabs and half a chicken. We are and agree: that was the first and last time! The chicken was bone dry and only edible with a lot of liquid. Unfortunately the kebabs didn't taste good at all! In my opinion the meat was not cooked properly and was quite tasteless. When you cut it off you could see that it was really pink. The bread wasn't that good either: it was really soft and had a strange taste. Unfortunately, when we got home (max. 5 minute drive), the kebab was completely cold and the bread was completely soggy. And then the kebab tasted really bad. Neither of us even ate half of it because it was so disgusting. Somehow everything was very unseasoned and tasteless, but sour. Absolutely disgusting and at a price of €7 or €8 for a big kebab. We're definitely not coming back.

This is how our food was delivered, and it was cold too. Nobody wants to eat that, and it took the driver 45 minutes for a 5-minute route. No star would be better. Now we have to see what we can eat. And the supplier was also unfriendly. We will never order from there again. Pooh.

Had food delivered to us. The delivery time was ok, the driver was friendly. The Dürüm wasn't great, but it was good and tasted good. Unfortunately, half the chicken was bone dry (you should pour it over a few times and not let it spin you to death.) The Bolognese had nothing to do with Bolognese. Minced meat fried and served with an overly salty sauce and far too many dry spices is simply inedible. There are thousands of recipes for this or just do what you can. We definitely won't be ordering again.

I really don't know what kind of employees they hire there, they're not known for being polite. You wanted to order something and asked very politely if you could pay by card. In response, we are insulted in a foreign language. This store is really not recommended at all. Time 3:50 p.m

Delicious & quick to prepare! Staff friendly :) Now 20€ to get something delivered. Sorry, but we can't figure it out anymore & just for fun I won't buy anything extra for it. It rarely arrives warm and ingredients are often missing from the kebab. These are always different Sometimes more sauce, sometimes less. Same with meat. Stop delivering instead of making mistakes again and again. :)

My friend fell over because of the kebab and looks much worse now good luck to the kebab (and to his friend)

Essen schmeckt gar nicht Händchen war von ein tag vorher. Preise sind teuer und ein stren für den Mitarbeiter weil die freundlichen waren.

Sehr freundlich gut gelaunt, die Portionen sind auch sehr gut Preis Leistung sehr zufrieden und der Geschmack ist sehr gut.👍

Habe bestellt und es war mega kalt und die Pommes waren mega oll und das Getränk hat gefehlt der Döner war auch sehr kalt und hatte ohne Rotkohl bestellt und es kam alles 🤦‍♂️einfach enttäuscht ich denke auch die kennen den Begriff HACCP nicht Was rohes Essen angeht das Fleisch war naja 🫤

Jeder Mitarbeiter macht da seine eigenen Preise, im Vergleich zu anderen viel zu überteuert und was die Freundlichkeit betrifft wollen wir erst gar nicht anfangen. Viel Erfolg aber nicht mehr mit uns.

Die hälfte an Dönerfleisch war noch roh, es war zum kotzen. Dass man nicht mal sieht, dass der spieß noch nicht fertig ist und dann trotzdem was abschneiden tut, sollte keine Kunst sein.

Also leider leider essen Katastrophe, kein Wunder das der BK daneben überlebt. Also mein Tipp an euch burger keine Mayonnaise sondern SENF mit Ketchup. Die Patty sind billig von billigsten. egal was für Öl verwendet wird weg werfen und zwar ganz schnell. ich weiss nicht was ihr anstellen wollt aber burgers müssen euer Hauptgeschäft sein und diese sin mies!

Unfreundlich und unfähig. Man wird als kunde angeschrien und verstehen tut er einen auch nicht. Haben eine vegetarische Dönerbox bestellt (darin gehören Salat und Pommes, scheint für viele dönermänner ein Problem zu sein weil es niemand hinbekommt in der gegend) der mann dachte da kommt nur salat rein und hat dann noch mit seinem kollegen gestritten wie es denn nun richtig ist. Haben gesagt salat alles, AUSSER TOMATE aber gern mit Gurke. Was habe ich bekommen? Eine halb volle box mit tomaten, die andere hälfte mit gurke und eine kleine eingequetschte schicht pommes. Dafür 6 € bezahlt, war aber nur eine kleine box. Die soße war einfach wasser mit tomatengeschmack (sollte kräutersoße darstellen) und generell hat alles nach tomate geschmeckt. Ekelhaft. Er hat mehrere male nachgefragt ob wirklich ohne tomate und genau das gegenteil macht er … wahrscheinlich ein Sprachproblem? Werden nie wieder hingehen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, keine lange Wartezeit, günstige Preise aber leider nicht komplett durchgegartes Essen. Wir hatten je ein halbes Hähnchen und die Hälfte meiner Frau war zur Hälfte roh. Geschmacklich war das Hähnchen und die Pommes ok. Trotz,das wir auf den groben Mangel hingewiesen haben, mussten wir den vollen Preis zahlen. Das geht besser.

Wunderbar!!! hie kann man eben auch nachts herkommen und man wird freundlich bedient. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und die reise sind vollkommen im Durchschnitt.

Lieferando: Angeblich 60 Minuten Lieferzeit. Nach 40 bekam ich Info, dass mein Essen auf dem Weg sei. Nun sind 3 Stunden vergangen, habe 14 mal versucht anzurufen und bekam kein Essen. Ich wohne übrigens keine 10 Minuten von dort.. Nachtrag: meine Bestellung wurde dann einfach als abgeschlossen markiert.

Essen wurde kalt geliefert. Wir bekamen einen Mix aus Hähnchen- und Kalbfleisch auf unsere Döner obwohl wir nur Kalbfleisch wollten. Wir bestellen hier nicht mehr .

Respektvolles Personal und nette Behandlung

Sehr unfreundlich und frech, weil der Mitarbeiter unfähig war Salat von einer Zwiebel zu unterscheiden. Seine eigene schlechte Laune braucht man nicht am Kunden auslassen. Ich gehe bestimmt nicht nochmal dahin.

Essen lecker, Bedienung nett und an warmen Tag kann man bequem draußen sitzen.👍🏻

ich kann aus irgendwelchen Gründen bei lieferando bei ihnen nicht mehr bestellen. Da steht Impressum, anprechpartner. keine Speisekarte nichts mehr zu sehen. Bin etwas irrtiert und finde keine aktuellen Infos was da los ist.

Shows authentic food but has nothing to do. The food taste is regular and the hygiene is questionable. Picking the money and folding the bread with the same unwashed hand is unacceptable. Somehow all the döner places have this common problem of hygiene.

Dönerbox ist sehr kalt gewesen. Pommes waren wenigstens lauwarm und an Soße wurde nicht gespart. ABER Ein paar Läden weiter haben wir uns von euch Nudeln holen wollen. Einfach keiner dort konnte deutsch reden, habe unsere Bestellung über Google Übersetzer kommunizieren müssen. -Bestellung erhalten - Viel zu wenig Soße, keine Gewürze, kein Geschmack… und der Laden sah fürchterlich aus. Generell sahen die beiden einfach aus, als hätten die gar keine Ahnung, was die da überhaupt tun. (Zumal der andere nur an der Spielo war). Die Kette Mauritius verliert in jedem Laden immer mehr und stärker an Qualität…. Schade.

Leider lässt hier alles immer mehr nach und ja gestern Abend auch rohe Pommes in der Döner Box gehabt dann war die Knoblauchsauce eigentlich nur eine Joghurtsosse Dann wird man oft falsch verstanden Und besonders heute Morgen wollte man mich um 5€ bescheissen Leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen dabei war es einer der besten in der Ecke gewesen aber nun ist es der schlechteste in ganz Berlin

Also einen kalten Big Döner, das habe ich ich bei keinem Imbiss erlebt, aber so ist es wenn man nur Fleisch nimmt was schon liegt😅. Bin echt gerne dort hingegangen, aber seitdem ältere Mitarbeiter weg sind, hat der Imbiss leider sehr sehr nachgelassen. Schade! Öfters eine Chance gegeben, aber das war es jetzt wirklich. Halt ein Stammkunde weniger, aber wird eh nicht so wichtig sein. Zum Glück gibt es ein paar Meter weiter auch einen Top Imbiss...

Große Dönerbox gekauft nehm sie in die Hand eiskalt da er alte eiskalte Pommes reintat die er übrig hatte ! Bei der Beschwerde kam das ist die kalte Soße aber die Box war im gesamten unteren Teil eiskalt somit bekommt man nicht nur kaltes essen sondern wird auch noch belogen ! Frecher geht es nicht ! Ich kauf dort nie wieder und hoffe das es viele anderen auch nicht mehr tun !

Wo fange ich an die Lieferanten sind Megaaaaaa sozial das Essen immer warm mega lecker Laden selbst schnelle Bedienung keine Probleme je mit dem Essen gehabt einfach der geilste Döner Laden überhaupt schade das man mir 5 Sterne geben kann Bestellen und vor Ort essen jederzeit wieder Mega

Das Essen sind 4 Sterne aber durch der Lieferzeit bei diesen Verein sind es nur noch 2(Lieferzeit 1 stern durchschnitt gleich 2 Sterne). Es kann nicht sein wenn man seine Bestellung bestellt und diese dann mach 2 Stunden dann ankommt. Am besten wenn es 18 Uhr ist nicht mehr liefern und einfach dann nur noch abholen lassen

Pasta hat gut geschmeckt und die Pizza auch, Lieferung wie auch bei anderen Lieferanten um die Stunde.

ne dönerbox von 4,50 auf 6 € und das in kurzer Zeit. Und der Service wurde auch nicht besser 🤦‍♂️ Die sollten weniger Geld in Alufolie wickeln und das besondere Leute geben 🤷🏻‍♂️

Wie immer Top !!!! Bin schon seit Jahren Stammkunde hier ... Bin sonst immer vor Ort da...Jetzt mehr Lieferservice. Der beste Döner ist das hier in der Gegend!!!

Habe anderthalb Stunden auf meine Bestellung warten müssen.Eine große Fanta,ein Ayran und ein Big Döner (ohne soße,mit Käse (extra 2 Euro)....hier kam ein Döner mit Soße und ohne Käse an.Allein schon weil die Soße drauf war,hats mir absolut nicht geschmeckt....

Leider kann ich dem Mauritus Grill keine gute Bewertung geben Terminbestellung auf 14:00 Uhr kam 45min zu spät zudem wurde anstatt Thunfischsalat nur ein normaler kleiner Salat geliefert dessen Dressing ohne selber noch Hand anzulegen ungenießbar war und der bestellte Döner war auch nur mittelmäßig!

Leider das Fleisch vom Döner war verbrannt und sehr trocken

Ich habe mir Heute einen Döner bestellt, habe 2 Stunden darauf gewartet. 2x angerufen .. leider hat mich keiner so richtig verstanden. Wurde nur mit "Küche , Küche" abgespeist. Als der Döner dann endlich ankam, musste ich ihn leider lauwarm bis kalt essen. Das Brot war völlig durchnässt.. mein Ayran war auch warm. So schlau, anscheinend auch in der Wärme Box geliefert. Und ein big Döner war das ja wirklich nicht.. eher ein Sandwich. Bin sehr unzufrieden mit dem Service sowie dem Essen. Tut mir leid

Per lieferung bestellt Einfach top kein unterschied wenn man vor Ort oder Lieferung bestellt Immer wieder hervorragend Pommes,döner bestellt Pommes top mit Salz 😂und knackig was bei anderen nicht so ist und meist lapprig ist kennt glaube jeder Döner gut gefüllt Brot knusprig Fazit bin erstaunt da ich das erstmal Online bestellt Habe sonst immer vor Ort geholt Weiter so
